المستخلص: تعد السياسة الامريكية الخارجية بجانبها السياسي الامني من اهم المفردات التي تشكل احدى ادوات محور البناء والتغيير في منطقة الشرق الاوسط الموسع، وما يليها من مناطق مجاورة ، وذلك بعد انتهاء مرحلة الحرب الباردة، وتغير مراكز القوة العالمية، خاصة مع تصاعد مفاهيم مثل النظام الاقليمي، والاقليمية الجديدة، والامن الاقليمي والتي قد تبرز لتحل محل التعددية القطبية العالمية او على الاقل ستغير من مفهوم الهيمنة الامريكية على النظام العالمي الجديد. ولان القرن الحادي والعشرين بدا امريكيا بامتياز، فان الادارة الامريكية تحاول جاهدة فرض الصبغة الامريكية على هذا القرن حتى نهايته، او على الاقل حتى بداية ضعف الدولة الامريكية. ان منطقة الشرق الاوسط الموسع تمثل حالة من الوفرة في الموارد الطبيعية والديموغرافية فمن المؤكد انها ستمثل حالة من الوفرة ايضا في الخطط الامريكية التي ستؤدي الى تغيير المنطقة وفقا لتطلعات الادارة الامريكية وحلفائها، وبذلك تتناسب منطقة الشرق الاوسط الموسع مع التناغم الحاصل بين فوضى التغيير والنظام الاقليمي الجديد، والتي تمثل افضل السبل لجعل هذه المنطقة المشتعلة دوما باتون الحروب والصراعات اكثر ميلا نحو الاستقرار والسكينة وان تكلف ذلك مددا زمنية ليست بالقليلة او الهينة. وبالتالي فالادارة الامريكية امامها فرصة كبيرة في اعادة خلق المنطقة على وفق تخطيط استراتيجي اداري ناجح يتسم بصيغة المشاركة مع دول منطقة الشرق الاوسط الموسع والسماح بخلق محاور اقليمية جديدة تعتمد على تطوير نظامها الامني وربطه بالسياسة الامنية الامريكية والتي تفسح المجال امام القوة الذكية الامريكية لتؤسس مدارس فكرية جديدة غير بعيدة عن التوجه العسكري الامريكي ولا قريبة من التنازلات الخطيرة التي قد تغير من موازين القوى العالمية . | The American foreign policy is marked with political security one of the most important items that constitute one of the tools of axis construction and change in the broader Middle East, and its next neighboring regions, after the end of the Cold War era, and change centres of global power, especially with the escalation of concepts such as regional system, regional new, and regional security that may emerge to replace the multi - polar world, or at least will change the concept of American hegemony on the new world order , because the twenty - first century the start of U.S. par excellence, the U.S. administration is trying hard to impose American character to the end of this century, or at least until the beginning of the weakness of the American state.The broader Middle East region represents a state of abundance in natural resources, demographic. المستخلص: For a long time, governance was a syndrome of state sovereignty; the authority of governing all aspects of life in the frame of its regional existence. Its continuous pursue is that all remains under full control, in addition to its refusal to any foreign interference. Therefore the concept of a sovereign nation - state stood as an obstacle facing the process of dividing the authority of the state or even thinking of adopting any role opposite to that of its own. At the same time reality proves that no local or international tools have been developed in order to limit or hinder the power or authority of the nation - state. In that light there hasn't been a significant differentiation between the terms government and governance in the context of social sciences; governance never reached beyond the action of governmental institutions in a certain state. Both terms have been interchangeably used in their meaning and indication when dealing within the frame of nation state authority. This comprehension reflected on the subject of governance in international relations; studies appeared to attenuate centralized governance on international relations in order to reach peace, justice, no war, and organizing international affairs in the same manner of exercising them from inside the state; a vision that ultimately led to suggesting ideal theorists the concept of global governance in its different features.As globalization grows, it becomes more difficult for a state to exercise unlimited domination or produce an absolute social module that could be followed and scrutinized in an authoritarian way on its own and or territory. This kind of control has become totally unpractical. No matter how many institutions a state could build or laws it can legislate, it still remains short of imposing full control on its own lands. This crisis that hit the sovereign country accompanied the reality of governance sharing by other states. These out comers take part in setting standards and building basics and sometimes they might compete and triumph over the mother state itself. What was said represents the local level, and when speaking on the global level, globalization induced other forms of governance and authorities in the field of world policy, including the horizontal and vertical interactions ; sub state, supra state , and trans state, also including organizational initiatives presented by market institutions and the campaigns held by the international social movements. There is a focus on breaking the limits of a single state and heading towards a globalized governance system because of the narrow angle that conventional itself in when compared to a globalized system that enjoys trans - border reactions and exchange that seem to need more than a state's regulations to be controlled. At the same time many issues and problems came to surface that require international intervention. Awareness has also been raised concerning global threats that demand international action. Therefore the dominance of the nation state is gradually transforming towards to (post - national sovereignty) since it is losing its capacity to withhold its public affairs on both the local and international level. In addition to different sides emerging and taking a vital role in what was strictly in the hands of the nation - state alone. Representatives of nation - states today are obliged to be partners when exercising authority, with international organizations, multinational corps, and trans - national political and social organizations or movements in addition that those sides have a rising role in crystallizing interior affairs. This picture led to the demise of the main sign of conventional sovereignty in the past : borders and territory capture. In the light of what was mentioned above, researchers in the field of international relations, especially after the cold war, started the pursue to define modules other than that of a nation - state, as an alternative system. They developed their ideas and theories concerning global governance, and considering it the new analytical concept that describes world politics and power being spread and divided upon global level. Moreover, some researchers considered this a theoretical alternative for international relations perspectives.From this point, it becomes clear, why research in global governance is such an important issue. Since it is the theoretical alternative that could explain the breaking of states' power and how it spreads along different levels. Instead of the conviction that the nation - state reached its end socially and politically, and the retreat of its power, and the opinions that support the transformation of the state's powers and their direction towards a unified hierarchical structure (world government), theorists found a middle position between the chaotic demise of the nation - state and the central grip of the global government, by being more realistic and to the ground. They headed towards the global system that depends on different participating sides in managing state affairs. In addition to the importance of studying global governance by presenting explanations that apply to the global changes. Conventional analysis proved to be short from interpreting those changes in a realistic manner.

