Abstract:
اذا ما نظرنا الى واقعنا الذي نعيشه نجد البون الشاسع بين ما هو سائد وما كان يفترض ان يكون, فكان لزاما علينا ان نتمثل ونهتدي بالهدي الالهي والسنة النبوية الشريفة وال بيته الاطهار(?) في اقوالنا وافعالنا, اذ ان الشريعة الاسلامية جاءت بمنظور انساني عالمي يقر | If we look at the reality in which we live we find a big distance between it and what it was supposed to be, so we had to be carried forward and guided by the divine leading with Sunna and prophet Mohammad ( peace be up on him ) with his family biography In our words and our deeds, Since Islamic law brought the perspective of global human recognizes the principle of equality on the basis of standardized treatment and equal opportunities, And be the best that our Nations not belonging to the other and got all kinds of ways progress.What has happened in our country led to the absence of a real national voice theatre and citizenship lost their meaning, and became the voice of sectarian quotas and confessional is the highest, and social values in society, such as loyalty and honesty, sincerity and honesty, integrity, and our citizens needs now someone start it from the beginning to start the life in it as approved by the Islamic approach, which brings us to the real problem, paid to search, this raised a lot of questions by the researcher, which puts us in front of a real problem paying to search, and this has raised a lot of questions to the researcher, which called for the selection of this study consisted of four chapters.The first chapter was titled definition research, as included six axes : first research problem. Second, the importance of research, the third is the goal of the research, Fourth the research boundaries, Fifth research methodology, Sixth determine terminology.Turning the researcher to the research problem, which summarized the following question : What is citizenship in Islam? And educational applications represented the ideology of Imam Ali bin Abi Talib And then touched the researcher to the importance of research, which lies in highlighting the role of the Islamic heritage as us in the generation of imams and the companions, God bless them, they gave to us the finest ideals in achieving Islamic education and the extent of the participation of the nation's scientists to enrich the human march in this field, led by the thought of Imam Ali (?) as a thought holistic humanitarian aspects and the different aspects of patriotism which enhances the love of generations of patriotism and strengthens the faith of their identity and their active role and position in the Islamic community. On the basis that those sources appearance of genius Islamic Arab nation it is necessary to study this intellectual heritage and highlighted the successive generations The aim of the present research is to identify : Citizenship in Islam and it's educational application ( thought of Imam ALI (A) as an example). The researcher had set limits for consideration consisted letters, wills, speeches and debates with governance of the Imam Ali (?) in the area of citizenship and loyalty to the country and belonging to him. In order to achieve the goal of the research, the researcher followed in the study descriptive approach methodology, analytical, deductive. And seal chapter to clarify the concepts of research in the title language and idiomatically And singled out the second quarter, came in two researches, the first part, theoretical background, which dealt with the researcher : About the emergence of citizenship and development, raising the concept of citizenship, and their components, and the second included a former local and Arab studies. The third chapter contains two sections : the researcher dealt with in the first section : the life of the faithful Imam Ali (?), and in the second : the intellectual perspective of Imam Ali. And ensure that the fourth quarter was the first of three Investigation : art researcher for some of the results of the special principles of citizenship at the thought of Imam Ali including : 1. Faith in God The faith is the basis of the tolerant faith, which is the base engine for the rights plan to carry out the duties towards his Lord and himself and others. 2. Maintaining and defending the homeland security : The defense of the homeland for good citizenship, and is in Islam is legitimate because the home of the necessities of a decent life, as the law makes it compulsory to defend him especially as a responsibility The second section guarantees the educational applications derived from the contents of some of the sayings of Imam Ali (?) citizenship in educational institutions were in relation to the teacher and the learner and the curriculum. The third section included conclusions, and recommendations, and proposals. The conclusions, including : 1. Imam Ali (?) had brought the principles of citizenship of the Holy Quran and the Sunnah. Where they encompass the finest education that fail to be brought by the whole human ideals, they approach to the citizenship education as well as the experiments and experiences in life. 2. Imam Ali (?) give us the principle of citizenship with non - Muslims. He did not differentiate between them and the Muslims in rights and duties as long as they are committed to the state system.And recommendations, including : 1. The Ministries of Education and certainly need to concept of citizenship, because it exposed him of weakness and perhaps his absence is causing a large problematic in human feelings and the direction of his homeland.2. Necessity of the current curriculum material for national education principles of citizenship thought of Imam Ali (?) and all stages included.The proposals, including : 1. To do a similar study and other Islamic figures such as citizenship at the thought of Imam Hussein and Citizenship at the thought of Imam Jafar Al - Sadeq.2. Conduct a similar study in the light of the Holy Quran and the Prophet's Sunnah.
