Abstract:
لقد تناول الفصل الاول الاتي : مشكلة البحث : تمثلت في النظام التعليمي في العراق من عدم وضوح الفلسفة التربوية الواضحة لمعالم تشكيل العملية التربوية والتعليمية في العراق.اهداف البحث : يهدف البحث الحالي الى بناء فلسفة تربوية للنظام التعليمي في العراق في ضوء الا | I first chapter discusses the following : - Find a problem : The educational system in Iraq is suffering from the absence of clear educational philosophy of landmarks forming the educational process in Iraq. - Research objectives : The current research aims to build educational philosophy of education of the educational system in Iraq in the light of tradition and modernity. - Borders Search : Find the current is determined by the following : First : Public education.Second : Higher Education and Scientific Research Third : The academic year (2014 - 2015)Research Methodology : the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical method deductive.The second chapter : has combined two themes : addressing the first part, the historical development of the educational system in Iraq from the beginning of the twentieth century to the present, while the second section, shall be from previous studies (Arab and foreign). These studies offered absence or lack of clarity of the educational philosophies in those countries.The third chapter : Dealt researcher educational philosophies and Islamic position and its position on the (existence, knowledge, rights, values) as well as (the teacher, the student, curriculum, teaching methods).Chapter Fourth : Turning researcher to models of the Arab and international education systems, which include : • Education system in the United States.• Education system in Japan.• Education system in Sweden.• Education system in the Arab Republic of Egypt.• Education system in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.Chapter Fifth : has the researcher suggestion educational philosophy of the educational system in Iraq that form an integrated system which is distributed on the following principles : • Principle of faith.• Humanitarian principle.• National principle.• Scientific principle.• Moral principle.• Principle of tolerance.• Democracy principle. • Labor principle. • Economic principle. • Continual education principle. • Originality and contemporary principle. • Cultural principle. Conclusions : The most important conclusions reached by the researcher are : • that the principles of educational and views of Arab and Islamic does not contradict with the educational concepts and philosophies situation in many aspects that need to realistic solutions in the joints of Education.• be very educational philosophy Arab and Islamic philosophies situation both is to build and prepare good man armed with science and knowledge.Recommendations : The most important recommendations reached by the researcher to propose educational philosophy of the educational system in Iraq are : • The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Education proposed the introduction of the principles of educational philosophy and as a framework to guide the educational process in Iraq.• The need to inform those concerned and those in charge of the affairs of Education on the principles of the proposed philosophy.Proposals : • a comparative study between the current study and models of educational philosophies Arab and foreign.A study include philosophy curricula and teaching methods and philosophy of the preparation and training of teachers programs
