Second, the importance of research, the third is the goal of the research, Fourth the research boundaries, Fifth research methodology, Sixth determine terminology.Turning the researcher to the research problem, which summarized the following question : What is citizenship in Islam? And educational applications represented the ideology of Imam Ali bin Abi Talib And then touched the researcher to the importance of research, which lies in highlighting the role of the Islamic heritage as us in the generation of imams and the companions, God bless them, they gave to us the finest ideals in achieving Islamic education and the extent of the participation of the nation's scientists to enrich the human march in this field, led by the thought of Imam Ali (?) as a thought holistic humanitarian aspects and the different aspects of patriotism which enhances the love of generations of patriotism and strengthens the faith of their identity and their active role and position in the Islamic community. On the basis that those sources appearance of genius Islamic Arab nation it is necessary to study this intellectual heritage and highlighted the successive generations The aim of the present research is to identify : Citizenship in Islam and it's educational application ( thought of Imam ALI (A) as an example). The researcher had set limits for consideration consisted letters, wills, speeches and debates with governance of the Imam Ali (?) in the area of citizenship and loyalty to the country and belonging to him. In order to achieve the goal of the research, the researcher followed in the study descriptive approach methodology, analytical, deductive. And seal chapter to clarify the concepts of research in the title language and idiomatically And singled out the second quarter, came in two researches, the first part, theoretical background, which dealt with the researcher : About the emergence of citizenship and development, raising the concept of citizenship, and their components, and the second included a former local and Arab studies. The third chapter contains two sections : the researcher dealt with in the first section : the life of the faithful Imam Ali (?), and in the second : the intellectual perspective of Imam Ali. And ensure that the fourth quarter was the first of three Investigation : art researcher for some of the results of the special principles of citizenship at the thought of Imam Ali including : 1. Faith in God The faith is the basis of the tolerant faith, which is the base engine for the rights plan to carry out the duties towards his Lord and himself and others. 2. Maintaining and defending the homeland security : The defense of the homeland for good citizenship, and is in Islam is legitimate because the home of the necessities of a decent life, as the law makes it compulsory to defend him especially as a responsibility The second section guarantees the educational applications derived from the contents of some of the sayings of Imam Ali (?) citizenship in educational institutions were in relation to the teacher and the learner and the curriculum. The third section included conclusions, and recommendations, and proposals. The conclusions, including : 1. Imam Ali (?) had brought the principles of citizenship of the Holy Quran and the Sunnah. Where they encompass the finest education that fail to be brought by the whole human ideals, they approach to the citizenship education as well as the experiments and experiences in life. 2. Imam Ali (?) give us the principle of citizenship with non - Muslims. He did not differentiate between them and the Muslims in rights and duties as long as they are committed to the state system.And recommendations, including : 1. The Ministries of Education and certainly need to concept of citizenship, because it exposed him of weakness and perhaps his absence is causing a large problematic in human feelings and the direction of his homeland.2. Necessity of the current curriculum material for national education principles of citizenship thought of Imam Ali (?) and all stages included.The proposals, including : 1. To do a similar study and other Islamic figures such as citizenship at the thought of Imam Hussein and Citizenship at the thought of Imam Jafar Al - Sadeq.2. Conduct a similar study in the light of the Holy Quran and the Prophet's Sunnah.

