Abstract:
Healthcare associated infection (HAI) is acknowledged as the most frequent adverse event in health care , , The main goal of this study represented by suggested model applying methods of quick and low - cost in control of the acquired infections, and defined the correct techniques in applying infection control methods , but the global burden remains unknown because of the difficulty of gathering reliable data, The study tried to collected the reasons of outbreak of infection in the Iraqi hospital and on wide range and serious, Because of lack in application of Infection control programs , in addition to the weakness in medical concepts from medical staff , The widespread and misuse of antibiotics, The researcher found that there is a lack of awareness with the subject of hospital acquired infection, and some of rapid methods to control the HAI are applied by the staff but not in a proper ways.
