To achieve the purpose of the research , the researcher has depended two procedures : descriptive procedure in building the educative programme and experimental procedure in recognizing the efficiency of the educative programme in gaining geography and knowledgeable motif of fifth literary students. This research has limited on fifth literary students in secondary and preparatory morning schools in the centre of Babylon governorate for academic year 2014 - 2015. The researcher has depended an experimental design with partial control ( experimental group and control group ) with distance test. The sample of the research is ( 61 ) students from fifth literary classes in Al - Thawra Preparatory School for Boys distributing with ( 31 ) students in experimental group and ( 30 ) students in the controlling group. Equivalence has been done between the two research groups in alternatives of ( time age calculated in months , intelligence , previous knowledge in geography , knowledgeable motif , qualification of the former year ) The researcher has taught the two groups of the research by himself through the period of experiment which lasted a full school year.He has prepared two devices to measure the related varieties. The first represented by gaining test which has two questions : The first objective one of multiple choices , it included ( 48 ) test items to measure the level of ( knowledge , understanding , application ) and the second question was ( article , consists of ( 12 ) items to measure the levels of ( analyzing , structure , evaluation ) from Bloom classification. The second device was to measure the knowledgeable motif which included ( 50 ) items distributed in five fields. The two devices have been applied at the end of the experiment after making sure of its psychometric characteristics. After analyzing the data by using T - Test for two independent samples , the results have shown the following : - 1 - There is a deference with statistic indication in marks average of students of both groups in gaining test for experimental group.2 - There is a difference with statistic indication in marks average of both groups students in knowledgeable motif for the experimental group. According to the results of the research , the researcher has recommended many recommendations , some of them are : - 1 - Ministry of education has to adopt the educative programme in teaching geography in fifth literary class for having an efficiency in increasing the level of gaining and knowledgeable motif.2 - Organizing workshops for geography supervisors and the teachers that aim to training them on how to employ educative programmes based on structural method to get benefit in their work.3 - Ministry of education should give a great importance of available necessary requirements to implement such educative programmes represented by study halls furnished with different study requirements. The researcher has suggested to do a number of studies to go on with this study , some of them : - 1 - A study to know the effect of educative programme in females gaining because this study focused on male students. 2 - A study to know the effect of educative programme in other varieties represented by acquiring geographical aspects , developing geographic skills , developing the direction and developing the thought in its different types

Abstract: لقد تــم اختيار الموضوع، عن طريق احساس الباحث بفقدان وغياب دور نظرية المعرفة، داخل اطار الدراسات التربوية لكليات التربية، بعكس ما ضمت الدراسات الفلسفية في كليات الاداب مـن اهتمام كبيـر في هـذا الموضوع المهم والفعال، وقد وجدنا ان الفيلسوف الكبيـر ابـن | Through the sense of the researcher to the problem of the search , he noted the absence of the role of the theory of knowledge in the field of educational research , especially colleges of education in Iraq , unlike what is included in the faculties of Arts , and containment of this important and effective topic. The researcher found that the philosopher (Ibn sina ) has an integrated theory of knowledge , no pre - taught , as well as the importance of the thought of Muslim philosopher in field of education , especially its application in the practical field , helping to enrich the educational process knowledge , because we can take advantage of the contents of this study , for the development of the educational process and upgrade them towards the top of the developed educational sience and knowledges and that needs to revive the Islamic intellectual heritage which is embodied in the character of the philosopher ( Ibn sina ) in the subject field of epistemology. The study was aimed at identifying the epistemobgy at (Ibn sina ) , and highlight the role of educational applications , it does so by taking advantage of those implications , and employment in the field education. The researcher used descriptive historical analytical in this present study through searching the envelops of ( Ibn sina ) and his books , including the ( healing , deliverance , psychology , human , signals and alerts , comments ). The research has included five main chapters , the first cheater has included six demands , namely : - First : The research problem , second : the importance of research , third : the aim of research , fourth : research methodology , fifth : the search limits , sixth : identifying terminology. The second chapter included three sections : the first topic : the biography of ( Ibn sina ) , second topic : included the factors affecting the thought of ( Ibn sina ) and the third section has included the previous studies related to the current research. The third chapter has included three sections , the first part included the historical development of the theory of knowledge , and the second part included basics of epistemology in general for the prevailing philosophies and the third section has included same of the philosophical views of ( Ibn sina ) , namely ,( Allah , the world , Man , Knowledge , Moral ) The fourth chapter included epistemology at ( Ibn sina ) , which included three sections , the first section included self and relation ship with knowledge , the second topic included the basics of epistemology at ( Ibn sina ) and the third section included sources of Knowledge at ( Ibn sina ). The fifth chapter has included two sections : the first topic , the educational applications of theory Knowledge at ( Ibn sina ) , which contained applications ( the learner , teacher , curriculum , teaching methods , evaluation ) and the second section has included the most important conclusions, recommendations, and proposal of the researcher.First : conclusionl1. The researcher realized that ( Ibn sina ) believe that knowledge might be through sensory perception , the strength that recognize external things images ,the sense is divided into , external sense ( the five senses ) , the interior sense which is associated with self - powers , such as imagination and memory , etc. 2. Common sense happen emotionally with the images of things , and that sense take place with the existence of three elements , ( feeler , sensible , and medium , such as light and air)3. The researcher realized that mental knowledge are only done by taking an abstract images of things from the sense because the mind feel the image of abstract things. 4. ( Ibn sina ) see that real knowledge is knowledge that occur through direct perception of things , this is done through the communication between the innate human mind with the effective mind , and this is the top of ten minds providing it with knowledge directly without teaching and this knowledge is an illuminative. Second : Recommendationl1. The result of this study should be useful to guide the educational process for the better. 