Abstract: يهدف البحث الحالي الى : 1 - بناء انموذج تعليمي على وفق منحى النظم في مادة مبادئ الجغرافية العامة.2 - التثبت من فاعلية الانموذج التعليمي في تحصيل مادة الجغرافية، وتنمية التفكير المنظومي لدى طلاب الصف الاول المتوسط.لتحقيق هدفا البحث تم بناء انموذج تعلي | The present study aims at : 1 - making a program according to the system course in the achievement of geography.2 - The verification of the development of the systematic thinking for first grade students in intermediate stage.To achieve the two objectives of the study, an epistemological model was made according to the system course (inputs, processes, outputs, feedbacks) for the principals of the General Geography by the use of the descriptive approach. To ascertain its effectiveness, two zero hypotheses were formulated : - There is no difference of statistics at the level of 0.05 between the mean scores of experimental group students who were taught according to epistemological sample the mean score of the control group who were taught according no normal method in achievement test. - There is no difference of statistics at the level of 0.05 between the mean scores of experimental group students who were taught according to epistemological sample the mean score of the control group who were taught according no normal method in systematic thinking.In order to achieve that, the researcher depended on the partial adjustment to which is the (two equivalent group design), because it is the suitable design for application of the study. The researcher has chosen the purposeful method in selecting the sample of students from the first grade students of Al - Fajr Al - Jadeed affiliated to the Directorate General of Baghdad Education \ Rusafa III for the academic year (2014/2015), to apply his experiment. The sample was made up of (70) students as (36) for the experimental group students who were taught according to epistemological sample and (34) for the control group who were taught according no normal method. The researcher matched the two groups in terms of : age in months, intelligence level, scores of geography for the previous academic year, previous knowledge, parents’ achievement and the achievement in pretest of systematic thinking The researcher determined the scientific material to be taught which includes all the chapters of the book of Principle Geography to be learned for the academic year (2014/2015). In the light of the general objectives of the book, the researcher formulated 226 behavioral objectives to measure the four first levels of Bloom’s Classification (knowledge, understanding, application and analysis). The researcher prepared teaching units as 12 teaching units. The two tools of the study include achievement test which is comprised of (65) items including 60 objective items distributed equally among (multiple choice, true and false, complete the phrases) as (20) items for each type, and 95) essay items to measure the four first levels of Bloom’s Classification. The apparent validity (the apparent and the content), the discriminatory power, and the difficulty coefficient were ascertained, either by Alpha Cronbach which attained (%83) which is a good coefficient. The second tool is the systematic thinking test which was prepared by the researcher and displayed to the judges and experts and acquired (%80) after amendment that includes (94) items. The apparent validity, the discriminatory power, and the difficulty coefficient were ascertained. Its constancy was derived by Cronbach’sAlpha equation which attained (0.86) which is a good. The researcher taught the two groups himself. The application of the experiment lasted for one academic year 2014/2015. At the end of the experiment a test of the achievement posttest was applied on Wednesday 8/4/2015 and then applied the posttest of through Wednesday 15/4/2015 on the two groups.By the use of the t - test for the two independent samples, the researcher resulted in the following : - There is statistics difference at the level of 0.05 in the achievement of the experimental and control groups in geography for the experimental group students who were taught according to epistemological sample according to the systems course. - There is statistics difference at the level of 0.05 in the systematic thinking test between the experimental and control groups in geography for the experimental group students who were taught according to epistemological sample according to the systems course. In the light of the results, the researcher comes up to the following findings : 1 - Teaching according to the systems course helps to organize the students’ thinking and thinking their roles scientifically through linking their thoughts and employing them in mental schemata.2 - Teaching according to the systems course helps to training and tame the student’s mind on the two processes of construction and analysis which are basic processes in the systematic thinking.The researcher recommends the following : 1 - The necessity of training teachers of the principals of the General Geography on the modern teaching strategies and models based on the systems course. 2 - Encouraging teachers to care for the teaching of thinking in general, and systematic thinking in particular as a mental activity that helps to move for learning to application. In completion to the research the researcher suggested to make a number of studies like : 1 - Making a similar study to know the effect of the epistemological model on the systems course in other variables (tendency towards geography, tendency, retention and cognitive motivation). 2 - Making a study to know the compare the epistemological model on the systems course with other teaching models to know its superiority in teaching geographi.

