Abstract:
Section l : The Definition Research : Introduction and Relevance of Research : Included This Part on The Introduction and Relevance of Re search, Manifested as Follows : Dealing with this section the developments in the world of training, both theoretical and practical methods and means of advanced training that world contribute to raising the level of the game further the importance of physical performance and the replication of these skills on the length of time of the match has been touched to the importance of the Strength Endurance and Its role in meeting the requirements of performance without landing in the level of the player and the importance of functional capacities and the role of training curricula according to the energy systems and their positive impact in the development of the level of the game of volleyball.The Problem of the Research : Here, he noted, a Researcher with failure to contain diary trainers on the items concerning the preparation and organization of the exercises for this component, despite the importance that occupied by these capacities, and weaknesses of carrying his efforts on the length of time of the match, not to give trainers importance for the training component search, waned to know, a researcher with the impact of this component, especially in the period of the preparation of special to volleyball players - men. Research Objectives : 1. Make physical exercises, particalrly by jumping according to a training curriculum proposal for developing strength endurance and some functional capacities to the volleyball blayers - men.2. To know the effects of physical exercises special by jumping to assume the force of menbers of a sample research.3. To know the effects of physical exercises special to jump to same functional capacities of members of a sample research.The Imperatives of Research : 1. Section lV : Presentation of Results analyzed and debated : In This Chapter the presentation of results analyzed through use a number of media, as statistical rerched, a researcher from which to an evolution in (strength endurance and some functional capacities) players the Pilot Group as a result of the application of the training curriculum, which showed the differences between the tow tests and tribal dimensional, which supports and achieve the objectives of research and its prescriptions.Section V : Conclusions and Recommendations : Conclusions : According to statistical treatment by a researcher in the light of the presentation and analysis concussions, as follows : 1. The Development of a set of exercises regulated applied will be developed according to a systematic framework scientific training accurately from indiscriminate training exercises to give how what was agreed as evidenced this study.2. The Identification of training methods appropriate to the type of search changing according to the scietism foundations help to the development of capacity to be develop faster and better than the use of methods and does not suit capacity to be developed, this was affirmed by this search that the method training time high intensity the strength of the players of volleyball.3. That the use of special exercises more than a means to leapfrog contributed to the development of the status of strength endurance to volleyball players the plane, which contributed to the achievement of movements and skills they have to jump well on the match, which is considered a relatively long. 4. The way of the training time which was applied in this study have had significant in the development of the physical abilities and same of the functional capabilities, because of the rotation of work and rest period, which provided an opportunity during the rest periods, which provided an opportunity during the period of hospitalization the restoration of the composition of energy vehicles depleted during effort, and the ability to do the performance of subsequent efficiency.Recommendations : According to the to the conclusions that came out, a resarcher from studied this recommends a series of recommendations researcher from studied this recommends a series of recommendations research private and public, as follows : 1. The Necessity building training currcula according to versions studied scientific different sports activities in general and the effectiveness of volleyball in particular to develop well kept pace with world development level, which reached the game worldwide.2. The Variety of using appropriate in the application of the terms of the Platform the suitable training of the type of activity practitioner to develop the physical abilities and the level of the players and taking into account the players accept these stressed and sizes, with an increase in suspense factor in this diversity.3. Make priodic tests for each of strength endurance and functional capacities and special associated with this capacity, to stand on the develoment of their level of periodically without landing it is an important factor and decisve in the game of volleyball.
