Abstract: The current Research aims to evaluate (Evaluate the performance of Mathematics teacher according to Marzano sample) the Teacher according to his four fields : Strategies and Class Behavior, the preparation and planning for the Class, Criticizing thinking in Teaching, Colleaguesmanship and Proficiency by answering the following questions : 1 - What is the general Level for the Mathematics Teachers Performance for the performing Teaching Skills according to Marzano sample?2 - What is the general Level for the Mathematics Teachers Performance for the performing Teaching Skills according to Marzano sample in each field?3 - What is the general Level for the Mathematics Teachers Performance in each skill of performing Teaching Skills according to Marzano sample ,and according to his fields ?4 - Is there any statistical significance differences in the level of Mathematics Teachers performance of the performing Teaching skills according to Marzono sample due to Gender Variable?5 - Is there any statistical significance differences in the level of Mathematics Teachers performance of the performing Teaching skills according to Marzono sample due to Scientific qualification?6 - Is there any statistical significance differences in the level of Mathematics Teachers performance of the performing Teaching skills according to Marzono sample due to the Educational Experience?In order to achieve the aim of the Research, the researcher did many theoretical procedures groups represented by displaying the theoretical background of the research related with the research variables, and guided with a group of studies related with the Research subject, in addition to the practical and application procedures represented by the following : First : Identify the Scientific community with Mathematics teachers in Wassit Province Center for the Academic year 2013 - 2014, and their number was 490 teacher (male, female) , the choice of research sample was randomly with rate (%20) from the community that includes 98 teacher (female, male), fourteen were Mathematics teachers(male) and 84 mathematics teacher(female), and they are different in Scientific qualification and years of Educational experience.Second : Translate the fields sample of Marzano to Arabic Language, and elicitation the translation truthiness by displaying it to the specialized experts.Third : Display the translated sample on the specialized experts to identify its range of appropriation to evaluate the Mathematics teacher performance, and his appropriation for the Iraqi Educational Environment.Fourth : Prepare Teaching performance skills list according to the Marzano sample indicators for each field of his four fields with its branch elements, and checking truthiness by displaying it on the specialized experts.The experts agreed on 56 Teaching performance skill distributed on these fields.Fifth : The researcher relied on the to evaluate the Mathematics Teacher performance (direct remark) , so he prepared a specific application for this performance. It consisted of two section, the first one includes general information, and the second one includes an evaluation of Mathematics Teachers performance for the Teaching performance skills list that had previously prepared by the Researcher, that formed the content of remark application in its four fields and distributed as the following : Strategies and Class Behavior(36) skill, the preparation and planning for the Class(8) skills, Criticizing thinking in Teaching(5) skills, Colleaguesmanship and Proficiency (7) skills.The researcher identified the performance levels for each skill by using and estimation balance includes five alternatives, and one of them will be used in observing the teacher performance, and these alternatives are(Excellent, very good, good, medium, poor),and every alternative of these alternatives has given a degree between 1 - 5.In order to limit the imminence of evaluating the observant for the Teacher performance, and making the evaluation process more objective, the researcher described the performance level for each skill of the skills that included in the application.After that, It has been investigated the truthiness of tool in the measure of what had prepared for by relying on the apparent truthiness by displaying it for experts, and the construction truthiness by finding the internal constant for the terms of application by using Berson correlation coefficients, then elicit the reliability coefficient for the research tool in two methods, the first one is the Retest, and the second one is Alpha Kronbak equation.The reliability coefficient of the two methods were very good, then the researcher elicited the correction reliability for the notice application, which is called(Agreement between Residents) by using Berson correlation coefficients. The rates of Agreement between the residents were very good.So the tool was produced with final formula to make the final application process with using a group of statistical instruments to reach the results of the Research such as the likely average, primitive test, Unilateral variance analysis and Shefeh Test. The main results of that are : 1 - The performance of Mathematics teacher for the Teaching Skills performance according to Marzano sample in general wasn’t reach to the required level according to the present measurement.2 - The performance of Mathematics teacher in Vocational Colleague manship was accepted in general, and their performance in other fields in thenotice application was substandard , and the criticized thinking field was weaken than these fields in performance.3 - There was no Statistical significance differences on level(0,05) between the Arithmetic's centers for the performance degrees of Mathematics teachers, and the Arithmetic's centers for the performance degrees of Mathematics teachers(females) for the included skills in the notice application.4 - There was a Statistical significance differences on level(0,05) between the Arithmetic's centers for the performance degrees of Mathematics teachers of the included skills in the notice application