Then, the researcher deals with the volleyball game and the classification of basic skills through choosing the appropriate ones according to the curriculum prepared by the Ministry of Education for the intermediate level and learning it according to the aids prepared by the researcher to figure out the percentage retained.Problem of Study The problem of research is raised through researcher's observation as being a teacher and coach of Diyala's team that there are weakness in learning the basic skills in volleyball , and that the traditional ways to learn those skills may not support the diversity, excitement and thrill in the lesson which take a long time and more effort , so the researcher intends to use teaching assistants aids in learning the basic skills in volleyball at physical education lesson in order to raise the level of students and the level of the game.Aims of Study1 - Designing a set of teaching assistants aids in learning and retaining some of the basic skills of volleyball for the students in the first intermediate schools.2 - Identifying the effectiveness of teaching assistants aids in learning and retaining some of the basic skills of volleyball for the students in the first intermediate schools.Hypotheses of Study1 - There are statistically significant differences in pre and post - tests concerned with experimental and control groups in learning some basic skills in volleyball and in favor of the post test.2 - There are statistically significant differences in post - test concerned with experimental and control groups in learning some basic skills in volleyball and in favor of the post test.3 - There are statistically significant differences in pre and post - tests in retention ratio concerned with experimental and control groups in learning some basic skills in volleyball and in favor of the experimental group.Areas of Study - The human : the sample is chosen from Al - Entisar secondary School in Baqubah district at Diyala government - Temporal field : From 1 / 9 / 2013 and till 1 / 4 / 2014. - Spatial field : The Yard of Al - Entisar secondary school for boys.Chapter Two : Theoretical Background and Previous Studies : The first part of this chapter includes the theoretical studies due to the teaching assistants aids and their importance in the learning process.In addition, learning and retaining some of the basic skills , as well as the basic skills in volleyball. Furthermore, some previous studies are discussed to identify the similarities and differences with the current study.Chapter Three : Methodology and Procedures This chapter contains the methodology and procedures field , as the researcher used the experimental design in terms of equivalence groups , either the sample of study is (40) students are chosen from Al - Entisar secondary school for boys. The sample of the study is divided into two experimental and control groups. After the homogeneity and parity is achieved , The experiment study was conducted form ( 12/11/2013 ) until ( 02/01/2014 ), the amounted duration is ( 8 weeks ) and by two units per week. The total units is about (16) units. This chapter also includes gathering information means, teaching assistant aids prepared by the researcher, pilot studies , tests used in the current study , scientific bases of the tests ; pre and post tests for retention and statistical methods used for data processing.Chapter Four : Discussion and Analysis of Results Results presented is discussed and analyzed according to scientific sources by using tables and graphs.Chapter Five : Conclusions and Recommendations : - In light of the research's' findings, the following conclusion are stated : 1 - Using of teaching assistants aids, in the educational process, has greatly influenced in learning the current skills due to experimental group in making learning better than the control group.2 - The emergence of a preference for the effect of teaching assistants aids and its effectiveness than the traditional approach on the level of current performance skills. 3 - Teaching assistants aids help students to attend the lesson seriously and increase self - confidence and rush toward performance.4 - Learning retention due to experimental group is a clear indicator of the success in using teaching assistants aids in a lesson and increasing student memorizing toward current performance skills. In light of the findings of the current study, the researcher recommends the following : 1 - The emphasis on using assistants aids in learning the current skills as being the most influential in the various stages of learning.2 - Teaching assistants aids should be an essential part in the content of the curriculum.3 - The necessity of using assistants aids and tools in learning other skills in volleyball.4 - The emphasis on the competent authorities in providing the assistants aids to learn other skills of the individual and collective games. 5 - Conducting similar studies on different age groups and for both sexes in the volleyball and other games.

