There are significant differences between before and after tests for indicators of strength and capacity of each (50 meters) and achievement of the two sets of research.2. There are significant differences between the tests before and after the number of steps, length and frequency of the two sets of research. 3. There are significant differences between the two sets of tests a posteriori the Search for the variables under study4. The areas of research were : - The human field : A group of runners in the 100 - meter specialist school (for the gifted) of the Ministry of Youth. - duration : The Time sphere ;10/03/2012 until 05/13/2012 - Place : People's Stadium of international courts and Faculty of Physical Education / Jadiriyah. Addressed the researcher a number of issues the theory included the physical characteristics of the runner 100 m, explosive strength, force distinctive speed, maximum speed, with speed, and the stages art to run 100 meters, and mechanical ran 100 meters, compatibility neuromuscular, stride length and frequency, technical devices. The researcher used the experimental method. - The sample was selected in the manner of intentional hostile100m.juniors recruits specialized school for the gifted in athletics of the Ministry of Youth and the number (14) for the player. - After the variables have been identified under physical and tests and variables biomechanical and method of extraction using a video camera for the first time in the country use a device (Footscan) in the effectiveness of 100 meters. - Had been tested for exploratory experience and training curriculum. - The tests were carried tribal and perform the exercises prepared by the researcher, which included the use of tools and means to assist according to performance, on 13/03/2012 till 05/12/2012 and took the application of the approach (8) weeks at the rate of four training units per week and a total of (28) and unit training and a posteriori tests were performed (physical and Biomechanic)Then reached a researcher to several conclusions,1. the most important That the exercises used have improved the ability of the explosive power and maximum speed and strength fast2. That achievement in the 100 meters, ran evolution may effectively exercise power as a result of the diverse and that have increased the effectiveness of motor units participate in the performance.3. The results were not good for explosive power, strength fast, achievement in the control group.So as the researcher has recommend ate : The variety of using the modern training methods & the variety training tools & suitable in order to development the achievement sports specially the juniors of 100 meter event.