2. Section two : it discuss the definition of educational atmosphere : importance , categories , characteristics , goals , and the relationship between the educational atmosphere and other atmospheres and assessing schools atmosphere. Section three : it contains specialized supervisor concept, the importance of his role in educational process , specialized supervisors recruitment criteria and his tasks.Section four : it reviewed previous studies related to the current one.Chapter three : this study was designed based on descriptive analytical research method , and also this chapter clarify : study procedure , study society , study sample , study tools , validity , reliability , statistical significance and analysis. - Study society : represented in (337) specialized supervisors distributed in (6) educational departments in AL - karekh and Al - rasafah at Baghdad city. - Study sample : (220) specialized supervisor mixed between male and female were participated in the study , which represent (59%) from study society. - Study tools : to achieve the aim of the study two scales were designed by the researcher : the first one for assessing performance level (44 item distributed in 4 factors ) , the second one for assessing the educational atmosphere ( 44 item distributed in 4 factors ).Validity : face validity was confirmed for scales by specialized professionals in education philosophy , educational management , assessment and evaluation. construct validity was achieved by item relationship with total degree , by pearson correlation , resulted.138 ,( significance.05 , freedom degree : 218 ).Discriminative power for items : T - Test was applied on two independent samples to discriminate between individuals with high scores with individuals with low scores , after comparing t score for tolls item with t standard it showed that all tolls items are significant , that t score is bigger than t standard 1.96.Reliability : internal consistency was calculated for the performance level scale using cronbach alpha equation , resulted 82% for the first factor , 80% for the second factor , 85% for the third factor , 84% for the fourth one which represent good psychometric characteristics. for second scale (educational atmosphere ) cronbach alpha resulted 84% for the first factor , 82% for the second factor , 87% for the third factor , 85% for the fourth factor.Statistical analysis : - T - test / two independent samples. - T - test / one independent sample. - Pearson correlation. - Mean. - Cronbach alpha equation.Chapter four (study results ) : Results showed no significant differences related to gender , which interpreted in a similarity between males and females in performance level in AL - karakh and AL - rasafah high scholls.1 - Result showed that educational atmosphere is available and common in high schools located in AL - karakh and AL - rasafah from specialized supervisors feedback.2 - Result support no differences between male and female specialized supervisors in assessing educational atmosphere in Baghdad high schools. 3 - Results showed positive relationship that’s also significant between teachers performance level and educational atmosphere.Conclusions : Regarding study results , these points were concluded : 1 - performance levels between high school teachers exist and vary based on specialized supervisors feedback.2 - results based on gender differences in performance level were relative and similar to each other.Recommendations : 1 - Enroll teachers in workshops for improving their performance level; in educational process.2 - Doing surveys with experienced teachers diagnosing and reflecting negative aspects in school educational books.3 - Providing new technology in education that facilitate learning that fit with schools budget.Suggestions : 1 - Continue working on performance level for school managers in Baghdad city and its relationship to educational atmosphere from teacher feedback.2 - Doing a similar study to identify performance level for school deputy managers in primary schools from specialized supervisors feedback

Abstract: يهدف البحث الى بناء برنامج تدريبي لمديري المدارس الثانوية على ادارة التغيير في ضوء مهماتهم، وقد اقتصر على مديري المدارس الثانوية ومديراتها ذوات المرحلتين المتوسطة والاعدادية. وتتطلب تحديد هذه المهمات اولا التي اصبحت بصيغتها النهائية مكونة من (60) مهمة، م | The present study aims at a training program for the principals of secondary schools on change management in the light of their change tasks. The study is confined to the principals of the intermediate and secondary stages. This requires much specification of the task first which has become in their final form of (60) task, distributed on the domains of regulation, study, the management of educational and teaching processes, management of teachers and records and school documents and the human and educational relationship with the students, and the relation with the local community and the parents, the activities, the educational and health consulting, the evaluation and examinations, the equipment and the school buildings and the library as (10, 6, 14, 6, 4, 6, 4, 6) respectively. The researcher verified their apparent validity and the constancy of each task by the re - testing method on a sample made up of (30) male and female principals. After determining the general objectives of the program which aim at training program for the principals of secondary schools in performing their tasks in the light of change management tasks, the researcher determined the sub - objectives of the program which include (16) sub - objectives distributed to (10) domains, (9) of them tackle the tasks and one tackle the change and its requirement’s. The researcher depended on the training the principals with the self - training method, by using the program distribution on the school principals included in the sample of evaluation of (30) principals. They were chosen by the method of random selection from each directorate of the General Education Directorate in Baghdad governorate according to the size in the research community distributed to the Directorate of Baghdad Rusafa the first, Rusafa the second, Rusafa the third , Karakh the first, Karakh the second and Karakh the third in (4, 8, 2, 4, 6, 6) principals respectively as (10) male principals and (20) female principals. After the distribution of the sample members after measuring of the performance of the sample (pretest) by the using of others’ evaluation. It depends on the evaluation of the two teachers in the field of the school management according to the average scores of the assistants’ evaluation and two teacher evaluation for the principals for each task. Before applying the program, the evaluation results of the principals’ performance included in the sample of the study showed that their performance was average and did not come up to the desired level of change management except in the domains of (evaluation and examination). Their performance was poor in comparison with the theoretical average at the level of (0.05). After the passage of a year of training so that the principals’ performance appears on all the tasks that extend to the whole scholastic year, the evaluation was repeated of these tasks. The results of the t - test show the excellence of the principals’ performance after training as follows : 1 - At the level of (0.01) in the domain of regulation, study, the management of educational and teaching processes, the human and educational and the relation with the local community the activities, the educational and health consulting, the evaluation and examinations,.2 - At the level of (0.01) management of schools.3 - At the level of (0.01) in management of teachers and records and school documents and relationship with the students and parents, and the domain of the equipment and the school buildings and the library.In the light of the procedures of the structure of the training program and the result of evaluation the researcher concluded that tasks of the secondary school principals that required by the change management are more variable and diverse than the current management. The self - training program of the principals on these tasks. Thus, the researcher recommends the Ministry of education to the necessity of going in the direction of change management in the secondary schools and the training of the male and female principals on this management by depending on self - training according to the prepared program. The researcher suggests making subsequent studies of this study on the principals of primary stage pupils and a study of the cognitive variables that can contribute successfully to change management and a study of the change management in some variables.

