The problem of the research is the absence of clear role of the nurses in dealing with medical waste in the researched hospital (Neuro - surgical teaching hospital ) , The researcher used the case method to study the problem, that have been collected from the relevant information depending on checklist which include two divisions, the first division relates to the management of medical waste, and the second part relates to nursing staff and their role in the management of medical waste, as it was distributed to a sample of (25) an individual, including department managers, units responsible persons, and members of control pollution committee , and ( graduate ,technical ,skilled) nurses. In order to address the data results, the researcher used statistical methods, including percentages (%), the frequency and (Z) test to compare the role of MWM (medical waste management) with the role of nursing staff in the management of medical waste. The most significant results are : absence of participation of nursing staff in transferring medical waste from it's source to collected containers in admission rooms , in addition to uncertainty of transfer of these wastes to the central storage position, because of they are not notified by hospital management or medical waste management , also most of nurses refuse in participation to transfer medical wastes, refuse in daily and monthly documentation to size and type of medical wastes because of job - interference and lack of clarity of roles. The main recommendations were to clarify the role of nursing staff in dealing with medical waste through meetings and seminars as one of responsibilities and duties. The research also include a proposal for the establishment of the department for processing medical waste at the level of the hospital and develop a job description for graduate nurse management of medical waste.

According to the initiative of oxford - the report of human development, Multidimensional poverty on a national scale in Iraq contain five main dimensions dimension consists several indicators (education, basic services, level of living, feeding and health and employment), each dimension consists several indicators. This study came to measure multidimensional poverty and knowing the poor rate and the poverty severity, on a national scale in Iraq and its(18) governorates, and also on an Environmental Scale (rural, urban), and then using the analysis of multidimensional poverty (Principal component Method), to determine the variables causing in forming these elements which affect multidimensional poverty, on the other side, and the central statistical organization also can benefit from this study, because this method has been used in Iraq recently. The main conclusions of the research was that the multidimensional poverty has recorded differences in Poverty rates between the governorates, since that (Erbil) has recorded the lowest Poverty rate than other governorates, and when compared with (Wasit) which has recorded the highest Poverty rate, it will show that on each poor individual in (Erbil), on the other hand there is Five poor individuals in (Wasit), also the severity of poverty was high in all of the Governorates, even in governorates that has low poverty rates. On the Environmental scale (rural, urban), the multidimensional poverty in rural was four times bigger than urban. The results also shown that There are five main elements that affects multidimensional poverty on an Iraq scale, in another side, there were six elements effecting in (rural, urban) scale.

The first of which is maintenance service (represented by measures of reliability engineering), which has been adopted by the current researcher as an independent variable (explanatory). The second is healthy laboratories service quality (represented by the five main dimensions of the service quality), which has been adopted by the current researcher as a dependent variable (responsive). The core of this research is concerned with the maintenance measures, namely : mean time between failures, mean time to repair, availability and failure rate and what extent they are connected to the main service quality dimensions (tangiblity, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) and if may effect them eventually. As regards the practical side of this research, it focuses on the maintenance reality in Kadhimiyah teaching hospital / Branch of teaching laboratories. Actually, the health sector is as vital as the industrial and the commercial ones; it is indispensable in countries' development. The maintenance data have been collected from (18) medical laboratories devices; (2) devices per lab. The four maintenance measures have been studied in nine laboratories which have been chosen randomly. As regards the medical service quality, it has been investigated via a questionnaire when data have been collected from (135) customers (patients). Those data have been processed by different statistical methods such as : mean, rates, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, correlation coefficient and regression. The current research aims to determine the relationship between the maintenance to medical devices service and the quality of medical service presented to citizens or (patients). The reasons behind this research are : firstly, the modern concept of the medical service quality in studies and researches. Secondly, investigating how effective the maintenance of service is, in terms of quality improvement and the perfect medical service presentation.This research adopts two main hypotheses which in turn, are subdivided into eight assumptions. The main ones are : (There is a correlation with statistical significance between the medical devices maintenance and the medical service quality) and (There is effect statistically signifigant between the medical devices maintenance and the medical service quality). The research has reached several conclusions regarding it's theoretical and practical sides as well as the investigated system. One important conclusion is that there are a connection relationship and influential relationship between the maintenance service presented to the labs and the medical service quality presented to the customers by labs. The research scheme uses random sample of ( 24 ) respondents chosen from the general directory of health in Baghdad Al - Resafaa and some of its health organization and in adifferent managerial levels.The main conclusions attained ara : - 1. weekness in the capiblty of the respondents chosen in detecting the problems that interfear and effect the employee performance 2. weekness in the capiblty of the respondents in suggesting the strategies and interventions to improve employee performance.3. the management of the health organization seems to be a crisis management.4. the high capiblty of the respondents which have diploma - hospitals administration degree in detecting the problems and understanding , suggesting the interventions needed for improvement.the most important recommendations are : - 1. improve the managerial employee performance and other employees as a whole.2. inhance and develop the abilities and skills depending on training and continuous education.3. implementing some new organizational values like ( justice , transparency , communication ,…. It is well known that to increase production of any industrial facility depends on the level of productivity for each element of the production line. The goal of this research is; to find an estimate of the production function coefficients (Cobb - Douglas) for some manufacturing model, in a small industrial facilities in addition to the estimate of Multiple Linear Regression model to demonstrate the contribution of the factors of production to the number of employees and the value of input parameters (Independent Variables) on the value of production (Dependent Variables) by using the data that have been obtained from the annual reports issued by the Industrial Statistics Directorate of the Central Statistical Organization, for the period of (1990 - 2014) and thus address the research in theoretical side to a function (Cobb - Douglas) and their characteristics to the Multiple Linear Regression model. The results has shown that all the regression models were all true and statistically significant and satisfy the assumptions of the basic normals of the least squares. On the other hand the model for manufacturing of leather products suffered from the problem of Autocorrelation has been addressed, as (Cobb - Douglas) function estimates showed that industries with intensive use of labor as a reflection to a flexible working capital compared with the flexibility and facilities characterized by increasing returns to scale and characterized as labor intensive.

