Abstract: هدف البحث تحقيق الاتي : - بناء برنامج تدريبي لتعليم مهارات التفكير للطلبة - المعلمين والتحقق من اثره في : - ا. الاداء التدريسي للطلبة - المعلمين في جامعة بابل/ كلية التربية الاساسية / قسم العلوم / فرع علوم الحياة.ب. التفكير المحوري لتلامذة الطلبة - المعلمي | The current research aimed to achieving the following objectives : - Constructing of a training program to teach the thinking skills for students - teachers and verification its impact in the proposed training program in : A - Teaching performance of students - teachers in Babylon University - College of Basic Education ; Science Department ; Branch of Biology.B - Pivotal thinking of pupils for students - teachers. The aim of research can not be achieving unless formulate the following two zero hypotheses : 1 - There is no difference statistically significant at the level (0.05) between the average scores of students - teachers in the experimental group who undergone the training program and the average score of the students - teachers who have not undergone the training program in scale of the teaching performance.2 - There is no difference statistically significant at the level (0.05) between the average scores for the students whom were learned by the training students - teachers and the average score of students whom were learned by the students - teachers who are not undergone the training program in the pivotal thinking test. The researcher choses the experimental design of a partial adjusting for two groups ( experimental & controlling groups ) with posterior test to each of the teaching performance for the students - teachers and the pivotal thinking test for their students the experimental groups were exposed to training program while the controlling group not exposed to training program. The community and the sample of the current research limited onstudents - teachers in Babylon University - College of Basic Education ; Science Department ; Branch of Biology (four stage) amounting to (65) students for the academic year 2015 - 2016 A.D. The researcher Droped out students - teachers whom completed the studying in teachers preparing institute their number (5) students the depending on in formation list which distributed for them, the sample of the research was chosen a random (random manner simple drag) of students - teachers and the students distributed randomly into two groups : experimental (undergone the training program) amounting to (30) students - teachers and (29) student - teacher for the controlling group (not undergone the training program) , after drop out one students from the controlling group because he failure in current stage, bringing the number of the sample was (59) a student's - teachers. The researcher equalizing between the two groups of research in the variables : (Intelligence test, the mark for students in test of previous information in general teaching methods , the mark for students in test in general teaching methods in academic year 2014 - 2015 A.D. achievement in the previous ,as well as to some non - experimental variables that could affect the safety of the training program. The community of pupils includes all the fifth - grade pupils primary schools in the General Directorate for Education in the province of Babylon , for the academic year 2015/2016Am.The sample of pupils will selected randomly and non - equivalent in number by the random manner simple drag from the fifth primary pupils for each student - teacher who had been learned by the sample of student - teacher during the application period. except the failure in their grade last year.because for each student - teacher a different number of pupils. so that the number of pupils was (150) pupils in each of experimental and controlling group to became (300) pupils for two groups to apply the test of the pivotal thinking in science subject for the two ( experimental and controlling group) at the end of the application period in the end of the second semester. The training program was built according to three stages : (The planning ( input ) ,the implementation (operation),and evaluation(output) stages). And then display his image on the initial group of arbitrators to check it before we start applying it and to take advantage of the notes are and make the necessary adjustments to it, as was the training program prepared to teach thinking skills applied students - teachers (experimental group) in the Department of Science rooms at the College of Basic Education - University of Babylon, which are (12) a week, the time of the training session of three hours per week at a rate of 36 hours of training ,the training program were distributed to the students - teachers before starting the implementation of the suggested training program. Regarding research tools ,for the first tool the researcher adopted the (note card ) which prepared by (Makawen , 2009) because it is suitable for the aims of our research which contains (53) items distributed into three areas ( planning , implementation and evaluation) with fifth estimate the researcher doing some changes contain (10) items in order to make it a suitable for teaching the thinking skills, and the second tool was the pivotal thinking test of essay type which was contains (38) items in a final shape.Then the researcher determined the psychometric characteristics for it. The researcher used the following statistical tools : ( t - Test , Chi - square, Pearson correlation coefficient , alpha - Cronbach equation ,equation of difficulty and discrimination paragraphs coefficient ,and the impact size equation. After the data statistically analysis ,the results revealed that : 1 - Superiority the students - teachers in the experimental group on the students - teachers in controlling group in teaching performance according to the note card.2 - Superiority of pupils of students - teachers in the experimental group on pupils of students - teachers in controlling group in pivotal thinking test. The researcher put many conclusion about the impact of the suggested training program for learning thinking skills to qualify the teaching performance for students - teachers to giving them the necessary teaching skills for science teaching in terms of their ability to prepare daily lessons , and converted into behavioral patterns of being able to create an effective learning environment encourages teamwork through education process , and contributes to the formation of positive attitudes towards science teaching. The researcher also recommended the need to train of science teachers to learn and teach the topics of thinking and thinking skills either before or during teaching job through training courses to enable them to teach thinking skills to their pupils through their teaching materials which they teach because of its impact in achieving the educational aims of various kinds. For complementing research the researcher suggested doing a similar study to the current study to train science teachers in various disciplines in chemistry , physics and mathematics during teaching job and the statement of its impact on the performance of teaching and pivotal thinking of their pupils at the primary stage and other subsidiary variables because the lack of studies on this subject
