Abstract: وتضمن المقدمة واهمية البحث فضلا عن المشكلة والتي تكمن في قلـة استخدام المؤشرات الجسمية والبدنية والمهارية من قبل المدربين عند اختيار لاعبي الكرة الطائرة ، وقد هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على اهم المؤشرات الجسمية والبدنية والمهارية وكذلك التعرف على العوامل التي تتجمع فيها المؤشرات الثلاثة المرشحة لناشئي الكرة الطائرة في العراق باعمار (14 - 15) سنة .الباب الثاني - تم تناول عـدة محاور تتعلق بموضوع البحث ، فـقـد تضمنت الدراسات النظرية على اهمية التحليل العاملي في بحوث التربية الرياضية والقياسات الجسمية في المجال الرياضي والمرتكزات الاساسية للصفات البدنية وكذلك ديناميكية الاداء المهاري لناشئي الكرة الطائرة الحديثة فضلا عن الدراسات المشابهة ذات العلاقة بموضوع الدراسة الباب الثالث - فـقـد احتوى على منهجية البحث واجراءاته الميدانية ، وقـد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالاسلوب المسحي ، فضلا الى التطرق الى العينة وادوات البحث والاجهزة المستخدمة ، وتـم تحديد اهـم المؤشرات الجسمية والبدنية والمهارية وكذلك اختباراتها ، وتضمن الباب ايضا التجربة الاستطلاعية والاسس العلمية للمؤشرات الثلاثة مع استخدام الوسائل الاحصائية باستخدام النظام الجاهز (SPSS) لغرض معالجة النتائج وبالشكل الذي يخدم البحث .الباب الرابع - تـم عرض وتحليل ومناقشة نتائج الدراسة وتـم استخلاص الاختبارات النهائية التي تعـد كاحـد الاسس التي يمكن الاعتماد عليها عند اختيار لاعبي الكرة الطائرة .الباب الخامس - توصل الباحث الى الاستنتاجات الاتية : 1. تم تحليل المصفوفة الارتباطية لمتغيرات الدراسة بطريقة المكونات الاساسية " لهارولدهوتلنج " للمتغيرات الجسمية والبدنية والمهارية . 2. تم اجراء التحليل العاملي على ( 46 ) اختبارا وتم قبول ( 20 ) عاملا في ضوء الشروط الموضوعة لقبول العامل وهذه النتيجة تعد منطقية وملائمة لكونها اقتربت كثيرا في وصف متغيرات الدراسة في لعبة الكرة الطائرة . 3. تم ترشيح القياسات الجسمية والتي حصلت على افضل التشبعات اعلاها على عواملها وكما ياتي : - طول الذراعين جانبا ليمثل العامل الاول . - محيط الساق لتمثيل العامل الثالث . - عرض الصدر لتمثيل العامل الرابع . ولم يتحقق العامل المحيطي في هياة عامل مستقل . 4. تم ترشيح الاختبارات البدنية والتي حصلت على افضل التشبعات واعلاها على عواملها وكما ياتي : - رمي كرة طبية من الوقوف زنة (2 كغم) ليمثل العامل الثاني . - اختبار الجلوس من الرقود خلال (10 ثا) ليمثل العامل الثالث . - اختبار خطو جانبي خلال (20 ثا) ليمثل العامل الرابع . - اختبار ركض (20 م) من الوقوف ليمثل العامل الخامس . - اختبار لمس الارض والجدار بالتتابع خلال (20 ثا) ليمثل العامل السادس . - في حين تم اهمال العوامل الاول والسابع والثامن وذلك لعدم تشبعهما بثلاثة اختبارات فاكثر ولم يترشح اختبار مطاولة السرعة . 5. تم ترشيح الاختبارات المهارية والتي حصلت على افضل واعلى التشبعات على عواملها وكما ياتي : - اختبار حائط الصد (2) ليمثل العامل الاول . - اختبار دقة مهارة الارسال الى المناطق الاربع ليمثل العامل الثاني . - اختبار دقة الضرب الساحق المستقيم ليمثل العامل الثالث . - اختبار استقبال الارسال (1) ليمثل العامل السابع . وقد تم اهمال العوامل الرابع والخامس والسادس لعدم ارتقائها لمستوى قبول العامل التي وضعها الباحث ولم يترشح اختبار التمرير او الاعداد ضمن الاختبارات المهارية . 6. ان اهمية العوامل التي استخلصت من التحليل العاملي كانت على قدر متساو من الاهمية اذ يلاحظ ان قيم نسب التباين المفسر لكل عامل قد تقاربت بشكل كبير من عامل لاخر ، وهذا يعني الاهمية الخاصة بكل عامل بغض النظر عن ترتيبة واسبقية ظهوره في مصفوفة العوامل . 