Abstract: This research is aiming at recognizing the impact of the strategy of contrast maps on reading comprehension by fourth grade students - Scientific stream.The researcher randomly has chosen Al - Kendi Preparatory school for boys ,associated to the directorate general of education in Babylon governorate and randomly has chosen class (A) to represent the experimental group ,which is studying the reading subject using the strategy of contrast maps , and he use class (B) as the control group ,which are studying the reading material using the traditional method. The research sample is amounting at 72 student divided in 36 student for each group.The researcher conducted a statistical parity between the students of the research groups in the following variables (Students ages per months , grades of Arabic language in the final exam for the previous academic year 2014 - 2015 and the grades of the pervious information ( Reading Comprehension ) ; parents educational level , Linguistic capability test , mental capability test.The researcher has delineated the study subjects which will be taught during the experiment period ; he drawn up behavioral objectives for those subjects ,which were 108 behavioral object ,; developed teaching plans for those subjects. The researcher himself delivered those subjects to the students of the selected two groups, during the experiment period which lasted for 9 weeks.The researcher has developed teaching plans for subjects that will be taught during the experiment period, he demonstrated plans to elite of specialized experts to decide on the validity and feasibility of the typical plans to the current research.During the experiment period which was lasted for 9 weeks, the researcher himself examined the research groups; the experiment was concluded on 12 - 01 - 2016, by applying of the Reading Comprehension Test. The researcher taught the experimental group the reading subject using the contrast map, which the second group was taught by the traditional method, the researcher used nine standard subjects for the two groups.In order to develop the reading comprehension, the researchers presented a group of subjects and distribute them to elite of experts and specialist to select a proper subject to the fourth grade students - scientific stream, and then the experts agreed on a subject.As to the research tool, the researcher has prepared a post test on reading comprehension involving 28 items. 12 items multi choose question and 16 items written questions. In order to insure the objectivity of correcting the written questions the researcher developed typical answers, which has been presented to the experts. The researcher confirmed the sociometric characteristics of the validity and reliability of test; discriminatory capability, coefficient of items difficulties (multi chooses and written questions) and efficiency of alternative improper objective items.Then the researcher presented the test to elite of experts and specialists, who approved that test, then he applied the test to pilot sample, calculate the time spent by the student to answer the test, the researcher used Pierson coefficient to calculate the reliability of the test, coefficient of items difficulties and discriminatory capability.The researcher himself applied the reading comprehension test on both research groups and corrected the answers. The researcher has used the following statistical means : T test, Chi square (K2), difficulty coefficient formula and discriminatory coefficient formula). After statistically analyzing the result, the researcher has reached the following : - The experimental group overtops the control group on the reading comprehension.After the analysis of the data the researcher has reached the following : - There is statistical significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in regard to the reading comprehension, and for the favor of the experimental group.In the light of this result the researcher has developed the following recommendations : - 1. The necessity to use the strategy of (Contrast maps) in teaching reading subject ,for it has a positive effect in improving student learning of reading subject ,as it is one of the basic skills of the Arabic language.2. Select the reading subjects in a manner developing all types of reading comprehension.3. Update the items of teaching methods in the colleges of education, basic education , preparation of teachers institutions, involve recent teaching techniques as the strategy of the self - schedule (Contract maps )4. Train Arabic language teachers in the preparatory stage on the strategy of teaching reading subject, including (Contrast maps) to develop the students reading comprehension ability ,at this stage.5. Development of teaching curriculums at all teaching stages, consistent with the modern teaching strategies ,such as metacognition strategy.To cover all research aspects ,the researcher has proposed to conduct a study to : - 1. Recognize the effect of the strategy of contrast maps in improving teaching of the branches of Arabic language.2. Recognize the effect of the strategy of contrast maps in improving the other followed variables3. Recognize the effect of the strategy of contrast maps in improving the reading comprehension in other study stages.

Abstract: يهدف هذا البحث الى معرفة ( اثر انموذجي ديوت وزاهوريك في اكتساب المفاهيم التاريخية وتنمية مهارات التفكير الاستدلالي لدى طلاب الصف الاول المتوسط) وللتحقق من هدف البحث وضع الباحث فرضيتين رئيسيتين ثم لكل منهما فرضيات فرعية بحسب ما ياتي : - اولا - لا يوجد فرق ذ | The objects of this research to know(The Impact Of Two Methods Of Duyet And Zahorik In The Acquisition Of Historical Concepts And Inferential Thinking Skills Development At 1st Class Students (Intermediate)). To verify the purpose of this study the researcher has put a major two assumptions and each of which sub - hypotheses according to the following : - First - there is no difference statistically significant between the average scores for the students of the three groups who study the history test in the acquisition of the dimensional concepts.To achieve this hypothesis formulated the following sub - hypotheses : - 1 - There is no statistically significant difference between the average scores first experimental group students who are studying history to conform to the form Duyet and between the average scores of the control group students who are studying the same material in the traditional way to test the acquisition of the dimensional concepts.2 - There is no difference statistically significant between the average scores second experimental group students who are studying history to conform to the form and Zahorik between the average scores of the control group students who are studying the same material in the traditional way to test the acquisition of the dimensional concepts.3 - There is no difference statistically significant between the average scores first experimental group students who are studying history to conform to the form Duyet and the average score second experimental group students who are studying the same material according to Zahorik model to test the acquisition of the dimensional concepts.Second : There is no difference statistically significant between the average scores of the three groups, students who are studying history in the test deductive dimensional thinking. To achieve this hypothesis formulated the following sub - hypotheses : - 1 - There is no statistically significant difference between the average scores first experimental group students who are studying history to conform to the form Duyet and between the average scores of the control group students who are studying the same material in the traditional way to test the dimensional deductive thinking.2 - There is no difference statistically significant between the average scores second experimental group students who are studying history to conform to the form and Zahorik between the average scores of the control group students who are studying the same material tested in the traditional way of thinking deductive posttest.3 - There is no difference statistically significant between the average scores first experimental group students who are studying history to conform to the form Duyet and the average score second experimental group students who are studying the same material in accordance with the model in the test Zahorik dimensional deductive thinking.Follow the researcher determined experimentally with the setting of the arbitrator type designs a control group design by randomly allocated to individuals and two tests before me and after me.And chose researcher Qsidia Directorate breeding Baghdad / Karkh first of six directorates, and the same way was chosen medium Zulfikar boys for the purpose of application of the experiment where, was chosen three people than the average first - grade students at random from among four divisions : (a - b - d) In the same way it has been identified Division (b) to represent the first experimental group, and the Division of (a) to represent the second experimental group, and the Division (d) to represent the control group.The number of respondents (90) student of (31) students in the first experimental group studied Bonmozj Duyet, and (29) the second student in the experimental group studied Bonmozj Zahorik, and 30 students in the control group studied the traditional way. It was parity between the three groups in the variables procedure (the level of intelligence test, and test prior knowledge of history, and testing of deductive reasoning skills, and chronological age measured in months and the rate of the previous academic year 2012 - 2013).It was coined researcher behavioral objectives and plans of teaching in the light of the requirements of the search , and then the acquisition of historical concepts and test deductive thinking to suit the nature of the search test which lasted full academic year of the day on Sunday 13/01/2013 until 08/05/2014 brief summary on Thursday, after statistical treatments was reached following results : 1. There were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average grades students three research groups, in the acquisition of the historical development of concepts and deductive reasoning skills.2. There is no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores first experimental group