Abstract: The thesis included five sections , the first section tackles the introduction of research and its importance in which the researcher tackles badminton because it is characterized its fast performance and continuous movement. the situations require a fast motor response. the coaches and specialists resort to kinetic analysis and the use of technology to calculate some biomechanical variables and to calculate the angles and the speed of different body parts during movement, as well as resorting to devices including the Electromyography (EMG) to record and calculate the electrical activity of muscles working during the performance skills in playing badminton. By watching and following - up the world and local models of the game and championship Iraqi universities, which includes most of the national team players have noticed a large number of players practicing this skill depending on the strength resulting from the elbow and forearm muscles only, or of the shoulder joint and the strength of the muscles of the upper arm. In the best cases, they depend on the shoulder belt in the production of force. hence the research problem was crystallized when the researcher found that the impact of the joints and muscles associated with body parts and labor and not affecting investment and hiring this effect by the players during the performance optimally represented Streamline between mechanical parts of the body and motor transport. That has prompted the researcher to make a recombination of biomechanics science and the variables of electrical activity of muscles (EMG) and flow index as a means. In order to achieve objective of her study that are : - 1 - Identifying the flow index through the stages of performance skill to strike the front of the national team players badminton. 2 - Identify the values of variables electrical activity of some working muscles through the stages of performance skill to frontal strike of the Iraqi national team players badminton. 3 - The relationship between the flow index and the variables of electrical activity (EMG) for some muscle and biomechanical variables and the level of performance skill frontal strike, the Iraqi national team players badminton. The researcher assumed that there is a significant correlation between the flow index and the variables of electrical activity of the muscles during some stages with the performance biomechanical variables skill frontal strike for the badminton players in the Iraqi National of badminton.The areas of research The players of the national team badminton totaling (5) for the period from 26/1/2014 up to 02/02/2014 at the Hall Stadium Badminton Assyrian Club. The researcher tackled a number of theoretical studies in Section Two - related to research topic, as well as the researcher tackled to study a similar relationship with her research. This included the third section includes (5) players from the Iraqi national team badminton for the year 2014 to 2013. The researcher used some media, devices and tools to gather information and determined the tests for them. these includes the electric muscle activity (EMG) Bluetooth weighs (250 g) Type ((Myo trace400) four - channel by (Inc - Noraxan) Company as well as the video camera graphic specially for analysis motor type (Com handy / Sony quickly (25) Image / s and the other of type (Sony) Japanese - made high - speed frequency (210) Image /sec. She conducted tests to research to the search results using the appropriate statistical means. Through the presentation, analysis, and discussion of results in section Four, the statistical treatments were was obtained and have been converted from the statistical language based icons numbers to the language of scientific reasoning based on the parameters of the description in the induction (moral, non - moral). Then they were discussed in a scientific method with accreditation on scientific sources, has been through the debate to achieve the objectives of the research and validation of hypothesis. The researcher concluded : - 1 - The variable of electrical activity of the gastrocnemius muscle has a positive impact in the variable (peripheral speed of the arm), which reflected positively in the course of adjusting to rapid kinetic sleek and exact itinerary badminton in subsequent phases. 2 - the variable of electrical activity of the muscle flexor carpi radialis have a positive impact in the variable (wrist joint angle and angular velocity of the arm), which reflected positively in the direction of complete motor transport duty motor. 3 - The variable flow have a positive impact in each of the variable (the angular velocity of the arm and the angular velocity of the trunk and a variable level of performance skill). 4 - The variable rate that the amplitude of the rectus femoris muscle have a positive impact in each of the variable (trunk inclination angle, angle of the wrist joint), the bio - Kinematic other variables did not show any correlation with it. 5 - The variable rate that the amplitude of the spinal dorsal muscle have a positive impact in each of the variable (wrist joint angle, angular velocity of the trunk), for the bio - Kinematic other variables did not show any correlation with it. 6 - The variable rate of capacity for each muscle (rectus femoris, spinal dorsal, flexor carpi radialis) has a positive impact in the variable (the level of performance skills), for the bio - Kinematic other variables did not show any correlation with it. The researcher recommended a number of recommendations, including 1 - The need to emphasize the effectiveness of the flow index in badminton - because of its role in the importance of achieving greater amounts of quantity (momentum), energy and, consequently, better performance. 2 - The need to pay attention to train players on how to take advantage of the different angles of the joints of the body in the form of improving the performance and get the bio - Kinematic variables necessary to obtain an optimal level of performance. 3 - The need to develop a training course customized depending on the results of analysis of kinetic bio - Kinematic to reach optimum performance skills to blow the front filed through badminton coaches attention to these approaches for the development of the values of certain variables bio - Kinematic especially angular velocity and speed of the peripheral arm strike. 4 - The need to emphasize the correct mechanical situation of the point higher center of gravity of the body during the frontal strike because of its positive role in achieving the degree of stability of the body balance to increase the amount of force act hanging by the player towards the ground and the corresponding reaction force equal the amount and the opposite direction across the motor transfer in the body of the player who perform the movement. 5 - The need to emphasize the variable angle of the knee and the tendency of the trunk because of mechanical variables to achieve the best stretch of the body and its positive influence in determining the values of the high center of gravity of the body, motor transport is synergistic simultaneous seeks to achieve the desired goal motor. The researcher pointed to the sources, and references which have been used in research procedures, as well as the development of supplements for the study.

