In Iraq, jewelry was and is still a necessary and important requirement of women's life. Jewelry reflects the economic and social aspects of life and people. It is an evidence of richness as well as social prestige. Metal weight and carat plays and important role in quality of goldsmithery and jewelry design. Further, precious stones play a remarkable part in both the type of design and the value of the ornaments Moreover; metal coloration has its effect in showing the aesthetic aspect of metal, and is used as an element to enhance the impact of the jewelry design.The use of enamel in jewelry coloring has played an important role, and has its stature on both gold and silver jewelry. The study lies in five chapters and deals with both design & techniques of the contemporary jewelry in Iraqi, focusing on the precious metal and gem jewelry. It has two goals : 1 - Identifying the bases used by the designers to create the shapes used in contemporary jewelry design. 2 - Clarifying the techniques employed by contemporary jewelry designers in Iraq.The most important findings of the research are. As for the first goal, it is found that : 1 - Iraqi Contemporary Jewelries are usually made of gold and silver, platinum is not used. 2 - Iraqi designers fall under the impact of cultural and economic factors. 3 - The continuous use of (Mina) in gold and silver jewelry coloring. 4 - the large use of geometrical shapes and designs. 5 - Designers used symbols, especially those derived from religious believe.As for the second goal : 1 - The use of several techniques in the jewelry making such as different types of casting, cutting, wilding, forging, drawing, pressing, rounding, bending, punching, rolling and other modern techniques. 2 - In decorating valuable metals (gold and silver), the designers used the techniques of sanding, perforating and filigree. Examples of designs and techniques employed are shown in color plates

Abstract: The nature is a basic element for designer because it's containing variable elements as spots ,lines ,areas ,tangent forms ,colors ,and spaces and these elements consider at permanent change at visual view upon in what happened at the nature of such variables so it's controlled by nature law as birds , animals , insects ,fish ,shells ,coral groups ,sea waves , followers and plants.The role of designer is coming to extract what is wished to of such visual system to achieve what does he want to express for his own vision , and by his different performance means then the creative eye could see at the nature different designs and on great degree of accuracy and the design it consider as of many expression fields that sensed by human since of his existence on the earth and his insisting of need so the human concluded to centuries of meditation for different aspects to the basic of science and what occur on it of developments to reach with us of great revolution of science to recent century so the designer become as the important role of taking the different appears of nature as testing look and got of awareness ability to discover in what own of arts values and so we should choose the designer to achieve his expressional goal and to put the suitable solutions for designs problems.The fabric designer have the ability to inspire of his many source and multi means as to get for the obvious source inspiration or influence by representing source has the motivation of inspiration so the good designer who influences with all surrounding of direct optical visions effects or effects of inspiration designs invited him of thinking and meditating and analyzing represented as inspired design so every thing he , could do is a reflection for accumulated information results of previous optical or conceptual vision of the life and environment and behaviors , from this it come the recent subject study of ( the realistic forms inspiration and their applications at mordent fabric designs ) that included fourth chapters by using digital technology and the research goals were to discover the realistic forms and employment it to inspired designers of modern fabrics women by using digital design ?and the research goal is discovering realistic forms which inspired by designers then it employed their designing works ( on fabrics women ) and secondly to know the realistic inspired applications for modern fabrics women the research identified by subject to study the realistic and inspired forms to design the modern fabrics women and the research limited at time to design the modern fabrics women for the period 2009 - 2013 and local.Second chapter limited by many researches the first got the realistic forms sources and inspiration at nature and the second chapter got of the application of realistic forms and then it were extracted the signs that took by theoretical frame and by previous studies as follow : Third chapter took the research procedures that included the research's curriculum as discretional analyzing and research society that amounted of ( 93) designing models and removed of ( 70 ) designing models because their repetition and inconvenient of the research purpose so the residue were(23) of samples and upon the sample selection were mentally selected and about the research instrument were presented by bill of fabrics women design that prepared by researcher and included many axis's , the expertise were confirmed on it on basis of samples analyzing and then confirmed it validity according to bill's axis and for the fourth chapter it included the major results that concluded by the study as follow : 1 - The versatility of the inspired designing forms resources as natural resources to represent the realistic life because their a viability and their beauty specially the plants upon contained the love of God of beauty get the benefits of designers by employing it for fabrics designs specially the women designs that depended on it by designers to move the acceptance awareness as result of belonging to there realty then the inspired forms comes of the civilized heritage because it consider as a source and basis for design that never be ended so it's assign of civilizations and their symbols and the it inspired from the manufactured environments where it comes with medium ration and their employed as continues renewing as times and upon the forms inspiration by the society environment as the less ratio of appearing.2 - The executed forms by using the inspired application for the direct transferring decoration from the Islamic period3 - The appeared of designed style applications of indirect that's mean the modified and selected were used as many and it's followed to performing the forms where it shows the inspired forms as new character by new additions and arrangements gives the forms new look and sign get out of imitation.4 - It appeared the new style of implementation the inspired designs creations from the reality depend on inspiration of the natural reality beauties and not just literally transferring of reality so it harmonic with renewing spirit and technology developments science.Adding to the chapter itself included for the recommendations and suggestions.

