Abstract: Training has been considered as an important activity. All organizations focus on training's importance to improve the human recourses performance and increasing its efficiency and effectiveness throughout the : evolution of information's and knowledge's , Cultivate the skills and experiences , training's influence on the directions of the employee's behaviors in the Organization. This study's problem had focus on this question : "How can training took part to improve the employee's performance in the intermediate management in the South Oil Company ?".The major aim behind this study is to experiment the relationship between training ; through its optimistic : ( the limitation of training's program , training's goals , designing of training's program , trainer , training's place , training's requirements , training's program performance) and its influence in the human racecourses` performance in the intermediate management through its optimistic : (job's fields , persevering , cooperation and relationships , mental capability , personal characteristic and psychological preparations)This study took place in the South Oil Company focusing on a sample of administration and technician department's managers. They were about (56) member of departments managers. All of them had a bachelor degree.This study had been established upon a major hypothesis to the effect that : adopt a comprehensive training program took part in improving the performance's level of the employee in the intermediate management in the South Oil Company.There are also three subsidiary hypothesis. They are : - - There is an abstract relationship between the limitation of training's needs and performance's level. - There is an abstract relationship between planning the training's program , the goals , designing and performance's level. - There is an abstract relationship between the limitation of training's needs (trainer , trainee , training's budget and training's period) and performance's level.The most important conclusions this study had reached is that ; thesample had a high concerning with training and its influence on doing their jobs.This study had reached a major recommendation which is building a specialized training centre designed with modern training requirements and specific training staffs that have a scientifically and practical experiences depends on a developed methods , and produce a modern training programs. These programmers are made for intermediate management's participants like ( situation's consideration's , contests , representation ) in order to evaluate their skills and abilities
