Abstract: يرمي الباحث الى التعرف : 1 - مستوى اداء مدرسي المدارس الثانوية في محافظة بغداد من وجهة نظر المشرفين الاختصاص.2 - المناخ التربوي السائد في المدارس الثانوية في محافظة بغداد من وجهة نظر المشرفين الاختصاص.3 - العلاقة ذات الدلالة الاحصائية بين الاداء والمناخ ال | This study aimed to identify : 1 - Performance level of high school teachers in Baghdad from Specialized supervisors feedback.2 - Current educational atmosphere in high schools in Baghdad from Specialized supervisors feedback.3 - Significance of the relationship between performance and educational atmosphere for schools in Baghdad and ALrasafa from Specialized supervisors feedback.4 - Gender differences ( Male - Female ) that’s related to level of performance.5 - Gender differences (Male - Female ) that’s related to current educational atmosphere for high schools.Descriptive analytical research method were used as it fit with the aim of the study, additionally this study contained five chapters.Chapter one : contains study problem , study importance , study goals , study limitations as well study variables definitions.Study limitations : limitations were related to the study sample that is high school specialized supervisors in Baghdad city who work in first and second and third educational departments in Rasafa , and in first and second and third educational department in AL - karekh , for educational year 2014 - 2015.Chapter two contains of four sections : Section one : literature review for performance level and its importance ,performance limitations , performance factors , and assessment of performance level and its characteristics , goals of performance level assessment , resources of performance level , areas that is assessed in schools , performance level assessment ingredients , and finally ways for improving teachers skills and performance. Section two : it discuss the definition of educational atmosphere : importance , categories , characteristics , goals , and the relationship between the educational atmosphere and other atmospheres and assessing schools atmosphere. Section three : it contains specialized supervisor concept, the importance of his role in educational process , specialized supervisors recruitment criteria and his tasks.Section four : it reviewed previous studies related to the current one.Chapter three : this study was designed based on descriptive analytical research method , and also this chapter clarify : study procedure , study society , study sample , study tools , validity , reliability , statistical significance and analysis. - Study society : represented in (337) specialized supervisors distributed in (6) educational departments in AL - karekh and Al - rasafah at Baghdad city. - Study sample : (220) specialized supervisor mixed between male and female were participated in the study , which represent (59%) from study society. - Study tools : to achieve the aim of the study two scales were designed by the researcher : the first one for assessing performance level (44 item distributed in 4 factors ) , the second one for assessing the educational atmosphere ( 44 item distributed in 4 factors ).Validity : face validity was confirmed for scales by specialized professionals in education philosophy , educational management , assessment and evaluation. construct validity was achieved by item relationship with total degree , by pearson correlation , resulted.138 ,( significance.05 , freedom degree : 218 ).Discriminative power for items : T - Test was applied on two independent samples to discriminate between individuals with high scores with individuals with low scores , after comparing t score for tolls item with t standard it showed that all tolls items are significant , that t score is bigger than t standard 1.96.Reliability : internal consistency was calculated for the performance level scale using cronbach alpha equation , resulted 82% for the first factor , 80% for the second factor , 85% for the third factor , 84% for the fourth one which represent good psychometric characteristics. for second scale (educational atmosphere ) cronbach alpha resulted 84% for the first factor , 82% for the second factor , 87% for the third factor , 85% for the fourth factor.Statistical analysis : - T - test / two independent samples. - T - test / one independent sample. - Pearson correlation. - Mean. - Cronbach alpha equation.Chapter four (study results ) : Results showed no significant differences related to gender , which interpreted in a similarity between males and females in performance level in AL - karakh and AL - rasafah high scholls.1 - Result showed that educational atmosphere is available and common in high schools located in AL - karakh and AL - rasafah from specialized supervisors feedback.2 - Result support no differences between male and female specialized supervisors in assessing educational atmosphere in Baghdad high schools. 3 - Results showed positive relationship that’s also significant between teachers performance level and educational atmosphere.Conclusions : Regarding study results , these points were concluded : 1 - performance levels between high school teachers exist and vary based on specialized supervisors feedback.2 - results based on gender differences in performance level were relative and similar to each other.Recommendations : 1 - Enroll teachers in workshops for improving their performance level; in educational process.2 - Doing surveys with experienced teachers diagnosing and reflecting negative aspects in school educational books.3 - Providing new technology in education that facilitate learning that fit with schools budget.Suggestions : 1 - Continue working on performance level for school managers in Baghdad city and its relationship to educational atmosphere from teacher feedback.2 - Doing a similar study to identify performance level for school deputy managers in primary schools from specialized supervisors feedback
