Abstract: وتضمن المقدمة واهمية البحث فضلا عن المشكلة والتي تكمن في قلـة استخدام المؤشرات الجسمية والبدنية والمهارية من قبل المدربين عند اختيار لاعبي الكرة الطائرة ، وقد هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على اهم المؤشرات الجسمية والبدنية والمهارية وكذلك التعرف على العوامل التي تتجمع فيها المؤشرات الثلاثة المرشحة لناشئي الكرة الطائرة في العراق باعمار (14 - 15) سنة .الباب الثاني - تم تناول عـدة محاور تتعلق بموضوع البحث ، فـقـد تضمنت الدراسات النظرية على اهمية التحليل العاملي في بحوث التربية الرياضية والقياسات الجسمية في المجال الرياضي والمرتكزات الاساسية للصفات البدنية وكذلك ديناميكية الاداء المهاري لناشئي الكرة الطائرة الحديثة فضلا عن الدراسات المشابهة ذات العلاقة بموضوع الدراسة الباب الثالث - فـقـد احتوى على منهجية البحث واجراءاته الميدانية ، وقـد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالاسلوب المسحي ، فضلا الى التطرق الى العينة وادوات البحث والاجهزة المستخدمة ، وتـم تحديد اهـم المؤشرات الجسمية والبدنية والمهارية وكذلك اختباراتها ، وتضمن الباب ايضا التجربة الاستطلاعية والاسس العلمية للمؤشرات الثلاثة مع استخدام الوسائل الاحصائية باستخدام النظام الجاهز (SPSS) لغرض معالجة النتائج وبالشكل الذي يخدم البحث .الباب الرابع - تـم عرض وتحليل ومناقشة نتائج الدراسة وتـم استخلاص الاختبارات النهائية التي تعـد كاحـد الاسس التي يمكن الاعتماد عليها عند اختيار لاعبي الكرة الطائرة .الباب الخامس - توصل الباحث الى الاستنتاجات الاتية : 1. تم تحليل المصفوفة الارتباطية لمتغيرات الدراسة بطريقة المكونات الاساسية " لهارولدهوتلنج " للمتغيرات الجسمية والبدنية والمهارية . 2. تم اجراء التحليل العاملي على ( 46 ) اختبارا وتم قبول ( 20 ) عاملا في ضوء الشروط الموضوعة لقبول العامل وهذه النتيجة تعد منطقية وملائمة لكونها اقتربت كثيرا في وصف متغيرات الدراسة في لعبة الكرة الطائرة . 3. تم ترشيح القياسات الجسمية والتي حصلت على افضل التشبعات اعلاها على عواملها وكما ياتي : - طول الذراعين جانبا ليمثل العامل الاول . - محيط الساق لتمثيل العامل الثالث . - عرض الصدر لتمثيل العامل الرابع . ولم يتحقق العامل المحيطي في هياة عامل مستقل . 4. تم ترشيح الاختبارات البدنية والتي حصلت على افضل التشبعات واعلاها على عواملها وكما ياتي : - رمي كرة طبية من الوقوف زنة (2 كغم) ليمثل العامل الثاني . - اختبار الجلوس من الرقود خلال (10 ثا) ليمثل العامل الثالث . - اختبار خطو جانبي خلال (20 ثا) ليمثل العامل الرابع . - اختبار ركض (20 م) من الوقوف ليمثل العامل الخامس . - اختبار لمس الارض والجدار بالتتابع خلال (20 ثا) ليمثل العامل السادس . - في حين تم اهمال العوامل الاول والسابع والثامن وذلك لعدم تشبعهما بثلاثة اختبارات فاكثر ولم يترشح اختبار مطاولة السرعة . 5. تم ترشيح الاختبارات المهارية والتي حصلت على افضل واعلى التشبعات على عواملها وكما ياتي : - اختبار حائط الصد (2) ليمثل العامل الاول . - اختبار دقة مهارة الارسال الى المناطق الاربع ليمثل العامل الثاني . - اختبار دقة الضرب الساحق المستقيم ليمثل العامل الثالث . - اختبار استقبال الارسال (1) ليمثل العامل السابع . وقد تم اهمال العوامل الرابع والخامس والسادس لعدم ارتقائها لمستوى قبول العامل التي وضعها الباحث ولم يترشح اختبار التمرير او الاعداد ضمن الاختبارات المهارية . 6. ان اهمية العوامل التي استخلصت من التحليل العاملي كانت على قدر متساو من الاهمية اذ يلاحظ ان قيم نسب التباين المفسر لكل عامل قد تقاربت بشكل كبير من عامل لاخر ، وهذا يعني الاهمية الخاصة بكل عامل بغض النظر عن ترتيبة واسبقية ظهوره في مصفوفة العوامل . 7. اثبتت نتائج التحليل العاملي بطريقة المكونات الاساسية ان مصفوفة العوامل التي تم تدويرها باستخدام التدوير المتعامد بالنجاح امتازت في تزويد الباحث بقاعدة جيدة لاختبار افضل المؤشرات الجسمية والبدنية والمهارية ولكل عامل مستخلص اهمية خاصة به . في اطار هذه الدراسة وحدودها يوصي الباحث بما ياتي : 1. اجراء دراسات مشابهة في الجوانب الاخرى والمرتبطة باختيار ناشئي الكرة الطائرة من الناحيتين الوظيفية والنفسية . 2. اجراء دراسات مشابهة للعوامل المستخلصة باستخدام التدوير المائل من اجل التاكد من صدق النتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة . 3. استخدام المؤشرات الجسمية والبدنية والمهارية في عملية اختيار لاعبي الكرة الطائرة وتوجيه المدربين بضرورة استخدامها . 4. خلت هذه الدراسة من المتغيرات الخاصة بالاعماق لذلك نوصي اجراءها على عينة البحث وادخالها ضمن المتغيرات التي تتضمنها الدراسات المستقبلية . 5. اجراء دراسات مشابهة للالعاب الاخرى . 