The present study attributes to the characteristics of experimentalism, and the most important experimental innovations that emerges through the creative achievement by the Iraqi director of theatrical art, pointing to the most important experimental additions of theater show and what are the methods by which to achieve these experimental additions of Iraqi theater.The present study consists of four chapters : Chapter I : Methodological Background which includes : The problem, the aims, the hypotheses, the procedures, the limits of the study and the value of the study.Chapter II : Theoretical Background which includes : • The first topic : the Concept of Experimentalism : The researcher presented the concept of experimentalism and the most important definitions, and then the emergence of the factors of experimentalism in the theater, and its characteristics. • The second topic : the Characteristics of Experimentalism in the Theater : The researcher presented the characteristics of experimentalism in the Greek theater, the Roman theater, the Middle ages, and the Renaissance age, where the researcher refers to the theater directors and their experimental innovations through their creative theatrical shows• The third topic : Experimentalism in Modern Theater : The researcher presented the characteristics of the trends of Aristotelian experimentalism in the theater, the trends of non - Aristotelian experimentalism in the theater, and the experimentalism in the contemporary theater. The heart exults in its sweet music.it constitutes, with these specifications, an example architectural, and be a masterpiece achieving performance today it is a work of art achieving advanced functionality and aesthetic considerations bestowing, on the human, psychological and physical and intellectual comfort bringing him closer into a lot of safety and reassurance area despite suffering where damaged by disease enforced to visit the medical complexes or the fate led him to work in whatever type of work was.Therefore this research deals with the failure of medical complexes in the provision of internal spaces that meet the humanitarian needs of the physical and mental ones to its users. Accordingly this research came upon the modal regulation of the interior spaces of the modern medical complexes , the idea of this research is generated from a research problem - what is the role of the modal regulation of the internal spaces of the modern private medical complexes to meet the needs of the occupants ? The research aims to detect the modal regulation of the interior spaces of the modern private medical complexes in terms of performance and aesthetic form in order to access to modern interior design.The importance of research hidden in the fact that these complexes must be within the terms of modern therapeutic environments in the world regardful the scientific and technical progress in the methods of providing medical and therapeutic services to the general public, regardful the aesthetic side and achieved through the creation of a modal regulation leads to the performance, functional and aesthetic purpose.The research relied on theoretical study and the analytical study of the healthful spaces. The research is divided into four chapters , the first chapter of the research included the problem of the research and its significance in addition to clarifying and defining the goal and borders and the definition of the most important terms contained therein , the second chapter dealt with the theoretical framework which consists of four pivots, the first one included the studying of the shape concept and its philosophy the sources of the shape and regulation and modal comprehension. the second has dealt with the concept of form in interior design and objectives of the modal regulation in the interior design, properties in the interior design,influencing factors in the modal regulation and the modal relations. The third topic dealt with the modern techniques and their influences on the form of spaces in the stage of Postmodernism, the form in the interior design in the stage of Postmodernism, trends of the movement of postmodern, disassembly internal space according to the modern vision, the impact of new technologies in the design of the internal space, modern ores, modern techniques of raw materials. While the fourth topic was taking about the modal regulation of the elements of the knowledge of the interior spaces of the medical complexes, the concept of inner space, forms of internal space, regulation of internal space, elements of knowledge of the internal space, vertical and horizontal determinants, the optical elements of the interior spaces of the compounds medical, furniture elements of the internal space decorative elements in the design of the internal space and the environmental control systems.The chapter 3 favored with the research procedures where adopted the descriptive analytical method in the research sample which represented by the sample of the form of medical complexes with the regulation and preparing an application for the pivot analysis based on the indicators of the theoretical framework and adopted as a standard basis and in the process description and analysis.The research included the current interior design (of the internal space of the medical complexes) that was established for the period from (2003 - 2013 ) and still operating for the fact that this period specifically represents several intellectual variables on the level of the architecture and interior design the most important of them is the appearance of the enormous technological discoveries which played a major role through modern techniques and its relationship to the performance and function of interior design space for medical complex at the level of the body and the raw material ,so they were counted according to the specific considerations , specifically that fit with the theme of the search, bringing the research (7) medical complexes on Al Karkh area. Samples of research were selected from it in a deliberate manner. The results have been circulating on the society as a whole , the research relied on the sample intentionality by ( % ) consisted of three internal spaces of the medical complexes. It has been chosen for the research because it is differentiated in terms of the use of modern technology at the level of functionality of these spaces. So the three spaces below were chosen as a sample for the research because they share with each other considerations in determining community and differ from each other in terms of interior design , namely : 1. Iraqi Specialist Medical Centre. 