It had been confirmed psychometric characteristics of the two tests.After the application of the two tests , data was collected and processed statically using samples (t - test) for independent samples and unequal results showed : 1 - There is statistically significant difference between the experimental and control group students on achievement test for the experimental group. 2 - There is statistically significant difference between the experimental and control group students on reflective test for the experimental group. Abstract: يرمى هذا البحث الى بناء برنامج تدريسي مقترح على وفق منحنى النظم لمادة اصول التربية، ومن ثم التثبت من فاعلية البرنامج التدريسي المقترح في تحصيل طلبة كلية التربية الاساسية، بتطبيق البرنامج على طلبة المرحلة الاولى/ قسم الرياضيات/ كلية التربية الاساسية/ الجام | This research aims to build a proposed teaching program in accordance with the teaching - oriented systems for the material of assets of education and then verify the effectiveness the proposed teaching program in the collection of students of the Faculty of Basic Education on the application of program on the first stage students Department of Mathematics - Faculty of Basic Education - University of Al - Mustansyria To measure the effectiveness and achieve the aim of research then to build a teaching program for material of assets education and then search for teaching material assets education consists of six chapters, each chapter consist of general goals and behavioral goals and activities and then applied in the College of Basic Education using the experimental design for the two experimental and control groups with a posttest choice collection. The researcher selected sample is deliberate composed of 110 students by 55 students for each of the experimental group and the control group. The researcher equated between the two groups in the number of variables are - chronological age and choice of intelligence and academic achievement for parents and the rate of the previous year.And then researcher tries to adjust the number of extraneous variables that may affect the dependent variable. The search tool included dimensional collected test to measure the effectiveness of the proposed program - oriented systems, according to the material assets of Education, prepared by the researcher and consists of 50 paragraphs divided into two questions. The first question consists of 40 paragraphs of the multi - type test and the second question consists of 10 paragraphs of type of short article , researcher has been used second test to two independent samples and Kia - square coefficient of discrimination and coefficient of difficulty as a statistical means for data analysis and the results showed that the material assets of Education at the College of Basic Education of the effectiveness and the presence of significant difference statistically between the experimental group and the control group in the level of study achievement for the material of assets of education for the benefit of the experimental group and in light of the results reached by the current study, the researcher concluded the following;1 - The program of material of assets of education contributed to in this study to raise the level of student achievement. 2 - The results the current research have been identical to the modern studies and literature, which emphasizes the importance of educational programs and extension of the educational process.3 - The proposed teaching program is according to the teaching - oriented systems helped individuals of search sample to acquire teaching skills and the development of attitudes towards the teaching profession The researcher came out a set of recommendations are as follows; 1 - Emphasize the importance of modern strategies in the curriculum so as to raise the level of performance of students in the faculty of Basic Education in the educational process. 2 - Generalization education program after pleading proposed as a method in the teaching of material of assets of education in colleges of Basic Education.3 - Increase the assessed hours of study for the material of assets of education being one of the subjects that contribute to the construction of the per formative aspect of the teaching profession.1 - The researcher came out a set of proposals including Conduct a similar study dealing with the effectiveness of the proposed program in accordance with oriented systems the in the collection of material of assets of colleges of Basic Education in Iraqi universities.2 - The impact of the diversity of use for methods and various modern teaching methods in student achievement and increase their motive to learn material of assets of Education.3 - The impact of the teaching program according to the oriented systems to enable the students of the Faculty of Basic Education to acquire teaching skills by employing modern teaching strategies.

The current research sample included (400) students were chosen from a stratified random manner kindergarten department at Baghdad University / College of Education for Women's / Mustansiriya University /College of Basic Education. The researcher prepared a tool to measure the identity of the ideological ego, and the identity of the social ego, and beliefs of general sufficiency after reviewing the literatures and previous studies, the identity of the ideological ego scale consisted of (41) paragraph, the identity of the social ego (44) paragraph, the measure of the beliefs of self - sufficiency (20) paragraph and academic (20) paragraph alternatives (always apply it, and apply it often, and apply to him sometimes, but does not apply) and reached the following results : 1 - The students possess the identity of the ideological ego but differently, it formed a high percentage (15.75%), and low (12.25%), and medium (72%).2 - The students possess the identity of the social ego but differently, it formed as the high percentage (15.75%), and low (4.25%) and medium (80%). 3 - Found differences in the identity of the ideological ego among students according to academic level variable and for the benefit of the students the first year to the second year students, and the second year on the fourth.4 - There were not differences in the identity of the social ego among students according to academic level variable from the first stage to the fourth stage.5 - The students have self - sufficiency, but with different rates were the rate of students, who possess high self - sufficiency beliefs (19.25%), and low (16.25%) and medium (64.50%). 6 - The students have academic - sufficiency but with different rates were the rate of students who possess high self - sufficiency beliefs (18%) and low (13.75%), and medium (68.25%).7 - Found differences among students in the beliefs of self - sufficiency variable depending on the academic level and for the benefit of students of the first year to the second year, as well as students of the first year to the third and fourth year and for the benefit of students of the third year to the second year. 8 - There were no differences in the beliefs of academic - sufficiency for students with variable depending on the academic level of the first stage to the fourth stage. 9 - There is a relationship between the identity of the ideological ego, the identity of the social ego and all of the beliefs of academic and self - sufficiency.And the researcher presented a series of recommendations and proposals.