6. بناء معايير للمؤشرات الجسمية والبدنية والمهارية المستخلصة | It includes the introduction, the significance and the problem. Indeed, the problem lies in the lack of using the body, physical and skill parameters by coaches when selecting the volley ballers. The study aims at knowing the body, physical and skill parameters and acquainting with the factors that gather the three parameters of the 14—15 year old volley ballers in Iraq.Chapter Two Many relevant points were dealt with such as the theoretical studies which focus on the factor analysis of the physical education researches and the body parameters in sports as well as the basics of the physical characteristics. The chapter also deals with the dynamics of the skill performance of the young volley ballers. The chapter also includes the similar studies that deal with the same subject.Chapter ThreeIt includes the method and field procedures of the study. The researcher used the descriptive method with a survey style. He also refers to the sample and tools used. The most important body, physical and skill parameters were defined and tested. The chapter also includes the pilot experiment and the scientific basics of the three parameters alongside with the statistical methods, specially the SPSS in order to treat the results of the study.Chapter Four It presents, analyzes and discusses the results of the study and the final tests were concluded as they are considered one of the reliable basics when testing the volleyball players.Chapter Five The researcher comes out with the following conclusions that served the aims of the study1. Five body factors were concluded, three of which were accepted and the other two were neglected.2. Eight physical factors were concluded, five of which were accepted and three were neglected as they were not satisfied with the approved values. This of course contradicts the condition of factor acceptance.3. Seven skill factors were concluded four of which were accepted and three neglected. The recommendations were as follows : 1. The necessity of holding similar studies on other aspects related to the functional and psychological sides of the volleyball players.2. The necessity of holding similar studies for the concluded factors by using the bending circulation so as to be sure of the validity of the results arrived at by the study.3. The necessity of using the body, physical and skill parameters in the process of selecting the volley ballers.4. The necessity of paying attention to the results of the study and to work according to them by the coaches.

Abstract: شهد القرن العشرين ثورة علمية معرفية لم يسبق لها نظير شملت مختلف الجوانب العلمية والانسانية والتربوية ومن ضمنها التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة ، وقد شهد ولادة ميادين حديثة لم تكن معروفة في السابق ومن ضمنها التربية والتعليم التي كانت من اكثر الجوانب تاثيرا وتاثرا به، اذ ظهرت العديد من النظريات التربوية والمعرفية التي سعت الى استيعاب هذا الكم الهائل من العلوم والحفاظ على التراث الانساني ونقله الى الاجيال القادمة لتطويره وربطه بالناحية التطبيقية وعليه فمـن الواجب علينا ان نرسم طريقنا باستراتيجيات معرفية لتحقيق اهدافنا . وان هذه الاستراتيجيات المعرفية الحديثة، وهي التي تساعدنا في تحسين عملية التعلم وحل المشكلات التربوية التي تواجه الطالب داخل الصف وخارجه.اما مشكلة البحث فمن خلال عمل الباحث كمساعد مدرب لمنتخب تربية الرصافة الثالثة للكرة الطائرة فقط لاحظ وجود ضعف واضح في ما يتعلق بفهم وتطبيق قوانين لعبة الكرة الطائرة من لدن اللاعبين وذلك يظهر جليا عند اقامة بطولات بين المدارس او بين منتخبات التربية في الكرة الطائرة .ولاحظ ضعفا واضحا في عدم وصول اللاعبين الى المستوى المطلوب عند اداء المهارات الاساسية للكرة الطائرة كذلك وجد عدم فهم اللاعبين لقوانين ومعلومات عن اللعبة وذلك لعدم استخدام مدربي المنتخبات لاستراتيجيات معرفية واساليب تعليمية حديثة واهمال الجانب التعليمي في خطة الوحدة التعليمية والاقتصار على عرض النموذج من قبل المعلم وتطبيقها من قبل اللاعبين وهذا لا يتلاءم مع تطور نظريات وطرائق التعلم في استخدام بعض الاستراتجيات الحديثة.هدف البحث اعداد برنامج تعليمي وفقا لاستراتيجية العب المعرفي واستراتيجية دورات الذهن التعليمية للاعبي منتخبات التربية في بغداد بالكرة الطائرة . - ذ - فضلا على التعرف على فاعلية تلك الاستراتيجيتين التعليميتين على كل من التحصيل المعرفي والاداء المهاري للفعالية قيد الدراسة. وللعمل على تحقيق هذا الهدف. افترض الباحث ان هناك فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين نتائج الاختبارات القبلية ونتائج الاختبارات البعدية للمجموعتين التجريبيتين والمجموعة الضابطة في التحصيل المعرفي ودقة اداء بعض المهارات للاعبي منتخبات تربيات بغداد بالكرة الطائرة .و هناك فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين نتائج الاختبارات البعدية للمجموعتين التجريبيتين والمجموعة الضابطة في التحصيل المعرفي ودقة اداء بعض المهارات في الكرة الطائرة. شمل هذا الفصل محورين : الاول الدراسات النظرية اذ تناول مفهوم التعلم والتدريس، واستراتيجية العبء المعرفي واستراتيجية دورات الذهن التعليمية , ,وتناول الفصل بعض مهارات الكرة الطائرة اما المحور الثاني فيشمل الدراسات السابقة لعدد من الباحثين السابقين .