As a tennis player that need to be developed as a necessary condition that requires strength speed , through the use of one common method force in the development of the inverted hierarchy style and find out extent of its impaction on some of the offensive skills of young players accuracy.The research problem after briefing researcher on the sources and studies for a game of tennis, which emphasizes that there are several physical capabilities interference in its performance but the most prominent of which is the explosive power and distinctive as fast as several methods used in training, and after reviewing the methods used, The problem emerged when a researcher is to use a style of training is not used previously in the game of tennis, an opposite hierarchy style to develop explosive speed and distinctive strengths and knowledge of its impact on the accuracy of performance of some offensive skills with young players in tennis. The research aims to : • The research aims to prepare the training curriculum with the opposite hierarchy style• Identify the impact of the opposite style hierarchy to develop explosive power distinctive power of players.• Identify the impact of the opposite style hierarchy on the accuracy of performance of some of the offensive skills of tennis players.The researcher assumed the following : • There is statistically significant differences between tribal and dimensional tests in explosive power and distinctive distinctive power of the young players in tennis.• There is statistically significant differences between tribal and dimensional in the performance of some offensive skills accuracy young players in tennisAs for research field : • The human field : Youth Players of Alsaed Club of tennis• time field : from 20/2/2015 to 2/5/2015 • Spatial field : Fitness Foreign stadiums Tennis Hall in the alsaed ClubChapter two contains several issues related to the subject of research As it touched on the concept of hierarchical forms of training , hierarchical pyramids and the types of training ,muscle strength, importance and power types (Maximum power, Mtaulp strength, explosive strength, speed characteristic force) , accuracy, types and working to develop it , tennis (A game of tennis (basic skills in the game of tennis, strike aircraft and steps learned and mistakes when implementing, Crushing blow and steps of its learning and mistakes of its Implementation, As for the previous studies the researcher refer to my am OMER KAMEL ABEDOMRAN and ZAINAB RAAD ABDUL HUSSEIN studies and similarities and differences between the current study, the two previous studies. While the researcher field procedures in chapter three is using of experimental method to design tests with the same group of tribal and suitability for the post with the problem of research and the research sample included six players from the youth players of Alsaed club tennis.Also it included the means , the tools and equipment used in all the information and determine the physical and skill tests , procedures exploratory experiment and this chapter contained the the statistical methods used to address data extracted.While chapter four included display of the results of research and variables that have been analyzed and discussed scientifically supported sources.In light of the discussion of the results that have been reached it has come up the following conclusions : • inverted Hierarchical style training helps in developing explosive power of arms and legs muscles with young tennis players.• inverted Hierarchical style has positive influence in the development of power distinctive by speed for arms and legs with young tennis players• The development of the physical abilities of young trainee's players with inverted hierarchy style working to improve the depth of the font and behind of Plane strikes in tennis • The development of physical abilities of young players who trained with inverted hierarchy style, helps to improve muscular harmonic work, subsequently reflected positively on the accuracy and the depth of forhand and back hand drive and the smash in tennis.• There is extrusive relation under studying in the development of power and the accuracy of the basic activities. The recommendations involved : • Adoption of the training curriculum hierarchy amphibious style when some physical training and skills development for young famous tennis stage setup.• It is necessary to take into account the foundations of scientific methods and planning training when using a hierarchical style of down cut and definition coaches and their assistants in nature.

Abstract: هدفت الرسالة الى تقنين مدة الراحة بين التكرارات بدلالة المؤشرات الوظيفية بصورة تتبعية قبل وبعد كل جهد بدني. ومعرفة تاثير مدة الراحة المقننة على المؤشرات الوظيفية. ومعرفة تاثير مدة الراحة المقننة على الانجاز.وافترض الباحث ان هناك فروقا ذات دلالة احص | This thesis aimed to the rationing of recovery period between repetitions in significance of some of the functional indicators as follow up before and after each physical effort, and knowledge of the impact of recovery period on the functional indicators , and knowledge of the recovery period on the achievement.the researcher supposed that there are statistically significant differences in the results of the functional indicators between pre and post tests, and there are significant differences between the functional indicators and achievement differences.The researcher take up to theoretical studies which contained multiple researches related to the subject of this research a recovery and its concept , definitions, types and uses of recovery and importance, also it contained a special functional indicators for this research (heart rate, saturate the blood with oxygen, the concentration of glucose in blood, the concentration of acid lactic in the blood, the concentration of hormones of testosterone and cortisol in the blood) ,as well as the effectiveness of the 800 meters on the subject of the research.The researcher has used the experimental curriculum by one group of suitability for nature of the research, and determine research community by youth players team of athletics for year (2014 - 2015) their number (6) players. The sample was selected by intentional way from the original community by as (3) players. The curriculum period took (12) weeks ,as (2) two units per a week, because the full total for units of training curriculum (24) units.After the curriculum completion has been holding the post tests, and using the appropriate statistical procedures to get the results. After that the results were displayed it, analyzed it, and discussed it. The researcher got to the conclusions, the most important of which is the improvement in the functional variables and achievement as a result of the impact of rationing for recovery period between repetitions that adopted during the main experience. But the recommendations were the most important is to emphasize the rationing for recovery period between repetitions being the most important between the training load components.