And the scale of (42) items, spread over three fields, and prepared collectional Test, composed of (40) Concept paragraph, of multiple choice, the first three chapters in chemistry for fifth grade science, according to the levels of cognitive Bloom, were confirmed Psychometric properties, validity and reliability of the coefficient of discrimination scale testing, and appropriate descriptive approach to the requirements of the research. The results showed a strong positive relationship between reading strategy and the collection of the students. Owning and reading strategy according to the three fields. Musical intelligence degree of kindergarten’s children. 2. The effectiveness of the training program in the development of musical intelligence among kindergarten’s children.To achieve the goals of the research the researcher set the following assumptions : The first goal assumption : - There is no statistically significant difference between the degrees average of children on the musical intelligence test and the hypothetical average of the musical intelligence test.The second goal assumptions : - 1. There are no statistically significant differences between the degrees ranks average of children in the experimental group and the degrees ranks average of children in the regulator group on the musical intelligence test in the post test.2 - There are no statistically significant differences between the degrees ranks average of children in the two groups, experimental and regulator on the musical intelligence test depending on the areas of test musical intelligence (musical perception, musical taste, and music performance) in the post test. 3. There are no statistically significant differences between the degrees ranks average of children of the experimental group on the musical intelligence test between pretest and posttest. 4. There are no statistically significant differences between the degrees ranks average of children of regulator group on the musical intelligence test between the two tests, pretest and posttest. 5 - There are no statistically significant differences between the degrees ranks average of children of the experimental group on the dependent variable (the development of musical intelligence) between the post - test and the second post - test (delayed). 6. Identifying the impact of the training program in developing the musical intelligence of the of kindergarten’s children (introductory) of the experimental group.7. Identifying the proportion of the effectiveness gain achieved by the training program in developing the musical intelligence of kindergarten’s children (introductory) of the experimental group The sample of the research consists of (60) boys and girls who are in age of 5 - 6 years (introductory stage) in Al - Salam kindergarten in Education Directorate, Karkh II / Baghdad, were the children sample have been distributed into two groups the experimental and the regulator equally, the experimental group has included (30) boys and girls, (15) children were male and 15 were female, as well as the regulator group (30) boys and girls, (15 girls) and (15 boys), the researcher equalized between the experimental and regulator groups in the variables (pretest, age, gender , educational achievement of the father, the mother's educational achievement, intelligence, father’s job, mother’s job, the economic level of the family). In order to achieve the goals of the research, the researcher created a test of a musical intelligent for kindergarten’s children consists of three main areas (musical perception, musical taste, musical performance) and there are secondary capabilities and the total of those capabilities are (41) capability in its final form, and she has created a training program for developing the musical intelligence of children and consists of (22) activity. The researcher used the experimental design with two groups, experimental and regulator with pretest and posttest.The test and the program have been displayed on a group of arbitrators of experts and specialists in educational, psychological sciences, measurement, evaluation, and kindergartens, their number was (20) experts to show the validity extent of the items of this test, the researcher extracted apparent honesty of the test and the program, the researcher has also extracted the stability by using the method of Kioder Richardson - 21 which is (0.91), to test the musical intelligence. In light of the goals of the current research and after applying the test on the sample individuals , applying the program and analyzing their responses statistically using the equation discrimination, the equation of difficulty, and the (T - test) for one sample and Pearson correlation coefficient and (chi square) test and (Mann - Whitney) test for two independent samples (large size) and (Wilcoxon test) for two interrelated samples, and the standard degree, the research found the following results : - 1. The kindergarten children suffering from weakness in the musical intelligence. 2. The children surpassed in the experimental group on the children of the regulator group after the applying of the training program in the whole test.3. The children surpassed in the experimental group on the children of the regulator group after the applying of the training program in the three areas of the musical test (musical perception, musical taste, musical performance). 4. There was no noticeable improvement among children of the regulator group in the post test.5. There was a noticeable improvement among children of the experimental group in the post test.6. Children in the experimental group did not show clear differences between the post - test and delayed post. 7. There is a big influence of the effectiveness of the training program in developing the musical intelligence among the kindergarten’s children of the experimental group.8. The training program achieved a large proportion of the effectiveness in developing musical intelligence among the kindergarten’s children of the experimental group. In light of these results the researcher reached a number of important recommendations : - Benefit from the musical intelligence test in the detection of children who suffer from weakness in the musical intelligence and benefit from the program and its adoption by the training and development centers in the Ministry of Education through the establishment of training and qualifying courses for kindergarten teachers.