اما منهجية البحث ,اذ استعمل الباحث المنهج التجريبي , واختيرت عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية وعددها (45 ) لاعبا من منتخبات تربيات بغداد للكرة الطائرة للمرحلة المتوسطة ،وعمد الباحث الى التكافؤ من الجانب المعرفي والمهاري، ومعرفة ادوات البحث واجراءاته من تحديد المهارات، واختباراتها والتجربة الاستطلاعية والشروط العلمية للاختبارات التحصيل المعرفي والمهاري من حيث ( الصدق ,الثبات ,الموضوعية ) فضلا عن اعداد الاختبار في التحصيل المعرفي واعداد المنهج التعليمي ثم الاختبارات البعدية، والوسائل الاحصائية.وشمل الفصل الرابع على عرض، وتحليل ومناقشة نتائج الاختبارات القبلية، والبعدية لمجموعتي البحث الضابطة والتجريبية .وقد توصل الباحث الى عدد من الاستنتاجات مثلا حصل تعلم في مهارة الاعداد والاستقبال الارسال ومهارة الارسال المواجه من الاعلى والضرب الساحق في منتصف مرحلة التعلم ( الاختبارات الوسطية ).و حصل تعلم في تعلم مهارة الاعداد والاستقبال الارسال من الاسفل والارسال المواجه من الاعلى Abstract: تتلخص مشكلة البحث بان هناك مجموعة من الطلاب يتمتعون باداء حركي متميز في الوحدات التعليمية اثناء قيامهم باداء المهارات الاساسية بالكرة الطائرة وخاصة اداء مهارتي الضرب الساحق والدفاع عن الملعب بالكرة الطائرة كونهما من المهارات الاساسية ولهما تاثير فعال على | The problem of research was about several students characterized with distinctive motor performance in the educational courses during implementing basic skills in volleyball notably in doing the two skills : spiking and defense, the court in volleyball as they are basic skills and has effective effect on viewer and the player, most lessons of volleyball are submitted to the students according to teaching methods lack for modern techniques match with those students and harmonized with current development in the educational process resulted in boring, vexing and poor participating status for those students, that is why the researcher have used comprehensive educational design with modern technique for students with distinctive motor performance to pass many difficulties that faced process of developing some special abilities and spiking &defenseskills.This study aimed to : 1 - Designing modern techniques to developing some special abilities of spiking and defenseskills in volleyball.2 - Creating two scales for distinctive motor performance of spiking and defenseskills in volleyball. 3 - Knowing the effect of comprehensive constructing design with a modern technology for those with distinctive performance in developing some special abilities of the two skills : spiking and defense, for students in volleyball.The researcher also dealt with the previous theoretical studies like : (the comprehensive construction design, construction techniques, distinctive motor performance)The researcher used experimental method by designing the equivalent groups and specified the population in the students of second grade of physical education and sport sciences /Babylon university for the year (2013 - 2014), dividing the (24) student sample of the research randomly into two groups (the controlling and experimental groups) as (12) student for each group, the experimental group used modern construction techniques while the controlling group used the adopted method without using construction modern techniques. Implementing the comprehensive construction design with modern techniques based on ( 8) construction units for each group in (8) weeks period as two construction units per a week, each unit is (90) minuets. The researcher has designed the two scales of distinctive motor performance for the two spiking and defense skills in volleyball consisted of (23) items for spiking skill and (11) items for defense skill to be aware of knowing the distinctive motor performance for the constructed student in both these skills.After finishing the implementing of comprehensive constructing design with modern techniques, then proceeding the after - tests procedures ( technical performance, accuracy, test of physical abilities,motor and cognitive abilities). After dealing with the results statistically, the researcher has concluded some conclusions most important are : 1 - The constructing comprehensive design by using modern techniques has big impact in developing some special abilities and performing the two skills of spiking and defense for students of volleyball. 2 - The designed constructing techniques has a big influence on developing some special abilities of spiking and defense skills in the court of volleyball. In the shed of the obtained results, the researcher has recommended some recommendations as follow : 1 - It's so necessary to depend the construction comprehensive design by developed modern techniques in developing some abilities of performing the spiking and defense skills in the court of volleyball. 2 - It's so important to use the device of developing the muscular power of the body in learning and training some special abilities of spiking and defense in court of volleyball.