students and average students grades Group II trial to test the acquisition of historical concepts.3. There were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores first experimental group students and the average score in the control group students test the acquisition of historical concepts, and in favor of the first experimental group.4. There were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores second experimental group students and the average scores in the control group students test the acquisition of historical concepts, and in favor of the second experimental group.5. There is no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores first experimental group students and average grades Group II students in the experimental test deductive thinking.6. There were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores first experimental group students and the average score of the control group students in creative thinking test, and in favor of the first experimental group.7. There were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores second experimental group students and average grades students in the control group test of creative thinking, and for the second experimental group.To complement the current study, the researcher concludes : 1. Teaching models can be given to students learning an important role in the educational process.2. Teaching models can contribute to the development of higher mental ability when the learners, including inferential thinking, because the steps models makes it imperative for the educated know the concept and then perceive.3. Harmony teaching models with modern educational trends that make the learner at the center of the educational process and its basis.4. The teaching through the use of models makes the learner more interested and interesting lesson.5. That teaching and learning concepts promise a primary objective for the teaching of any material, including the study of history.The researcher recommended the following recommendations : 1. Zahorik benefit from the model in the teaching process does not Issal course material into the minds of students.2. The need for school teachers and guidance material ancient history to the possibility of the adoption of a typical (Duyet and Zahorik) in the teaching of the history of ancient civilizations average first grade.3. The need for teachers and urged teachers to pay attention to history by highlighting the general concepts and sub instead of conservation and indoctrination to the first grade average students.4. Intensification of scientific seminars and meetings between supervisors and teachers of history to demonstrate the importance typical of (debt and Zahorik) in the classroom to acquire historical perceptions of first grade average students.5. Teachers of history and directing Madrsadtha to adopt typical of (Duyet and Zahorik) in the development of the skills of deductive thinking among students of the first grade average.The researcher suggested the following proposals : 1. study to determine the impact of a prototypical Duyet and Zahorik in other styles of thinking, such as creative thinking - thinking contemplative - critical thinking - scientific thinking, and other patterns of thought.2. Study of Marafhother is typical Duyet Zahorik and in other variables such as trends and tendencies toward history - correct historical concepts Katih - retain Article historical - motivation toward history.3. The study to determine the impact of a prototypical Duyet and Zahorik in other Kalaptdaiah and universities and preparatory stages of the study.

There is no difference statistically significant at the 0.05 level between mean scores of teach physics laboratories at Baghdad University / College of Education Pure Sciences / Ibn al - Haytham who underwent the training program on the use of virtual laboratories and who did not undergo training on technological literacy scale.2. There is no difference statistically significant at the 0.05 level of significance between the average theoretical performance of the students who are studying the use of virtual labs and theoretical average performance scores for students who are studying by the traditional way according to grades.3. There is no difference statistically significant at the 0.05 level between the average operational performance of the students who are studying the use of virtual labs and hands - average performance scores for students who are studying by the traditional way according to grades. To achieve the objectives , the researcher conducted a field experiment took full academic year according to two phases : - first : Applying a Virtual Laboratory Training program on the first experimental group which is consisted of (16) male and female physics laboratory teachers. That was after constracting the training program needs' (identifying the training materials , formulating the behavioral objectives with determining their levels, identifying performance activities, preparing for the use of the virtual laboratory , and a directory for teaching aide and devices.) The control group consisted of (16) male and female physics laboratory teachers whom never been presented or trained by the program.Second : The second sample consisted of (54) second grade physics student , from faculty of education / Ibn al - Haytham college of education for pure sciences. This sample was divided into two groups. The experimental groups consisted of (25) male and female students were trained by the training program , the students were trained by the training program , the control group consisted of (29) male and female students was applied during the academic year (2014 - 2015) and lasted for two semesters (10 weeks) on aerate of one day per a week. After applying the experiment , the following results were obtained : 1 - The training program for virtual laboratories led to a positive change in the level of technological literacy to teach physics laboratories around the e - learning and virtual public laboratories in particular.2 - The effectiveness of the virtual laboratory program raised the theoretical level of performance for students in the second phase - the Department of Physics in the optics laboratory material in comparison with the traditional method.3 - The effective virtual laboratory program raised the practical level of performance for students in the second phase - the Department of Physics - Optics Laboratory material in comparison the traditional method.In light of this, the researcher made a number of recommendations and suggestions

The skill of writing enjoys special status. It is via writing that a person can communicate a variety of messages to a close or distant, known or unknown reader or readers. Most EFL teachers are keen to talk to students about the importance of becoming autonomous writers. But just telling students that autonomy is in some way a good thing will have little effect unless it is part of a wider - semester design and unless teachers find ways of helping students to become more autonomous. This study aims at investigating the effect of autonomous learning programme on EFL college student's performance in writing and finding out the development in the experimental samples' autonomy. To achieve the aims of the study, the following null hypotheses have been posited.1. There is no statistically significant difference between the mean ranks of the experimental group performance and that of the control group in composing component of the post test. 2. There is no statistically significant difference between the mean ranks of the experimental group performance and that of the control group in style component of the post test. 3. There is no statistically significant difference between the mean ranks of experimental group performance and that of the control group in sentence formation component of the post test. 4. There is no statistically significant difference between the mean ranks of the experimental group performance and that of the control group in usage component of the post test. 5. There is no statistically significant difference between the mean ranks of the experimental group performance and that of the control group in mechanics component of the post test. 6. There is no statistically significant difference between the mean ranks of the experimental group performance and that of the control group in overall composition writing of the post test. 7.There is no statistically significant difference in the experimental group subjects' autonomy between the pre and the post administration of questionnaire. Thus, an experiment is designed.Fourty students from the College of Basic Education at University of Missan have randomly been chosen (twenty students as an experimental group which are taught composition writing by the use of autonomous learning programme and twenty students as a control group which are taught composition writing according to conventional ways) during the academic year 2010 - 2011.The validity of the programme , the questionnaire ,the test, and the scoring scheme have been obtained by exposing them to jury members in the fields of EFL and linguistics. The answers of the test have been separately scored by the researcher and two other scorers separately. By using By using Pearson Correlation Coefficient formula the reliability of the questionnaire has been yields (0.82) and the test has been secured by using Alpha Cronbach Formula (0.84), intrascorer reliability (0.923), and interscorer reliability (0.976). Statistical analysis of data achieved through the test indicates that there are statistically significant differences between the experimental group performance and that of the control group in terms of composing, style, sentence formation, usage, mechanics, and the overall composition of the post test and the post questionnaire in favour of the experimental group. It has been concluded that using the autonomous learning programme develops students’ performance in composition writing and gives them opportunity to make choices that encourage them to reflect on their own interests and preferences. It will also make them start to take responsibility and motivation for learning; plan and carry out their independent learning task; monitor and evaluate their learning. In the light of these results, some recommendations and suggestions for further studies are presented.

