Abstract: هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على (القيادة التربوية ودافعية الانجاز وعلاقتهما بالمواطنة التنظيمية لرؤساء الاقسام العلمية في جامعات محافظة بغداد ) لذلك تم صياغة اهداف البحث التالية : 1 - التعرف على مستوى القيادة التربوية لدى رؤساء الاقسام العلمية في ضوء نظرية فيد | This dissertation aimed to identify "The educational leadership and accomplishment motivation and their relation to the organizational citizenship for the scientific division heads in the universities of Baghdad province" for this reason the following goals were molded : 1 - Identification of educational leadership for scientific divisions heads in the light of fiddler theory.2 - Identification of accomplishment motivation for scientific divisions heads in the light of Mcliland theory 3 - Identification of organizational citizenship for scientific heads division in the light of Oregon sample.4 - The identification of the statistical reference relation between educational leadership and accomplishment motivation for scientific divisions heads.5 - The identification of the statistical reference relation between educational leadership and organizational citizenship for scientific division heads.6 - The identification of the statistical reference relation between accomplishment motivation ands organizational citizenship for scientific divisions heads.7 - The identification of the statistical reference differences between the mode of educational leadership in the light of fiddler theory for the scientific divisions heads according to dissertation following variables : A - Gender "male - female" B - occupational service8 - The identification of the statistical reference differences between accomplishment motivation in the light of Mcliland theory for scientific divisions heads according to the following variables of the dissertation : A - Gender "male - female" B - occupational service9 - The identification of the statistical reference differences between the organizational citizenship in the light of Oregon sample for scientific divisions heads according to dissertation following variables : A - Gender "male - female" B - occupational serviceThe research society include heads of scientific divisions at the colleges of Baghdad province universities for the academic year 2014 - 2015 who were totaled to "374" divisions heads, and the dissertation sample was chosen by random casts method and consisted of "299" divisions heads, i.e. 80% of the research society and to verify the research goals the researcher built three scales for the dissertation where the first scale for the educational leadership consisted of "50" items, as for the second scale for accomplishment motivation it contained "45" items, and the third of the organizational citizenship included "45" items, the collected data from the respondents responses for the questionnaire items statistically by using the following statistical means : "alpha kro nbach equation - person connectionFactor - t - test for one sample - t - test for two independent samples - Bi - diverging analysis - cherei test for after comparisons " The present dissertation results showed : 1 - The existence of differences between the Arithmetic mean of the marks of the sample which was "82.224" and the assumed arithmetic mean which was "60" and for the advantage of the arithmetic mean of the sample marks "divisions heads" on the scale of the educational leadership. 2 - The existence of differences between the Arithmetic mean for sample marks which was "141.217" and the assumed arithmetic mean which was "135" and for the advantage of the arithmetic mean of the sample marks "divisions heads" on the scale of the accomplishment motivation. 3 - The existence of differences between the Arithmetic mean for sample marks which was "178.003" and the assumed arithmetic mean which was "135" and for the advantage of the arithmetic mean of the sample marks "divisions heads" on the scale of the organizational citizenship. And in the light of the dissertation results the following inferences were reached : 1 - The educational leadership in the light of fiddler theory is exist for scientific division heads at the colleges of Baghdad province universities and with good level.2 - Divisions heads in the colleges enjoy accomplishment motivation according to Mcliland theory and with good level.3 - Scientific division heads at colleges enjoy with the organizational citizenship behavior according to Oregon sample. The most important recommendations of the researcher are : 1 - Divisions heads are preferred to revise the different theories of leadership, and especially the stances theories, because they are easier in application and more realistic as the specialists indicate.2 - That divisions heads take care for the humane sides in their leading for their divisions as they are consider the spirit of the work and its care and for its positive role and effect in raising moral spirit of the teachers in the division. 3 - Give importance to accomplishment motivation and direct the different researches to this field, for its importance in raising the educational productivity, improving the performance, and achieving the psychological health. 4 - Empowering the divisions heads for volunteering behaviors and actions which show their willing for helping the teachers and the employees.As for important suggestions : The researcher suggests conducting the following researches and studies : 1 - Making study about the educational leadership in the light of "Redn theory" and its relation to the organizational citizenship in the light of more man and blacky sample. 2 - Conducting study about the accomplishment motivation for high schools headmasters and its relation to the educational quality. 3 - Conducting study about the level of the organizational citizenship for the teachers and its relation to the leadership behavior to their supervisors.