This strategy helps students to learn by themselves and to uplift their level of awareness to the extent that allows them to achieve their aims. These strategies include a series of activities and cognitive procedures that can be used before and after learning. The importance of the study lies in using para perceptive cognition strategy in risky vs. careful students in learning underarm serving, upper arm serving, forward setting and float under serve and float upper serve. The problem of the study was that traditional volleyball teaching program does not contain the important strategies that give the student an active role in the learning process. The traditional style relays heavily on spoon feeding information to students without paying attention to their individual differences especially in cognitive style risky vs. careful students. Aims of The Study : 1. Designing skill tests to measure the level of artistic performance (technique) for some basic skills in volleyball.2. Designing skill exercise to teach some basic skills in volleyball.3. Designing aiding tools to teach some basic skills in volleyball.4. Identifying the effect of learning according to para perceptive cognition strategy and the proposed program for risk vs. carefulness in learning basic skills of volleyball.5. Identifying the effect of learning according to para perceptive cognition strategy and the proposed program for risk vs. carefulness in retaining the basic skills of volleyball.Hypotheses of the Study : 1. There are statistical differences in the effect of learning according to para perceptive cognition strategy and the proposed program for risk vs. carefulness between pre and posttest in learning basic skills of volleyball.2. There are statistical differences in the effect of learning according to para perceptive cognition strategy and the proposed program for risk vs. carefulness in posttest in learning basic skills of volleyball.3. There are statistical differences in the effect of learning according to para perceptive cognition strategy and the proposed program for risk vs. carefulness in retention test in learning basic skills of volleyball. The Procedures : The researcher used the experimental method. The study was conducted on (30) second year college of physical education students/health and recreation department/ university of Baghdad of the academic year 2009 - 2010. The researcher conducted two tests cognitive style scale (risk vs. carefulness and skill tests. After applying cognitive style scale the subjects were divided into two groups; experimental and controlling (risky and careful). After the pretests the teaching program was applied. It included (24) teaching session for each group with (3) teaching sessions per week. Each session lasted for (90) minutes. Posttests and retention tests were conducted after the completion of the teaching program. Conclusions : 1. The teaching programs (Para perceptive cognition strategy and the traditional program in the college) were effective in teaching the basic skills in volleyball.2. The proposed teaching program according to Para perceptive cognition strategy proved its importance and effect in students with risk vs. careful students in learning and retaining some basic skills in volleyball compared to the traditional program followed by the college.3. The proposed teaching program according to Para perceptive cognition strategy for risky and careful students is appropriate due to its positive effect on learning and retaining some basic skills in volleyball. Recommendations : 1. Using the proposed a teaching program according to para perceptive cognition strategy in learning the basic skills of volleyball to second year college students of the physical education colleges in all Iraqi universities.2. The possibilities of teaching institutions in the ministry of higher education benefiting from this study to build teaching programs according to Para perceptive cognitive strategy to uplift the level of university students.3. The necessity of teachers from all colleges of physical education in Iraqi universities mastering all cognitive styles that the students possess due to their great importance in achieving the best results in teaching basic volleyball skills.

