"while the second major hypothesis, "there is a significant moral influence to listen to the voice of the customer in achieving the competitive superiority" these hypotheses targeting to determine the role played by listen to the voice of the customer in the leadership of companies researched to achieve superiority over its competitors, while the hypothesis major third "there are significant differences between Zain telecommunications company, Asia - Cell telecom in the level of listen the voice of the customer to achieve a competitive superiority".To test the hypotheses of the study were applied in two sections in the Asia - Cell telecom and two in the Zain telecom, the total study sample (109) by (60) for the Asia - Cell telecommunications and (49) of Zain telecom for the purpose of completion of data collection were employed personal interviews and observation, and used a number of statistical tools for data processing like mean, standard deviation and coefficient of variation for the purpose of description and analysis of the sample, the simple linear correlation coefficient (Spearman) to test the validity of the hypothesis correlation, and simple linear regression to testthe validity of the hypothesis impact, as well as test (Mann Whitney) to test the validity of hypothesis of the moral differences between the two companies researched.And the study showed significant results for most stages of hearing the voice of the customer to achieve competitive superiority, as well as the study reached the existence of significant differences between the companies researched the level of listen the voice of the customer and to achieve competitive superiority, and led the results of the practical side of the study on a number of conclusions was the most prominent of which contribute to listen to voice of the customer to make the organization more able to achieve competitive superiority and dominating the target markets, as well as the existence of significant differences between the two companies researched the level of listen to voice of the customer and the achievement of competitive superiority.The end of the study a set of recommendations highlighted the necessity for attention Zain telecom to develop most recent methods to capture the voice of the customer such as the use of the model Campa and the model of Kano or other of modern methods as well as activate new ways of interpreting and translation and publication of voice of the customer in the company as a function of deployment quality if they target continue to ascend the site is superior to competitors, and the necessity for Asia - Cell telecom to listen the voice of the customer a higher level if they target the achievement site is superior to competitors.

The choice of investment is always considered the winner.Hence, the research's problem is highlighted by raising questions about the essence of what this research addresses such as : What the level of administrations' awareness to mechanisms and sources of knowledge acquisition as well as the negotiation strategies in the General Automobiles & Machinery Company and the relationship of knowledge acquisition and negotiation strategies with the effectiveness of the negotiation teams? Does the impact of the knowledge acquisition increase the effectiveness of the negotiation teams through negotiation strategies in the company which is the research's sample?The research aims firstly to answer those questions through theoretical and conceptual framing their variables and secondly to test relation's samples and the impact on the role of knowledge acquisition in the effectiveness of the negotiation teams through appropriate negotiation strategies as well as what the impact of the knowledge acquisition in the effectiveness of the negotiation teams on the one hand and the impact of negotiation strategies in the effectiveness of negotiation teams on the other hand. There are seven main hypotheses have been presented in this study.For the purpose of achieving the goal of the research and answer the problem questions, the selected sample consisting of (50) negotiators in the General Automobiles & Machinery Company. The researcher adopted (the questionnaire as an essential tool, other than the personal interviews) to collect data and information that have been collected and analyzed by using a number of statistical techniques represented by ( frequencies, percentages, account mean, standard deviation, variation coefficient, and the Pearson correlation coefficient, and simple regression analysis, and track analysis ).The researcher reached to several results : There is a significant correlation between knowledge acquisition and negotiation strategies as well as that there is an increasing influence to gain knowledge in the effectiveness of the negotiation teams through the negotiation strategies mediation. The main recommendations were the General Automobiles & Machinery Company should integrate both the knowledge acquisition and strategy together in order to achieve the effectiveness of the negotiation teams more than if the two variables were used individually.