A competent teacher is defined as the teacher that has been professionally well prepared in addition to having all the attributes to enable her to be adapted with the possible changes in the educational process. A well prepared teacher is the teacher who will be able to become open - minded to all and every new concept in the surrounding society, and being aware of the new challenges and how to deal with them in a way that assures the consistency with the society to achieve the emotional reassurance which is one of the most important indications of the student’s psychological well - being plus it helps keep the teacher up - to - date and to deploy cleverness to benefit the educational entity. There is no doubt that the quality of the education service provided is solely dependent on the teacher as an asset and her ability to provide an effective approach in education and it is considered the most important component of the educational inputs and outputs. Therefore; an issue has been aroused while trying to find the relationship between the mindfulness and the emotional reassurance of the kindergarten teachers.The author of this research wasn’t able to find any previous study that discussed the mindfulness and its relationship with the emotional reassurance of kindergarten teachers, and that was the purpose of this research.The points that this research discussed are : • Mindfulness of kindergarten teachers.• Mindfulness of kindergarten teachers in public schools vs. private schools.• Mindfulness of kindergarten teachers depending on the marital status of the teacher.• Mindfulness of kindergarten teachers depending on the teacher’s seniority.• Emotional reassurance of kindergarten teachers.• Emotional reassurance of kindergarten teachers in public schools vs. private schools.• Emotional reassurance of kindergarten teachers depending on the marital status of the teacher.• Emotional reassurance of kindergarten teachers depending on the teacher’s seniority.• The relationship between the mindfulness and the emotional reassurance.The research covered information from teachers of both public and private kindergarten schools in Baghdad for the school year 2015 - 2016.The approach used in this research was to create two different measures; a mindfulness measure and an emotional reassurance measure. The measures have been built according to the scientific guidelines of building psychological measures. The first step was to identify the items of the mindfulness measure, which found to be 36. Then, the researcher adjusted these items to become 34 items. The next step was to analyze the items statistically by running a Psychometric Test in addition to remove three (3) unidentifiable items. The final number of items in the mindfulness measure was 31 identifiable and statistically significant items. Each item has three indices; Always Applicable, Somewhat Applicable and Not Applicable with a scale of three scores (from 1 to 3). The researcher then obtained each item’s score relation to the total score. The following step was to confirm the reliability of the measure using the Test - Retest method. The coefficient of reliability “r” found to be 0.79, which means that the measure is reliable. Additionally, Alpha Cronbach equation also has been used to determine the reliability of the measure which resulted in a coefficient of reliability “r” equal to 0.87.For the emotional reassurance measure, the researcher first identified 45 items and then readjusted these items to become 42 by exhibiting them to a group of examiners who found that three of the items are unidentifiable, while the rest 39 items are identifiable and statistically significant. Each item has three indices; Always Applicable, Somewhat Applicable and Not Applicable with a scale of three scores (from 1 to 3). The researcher then obtained each item’s score relation to the total score.Similar to the mindfulness measure, the reliability of the emotional reassurance measure was confirmed using the Test - Retest method to find the coefficient of reliability “r” equal to 0.85 and the reliability using Alpha Cronbach equation which was 0.90. Both numbers confirm that the measure is reliable.The measures of mindfulness and emotional reassurance were applied on a sample of 300 examinees (kindergarten teachers) from public and private schools were chosen using random sampling, and the conclusion could be listed as follows : • Generally, kindergarten teachers possess moderate mindfulness.• Public kindergarten school teachers possess a higher average of mindfulness than the private school teachers do.• Teacher’s mindfulness is irrelevant to the teacher’s marital status.• Teacher’s mindfulness is irrelevant to the teacher’s seniority.• Generally, kindergarten teachers possess moderate emotional reassurance.• Public kindergarten school teachers possess a higher level of emotional reassurance than the private school teachers do.• Teacher’s emotional reassurance is irrelevant to the teacher’s marital status.• Teacher’s emotional reassurance is irrelevant to the teacher’s seniority.• Mindfulness and emotional reassurance are positively related. As a result of this research, following are my recommendations

The researcher believes that.this classification is very important for the following reasons : 1 - This is the first study in Iraq for the analysis of questions for the.Biology book of the seconday stagedue to the importance of this stage, which is a passport to universities and scientific life. 2 The search results can be used when a revision or re - writing books, especially the questionsat the end of chapters to introduce four levels of classification in future editions. 3 - To emphasize the importance of the questions and their effective role in the educational process, which is the cornerstone to understanding the scientific material between the covers of the book. 4 - Confirmation researcher on the comprehensiveness and credibility and objectivity of the questions through the results obtained to be taking in the future. The research frame Questions from the ends of chapters for biology books of the three levels in the Secondary stage. The research sample The research sample included three biology books of the preparatory stage. the number of key and subset questions is (615) distributed as follows : It was 161 key questions distributed as follows : 70 questions for the fourth year which new respnt 43% of the total number25 questions for the fifth scientificyearwhich is 16% and for the sixthscientific yearther are 66 questions which is 41%, while the total key questions, along with its subsidiaries were 615 questions distributed as follows : Fourth Scientific 141 question (23 %) as well as the for the fifth year the questions number is 140with percentage 23% finelly. for the sixth scientificyear the number of the questions is (334) with percent age(54%). Research tool The questions at the ends of the chapters wereclassified according to the four levels of Gallagher and Aschner classifcation (cognitive thinking, convergent thinking, divergent thinking, Evaluation thinking) The questions were classified according to the following : 1 - Determine the relative weight of the content areas of the three books in recent editions, which studied by the students for the academic year 2013 - 2014. 