Abstract: الباب الاول : التعريف بالبحث : اشتمل الباب الاول على مقدمة البحث واهميته والتي تم التطرق عن طريقها الى تدريب اللاعبين باستخدام اسلوبي ( المتدرج والمتقطع ) ومدى تاثيرهما في اجهزة الجسم، وخاصة الجهاز الهرموني اذ ان الطريق الى تحقيق الانجاز يكمن في الوصول | The first chapter contains introduction and importance training of players by using (gradual And Intermittent) methods and effect of them to body system especially hormone system.The development of sport training is achieved by gradual and intermittent methods. The aims of training is : prepare players by the complete the function and physical ways to research to accurate skillful performance.The physical abilities have great importance to develop the level of sport performance , conditional of body to effort of body during training and play with economy of effort. The coaches and players of volleyball must take care to prepare the players with these ways and take care to develop of functional and physical ways for each players to be basic to performed all basic skills. The continues changes in volleyball game also the quick changes in defense and attack that need high level of strength , speed ,endurance and busy the player with more than duty will need to prepare players physically & functionally in order to make player endures this high effort and to make players retain with physical & function efficiency.The importance of physical abilities that connect with functional condition is one of most importance element which effect on level of performance of players during match. The problem is summarized by : there is weakness in some functional and physical abilities : especially youth team of volleyball. The researcher thinks that using of these methods leads to develop of function and physical abilities.The Aims of Study : - Prepare two interval training programs by using (gradual and intermittent) methods to develop some physical & functional variables for volleyball players with age ( 16 - 18) years. - Knowing the effect of interval training by using( gradual and intermittent (methods to develop some functional and physical variables for volleyball players with age (16 - 18) years. - Knowing the differences between of two methods of interval training ; (gradual and intermittent) to develop functional and physical variables for volleyball players with age (16 - 18) years.. - Knowing the rate the development of functional and physical variables for volleyball Players with age (16 - 18) years.The Hypothesis of Study : - There are differences that have statistic function of post - tests and pre - tests for functional and physical variables for volleyball players and for both experiment group of two methods ((gradual and intermittent). - There are differences that have statistic function of pre - tests between groups of research for functional and physical variables for volleyball players for both experiment group of two methods (gradual and intermittent). - There is developing rate for some physical & functional variables of volleyball players for both experiment group of two methods (gradual and intermittent).Chapter Two……Theoretical & Similar Studies : This chapter contains theoretical and similar studies that deals with : ( interval training , gradual and intermittent methods and abilities of function and physical of volleyball). The researcher has deals with also with some of studies that has connect with subject.Chapter Three…..Program of Research & Field Procedure : The researcher used experiment program with two groups. The samples contains (12) players from specialization center of volleyball game for age (16 - 18) years. The period of application of program is (8) weeks with (3) training course in a week. The time of training course is (120) minutes.The researcher used major section only that occupy (90) minutesThis chapter contains means to collect data and tools that use in study and functional and physical tests. Also contains training program of researcher and using statistic means to know the differences between two groups.Chapter Four…..Display of Results ,Analysis & Discussion : This chapter contains display of results of functional and physical tests that deals with variables of post - &pre - tests of sample and analysis and discuses them.The results make in tables with note differences to achieve aims of study. Chapter Five……..conclusions : The researcher researches to following….1 - The two training programs are made by using multi physical exercises that have positive effect to develop some physical & function variables for two experimental groups with (gradual and intermittent) methods.2 - The rate of develop is appeared for some physical & functional variables for two experimental groups (gradual and intermittent) methods.3 - The using of (gradual and intermittent) methods according to method of Intensity training has great importance to achieve of the aims of training unites. The aim is to research to high level to win the first in championship.Recommendation : 1 - concentration on using interval training with gradual and intermittent methods because it is the basic point to progress of players to get best results for national & local levels for all ages and also to develop some physical and functional variables.2 - The using of training methods must matching to type of activities in order to know to develop of some physical & functional variables and to makes other studies that contains effect of training methods to some physical & functional study according (gradual and intermittent) methods.