Volleyball is one of the sports that include many types of skills especially serial and integrated. Such skills require great psychological, skill and physical efforts, thus specialists in this field are in need for better ways for uplifting the level of sports. Problem of the study : The problem of the study lies in the weakness in performing blocking by league volleyball players. This weakness results from the blockers lack of attention and ball follow up that helps the attacker to hit the ball towards the blockers without predicting it. This lead to a general weakness in all teams of volleyball. Thus, the researcher proposed an apparatus that could shift the player's attention and develop it and in turn develop the players' ability for blocking. Aims of the study : 1. Designing an apparatus for shifting attention during blocking to youth national Iraq team in volleyball.2. Identifying the differences between pre and posttests in the two groups in some aspects of attention and blocking to youth national Iraq team in volleyball. 3. Identifying the differences between posttests in the two groups in some aspects of attention and blocking to youth national Iraq team in volleyball.4. Identifying the percentage of development on some aspects of attention and blocking to youth national Iraq team in volleyball. Procedures : The researcher used the experimental method. The subjects were (14) young Iraqi volleyball league players. Two of them have been eliminated because they do not block. The researcher divided the subjects into two equal groups; experimental and controlling groups. He also proposed an apparatus shift attention and found tests that suit it. Validity, reliability and objectivity of the tests have been proved. The researcher conducted a pilot study, pretests and posttests using the proposed apparatus. The collected data was treated using proper statistical methods mainly the Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS). Conclusions : 1. The apparatus can be successful used in transforming and shifting attention to develop blocking.2. There are significant differences between pre and posttests in favor of posttests in all variables of the study.3. There are significant differences between posttests for the two groups in favor of the experimental group in all variables of the study.4. There is a developmental percentage in all variables of the study. Recommendations : 1. Using the proposed apparatuses for developing attention and blocking due to its great effect in training.2. Making similar studies using other apparatuses for different skills of volleyball and other aspects of attention.3. Informing coaches of the importance of mental operations in general and attention in particular due to its great importance in volleyball.4. Developing the apparatus after adding some timing sensors and improving technical aspects that would increase the speed of motor response.

Abstract: هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على تاثير التمرينات الخاصة لتطوير بعض القدرات البدنية والوظيفية والمهارية على وفق معادلة الكثافة التدريبية المطلقة.حيث ان العملية التدريبية تحتاج الى فهم عالي من قبل المدربين في كيفية التنسيق الصحيح بين اوقات العمل والراحة لتقنين | The study aimed to identify the impact of the training program for the development of some physical and functional skills and capacity according to the equation training absolute density. The researcher used the experimental method for suitability to the nature of the research, the research sample consisted of (16) as a player and aged (16 - 18) years since, the research sample was divided into two groups and the control group and the experimental group of (8) players per group. The training program applied to the experimental group of (10) weeks and by (4) training modules in the week as a total of 40 training modules, and reached 120 module minute time either exercises used, prepared by the researcher in the experimental curriculum time, reaching for implementation 30 - 85 minutes. Taking into account the strict regulation of work and rest times of rationing module intensity through training density equation used by the researcher, and after the completion of the application of the training program was conducted a posteriori tests on the sample. And using appropriate statistical methods, the researcher to several conclusions, including that the training using the equation of absolute intensity training the experimental group had achieved remarkable development in all tests Search capabilities of physical, functional and technical skills for the tests before and after. But in the post tests dimensional experimental group has outperformed the control group in all tests except the search in only two tests are Alphusvegeneh test capacity and test beating overwhelming. The researcher recommends the need to legalize the use of training load using the equation density in training for volleyball players and mainstream way rationing training load using the equation in determining the severity of the module.