It included all aspects of life, especially, the physical aspect due to scientific studies that reached detailed results to offer the suitable solutions with economy in time and effort in performing sport skills. The significance of the study lies in the concept of brain mastery and its effect on learning and mastering disc throw in track and field using consecutive and random styles.The problem of the study lies in the skill performance of the students of the College of Physical Education and Sport Science in disc throwing which is below the desired level. This is due to many reasons (physical, psychological, intellectual, mental, etc.). The researcher sought to study the concept of brain mastery with the exercises that help learning the skills and performing them correctly. Disc throwing is an activity that needs mental - practical capacities in its performance depending on physiological aspects of the body.Aims of the Study• Preparing exercises using consecutive and random styles for disc throwing activity in track and field.• Investigating the effect of exercises using consecutive and random styles for disc throwing activity in track and field on right, left, and full brain mastery.• Investigating the level of mastery of disc throwing activity in track and field with brain mastery.Study Hypotheses • There are statistically significant differences between the results of the control and experimental groups in pretests and posttests concerning brain mastery in learning and mastering in favor of the posttest.• There are statistically significant differences between the results of the control and experimental groups in posttests concerning brain mastery in learning and mastering in favor of the experimental group.• There are statistically significant differences between the results of mastering and posttest of disc throwing activity in track and field.Scope of the Study• Human scope : the students of the second grade for the academic year 2014 - 2015.• Time scope : 14/9/2014 to 30/6l2015.• Spatial scope : track and field of the College of Physical Education and Sport Science, University of Diyala. Chapter Two : Theoretical Study and Literature This chapter included the exercise and schedule. It also discussed learning and kinesthetic exercises as well as the levels of kinesthetic learning. This chapter also studied scheduling learning methods like consecutive and random styles. Then, it discussed the brain and its hemispheres and the concept of brain mastery and its significance in kinesthetic learning and the effective factors. It also accounted for the functions of brain hemispheres in sport. The second section of this chapter discussed the literature on this topic and the similarities and differences of previous studies and their significance. Chapter Three : Methodology and Field Procedures This chapter contained the methodology of the study and its field procedures. The researcher used the experimental method with dual factor design (3x3) which is regarded as the most suitable designs for experimental method because it can assess more than one independent variable. The researcher also used the balanced group design with pretest and posttest. The sample of the study included the students of the second grade in the college of physical education and sport science, section A,D,E which reached 91 students. The sample represented 31.84% of the study community which is 157 student. The main experiment included 24 educational units, two units a week for 12 weeks. It started on Thursday 6/11/2014 and ended on Thursday 29/1/2015. The time of each educational unit is 90 minutes. This chapter also included the devices, aids, data gathering tools, pilot experiments, study tests and their scientific basis, pretests and posttests, and statistical devices used in data processing. Chapter Four : Results, Analysis, and Discussion In this chapter, the researcher was concerned with presenting and analyzing the results of the pretests and posttests and finding the significance of the variations. The results were presented in charts, then analyzed and discussed by means of scientific resources.Chapter Five : Conclusions and RecommendationsIn this chapter the researcher presented the most important conclusions as the following : • The exercises in consecutive and random style has a positive effect in processing the information patterns of brain mastery in learning disc throwing activity in track and field for the students of the second grade in the college of physical education and sport science.• The suitability of the exercises for the ages of the study sample participated greatly in learning and mastering disc throwing activity in track and field. The study recommended that : • The use of other style of learning scheduling other than consecutive and random style in processing the information of half brain mastery of some skills in track and field.• Focusing on the functions of both brain hemispheres which has a great role in multiple brain functions of learning basic skills.

