Modern study and research seeking to find the best tools and techniques for use in the development of these methods is Yoga exercises is becoming more common and used in various countries around the world And yoga are exercises work to improve the ability and mental fitness and health in general through the positions of various body and breathing exercises if exercise regularly they appear several positive effects , and through the slow and the mechanism of certain movements working to raise the level of motor capacity the person who do yoga is gradually increasing exercise system Sports and breathing all the way to better fitness and intellectual Here lies the importance of research in the stand on the impact of yoga exercises prepared by the researcher in raising the level of motor abilities and enjoy a degree of mental alertness, in turn, contribute to bring out the performance of the motor optional selection in rhythmic gymnastics better.And summarized the research problem in the fact that the formations motor for each student , which is supposed to be innovative and contain the touch requesting own without skills constraints and the method of linking imposed by the teacher hardly be traditional or a replica of the formations mobility precedent as well as the low level of performance and the reason is due to the low level of motor abilities related to performance and do not enjoy the student degree of mental alertness that would grant the ability to innovate , focus and flexibility in thinking through , which makes the final performance is not a weak performance and the required level.So the researcher considered the use of yoga exercises as a way contribute to raising the level of kinetic capabilities associated with the performance of mental gymnastics and vigilance and then see their influence in the requesting optional combination rhythmic gymnastics performance.Research objectives were : 1 - Preparation of yoga exercises to raise the level of some kinetic capacity and mental alertness for students stage III. 2 - Identify the effect of Yoga exercises on some kinetic capacity and mental alertness for students stage III.3 - Identify the effect of Yoga exercises on performance for optional assortment in rhythmic gymnastic of students stage III. Research Hypotheses : 1 - There are no significant differences between pre - tests and post - tests in some kinetic capacity and mental alertness for control and experimental group. 2 - There are no significant between control and experimental group differences in some kinetic capacity, mental alertness and performance of optional assortment in post - tests. Areas of research were : 1 - The human area : The third phase, students in the faculty of physical education, university of Baghdad, for the academic year 2014 - 2015. 2 - Temporal area : period from (21/1/2015) to (17/5/2015). 3 - Spatial domain : internal Hall and fitness Hall, Faculty of physical education for girls - University of Baghdad. Section Two /theoretical studies : The researcher in this section addressed to the most important theoretical topics on the subject of Yoga, benefits of Yoga and its curriculum and turning to kinetic capacity relevant to rhythmic gymnastics and mental alertness and its components, dimensions and characteristics as well as their relationship with meditation.This section included also the most similar and previous studies with analyzing the studies. Section three /research methodology and field procedures : researcher used experimental method is the equivalent groups (experimental and control) on a sample of students of the third phase of their number (20) to the experimental group and (17) of the control group in the preparation of teaching modules using Yoga exercises to develop kinetic capacities [flexibility, strength, balance, compliance] as well as mental alertness and mental alertness meter adjusted to fit sport area and research topic. The researcher also indicated the importance of exploratory experiment and how to conduct tests and pre measurements and post measurements and mechanism of used exercises , and after getting the results were processed statistically using appropriate statistical methods. : Section IV/display the results, analysis and discussionThis chapter contains the presentation and analysis of the results of pre - tests and post - tests for all variables and then discuss these findings with the scientific method based on scientific sources for the subject. Section V/Conclusions and Recommendations : This chapter contains the conclusions and recommendations reached by the researcher through research, and the most important were the following : 1 - The use of Yoga exercises moral influence exercises a moral on some kinetic capacity and in mental alertness and performance of kinetic assortment for research sample 2 - Emergence of moral differences into two pretest and post - test for control group in some tests of kinetic capacity. 3 - Emergence of moral in some post - tests between the control and experimental group in favor of experimental group in kinetic capacity tests and mental alertness and performance of optional assortment. The recommendations were : 1 - The need to pay attention to Yoga sport in its different aspects of, whether physical or intellectual because of their positive impact on life generally and on athletic performance especially. 2 - Adoption of yoga as part of a fitness lesson in the curriculum of the faculties of Physical Education and Sports Science.3 - Need to focus on Yoga exercises at the preparatory and final part of the lesson, as well as relying on the techniques of meditation, concentration and mental visualization in preparing students for its positive impact on the performance.