due to their difference in the Scientific qualification.5 - There was no Statistical significance differences on level(0,05) between the Arithmetic's centers for the performance degrees of Mathematics teachers of the included skills in the notice application due to their difference in the Scientific experience.According to these results, it has reached to a group of recommendations such as : 1 - Relying on teaching performance skills that were identified in the present research of the teachers, and take a benefit in evaluating their performance inteaching the Mathematics material in the Primary stage.2 - The continuous observation of the teacher by their school managers and Educational specialist during the vocational growth in performance and Educational Sufficiency.In order to permanence of the Scientific research, the Researcher proposes to make some studies such as : 1 - Making an Evaluation study discussing the teachers performance of other specialties according to Marzano sample to evaluate the teacher.2 - Making a study that discusses the evaluation of preparing and training programs for Mathematics teachers

The sample consisted of 80 students from the fifth grade of primary and distributed evenly into two groups , were conducted in the parity between the two variables of chronological age and half - year degrees for the academic year - 2012 - 2013 and educational attainment of the parents and the two groups were as follows the experimental group studied Bonmozj ( Driver the control group studied in the traditional way After completing the requirements search began applying the experiment on Monday, 02/18/2013 , as the researcher herself to teach the two groups , was built achievement test consists of 40 items of the type of multiple choice with four alternatives were to find sincerity virtual and certified content and coefficient of difficulty and the power of discrimination each paragraph of paragraphs and using the equations of each of them also created its stability in a way re - testing and using the Pearson correlation coefficient reached ( 0.96 ) , a dish achievement test at the end of the experiment on 05.05.2013 and the results were analyzed statistically using a test t - (t - Test) for two independent samples and equal results showed study, the presence of a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the experimental group students who have studied in accordance with the specimen ( Driver ) and the control group students who have studied in the traditional way in the collection.In light of the results of this study, the researcher recommended worthwhile teaching models aimed at developing the mental abilities of students and teachers prepare the setting that makes them able to use the methods , strategies and models of modern actors in teaching and teacher training in the use of a specimen Driver. She suggested the researcher conducting similar studies on the stages and other study materials and other variables subsidiaries such as : trend, the acquisition of concepts , skills.

There isn't no different that relates to statical indicative level (0,05) between average degree of education of empirial group in biology lesson that taught according to cubic stratege and the students average for exact group that taught in norma way. 2. There isn't no difference that relates to statical indicative to the indicatve to the indicative level (0,05) between the average degrees of empirical group education in biology lesson that taught according to cubic strategy and the average of students degrees in exact group that taught according to normal way in choosing scientific skills of thinking. 3. The research aver just the students in secondary class of junior high school that dependent to the commanalty directorate of wasit education , the kut city that consist of two divisions and for the educational year ( 2013 / 2014) and for the second term of educational year. 4. The researcher used the empirial design that has detailed keking for the two groups ( the empirial and the exact) in regarding to educational examination and exammining the thinking skills that were chosen for application the research an students in secondary class of junior high school in Alnajah secondary high school for boys in haphazard way and in this way there are two divisions being chosen (A,G) from the students of secondary junior high school for representing the research example ( the empirical and exact ) and the example endividuals numbers equalls to (60) students and to the fact (30) students for the empirical group and (30) students for the exact group. - The two groups of the research awarded ( the empirical and exact ) for the changeable ( chronological age ) accounts in months intelligence, the degrees of mid tern of educational year for the biology lessons , scientific thinking skills ). - The researcher tried to check the income changeable that are not empirical that may affect the experience. - The researcher prepared the requirements of the research that represented below : - Confining the educational content and analyzing and forming the behavioral purpose for the scientific lesson incorporates the research and incorporates the three final chapters ( the seventh chapter , the eight and the ninth chapter ) from the biology book of the secondary class of junior high school that measures (296) behavioral objectives , may representing it to the judges to give their ideas on them and preparing educational main plans for the two groups from the researcher regarded on cubic strategy the normal way after to representing it to judges to give their idea on them. - The two devices of the research represented in educational choosing map for educational examination and prepared the examination items according to four levels and they are. ( remembrance , assimilation , application , analysis ) in reliance to confining the numbers of whole questions and that is (50) items (45) items from the examination of multiple choice kind (5) items from the spoken examination and the checking true appearance of the examination's items that represented