Abstract: يرمي هذا البحث تعرف مستوى مقروئية كتب القراءة العربية للصفوف الثلاثة العليا من المرحلة الابتدائية في العراق، وتعرف ترتيب الموضوعات القرائية على وفق درجة مقروئيتها في كتب القراءة، وتعرف درجة المقروئية على وفق متغير الجنس.ولاجل الوصول الى هذه المرامي | The researchers and educators indicated that there is a weakness in reading in the primary stage so they gave stature to study it in this research which aims at the read ability of Arabic reading textbooks of the high three classes of the Primary stage in Iraq, determining the effect of pupils gender on the degree of readability and to achieve these aims the researcher has chosen randomly (27) different topics to pick from the textbooks of Arabic for the high three classes of the primary stage.Nine reading topics from each textbook is the sample of the research.These topics are taken from the beginning, middle and the end of the textbooks. For the sake of measuring the readability of the reading topics. The researcher has prepared (27)test of a (cloze) type, she did that by deleting the word of fifth arrangement from each topic of the research sample topics. The average of the topic length is fifty word and the number of the deleting words from each topic is ten words.After achieving the validity and reliability they have been applied to a random sample that consist of (650) male and female (348) male and (302) female who are distributed on six directorate in Baghdad governorate. Two schools for boys, two schools for girls and one school (mixed for girls and boys) from each of the six directorates.After analyzing the results of the (cloze) test by using the statistical means. It is found that : 1 - The degree of the readability of Arabic reading of the fourth primary class is (2.80),for the fifth class is (4.25) and for the sixth class is (5.03)2 - The majority of the pupils performance in the (cloze) test falls in the bad level and about 1/4 in the teaching level and a small ratio is in the readability level.3 - The reading topics in the textbooks of Arabic reading for the high three classes of the primary stage are not graded according to the degree of their readability.4 - There is a difference of statistical significance among the degree of the readability reading topics according to the difference in the pupils gender and for the sake of girls.From previous results , it is concluded that the reading topics in the textbooks of the Arabic reading for high three classes of the primary stage in Iraq are not suitable for pupils levels. The researcher has explained this result by many reasons, some of them are related to the pupils and others the reading topics themselves.In the light of the research results, the researcher has recommended many recommendations for example to limit the degree of readability of the school textbooks in general and especially the reading textbooks before generalizing them to pupils by using one of the methods of measurement of readability such as (cloze) test. The researcher has suggested to make further studies as a complement of this research in this vital field which still needs more studies and investigations.

As a result, this leads to reconsider its structure, programs, and how individuals participate and react. 2 - The present study is a basic step to pave the way to research and subsequent studies in reform and development of the secondary school education in Iraq.3 - This study is beneficial for the educating leaders and decision makers and for all who take the responsibility to make the needed reform in the educational process.4 - The topic of this study is new and has never been studied by other researchers before in particular in the secondary school teaching level as the researcher assumes. The goal of the present study is to figure out the reality of the administration reform in the secondary school education in Iraq. The current study is limited to fetch facts from the general managers of the directory of education, supervisors , specialists, and secondary school principals in the following governorates ( Baghdad, Wassit, Missan) during the educational year 2013 - 2014. In the theoretical section ,the current study examined some topics related to ( reform administration, reform concept, secondary school reform entrances, the effective criteria for the educational reform, reform basics in secondary school education, reform demands in secondary school education, and the secondary school education). The research displayed number of studies that dealt with the same topic of the current study, and they were six Iraqi, Arabic, and foreign studies.The researcher adopts the descriptive method in his study and identifies the research community which is formed of (1070)individuals.The research sample has been chosen randomly with a percentage of 40%form the research community. The number of the individuals in the sample is (428), four general managers, two hundred and twenty nine supervisors, and one hundred and ninety five school principals.The research tool is a sort of a survey formed of eight fields ( secondary school education philosophy, secondary school education goals, the curriculum, the