المستخلص: بدات الدعوة الى الاصلاحات الدستورية في الدول العربية منذ التغييرات الكبرى التي حدثت في العالم، خاصة في العقد الاخير من القرن العشرين بعد تفكك الاتحاد السوفيتي والكتلة الاشتراكية، وانهيار نظام القطبية الثنائية بانفراد الولايات المتحدة الامريكية في الساحة الدولية وطرح ما يسمى بالنظام الدولي الجديد، هذه الهيمنة السياسية والاقتصادية دفعت الى تصاعد الدعوات الى الاصلاح الدستوري ضمن اطار شعارات الديمقراطية وحقوق الانسان، وبناء مؤسسات المجتمع المدني وازدادت هذه الدعوات بشكل كبير بعد احداث 11 ايلول 2001 . وفي هذا السياق فقد مثل الاصلاح الدستوري في الدول العربية نوع من الاشكالية من خلال التناقض بين ما هو وطني وما هو عالمي، اذ ان الترابط ما بين مطلب الاصلاح وبين مطلب وضع الدستور وتعديله، هو ترابط تاريخي له ضرورات واقعية، فمن ناحية لا يمكن ضمان واستمرار واستقرار عملية الاصلاح بغير دستور يحميها، ولكن ليس الدستور فقط هو الضامن لعملية الاصلاح، اذ ان الدستور مهما كان صريحا واضحا، الا انه لا يمكن ان يضمن عملية الاصلاح الا اذا توافرت الارادة السياسية للنظام السياسي على البدء فيه او الاستمرار في دعمه وتطويره، فالاصلاح الدستوري هدفه احداث تغييرات ملموسة في بعض او جميع نصوص الدستور تقود في النهاية الى الاصلاح الشامل، اذ لا يمكن ان يتحقق اي اصلاح بدون اصلاح للدستور، ويتم ذلك من خلال وجود دستور يحدد العلاقة بين الحاكم والمحكوم وكيفية تشكيل السلطات العامة، وما مدى صلاحية هذه السلطات وما هي العلاقة بين كل سلطة واخرى، وان يكون هناك نص واضح يبين الحقوق والحريات العامة للمواطنين، واذا كان هناك دستور تجاوزه الواقع، فلا بد ان يتم اصلاح ذلك الدستور لينسجم مع الواقع القائم. وهنا يطرح الاصلاح الدستوري بهدف اصلاح القواعد الدستورية التي تشير عن سيطرة سلطة ما على بقية السلطات، او انتهاك حقوق المواطنين وحرياتهم، او تكريس نظام حكم معين. اما الاليات العملية لاصلاح الدستور فتنص عليها قواعد الدستور، وهي تختلف صعوبة او سهولة بحسب مرونة الدستور او جموده. كذلك فان الدستور هو انعكاس للظروف التي تعيشها الدولة، وعليه فلابد من تعديل نصوصه بما يتماشى مع تلك الظروف، والا حدث انفصام بين النص والواقع. اذ ان كثيرا من الدول العربية تخشى من اثارة فكرة اصلاح الدساتير رغبة في تحقيق وحماية الاستقرار، كما لو كان الاصلاح مهددا او معرقلا للاستقرار، وكيف ان الاصلاح قد يكون مطلوبا من اجل الاستقرار، وان عدم القيام بالاصلاحات الدستورية، او مقاومة متطلبات الاصلاح كثيرا ما كان من اسباب تهديد الاستقرار، وبذلك فقد اصبح الاصلاح الدستوري في الدول العربية هدفا ضاغطا وتحول شيئا فشيئا مع انكشاف ضعف الانظمة الحاكمة في الدول العربية وعجزها عن موازنة الضغوط الخارجية والداخلية، من خلال طرح اشكالية جديدة تتعلق بالعلاقة بين دور الداخل ودور الخارج في تحقيق الاصلاح الدستوري وضمان تقدمه ونجاحه.اهمية الدراسة : يعد الدستور اعلى مؤسسة قانونية في المجتمع، حيث يتضمن قواعد العمل السياسي المشترك ما بين كل قوى المجتمع للانطلاق منها وعبرها الى البرامج المختلفة لتلك القوى في داخل المجتمع عند الوصول الى السلطة، لذلك جاءت اهمية الدستور السياسة في الزام والتزام من في السلطة بتلك القواعد عند الممارسة السياسية. ان اجراء الاصلاحات الدستورية يقود الى ضرورة قبول كل قوى المجتمع بها، والزام الحكام بتطبيقها من خلال اولا الاتفاق على تحديد مجالاتها وثانيا السعي الى تطبيقها لمواكبة التحولات على الصعيدين الداخلي والخارجي.هدف الدراسة : تهدف الدراسة الى تتبع عملية الاصلاح الدستوري في الدول العربية منذ عام1991 - 2007، والمجالات الاكثر حضورا في تلك العملية. اضافة للبحث في مشاريع الاصلاح غير المنجزة ومجالاتها، ومعرفة التاثير السياسي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي لتلك الاصلاحات ومعرفة دوافعها الداخلية ومحدداتها الخارجية.فرضية الدراسة : تقوم الدراسة من اجل بلوغ اهدافها على فرضية اساسية مفادها : ان الاصلاحات الدستورية هي حاجة ملحة لمواكبة التحولات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية في اي دولة، وقد تبنت الدول العربية مجموعة اصلاحات دستورية منذ عام1991 الى عام2007، الا ان هذه الاصلاحات ركزت بالدرجة الاولى على متطلبات المجتمع الدولي من جهة ومنح الحكام صلاحيات اوسع من اجل ضمان البقاء في السلطة اطول فترة ممكنة. ومن اجل اثبات ما جاءت به الفرضية، كان لابد من الاجابة عن التساؤلات التالية : 1 - ما هي خصائص الدساتير التي يمكن اجراء الاصلاح عليها؟2 - ما هي التحولات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية التي تفرض عملية الاصلاح؟3 - هل للعوامل الخارجية اثر في توجهات الاصلاح الدستوري في الدول العربية؟4 - ما هو دور السلطات الحاكمة في تحديد مجالات الاصلاح الدستوري سواء على الصعيد الاجتماعي - الاقتصادي - السياسي؟5 - هل كان لمطالب المعارضة السياسية دور فاعل في عملية الاصلاح ومجالاته؟6 - هل افرزت هذه الاصلاحات عن نتائج ايجابية، ام بقيت غير مفعلة مبتعدة عن الواقع الاجتماعي - الاقتصادي - السياسي؟ منهجية الدراسة : ان المنهج هو الطريق الذي يودي الى الكشف عن حقيقة معينة، ويكون ذلك عن طريق مجموعة من القواعد والوسائل التي يتبعها الباحث للوصول الى هذه الحقيقة، ولذلك اعتمدت الدراسة من اجل التحقق من صحة الفرضية التي تقوم على منهجين هما : منهج التحليل النظمي الذي يقوم على جمع المعلومات واعتماد المنهج المقارن.اشكالية الدراسة : تبعا لما تقدم ذكره فقد باتت اشكالية الدراسة واقعا عمليا بين السبب وتفاصيله من ناحية الاصول والصياغة اذ تتجسد في تساؤلات عدة تضمنت : - ما هي الفائدة التي عادت على الدول العربية مما يطلق عليه بالاصلاح الدستوري؟ - وهل ما تم من تغيير او تعديل على نصوص الدستور يعد اصلاحا دستوريا حقيقيا؟ - وما هي القوى السياسية التي دفعت باتجاه القيام بتلك الاصلاحات الدستورية؟هيكلية الدراسة : تقوم الدراسة على هيكلية تتكون من مقدمة واربعة فصول وخاتمة وهي كالاتي : - الفصل الاول خصص للاطار النظري والمفاهيمي اذ سيتناول الاصلاح ومجالاته، من خلال ثلاثة مباحث. - الفصل الثاني فقد خصص للبحث في نشات وخصائص الدساتير في الدول العربية، من خلال ثلاثة مباحث . - الفصل الثالث فقد تناول دوافع الاصلاح الدستوري في الدول العربية من خلال مبحثين. - الفصل الرابع تناول الاصلاحات الدستورية ومشاريعها المستقبلية، من خلال مبحثين . | The interest of this study stand on the main changes that happened in the world, exclusively after the soviet union decline and socialist block, and the USA as a unipolar international system. The new world order pushed the states to take the constitutional reformation as one of the main issues, this issue developed after the 11 Sep. events and what were Arab States accused for it. The Constitutional reformation in Arab states occur between what's was democracy and what was nationally. And there was relationship between any reformation and the political will. Many of Arab states afraid to provoke the idea of constitution reformation in order to achieve and protect their stable. Because the Arab political regime saw that any constitutional reformation may threat their presence. Moreover the reformations goals in these states discovered it's weakened. Here, set some questions are : - What are the benefits that belong to Arab states from the constitutional reformation? - is what change to constitution considered as a really constitutional reformation? Study structure includes four units abstract and conclusion as below : - Unit one : aspects and theoretical frame in three chapters, the first : the aspects of reformation, second : reformation sides and its similarity aspects, third chapter : the constitutional reformation and its similarity aspects. - Unit two : the born and characterize of conditions in three chapters, first chapter : the beginning of constitutions born, second : the method of Arab constitutions, third chapter : the Arab states constitutions characteristics. - Unit three : the constitutional reformation in Arab states into two chapters, the first chapter : the legal, political, social and economic internal motivation, The second : political and economic external motivation of constitutional reformation. - Unit four : the constitutional reformation and its future protect into four chapter, first chapter : the political side, the second chapter : the social sides, human rights and public liberty, third chapter : economic sides and the last chapter : the main conditional reformation projects. Ended with abstract, conclusion and recommendations.Study conclusion : 1 - The Arab political regime has not the devise and will enough to act the constitutional reformations because they thought that and reformations threat their presence.2 - The importance of the Arab states constitutional reformation is very necessary because of threats and challenges that occur around them.3 - The constitutional reformations in many Arab states come from the political leadership alone and represented the decision maker vision in every change, after and remove constitutional provisions.4 - Major of constitutional reformation in Arab states occurs with isolation to their people and it seeks to control the power in one side without any participation in their life.5 - It's needed judicial and legislature reformations without any political obstacles that stop it like curfew.

المستخلص: ost of the countries in the world including the growing ones have carries out general repetition to their economical policies especially (industrial Policy) in order to be ready for facing any changes taking place and to be ready for 21st century just as looking for a place in international economic that its main sources distributed between liberation of international trade and probing deeply in details of excellent techniques.For this reason the computational abilities formed basic necessity for the state as well as for single producer and became train which drawing all other changes with it.The growing countries have realized these facts lately so they tried to improve their economic by depending on supposed forms of patterns that are published by international institutions (IMF, IBRD) in order to maintain or change the form of economic.The industrial sector did not be far from these changes but it was the important element of them especially that the policies of specialization amid it directly in order to reduce the support to this sector (Whether it includes goods for special or general benefit).And here the philosophy of change lies which means reducing the shortage in general budget of the state and prepare it to pay tits payable debts.We must refer here to the influence of (WTO) which affects all economic sectors including industrial one so that the liberation of international trade will dispose industrial goods in all countries to difficult challenges.The industrial policies used in Arabic countries led to emphasizes the deficion in form of their changing industries which made them lose the opportunity to support their competition abilities in order to face change that happened in international economic.This study depends on the program of research deals with general to special according to its point of view that all national (Local) and international environment play an important role in trace changing industry in addition to that it depends on description methods to analyze economical changes.The study has been divided to four sections, the first one included the main international changes that characterized last century such as establishment of many economical collections and organizing new agreements for international trade.The second section deals with economical policies and competitive ability international trace.Part of this study presents analyzing for the effects of industrial laws within the organization of international trade and possible profits which will given by general agreement of growing countries.This third section deals with challenges of international environment that faces Arabic industries and formal problems which they are suffer from as a result of general policies and changeable role of state. It deals also with what consider as a chances for region to improve the industrial sector.And work hardly to draw some important characters for industrial strategy to Arabic countries in order to support Arabic industrial abilities.