Abstract: احتوى الباب الاول على التعريف بالبحث اذ تم من خلاله التطرق الى الحركة وما فيها من ابعاد مهمة لتطوير مستوى الاداء لدى الاطفال بعمر (5 - 6) سنوات, واوضحت اهمية استثمار هذه الحركة بالشكل الصحيح, لتكون الخطوة الواعدة في اعداد جيل يمتلك قدرة على الاداء المثالي | The importance of the study lies in investing children's movements in a correct manner so as to be the essential step towards perfect level of performance in any sport that they wish to practice. The Problem of the study is that there are differences in children's performance of the basic movements and the researcher believe these differences to be due to their body types.The Aims of The Study : 1. Identifying the relationship between body type and the level of performing basic movement in children of the ages 5 - 6 years old.2. Identifying the differences between sexes in the level of performing the basic movement in children of the ages 5 - 6 years old. The Hypotheses of The Study : 1. There is a statistical relationship between body type and the level of performing some basic movement in children of the ages 5 - 6 years old.2. There are statistical differences between the two sex in the level of performing some basic movements using body type of the subjects.The Procedures : The researcher used the descriptive method. The subjects were 108 children (53 males and 55 females). Their measurements were taken including their height and weight. Then, they were divided into three body types according to body mass index of the American health institute (normal, thin and obese). The basic skill movements were determined by a scientific committee. These movements include running, throwing, hopping, receiving and balance. The researcher has performed these movements in front of children and then asked them to imitate him. He filmed all the skills so as to be evaluated by scientific evaluators. The subjects were divided into (obese boys and obese girls), (normal boys and normal girls) and (thin boys and thin girls). The collected data was treated statistically using proper statistical methods to identify the relationship between body type and the level of performing some basic movement by children of the age 5 - 6 years old. Conclusions : The researcher concluded the following : 1. The physical style determines the performance efficiency of kinetic forms.2. The capacity of the hard style altwazan does not take into account.3. Obesity thinning are negative factor influencing performance of basic movements.4. Best natural style in some basic shapes such as kinetic (jogging, throw, jump, receipt).5. Affected by sex by nature physical style.Recommendations : The researcher recommended the following : 1 - Adoption of BMI wanted to sample the continuous search to view the calendar.2 - Adoption of the outcome of some basic sample search motor for continuous calendar.3 - Periodic measurements and weights of children between kindergarten and family cooperation in preserving the non - weight children at this stage.4 - Emphasis on curriculum development in physical patterns to achieve platform.5 - Emphasize not to increase the weight of children because they influence on performance of kinetic forms.6 - Prepare curriculum develops core because kinetic forms of performance sports skills.7 - Further studies and research on influence of different body styles to develop physical and kinetic characteristics.

Thus, the researcher designed a set of exercises that will develop the goalkeepers' speed of motor response as well as their agility. The Aims of the study : 1. designing a special training Exercises using assisting instruments for developing the speed of motor response and agility for youth foot ball goalkeepers.2. Identifying the effects of these special training Exercises using assisting instruments on the development of motor response speed and agility for youthfoot bal goalkeepers.The Hypotheses of the Study : 1. Special exercises using assisting instruments have a positive effect on the motor response speed as well as agility in the subjects of the study.2. There are statistical differences in pre and posttests in favor of posttests. The Procedures : The researcher used the experimental method. The subjects were (40) goalkeepers form the Al Sherta Soccer School. The researcher applied the pilot study on (5) youth goalkeepers then the subjects became (10) goalkeepers divided equally on two groups expereimntal and controlling groups. The data was collected and treated statistically using proper statistical methods (t - tests), Person's simple correlation etc in order to calculate the significant differences between pre and posttests for the subjects of the study. Conclusions : The researcher came up with many conclusions : 1. Special exercises using assisting instruments have a positive effect on the motor response speed as well as agility in the subjects of the study.2. The experimental grouped showed the best effects of Special exercises using assisting instruments for developing motor response and agility of youth soccer goalkeepers. 3. The exercises used by the coach had a positive effect on developing the speed of motor response as well as agility. Recommendations : 1. Coaches should use teaching aids and assisting instrument for developing special abilities in soccer goalkeepers.2. Using exercises along with instruments when training young players due to their great effect on developing motor response speed and agility.3. Using new instruments for developing other physical and motor abilities.4. Designing new exercises for the same instruments.5. Making similar studies on other ages groups using special exercises along with instruments.

Abstract: هدفت الدراسة الى ايجاد درجات ومستويات للسمنة والشحوم وبعض القدرات البدنية للتلاميذ بعمر (11 - 12) سنة، واشتملت عينة البحث على طلبة المدارس الابتدائية في بغداد (مديريتي تربية الكرخ والرصافة الثانية) بعمر (11 - 12) سنة البالغ عددهم (1025) طالبا، وتحدد الم | This study aimed to identify obesity, fat levels, and some physical abilities of pupils aged (11 - 12 years), the research sample were students in primary schools in Baghdad (departments of Education in Al - Karkh and Al - Rusafa II) aged between (11 - 12 years), who were (1025) students , and the research period from (08/04/2010) until (05/05/2010), studies included theoretical of overweight and obesity, and identified methods and the reasons leading to that and the health risks that cause it and body composition and physical fitness elements related to health, as well as similar studies, and the researcher used the descriptive style survey, the researcher used smeasures of height and weight and extraction body mass index (BMI) and measure the thickness of skin folds in the areas such as : triceps muscle ,and under the scapula and get fat precentage by useing (Lohmann - 1992 ) equation and the use growth plan and cross points to determine overweight and obesity as well as fitness tests related to health (the tests were strength of grip, flexibility and abdominal muscles endurance), the researcher used set of statistical tools to achieve the goal of his research (the mean and standard deviation, median and coefficient of torsion and grading standard in relay) as well as for finding the limits of standard grades and within the levels and percentages. The researcher reached mauy conclusions whch are : - The is clear reduction in body mass index variable (BMI) for the sample my age (11) and (12) years. - The is clear reduction in fat precentage variable for the sample age (11) and (12) years. - The is obvious weakness in the research sample age (11 years) and (12) years in grip force variable. - The is obvious weakness in the research sample age (11 years) and (12) years in abdominal muscles endurance variable. - The sample achieved good levels of flexibility age, which is the best physical ability under discussion. - In general the is a lack in research sample aged (11 years) and (12) years in in health - related to physical fitness (strength, flexibility and endurance). The researcher recommended a series of recommendations including : - Do not rely on body mass index as a guide to predict body fat where it should be measured the body mass index and the thickness of skin fold alone both of them. - Prepare programs that focus on physical activities by the Ministry of Education and Health. - Tack care of physical education lessen in schools and teachers needs to focus on material with pupils with high levels of obesity. - Attention to the training of health workers in preventing and controlling obesity. - Include information related to obesity and risks in the curricula of physical education lessons. - Establishing training courses for teachers physical education in the Ministry to introduce them the dangers of obesity and prevention and treatment. - Further studies on both sexes and different age groups to get to know the reality of obesity, physical activity and fitness in order to evaluate and find solutions.

