Abstract: هدفت الرسالة الى تقنين مدة الراحة بين التكرارات بدلالة المؤشرات الوظيفية بصورة تتبعية قبل وبعد كل جهد بدني. ومعرفة تاثير مدة الراحة المقننة على المؤشرات الوظيفية. ومعرفة تاثير مدة الراحة المقننة على الانجاز.وافترض الباحث ان هناك فروقا ذات دلالة احص | This thesis aimed to the rationing of recovery period between repetitions in significance of some of the functional indicators as follow up before and after each physical effort, and knowledge of the impact of recovery period on the functional indicators , and knowledge of the recovery period on the achievement.the researcher supposed that there are statistically significant differences in the results of the functional indicators between pre and post tests, and there are significant differences between the functional indicators and achievement differences.The researcher take up to theoretical studies which contained multiple researches related to the subject of this research a recovery and its concept , definitions, types and uses of recovery and importance, also it contained a special functional indicators for this research (heart rate, saturate the blood with oxygen, the concentration of glucose in blood, the concentration of acid lactic in the blood, the concentration of hormones of testosterone and cortisol in the blood) ,as well as the effectiveness of the 800 meters on the subject of the research.The researcher has used the experimental curriculum by one group of suitability for nature of the research, and determine research community by youth players team of athletics for year (2014 - 2015) their number (6) players. The sample was selected by intentional way from the original community by as (3) players. The curriculum period took (12) weeks ,as (2) two units per a week, because the full total for units of training curriculum (24) units.After the curriculum completion has been holding the post tests, and using the appropriate statistical procedures to get the results. After that the results were displayed it, analyzed it, and discussed it. The researcher got to the conclusions, the most important of which is the improvement in the functional variables and achievement as a result of the impact of rationing for recovery period between repetitions that adopted during the main experience. But the recommendations were the most important is to emphasize the rationing for recovery period between repetitions being the most important between the training load components.