المستخلص: Many scholars have dealt with the conflict of the regional powers and the major international powers in South - Asia Region on various aspects. The Indian military and nuclear capabilities are considered major fields of political studies. Such research is conducted in the framework of the Indian political system, the Indian relationship with the Arabic Gulf countries and the role of the rising powers in strategic balance. Indian international status in the 21st Century is the main issue of the current study. These academic efforts are aiming at defining the strategic capacities that India has, since its role in the Asian - region shows a kind of dominance. Moreover India is not only a regional rising power but has a distinctive international role with the ambition of occupying a permanent seat in the United Nations. The importance of the theme of the current study can be summed up as an attempt to approve the following questions : What are the Indian potencies?What are the main issues affecting the international status of India in the post cold war era?And finally, what are the future outcomes becoming out of the international status of India in the 21st Century? Indian technological, economic and social developments can be considered the fruits of its democratic political system. Despites all multi - cultured nature with language and religion varieties, India established a strong democracy. This affirms an effective foreign political act to state India as a regional and international dominant power in the 21st Century.The study sheds light on certain basic dimensions showing the Indian political will of having the most affective external political act in and outside its region. It is clear that India is promoting a future international status in the post cold war era. The problematic issue includes an investigation of all the internal and external variables affecting the status of India. Internal ones include various political, economic, military, as well as social strengthening potencies. While the external ones are either regional or international. The first are focused on the Indian role in a direct conflict with Pakistan and China as part of its continuing struggle for power over prominent strategic issues. But India has very distinctive cooperative relations with both The United States of America and Federal Russia. It also has a very large bilateral economic cooperation with both Japan and Australia. The future prospects more points for powerful Indian role in the 21st Century.The study falls into four chapters. Chapter One deals with the theoretical frame. It is an introduction divided into two sections. The first section includes the conceptual bases, presenting the terminology of status such as the role, function, and position. Moreover a definition of the regional and international systems and their targets. The second section deals with the main political, military economic and social objectives and principles of the Indian strategy. Chapter Two deals with International potencies of India which are geographic, social, political and economic. All these show the impact of internal and external factors on the rising international political role of India.Chapter Three restricts the scope of the study to the post cold war era. Chapter Four prospects a future perspective of the Indian international status in the 21st Century. This shows three scenes : the first is the Indian dominance, the second is the Indian - American coalition and partnership, and the third is the Indian part in international alliance. Consequently India has spiritual as well as materialistic capacities enable it to achieve a very influential international role. The current study proves the hypothesis that India's potencies whether internal or external increase its international role and make it more effective. The researcher has arrived at some conclusions and presents a review of the main points, they are mainly : 1) Indian ambition never stops on the regional bordered limitations. It is not considered only a regional dominant power. And it has far challenging economic, military and political prominence over its neighbour, Pakistan. But it is an international power making efforts to get a permanent seat in the United Nations. 2) Indian - Pakistani relation in the post cold war era has been a continuation of the pre cold war relations. It is based on mistrust, violence and instability heading to arm struggle rather than cooperation. This makes it a more strategic manipulator in the region. While the Indian - Chinese relation is colored with cooperation supported by many Governmental official visits on both sides. Though these countries are still competing for a more influential regional role. 3) There is a wide range of mutual interests between India and the United States of America. This is resulted in a strategic collision to achieve their interests in economy, military and politics. Moreover India has established good friendship with Russia on every aspect to serve their regional interests.4) India has an effective role in the Asia - Pacific region that is limited due to the regional strategic balance. Indian diplomacy has accomplished a lot to achieve mutual understanding and stability in the region. Its part in the Pacific - APEC Economic Forum has helped a great deal to insure Indian economic as well as political status.

المستخلص: There is no doubt that the study of one of the future phenomenon , is a process of scientific research , starting from the past of the phenomenon , passing by it's present to look for it's future prospect and factor of change in it . The national security adviser to president (Carter) (Zbigniew Brzezinski) mentioned that (Future can and must be planned , without careful choice , change may cause anarchy) . In reference to the need to predict the future and a willingness to deal with it's variables .War , is one of the phenomena that accompanied time in all it's different dimensions , past and present and future . It is very old because it emerged with the emergence of human societies since the dawn of human civilization , and continues to the present day , and will remain to along time , as far as those communities remain . It is part of human nature which can not be changed , and the highest forms of conflict to resolve the contradictions . Reality proved the incorrectness of that point of view which has been spread after the end of the cold war in (1991) and resulted in apoint of view which stated that the phenomenon of the international conflict in general , including the phenomenon of war , will become a phenomenon of the past , or that the future wars will be conventional wars , the human is still in their planetary - level enough to destroy their planet hundreds of times , but that the land no longer satisfy their appetite and military instincts for destruction , and instead it is transmitted to space and stars war .In a world where technological development has become the key to progress , and competition intensified through technology , and which influence will be extended to the political , strategic and economic aspects , and working towards making technology a controlling factor which qualifyes it's adapter to have the control in any other field , the persistence of the war phenomenon makes it's study and understanding , as asperate which has it's rules and laws and governed by it's specific circumstances , and as a field generated and influenced by various political , economical and social fields , a vital issue , not only to the specialists , since that the management of the war and the development of strategies , is no longer the prerogative of the generals , but these strategies draw on the table of tables , rallied around the leaders , generals , technicians , scientists and the educated , even in the most developed countries . we do not mean that the study of war is a study of battles and military campaigns or to identify the types of weapons and others , but also be studied at a higher level which the level of strategy , operations and tactic .From here stems the problem of the study , that the future wars will view dramatic developments turnes concepts and standards known to the military affairs on it's head , as a result of the accumulation of the impact of the diversity and the evolution of multi - output revolutions , like technology , information , media and economy revolution , and other revolutions that have passed automatically to the military arenas . The contribution of the expert systems and equipments of artificial intelligence and neural networks and X - ray laser , as well as the robot and super computer in defining the target and turning it in moments , in addition to the contribution of algorithm schemes and communication equipment , as well as the development of theoretical and applied science in facilitating the full implementation of war training ahead of time , in a way that enhance success factors and causes of failure . Those contributions are important which lead us study this subject through raising main question : - How future wars will be with the development of military technology , and its recruitment in the means and tools of war ?To answer these questions , the study started from a hypothesis referring to that the recruitment of the technological development for military fields with armed forces , will alter the nature of future war , so that they accommodate with the challenges posed by the third wave at the military level . In the context of answering the question mentioned above, more than one method have been adopted , according to the requirements of the study , for example , including a historical approach in the study of campaigns and battles which have had a significant impact in the development of means and tools of war , and the diversity of strategies and tactics . and also a functional approach to search in the functions and contributions of the new fields of technological development . and also the future approach to predict some elements of future wars , with the benefit from the expertise of modern wars in the last decade of the 20th century , and the first decade of the 21 century . In the light of the hypothesis which has been put forward, and in order to demonstrate it , this thesis will be structured into four chapters provided to answer the question raised , in addition to a conclusion . In chapter one , I have had to study the technology and the war as a conceptual framework , the first section dealt with the concept of appealing against the terms of concepts and approach , while the second section dealt with the dialectic relationship between the two terms , and their effect on policy .Chapter two studied technological development and war in the 20th century in two sections . It tackled the development and war until the second world war in the first section . and during the cold war in the second.Chapter three focused on the development of technology and war after the Cold war and it's impact on military affairs , to deal in it's first section the new fields of technological development . In it's second section , it dealt with revolution in military affairs .Finally , the fourth chapter studied the technological development and the wars of the first decade of the 21 century , to deal in its first section the war waged on Iraq on 2003 as a case study . and the future of technological development and war , in its second section . In addition to the conclusion , summarizing the content of the thesis , and it's deductive and recommendations.It should be noted , that the study of the technological revolution and future wars , is not without a number of difficulties , such as : - The confidentiality of information relating to military affairs , in general , and the war strategies and management , specially . - Limitations and the obsolescence of the available information on the subject of study , particularly with regard to the phenomenon of war . the scarcity of information available in the base , and the descriptive nature of the شwars in the depths of history , each with their own conditions , and are leaving room for doubt one of the difficulties in the future research of this phenomenon .In the end , I ask God Almighty to make the pragmatic scientific work that involves service to the nation , the paper finds it's place in our Arabic library .