Abstract: تعد المخاطرة من اهم التهديدات التي تواجهها المؤسسات المالية وغير المالية على حد سواء بسبب التغيرات البيئية التي تشهدها الصناعة المالية العالمية نتيجة انشطة التداول, التي عرضت المصارف الى خسائر كبيرة ناتجة عن مخاطرة السوق التي تصاحب الانشطة التداولية للمصا | The risks are most important things that threaten the financial establishments and non financial establishments because of the changes in global financial industry which is the results of circulating activities that make the banks face large losses because of market risks which combined with banking activities. this brought global attention toward market risks and the train to measure them according to the value at risk model being the modern scale that measures predictable losses.this paper ,therefore, aim to define all types of market risks which facing the banks and their administrations and measure it through lighting the price changing which value facing risks measure to expand the understood and know the complex calculations which it followed by this measure where attention is directed towards the important of banking market risk scale to assess the resulting loss as currency value. Enabling banks to product the size of the potential threat they are to face which in term brings higher profit on one hand and reduces the risk and circulating cost on the other hand. Using the mathematical and statistical method in calculating the value at risk through the JP Morgan model to assess the market risk for the circulating portfolio in risk of profit amounts , foreign exchange rates and the risk of property (shares)prices as well as analyzing the portfolio into three areas : fixed income instruments ,foreign exchange and equity risks (shares) beside analysis of portfolio to three fixed paper centers (fixed income ,foreign exchange and shares ,and measure the value that could face a risks for each center that face market risks to reach to single figure value represent total market risks through matrix of JPMorgan model. By using statistic science to analysis risks through show the domain of the distribution of income is natural distribution which is one of the condition to calculate the risk value because it depend on the standard deviation and arithmetic mean and depend on the period of retention is 10 days and trust percent is 95 %. The case study was done on the credit bank of Iraq for six years from 2005 to 2010.the result shows that the risk value for portfolio which represents total market risks increased for the last few years which results from calculating connection matrix showing that var1 for fixed income market papers (treasure bills )that facing changing in interest price maximize for the last few years while var2 for foreign exchange position exposed to the change in the dollar exchange rate and could minimize by time and var3 of the equity position (shares) (shares of trading bank )result from vicissitudes of shares price have miner exposed compare with var1 and var2. after extracting market return as financial index from the market portfolio which consist from eight banks selected for conformation market portfolio and adopt VaR index in Iraqi banks work , to manage their risks result from exposing to market risks , the study based on main assumption that is " market risk measured by VaR with trust percent 95% result from exposed values to interest price risks having greater effect from values exposed to foreign exchange risks and that result from values exposed to shares price". This assumption proved by extracting total VaR values to market risk and proved that it effected by interest price more than risk of foreign exchange and equity risk.

Questionnaire is regarded as the main tool to collect data and information, in addition to make structured interviews. The statistical program (SPSS) was used to analyze data. The study has had many conclusions, the most important one is that current Iraqi situation has a negative effect on the Iraqi investment field that has affected all the requirements for establishing hedge funds as economy is the corner stone for other supplemented requirements, a strong investment will not be achieved without an effective economy, accordingly it is useless o to talk about any other requirement. The study has concluded to a basic recommendation represented by the attempt to develop the security and economic reality by the concerned authorities through making changes in the plans and strategies related to these two variables, as the current situation of the country prevents the success of any investment enterprise like the establishment of hedge funds.

The proper planning of capacity is a crucial factor in satisfying the demand on the company's products or services, and in identifying the proper mix of the company's resources needed to satisfy its customers and maintain the company's market share. This research work deals with the problem of capacity planning at Babyl 1 Factory, at the State General Company for Batteries Manufacturing. Through field observations, interviews, and the Factory's records, the searcher realized that the production level of the factory has decreased significantly compared to the production levels achieved in the previous years. In addition, the searcher noticed that capacity levels of the production departments reflect great variations. Therefore the searcher decided to study and analyze this problem to reach practical solutions to help the company better planning capacity. A case study approach was adopted in studying, analyzing, and data presentation in this research. The searcher used a number of tools such as : descriptive statistics in gathering and presenting and analyzing the data which pertains to this problem, Microsoft Excel in designing and running the simulation model designed by the searcher, Visual Basic in designing the Computerized Capacity Options Model ( CCOM ). The results of this research confirmed the existence of a capacity problem at the factory which lead to accumulated effects of capacity variation between the departments at the factory, In addition the simulation results revealed the running the factory for two shifts could increase the production up to 77 units a day. Although this figure is not typical of the factory, however it shows that the capacity could be increased if real action is taken to solve the capacity problem at the factor. The searcher recommends the used of simulation in studying and analyzing the capacity problem at the factory to reduce the capacity gaps between departments and to increase the daily production rate.