The existence of statistically significant differences between experimental and control groups in tests of learning posteriori some basic skills with the ball plane (Setting, Serving , Receiving).As for theoretical studies have addressed the researcher to several Investigation on methods of teaching and two methods - interactive and examination of self and related maps of mind and methods cognitive in general, and style bear - do not bear the uncertainty and in particular with the review of the skills of volleyball (Setting, Serving , Receiving), as has been similar studies and previous research topic.The researcher followed the following steps in the procedures of the study : - - The use of the pilot plant with a design to the equivalent experimental groups with control group (2 × 1) in the sense of two experimental and one control group. - Make a search on the sample of students in the second class in the Faculty of Physical Education for Women / University of Baghdad for the academic year (2011 - 2012) and reached the final number of the sample (90) students. - It took two tests with the use of a means to clarify the new help are : - • a measure of cognitive style (bearing obscurity, non - bearing obscurity)• tests of skill.• mental maps. - After the application of a measure of cognitive style (bearing obscurity, non - bearing obscurity) were divided from each experimental sample to control two categories (bearing obscurity , non - bearing obscurity). - After testing the tribal skills curriculum has been implemented, which included (24) and educational unit at a rate of two units (2 units) in the week and time of the educational unit (90) minutes. - A posteriori tests were conducted after the completion of the curriculum.After analyzing the data using appropriate statistical methods, we reach many important conclusions as follows : - 1 - The totals are educational and experimental style interactive using mental map for people with cognitive domain afford and do not bear the mystery and Platform style screening self - using mental map for people with cognitive domain afford and do not bear the mystery and style used with the control group was curricula highly effective in learning the basic skills under discussion and differences different.2 - convenient interactive style using a mind map with the cognitive domain afford ambiguity in learning the technique of performance for each of the skill (setup and reception) Volleyball. And accuracy performance for transmission Volleyball skill.3 - convenient interactive style using a mind map with the cognitive domain ambiguity intolerance in learning performance skill technic transmitter front - facing volleyball.4 - suited the style of self - examination using a mind map with the cognitive domain carrying mystery with an accuracy of performance with respect to the skill of volleyball setting.5 - convenient self - screening method using a mind map with the cognitive domain carries with ambiguity Technique performance with respect to the skill of volleyball setting.6 - convenient self - screening method using a mind map with the cognitive domain carrying mystery with an accuracy of performance with respect to the skill of receiving transmissions volleyball.7 - convenient self - screening method using a mind map with the cognitive domain carries with ambiguity Technique performance with respect to the skill of receiving transmissions volleyball.8 - convenient self - screening method using a mind map with the cognitive domain carrying mystery with an accuracy of performance with respect to transmission Volleyball skill.9 - convenient self - screening method using a mind map with the cognitive domain is carrying mystery with Technique performance with respect to transmission Volleyball skill.As a complement to the requirements of the research the researcher made a set of recommendations as follows : - 1 - It is necessary to focus on the use of visual teaching aids, including mental maps in the learning process which showed a clear role and active role in the process of learning the skills in question.2 - Subject to cognitive styles that characterize the students, and for the purpose of employing them and use them optimally, which serves the educational process.3 - need to see teachers and professors on cognitive styles, so that they can diagnose cognitive styles that characterize their students and then choose what suits them from teaching methods to be applied in the educational units.4 - conduct similar studies of the current study on a sample of males to see the differences between the results of male and female.5 - conduct similar studies of the current study and applied to the rest of the skills of volleyball.6 - conduct similar studies of the current study and application in other sports activities (Individual or teams).7 - other similar studies dealing with the mental map with methods other cognitive style endurance, and do not bear the obscurity of cognitive styles to see its impact on learning volleyball skills.8 - other similar studies dealing with the mental map and meshing with other teaching methods to determine their impact on learning volleyball skills.

This strategy helps students to learn by themselves and to uplift their level of awareness to the extent that allows them to achieve their aims. These strategies include a series of activities and cognitive procedures that can be used before and after learning. The importance of the study lies in using para perceptive cognition strategy in risky vs. careful students in learning underarm serving, upper arm serving, forward setting and float under serve and float upper serve. The problem of the study was that traditional volleyball teaching program does not contain the important strategies that give the student an active role in the learning process. The traditional style relays heavily on spoon feeding information to students without paying attention to their individual differences especially in cognitive style risky vs. careful students. Aims of The Study : 1. Designing skill tests to measure the level of artistic performance (technique) for some basic skills in volleyball.2. Designing skill exercise to teach some basic skills in volleyball.3. Designing aiding tools to teach some basic skills in volleyball.4. Identifying the effect of learning according to para