المستخلص: Importance of the subject : The study of the process of American strategic thinking about the case, but it is the study of the phenomenon of ever - changing, the United States of America to adopt its strategy depending on the nature of each stage pass out, so the future of our study of the status of Iraq in US strategic thinking begin studying the goals of the United States changing in Iraq, according to each down to goals and future determinants of its strategy in this country phase.There is no doubt that Iraq has an advanced position in American strategic thinking, Iraq and by its very nature geo - strategic (political, economic, and security) is a variable influential and influenced by the countries of the regional neighbors and thus on the overall US interests in the Middle East that combines strategic location and stores the energy features, this is perceived by the United States which formulate strategies one after the other.It also highlights the importance of our study of the subject, in many respects, and perhaps most important is the timing, as the current phase is one of the most intense phase of the evolution of the US approach toward Iraq forestry because of the security crisis experienced by Iraq in its fight existential terror that still occupy parts of it, and also because of the development of Middle East fragile region and in this context, this study will try to monitor and identify trends in US strategic thinking and the type of performance that US administration, current and future, to deal with the situation in Iraq in accordance with the objectives of the current strategic interests of the US or to be reformulated if what I thought the US make a lot of efforts to assert its influence in Iraq and gain a foothold permanent military presence have it.This study runs from the specific problem of the effect that there was an officer and future US vision on Iraq factors, particularly the (site of Iraq in the US war on terrorism, the need of the United States for Iraqi oil, the rise of the Iranian role, the interest of the United States in the Middle East) Despite from the fact that these factors are within an environment characterized by liquidity and the pace of change at short ranges, the interests of the United States and its role in Iraq and the size of the threat to make the decline in the status of Iraq is not an option acceptable to the United States of America in the future.According to the problem, this study aims to prove the validity of the hypothesis that there is a direct correlation between the level of place occupied by the Middle East region in the priorities of the US administration and the extent of its involvement in its files that (the war on terrorism, to contain Iran's rising influence, energy security, the security of traditional allies States United American) and the prestige that supposedly enjoyed by Iraq, and for the purpose of proving this hypothesis has to be to answer a number of questions : - What attributes of US strategic thinking and characteristics that distinguish it?What is the importance placed on Iraq in US strategic thinking ? - - What are the main changes witnessed by the strategic direction of the US towards Iraq since the end of the Cold War? - What are the main internal and external variables affecting the future of the prestige enjoyed by Iraq in US strategic thinking ?In light of the foregoing and through our treatment of the subject of the future of Iraq, the US position in the strategic thinking of the elements of this status enjoyed by Iraq is made up of several aspects, according to available upon this country and of the advantages of the elements of power : Politically, the Iraq of the US view is a political gravity force insurmountable within the ranges of the Middle East region, especially if re - relationship between Iran and its environs, as pose security agreements signed between Iraq and the United States in the content of public basic foundation of US military strategy in order to make Iraq a partner of the United States and among its allies in the war on terror.To determine the future of Iraq's place in American strategic thinking depends on the beginning of a series of issues that have a role in tipping Iraq's position or not in the formulation of a comprehensive US strategy for any US administration to come, whether or democratic republic, and most of these issues are : - The status of the Middle East in the American strategy : that the location of Iraq in the heart of the Middle East means self - evident that his place in US strategic thinking is the mortgage status of this region as a whole in the priorities of the American administrations, we have observed that the Middle East, the status of the decline in the US strategy for the South East region Asia - Pacific throughout the era of President Barack Obama has contributed to the decline in Iraq's position in the priorities of this administration, and therefore it would revive the trend of US interventionism in the affairs of the Middle East, again, that Iraq due course to the top of US strategic priorities. - The need of the United States for oil : the United States consume at present a quarter of global oil production, even though it has only 3 percent of global oil reserves, according to the statistics of 2015, saw the years between the years 2013 to 2015 US demand growth oil exceeds demand in China's growth (), so the United States consider to Iraq in the long term as a vital source for the future of energy in the world, as is expected, that Iraq would be his "biggest contribution to a great extent for the growth of global oil supply." , so the extent of the US need for oil will affect how much weight will have in the US strategic thinking. - المستخلص: تم تقديم دراسة منتظمة لطريقة هارتري - فوك غير النسبيه وكذلك نسختها النسبية (ديراك - فوك) لمعدل التوزيع. بالنسبه للطريقة غير النسبية؛ فقد تم اشتقاق معادلات هارتري - فوك وبشكل مفصل واخذ بنظر الاعتبار التصحيح النسبي (تاثير الكتله - السرعه وتاثير دارون وتاثير تفاعل البرم - المداري للاكترون) وقد اعتبر كرتبه اولى للاضطراب. اما بالنسبه للطريقه النسبيه؛ فقد تم اشتقاق معادلات ديراك - فوك واخذ بنظر الاعتبار تاثير تفاعل بريت كتصحيح نسبي للتفاعل الكولومي وقد اعتبر كرتبه اولى للاضطراب. تم تقديم معادلات عناصر المصفوفه لتفاعل بريت (الحد المغناطيسي والحد الارتدادي) لمعدل التوزيع. تم تقديم النتائج لبعض خصائص الذرات في المستوى الارضي(Rb, Zr, Pd, Sn, Cs, Ba, Lu, Ir, Hg, Tl, Bi, Rn ) وتمت مقارنتها بالنتائج العمليه. التاثير النسبي على طاقات الاغلفه الذريه مهم وخصوصا على الاغلفه الداخليه 1s و2s وهذا التاثير يكون محسوسا كلما ارتفع العدد الذري. يكون تاثير بريت حوالي %2 من تاثير التصحيح النسبي (تاثير الكتله - السرعه وتاثير دارون). حسابات هارتري - فوك والتصحيح ال | A systematic study of the non - relativistic Hartree - Fock method and its relativistic version, Dirac - Fock method for the average of configuration have been presented. In the non - relativistic case, a fully derivation of the Hartree - Fock equations were presented and relativistic corrections (mass - velocity, Darwin and spin - orbit terms) are treated as first - order perturbation. For the relativistic case, Dirac - Fock equations were derived, and Breit interaction operator is used as the relativistic correction for the interelectronic Coulomb interaction, and is treated as the first - order perturbation. Expressions for the matrix elements of the Breit interaction operator (magnetic and retardation terms) are given for the average of configuration. Numerical results of some atomic properties for the ground states of (Rb, Zr, Pd, Sn, Cs, Ba, Lu, Ir, Hg, Tl, Bi, Rn ) atoms computed and compared with their corresponding experimental values. The relativistic effect on the orbital energies is important on the inner shells especially for the 1s and 2s shells and this effect becomes more pronounced as Z increases. The contribution of Breit interaction is about 2% of the relativistic shift (mass - velocity and Darwin correction). The Hartree - Fock calculations and relativistic correction gives reasonably good approximation for heavy atoms while Dirac - Fock calculation and Breit interaction gives high precision calculations

تصميم حاسوبي لحزمة ايونية مركزة للمنظومة الليثوغرافية == Computer - Aided - Design Of Focused Ion Beam For a Lithography System