This has resulted in a tendency towards the importance of developing the structure of the commercial banks in a manner which enhances the change towards the universal banking. Due to the importance of the banking sector in developing the world economies, Iraq had always been in need for adopting the System of Universal banking under the international challenges which it faces for its recent and future circumstances. Among This importance , this research was initiated , based on the following hypothesis : - " Inspire of adopting the universal banking system by the Iraqi banks , after the issue of Law No. ( 22 ) in 1997 , the Iraqi banks are Still lacking some deficiencies and weaknesses , which were the hurdles in front of the transition Process to Universal banks " The research focuses on one of the main issues of banking management, attempting to evaluate the performance of those banks which adopted. the universal banking system. Due to the importance of the banking sector in developing the Iraqi economy , Iraq is in need for adopting the system of Universal banking under the recent and future challenges. In order to reach the required aim of research for evaluating the performance , the researcher has taken detailed observations and conclusions of the ongoing progress and transactions which were taking place in ( Iraq stock Exchange ) Market through close work for several days , Where by all comments were made and revised with the sample banks ( Middle East investment bank and the commercial bank of Iraq ) to reach some conclusions adequate to the aim of research. the researcher has reached several conclusions , the most important of which are : 1. The state support , through the support of the central Bank of Iraq , to all Iraqi banks is crucial to secure the success of the banks in applying the theory of universal banking.2. The trend of universal banking has its Supporters and its opposes. The supporters try to concentrate on the systems advantages which include the variation policy of resources and uses and the ability to enter into big projects and work under the umbrella of big scale economies with achieving safety and profitability to these institutions , where as the opposes try to concentrate on the system's disadvantages represented the political and economic centralization and the aeration of competition, weakness of control , hiding of loosing activities the contradiction of interests and difficulty of performance evaluation. 3. Universal Banking needs ( amongst others ) the big entry of the commercial banks into the investment field , represented by establishing companies and to build an investment portfolio containing different stocks. This requires the banks to play a big role in the stock market to the extent of Creating this market, instead of abiding themselves by only making deposits in the foreign banks and buying and selling the Which are offered by the central bank of Iraq. 4. The transition of the Iraqi banks to the system of universal banking represents a great necessity to develop the money markets because it helps increasing the liquidly , depth and extent of these markets. 5. the main strategic challenge which faces the financial and banking sector in the following years is of two folds : the first of which is a structural connected to the presence of the sector it self and raising its ability to face the age of electronic banking and investment, and the second is functional connected to move the financial resources which are necessary to meet the requirements of the era of financing the economic development.