perceptive cognition strategy and the proposed program for risk vs. carefulness in learning basic skills of volleyball.5. Identifying the effect of learning according to para perceptive cognition strategy and the proposed program for risk vs. carefulness in retaining the basic skills of volleyball.Hypotheses of the Study : 1. There are statistical differences in the effect of learning according to para perceptive cognition strategy and the proposed program for risk vs. carefulness between pre and posttest in learning basic skills of volleyball.2. There are statistical differences in the effect of learning according to para perceptive cognition strategy and the proposed program for risk vs. carefulness in posttest in learning basic skills of volleyball.3. There are statistical differences in the effect of learning according to para perceptive cognition strategy and the proposed program for risk vs. carefulness in retention test in learning basic skills of volleyball. The Procedures : The researcher used the experimental method. The study was conducted on (30) second year college of physical education students/health and recreation department/ university of Baghdad of the academic year 2009 - 2010. The researcher conducted two tests cognitive style scale (risk vs. carefulness and skill tests. After applying cognitive style scale the subjects were divided into two groups; experimental and controlling (risky and careful). After the pretests the teaching program was applied. It included (24) teaching session for each group with (3) teaching sessions per week. Each session lasted for (90) minutes. Posttests and retention tests were conducted after the completion of the teaching program. Conclusions : 1. The teaching programs (Para perceptive cognition strategy and the traditional program in the college) were effective in teaching the basic skills in volleyball.2. The proposed teaching program according to Para perceptive cognition strategy proved its importance and effect in students with risk vs. careful students in learning and retaining some basic skills in volleyball compared to the traditional program followed by the college.3. The proposed teaching program according to Para perceptive cognition strategy for risky and careful students is appropriate due to its positive effect on learning and retaining some basic skills in volleyball. Recommendations : 1. Using the proposed a teaching program according to para perceptive cognition strategy in learning the basic skills of volleyball to second year college students of the physical education colleges in all Iraqi universities.2. The possibilities of teaching institutions in the ministry of higher education benefiting from this study to build teaching programs according to Para perceptive cognitive strategy to uplift the level of university students.3. The necessity of teachers from all colleges of physical education in Iraqi universities mastering all cognitive styles that the students possess due to their great importance in achieving the best results in teaching basic volleyball skills.

Abstract: تكمن مشكلة البحث بان هناك تباين في مستوى المتعلمين بالرغم من الجهود المبذولة من قبل المدرس لذا تجد الباحثة ضرورة استخدام اساليب تعمل على تحفيز المتعلم وجعله محور اساسي في العملية التعليمية، فضلا عن ضرورة الاهتمام بالعمل الجماعي لتعلم كيفية التعامل مع الا | the research concentrates on the implication that there is low - skilled learners despite of the effarts exerted by the teacher. therefore, the researcher insists on the importance of using the styles that work to activate learner and make him the central concern of teaching process due to the importance of group work in contributing to how to treat with others and getting rid of negative individual values and principles , and through using modern strategies of cooperative learning including teaching environment. the study aims at introducing the effect of jigsaw cooperative strategy in random and sequential style of learning forearm and underhand serve skills of volleyball. it attempts to discover the best group to acquire the skills and finding out the rate of improvement in the learning process. the researcher used experimental syllabus in binary design (2X2) because of it is flexibility and the nature and aim of the study. forty eight students of eight grade class, who were at(13 - 15) years of age, were assigned randomly for the study. the sample were taken from bingrid basic school of education in kalar \ sulaymaniyah governorate (2013 - 2014). they were divided into four groups. each group was trained in forearm and underhand serve skills of volleyball by using different styles. in the first group jigsaw strategy was used also in sequentian style , and in thesocend group command teaching strategy was used also in sequential style. but, in the third group jigsaw strategy was used in random style. finally, thr fourth group used command teaching strategy in random style.the curriculum includes the implementation of teaching units according to the instructions of ministry of education. Accordingly, the time of each teaching units is 30 minutes.thus,(7) teaching units were implemented in training forearm and underhand serve as far as command teaching strategy in sequential style is concerned. in the same way, (14) teaching units were implemented in training forearm and underhand serve by using command teaching strategy in random style, the implementation of the teaching units in the curriculum included two units per week.the result showed different levels in the rate of improvement of both sleill in the four different groups. it showed that the third experimental group that used jigsaw cooperative strategy in random style was the best in learning the forearm and underhand serve, while the first experimental group that used jigsaw cooperative strategy in sequential style of learning forearm and underhand serve ranked the second. the forth experimental group that used command teaching strategy in random style ranked the third , finally the second experimental group that used command teaching strategy in sequential style ranked the fourth.the researcher recommends the advantage of the process of connecting teaching strategy to training tabulation. she also recommends further study and research in other kinds of teaching strategies in other skills of volleyball or other physical sports.