المستخلص: تم بناء تصميم متكامل بمساعدة الحاســــــــوب وباســـتخدام الطرق الامثلـــــــية لمنظومة بصــــرية ايونيــة ، وذلك بدمــــج طريقة البرمجة الديناميكية مــــــع طريقة تقنية الذكاء الاصطناعى.فقد تم الحصول على معامــــــلات الزيوغ النســـــبية الكروية واللونية اســــــــتنادا الى معامـــل الهــــــيـئة للمنظومات البصرية المثلى ، وحســـــــــب الاتى : ا. تصميم عدســـة مفردة ( كهربائية ومغناطيســــية).ب‌. تصميم منظومة بصرية مكونة من عدســتين كهربائيتين.ت‌. تصميم منظومة بصرية مكونة من ثلاث عدسات كهربائيات.ث‌. تصميم منظومة بصرية مختلطة العدسات (كهربائية ومغناطيســــية).كذلك تم تصميم اربعة انواع من العدسات الكهروستاتيكية مع نموذج لعدســة مغناطيســــية لاصــغر زيوغ بصرية ( المرتبة البصرية الاولى والثالثة) ، حيث تم اعادة بناء الاقطاب الكهربائية والمغناطيسية ثم رسمها لبعدين وثلاث ابعاد ببرنامج المحاكاة (SIMION(7 ، وبالاعتماد على قاعدة البيانات المخزونة (قاعدة المعرفة).هذه العدسات هى كما ياتى : • عدســة احادية الجهد (1) فى نمط التباطىء .• عدســة احادية الجهد (2) فى نمط التعجيل .• عدســة مغمــــورة.• عدســة الحاجــــــز.• عدســة مغناطيســــــية (1). تـــــم تصميم وكتابـــة الحزمة البرمجية بلغة الجافا منظومة الخبير (JESS) والبيســــــــك المرئى النســـــخة السادســـة (VB 6) اســتوديو ، وذلك للتحليل والحصول على حسابات الامثلية الكاملة للمنظومة البصرية الايونية.حيث تم تســمية تلك الحزمة CADION .ايضا تم استخدام توزيع الجهد المحورى الامثل لكلا المجالين الكهروستاتيكى والمغناطيسى ، بالاعتماد على الشـــــروط المحددة لبناء وتركيب العمود البصرى المكون من عدســـتين وثلاث عدسات ومختلط العدسات. تـــم حساب حجم البقعة لقياسات النانومتر وتم الحصول على قيم تقترب الى (3.0) نانومتر المســـــــــتخدمة فى تطبيقات تقنية النانومتر. وكذلك تــم اقتراح تعاريف ومفردات لبصريات الجســـيمات المشــــحونة باعتبار بعض النتائج محققة لعلاقة شـــــــبيهة بمدا اللادقـــــة. | A complete computer aided design (CAD) by using optimization methods for the ion optical systems have been developed, by mixing the dynamic programming procedure and artificial intelligence technique. The relative spherical and chromatic aberrations coefficients were obtained according to figure of merit for the following optimized optical systems : a. Single - lens design (electrostatic and magnetic). b. Two - lens system consists of two electrostatic lenses. c. Three - lens system consists of three electrostatic lenses.d. Multi - lens system (electrostatic and magnetic).Four types of electrostatic lenses and a magnetic lens model were designed as small as possible of optical properties (i.e. the first and third optical properties), and reconstructions of electrodes and pole pieces were plotted in two and three dimensions graphics by using SIMION 7.0 simulator depending on the stored database (i.e. knowledge base).These lenses are as follows : • Unipotential lens 1 (operated in deceleration mode).• Unipotential lens 2 (operated in acceleration mode).• Immersion lens.• Diaphragm lens.• Magnetic lens. Present software has been designed and written in Java expert system shell (JESS) and Visual Basic 6 (VB6) for optimizing and analyzing full calculation processes, it has called CADION package. The optimized axial potential distributions for both electrostatic and magnetic fields according to the constraints have been used in the optical column setup, which are two - lens system, three - lens system and multi - lens system. Spot size measurements were calculated in nano scales, which have values closed to (3.0) nm applicable in nano technology applications used in lithographic systems. Also, the present work has been suggested definitions and abbreviations in charged particle optics to be consider some of the results, as a verification of the uncertainty principle relationship like

المستخلص: In order to develop a effected method to reveal the presence of explosive, numerous detection techniques have been studied that are capable of detecting explosives, The current study provides an overview of the present techniques like LIBS which is an atomic spectroscopy, and examined a new technique for detecting called laser induced fluorescence (LIF).LIF essentially measures the optical emission of the excited energetic materials by laser. The use of LIF has led to the discovery of unreported optical characteristics of some compounds that are exclusive to the individual material, like the phase shift and the modulation depth of the fluorescence signals.A high resolution spectrometer is used to record the fluorescence emission wave length for three types of explosive materials, These optical characteristics consist of fluorescence shoulders of the three samples in the wave length between (300 - 370) nm .Using fast rise time photo multiplier and spatial amplification for the fluorescence signal enable us to detect the time domain fluorescence spectrum for three types of explosive materials (AN), (TNT),( C4) and other non - explosive material, this method used Carefully for 8m standoff detection, different type of substrate is examined to simulate the real scan, both the time domain and frequency domain is measured for efficient LIF spectroscopy that give us a total configuration of the tested sample.A library of a total time configuration for different type of material s spectrum enables us to develop a algorithms to distinguish between expl osive and non - explosive material. Used to develop a recognition program to achieve high sensitive detection system.

المستخلص: The current in this thesis research deals with the plasma sputtering which was used to deposit single and triple layers ceramics on (cpTi) and ( Ti - 6Al - 4V) alloy. Also ,in this work the in vitro electrochemical tests , formation of HAp by biomimetic process on the coated layers by the immersion in Simulated Body Fluid(SBF) at PH equal to 7.4 and room temperature was done . The single layer TiO2and HAp , multi - layer consist of TiO2 and Al2O3 were deposited on cpTi and Ti - 6Al - 4Valloy, followed by the deposition of third layer of HAp. The deposition conditions in the RF sputtering system such as vacuum pressure, substrate temperature, power, gas type, gas flow and deposition time were fixed for the sputtering system where as the distance between the target and the substrate was varied (9 and 7 cm). Structural analysis was carried out , on the deposited layers(single and triple) using X - ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Furrier Transformation Infra - Red (FTIR), Raman Spectroscopy and X - ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS). Elemental analysis for HAp deposited in the single and triple layer was done using Energy Dispersive X - ray Spectroscopy (EDS).To investigate the biocompatibility of coatings the formed layers, were immersed in (SBF) for one month. After one month the samples were taken and anlyezed using the same structural analysis techniques used before immersion. Electrochemical investigation was carried out on the deposited layers used Open Circuit Potential (OCP),Linear Sweep Voltage(LSV) and Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy(EIS) in SBF. The XRD structural results show that the formation of HAp which was dominated on the phase formation on the surface of the single and triple layers. Also another Calcium - Phosphorus compound phases are found such as Tri Calcium Phosphate(TCP), Octa Calcium Phosphate(OCP) and Calcium Phosphate(CP) along with small fractionIIof the Titanium phase belong the substrate .For TiO2 single layer, XRD pat reins shows the formation of the rutile TiO2which covered the substrate surface.Elemental analysis by using EDS for the single and triple layer deposited in cpTi and Ti - 6Al - 4Valloy shows the energy transitions belong to the dominated elements, Ca and P, which contained in the HAp layer that already showed by XRD. Surface analysis by XPS for immersed samples in SBF for one month show the bonding type and the compound that formed. The XPS results confirmed the SEM observation, the FTIR and Raman results. It was found from the XPS analysis that most of the compound covers the surface are belongs to the Ca - P companies to the carboxyl groups (C - O, C - H) and this was confirmed by the XRD investigation which show the domination of (HAp) in the highest intensity (211) reflection at 2θᵒ of 31.7 for the single and triple layer coating. The XRD results also show the disappearance of the other CaP compounds after one month of immersion in SBF like TCP and CP .The increase in the HAp concentration after immersion indicates the occurrence of the biomimetic process that increases the precipitation of Ca+ and P - from the SBF and the two roots combined together to form CaP compound that increases the HAp concentration. The electrochemical parameters predicted from corrosion test show the improvement in the corrosion resistance of both cpTi and Ti - 6Al - 4Valloy after coated by shifting the OCP toward the nobel direction which was the same behaviour for the corrosion potential Ecorr, and decreases in the corrosion current Icorr and the corrosion rate CR comparing to the uncoated specimens. The (EIS) measurements conformed the improvement in the corrosion parameters result of from OCP and LSV by the very low capacitance for the coated specimens compared to that for the uncoated one which means that the single layer and triple layer protect the surface by increasing the equivalent circuit impedance block