teacher, the student, school managers, school building, and supervision). The research tool is credible and consistent. It includes one hundred and twelve parts fairly distributed on the research sample. The statistical devices used in this study are : ( the potential medium, the centennial average, Berson Correlation Equation, and Alphakronbakh equation).This study sums up the conclusion in the following points : 1 - Secondary school building is placed as number one with a potential medium of (2.08) and a centennial average of (68.55). This leads to a new factor that the secondary school building is too old and reduced number of classrooms that do not match the number of the students. And this results in overcrowding the students in one class. This teaching - learning environment is also lacks resources and furniture.2 - The secondary school curriculum comes in the second rank with a potential medium of (2.04), a centennial average of (68.3). This study comes up with a fact that the secondary school curriculum focus on the theoretical side of the material more than the practical one and they do not cope with the scientific and technological progress.3 - Secondary school supervision comes in the third rank with a potential medium of (2.04) , a centennial average of (68.2) and this reflects one fact that there is weakness in the relationship between the school supervision and the educational system.4 - The teacher is in the fourth rank with a potential medium of (1.99), and a centennial average of (66.59). This also indicates one fact the teacher of secondary school lacks effective development programs which helps him to improve the educational process.5 - The aims of the secondary school education comes in the fifth rank with a potential medium of (1.98), and a centennial average of (66.33). This result indicates that the secondary school and the educational administration set good clear goals for the educational process but it does not adopt the updating and development process for these aims.6 - The secondary school education philosophy is in the sixth rank with a potential medium of ( 1.97), and a centennial average of (66.21) and this indicates that there is no understanding for the secondary school educational reform.7 - Secondary school administration is in the seventh rank before the last one with a potential medium of (1.79), and a centennial average of ( 65.91). This result indicates that school administration has no clear vision about school change and reform because of the central decision - making process and the school administration does not participate in the development and reform process.8 - Finally is the student in the eight rank with a potential medium of (1.92), and a centennial average of (64.16). This indicates the weakness of the students achievement.In the light of the research results there are points to be taken into consideration : 1 - Secondary school education suffers from weaknesses in aims and philosophy.2 - There is no clear future vision for the secondary school educational reform and development.3 - There is weakness in the connections between the educational policy and the development and reform in the educational process and individuals.4 - The secondary school administration is not given the right opportunity to participate in the updating and reforming curriculum process.5 - There is a complicated routine in addressing between schools and educational directorates which results negatively on performing suggested plans and projects for the reform.6 - Most of the supervisors adopt the classroom - visit method which results negatively on the relationship between the supervisors and the teachers.7 - The students lack the proper social and psychological guidance inside their schools to help them cope with their environment.8 - School administration lacks modern concepts in running its school. These modern concepts might help in transferring the educational institutions from their traditional performance to a more creative one. 9 - Shortage in school buildings and reduced laboratory tools and resources. There is also shortage in furniture in addition to neglected school yards and gardens. 10 - There is no clear policy adopted by the decision makers to develop the educational curriculum.11 - Lack of the modern methods in teaching which results in creating a boring environment for the students.12 - Adopt central decisions by the ministry of education and never gives the other directorate establishments the right to control and run their business. Recommendations : 1 - Reconsider secondary school education basics make the necessary reform process that ensures a better educational system.2 - Develop the criteria of electing secondary school principals and choose those who are capable of reform and change and those who have creative leading personality to lead secondary schools.3 - Create new school buildings which provide modern communication tools and electronic libraries for the students.Suggestions : 1 - Do a certain study about the basics of making world educational reform.2 - Do a specific study about the reform obstacles in the secondary school education.

