Abstract:
تكمن اهمية البحث : تكمن في اعداد تمرينات بدنية باسلوب البلايومترك ومعرفة تاثيرها على القدرات البدنية ( القوة الانفجارية والقوة المميزة بالسرعة )، اضافة لذلك معرفة تاثير هذه القدرات البدنية على مؤشرا القدرة اللاهوائية والسعة اللاهوائية وبعض المهارات الهجو | The importance of study lies by preparing physical drills in plyomtric style and knowing the effect of them on special strength , also we want to know the effect special strength on anaerobic , ability and anaerobic capacity , and some offensive complex skills which connected in good performance to basketball players.The problem of the study were the lack of using for almost of basketball coaches to special strength and how to develop it especially in plyometric style also there is not good care in physiological side for basketball players which it consider important indicators to express the increase the level of player also there is less use for offensive complex skills in the training units.The aims of study were : • Preparing physical drills in plyometric style to youth basketball players in age ( 18 and less years ).• Knowing the effect of these drills on special strength progression to youth basketball players in age ( 18 and less years ).• Knowing the effect of special strength on anaerobic ability and anaerobic capacity , and some offensive complex skills ( receiving and dribbling ended in layup , receiving and dribbling ended with jump shot , receiving with chest pass )The hypothesis of the study : • Plyomtric drills effect positively in special strength to youth basketball players in age ( 18 and less years ).• The special strength positively in all research variables.The procedures : the researcher used the experimental method the sample were ( 20) players from basketball players which divided tow groups , the experimental group were from hiilla basketball players and they used the proposed drills from the researcher in plyomrtic style in ( 3 ) training units in a week which was ( 24 ) training units for all period of the research also the researcher used four physical tests and three physiological tests and three skill tests.The conclusions and recommendation : • There is developing in special strength ( explosion and fast power ) to arms and legs in pre - post tests for each groups.• There is developing in anaerobic ability and anaerobic capacity for pre - post tests for each groups.• There is developing in all physiological varabiles except the anaerobic capacity for the not experimental group for pre - post tests. • For all complex skills we found there is a developing for each group in pre - post tests. The recommendation : • using the plyometric training continuously in training especially in preparing periods • using this style in complex way physical and skill especially in special preparing periods.• making another studies on different complex skills in basketball.• making another familiar studies for another age categories like juniors and focusing with what fit's for their physical and physiological abilities.