Totaling (18) player after he ruled the player free, and the setting players the number (15) for the player were divided randomly into two groups of the experimental group and the number (5) players, and the control group and the number (5) players also the five remaining test reconnaissance, and after that was conducted homogeneity and parity of the sample conducted them tribal tests and then applied exercise physical - skills using the devices prepared by the researcher for 8 weeks at a rate of (3) training units per week, bringing the total sum of modules (24) unit training, it has reached a period of physical exercise in the unit training between (52.92 minutes) to (107.68 minutes), has been applied during the exercise section President, either time module has identified a time of 120 minutes is divided into (physically, skilly, plans , psychology), and the researcher used the method of training Recurring interval and after the completion of the application of exercises conducted a posteriori tests.Part IV included a presentation and analysis of results, discussion and verification of hypotheses.Finally, Part V included the conclusions and recommendations in the light of the discussion of the findings of the most important thesis and have exceeded the researcher's conclusions and in general? The physical exercise - footwork using two devices contributed to the development of physical abilities selected and in favor of the experimental group.? that physical exercise - skill using the devices contributed to the development of a section of the biokinematic variables that were significant in two skills and not significant in the other section.? that physical exercise - skill using the devices contributed to the development of my skills beating the overwhelming national and rectum and transmitter accuracy of wavy jump.Recommendations? researcher recommends using physical - skills exercises to develop some physical abilities and stomach by the researcher and to the stability of the effective impact.? Research Hypotheses : 1 - There are no significant differences between pre - tests and post - tests in some kinetic capacity and mental alertness for control and experimental group. 2 - There are no significant between control and experimental group differences in some kinetic capacity, mental alertness and performance of optional assortment in post - tests. Areas of research were : 1 - The human area : The third phase, students in the faculty of physical education, university of Baghdad, for the academic year 2014 - 2015. 2 - Temporal area : period from (21/1/2015) to (17/5/2015). 3 - Spatial domain : internal Hall and fitness Hall, Faculty of physical education for girls - University of Baghdad. Section Two /theoretical studies : The researcher in this section addressed to the most important theoretical topics on the subject of Yoga, benefits of Yoga and its curriculum and turning to kinetic capacity relevant to rhythmic gymnastics and mental alertness and its components, dimensions and characteristics as well as their relationship with meditation.This section included also the most similar and previous studies with analyzing the studies. Section three /research methodology and field procedures : researcher used experimental method is the equivalent groups (experimental and control) on a sample of students of the third phase of their number (20) to the experimental group and (17) of the control group in the preparation of teaching modules using Yoga exercises to develop kinetic capacities [flexibility, strength, balance, compliance] as well as mental alertness and mental alertness meter adjusted to fit sport area and research topic. The researcher also indicated the importance of exploratory experiment and how to conduct tests and pre measurements and post measurements and mechanism of used exercises , and after getting the results were processed statistically using appropriate statistical methods. : Section IV/display the results, analysis and discussionThis chapter contains the presentation and analysis of the results of pre - tests and post - tests for all variables and then discuss these findings with the scientific method based on scientific sources for the subject. Section V/Conclusions and Recommendations : This chapter contains the conclusions and recommendations reached by the researcher through research, and the most important were the following : 1 - The use of Yoga exercises moral influence exercises a moral on some kinetic capacity and in mental alertness and performance of kinetic assortment for research sample 2 - Emergence of moral differences into two pretest and post - test for control group in some tests of kinetic capacity. 3 - Emergence of moral in some post - tests between the control and experimental group in favor of experimental group in kinetic capacity tests and mental alertness and performance of optional assortment. The recommendations were : 1 - The need to pay attention to Yoga sport in its different aspects of, whether physical or intellectual because of their positive impact on life generally and on athletic performance especially. 2 - Adoption of yoga as part of a fitness lesson in the curriculum of the faculties of Physical Education and Sports Science.3 - Need to focus on Yoga exercises at the preparatory and final part of the lesson, as well as relying on the techniques of meditation, concentration and mental visualization in preparing students for its positive impact on the performance.

