المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الى تحديد الاحتياجات التدريسية اللازمة لتعليم تلاميذ الصفوف الخاصة في مادة العلوم للوقوف على هذه المتطلبات ومحاولة توفيرها سواء من وزاره التربية ام ادارة المدارس الحاوية على الصفوف الخاصة او من معلمي التربية الخاصة ومعلماتها او من اسرة تلميذ | the subject of the slow learning of new topics is relatively in the field of special education, and fill the minds of many parents, educators and researchers in this field because he is under study the characteristics of that category of students and identify the difficulties which they suffer and the most appropriate strategies and methods of therapeutic intervention and teaching appropriate to alleviate the problem as much as possible. Requires all these students provide a learning environment and support the course appropriate care and individual appropriate to deal with the strengths and focus on and strengthen, and reduce the identified weaknesses they have, to teach them the basic skills they need, as well as strategies of education The methods that will help them to carry on in their studies according to their mental abilities. And to enable the researcher to study the most important requirements of teaching special education class students are slow learners or learning to stand on these requirements and try to be provided either by the Ministry of Education or school administration containing the ranks of Special Education or by the teachers of special education or by the family of the student is slow to learn and in accordance with the views of the three Samples have been using them in the search are : Parameters and parameters, managers and supervisors, as the current research aims to identify the needs of faculty to teach the slow learners in science. Determined by the current search parameters, and teachers and school administrators that contain the rows in the primary schools, as well as administrators and supervisors of special education directors in the General Education in Baghdad (Karkh / Rusafa) for the academic year (2010 - 2011). The number of the earch community (548) teachers and administrators and(439)managers administrators and(19) supervisors of special education in six departments of education in the Karkh and Rasafa , the sample of the study consist of (137) teacher represent (26%) , (130) head teachers represent (30%) and (18) supervisors represent (95%) of the total sample and selected randomly.The researcher then guided open - ended question for this sample to attract their views on the teaching requirements, then built a tool resolution consisting of (67) ltem after ascertaining the veracity of the stability of the tool applied to the sample.The relaibality of test was (0.95) for the teachers , (0.93) for the head teachers and (0.96) for the supervisors And data processing and statistical researcher used the equation and the weighted average percentage weight equation - alpha Cronbach. This has resulted in research on the number of positive results, also emerged the researcher put same recommendations and proposals, and hopes.

Losing the meaning composed of one of the essential elements that increase the Mental Health. in addition to the fear from the death and fear of convicting By the other hand , the need of transcendence or self - transcendence represent important subjects to achieve the meaning in individuals life , to improve their situations socially and psychologically , so that this current research aiming to discover the expected relationship between each meaning of life , Mental Health : In order to achieve the research aims ,I depended on the following : - 1 - build the measurement meaning of the life of 34 items 2 - Measure the, Mental Health which has been combined in its final form after completing the conditions of validity, reliability and the ability to discrimination to 48 items distributed For the sake of achieving the research's aims , the researcher has applied the three measurements on a specimen composed of 220 who is lossing father in Secoundry students of both sexes in baquba city, for the Secoundry studying year 2010 - 2011 then analyzing the results by using computer program for the social statistics portfolio SPSS. the results were as following : Increasing the level meaning of life of secoundry student. Increasing the level Mental Health of the Secoundry studentsThere are no significant differences between the type( male - female ) in life's meaning & mental health. There is a relation notion to statistical aspect between meaning of life & Mental Health.The research has been finished by discussing the results and submitted recommendations and suggestions

المستخلص: ان التجاذبات العلمية لدى المختصين بعلم نفس الشخصية نتيجة لعدم كمال نظرياتهم باتباع بعضهم السمات في التنظير واتباع البعض الاخر الابعاد واخرون اتبعوا الانماط لدراستها وتفسيرها فما تلبث ان تولد نظرية الا وكان الاد والنقد اولى بها فانكشفت ماخذ تلك النظريات عل | The scientific talks with the specialists in the personal psychology as a result to perfect their theories in following some of them the features theorizing and followed the others the dimensions and others followed the forms to study and explaining them, thus as soon as birth a theory but the literature and criticism take it, so that theories faults on the surface, which the need leads to appearance of other theories maybe have with completeness and catholicity from the description, explaining, and measurement, the theory of Enneagram have (nineteenth classification for the personality forms) where precede to those characteristic as well as it is modern.In addition to the professional favoring is forming a big space from the students' life, so the psychologists intend to study it, the best measurement to that professional favoring with Holland's theory in the personality.The research society consist of (10421) from the Mosul university' students in the morning study and the sample of study contains of (600) students (male and female) choose them randomly (multi stages, and the classist random way) in (300) students (160) of them from the scientific specialization and (140) (from the humanitarian specialization) and (300) female students (172) of them in the scientific specialization and (128) (in the humanitarian specialization), the researcher depends on two tools are : measurement of personality forms according to the Ingram theory which prepared by researcher Abdulsaheb (2008) and the measurement of the professional favoring which built by the researcher, and testing from two measurements testing by the superficial and self veracity. But the fixity accounted by two ways are : (re - test way, and the internal uniformity way with using of Alfa Kronbach equation). The data had treated statistically using the statistical case for the social sciences using the tools and statistical Person linking's coefficient and Alf Kronbach's Equation and the T - test for the linking coefficient and Kay square.The results showed that the current personality forms in the university students as a whole and for both sex and the specialists is the reconciler, and the favourite jobs are the researching jobs with the sample together as well as with the females and students of the humanitarian specialization, and the realizing jobs are the favourite jobs for the males sample in the scientific specialization as well as on student of the scientific specialization, while the social jobs were the favourit with male in the humanitarian specialization in addition to the females in both specializations. But the linking relationship between the forms and professional preferences, maybe sometimes have sense and then its sense disappeared according to the change, explaining that the acceptance system in the Iraqi universities is accept sometimes in the professional environment (social, factual, traditional, risk) where the system is not accept in two professional environment (artistic, and researching).The recommendations in the light of the results, the researcher presents some recommendations, one most important of them is benefit from the two scales for many aims, and on develop the other forms together and in equally form according to what demand by the value system, and make the acceptance system in Iraqi universities consider the scientific basis when accept the students in the specializations by depend a development ways and modern techniques and put a personal code in the identity card.As well as to present some scientific suggestions for the future researches