To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher set up tow hypotheses as follows : 1 - There is no difference with statistical sign at signify level (0.05) between the degrees of the experimental group of female students that studying according to of infusion of thinking skills within the knowledge content and median degrees of the control group of students that studying according to the normal method in Achievement of the material of Biology2 - There is no difference with statistical sign at signify level (0.05) between the degrees of the experimental group of female students that studying according to of the infusion of thinking skills within the knowledge content and median degrees of the control group of students that studying according to the normal method in mental motivationthe sample of search was selected at random from secondary al - Fouz to the Directorate General of Educational Baghdad / Rusafa And numbered (61) students distributed on the two groups of search chosen by appointment simple random , one experimental group (30 ) a student who studied according to infusion of thinking skills , while the control group (31) student who has studied in the normal method , Both groups were treated equivalently according to the variables (timing age, intelligence , previous achievement , previous knowledge , mental motivation ), The teaching plans of the tow groups had been adopted after exposing them to a group of arbitrators in the teaching methods ,was approved lesson plans for the two groups after a presentation to a group of arbitrators in teaching methods , as been building achievement test tool which consisted of (50) items , (47) of which type of multiple - choice and (3) essay , and adopting a scale of mental motivation which was prepared by Alfarraji (2011) which consisted of (58) items were presented to a group of arbitrators in psychology, The researcher investigated the standard properties of these two tools. As was the stability of the achievement test tool (0.89) either a tool of motivation, bringing mental stability (0,91). Experiment lasted throughout the second semester of the school year 2013 - 2014 m of 16 on Sunday, 16/2/2014 until Monday 21/4/2014 by three servings weekly for each group , and after the end of the experiment has been applied to the two sets of search tools , Results have been shown : 1 - The presence of statistically significant differences in the behalf of the experimental group in the achievement of material Biology in size effect ( 1.18) higher than the control group. 2 - The presence of statistically significant differences in the behalf of the experimental group in the scale of mental motivation in size effect (1.60) higher than the control group. According to this, the researcher achieved a number of conclusions , recommendations and proposals.

This led to a new view on education ,in that it is no longer to be a process of providing information but it is a technique for a better learning.However , the main goal of education has shifted to focus on how to make the student to think appropriately and how to utilize the skills of the scientific thinking in order to motivate their thinking and understanding of knowledge as well as discovering the facts and relationships concerning the scientific phenomena aiming to form the generalities. The problem of the current research is mainly concerned with specifying the classical methods adopted in the Iraqi schools which do not match the contemporary scientific development. This research aims at utilizing the strategy of the strategy of forming generalizations according to Helda Taba Inductive Model as a teaching technique in order to identify its effect on : 1 - achievement in Biology.2 - the skills of the scientific thinking of the Fifth - Year female pupils. For sake of achieving the above two aims , two null hypotheses have been formed as follows : 1 - There are no statistically significant differences at level of significance of 0.05 between the mean scres of the female pupils (the experimental gronp),who have been taught according to the strategy of forming generalizations the strategy of forming generalizations, and the mean scores of those female pupils who have been twght classically in the achievnent test. 2 - there are no statistically siguificant differences at level of significance between the experiemental group, who have been taught according to the strategy of forming generalizations , and the mean scores of those female pupils who have been taught classically in the test of the scienhific thinting skills. In order to verify the above two hypotheses , the researcher has conducted an experiment which lasted for one whole academic semester.This experiment inluded : - The lesson plans. - The scientific thinking skills test (30 items). - An achievement test (60 items).The discrimination and difficulty power as well as the alternative action of the two test have been computed.Moreover,validity and reliability of the two tests have been secured. The reliability of the scientific thinking test has been found out to be (0.75) and the reliability of the achievcment test has been found out to be (0.92). This was done by using koder Richardson formula - 20.The researcher has prepared an experimental design ,comprising two groups,the first one of which is called the experimental group which is to be taught according to the strategy of forming generalizations.While the second group is called the control one which is to be taught classically. The sample of the study covers (46) female pupils at the fifth - year secondany school (scienbific branch).The whole sample have been randomly distributed into two groups,the experimental one is of (24)pupils and the control one is of (22)pupils. The equalization between the testees in the variables of age,intelligence, exinformation, previous achivement in Biology and the scientific thinking skills has been conducted. The experiment group was conducted at the second academic semester (7weeks).The researcher himself had taught the two groups.The results obtained has been statistically analyzed by using two - indepenbent samples t - test.The results gained showed a better performance of the experimental group more than that of the control one in the scientific thinking and the achievement tests. In the light of the above results,the researcher reconmends the use of the strategy of forming generalizations in accordance to Helda Taba Inductive Model.Also,the researcher recommends to conduct other studies and research on other subjccts other than Biology on different school stages to find out the impact of the strategy of forming generalizations on thinking skills.