These tools also give the class a joyful atmosphere to induce variability in physical education class. They also contribute greatly in improving joint work as well as muscle work by giving them speed, power, flexibility and agility. In addition to that, they improve muscular and neural coordination and is considered one of the factors of increasing the load of training. The small tools used in this study are hoops, clubs, ropes, small balls and sticks. The tools are used to improve some physical and motor traits and skill performance and the manner in which they should be used in physical education class for secondary school female students. The Problem of the study was in the lack of tools and apparatuses used in physical education classes in all secondary schools. This lack of tools lead to the lose of precious class time and students waiting in turn to apply one skill that negatively affected their physical fitness as well as learning the skill properly The Aims of The Study : 1. Designing teaching sessions using small tools in physical education class for female secondary school students.2. Identifying the effect of small tools on improving some physical and motor traits and skill performance in female secondary school students. 3. Identifying the group with the best improvement in physical and motor traits and skill performance in female secondary schools students. Hypotheses of the study : 1. There are statistical differences between pre and posttests in both groups of the study in improving physical and motor traits and skill performance in female secondary school students.2. There are statistical differences between the two experimental groups and controlling group in posttests in improving physical and motor traits and skill performance in favor of the experimental group. The Procedures : The researcher used the experimental method. The subjects were (40) secondary school students. The subjects were divided into two equal groups of 20 female students. The researcher conducted a pilot study in 28/2 - 1/3/2011 followed by pretests in 2 - 3/3/2011 then the teaching sessions were applied using small tools on the experimental group in 6/3/2011 to improve some physical and motor traits and skill performance. The teaching sessions were 16 with 2 sessions per week for eight weeks each session lasts for 45 minutes. Posttests were conducted in 27 - 28/4/2011. The results were collected and analyzed using proper statistical methods. Conclusions & Recommendations : The researcher came up with many conclusions and ended up recommended the following : Conclusions : 1. The results of physical and motor traits and skill performance improved greatly. 2. Small tools are considered an improvement factor in improving some physical and motor traits and skill performance in female secondary school students. 3. Small tools motivate students and encourage competition.4. Using small tools substitutes the lack of apparatuses available in some secondary schools. Recommendations : 1. Using small tools in improving physical and motor traits and skill performance especially in teaching other motor skills.2. Providing secondary schools with small tools because they are cheaper than large apparatuses and are available in the markets.3. The necessity of generalizing the findings of this study on teaching sessions using small tools and for all grades in schools.

Hypotheses of the study : There are significant statistical difference between pre and posttests results for both groups in physical abilities, physiological indicators and some basic skills in favor of post tests. There are significant statistical difference between both groups in physical abilities, physiological indicators and some basic skills in favor of post tests. There are significant statistical differences in performance (positive - negative) in the subjects understudy in pre and posttests in favor of posttests.There is a significant relations between variables ( physical - physiological - skill) and the affectivity of performance.There is a development in pre and posttest in both groups. The Procedures : The researcher used the experimental method. The subjects were (24) soccer players from Al - Neft Club and Al - Telaba club of the ages 19 years old. The researcher applies the compound exercises on 24 training session for 8 weeks with 3 training sessions per week to ensure the effect of training. Each training session takes 40 - 70 minutes. The main part of the training session included the compound exercises to develop the most important physical abilities, physiological indicators and some basic skills and the relationship with performance. The results were treated using proper statistical methods. Conclusions & Recommendations : The researcher came up with many conclusions and ended up recommended the following : Conclusions : The compound exercises that the researcher used have a positive effect on the development of physical abilities, physiological indicators and skills understudy. The exercises have a positive effect on the development of physical abilities in soccer including speed endurance, strength endurance, strength defined by speed for the right and left legs. They also have positive effect on the development of the physiological indicators like the anaerobic phosphate ability and anaerobic lactic ability. The exercises have a positive effect on the development of soccer basic skills including passing, scoring and dribbling.Compound exercises are important in developing physiological indicators, physical abilities and basic skills during special preparation phase as well as competition phase.The highest level of development was scored by the experimental group in physical abilities namely speed endurance compared to other abilities. The highest development in physiological indicators was in lactic ability while in basic skills scoring developed the highest followed by passing and dribbling.The results showed a significant relationship between the affectivity of performance and speed endurance as well as a significant relationship between strength endurance and speed endurance a matter that shows the importance of these two physical abilities in soccer.Recommendations : Stressing the use of compound exercises during training sessions, special preparations phase, competition phase for all ages in soccer due to their importance in developing physical abilities, physiological indicators and basic skills. Concentrating on developing physical abilities specially speed and speed endurance by using short and middle distance exercises and specifying their frequencies according to the age and the players need.