Abstract: The first theme contained Introduction and the Research importance in preparing the Muscular Balance Exercises to restore the Muscular Balance that support the pelvis and evaluating the Pelvis slope( right - left) for Gils in ages between 10 to 12 years.1 - 2 The Problem of the Research According to the importance of Pelvis in carrying the Body weight by considering it as the second Fulcrum Area in the Body so it is expose tomany Deviations or Functional Deformations specially for Girls in ages between 10 to 12 years by considering it as the Childhood arrears stage, instead of the lack sport exercises to evaluate the slop of the pelvis(rightleft).So the Researcher is premeditated to prepare Muscular Balance Exercises to evaluate the slope of pelvis( right - left). 1 - 3The Goals of Research : The Research included three goals : 1 - Identifying the deviation slop of Pelvis(right - left) for the Girls in ages between 10 to 12 years.2 - Preparing Muscular Balance Exercises to evaluate the Pelvis slop (right - left) for girls between ages 10 to 12 years.3 - Knowing the impact of prepared Muscular Balance to evaluate the Pelvis slop (right - left) for girls between ages 10 to 12 years.1 - 4 Research Hypotheses1 - There are statistically significant Differences between the results of Pre - post test for the benefit of dimensional Test in evaluating the slop of pelvis (right - left) for the Girls in ages between 10 to 12 years. 2 - There are statistically significant Differences between the results of physical Pre - post test for the benefit of dimensional for the Girls in agesbetween 10 to 12 years. 1 - 5 The Fields of The Research : 1 - 5 - 1 Human Field : A sample of Girls ages between 10 to 12 years from General Directorate of Education's Schools.1 - 5 - 2 Time Field : The period is from 15\10\2014 to 21/1/2015.1 - 5 - 3 Place field : Rehabilitation Center of Disabled and the Artificial Pats factory in Alkut.The second Theme : Theoretical Studies and Previous Studies : The Researcher discussed in the first division of this theme to theoreticalstudies that included the following subjects(Muscular Balance,replacement and substitution ,Muscular Balance Exercises - Pelvis Anatomy ,the supporting Muscles of Pelvis - The supporting ligaments ofPelvis - the range of Joint Movement measure of pelvis - Substratu m - The substratum deviations and deformations - the common deformations and deviations of substratum - the common deformations and deviations of pelvis - prevention of deformations and deviations of substratum - the features of childhood stage between ages 10 to 12 years.The second theme the Previous study : According to the Researcher information there is no other previous studies. Third theme : The Methodology of Research and its field procedures : The Researcher has used the experimental Methodology by choosing the design of the experimental independent groups with pre - post test and dimensional one without comparing between them (pre - post).This theme included a description for the for the society of research and its sample with homogeneity of the sample, and tools and devices that have been used in the research and the ways of collecting Data, and also clarifying the experimental exploratory ,Measures and Used experiments. TheResearcher has used a pre - tests for the flexibility of vertebral Column such as standing in front and a side, and also testing the strength of the abdominal muscles and both femoral. Then ,preparing a Muscular Balance exercises to evaluate the slop of pelvis, after that preparing Muscular Balance exercises to evaluate the slop of pelvis(right - left) and display it for many experts in Arthritis Medicine, Sports Medicine, Physiology of Sport, Biomechanics sport and Physical Education, then mentioning the statistical ways that relied by the Researcher to process the Data.Fourth Theme : Displaying Results, analyzing and discussing them : It was included a group of statistical tables were discussed scientifically relying on displaying and analysis basing on the Arabic and Foreign resources, and by analyzing the results and presenting and discussing them, and checking the goals of the Research and the Truthiness of its Hypothesis.Fifth Theme : Conclusion and Recommendations : This theme included a group of conclusions that obtained by the Researcher with accordance of discussing results of the Statistical process. The main f these conclusions : The application of prepared Muscular Balance Exercises lead to a marked improve in evaluating the pelvis slop(right - left) for Girls with ages between 10 - 12 years. The prepared Muscular Balance Exercises has an active role to restore the Muscular Balance of the parts of the Body specially the pelvis. The Muscular Balance Exercises characterized with great effect in developing the Muscular strength and increase the movement range of the Joint. The Muscular Balance Exercises helped to get rid of the other compensationdeformation and deviation in the Body, and from these conclusion the Researcher came up with a group of recommendations the main are : Depending on prepared Muscular Balance in evaluating the pelvis slop (right - left) in schools in the class of Physical Education to eliminate pelvis slop increase (right - left) for Girls. It is necessary to consider and care about substratum by the Teaching and Education Committee specially Pedants and teachers of Sport Education, and using the modern machines to identify the degree of pelvis slop(right - left),also making a similar studies on age categories for both females and males to evaluate the pelvis slop(right - left).