7. اثبتت نتائج التحليل العاملي بطريقة المكونات الاساسية ان مصفوفة العوامل التي تم تدويرها باستخدام التدوير المتعامد بالنجاح امتازت في تزويد الباحث بقاعدة جيدة لاختبار افضل المؤشرات الجسمية والبدنية والمهارية ولكل عامل مستخلص اهمية خاصة به . في اطار هذه الدراسة وحدودها يوصي الباحث بما ياتي : 1. اجراء دراسات مشابهة في الجوانب الاخرى والمرتبطة باختيار ناشئي الكرة الطائرة من الناحيتين الوظيفية والنفسية . 2. اجراء دراسات مشابهة للعوامل المستخلصة باستخدام التدوير المائل من اجل التاكد من صدق النتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة . 3. استخدام المؤشرات الجسمية والبدنية والمهارية في عملية اختيار لاعبي الكرة الطائرة وتوجيه المدربين بضرورة استخدامها . 4. خلت هذه الدراسة من المتغيرات الخاصة بالاعماق لذلك نوصي اجراءها على عينة البحث وادخالها ضمن المتغيرات التي تتضمنها الدراسات المستقبلية . 5. اجراء دراسات مشابهة للالعاب الاخرى . 6. بناء معايير للمؤشرات الجسمية والبدنية والمهارية المستخلصة | It includes the introduction, the significance and the problem. Indeed, the problem lies in the lack of using the body, physical and skill parameters by coaches when selecting the volley ballers. The study aims at knowing the body, physical and skill parameters and acquainting with the factors that gather the three parameters of the 14—15 year old volley ballers in Iraq.Chapter Two Many relevant points were dealt with such as the theoretical studies which focus on the factor analysis of the physical education researches and the body parameters in sports as well as the basics of the physical characteristics. The chapter also deals with the dynamics of the skill performance of the young volley ballers. The chapter also includes the similar studies that deal with the same subject.Chapter ThreeIt includes the method and field procedures of the study. The researcher used the descriptive method with a survey style. He also refers to the sample and tools used. The most important body, physical and skill parameters were defined and tested. The chapter also includes the pilot experiment and the scientific basics of the three parameters alongside with the statistical methods, specially the SPSS in order to treat the results of the study.Chapter Four It presents, analyzes and discusses the results of the study and the final tests were concluded as they are considered one of the reliable basics when testing the volleyball players.Chapter Five The researcher comes out with the following conclusions that served the aims of the study1. Five body factors were concluded, three of which were accepted and the other two were neglected.2. Eight physical factors were concluded, five of which were accepted and three were neglected as they were not satisfied with the approved values. This of course contradicts the condition of factor acceptance.3. Seven skill factors were concluded four of which were accepted and three neglected. The recommendations were as follows : 1. The necessity of holding similar studies on other aspects related to the functional and psychological sides of the volleyball players.2. The necessity of holding similar studies for the concluded factors by using the bending circulation so as to be sure of the validity of the results arrived at by the study.3. The necessity of using the body, physical and skill parameters in the process of selecting the volley ballers.4. The necessity of paying attention to the results of the study and to work according to them by the coaches.