2 - determine the relative weight for Gallagher and Aschnerclassification. 3 - Extraction of objectivity and essay questions for each chapter of the book. 4 - Find the inclusion of questions of the goals and course material and content. 5 - Find the truth range of the content by comparing expected specifications table with theobserved specifications table. Research Results The researcher rcaches to the following results : 1 The average relative weights of the cognitive levels of Gallagher and Aschner classification for the biology books of for the preparatory level of thinking cognitive is (80%) and for the convergent thinking (19.18%), while the divergent thinking has reached (0.81%), we did not find any replicate of the level of eveluating thinking. This suggests that the High levels of thinking was not demoustvted in those books and that makes students where not familier on these types of questions. 2 - The repetition of objectivity questions was (330) paragraph (53.65%) while the repetition of essay questions was (285) paragraph (34.46%).The book that in to account the objectivity standard was takes book of the fifth grade.And then book of the sixth grade and finally the book of the fourth grade. 3 - The inclusion in the books for the Scientific Fourth and Fifth Grades has been very weak compared to the proportion of inclusiveness adopted the coverage proportion for the sixth yeam book was 84.3% The rate of the proportion of inclusiveness for all the three books was 87.68% 4 - The value of the coefficient of truthful content was very weak (0.446) when compared to what the experts think of the weights for each of the cognihve field of obsened specifications table. Recommendations In light of the research results.we necommendthe following recommendations : 1 An attention is needed for different levels of when preparing textbooks questions for the purpose of improvement and development. 2 The book questions should not be focus on the essay questions, as should include objective questions (multiple choice, matching fictures and the assertion and reason and others). 3 - The questions book should cover chapter headings in the textbooks. 4 - drafting additional questions at the end of each book of the three books take into account the standards of good questions according to the higher levels of thinking. 5 - need to adopt a specification table when preparing the questions and evaluate constantly. Proposals In light of this, the researcher suggested a number of proposals, including : 1 - conducting similar studies for the final and school exam questions for biology subject according to Gallagher and Aschner classification. 2 - conducting similar studies to the ends of chapters questions fro chemistry and physics for the secondery level. 3 - Conduct studies to show the difficulties that hinder the application of the upper levels of the evaluation like divergent thinking andevalute thinking for the exams in biology at the various stages of study

In this respect, this study hypothesizes six null hypotheses stating that : 1 - There is no statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the first experimental group which is taught grammar according to PACE model and that of the control group which is taught grammar by the conventional way in their performance on the speaking test.2 - There is no statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the second experimental group which is taught grammar according to CRTs model and that of the control group which is taught grammar by the conventional way in their performance on the speaking test.3 - There is no statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the first and second experimental groups in their performance on the speaking test. 4 - There is no statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the first experimental group which is taught grammar according to PACE model and that of the control group which is taught by the conventional way in their performance on the written test.5 - There is no statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the second experimental group which is taught grammar according to CRTs model and the control group which is taught grammar by the conventional way in their performance on the written test.6 - There is no statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the first and second experimental groups in their performance on the written test. To verify the above mentioned hypotheses, a sample of 120 students from the first - year students / Department of English /College of Education/ University of Wassit / morning studies during the academic year 2013 - 2014 has been chosen. This sample has been distributed into three groups : the first experimental of (41 students) using the PACE model , the second experimental of (39 students ) using the CRTs model , and the control group of (40 students) following the conventional way. The three assigned groups have been equalized by certain variables including : Parents' academic level ,The age of the subjects in months , Intelligence , Subjects' Baccalurate scores ,Subjects' pre - test - performance in writing , and Subjects' pre - test - performance in speaking.The pre - test has been administered before the beginning of the experiment for the sake of equalizing the three groups. After conducting the experiment, a post - test has been administered for the three groups in order to find out the impact of PACE and CRTs models on the students' oral and written performance. Subjects' responses to the post tests have been statistically manipulated. The study arrived at the following findings : 1 - The students in the first experimental group who are taught grammar by using PACE model perform better in the speaking and written post - tests in comparison with the students in the control group.2 - The students in the second experimental group who are taught grammar by using CRTs model perform better in the speaking and written post - tests in comparison with the students in the control group.3 - Concerning the first and second experimental groups ,the present study has found out that : A - the students in the first experimental group who are taught grammar by using PACE model perform better, on the speaking post - test, than the students in the second experimental group who are taught grammar by using CRTs model. B - the students in the first experimental group who are taught grammar by using PACE model and the students in the second experimental group who are taught grammar by using CRTs model being on the same level in their performance on the written post - test. On the basis of the findings above, some pedagogical recommendations and suggestions for further research are put forward.

