Abstract:
ان اجراء الاختبارات والتحليل الحركي يتطلب فهما عاليا من قبل المدربين والباحثين في الجوانب التشريحية والوظيفية، والالمام بالمفاهيم الهندسية، والتشريحية، والفيزياوية، والرياضيات تكون ضرورية لتحديد المعلومات الخاصة بكمية الحركة والازمان، والمسافات، والق | The execution of tests and motor analysis demands high understanding on the part of the trainers and scholars for the anatomical and physiological, geometrical concepts , physical sides. Math is also important for setting the data that are related to the amount of motion and time, distance , abilities, speed , power on the basis of kinetics and technique to carry out the steps that depends on improving the achievement through the use of modern apparatus and scientific ways that contribute to the application of field and lab research findings. This facilitated the scholars' and trainers' task to carry out the tests characterized by adequacy and objectivity in analyzing the mathematic equation adequately. The problem of study emerged from that each of the current trainings has used a number of factors like additional weight lifting , training by weights , different boxes , and medical balls. All affected the results but the use of multi - resistance apparatus ( vertimax ) set up resistance on each part of the body simultaneously. This was not taken into consideration in the present time.Being a player of this game, the researcher , after taking the experts' points of view , reviewing the literature and examining the results attained internationally, believes that these trainings supplemental for other trainings to affect on the improvement of the physical and mechanical sides for the shot putter , and additionally , they can contribute to the development of the game internationally. The aims of the study are : 1. Uncovering the level of some physical and biomechanical variables of the study sample.2. Preparing special trainings on multi - resistance ( Vertimax ) apparatus.3. Finding out the impact of these trainings by the apparatus in the development of some physical abilities and on achievement according to the motor analysis of shot put for the youth category.The hypotheses of the study are : 1. There are significant statistical differences between the pre - and post tests of the physical variable of the sample.2. There are significant statistical differences between the pre - and post tests of the achievement of the sample.3. There are significant statistical differences between the pre - and post tests of the biomechanical variables values of the study samples. In reference to the procedures of the study , the experimental method by the use of the single experimental group is used for its suitability for the study.The sample of the study have been chosen intentionally which reach 7 players from Diyala youth club for shot putting for the season 2014 - 2015. Their ages are under 20. The sample constitutes 90 % of the study population.The field procedures involved measuring the biomechanical variables and motor analysis. The biomechanical variables included rush speed , rush angle , shot speedup , angle speed of the shot at readiness for throwing moment and in throwing, impetus change , and the momentum speed of the trunk and arms. The physical variables involved the outburst and speedup power of the legs , trunk and arms. In the light of the findings , the study comes up with the following conclusions : 1. The reliance on the motor analysis results has contributed to the identification of single performance which involved calculating the mechanical factors and power.2. The trainings used have impact on the improvement the angle speed at the moment of readiness and throwing which affected the improvement of the final rush speed.3. The trainings performed led to the decrease of the difference between the two impetuses at the moments of readiness and throwing which denotes the effectiveness of these trainings.4. Trainings by the apparatus led to the improvement in the outburst ability of the arms' and trunk's muscles.5. The trainings that were performed by the study sample have helped in the application of the mechanical poses when performing the movements of arms and trunk and in improvement of the technical performance.6. The trainings used have developed speedup variable which represents the highest speedup in the shot than that of the tangent and vertical speedup.7. The trainings used on the apparatus helped the rush variables which was reflected on the achievement level.8. The suggested trainings on the apparatus have improved the outburst power and speed of the legs, which totally led to the improvement of mechanical variables and then , the achievement level.