Sport field requires studies in order to specify weakness and strength points and get suitable solution to reach to results by (evaluation).Evaluation is the base for any analysis process. By evaluation,we can know weakness and strength points and the range of the learner advances and motivation of learner to reach to good performance. The importance of research is only by regarding individual differences in side of skillful level , limiting of variable level among students, reduce of superiority among individual and reduce pay attention with visible capacity. The importance of capacity creates level of skillful performance and reach to best level. So the researcher uses evaluation cases to develop level of performance of two skills serve and spike in volleyball.Problem of Research : The problem of research that there is clear weakness among basic skills differences in level for skillful performances for two skills; spike and serve in volleyball for students of second year in college of physical education for women. The researcher gives reason for that there is noregardless in evaluation of level of each students and regardless their evaluation. Then students will not divide in to groups according to their level and that lead to weakness in skillful performance.So the researcher gives solution by evaluation cases (evaluation performance) and know the effect in developing level of skillful performance of two skills : spike and serve in volleyball. Aims of Research : - knowing of level skillful performance for two skills ( serve and spike ). - Knowing the effect of using evaluation cases in developing the level of skillful performance of two skills : (serve and spike). - Knowing effect of more evaluation cases in level of skillful performance of two skills : (erve and spike).Hypotheses of Research : - There are differences that have statistic function between post - test and pre - rest in level of skillful performance for two skills : (serve and spike) of volleyball for experimental and controlling groups. - There are differences that have statistic function in pre - test between experimental and controlling groups in level of performance for two skills (serve and spike) in volleyball. - There are differences that have statistic function among groups (seven) in developing two skills(serve and spike) in volleyball.Fields of ResearchSubject : students of second year in college of physical education for women. Duration : from 11 - 2 - 2010 to 16 - 5 - 201Place : indoor in college of physical education for women - University of BaghdadChapter Two(Theoretical & Previous Studies)This chapter contains the followings : what is importance of evaluation cases ,how to Learning skill and develop it , measure the skill during learning and stages of learning , level of skill in Volleyball and basic skills of volleyball (serve and spike).Also it contains previous studies. Chapter Three : (Program & Field Procedure of Research) : The researcher uses experimental program by style of more than two groups to be suitable to title of research. The researcher chooses students of second year of college of physical education for women.The students are (152)which divide in to six sections (A,B,C,D.E,F).The sample of research contains (58) students.The sample divides in to three evaluation level : (very good,good,weak)according to evaluation of performance.So the sample divides in to (7).(6)of them are experimental groups and one of them is controlling group.Two tests specify for (serve & spike) skills in (technique & accuracy) by groups of experts and specialists of volleyball.The results are treated by statistical mean, mean, standard deviation ,percent, rate of developing, analysis of variance , test (t) for connected sample , less of significant differences (L.S.D)and simple correlating coefficient (person). Chapter Four(Display ,Analysis And Discuss of Results) : This chapter contains analysis and discuss the results of post - test and pre - test for two skills;serve and spike (technique & accuracy).The results show in tables in order to be more clear and simple to compare.Chapter Five (Conclusions & Recommendations) : The researcher reaches to the following conclusions : 1 - There are significant differences in post - test and pre - test.The pre - test is useful in test of performances of two skills : (serve & spike).2 - There are significant differences in post - test and pre - test.The pre - test is useful in test accuracy of serve and spike skills.3 - The best group is third(weak)which is more develop in skills ; serve and spike.4 - The best group is third (weak)which is more develop in accuracy in serve and spike.The recommendations as followings : 1 - Pay attention to the individuals differences to specify of variable level among students according to evaluation cases.2 - Use evaluation of performance regular in educational program. 3 - Use levels ( eval uation cases ) continuously during The operation in order to detect omong levels , then inter them in Aplan of teacher to raise the level of weak students.

Abstract: تعد استراتيجية التعلم البنائي احد الاستراتيجيات التعليمية , ومن اهم عوامل التعلم الناجح فهي تساعد المتعلمين على التعلم الذاتي من خلال مراحلها ورفع مستوى الوعي لديهم الى الحد الذي يؤدي الى بلوغ الهدف، ويتحقق ذلك من خلال مجموعة من الاجراءات التي يقوم بها ال | Constructive learning strategy is one of the new learning strategies and one of the most important factor for successful learning. It will help the learners for self - learning by its stages and promote the level of awareness in order to reach the required target. This will be achieved by a set of procedures carried by the learner such as : knowledge and awareness of mind process and activities which are used before , during and after learning process. These processes include awareness of fundamental principles of learning items , planning for learning task which will be achieved by the learner , then reveal , interpret and evaluate these processes in order to complete the learning task in the right direction. There is deep relation between the strategies of learning and thinking to let the learner able of learning by depending on his own expertise and previous information and connect them with the new information via putting them in cognitive construction and framework that enable him to interpret and organize his expertise with tangible world. These are the implications of Constructive learning strategy which depend of the mental efforts of the learner to reach knowledge finding by himself through a set of or series of learning stages which is grading within constructive learning stages that include five stages as ( engagement or merging - discovery stage , interpretation stage , expansion