This part also includes a description of the research sample, the means of collecting data, determining the scientific terms and measures and the statistical methods. Part V : 5 - Conclusions and Recommendations : the researcher, in view of the results, arrived at the following conclusions : 1 - Building a scale for the psychological readiness of football referees in Iraq. According to the results of the factor analysis, three factors for the scale of the psychological readiness of football referees in Iraq were concluded. Factor I, the psychological readiness for the referees, was adopted, because it contains 50 inclusive items within which all the aspects are included. 2 - The items of the proposed training curriculum have a positive effect. They demonstrated a tangible enhancement in developing the physical abilities results (speed, speed endurance, power distinguished by speed, agility, endurance) of first class football referees.3 - The items of the proposed cognitive training curriculum have a positive effect on the development of the arbitration cases for the first class football referees. 4 - The items of the proposed guiding psychological curriculum have an effect on the development of the psychological readiness of first class football referees.5 - The development of the physical, cognitive and psychological abilities has an effective impact on the development of the accuracy of the referees' decision. The researcher recommended the following : The researcher, in light of the results and conclusions reached at, devised the following recommendations : 1 - The need to use the scale of the psychological readiness of the football referees by the panel of referees for the purpose of knowing the level of their psychological readiness2 - Scale of current use in exploring the relationship between psychological readiness and some mental emotional variables in football referees the various grades3 - Conducting similar studies from researchers to determine the levels and a standard measure of the degree of psychological readiness for football referees and the various grades.4 - Conducting qualitative lectures in sport psychology for football referees for the purpose of education and guiding.

Abstract: تطورت في الوقت الحاضر اجهزة علم فسلجة التمرين او اجهزة التدريب الرياضي (Exercise Physiology) واصبحت تقيس اغلب المؤشرات الوظيفية بالطريقة المباشرة وبنتائج دقيقة خالية من الاخطاء تقريبا في حالة الاستخدام الصحيح لها, ومن هذه الاجهزة او المستلزمات جهاز اللياق | These days, the appliances of exercise physiology science had been developed and the appliance could measure most of the physiology indicators in a direct way with accurate results that almost are free from errors in case it’s been used correctly, and one of these appliances is the body fitness appliance ( Fitmate Pro ) which this it is done the assessment of the training programs or experiments, and this appliance measures a group of physiology indicators specially the maximum indicator for oxygen consumption ( VO2 max ), and the expensed energy in toil and the average of metabolism ( RMR ) in leisure.And track and field is considered the bride of the sport games which requires from its practitioner high body strength and divergent art skills, and that requires a perfect planning by using the correct scientific rules in sport training and physiology exercise and other sciences.And the problem of the research is summed up in finding the perfect way in training to decrease the expensed energy through using the advanced appliance ( Fitmate Pro ) and also to develop the training programs with energy saving in the same toil to the athlete, and inform the instructor on the diverse information regarding the physiology indicators values or the amount of the muscular activity that’s required and focusing closely on some of the accurate physiology indicators resulting from this under study appliance , and here lies the proplem of the research.The research aim is to rectify the training programs through rationing the expensed energy in the oxygen trainings in the 5000 run for advanced players, and also using ( Fitmate Pro ) to measure the expensed energy in leisure and toil and some physiology indicators for the research specimen.The researcher used the experimental method, and the research specimen consisted of the advanced players in Iraqi National Team in the 5000 meter for men with a number of ( 5 ) players.The specimen divided into two experimental groups, each group is training on a different experimental method from the other group and their training took place in the outer areas of College of Sport Education in Jaderia.The period of the physiology measurement for the research indicators was four months and was and was applied in a periodical way, for there was measuring for the indicators every two weeks to the individuals of the research, the intent of this measurements is to identify the physiology indicators values and correct the training program used by the instructor, and these indicators are the expensed energy during leisure represented by the average of metabolism and the average of the heart beats and the maximum limit and the expensed energy during toil and other, and also recognizing the runner achievement in the 5000 meter run for three experiments in a different periods.And the researcher used the uninstructed statistics in the statistics processes in processing the experiments results and the measurement used in the research.After processing data with the uninstructed statistics, the research concluded a group of conclusions, and they are : • The researcher has concluded that physiology indicators in leisure ( VO2. HR. RMR ) differs between the players from the research specimen in some measurements and the existence if incorporeal differences between some of the measurements which indicates the occurrence of a chronic adaptation in this indicators into a positive development, and that the values of all indicators lies within the normal average for the practitioners of the oxynic sports.• In the maximum limit indicators for oxygen consumption, the researcher concludes that there’s corporeal developing in this indicators level in most stages or measurements which indicates that the program or the experimental method which was modified by the researcher had a positive impact in the developing of this indicator for the first and second group effected by the occurrence of a positive adaptation in the cyclic - respiratory systems function and the rest of the organic systems for the under research specimen.• In the achievement indicator the researcher had concluded that there’s a positive impact for the experimental methods specially in the second group through the developing of the achievement results during the third experiment , for that occurred changes in the time indicator for the two groups players although there was no incorporeal differences found

Been identified the research human domain from second grade in high school girls, the sample was selected randomly, which were from Safiya abdul muttalib High school for girls /Al - Karkh/1 Directorate of education / Ameriya Q /Baghdad, with total number of (40) female student after the exclusion of failed students and posts within the experiment exploratory, and by (20) student for each group. Experimental group has Been divided into to (#4) cooperative , equal in number and heterogeneous technical and by (#5) students per each set, Team leader student has been selected and roles were distributed to the students , naming groups through an agreement between students of each group with each other, also an exchange of roles made between students , note that the students distribution of the four heterogeneous groups based on the results of pre - skill tests. After applying the proposed educational tutorial the following tests were conducted for students : 1 - Chest pass circle test (pre - post ).2 - Advancing figure Z with high dribble test (pre - post ).3 - Lay up shot test (pre - post ).4 - Knowledgment test for basketball (post ).5 - Social interaction test (post ). Results have been addressed by statistical appropriate means which was the arithmetic means, the standard deviation, the percentage , (T) test for dependent and independent samples , and development rate equation.Chapter IV : Results and analysis This chapter include results view and analysis through the use of statistical means & tables and then discussed and supported by sources. The researcher found that there are significant differences between the (pre & post) under consideration skills tests in favor the post test, and existence of more development for the experimental group. Also reached the existence of significant differences between controlled and experimental groups in basketball knowledgment test and social interaction test and in favor of the experimental group, which confirmed the overlap stylistic cooperative directed discovery learning superiority to the traditional method in the development of some basketball skills, sports knowledge and social interaction.Chapter V : Conclusions and recommendationsThe researcher reached the following conclusions. - There is a clear impact for each of the traditional method and the proposed overlap program in the development of some of basketball skills and in varying proportions for both two groups. - There is a clear and effective impact for the overlap program between cooperative learning and guided discovery style to the development of sports knowledge and social interaction among female students. - Cooperative homework increases information and sports knowledge, better informed students and to the development of teamwork and social interaction. - Guided discovery style contributes in increasing sports knowledge and the development of social interaction through interfering with cooperative learning. - The development of basketball skills for female students and the development of social relations among them. The researcher recommended and confirmed the use of the overlapping between different styles and diversity in educational environment, and emphasizing the use of techniques to increase cooperation, teamwork , sound thinking, researching and analyzing, and not depending only on the traditional educating method. The researcher also confirm the need of homework for students, whether individually or collectively, and encourage collective action and social relations, also confirmed the use of cognitive tests for physical education lessons and conduct studies & researches on the development of other cognitive side for all sporting events.