The information and data were collected by a questionnaire include (87) questions. The data are treated statistically by depend on several methods such as (median, range, multiple regression coefficient, the level of importance ,factors analysis)The study conclude to several results the most important is exchangeable affection relation between transformation leadership and organizational trust.There appear that there are moral affecting for the style of transformational leadership, on the level of Baghdad Company for Soft Drinks and National Company For Chemical Industries. Also there are moral affection of organizational commitment in its most affecting dimensions for the individuals( trust in co - worker and trust in organization administration).On National Company For Chemical and Plastic Industries. There appear moral affection for organizational trust in achieve organization commitment through trust co - worker trust dimension and on the level of Baghdad Company For Soft Drinks. Abstract: The study problemis Identified by findinga gap between the market - orientation of the Iraqi banks and their behaviors to generate higher value for customers and thus achieve competitive advantage, and that many of these banks are still ignored or overlooked for the customerknowledgemanagement as a comprehensive method to shareknowledge with the customer.This study seek to describe the relationship and the impact between market - orientationwith it is secondary variables (customer orientation, competitororientation, inter - functional coordination) as a independentlyvariable, and customer wledgemanagementwith it is secondary variables (knowledge about the customer, knowledge for customer, knowledge from customer) as a mediatorvariable, in achieving competitive advantage with it is indicators (cost, quality, flexibility, delivery) as supported variable.The study consists of four chapters, the first deals with the methodology and previous studies, and the second dealswith the theoretical framework for the study, while the third concerns with the field study and the third, and the fourth chapter contains the conclusions and recommendations. The studyis conducted on a sample of banks (government and private),A questionnaire is used totest hypotheses this study based upon where this questionnaire is negarded asthe main tool in the collection of data with personal interviews and field observations.The study marches to set of conclusions about the field side, the most important is validating it is hypotheses, and finding that there is a variance in bank interests in the adoption their dimensions and their secondary variables, where it is clear from the result that the private banks in more interested in these variables from the governmental banks.Finally, the study introduces some recommendations including the need to establish organizational culture supports establishment of an information system about the market which facilitate knowing and identifying the needs of existing and potential customers , marketing strategies of competitors, and the necessity hiring the information generated by the market by the banks to design and implementation their current and future in addition to adoption of customerknowledgemanagementas a comprehensive.

The research sought to accomplish a number of practical goals : knowledge is considered the main source of organizational success; hence, organizations always seek to develop their skills through reducing the knowledge gap, treating it and standing on the relation of the gap of strategic performance of the organization; it is expected that the strategic gap is effected by the knowledge gap in a wide range manner, over and above the great desire to alter into enlightened organizations to meet the requirements of the 21st century.The main problem to be discussed was : is that analyzing the relation between knowledge gap and the strategic performance gap leads to the fact that organizations necessarily change into learning ones, the fact that those organizations understand this equation and their abilities in finding a kind of convenience between knowledge gap and the strategic performance gap and how to employ this relation to the possibility of transformation the learning organizations.In order to clarify the relationship between the researches variables, five main hypotheses have been formed, the questionnaire method has been adopted as a means of gathering data and acquiring financial data with its analysis. The questionnaire was subject to Validity and reliability tests : distributed to 62 Managers of private Iraqi banks (Baghdad, Al - Kheleej, Ashoor, Al - Itihad & Ilaf) and for analyzing research data the (SPSS) and (Excel) ready - to - use programs were used. The main statistical tools used in analysis were : "percentage, frequency, average, diversion, differential factor, Spearman connection factor, simple linear slant and the route analysis".The statistical methods discharged a number of results, mainly the The existence of a positive relationship between analyzing the knowledge gap and the strategic performance gap, to the possibility of transformation the learning organizations and not to mention the effect of knowledge gap in building learning organizations mediated the gap of strategic performance.In the framework of discussing the results, the research forwarded a number of conclusions, mainly that analyzing the relation between knowledge gap and strategic performance gap has a great impact on diverting it to learning organizations.

