Abstract: This study aims to show the role performed by service quality in development profits of organization in a suitable way for requirements of end users and their needs and desires.It has been also define the relationship and impact of quality of service and improve profitability of the organization. Therefore , supposed plan have been adopted show relation between variations and effect of each on. Two hypotheses derived from them secondary hypothesis done by testing with suitable statistical tools.Iraqi Air Ways Company have been chosen as a field for performing this study and collecting by Questionnaire form for data and distributing (150) forms supported by personal interviews, field notes and yearly reports for company for boosting data analysis by using (SPSS).The study results showed no relationship between the impact and the quality of service and improve profitability.This study reached to numbers of results , most important are : There is no direct contact between Marketing department and company branches in the main headquarter for Iraqi Air Ways because branch of marketing lie in Al - Sadoon region and independent quality and there is no existence for unit representing branch in the concerned headquarter , and outputs didn’t give positive impress about service quality which supported indicator of profit which lead decision makers in higher administration for Iraqi Airways to hold responsibility of work by interested in this scale for development profitability , and Delay dates of Air trips causing worry for travelers