Abstract: تكمن مشكلة البحث بان هناك تباين في مستوى المتعلمين بالرغم من الجهود المبذولة من قبل المدرس لذا تجد الباحثة ضرورة استخدام اساليب تعمل على تحفيز المتعلم وجعله محور اساسي في العملية التعليمية، فضلا عن ضرورة الاهتمام بالعمل الجماعي لتعلم كيفية التعامل مع الا | the research concentrates on the implication that there is low - skilled learners despite of the effarts exerted by the teacher. therefore, the researcher insists on the importance of using the styles that work to activate learner and make him the central concern of teaching process due to the importance of group work in contributing to how to treat with others and getting rid of negative individual values and principles , and through using modern strategies of cooperative learning including teaching environment. the study aims at introducing the effect of jigsaw cooperative strategy in random and sequential style of learning forearm and underhand serve skills of volleyball. it attempts to discover the best group to acquire the skills and finding out the rate of improvement in the learning process. the researcher used experimental syllabus in binary design (2X2) because of it is flexibility and the nature and aim of the study. forty eight students of eight grade class, who were at(13 - 15) years of age, were assigned randomly for the study. the sample were taken from bingrid basic school of education in kalar \ sulaymaniyah governorate (2013 - 2014). they were divided into four groups. each group was trained in forearm and underhand serve skills of volleyball by using different styles. in the first group jigsaw strategy was used also in sequentian style , and in thesocend group command teaching strategy was used also in sequential style. but, in the third group jigsaw strategy was used in random style. finally, thr fourth group used command teaching strategy in random style.the curriculum includes the implementation of teaching units according to the instructions of ministry of education. Accordingly, the time of each teaching units is 30 minutes.thus,(7) teaching units were implemented in training forearm and underhand serve as far as command teaching strategy in sequential style is concerned. in the same way, (14) teaching units were implemented in training forearm and underhand serve by using command teaching strategy in random style, the implementation of the teaching units in the curriculum included two units per week.the result showed different levels in the rate of improvement of both sleill in the four different groups. it showed that the third experimental group that used jigsaw cooperative strategy in random style was the best in learning the forearm and underhand serve, while the first experimental group that used jigsaw cooperative strategy in sequential style of learning forearm and underhand serve ranked the second. the forth experimental group that used command teaching strategy in random style ranked the third , finally the second experimental group that used command teaching strategy in sequential style ranked the fourth.the researcher recommends the advantage of the process of connecting teaching strategy to training tabulation. she also recommends further study and research in other kinds of teaching strategies in other skills of volleyball or other physical sports.

Abstract: Chapter one (Introduction) : This chapter consisted of the introduction and the importance of the study. The importance lies in Cogniplus which is one of rehabilitation psychology techniques that mixes cognitive abilities with computer skills. This technique diagnoses, rehabilitate and develop emotional maturation. This technique using computer according to session system will improve the development of emotional maturation of youth volleyball players through a set of psychological tests.The problem of the study : The lack of interest in the psychological and physiological aspect that are based on modern systems using computers in diagnosing, treating and developing the psychological conditions of athletes using Cogniplus. This technique has a great effect on te accuracy of youth volleyball playersAims of the Study : 1. Identifying the effect of CogniPlus in developing emotional maturation and some physiological variables in youth volleyball players.2. Identifying the effect of CogniPlus in developing the accuracy of defense in youth volleyball players.Hypotheses of the study : 1. CogniPlus has a positive effect on developing emotional maturation and some physiological variables in youth volleyball players.3.CogniPlus has a positive effect in developing the accuracy of defense in youth volleyball players.Fields of the study : Subjects : Youth volleyball aplyers of the season 2012 - 2013 Baghdad Club.Duration : from 15/5/2012 - 1/2/2013Place : University of Baghdad/ Al Jaderia/ Educational Studies and psychological Research Center, modern psychology lab, the indoor court of college of physical education.Chapter Three : (Procedures) : In this chapter the researcher tacked the method used in the study which is the experimental. The subject were 12 players from Baghdad youth volleyball club of the ages 17 - 19 years. The subjects were divided into two equal groups. The experimental group went through special developmental sessions for emotional maturation according to CogniPlus as well as the usual training program. The controlling group only followed the usual training program. The pretests were conducted according to Vienna testSystem for measurement and diagnoses as well as Biofeedback system on Wednesday 20 - 21/6/2012. Following that, the experimental group applied the developmental sessions according to CogniPlus starting in 26/6/2012 ended in 2/7/2012. The sessions lasted for two weeks with 8 - 9 sessions per player with 4 - 5 session per week. Skill pretests were conducted on Tuesday 24 - 25/6/2012 in the indoor court of the physical education college/ University of Baghdad. Posttests of ps ychological and physiological tests were conducted in 3 - 4/7/2012 followed by skill tests in 7/7/2012. The researcher used proper statistical methods to treat the data.Conclusions : 1. CogniPlus has a positive effect on developing emotional maturation 2. CogniPlus has a positive effect in developing some physiological variables.3. CogniPlus has a positive effect in developing the accuracy of defense in youth volleyball players (reception and court defense).The researcher recommended the following : 1. Using Cogniplus in psychological and cognitive tests to develop most psychological and cognitive weaknesses like attention, concentration, perception, maturation and intelligence.2. Using Vienna Test System for diagnosing and measuring any psychological or cognitive aspect due to is accurate results.3.Using Biofeedback system in measuring physiological measurements like neruo - muscular activity, etc.