The research, also, tries to classify the priority of the obstacles depending on the type of surveyed service organizations. And diagnoses the extent to agreement or difference of the research sample member's views on the order of obstacles of TQM, and also proposes a set of solutions to address these obstacles.The research is based on test of two main hypotheses, the first one is (There are a set of obstacles prevent the application of total quality management TQM in a number of Iraqi service organizations), whereas the second main hypothesis is (There are a significant differences between the views of the research sample members about the obstacles to the application of total quality management TQM in a number of Iraqi service organizations). A group of service organizations were selected and by one organization in each of the sectors (health, finance, education, higher education, and tourism), which are, (Al - Yarmouk Teaching Hospital, Rafidain Bank/ Branch of Hay Al - Arabi Al - Jadid, Al - Karkh/1 Directorate of Education, College of administration and Economics/ Baghdad University, and International Palestine Hotel). The research adopted the questionnaire as a tool to analyze the practical side, which was distributed to the leaders by a total of (80) questionnaire.A number of statistical methods, appropriate to the nature of the data and the research hypotheses, have been applied. It has been used : frequencies, percentages, mean, and standard deviation to describe and analyze the sample, and one sample t - test to test the validity of the first major hypothesis, also, F - test (ANOVA) and LSD (SCHEFFE) to test the second main hypothesis and sub - hypotheses derived from it.The research has shown the existence of a set of obstacles that prevent the application of TQM in surveyed service organizations, which are, (administrative obstacles, cultural obstacles, obstacles of human resources, financial obstacles, and environmental obstacles). It also shows that there are significant differences between the views of the research sample members about the "administrative and environmental obstacles" in Iraqi service organizations. And there are no significant differences about the "cultural, human resources and financial obstacles" between surveyed service organizations.The results of the research showed that the administrative obstacles have been at the forefront of the obstacles that prevent the application of TQM in all of Al - Yarmouk Teaching Hospital and College of administration and Economics, while the obstacles of human resources were in the first place for the Rafidain Bank. Also, the financial obstacles had a priority among the other obstacles in Al - Karkh/1 Directorate of Education, whereas the environmental obstacles have topped in the International Palestine Hotel. So the researcher recommends surveyed organizations to start the treatment and removal of TQM obstacles depending on their own priority.

The study has been tested in industrial sector represented by two major companies related to Ministry of Industry in Iraq. The first company was State Al - Mansour Company , The second one was State Ibn Sina Company. The study was applied on a sample of (140) managers distributable among many managerial levels members of ( board of directors, general managers or delegated managers, department managers, division managers, and unit and office managers ). The study has used the questionnaire as a main tool for collecting the data, and information in addition to the personal interviews and some annual reports related to companies. The study has tried to test a number of major and minor hypotheses related to the relation and regression among the variables of the study, and the differences among the companies in the main variable of the study for the purpose of answering all the questions related to the problem of the study and reaching the established objectives. For the purpose of processing the data and the information related to the study the researcher has used tested by non - parametric statistical tools as : Mediator, Scope, False limit factor and Regression. The study has reached to several conclusions, such the availability of the main three variables in a high level in the all companies under consideration, the availability of significant correlation among them, and significant effect for each of the organizational innovation and organizational change in the organizational effectiveness. And these results came appropriate with the hypotheses related to this aspect. The researcher has presented a number of recommendations, such as the necessity of encouraging and building organizational innovation by the companies managements and applying that in their different policies and programs related to the human resources. In addition to that, it is necessary to adopt the organizational change culture and training the managers on its skills and traits. Farther more, the necessary of the dependence of companies in executing its operations and the treatments with their customers, market, and on the standards and indicators that a achieve the effectiveness and success in their functions in different means and techniques.

Due to the great changes of the environment which are the colleges carry out their responsibilities, several colleges started looking for means and ways to strengthen their competitive advantage. The Problem of Field study is represented by the existence of clear failure in implementation of the activities of Talent management and concentrate on constructing core competencies for human recourse, and negligence of its role in consolidate competitive advantage in Iraqi colleges, Also the research aimed at to achieve several applied and knowledge objectives, and According to such a problem and objective , and in order to verify the variable of the main and sub - study , we formulated (7) principle hypothesis with (24) sun - hypothesis. Adopted The questionnaire as a tool to collect data of the study according to ready criteria and standards by using pentagonal Liker grade. It was subjected to the measures of honest and firmness, and distributed among (69) person from the employees in university performance units in (18) colleges from five Iraqi universities : “ Baghdad , Almustansiriya , Technical , Alnahrain , and AL.Iraqia university “. To analyze the data of the study, we used Statistics programs (SPSS) and (Excel). The statistical instrument that used in the analysis was “curve, available coefficient , correlation coefficient for Spearman , simple and multi linear slope and analyzing of the path”. The statistic approaches showed several results , the most important one was the existence of moral relation between the Talent management and core competency for human resources. Also showed that is moral effectiveness for each of the Talent management and core competency for human resources in consolidating the competitive advantage for the colleges , and the level of the effectiveness increase if they existed together. Regarding discussion of the results , the study presented several conclusions , out of the talent management and core competency for human resources are the competitive advantage for the colleges under dynamic environment that worked in the matter , which required increasing concentration on application of the activities of talent management and construct core competency for human resources ,that a working within , through knowing the advanced experiences of other advanced countries and make use of it in a best way