المستخلص: ان دراسة استبصار الذات لدى الافراد لها اهمية بالغة في بناء شخصية قوية للفرد، وينشا استبصار الذات من النظرة الموضوعية الى الذات اي تحرر الفرد من خداع ذاته وان يمتلك قدرة على ادارة المواقف الجديدة وان يتسم بالمرونة وحب الاستكشاف، وان يكون متمكنا من الاستف | The study of self - insight for the individual has great importance in building a strong personality for the individual. self - insight rises from an objective look to the self that is the individual freed from cheating himself and he has to have an ability to manage new positions and characterized with flexibility and exploration and abe able to benefit from his previous experiments having self - confidence and sensibility toward. self insight comes from high self - awareness in which exist the individual experience that develop.with the passage of time so that self becomes able to face what has happened and to make the right decisions. studies referred that the person who has more openness to experiences and more creative may have high self - insight. thus the creative personality has importance and influence that make person more responsive to the emergent things more wakeful and more sensitive to his environment. because of the influence of self - insight and the creative personality on human behavior and their importance in giving power and perfect ness to the personality and because there is no an Arabic or local instrument to measure self - insight the goals of this research as follows : 1 - Measuring self - insight in its multiple dimensions for college students. 2 - identifying the differences in self - insight? in its multiple dimensions? for college students according to two variables : Gender ?male female? - A specialization ?scientific humanistic? - B 3 - Measuring the creative personality for college students.4 - identifying the differences in creative personality for college students according to two variables : Gender male female - A specialization? scientific humanistic? - B 5 - defining the nature of relationship between self - insight and creative personality. B To achieve these aims a scale of self - insight was developed.after reviewing theoretical frames literature studies and adopting bekker theory 2006 the items analysed by the discriminate power for the items through contrasted graup method and the relationship between the score of one item with the aggregate score of items. the unfit items were excluded and then a factorial analysis was used the scale of self - insight appeared to have three dimensions 1 - The objective look to the self including 28 items.2 - Social sensibility consisting of 7 items.3 - The ability to manage the new positions including 4 items.A scale for self - insight in its final version was prepared containing indicators of face validity and factorial validity while the reliability was obtained by two methods spilt half method and cronbuchs alpha.the reliability coefficient of the first factor was0.83 the second factor0.74and the third factor 0.70 by cronbachs alpha method while in spilt half method the same factors were 0.79 - 0.70 and 0.69 respectively. According to the second variable the creative personality the researcher adopted kaufmans scale after conducting the translation validity and pursuing the required procedures the reliability coefficient was obtained by two methods test - retest 0.80cronbachs alpha 0.88.The following findings attained after analyses of data 1 - The college students have self - insight in its multiple dimensions2 - There were not differences in the objective look to the self between males and females. 3 - The humanistic students are superior to the scientific students in the objective look to the self. 4 - The females were superior to the males in social sensibility t - value amounted 4.005 - There were not differences between humanistic students and scientific students in social sensibility t - value amounted 1.02 6 - The males were superior to the females in the ability to manage the new position t - value amounted 4.15 - The college students characterized with creative personality t—value amounted 17.71 - There were not differences between males and females in creative personality t - value amounted 1.424 C - there were not differences between males and females in creative personality t - value amounted 0.356 - There were not differences between humanistic and scientific students in creative personality t - value amounted 0.47 - 0.32 - 0.22. There was a positive correlation between self - insight in its multiple dimensions and creative personality the value of correlation coefficient amounted ( 0.47 ), (0.32) , ( 0.22 ) respectively. In the light of the above - mentioned findings the researcher concluded several recommendations and suggestions related to the findingsrecommendations1 - through mass media affective programs and sessions parents may be aware of right methods for bringing up their children such methods may affect building a realistic look for them and to make them far away from falsifying the self and to know their real level for example their scientific levels and the nature of their behavior whether it is negative or positive 2 - Connecting the text book materials with a practical function to transform it to an applied experience in which the student participates through networks projects seminars shows conferences and exploratory excursions to cultivate creative thinking for students. suggestions further studies have to be conducted about self - insight in other social sections like judges leaders and athletes