to groups of experts and trueness of the content in using examinational map and its executing on two examples one of them on the purpose of knowing how clear are the examination items and the answering time and equals to (31) and the other for the purpose of analysis the examination from the statically point of view from the using difficulties factors and acting the alternatives and the discrimination power for the subjective items and the example equals to ( 250) in addition to using constancy of examination in reliance to re - examing way may equalls (0,80) and the constancy is ( 0,9). - But the second device that the research chose for examining the scientific thinking skills , consist of (30) items for examining the skills ( note, classification , clarifying , prophecy , designing ) from the multiple chaise kind , and for cheking accuracy of its items ( appearance ) it represented to groups of experts , and after applying it to two examples for scurrying one of them for the purpose of knowing how clear are the examination items and the answering time (31) students and the other for the purpose of analysis of examination from the statical point of view from extracting difficulties factors and discrimination power and alternatives acting and equalls to (150) students , and to account of constancy of examination , relied on re - examination way for the scientific thinking skills that equalls (0,758) and the Pearson way for semi splitting that equalls to ( 0, 678) and it detected with Spirman Brown and equalls ( 0,678 ). - The educational time in beginning of second educational term of the year ( 2013 - 2014 ) if the term gets the period (67) days , in fact for (4) allocations for every group a week , so the researcher went to teaching the two groups. - After finishing from the experience of educational examining in 23/4/2014 on the two groups students ( the empirical and exact ) and after grading the students answers and curing them from the statical point of view in using at - examination ( t - test) for two in depended examples and correcting the effect jize ( P) the result were : - The empirical superiority that studied ( the biology science ) according to cubic strategy on student of group ( exact ) that studied the same lesson on accordance with the normal way is every educational examination and examining the scientific thinking skills and as a result of study results , the researcher concluded that in reliance to cubic strategy in teaching lesson ( biology science ) it has acting and subjective made in education and the scientific thinking skills for the students of secondary junior high schools and according to it reached to bunch of recommendations and suggestion that the most important of them that the researcher recommended was relying the cubic strategy in teaching the biology lesson and suggesting the winy the strategy with ther educational level.

It is modest experience researcher felt that there is weakness and a decrease in the level of students to absorb material sciences, as well as the weakness of science teachers and their plans do not include the school's mental skills in learning science, which makes the learning process achieved the desired goals. Therefore, this research aims to : thinking Hand of the effectiveness of the strategy notebook in the collection of fifth - grade pupils in primary and retention of information have To achieve the goals of this research was the formulation of zero hypotheses the following two : 1. Not found statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores schoolgirls experimental group who studied the strategy according to the thinking hand and average scores schoolgirls control group who studied according to the usual way in the achievement test in science.2. Not found statistically significant differences on the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores schoolgirls experimental group who studied under a strategy to thinking hand and average scores schoolgirls control group who studied according to the usual soft in the retention of information. The search was limited to fifth grade pupils in elementary school Nahrawan deliberate manner for the academic year (2013 - 2014m) and units (fifth and sixth) of the science book for fifth grade primary. The Researcher used the experimental design The experimental groups, one taught in accordance with the strategy thinking hand and the other officer taught according to the usual way, was preparing lesson plans for the two groups and presented to a group of experts to make sure of their safety. And a test of the collection of posttest which consisted of (30) paragraph type multiple choice, was calculated validity and reliability coefficient of discrimination and difficulty of paragraphs, using the equation Keodr Richardson - 20 was calculated stability of the achievement test (0.88). Included research sample (60) student from fifth grade female pupils in primary and distributed randomly into two groups, one experimental and included (30), his disciple and the other officer and included (30), his disciple, was rewarded in the variables (intelligence, achievement former science subject, chronological age, Achtbarthesela dimensionally ). And applied experience in the second semester of the academic year (2013/2014) and the experiment lasted for 8 weeks, and the researcher taught the two groups. It also has to address the data statistically using the test (t - test) for two independent samples is equal, and the results showed superiority of the experimental group that studied in accordance with the strategy of thinking hand on their peers in the control group that studied according to the method routine, as well as the results showed differences statistically significant between grades retention test for the experimental group that studied the strategy according to the thinking hand. In light of these findings the researcher recommended using the strategy thinking hand in teaching science and suggested that further studies of the stages and different subjects and find out their impact on other variables.