المستخلص: حضر فيرايت الليثيوم - نيكل النانوي ذو التركيب Li0.5 - 0.5xNixFe2. - 0.5xO4 بطريقة الهايدروحرارية وبمجموعتين من كلوريدات المعادن وكبريتات الحديدوز وهيدروكسيد الصوديوم. كل مجموعة تتصمن تغيير x بالقبم 0.1 و0.3 وحتى 1.0. المجموعة واحد بدون Fe2+ والمجموعة اثنين مع اضافة Fe2+ . النسبة Fe3+/ Fe2+ ابقيت ثابتة بمقدار 1.7، درجة حرارة التحضير كانت 155oC والدالة الحامضية مساوية لقيمة 11. كل التراكيب حضرت باستثناء المركب عند x=0 بدون اضافة Fe2+ والتي لم يتمكن من تحضيرها بهذه الطريقة تحت الظروف التجريبية المستخدمة. اظهرت النماذج سيادة طور سبنل فيررات بعد x=0.3 للمجموعة واحد وطور نقي عند x=0.3 باستخدام Fe2+ . ثابت الشبيكة للمجموعة اثنين اقل مما للمجموعة واحد. الحجم البلوري يصل لادنى قيمة عند x=0.5 للمجموعة واحد وتقريبا اعظم ما يمكن للمجموعة اثنين عند x=0. قمم اطياف تحت الحمراء لرباعي السطوح تزاح نحو الترددات الاعلى مع زيادة تركيز Ni2+. اشكال الجسيمات كانت : قضبان (غالبا للهمتايت) بمعدل قطر 40nm، وكروية(اصلها مكعبات فيرايت نانوية) بحجم حوالي 20nm. حلقات M - H امتلكت شكل الحرف S مماثلة للتي للسوبربارامغناطيسية. عموما فالنماذج المحضرة تمتلك اقل قاهرية (coercivity)، واعلى تمغنط اشباع (saturation magnetization) من الادبيات المنشورة. كلا المجموعتين امتلكت اعلى تاثرية عند x=0.5. وقد فسرت هذه النتائج على اساس التركيب وتوزيع الايونات الموجبة والتفاعل بينها وحجم الجسيمات. الامتصاص الرنيني للاشعة المايكروية باستخدام اختبار FMR اظهر ان القيمة الاعظم للتاثرية الخيالية χ″ هي عند x=0.5 للمجموعة وقيم عليا عند x=0.7 وx=0.9، واكبر عرض خط حوالي 950G عند x=0.7 . المجموعة الثانية اظهرت اعظم امتصاص(χ″) وعرض خط عندx=0.9 . بعدها تم الخلط مع ايبوكسي النوفالاك بنسبة وزنية 39.7 %. اختبار دائرة القصر - لقياس الرنين المغناطيسي بانعدام المجال قد اظهرت امتصاص للاشعة المايكروية لترددات اكبر من 19GHz. تفسير ان نماذج المجموعة اثنين تمتلك امتصاص اكبر من المجموعة واحد اعتمد على الموصلية التنقلية hopping وعلى تغير المعلمات المغناطيسية ( MsوHc). طريقة خط النفاذ باستخدام VNA في الحزمة - X والحزمة - Ku اظهرت ان خسائر العودة او الانعكاسRL تكون اقل ما يمكن عند x=0.3 للمجموعة واحد في الحزمة - X بينما ذلك عند x=0.3 وx=0.5 للمجموعة اثنين. اضافة Fe2+ يقلل القيمة الدنيا بعامل اكبر من 1.5. خسائر الادراج IL في الحزمة - X تتراوح بين - 4.5dB الى - 7dB . ان RL وIL في الحزمة - Ku تمتلك سلوك متشابه ولكن قيمها اقل. ان RL تصبح اقل ما يمكن عند x=0.5 وبقيمة - 18dB بينما كانت حوالي - 12dB باضافة Fe2+ . ومعدل قيمة IL في حزمة - Ku هي - 6dB. يلخص تاثير السمك بتحسين قيم RL وIL ولكن مع ازاحة القمم الدنــيا الى تــردد اقـل. ســمك بـمقدار 2mm يمـتلك RL< - 27dB وIL< - 19dB. | Nano Li - Ni ferrite samples having the structure Li0.5 - 0.5xNixFe2. - 0.5xO4 were prepared by hydrothermal method in two sets from metal chlorides, ferrous sulfate and NaOH. Each set implicated varying x through 0, 0.1, 0.3 to 1.0. The samples were without and with adding Fe2+. The ratio of Fe3+/ Fe2+ was kept at 1.7. The preparation temperature was 155 °C and pH was equal to 11. All composition was prepared except that for x=0 without Fe2+ which cannot be prepared under used experimental conditions. Samples showed dominant spinel ferrite phase beyond x=0.3 for set one and pure phase at x=0.3 with Fe2+ addition. Lattice constant of set two is slightly lower than set one and both are slightly lower than theoretical values. The crystallite size gets minimum at x=0.5 for set one and roughly maximum at x=0 for set two. Fourier Transformation Infrared (FTIR) spectrums tetrahedral showed peak shift to higher frequency with increasing Ni2+ concentration. Particles shapes were : rods (often hematite) average diameter 40 nm, spherical (nanocube ferrite in origin) sizing around 20nm. Hysteresis Loops have S - shape like to superparamagnetic one. Generally the prepared samples have lower coercivety Hc, higher saturation magnetization Ms compared to these in literatures. Both sets give maximum susceptibility at x=0.5. These results are explained based on composition, cations distribution, cation interactions and particle size. Resonance microwave absorption by using Ferromagnetic Resonance (FMR) test showed that the maximum imaginary susceptibility χ″ is at x=0.5 for set one besides high values of 0.7 and 0.9, with largest linewidth of about 950 G at x=0.7. Set two showed max absorption (χ″) and linewidth at x=0.9. Powders were then mixed with Novalac epoxy by 39.7 %wt. Shortcut - FMR test with no field showed that high absorption to microwave field for frequencies larger than 19 GHz. The explanation of that set two samples have larger absorption than set one is based on hopping conductivity and magnetic parameters (Ms and Hc) variation. Transmission line method by using vector network analyzer in X - band and Ku - band showed that return (reflection) loss RL got minimum at x=0.3 in for set one in X - band whereas that happen at x=0.3 and x=0.5 for set two. Adding Fe2+ lowered the minimum by a factor of more than 1.5. The insertion losses IL in X - band ranging from - 4.5 to - 7 dB. RL and IL in Ku - band have same behavior but their values are lower. RL got minimum at x=0.5 with value of about near to - 18dB whereas it was around - 12dB by adding Fe2+. Average IL in Ku - band - 6dB. Thickness effect is abstracted by enhancing RL and IL but shifting the minimum of peaks to lower frequency. 2mm thick has RL< - 27dB and IL< - 19dB.

المستخلص: The concept of q - deformation has found many important applications in a variety of fields in physics, such as quantum optics, atomic physics, solid state physics, nuclear physics and cosmology. This has motivated its extension to many well - established other concepts such as coherent states well - known in quantum optics. On the other hand, the interpretation of the physical meaning of the q - deformation remains an outstanding problem.The present work is an attempt to apply the concept of q - deformed coherent states to solve this interpretation problem. The q - deformed 1 - D quantum harmonic oscillator is used as a model for the application of the methodology of using q - deformed coherent states to solve this problem. This is achieved by first deriving the classical Liouville equation for the q - deformed 1 - D classical harmonic oscillator in the undeformed and deformed oscillator phase spaces. Then, this equation is solved by using the method of characteristics which gives the classical probability distribution function for this oscillator in phase space. The behavior of this function is then investigated by using a computer visualization method based on a computer program constructed in Mathematica® language.On the quantum level, the Heisenberg equation of motion for the density operator corresponding to this 1 - D quantum harmonic oscillator is expressed in the present work in terms of the standard quasiprobability distribution functions, again in the deformed and undeformed phase spaces. This helps to derive the quantum Liouville equations for this q - deformed oscillator in these phase spaces. The classical limits of these resulting Liouville equations are then approached by extending a standard procedure based on the non - deformed coherent states to the q - deformed case. In addition to the application of the standard q - deformed coherent states, a novel approach based on q - deformed coherent states due to Arik and Coon is also employed in this investigation.The results of detailed mathematical derivations in this process of approaching the classical limit reveal that this limit is statistical in nature. This is similar to the case of the ordinary undeformed oscillator which has been proved previously.They also reveal, together with the complementary computer visualizations, more information about the physical meaning of the q - deformation. This includes the observations that the q - deformed 1 - D oscillator can be interpreted as a nonlinear oscillator where the nonlinearity parameter depends on . Also, the behavior of the classical limits of the quantum Liouville equations for this oscillator is observed to show whorl shapes that can be contrasted with their classical analogs.This whorl shape behavior can be considered as a phenomenon connected with q - deformation in general; the anharmonic oscillator being a special case.Some connection with phase space having a non - commutative geometry, resulting from q - deformation, also finds evidence in some of the results presented in this thesis.

المستخلص: In this project we constructed a DC sputtering system for thepreparation of BiR2RTeR3R (Bismuth Telluride) thin films. BiR2RTeR3R and itsZnRxRBiR2 - xRTeR3R alloys which were prepared in this work by solid solutionas bulk samples and by D.C. sputter as thin film samples. Bothsamples are characterized by X - ray Diffraction Pattern (XRD) and byGrazing Incident Small Angle X - ray Scattering (GISAXS) for thinfilms that have small thickness less than 100 nm. Thin films sampleswere prepared under different deposition conditions (differentdeposition time, different pressure, different voltages and differentelectrodes distance). (XRD) and (GISAXS) results showed that theprepared BiR2RTeR3 Rwas polycrystalline and has high direction at (015)plane in 2????=27.37 ͦ while its alloys at (0015) in 2????=45.12 ͦ and theintensity of the peak increase by increasing Zn amount indicateincrease this plane density. For thin films the (XRD) results show thatthin film prepared under deposition conditions of (0.06 mbar, 900volt, 1 hour, 100 mA and 1cm electrodes spacing distance) areamorphous at thickness less than 200 nanometer and polycrystalline ifthe thickness increases more than 250 nm. A shift in planes presenceis due to the creation of (ZnTe) compound and increase in grain size.Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) was used to estimate the average grain size of thin film prepared, results showed different average grain sizes depending on the system type and system parameters, also depending on the target composition. DC sputtering system showed lesser average diameter and high roughness that indicates DC sputtering system is suitable for long time deposition high efficiency TE thin film. To investigate the structure of samples Scan Electron Microscopy (SEM) was used and High Resolution Transmission Electron Microscopy (HRTEM) to evaluate the nano inclusion of solid solution.Thickness of some sample was examined by SEM technique where thicknesses of 23 nm, 46 nm and others are estimated. HRTEM Techniques are used to identify the shape of the low dimensions structure produced in the project. It is found that there are particles size with diameter rang about (66 - 107 nm) having uncontrolled shapes and size which were discovered in samples besides nano inclusions of Zn and ZnTe phase.Thermoelectric properties (Seebeck, power factor, conductivity and figure of merit) of all samples (bulk, thin films) were tested .The results show that the maximum Seebeck coefficient for Bi2Te3 as a bulk is (67.02 μV/K) at T=373 ͦ K while adding Zn enhance this value to (123.96 μV/K) at 363 for Zn0.1Bi1.9Te3 and (224.6 μV/K) for Zn0.2Bi1.8Te3 at 348 K and (189.6 μV/K) for Zn0.3Bi1.7Te3 at348 K. on other hand the thin films prepared have larger thermoelectric properties i.e. high seebeck coefficient, high power factor, high electrical conductivity and high figure of merit for all four alloys.