This research has been tested in the Iraqi banking sector represented by (Gulf) Commercial Bank and the Bank of Ashur International), and applied research on intentional sample of 85 managers and staff distributors in several administrative levels (Director, Department manager, branch manager, senior management staff) and use the search questionnaire head for the collection of data and information tool as well as personal interviews program and some private banks and annual reports, as well as the researcher used some statistical methods which (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, Pearson correlation analysis, and analysis of simple regression, financial ratios) The research has come to a set of conclusions was the most important, the presence of correlation and the relationship of positive influence strategic direction of the three for its removal in the performance of Iraqi private banks, the research community, and the dimensions of the strategic direction has sparked mixed on the performance of banks research sample, it is found that the impact of the pioneering trend in priority first, interactive approach in the second priority, and market - oriented in the third priority. Also found there are high positive correlation between the strategic direction (in general) and the performance of the banking banks sample section, also showed the results of descriptive analysis (general rate) to keep the strategic direction, Gulf Commercial Bank and the Bank of UNESCO's International achieved high adoption of the strength of the vertebrae search variables implying the absorption of the surveyed banks the importance of the strategic direction of all dimensions, "which will reflect positively on its performance.Based on the findings of the research results has developed a set of recommendations was the most important. Abstract: يعد مؤشر سوق الاوراق المالية احد المؤشرات الرئيسة للاستثمار في الاوراق المالية، اذ ترتبط المخاطرة النظامية باليات بناء مؤشر سوق الاوراق المالية، وتتجسد مشكلة الدراسة في جوانبها النظرية بوجود اليات لبناء المؤشر على اساس الترجيح بالقيمة السوقية او الترجيح | The stock market index is one of the main indicators of investment in securities, as linked to systematic risk build Securities Market index mechanisms, and the study embodied a problem in theoretical aspects the of mechanisms for the construction of the index on the basis of market value or weights equal or this individual share and price, on the other hand, the research problem is in systematic risk, which is one of the basics of investment securities, on the practical side, the construction of the index, according to these mechanisms reflect the systematic risk, and it has been chosen intentional sample (26 companies) of the shares listed on the Iraq stock Exchange companies Finance for a period of five years and a daily sessions (888 sessions).Along with the research issue, which discuss these point below : Do the market index mechanisms realistically measure systematic risk? Is that the mechanism used in the construction of Iraq Stock Exchange index accurately reflects the systematic risk? What are the most appropriate mechanisms in building Iraq Stock Exchange statistical notably {arithmetic mean, geometric mean and the correlation coefficient}. And of these questions aforementioned emerged hypotheses of the study, which centered on whether to reflect the different mechanisms of the market index and there were no significant differences in the risk of regulatory mechanism, and test three mechanisms for the construction of the index (stock price, market value, weights equal) in the Iraq Stock Exchange, and propose a fourth mechanism of a percentage of market value of shares traded to the market value of the company listed on the stock market within the index sample (as a future study). Notable among the findings of the study : in the financial market index values depending on the different mechanisms to build the index. And it does not mean convergence in the financial market index averages of the three mechanisms which previously discussed convergence of financial market returns. The direction of the stock market index up and down reflects a clear disparity in the financial market returns calculated on the basis of each indicator by mechanism built in isolation from each other, indicating the potential volatility of the index constituent stock returns and the attendant likelihood of systematic risk in the fluctuation.Of the key recommendations that emerged from the study : a study to choose another representative index sample through the historical information and activities of the company and traded volume in the financial market and the price of its shares and uninterrupted from the financial market and others funding sources (as a precaution to prevent money laundering within the financial market) during at least five years for companies included in the index is calculated, and then place the cursor to select the chosen sample.