The importance of study appeared in learning skill performance correctly in volleyball through the use of effective mastery learning and self - learning which is one of modern instructional techniques in learning skills. The problem of the study lies in using techniques and traditional methods which reached the learner to certain limits of learning skills and the lack of sufficient time to address the imbalance which may occur in the process of learning or shortage in the style of learning practice, so the researcher investigates the problem of the study by using a variety of techniques and multiple learning process and to reach the best of these methods. The aims of the study are;1 - Identifying the effectiveness of three instructional techniques in learning some basic volleyball skills.2 - Identifying the effectiveness of mastery and self - learning in learning some basic volleyball skills.3 - Identifying the effectiveness of mastery learning and conventional style to in learning some basic volleyball skills.The hypotheses of the study 1. There are statistically significant differences between pretests posttests for experimental group and control groups in learning some basic volleyball skills in favor of the posttest. 2. There are statistically significant differences between mastery learning and self - learning in learning some basic volleyball skills in favor of mastery learning.3. There are statistically significant differences between mastery learning and conventional technique in learning some basic volleyball skills in favor of self - learning.Areas of Research : - Human field : a sample from student in second stage at College of Physical Education - University of Diyala - Temporal field : From 1 /6 / 2013 and till 1 / 10 / 2014. - Spatial field : The interior hall of volleyball at College of Physical Education - University of DiyalaChapter Two : Theoretical Studies and Related Studies In this chapter the researcher presented learning and motor learning, types and factors affecting it , the concept of mastery learning , the basic principles of merits and remedial styles as well as to the features , conditions, and uses of self - learning as well as the retention and the factors influencing it. Also the ways of measuring and basic skills in volleyball. Similar studies and finding the similarities and differences between them.Chapter Three : Research Methodology and Procedures The researcher selected the experimental design for its convenient to the nature of the study. The sample of study consisted of second grade students at college of physical education - university of diyala , the number of sample was (45) students distributed into three groups , the experimental group complied with (mastery learning technique ), the second experimental group complied with (self - learning technique ), while the third complied with conventional technique ), at the rate of two instructional sessions per week within a period of time which start from 1/10/2013 till 2/1/2013. The researcher applied retention test within learning material after passing eight days of ending learning skills. Chapter Four : Results, Analysis and DiscussionIn this section, the results are displayed through tables and charts, which are analyzed and discussed in a scientific style depending on the scientific sources.Chapter Five : Conclusions and RecommendationsIn the lights of the results of study , the researcher concluded the following conclusions : - 1 - The three instructional techniques ( mastery learning , self - learning, and conventional technique) have improved its influence on the process of learning and performance accuracy of basic volleyball skills , this is improved through the results of pretest and posttest for three groups.2 - The superiority of mastery learning technique appeared through the great influence of learning current skills in the meantime of providing more chance for learner through supplying enough time and the number of frequencies are needed in learning and continuous evaluation which are provide by the current technique.3 - There is development within the group that applied to conventional technique better than the group that applied to self - learning in some skills of current study.4 - The concordance of instructional techniques within theoretical material which are studied by learners may achieve positive results in learning and retention some volleyball skills.In the light of the current results, the following recommendations are stated : 1 - Conventional technique should not be concerned with through learning volleyball skills, but seeking for the new and variety in techniques that are suited with different grades.2 - The necessity of conducting master learning technique in other grades , ages, and different games.3 - The necessity of inserting mastery learning which is aimed at giving extra time in offering corrective feedback and illustrative information for basic skills in making using of educational process.4 - The necessity of conducting study used corrective techniques help in discovering the shortcoming to dealt with in learning skills comparing with remedial techniques in the current study.