المستخلص: A systematic study of isotope chains in the rare - earth region is presented. For the chains 144, , , and 150, energy levels, E2 transition rates, and two - neutron separation energies (SNd15460−Sm16014662−Gd16214864−Dy16666−2n) are described by using the most general (up to two - body terms) IBM - 1 Hamiltonian. For each isotope chain a general fit is performed in such a way that all parameters but one are kept fixed to describe the whole chain.In this region, nuclei evolve from spherical to deformed shapes and a method based on catastrophe theory, in combination with a coherent state analysis to generate the IBM - 1 energy surfaces, is used to identify critical phase transition points.The approach used to fix the Hamiltonian parameters leads to a very good global agreement with the recent available experimental data corresponding to excitation energies, B(E2)’s and S2n values. In particular, an excellent agreement with the measured S2n values is obtained, which is considered a key observable to locate phase transitional regions. The analysis presented here is consistent with previous CQF studies in the same region. As a result we find that 148Nd and 150Sm are the best candidates to be critical, but we should remark that 150Nd and 152Sm are not far away from it.

المستخلص: تم استخدام التقريبين التحليلي والتركيبي لطريقة الامثلية في الدراسة الحالية لايجاد التصميم الامثل للحارفات المغناطيسية والكهروسكونية التي تعطي اقل زيغ كروي ولوني. استخدم التقريب التركيبي في حسابات الحارفة المغناطيسية وتم استخدام ملف الانحراف ذو النير الراكب (saddle yoke deflection coil) مصدرا للمجال المغناطيسي، عدة نماذج لتوزيع المجال المحوري استخدمت في الحسابات وكذلك تم استخدام انموذج جديد تم اقتراحه في الدراسة الحالية. فكرة العدسة الشيئية المتحركة اعتمدت في حسابات مجال الانحراف، زيوغ الانحراف خفظت لكل انموذج لتوزيع المجال بتغيير شكل ملف الانحراف، حيث غير الطول والزاوية. باستخدام امثل توزيع للمجال المحوري لكل حالة تم ايجاد تصميم قطع القطب التي تعطي توزيعات المجال هذه باستخدام طريقة اعادة البناء.في حسابات الحارفة الكهروسكونية، كل من التقريبين التحليلي والتركيبي استخدما لايجاد التصميم الامثل الذي يعطي اقل زيغ. تم اولا، استخدام التقريب التحليلي لدراسة بعض تصاميم الحارفات الكهروسكونية والتي تتكون من صفيحتين متوازيتين؛ الوصول للامثلية تم بتغيير الشكل الهندسي للحارفة عن طريق تغيير ابعاد الصفائح المتوازية. ثانيا، التقريب التركيبي استخدم لايجاد اقل قيم للزيغ باستخدام توزيع جديد اقترح في الدراسة الحالية للحارفات الكهروسكونية تحت البحث. شكل الحارفة تم ايجاده باستخدام طريقة اعادة البناء.اخيرا، الحارفات المغناطيسية والكهروسكونية جمعـت وركبت لتعطي عامود كامل لانظمة الانحراف ورسمت مقاطع مستعرضة لمسارات الحزم.

المستخلص: يعد موضوع " نظرية التقريب " احد اهم المواضيع في الرياضيات التطبيقية لما له من دور كبير في شتى اصناف العلوم. وكحالة خاصة من هذا الموضوع هناك نوع من الدوال تسمى دوال السبلاين، حيث اثبتت هذه الدوال كفائتها في العديد من فروع الرياضيات منها التحليل العددي، المعالجات العددية للمعادلات التفاضلية الاعتيادية والجزئية بالاضافة الى المعادلات التكاملية والاحصاء، الخ.الهدف الرئيسي للاطروحة يدور حول محورين مهمين وهما : 1 - تقريب الدوال باستخدام نوع خاص من دوال السبلاين والذي يدعى "سبلاين - G" وقد تم دراسة هذا الموضوع بالتفصيل بالاضافة الى برهنة نتيجة وبعض القضايا المساعدة من اجل تحقيق خاصية الكمال.2 - تقريب السطوح باستخدام دوال " السبلاين - G " (تعميم صيغة الـ "سبلاين - G" الى فضاءات ثنائية الابعاد). حيث تضمن ذكر نص وبرهان نظرية الوجود والوحدانية لهذه الصيغة بالاضافة الى نص وبرهان نظرية تثبت بان هذه الصيغة هي الصيغة المثلى. | The first objectives of this thesis, is oriented towards function approximation using special type of spline, which is called the "G - spline" including the details of the subject and the proof of some lemmas and corollary for completeness.The second objective of this work is the generalization of G - spline functions for two - dimensional spaces including the statement and proof of the existence and uniqueness theorems as well as the statement and proof of the optimality of two - dimensional G - spline functions.

دراسة تحليلية وطرق تقريبية لحل المعادلات التفاضلية الجزئية ذات الرتب الكسرية == Analytical Study and Approximated Methods for Solving Fractional Order Partial Differential Equations

المستخلص: الاهتمام الاساسي في هذه الاطروحة ينصب على تاسيس خلفية نظرية لتعريف ريمان - ليوفيل (Riemann - Liouville) للاشتقاق والتكامل الكسري لدالة لاكثر من متغير وكذلك حل نوع معين من المعادلات التفاضلية الجزئية ذات الرتب الكسرية باستخدام بعض الطرق التقريبية، حيث تم استخدام نظرية النقطة الثابتة (Banach fixed point theorem)لبرهان وجود ووحدانية الحل لهذا النوع من المعادلات. تم استخدام طريقتين من طرق البواقي الموزون (weighted residual method) وهما طريقة التجميع (collecation) وطريقة كاليركن (Galerkin) لمعالجة هذه المعادلات بصورة تقريبية، حيث تم استحداث صيغة جديدة للتقريب باستخدام متعددة الحدود ثنائية الابعاد (two dimensional polynomial approximation) وتم استخدامها لتقريب الدالة المجهولة. كذلك تم برهان قضية مقترحة (proposition) لايجاد شكل عام للمشتقة الكسرية لهذا التقريب. وقد تم استخدام هذا الشكل العام لانشاء طريقة جديدة بسيطة كفوءة والتي تم تسميتها طريقة التقريب بمتعددة الحدود ((polynomial approximation method. اضافة الى ذلك فقد تم مناقشة تقارب واستقرارية الطرق التقريبية الثلاثة. وفي النهاية تم كتابة برنامج لكل واحدة من هذه الطرق باستخدام MatLab (v. 6.5). | This thesis is concerned basically with establishing theoretical background for the Riemann - Liouville definition of fractional differentiation and integration of the function of several variables and solving certain type of fractional partial differential equations using some approximated methods. Banach fixed point theorem has been used to prove the existence and uniqueness of a solution to this type of equations. Two weighted residual methods (collocation and Galerkin) have been used to treat these equations approximately, where a new formulation for the two dimensional polynomial approximation has been established and used to approximate the unknown function. Also, a proposition has been proved to find a general result for the fractional derivative of this approximation. This general result has been used to construct new simple, but efficient, method called polynomial approximation method. Moreover, the convergence and stability of all the three approximated methods have been investigated. Finally, a program for each one of these methods, has been written with the aid of MatLab (v. 6.5) in order to take the whole benefit of these techniques.