stage and evaluation stage ). For each stage its own specialty and its application mechanism working on stimulate mind and thinking of the learner and directs his fundamental mental processes such as thinking.Therefore the skillful thinking is regarded one of the important mental abilities which should be available for the volley ball players that played main role in tactic performance of skills. The more the player got multi - abilities and skillful thinking components the more increase will occur in tactic methods and means that are used to control situations during playing ; therefore the victory will be with the team that got skillful thinking and creativity on the ground of playing when there is equality in physical and planning preparations. Therefore the problem of the research could be summarized ; that the valid learning methods in teaching volley ball subject did not contain the important strategy which let the learner to be vital and effective element in learning process.They used to have traditional methods depending of giving information in lecturing way by the teacher without stimulations the excite the learners , besides ignorance and non - concentration about the teacher's interests ( in cognitive acquisition ) ; therefore and according to these considerations , the researcher has used and experimented Constructive learning strategy for the skillful thinking people in order to participate in developing and succeeding the learning process. The objective of the study : - 1 - Identify the mart thinking for the sample individual for sorting them : - 2 - Identify the constructive learning strategy for the smart thinkers and cognitive out comes in learning the skill of crash beating and block wall of volley ball. And to verify the objectives of the research has hypothesized the following : - 1 - There is no differences of statistic significance between the pre - and post - tests for the two groups of the research , the experimental and the control groups in cognitive outcome and learning the skills of crash beating and block wall of volley ball.2 - There is no difference of statistic significance between the results of the post - tests for the two groups of the research, the experimental and the control in cognitive outcome and learning the skills of crash beating and block wall of volley ball. As for theoretical study ,the researcher has discussed many categories related with the constructive learning strategy, the smart thinking, cognitive learning , also the similar and the previous studies related with the research subject : - The researcher has pursue the following steps in the study procedures : - - The experimental approach of the design for the equivalent groups. - The research was conducted a sample of the second stage students in the college of physical education for women - Baghdad university for the academic year (2013 - 2014) ,whose number amounted (56) she/ students. - The research required using three tests as follows : - ? Criterion of the smart thinking.? Test of cognitive out comes.? The skilful tests. - After applying the criterion of the smart thinking of the experimental and the control samples in two categories who possess smart thinking - and those who don’t possess it). - After performing the pre - skill, the educational approach was implemented which includes(16) educational training course for the two experimental and the control groups of(2) educational units weekly, the time of the educational unit(90) minutes. The post tests for the research sample conducted after termination performing the educational approach.After analyzing data via using suitable statistic means, it has reached to numerous of conclusion, the most important of which as follows : - 1 - The educational curricula( strategy of constructive learning and the pursue curricula in the college) effective curricula in learning basic skills presently under research of different appropriations.2 - The educational design approach according to the constructive educational strategy, has substantiate its importance and effective effect for the smart thinkers in learning some of basic skills of volley ball in better way of the pursue approach in the college.To complete the requirements of the research , the researcher has presented a number of recommendations , most important of them : - 1 - Using the designed educational curricula according to the constructive learning strategy in learning basic skills of volley ball for the second stage she/ students in the college of physical Educations at Iraqi universities for its effective role to promote the skillful performance level for the learners of the smart thinking.2 - The potential of benefit of educational institutions in the ministry of higher educational of the results related with current research in construction of learning programs according to the constructive learning strategy to promote better level for the university students.The need of cooperation to promote smart thinking for she / students to create a generation able to learn in independence and effective manner via cultivated instructor to urge students to depend of self and bear responsibility and the ability to take decision and courage to bear duties and the difficult tasks facing them when implementation duties and tasks via set educational strategy includes methods and styles to promote smart thinking

Furthermore, some previous studies are discussed to identify the similarities and differences with the current study.Chapter Three : Methodology and Procedures This chapter contains the methodology and procedures field , as the researcher used the experimental design in terms of equivalence groups , either the sample of study is (40) students are chosen from Al - Entisar secondary school for boys. The sample of the study is divided into two experimental and control groups. After the homogeneity and parity is achieved , The experiment study was conducted form ( 12/11/2013 ) until ( 02/01/2014 ), the amounted duration is ( 8 weeks ) and by two units per week. The total units is about (16) units. This chapter also includes gathering information means, teaching assistant aids prepared by the researcher, pilot studies , tests used in the current study , scientific bases of the tests ; pre and post tests for retention and statistical methods used for data processing.Chapter Four : Discussion and Analysis of Results Results presented is discussed and analyzed according to scientific sources by using tables and graphs.Chapter Five : Conclusions and Recommendations : - In light of the research's' findings, the following conclusion are stated : 1 - Using of teaching assistants aids, in the educational process, has greatly influenced in learning the current skills due to experimental group in making learning better than the control group.2 - The emergence of a preference for the effect of teaching assistants aids and its effectiveness than the traditional approach on the level of current performance skills. 