The researcher believes that the training process should suit the changes in the international Laws of Wrestling. Thus, the researcher proposed using two training styles (Static and compound) for developing special strength and aimed at finding their effects on performing such holds. The problem of the study lies in attacking wrestlers not benefiting from his high position during some holds thus wasting many chances for winning. The researcher attributes this weakness to the lack of the special strength necessary for performing these holds due to the absence of the training styles that develop this strength. The researcher hypothesized the following : 1. Using Static - compound training styles has statistical effect on developing special strength for some Greco - roman wrestling holds for the ages 18 - 20 years.2. There are statistical differences on developing special strength for some Greco - roman wrestling holds for the ages 18 - 20 years in favor of the compound training style.Procedures : The researcher used the experimental method. The subjects were (12) young Greco - Roman wrestlers of the ages 18 - 20 years old. They were divided into two experimental groups. A pilot study was conducted followed by pretests that included maximum strength test and strength defined by speed tests. The researcher also used a test battery to testing strength endurance. This test battery consists of six tests as well as three artistic performance tests for the wrestling holds understudy.The researcher used two training styles; the first style is the static style applied on the first experimental group while the second group used the compound style. The two training styles took (8) weeks with (3) training sessions per week. The results were analyzed and discussed using proper statistical methods.The researcher concluded the following : 1. Training with compound & static style have a positive effect on special strength in youth wrestlers of the ages (18 - 20) years old.2. Training with compound style have appositive effect n strength endurance and maximum strength better than static style in youth wrestlers of the age (18 - 20) years old.3. Training with compound & static style have a positive effect on the development of artistic grips of youth wrestlers of the age (18 - 20) years old.4. Training with compound style have a positive effect better than static style in development of grips (burn in bowing) and (throw in round)Recommendations is : 1. Using compound and static styles in the trying training programs of Al - Thora club for wrestling due to their positive effect on the development of special strength and performing some Roman - style grips.2. Using compound and static styles in training all Iraqi clubs for wrestling due to their great effect on development youth wrestling of the ages (18 - 20) years old.3. Long jump depend on especial ability (motor speed , motor rhythm, ,similar plan with the results and motor domain) , the more importance point in this research in using some programmed instruction for the learning indicators and the level of artistic performance for long jump.The problem of the study is the variation between students in level of performance negative and positive. This is due to their lack of knowledge in mechanical aspects of the activity. The researcher have found a fact that the teacher may be need more preparation learning programming, it depend on analysis quality in order to send and teach the perfect learning and to spend less time in the process and found learning of handling should be fit with the ability of the learner The Aims of The Study : 1. Identifying the level of artistic performance and motor appearance (learning indicators) for the subjects of the study.2. Designing a teaching program that develops the phases of artistic performance as well as motor rhythm, motor speed ,similar plan with the results and motor domain and using some learning programming.3. Identifying the effect of the learning programming on the development of artistic performance and motor appearance (learning indicators).The Hypotheses of the Study : 1. There are statistical differences between pre and post tests results in artistic performance tests and for the four groups.2. There are statistical differences in post tests results in the level of performance and motor appearance (learning indicators )in the groups of the study.The researcher used the experimental method. The subjects were (48) students of the teaching secondary - school of Baghdad. The subjects were divided into four groups; the first learned long jump on logical sequence program, the second on Discrimination program, the third on Association program while the third was set on different programs. Pre tests were conducted to identify the variables of the study through video analysis and mechanical analysis using (kinovea). The sample was selected from community of current residences (Dar Orphans cures - Suleikh) in Baghdad city for a year (2013 - 2014), age (11 - 14 years), and (18) orphans, were divided randomly into two groups; experimental group (9), the controlled group (9), and the researcher studied height, weight, body mass index variables and muscle strength, flexibility, heart rate, blood pressure, muscular endurance, and social phobia, and the recreational program building steps was in using group guide, and the researcher uses realistic treatment theory.The workouts consisted of (10) recreational guiding sessions : the introductory, emotional stability, self - esteem, positive thinking, social cohesion, face of pressure, self - efficacy, self - efficacy, control emotions, and problems solving sessions. Through the results of Part IV which the researcher concludes and the existence of a positive effect of recreational program components of physical fitness and social phobia for orphans, program recreational has largest effect on experimental group, on physical and social phobia variables and finally physiological variables, and rates of evolution of program recreational effect largest took place between in the experimental group, the trunk flexible variable, then abdomen tolerance variable and finally social phobia variable, and then concatenated the rest of variables, and recreational program has largest effect in experimental group of test (post - pretest), on physical and social phobia variables and finally on physiological variables, but it was at less effect than the effect of post - test experimental group , and the order took place between evolution rates of largest effect of recreational program in the experimental group, the trunk flexible variable, then abdomen tolerance variable and finally social phobia variable, and then the rest of the concatenated variables, but it was at less rates than the effect of post - test for the experimental group.

