Abstract: يتناول الباحث في هذه الدراسة تحديد " دور القيادة الريادية في عملية استثمار الموارد البشرية " دراسة تحليلية في تشكيلات وزارة النقل العراقية , حيث سعى الباحث الى اختبار علاقة وتاثير القيادة الريادية بابعادها المحددة بالمباداة , وتحمل المخاطر , واستغلال الفر | The study deals with “identification of the Role of Entrepreneurial Leadership in Human Resources Investment Process”, an analytical study in companies affiliated to the Iraqi Ministry of Transportation, where as the researcher has endeavored to examine the relation and influence of Entrepreneurial Leadership with its proactive - specified dimensions, risk - taking, opportunities investment, creativity and invention in human resources investment process, with its specified dimensions : knowledge, training, enriching the live of employees and achievement.The researcher has specified several hypotheses for his study, included two main hypotheses and eight secondary hypotheses, in accordance with essence and queries of this issue, In order to examine validity or non - validity of these hypothesis, the researcher has prepared a questionnaire that contains variables for descriptive pattern which have been implemented by the Director Generals of the companies affiliated to the Iraqi Ministry of Transportation, as well as their assistants and managing directors, who represent the top of administrative pyramid in the Ministry.The study reached a number of significant conclusions, of the most important is the distinct role of Entrepreneurial Leadership in human resources investment process. This role is apparent from the form of relation through analysis process among variables, in addition to the effective impact of the Entrepreneurial Leadership and its own proactive - specified variables, risk - taking, opportunities investment, creativity and invention in human resources investment process with its specified variables : knowledge, training, enriching the live of employees, and achievement.Finally, the study has submitted a number of recommendations through which Entrepreneurial Leadership’s role could be deepened within companies affiliated to the Iraqi Ministry of Transportation to enhance its competitive advantages