2. Dar Es Salaam Medical Center. 3. Razi Medical Center.The fourth chapter has been included on results, the most important are : 1. The non - completion of some of the vertical determinants of top of space,which was resulted to us cacophony of modality in the case of the design which had a negative impact on the achievement of the performance career, as well as giving a clear impression in the negative aesthetic taste which reflects the foolishness of the interior designer.2. The absence of fixed supporters at the vertical limiter which imposes their conditions as a system especially if the absence of theses supporters has a negative impact on the job achievement performance for the privacy of the users of thatbuilding.3. The glass material for doors and windows is free from the self - cleaning properties in addition to the fact that it never provides solar protection and acoustic and thermal insulation, while there is an alternative material of glass where these properties are available in it, which contains the NANO technology which led to weakness in achieving functionality and aesthetic.In light of the findings and its discussions has been going out some conclusions : The absence of typical architect in the building complexes body (medical specialist ) led to the emergence of some of the functional and aesthetic problems in most of the complexes.1. The absence of the use of modern materials due to unavailability in the market or difficult to be purchased impacted negatively on the general authority for architectural and interior medical complexes.2. The absence of the role of the interior designer in terminations and specialist furniture in addition to improper distribution of lighting impacted negatively on the aesthetic and functional values of the medical complexes.3. , The absence of the specialists in the selection of materials of the finishes and furniture caused a breach in the colorimetric regulations which led to confusion in achieving the aesthetic aspect of the medical complex.The research ends for submission of proposals and recommendations pertaining to the subject of the study.

Abstract: This research addressed the subjects of simplicity and complexity in brands design structure, because these two styles of simplicity and complexity play an effective and important role in the design of brands in order to attract the largest number of recipients. The problem lies in how to use the styles of simplicity and complexity correctly and without exaggeration to deliver a clear message to the public. Thus, the messages will not be limited to the expression of the benefits of products only, but also calls for believing and trusting the brand for greater impact and effectiveness on the recipients, so the brand design structure is considered one of the problems faced by some companies trying to attract consumers to remember their brand and set it apart from competitors, and hence the researcher has put the following question : How is the simplicity and complexity in brand design structure exemplified? The aim of this research is to reveal the simplicity and complexity in brand design structure. This research focuses on the styles of simplicity and complexity in Ogilvy agency in the United State of America, in the years (2011 - 2012). Chapter two included the following topics : first topic : the concept of simplicity and complexity in art and design, second topic : simplicity and complexity in graphic design, and the third topic : the structure of brand design.The researcher then mentions one previous study (Brand Personality Creation Through Advertising Design), then the research’s procedures were mentioned, which included the research methodology and research population which was world famous brand designs. The study sample was chosen to be fifteen (15) samples consistent with the requirements and nature of the study, the researcher has shown the study’s tool represented by the analysis form which included several aspects and were presented to experts and research committee and based on that, the samples were analyzed. The results were based on the most important analyses, of the most important results : 1) the style of complexity in design is represented by an increase in elements during the suggestion process, as the design becomes crowded by many elements adding beauty and visual appeal denoting the vitality, youth and the spirit of the young because of the multiple shapes and colors and their variety. The multiple colors and vitality in design attractthe viewer’s eyes towards commercial advertisements and more importantly towards the brand.2) Globally, brands care about designing the shape of products, and having a unique identity distinguishing it from competitors in designing their products and keeping their principles of providing the same high quality and continuing in providing the best always, the outer shapes of a product helps remind people of the brand and sticks in their minds, even if a company wanted to change it in the future, it will try conserving the general and main style of the product shape, and changing simple minor things like the shape of the Fanta bottle in sample (4) and the shape of the Audi car in sample (13).And the main points of the conclusions : simplicity and complexity are important in brands design structure, and both are used by global brands, andit depends on the strength and success of the idea by the designer and the useof thoughtfully selected elements and how they are distributed in a way to attract attention. The most important recommendations : it’s necessary toselect appropriate elements in terms of colors, shapes, lines and graphics, and how to assemble them to attract attention in a way that achieves a successful thoughtful advertising message with strength in creativity. The most important suggestions : the aesthetics of the simplicity style in graphic design.