From here came the importance of this research in the study the effect of the proposed exercises according to prevailing systems of energy production in Handball in the development of some physical abilities and physiological indicators contribution in supplying the training process, including an interview is to upgrade the performance of the players and raise the level of their physical and physiological, and reflected the evolution in the technical and tactical aspects to get to the level of ambition. The problem manifested through follow - up to the researcher to some local and international Handball matches. As a specialist in the game and noted that building training curriculum Lacks connectivity link between modern training theories and Sports science physiology, which leads to building training curriculum lacks trainings that rely on systems of energy production, prompting the researcher to delve into this area and suggest exercises according to the prevailing system of energy production to develop physiological, physical performance and effectiveness to contribute to upgrading the performance of the players. This was the basic objectives of the research.The researcher assumed : 1 - There were statistically significant differences between pre and post tests for the two experimental and control groups in some physiological abilities, physical performance and effectiveness of the Handball players - youth.2 - There were statistically significant differences in the (post - test) between the two experimental and control group in favor of the experimental group, in some of the physiological, physical abilities and effectiveness of the Handball players - youth.The Search procedures included : Sample of the players involved in the Iraqi League Handball - youth category, Year(2011 - 2012), the researcher selected intentional (25) player divided into two groups : Al - Karkh Club (12) player, representing the experimental group, and the Army club (13) player, representing the control group, Then the research sample was tested following tests : Physical Abilities Test : • Explosive power for the arms and legs muscles.• Power for legs muscles.• Strength endurance for legs muscles.• Speed endurance for legs muscles.Physiological Abilities Test : • Measuring anaerobic phosphagen ability.• Measuring anaerobic lactic ability.Efectiveness of Performance Test : Match test to measure the effectiveness of performance. And applied exercises proposed and existing details in the body of the thesis. Continued implementation for ten weeks, and (3) training modules in the week, results have been treated and drawn the appropriate statistical means, which were represented by using statistical bag (SPSS).The results were as follows : 1. An evolution in physiological ability under study (anaerobic phosphagen and anaerobic lactic abilities) in pre and post tests for each of the experimental and the control group.2. An evolution in physical abilities under study(explosive power for the arms and legs muscles, power for legs and strength endurance for legs muscles and speed endurance)in Pre and post tests for each of the experimental and the control group.3. An evolution in the effectiveness of physical performance, demonstrated by the test match (5 vs. 5) for five minutes in the pre and post tests for each of the experimental and the control group.4. The exercises used is working to develop the physical abilities (explosive power for the arms and legs muscles, Power for legs and strength endurance for legs muscles and speed endurance) for the experimental group.5. The exercises used is working to develop the physiological abilities (anaerobic phosphagen and anaerobic lactic abilities) in the experimental group.6. The exercises used is working to develop the effectiveness of physical performance, demonstrated by the test playing (5 vs. 5) for five minutes.7. The results that have been obtained from the post tests for the two research groups (control and experimental) in the physiological, physical abilities and effectiveness of performance shows that the differences that emerged were significant in favor of the experimental group, indicating a positive role for the proposed exercises.The researcher recommended the following : 1. The necessity to regulate the training curriculum according prevailing systems of energy production for the special game, because of its influential role in the increase of the physiological and physical possibilities for players.2. Interest in the development of the physical abilities for Handball players because it is the essential foundation for the successful performance of all tactical and technical duties(defensive and offensive).3. Develop the abilities of players to accept high - intensity and volume training, through the use of methods and modern training techniques according to systems of energy production for its active role in raising the level of physical players commensurate with the international advanced levels.4. Recently , it is noticeable that many trainers did not interest to the study of muscles and their relation with the precision of shooting from a biokinematic point of view for its analysis and recognision and finding solutions for them. * The Aims The Study aims at : 1 - Knowing the ruslts of electric activity shapes and some biokinematics variables for kicking leg. 2 - Knowing the nature of relationship between electric activity and biokinematics variables in accordance with the precision of shooting from different places and distance (18, 22m) for direct free kick. * The Hypotheses : It is hypothesized that : 1. There is relationship between electric activity of rectus femoris and adductor longus and the precision of shooting for direct free kicking in soccer from different places. 2. There is relationship between biokinematics variables and precision of shooting for direct free kicking in soccer. Chapter Two : Theoretical Study : This chapter contains the theoretical study which has relationship with the subject. Chapter Three : Study Scheme and its field Procedures : Study scheme includes researcher using descriptive scheme in accordance with study aims. Study data contains three proficinal players in practicing direct free kicking from the players of Altalaba sport club where an experiment was made to know the work of EMG equipment in which many difficulties and obstacles are avoided during the main experiment in which the electric activity is measured for two muscles biokinematics variables. Moreover , precision of shooting is also determed from precision exam.Chapter Four : Displaying , Analyzing and Discussing Results : Electric activity results are displayed for two muscles rectus femoris and adductor long us and from two distances (18m , 22m) and biokinematics variables results are also displayed , in addition to finding to finding the relationship between electric activity variables (time , distance , hight) and the precision shooting , as well as , finding the relationship between biokinematics variables and precision of shooting. Chapter Five : Conclusions And Recommendations : The researcher comes to find many conclusions which consists the following : 1 - There is a difference in work between rectus femoris muscle and adductor long us muscle in kicking the ball from different places. 2 - It is noticeable that making power decrease for kicking leg in producing electric activity when the player becoming older in age and precisely form the left. 3 - Body accumulation variable has an active role in its relation with the precision of shooting from (18.m.). The researcher arrives to some recommendations which are the following : 1 - Making researches with an experimental nature to another sample that consists the same features. 2 - The necessity of recognisition precise time during training course for talent performance to the direct free kick and from different places. 3 - The necessity of using (EMG) equipment for determining the electric signal for more than two muscles in the same time during the use of kicking leg of ball.