To achieve this study or case the researcher has chosen an experimental design or test by studying three groups : two are as mentioned above and the third is just ordinary team. In addition to that, there is a test after the experiment. The researcher chose on purpose female students of the literal section from two different secondary school Al Asil and Wahran both are secondary school for girls, and both are from directorate of education - Al Karkh 2nd district for the academic year 2014 - 2015 to make the experiment.The total number of students were 73 divided as follow : 24 students in the 1st experimental team, 25 students in the 2nd experimental team (integration of the fragmented information and 24 students in the 3rdteam which were taught in classical methods).The researcher was careful before starting her tests on the three groups of students, in choosing statistically equality in some of the variables, which she thinks may have negative effects on the experiment.The variables are final grade of history exam of the last year for every student, age of students calculated in months, parents educational level, and the test of prior knowledge of history.The researcher chose the educational material that should be taught which included the 1st and 2nd chapter from the modern history of Europe and America for the 5th literal secondary class or level. Then she put the behavioral goals depending on the general goals of the material and on the four levels (memory, understanding, practicing, and analysis) according to the Bloom’s taxonomy of learning Domains, which are 72 behavioral goals. The researcher also prepared teaching plans for the material that should be taught and for the final test which was a multiple choice test containing 50 questions. This final test has been presented to a group of experts and specialists in history, psychological science and teaching methods. The presentation to this group of experts was to examine, to verify the virtual honesty, to produce the difficulty factor or coefficient and to find the strength of its paragraphs. In addition to that, we should find its consistency and the same result of the test when the students repeat the same exam several times. The method called partial way (0,77)A correction has been made to the reliability factor by using the Spearman - Brown formula. The value of the factor was (0,87 ) and it is accepted in educational and psychological studies.The researcher has personally completed her studies and tests on all the groups. It took a period of two months to do the experiment starting from 1/12/2014 and this was the first quarter of the academic school year 2014—2015.At the end of the experiment the researcher applied the final test for the history subject. She tested the first two groups on Wednesday 28/01/2015 and on Thursday 29/01/2015 for the classical third group.The researcher used the Scheffe’s method and the contrast unilateral analysis to process the data statistically. The results are the following : 1 - There are differences with statistical indications at the level (0.05) in the average of the students grades of the first group (which they are of various level of knowledge and grades) comparing to the average grades of the third and the classical group of students. The difference is in the benefit of the first group.2 - There are differences with statistical indications at the level (0.05) in the average of the students grades of the second group (which they use the integration method of the fragmented information) comparing to the average grades of the third and the classical group of students. The difference is in the benefit of the second group.3 - There are differences with statistical indications at the level (0.05) in the average of the students grades between the first group (which they are of various level of knowledge and grades) comparing to the average grades of the second group (which they use the integration method of the fragmented information). The difference is in the benefit of the first group.In light of the current search results to the researcher reached the following conclusions : 1. in use is typical (of student achievement teams) and (Integration fragmented) information in the teaching of history a positive impact in increasing the collection of literary V students in the first four levels of Bloom's Taxonomy (remember, understanding, application, analysis).2. And the assistants' points of view have revealed that the deans using information techniques in their administration work with medium degree. 2 - There are no differences statistically significant in the individuals of the sample points of view about using information techniques for the deans of colleges according to the variables of gender and the administration position, besides there is no interaction between the variables of the gender of its two (types) and the administration position of its two different levels from the individuals sample point of view of the chairmen of Depts. And assistants dean concerned the deans' using information techniques in their administration work.3 - The individuals sample from of the research has illustrated chairmen of Depts. And assistants dean that the colleges deans have the ability to take a decision in their administration work.4 - There are no differences of statistical significance from the individuals of the research sample points of view concerned the colleges deans to take decision according to the variables of gender and the administration position, besides, non - existence of interaction between the gender and the administration position variables in these points of view and the administration position in its two different levels from the individuals' of the research sample point of view of the chairmen of Depts. In addition to the above has the researcher conducted a number of meetings and interviews with a number of administrative leaders in Wasit University and their assistants and heads of academic departments, and through discussions it became clear that there are problems hindering the administrative performance of the development of the Heads of Departments, including the discrepancy in the decisions and instructions of the higher authorities, a what does not help to take the right decisions, poor rehabilitation of educational leadership and not giving in to the criteria for selecting the leadership, weak employment of modern information and communication technology in administrative work, the lack of secretarial effective offices in the scientific section, lack of equal validity with placed on the head of the department responsible. Based on what was presented conferences and problems and weaknesses, and studies of the recommendations made, as well as the interview conducted by researcher The problem with current research in the administrative performance development, and as the administrative work does not evolve, but the evolution of the existing performance of the exercise, change roles so is a set of ideas and routers work and the introduction of updates and make changes designed to improve the performance of heads of academic departments at the University of Wasit mode. And which will reflect positively on the administrative functioning of the first academic work and secondly in teaching, scientific research and community service. The importance of this study is being dealt with very topic in importance, namely the administrative performance development of the heads of academic departments at the University of Wasit in light of the administrative functions based on the areas of (planning, organization, guidance, administrative communication, monitoring and evaluation). Thus is the positioning of the new study and research topics from the university's success is linked to the successful divisions, and effective leadership for scientific department is always seeking to improve its performance in accordance with contemporary management trends. The experiment term study lasted by two lessons a week for each group , and the researcher himself teach research groups.The achievement test was built in the environment and pollution science of (45) subjective items, multiple choice , and (5) essay item , were verified from its sincerity by submit on a group of arbitrators , then applied on a prospective sample to make sure the clarity of its items and were confirmed its stability also has been discrimination coefficient, and the coefficient of difficulty of items and effectiveness of false alternatives.The researcher adopted a measure of Meditation thinking by Eysenk Wolsen after his translation , which consists (30) items , (20) items of the total items represent a positive mediation thinking while the rest (10) items representing negative. To ensure the veracity of the scale display on a group of specialists to judge the goodness in measuring the capacity to be measured and adopted 80% and above of the items on the validity of the scale.Then applied on exploratory sample to make sure the clarity of its items, and the account of stability coefficient, then after the data were analyzed and processed statistically and yielded the following results : 1 - A statistically significant differences at the level of significance ( 0.05) between the average scores of first students experimental group studied in accordance with the forwarded imaginary and strategy control group in favor of the experimental group students who have studied according to the imagination strategy in achievement test2 - There is no difference is statistically significant at the level of significance ( 0.05) between the average scores of students second experimental group which studied strategy of the analog thinking and the average score of the control group which studied the usual method in achievement.3 - There is no difference is statistically significant at the level of significance ( 0.05) between the average scores of students the first experimental group studied the strategy of forwarded imaginary and average grades second experimental group which studied the strategy of analog in the achievement.4 - Statistically significant differences at the level of significance ( 0.05) between the average score for the first experimental groups studied according to the forwarded Imitation and the second that studied the strategy of analog thinking in the development of meditation thinking test.5 - There is no difference statistically significant at the level of significance ( 0.05) between the average scores of the first experimental group which studied by strategy forwarded imagery and the average of second experimental group which studied by analog thinking in development of meditation thinking.In light of the search results, researcher came out by a number of conclusions, recommendations and suggestions