For all that , the research problem appears to show the negative side of students of artistic education department and their lack to react with post contemporary production in both sides , the artistic and the philosophical ones. This forms a gap which should be faced and tackled by reinforcing the student's philosophical and aesthetic fields ,also, to introduce opinions of post contemporary in its intellectual field. That is beside reinforcing and enriching this field by showing its application in the artistic production , and the way of tasting the aesthetic appearance , and finally criticize and give decision. It included four sections containing : Neo - Kantianism, phenomenalism , Frankfourt School , and Acquisition Theory according to structure and aesthetic essence. The researches concluded evidences of the Contemporary German aesthetics. The fourth chapter contained the research procedures which included the research society ,sample , research design , construction of analysis tools and analysing procedures for the artistic samples of post modernity art streams that the researcher chose consisting of fourteen paintings with various styles of Iraqi and Western artists , one painting or more for each direction. The researcher depended on the analytical approach to ensure applying third chapter indicators. He depended on the measuring tools to analyze research sample after checking tool reliability through a group of specialized experts in the fields of criticism forming artistic education. The fifth chapter contained the research results that achieved the first and the second aims of the current research , then , through the achieved aims and indicators of the third chapter as well as the fourth chapter's results. The researcher presented his conclusions that express a vision for the perfect aesthetic educational philosophy in the light of the German Aesthetic for the four philosophies in question. He showed the intermingled points among the intellectual institutions, which form the similar and meeting points or even the overlapped ones. This participates actively in discovering the hidden meaning beyond symbols of post Contemporarity art. The aim of this research is : To establish a Testing Battery for students who are supposed to be submitted in the Department of Art Education / college of Fine Arts / Baghdad University. Beside to measure its validity upon an average of student who are already accepted in the Department of Art Education for Art Education for the years 2007_2008. Upon this light the researcher prepared a Testing Battery on asperies of students under the conditions and bases to build the Testing on About (55)students who were accepted in the first class of the year 2007_2008 to check the validity of this Battery. This Battery consists of five separate cells. each of which in itself four different Testings, and they are : the knowledge Testing ,the Plastic ( practical ) Testing , the Acting Performance Testing and the Personality Testing. These four testing are considered according to the classifications form which the curriculum of the department that is known as a varictical one in its curriculums since it is responsible for the graduating students who are supposed to be scientifically and artistically qualified to be teachers in the future within the secondary education in Iraq. The data has been processed statistically by using two different coefficients , Discrimination coefficient and kuder Richardson 's coefficient / 20. So that to find out the reability and CrounBach - Alfa Equation so that calculate harmonial coefficient ( reability ) and to see the arrangement ( reability ). This operation is done by using Holesty's Equation in the plastic ( practical ).Testing as well as the agreement coefficient for Acting performance Testing. The result 's of this research comes out like that , the success of this Battery after its application, that is why the researcher recomends these who might be concerned to get use from the Testing Battery in order to limit the level of students who are to be accepted within this Battery's terms and conditions. The imagery influence fields have become connected with wide spaces and vision based on changing the meaning of space , background and their imagery influence. Such changes have contributed in the emergence of theatrical trends that have defied the stereotype of conventional shows of the closed space (can theater). In the advent of the twentieth century, and as a reaction to the closed theatrical space and in search of new visions , the concepts of space enlignment and merging auditorium with stage and finally performing in the open space based on the different aesthetic deviation and changing them in to esthetic values contrary to what common or excepted, be it as a content or innovative theatrical performance or as a total environment affecting the recipients thoughts. The open space enjoys neutral aesthetic characteristics, semantic flexibility, and can never be restricted to features or constant traits. No sooner the aesthetic values are employed in the theatrical discourse than it changes into space whose aesthetic features and aspirations also increase so as to inject an aesthetic energy which copes with the modernity and needs of the recipients. This geographical and parameter change in the open space imposes aesthetics that are different from those of the closed space. All these issues have encouraged the researcher to investigate the aesthetics of the show when employing the open space on both form and content, its impact on performance, the intellectual and philosophical field of the theatrical accomplishment and how the theatrical elements work and finally what's the aesthetic variable that influences the recipient when the