Then the experimental group was post tests to find the differences using SPSS and proper statistical operations. Conclusions : In light of the statistical treatments of the results of tests of physical abilities and skills of the compound and offensive that has been presented and analyzed and discussed by the researcher to the following conclusions : ? The Platform for training exercises using weights the compound led to the development of physical attributes (strength and explosive speed and power deals with power) of the arms and legs.? The development of physical attributes (strength and explosive speed and power deals with power) of the arms and legs exercises using the compound weights influenced the development of some offensive skills composite basketball players for young people.? The results showed that the compound weights exercises were effective in the development of physical attributes (strength and explosive speed and power deals with power) of the arms and legs because they were directed to the working muscles of the basketball player experimental and control groups in some physical abilities and skill of the compound offensive basketball players for young people.Recommendations : Within the framework of the conclusions reached by the researcher develop a set of recommendations : ? Chapter Five……..conclusions : The researcher researches to following….1 - The two training programs are made by using multi physical exercises that have positive effect to develop some physical & function variables for two experimental groups with (gradual and intermittent) methods.2 - The rate of develop is appeared for some physical & functional variables for two experimental groups (gradual and intermittent) methods.3 - The using of (gradual and intermittent) methods according to method of Intensity training has great importance to achieve of the aims of training unites. The researcher plans to improve achievement in high jumping due to its great difficulty for students. The Problem of the study is that the researcher noticed the lack of selecting proper methods of teaching and styles of learning. Using the correct method that suits the learners' learning style will lead to learning performance and improving achievement too. The Aims of The Study : 1. Identifying the effect of using the inclusion style as an individual indicator for learning and retaining high jump.2. The subjects were (60) first - year students of the college of physical education/ university of Baghdad. They were divided into three experimental groups. The researcher conducted personal interviews with some experts in the field of methods of teaching and athletics. Three styles were used to learn high jump and they are inclusion style, cooperative style J1 and cooperative style J2. The researcher also conducted high jump achievement test to identify the level of students' performance and achievement in high jumping. Conclusions : The researcher concluded the following : 1. The experimental group that used the inclusion style had more effect on performance and achievement compared to the second and third groups.2. The results showed that the first experimental group (that used the inclusion style) came first followed by the second experimental group (that used cooperative style J1) then the third experimental group (that used cooperative learning (J2) in achievement.Recommendations : Finally the researcher recommended the following : 1. The necessity of using inclusion style in beginners' learning so that they can work within their abilities.2. Using cooperative learning style (J1, J2) due to the great effects on improvement in performance and achievement in high jump.

The Hypotheses of the study : 1 - There are statistical differences in offect transfer muscle training (Isometric) for the perfect side to rehabilitatate deltoid muscle by EMG and range sample. 2 - There are statistical differences in offect transfer muscle training (Isootoic) for the perfect side to rehabilitatate deltoid muscle by EMG and range sample. 3 - There are statistical differences in offect transfer muscle training (Isometric) for the injury side and (Isootoic) for the perfect side to rehabilitatate deltoid muscle by EMG and range motion for the sample.Thed procedures : The researcher used the experimental method with the design of three experimental groups with five injuries athlete for each group. the first group applied Isometric program for the perfect side rehabilitation injury (Isotonic) programs for both side i.e (Isotonic for perfectect and Isometric for injury ).The program continues for 3 months, 2 - 3 time aweek. The pre - test has been done befor perform exercise for each group. 5 - 1Conclusions 1. To use Isitonic program for perfect side in positine effect develop strength and range motion, and this was clear in EMG for the (peak and wide) for perfect side.2. To use Isotonic program for perfect side is a positive effect to develop strength and range motion, and this was clear in EMG action for the (peak and wide) for perfect side.3. There are no positive effect for using Isotonic program for perfect side, and Isometric programfor injury side, to develop strength, range motion and EMG action, for (wide) variable, for the perfect side.4. There are positive effect to use Isitonic program for perfect side, and Isometric programfor injury side, to develop strength, range motion and EMG action, for (peak) variable, for the perfect side. 5. There are alike development of strength, motion range and (EMG)in the(peak and wide) variables, for perfect side, when used the tow programs imdependent.6. Isometric for first group, and Isotonic for scceond group, are more effect than third group, to develop perfect side. 7. In view of the specialist of its requirement like the fast movement and pull of the weight in fastest it's possible that for the motion analysis is needed and the main way to determine , analyses and correction the good and weak points. The aim of this study is to put a modern aspects in Motion analysis field that more accuracy considering the individual differences in performance.And summarized the idea of research in the adoption of a sample of international higher levels in study this variables and to identify the most important variables that may contribute to the development of values significant in evaluating the level of performance, and identify the strengths and weaknesses included sample countries are : (Turkey, Iran, Syria, Iraq) for weightlifter youth and adopted the analysis both of snatch and clean&jerck lifts, (18) youth weightlifter were choosing to record their sub - maximal attempt in both of snatch and clean&jerk, Best attempt was taken to analyze it, Electromyography of skeletal muscle was recorded by (Noraxon) system for agonist and antagonist muscle groups, For analyze we depend on three camera on several sides ( front, side, fron - side). Research goals : 1 - Depend the relative values of measurements of anthropometrics variables to calculate the biomechanical variables of weightlifting barbell and muscular electromyography.2 - Study some muscle groups (agonist - antagonist) to approve the economics of work.3 - Find the contribute rate of anthropometrics, biomechanical variables and muscle electromyography in weightlifting barbell trajectory in snatch and clean&jerk.4 - Identify the relationship between the relative power of the weightlifters and the mechanical variables of barbell motion trajectory.5 - Constructing a model for motor performance in the snatch and clean& jerk, depending on the biomechanical variables and anthropometrics and electrical activity of muscles.Conclusions Researcher concluded by the results of the study : 1. That the adoption of the relative values is more appropriate in the treatment of multiple members of the sample and mixed. 2. Muscle groups on its hinge free movement recorded a few percentage difference in electrical activity between the muscle groups involved and any anti - survival in the high levels of action while the muscle groups work on a limited hinge movement registered the largest percentage difference. 