To verify the aim of this research , researcher had been formulated the following two zero hypotheses : 1) No statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the students mean scores of the three groups students on achievement test of physics subject.2) No statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the students mean scores of the three groups students on scientific sensescale.The research was carried out on the scientific fourth grade male students in Al - Zaitoon preparatory school in Al - Diwanyia, for the Academic Year (2015 - 2016) A.D.The researcher rewards the three groups of the research statically in a number of variations like ( the previous achievement in the physics , the intermediate stage ) , age , intelligence , the previous information and scientific sense ) The researcher also prepared the materials of the research like ( the specification of the scientific material , forming the goals , behavioral purposes , preparation of the teaching method ).The researcher prepared two tools , the first tool ( achievement test ) that forms in its final picture in 49 objective items form a type ( multi - test ) that has four alternatives and the enquiry of the explicit truth has done and the truth of the contain for the test and outlines the difficulty factor , the discrimination factor and the effectiveness of the fault alternatives for the objective items , then the calculation of constant factor by Keudor and Richardison - 20 - is ( 0. 81 ) The second tool is the measurement of the scientific sense which is formed by its final shape from 71 items that is distributed in an equal on the sides of the scientific sense ( it is the recall of the experiences and connect them in the present , the numeral sense , the activation of the most senses , thinking in thinking , scientific curiosity, brain waking , the interesting in scientific work , toiling and control the irrationality) the enquiry of truth has been done and the distinguishable power for its items and the calculation of its constant in two ways ( they are Alpha factor , the factor equals (0.96 ) and in the way of re - test ( 0.91 )The research sample was selected intentionally by the researcher which consisted of (106) male students, Randomized into three groups (35) students in first experimental group, (35) in second experimental group and (36) students in control group. The three group's students have been equalization by the following variables : (age in month, intelligence, physics scores at third grade, pre physics knowledge, and scientific sense).The experiment has been applied during the first and second courses from the academic study year (2015 - 2016) and continued for twenty two weeks in term of three lessons for each group and after the end of the experiment, the two tools of the research were applied on the three groups then the data were treated statically by using the analysis of single variation by the use of static bag for social sciences SPSS, issue 20 and program Microsoft office excel 2007.The research results showed as the following : 1) Effectiveness of each of the bland learning strategy and active thinking model between the two experimental groups' and the control group of the scientific fourth grade male students in physics subject achievement.2) Effectiveness of each of the bland learning strategy active thinking model between the two experimental group's and the control group of the fourth grade scientific male students on the scientific fourth grade male students in scientific sense.3) No statistically significant differences between strategy of bland learning and model active thinking between the two experimental group's of the scientific fourth grade male students on the fourth grade scientific male students in physics subject achievement and their scientific sense In light of the results of research, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations and proposed a number of recommendations

Abstract: The researcher has assessed the vocational training of educational colleges according to the comprehensive quality criteria. This assessment has been started from the indication that the performance level of teachers (primary, secondary and colleges for both humanities and scientific studies) has not reached the satisfied level that come with the ministry of education's systems, competencies and methodologies. The weaknesses of teachers' competencies can be attributed to the low vocational training at college's level which leads to the low academic level of students. The case of incompetent teachers represents a problem that lead to great critics against the ministry of education out comes from social, educational and media centers besides the critics of the students parents.Accordingly, it becomes very important to decide the vocational training level of educational colleges' students who will be primary and secondary schools teachers. Thus, there should be a need analysis to diagnose the weaknesses and shortcoming at teachers' training level and modern universal scales that are constructed according to comprehensive quality criteria to be used at training and development programs of educational colleges.The present study aims at finding out : 1. The vocational training level of educational colleges' students according to the comprehensive quality criteria from college teachers' perspective.2. The significant differences of the colleges' teachers' opinion at the vocational training level according to the following variables : (university, college, the scientific rank of the teacher).The study limits are : 1. Human limits : Educational college teachers at Baghdad universities.2. Place limits : the educational colleges of Baghdad city (university of Baghdad, university of Al Mustansaria, university of Al Iraqia).3. Time limits : Academic year 2014 - 2015.4. Subjects limits : The vocational training level of educational colleges' students according to the comprehensive quality criteria of Iraqi higher studies.The descriptive study is used to verify the study aims. The study sample consists of (230) teachers at the departments of educational and psychological studies of educational colleges at (university of Baghdad, university of Al Mustansaria, university of Al Iraqia) the sample is selected randomly from the population of (2156) individuals.The study tool which is constructed by the researcher is represented by a questionnaire of (120) items distributed into (6) fields (the aims of vocational training field, the subject matter field, teaching skills field, methodologies and learning sources field, ethics field and evaluation field).After displaying the questionnaire to the jury members the final number of indicators becomes (82) divided into five fields. The scale alternatives are represented in (verified, nearly verified, not verified).The SPSS is used to analyze the results, person correlation coefficient, weighting mean and percentage.The results of the present study are as follows : ? (78) Indicators exist in vocational training assessment of educational colleges' students and (4) indicators do not exist.? The following indicator (the aims of vocational training at the college guide are clear for the teachers, officials, students and society) gets the first rank and the second rank is for the following indicator (the department has annual and quarterly plans for its subject matters). On the other hand the indicator : the department compare the training of its students with other colleges students, gets the rank (81st ) and the last indicator states that the department shares the students with the assessment of the department activities by giving their opinion.? The teaching field gets the first rank while the evaluation field gets the last rank.? There are no significant differences in the vocational training of educational colleges' students according to the scientific rank (professor and assist professor).According to the results the researcher puts forward several recommendations and suggestions. 1 - Due to check the overall quality indicators in a professional setting for students of colleges of education researcher recommends the need to increase the interest in this calibrator indicators and make them part of the subjects that contribute to the process of professional preparation in the colleges of education in order to help graduates in their specialization and their future academic teaching.2 - The need for increased attention to vocational students preparing for colleges of education so as to benefit from the experiences of Arab and international experiences in the field of the overall quality of the educational process to provide different aspects such as the provision of curriculum and methods of teaching methods and examination system and everything related to the educational process. 3 - Students need to views and suggestions in care programs and courses of professional preparation for being Mahmor educational process. It suggests the researcher follows 1 - Conduct research to evaluate the academic preparation in light of the quality indicators mole. 2 - Conduct research to evaluate the professional preparation for students of other institutes and colleges in the light of the overall quality indicators. 3 - Conduct research to evaluate the scientific preparation of specialization for students of colleges of education in light of the overall quality indicators.