show aesthetics work in the open space. Abstract: The problem of the research represented in a basic question : (What is the formal variation of the early calligraphies in the holly Quran?) The research aims to answer this question mentioned in the problem The research deals with the calligraphing models which arrived to us from the period of prophecy to the end of second century of Hijra , which represented with the holly pages of Quran.The theoretic frame dealt with the following subjects : notating the Quran in era of prophet Mohammed (peace to be upon him),and the material which were the Qurans written on at the beginning of Islam ,the research dealt also with the spreading of calligraphy in the first two centuries of Islam. The second research deals with the variation of Quranic calligraphies at the beginning of Islam.The third research deals with emotions and admiration, then the fourth one deals with spacing between suras and decorations. The last research dealt with what the researcher concluded about the variation of the early letters in the holly Quran through using tables showed that variation.The indicators of theoretical frame and the previous studiesThe researcher followed in his procedures the descriptive approach to come to results that achieve his aims and solve his problem.The sample was chosen deliberately where the number of samples was (10) samples out of (40) models. The tools (form) was designed and submitted to the experts to assure its validity and achieving the aims.The researcher came to several results which are : 1 - Some Quranic calligraphy characterize with simplicity in drawining the letter or the formal building of the page ,on the contrary of other kinds came in high accurate drawining.2 - Variation of the one letter form in the same calligraphy and its appearance in various forms, whether it was connected or disconnected, it helped the calligrapher in finding the differentiation among the forms of the letter and choosing the suitable form in building the designing frame for the Quranic page.3 - The calligrapher , who concerned with drawining the letters , characterized with perfect generally, this seem clear through the models which we got.4 - The pages which were written with the Quranic calligraphy were full of lines wher e their number reached (32) lines, where in other kinds they did not overcome (3) lines ,where their average was (11) lines through analyzing the models. The average of number of the words in the single line was (5) words according to analyzing the samples.5 - The Arabic calligraphy achieved great change in the formal pages for letters and the systems of their building, as a result of taking care of Moslim calligraphers at that time in improving and decorating the Arabic letter and taking care of the aesthetic side of the letters images and their connections to achieve the functional and aesthetic aims in the holly Quranic.6 - The multi - levels systems did not appear at the beginning ,while the simple lining system was adopted in the lines of holly Quranic page ,with appearing of a simple way to form a single letter over the other as in the sample number (6) in the word (aladthab).7 - The decoration became representing the added unity, when it entered on the Quranic calligraphy ,but the calligraphy remained with its Sovereign and dominated role in the holly Quranic.The researcher recommended to make use of his results and vocabulary in supporting and activating the study Curriculum concerned with early calligraphies generally, in the concerned departments within the artful collages and institutes.The researcher proposed studying the variation of the early calligraphies for the next periods as third and fourth centuries and the advanced periods and make a comparison study about their formal variation.

Therefore this study (Traditionalism materials at structure of contemporary sculpture ) aimed to knowledge of the effects of the non - classic ore upon the structure of sculpture form, as well as to knowledge of new materials that was used for the contemporary sculpture. This study included four chapter : first chapter was specialized for methodical frame.such as problem of research.that it was abstracted by question about the reason that lead the sculptor to search from new raw to carry out his sculpture works. As well as the important ofresearch and its limits was that define between year 1950 up to 2000 , and its aims, then limit the idioms. The second chapter included the theoretical field and previous studies, that formed from three researches, such as the fist about the materials, as it was considered master element at the sculpture formal.the it included study about the widespread classic materials in the sculpture , such as ( clay , bronze, stones, and wood) and showing its effect and its formal and expression ability. The second research included the affects of non - classic raw at the formal system in the historical studies that included stylistic change during the twentieth century , and the third research included the study of the structural relations systems at the sculpture formation.The third chapter included the procedures of the research that its contents the research society such as European and American contemporary sculpture, and sample of research that was formed from (20) samples. It was choose according to the aim of this research. As well as performance of research based upon the analysis form, and this chapter included the following method at sample study as the analytic descriptive method in order to reach to the results, and conclusion that fixed in forth chapter, as below : 1 - The contemporary sculpture have became an achievement direct to the faraway imagination from the classic by using the non - classic item's.