After collecting the data and analyzing them statistically and using the T - test for two independent samples, and Pearson correlation coefficient, Kalmajarov Smirnov equation, Vaccronbach equation, and the T - test for one sample, and the analysis of mono - variance, the results reached the following : . The character of the university student has been characterized by the enjoyment of engagement of a level of learning, at a level that gives him the confidence that leads to the hope of renewing the ambition to achieve success, as engagement gives them the opportunity to give and interact socially and scientifically. . The researcher can feel the role of the nature of sex for the gender, especially the females in their diligence to seriously engage in learning, as the indicators that students in the specialization of humanities are allowed to read and memorize which gives them the interactive field under the academic study and emerged more especially in the fourth stage where the female student feels that she can continue her higher education, which gives her the confidence that learning is the way to success.. The enjoyment of the university students with a self - esteem coincides with the integration of the individual's perception of himself and his abilities towards success. Through the results of the current research, the level of self - esteem did not give an indication that males or females are distinguished from each other by virtue of the human race They are indicators of the nature of the role of the individual as a male or female and adhering to the individual personality, as well as the role of the family in promoting self - confidence that draws the individual's potential for social interaction which is reflected in his seriousness of engagement in all areas of life and self - esteem.. Abstract: It is not hidden for literary people and literature writers what affective role the poetry has at all life facets because it is considered as a means by which its effective voice touched and the feelings it includes and the senses and the ideas that come over centuries in general and the Abbasyyan age in particular which witnessed a great development in the modernism civilization beside the poetic culture that its phenomena have extended during that era in which great poets appear such as; Bashar Bin Burd , AbiNua'as, Abi - alatahya , Abi - Tamam , Ebin - Al - Rumi , Al - Buhtari and AL - Mutanabi and more the like that is why I have a huge interest since my first joining the first years of my study for reflecting this poetry and looking for it. The most important thing that appeals me to this topic is it expresses the real interaction that poetic texts act and what reactions it do in turn that are attractive by which I build up the study and the selection of supports texts basing on that. The study consist of ; preliminary and three chapters preceded by an introduction and ended by a conclusion of the results that come up with then the sources that enrich the study scientifically and help me a lot. The preliminary sheds light on the interaction of the poetry through the authorities of the ruler and the critic before the Abbasyyan age starting with the Jahily age passing the Islamic then the Amawi age. Chapter one is dedicated to the talk about (the interaction of the Abbasyyan poetry at the ruler's authority ) which is subdivided into two main sections, the first one deals with ( the poetry of the revolutionary politics )while the second one deals with ( the pity poetry ). The second chapter talks about (the interaction of the Abbasyyan at the critic authority ) which also subdivided into two section ; the first deals with ( the interaction of the Abasyyan poetry in developing the criticism editing movement )while the second deals with (the renewing of poem building). Chapter three includes (an art study) which is divided into three sections; the first one talks about ( the rhythm), while the second talks about ( the styles) but the third one shows the (poetic picture). Finally, I end the study with the ( Effect of Abbasid Poetry on the Power of the Governor and the Stand of the Critic Until the Middle of the Fourth Century A.H ) it also includes the important results obtained from this literary study. Abstract: In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful Praise be to Allah, the lord of the worlds, and the blessings are upon prophet Mohammad and his household, the purified. The self is a world of secrets and wonders and it is a great angelic creation. That is why knowing God is connected to knowing the self. From this perspective, a lot of humanistic and scientific studies were conducted in different fields to investigate the self. Each science studies it according to its rules and approaches. You cannot see a science or an art or a school of thought which did not study it. Among the schools of thought which greatly took care of studying the self is the Mystical Doctrine. In their approach, they focused on educating and disciplining the self so they purify their souls and cleanse them in order to reach high degrees, see the unseen and prevail the secrets. So they studied it from many different perspectives and they studied the self states. The mystical literature - prose and poetry - took care of the self and they were affected by the explanations which were conveyed to them by their teachers explaining the self and its psychological states. That is why the mystical literature about the self is rich. According to that, the present study is conducted to investigate the self in the mystical literature. The first chapter studies the self in general( according to its meaning in Arabic language, in the holy Quran, in the teachings of the prophet, in philosophy, in ethics, in psychology, and in the mystical doctrine). The second chapter investigates how mystical poets praised the self and clarifies the reasons behind praising their selves. The most important reason for that praise is that mystics see themselves as a reflection of God in this world. The most important sources of praise for them are love, knowledge, good morals such as patience, contentedness, trustworthiness, keeping secrets, forgiveness, modesty, self richness, etc. The most important mystical terms that are related to the present study are defined in this chapter such as the mystical love and its characteristics, monotheism, prevailing, classifying sciences according to mystics, understanding, realization , and the meaning of the most important morals mentioned in the present study. The third chapter investigates dispraising the self in mystical doctrine. The main reasons for that dispraise are sins, disobeying, weakness, not having a will to continue on the path to Allah, prevailing the secret, not having loyalty, not following the righteous people, confusion, being lost, and ignorance. The most important mystical topics discussed in the present study are praying, pessimism, the heart, blame, willingness, confusion, and some other topics.