Abstract: تطرق الباحث في الباب الاول الى اهمية التمرينات البصرية والتدريب البصري في تطوير قدرات اللاعب على تحقيق افضل مستوى من خلال تطوير قابليته على ادراك المتغيرات المتعددة المحيطة به اثناء المباراة والقدرة على التصرف بسرعة ودقة لاداء الواجب الحركي، فضلا عن فتح | In chapter one , the researcherdealt withthe importance of visual exercises and visual training in the development of player's capacity to achieve the best level through developing his/her ability to realize the multiple variables surrounding him /her during the game.Also the ability to act quickly and accurately in the performance of duty motor, as well as opening up new areas for novice applied research to identify the benefits of regular physical activity and practicing visual exercises orderly to develop the capabilities of the player's visual and cognitive work in turn on the development of accurate performance.The study problem lies in the lack of coaches' interestsdue to insertvisual exercises in the planning of the training modules, similar to physical and skills exercises to develop players' ability to be awareof their surroundings from different visual variables during the game, which will reflect negatively on the accuracy of their performance and the ability to choose the exact response required for duty motor performance on the one hand, while on the other hand, the researcher noted weakness in the accuracy of skills performance in current research.The current study aims at : 1. Preparing visual display exercisein volleyball for youth. 2. Identifying the effectof optical vision exercises in the development of surrounding areas perception in basic volleyball skills for youth.3. Identifying the effectof optical vision exercises in the development of some motor skills in basic volleyball skills for youth.4. Identifying the effectof optical vision exercises in performance accuracy of the basic volleyball skills for youth.The research hypotheses are; 1. There are statistically significant differences between pre and posttests in the surroundingareas perceptionin favor of posttest.2. There are statistically significant differences between pre and posttests in some motor abilities and in favor of posttests. 3. There are statistically significant differences between pre and posttests in performance accuracy of basic skills and in favor of posttests. In chapter two, the researcher tackled withvision and its relationship to motor performance and optical vision and its importance in the field of sports as well as the factors that must be met for the vision process and visual training, and then the realization of the surrounding areas and its main variables which included the visual field and the focusing power of vision , then the spilt - attention, emotional maturity, time reaction, motor capacitieslike fitness, compatibility and volleyball basic skills representing by;serving, setting, and blocking as well as studies related to the currentstudy. In the third chapter, the researcher used the experimental design in accordance with the suitability of the study problem and aims. The study sample consisted of youth volleyball players at Diyala province , the number of players are (16) of the season 2013 - 2014 who were intentionally selected, (3) players were excluded to conduct the three pilot studies, the final total of the sample was (13) players, the researcher conducted their homogeneity and equivalence , then the researcher deliberately determined the most important motor and basic skills to conduct the study and prepare optical vision exercises and exposing then to the experts in volleyball game and then testifying the pre - tests and after application optical vision exercises in the current study sample within training approach for (8) weeks, in the amount three units per week , in order to be (24) unit training, then the researcher conducted the tests under the same conditions of the pre - tests, as well as the use of appropriate statistical methods for data processing that have been obtained. In chapter five, the researcher deliberately researcher showed ,analyzed and discussed the results after statistically treatment, and then display the data in tables and graphs, the results indicate that there are statistically significant differences between pretest and posttest for the study sample in variables of surrounding areas perception, some motor skills and accuracy performance of basic skills and this is what achieved thestudy hypotheses and aims. The most important conclusions are : 1. The optical vision exercises havea positive effect on the development of awareness of the surrounding areas for young players in volleyball. 2. The optical vision exercises have a positive effect on the development of some motor skills (fitness and compatibility) for young players in volleyball. 3. The optical vision exercises havea positive effect on the development of some basic skills (serving, setting, and blocking) for young players in volleyball. The most important recommendationsare ;1. The need to apply the optical vision exercises on young players in volleyball2. The need to focus on activating the role of optical vision exercises to improve the basic skills in volleyball.3. The useof modern tools of modern sports equipment that depend on the improvement and development of visual abilities for players.

The hypermedia is one of the recent technological means that are used in the development of the educational process and to raise the efficiency of performance and to increase its effectiveness. This is can be used in all the sport skills to raise the player performance, and in its return will help to learn the fundamental skills of the sport activities in general and of volleyball in particular. Since there is no use of the learning devices for the novices, the researcher has prepared an educational program which used the hypermedia for learning the fundamental skills of defending and attacking.The objects of the study : 1. Conduct a scale of the mental perception of the two skills (passing) and (receiving) the ball for volleyball novices aged (10 - 12) years old.2. Figure out how very much hypermedia impacts on the development of the mental abilities of the of volleyball novices aged (10 - 12) years old.The assumptions of the study : 1. Using hypermedia in learning process is positively effect on the development of the mental abilities of the of volleyball novices aged (10 - 12) years old of the experimental group.2. Using hypermedia in learning process is positively effect on the development of the two skills (passing) and (receiving) the ball for volleyball novices aged (10 - 12) years old of the experimental group.The researcher has used the experimental approach of two experimental groups to carry out the goals of the study. The study has a research community and its sample group. The sample of the research is the volleyball novices aged (10 - 12) years old. There have been several procedures for the Homogeneity and parity between the two groups of the study and preparing the hypermedia program then the pre tests and statistics has been used for analyzing the results. Having done that the educational program has been discussed.The researcher has concluded the following 1. Using hypermedia in learning process is positively effect on the development of the mental abilities of the volleyball players of the first experimental group. 2.