3. Were similar rates of variation in the electrical activity of groups of muscle force and anti - in levels and different values during the phases of the performance of the snatch and jerk as she was the highest values of the first section of the elevation of jerk in the process of ridding the weight of the attraction ground while the highest values for the performance of the snatch in the stages of installation and balance sheet. 4. The lowest percentage difference between (agonist and antagonist) at key stages of progress and the effectiveness of the evidence on the regions of the muscle groups in the course of the performance of the snatch and jerk. 5. That the percentage difference in a variable electrical activity between the top of the muscle groups and anti - labor activity shows the maximum and effective for these groups while the proportion of variation in a variable rate of electrical activity between the muscle groups and anti - labor shows its survival in the level of efficiency and activity. 6. Show that the relative strength of the linked significantly with variable labor and the ability at the same stage during the performance of the snatch and first section of the elevation jerk. 7. The results showed significant correlation with the relative strength of the variable amount of movement to a certain stage during the performance of the snatch while did not show any correlation with this variable in the course of the performance of the first section of the elevation jerk and this is due to the privacy of the performance of each elevation. 8. Relations appeared to link moral force in the course of the relative performance of both lifts with variable kinetic energy in different stages of the lift. 9. Recorded the first distance (Dt1) for the snatch and first section of the clean too closely with the most significant research variables. 10. Second in the distance (Dt2) for the snatch and first section of the elevation jerk did not record significant correlation relationships and clear with the research variables. 11. Different correlations of the moral distance (Dt3) and (Dt4) with the research variables in the course of the performance of the snatch and first section of the elevation jerk. 12. Showed the highest values to the variables of multi - link research in the course of the performance of the snatch in the distance first (Dt1) and the distance the third (Dt3) while the first section of the elevation of the jerk in the distance the third (Dt3) and the fourth distance (Dt4). 13. Concentrated most of the relations of the moral and relational multi high correlation coefficients for the second elevation of jerk during the second distance (Dt6). 14. Gave a lot of research variables following a rates within the limits of levels of mistake, which is accepted implicitly based on the nature of the stage.Recommendations : After the following conclusions the researcher recommended : 1. Adoption of measures to reduce the relative proportions of individual differences in absolute values. 2. Need to follow up real - time performance of the trainees to clarify strengths and weaknesses. 3. Training according to the models with high taking into account individual differences. 4. Need to focus on the electrical activity index enhancer of mechanical work. 5. Attention to training areas and effective lifts that emerged from the study and not to neglect the rest of the stages. 6. Conduct similar studies to include an international sample and the number of muscle groups more. 7. Conduct similar studies to identify the differences between the calculated and the expected results in the variables that require calculating the distance and displacement.

For these reasons, there is a need to use the means and modern techniques in physical therapy , including ( yoga ) exercises this day witnessed which is areal revolution and a unique cross - lay the foundations of ( yoga technical ) as a new species , and this type of yoga is characterized by innovation, the movement and strength that affect body, while other types of exercise not affecting it. The researcher took a new kind of rehabilitative exercises namely, yoga exercises and the use of functional magnetic field device to relieve lower back pain resulting from herniated lumbar slide.And the research problem summarized : - that most of the researchs that dealt with back pain were limited on some of therapeutic exercises depending on the quality of the exercises , the frequency and severity without proposing rehabilitation program integrated includes physiotherapy devices, given during rehabilitation therapy complementary therapeutic exercises programs. The researcher prepared forms to know the degree of pain and presented to the experts in the field of medicine and the treatment was nominated as the most important variables , also were taken (MRI) for the diagnosis of infection by a specialist doctor. The researcher explained the importance of the experiment and how to conduct exploratory tests and measurements ( before and after ) and the mechanism used for exercise , and after getting the results grouped and treated statistically using appropriate statistical methods.Part IV : Results , analysis and discussionSection included a presentation and analysis of the results of the tests and tribal dimensional variables and all of the research sample , and then offer an analysis of the results of the tests dimensional aggregates Abajt In between all the variables discussed these results to the scientific method to document the sources of scientific research on the subject.Part V : Conclusions and recommendationsThis Part included conclusions and recommendations that reached by the researcher through research , and the most important conclusions and recommendations was.Conclusions : The rehabilitation exercise prepared by the researcher using the ( yoga ) exercises had a large effective in the development of flexibility and strength , and had an impact in relieving lower back pain. , And use therapeutic means ( magnetic field ) had an active role and the great ease lower back pain. And that the use of ( magnetic field ) before rehabilitative exercise had a role in increasing the blood flow and heat the affected area , and relieve pain. Making it easier for the patient to move freely and perform exercises without feeling pain.Recommendations : the need to emphasize the use of rehabilitative exercises ( yoga ) with the therapeutic means ( magnetic field ) side by side in all hospitals and physical therapy centers. And coordination with the Iraqi Federation of Sports Medicine to publish those used rehabilitative exercises and delivery to the federations and sports clubs for the prevention of mother - lumbar region.

Accordingly, the time of each teaching units is 30 minutes.thus,(7) teaching units were implemented in training forearm and underhand serve as far as command teaching strategy in sequential style is concerned. in the same way, (14) teaching units were implemented in training forearm and underhand serve by using command teaching strategy in random style, the implementation of the teaching units in the curriculum included two units per week.the result showed different levels in the rate of improvement of both sleill in the four different groups. it showed that the third experimental group that used jigsaw cooperative strategy in random style was the best in learning the forearm and underhand serve, while the first experimental group that used jigsaw cooperative strategy in sequential style of learning forearm and underhand serve ranked the second. the forth experimental group that used command teaching strategy in random style ranked the third , finally the second experimental group that used command teaching strategy in sequential style ranked the fourth.the researcher recommends the advantage of the process of connecting teaching strategy to training tabulation. she also recommends further study and research in other kinds of teaching strategies in other skills of volleyball or other physical sports.