3 - Teaching assistants aids help students to attend the lesson seriously and increase self - confidence and rush toward performance.4 - Learning retention due to experimental group is a clear indicator of the success in using teaching assistants aids in a lesson and increasing student memorizing toward current performance skills. Identifying the differences between posttests in the two groups in some aspects of attention and blocking to youth national Iraq team in volleyball.4. Identifying the percentage of development on some aspects of attention and blocking to youth national Iraq team in volleyball. Procedures : The researcher used the experimental method. The subjects were (14) young Iraqi volleyball league players. Two of them have been eliminated because they do not block. The researcher divided the subjects into two equal groups; experimental and controlling groups. He also proposed an apparatus shift attention and found tests that suit it. Validity, reliability and objectivity of the tests have been proved. The researcher conducted a pilot study, pretests and posttests using the proposed apparatus. The collected data was treated using proper statistical methods mainly the Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS). Conclusions : 1. The apparatus can be successful used in transforming and shifting attention to develop blocking.2. There are significant differences between pre and posttests in favor of posttests in all variables of the study.3. There are significant differences between posttests for the two groups in favor of the experimental group in all variables of the study.4. There is a developmental percentage in all variables of the study. Recommendations : 1. Using the proposed apparatuses for developing attention and blocking due to its great effect in training.2. Making similar studies using other apparatuses for different skills of volleyball and other aspects of attention.3. Informing coaches of the importance of mental operations in general and attention in particular due to its great importance in volleyball.4. Developing the apparatus after adding some timing sensors and improving technical aspects that would increase the speed of motor response.

This strategy helps students to learn by themselves and to uplift their level of awareness to the extent that allows them to achieve their aims. These strategies include a series of activities and cognitive procedures that can be used before and after learning. The importance of the study lies in using para perceptive cognition strategy in risky vs. careful students in learning underarm serving, upper arm serving, forward setting and float under serve and float upper serve. The problem of the study was that traditional volleyball teaching program does not contain the important strategies that give the student an active role in the learning process. The traditional style relays heavily on spoon feeding information to students without paying attention to their individual differences especially in cognitive style risky vs. careful students. Aims of The Study : 1. Designing skill tests to measure the level of artistic performance (technique) for some basic skills in volleyball.2. Designing skill exercise to teach some basic skills in volleyball.3. Designing aiding tools to teach some basic skills in volleyball.4. Identifying the effect of learning according to para perceptive cognition strategy and the proposed program for risk vs. carefulness in learning basic skills of volleyball.5. Identifying the effect of learning according to para perceptive cognition strategy and the proposed program for risk vs. carefulness in retaining the basic skills of volleyball.Hypotheses of the Study : 1. There are statistical differences in the effect of learning according to para perceptive cognition strategy and the proposed program for risk vs. carefulness between pre and posttest in learning basic skills of volleyball.2. There are statistical differences in the effect of learning according to para perceptive cognition strategy and the proposed program for risk vs. carefulness in posttest in learning basic skills of volleyball.3. There are statistical differences in the effect of learning according to para perceptive cognition strategy and the proposed program for risk vs. carefulness in retention test in learning basic skills of volleyball. The Procedures : The researcher used the experimental method. The study was conducted on (30) second year college of physical education students/health and recreation department/ university of Baghdad of the academic year 2009 - 2010. The researcher conducted two tests cognitive style scale (risk vs. carefulness and skill tests. After applying cognitive style scale the subjects were divided into two groups; experimental and controlling (risky and careful). After the pretests the teaching program was applied. It included (24) teaching session for each group with (3) teaching sessions per week. Each session lasted for (90) minutes. Posttests and retention tests were conducted after the completion of the teaching program. Conclusions : 1. The teaching programs (Para perceptive cognition strategy and the traditional program in the college) were effective in teaching the basic skills in volleyball.2. The proposed teaching program according to Para perceptive cognition strategy proved its importance and effect in students with risk vs. careful students in learning and retaining some basic skills in volleyball compared to the traditional program followed by the college.3. The proposed teaching program according to Para perceptive cognition strategy for risky and careful students is appropriate due to its positive effect on learning and retaining some basic skills in volleyball. Recommendations : 1. Using the proposed a teaching program according to para perceptive cognition strategy in learning the basic skills of volleyball to second year college students of the physical education colleges in all Iraqi universities.2. The possibilities of teaching institutions in the ministry of higher education benefiting from this study to build teaching programs according to Para perceptive cognitive strategy to uplift the level of university students.3. The necessity of teachers from all colleges of physical education in Iraqi universities mastering all cognitive styles that the students possess due to their great importance in achieving the best results in teaching basic volleyball skills.