المستخلص: تم تحضيراثنان من البوليمرات متشابكة الاول بواسطة بلمرة التكثيف من تفاعل (Glycerol) و(Triethanol amine ) مع(. (Maleic anhydride والبوليمر الثاني بواسطة بلمرة الجذور الحرة من تفاعل (Acrylamide ) و((Bisacrylamide مع ((Ammonium persulphateو((TEMED تم تشخيص الناتج بواسطة تحاليل الاشعة تحت الحمراء وال(X - ray) حيث ا وجد ان البوليمر الناتج من هذا المزيج يملك الصلادة العالية وسهولة الطحن. استخدم البوليمر الناتج كطور ثابت في الفصل الكروماتوغرافي السائل العالية الاداء. تم تعبئة هذا الطور الثابت في عمود من الفولاذ المقاوم للصدا، وتم قياس كفاءة العمود المعبا الجديد بحساب عدد الصفيحات النظرية. الارتفاع المكافىء للصفيحات النظرية، عوامل الاستيعاب، عوامل الانتقائية، وعدم تماثل القمة بواسطة محاليل مختلفة على العمود الجديد باستخدام اطوار متحركة مختلفة النسب وسرعة جريان ثابتة.تم تحليل المركبات الدوائية باستخدام العامود الاول، حيث تم فصل( Amiloride , Furosmide وAtenolol) بواسطة استخدام خليط بنسب مختلفة (buffer phosphate at pH 8 : 20% methanol : 80%) كطور متحرك ومعدل جريان (1ml/min) وطول موجي 233nm وكذلك باستخدام العامود الثاني، تم فصل المركبات الدوائية باستخدام خليط بنسب مختلفة (Buffer phosphate at pH 6 : 10% ethanol : 90%) كطور متحرك ومعدل جريان (1.2ml/min) وطول موجي 233nm وحللت بعض الاحماض الامينة(Phenylalanine, Tryptophane, Tyrosine) باستخدام (buffer phosphate at pH 6 : 15% methanol : 85%) كطور متحرك ومعدل جريان (1ml/min) وطول موجي 245nm باستخدام العامود الاول وكذلك تم تحليل هذه الاحماض الامينة باستخدام (buffer phosphate at pH 6 : 5% ethanol : 95%) كطور متحرك ومعدل جريان (1.2ml/min) وطول موجي 245nm باستخدام العامود الثاني وكذلكم ت تحليل فيتامين E (Acetonitrile 100%) كطور متحرك ومعدل جريان (1ml/min) وطول موجي 229nm باستخدام العامود الاول وان فصل جميع هذه المركبات قورن مع فصل هذه المركبات باستخدام عامود C - 18. وكان لكل من المركبات المحللة وقت احتجاز مختلف عن الاخرى بالاضافة الى انتقائية مختلفة مما سمح بفصل المركبات الدوائية ,الاحماض الامينة وفيتامين E المحللة وقت احتجاز مختلف عن الاخرى بالاضافة الى انتقائية مختلفة مما سمح بفصل المركبات الدوائية والاحماض الامينة وكان المنحنيات المعيارية للمركبات المحللة كانت خطية من الحد الادنى لكشفها الى 10 جزء بالمليون مع عامل ترابط يتراوح بين 0.9993 ـــ 0.9999 وكانت حدود الكشف تتراوح من 0.05 ــ 0.1 جزء بالمليون.

المستخلص: Novel series of 14 (urea and thiourea) derivative compounds were prepared from reaction of urea and thiourea with aromatic amine compounds (homocyclic and heterocyclic), in addition to preparation of 6 Schiff bases (C=N) compounds that were prepared from reaction of some derived compounds with benzyldehyde in this study. All the 20 prepared compounds were characterized according to F.T.I.R. spectra, purities were examined by T.L.C., and the melting points were measured to identify each of them.From November 2005 through March 2006, a sample of (urine and sera) from 200 patients suffering U.T.I. and urinary stone attending (Diwaniya Teaching Hospital, Pediatrics and Gynecology Teaching Hospital, Health Centers and Private Clinical Laboratories) in Diwaniya, another sample was collected from 100 healthy persons as a control group.The inhibition activity was measured for each of 9 commercially used antibiotics, and for the all prepared compounds in vitro against Proteus bacteria isolated from patients under this study and identified by valid laboratory methods (Api - 20E method).From (renal and bladder) 13 stones were collected from patients to detect the type of each stone by qualitative chemical analysis. Also the level of blood urea, serum uric acid, random blood sugar, serum creatinine and serum calcium, was measured for all samples in this study.This study shows the following results : Bacterial growth for Proteus and other kind of bacteria were found in 138 patients out of the 200 (69 %), while Proteus spp. was isolated from 23 representing by 16.66 % of Proteus spp. out of the 138 patients of U.T.I.. Results of biochemical tests showed that Proteus mirabilis was found in 21 isolates with 91.3 %, and Proteus vulgaris in 2 isolates with 8.7 %.Erythromycin was found to have the lowest inhibitory activity against Proteus spp. isolates with a percentage of resistance 86.9%, while Gentamycin have the highest inhibitory activity with a percentage of resistance 4.3 %. In bacterial sensitivity test among the 9 antibiotics was commonly used in this study.The prepared compounds showed inhibitory activity against growth of isolated Proteus spp. in (19 out of 20) compounds, [N - (5 - phenyl - 1,3,4 - thiadiazole) - 2 - ylthiourae] shows the highest inhibition activity with a diameter of inhibition zone 30 mm., while the [ N - pyridine - 4 - ylurea] shows no such activity in the same concentration, as compared with Gentamycin antibiotics which shows 18 mm diameter of inhibition zone.Struvite stones were commonest type of stones in patients with 61.5 %, followed by apatite carbonate stones with 30.7 % then mixed stones with 7.85 %.Statistical analysis shows a significant difference (P < 0.05) of the levels of blood urea, uric acid, serum creatinine and serum calcium for the patients when compared to that of control group. While no significant difference (P > 0.05) is observed or the R.B.S. level between the same groups.

محاكاة التحليل بالتنشيط النيتروني باستخدام طريقة مونتي كارلو وتطبيقه لنماذج بيئية == Simulation of Neutron Activation Analysis Using Monte Carlo Method and Application for Environmental Samples

المستخلص: تم تصميم ودراسة منظومتين للتحليل بالتنشيط النيتروني وفي كلا المنظومتين تم استخدام Am - Be كمصدر نيوتروني. احدى المنظومات استخدم فيها مصدرين من ال Am - Be مختلفي الفيض النيتروني تم محاكاتها نظريا لحساب توزيع الفيض النتروني على طول محور التشعيع باستخدام طريقة مونتي كارلو وحزمة برنامج Geant4 ذي خصائص البرمجة كائنيه المنحى . تمت مقارنة نتائج المحاكاة المستحصله للمشعع النيتروني البرافيني مع مشعع نيتروني مائي افتراضي وقد اظهرت النتائج ان توزيع الفيض النيتروني على طول محور التشعيع بالنسبة للمشعع المائي كانت اعلى منها للمشعع البرافيني . تم حساب الفيض النيتروني الحراري (تحت الكادميوم ) وفوق الحراري والسريع (فوق الكادميوم ) عمليا للمشعع البرافيني على طول محور التشعيع ومن ثم مقارنتها بالنتائج النظرية وكانت النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها متطابقة الى حد بعيد. استخدمت نفس هذه المنظومة لقياس تركيز النحاس في بعض المركبات وبتركيز ولغاية 10 ملغم، كما وتم تقديره في بعض المحاليل المائية المحضرة قياسيا بعد زيادة تركيزه.المنظومة الاخرى كانت لتحليل بالتنشيط النيتروني الاني وقد استخدمت بعد ان تم تضبيط جميع المعاملات الخاصة بها وتم استخدامها لقياس تراكيز كل من الزئبق والكوبالت والكادميوم حيث تم قياس تراكيز هذه العناصر بعد ترسيبها باستخدام كبريتيد الهيدروجين لزيادة تركيزها.تم تعيين محتوى الزئبق لمركبات كيميائية قياسية مختارة ولنماذج ماء بيئية مختلفة وكانت ظروف القياس 0,2 - 0,7 MeV منطقة الطاقة و15 دقيقة زمن القياس وكاشف نوع 3x3 NaI(Tl) . وكانت حدود الكشف 10 جزء بالمليون.تم تعيين محتوى الكادميوم لمركبات كيميائية قياسية مختارة ولنماذج ماء بيئية مختلفة وكانت ظروف القياس 0,35 - 0,8 MeV منطقة الطاقة و10 دقيقة زمن القياس وكاشف نوع 3x3 NaI(Tl) وكانت حدود الكشف 2 جزء بالمليون.تم تعيين محتوى الكادميوم لمركبات كيميائية قياسية مختارة ولنماذج ماء قياسية مختلفة وكانت ظروف القياس 0,1 - 0,3 MeV منطقة الطاقة و10 دقيقة زمن القياس وكاشف نوع 3x3 NaI(Tl) . وكانت حدود الكشف 100 جزء بالمليون. | Two neutron activation analysis systems were designed and studied. Americium - beryllium (Am - Be) was employed as a neutron source in both systems. Two different types of neutron sources (which differ in neutron flux) were used. One of them was used paraffin moderator which was theoretically simulated using Monte Carlo method by GEANT4 package program of objective oriented programming. Theoretical calculation results of neutron flux to the paraffin was compared with virtual water irradiators and these result showed the neutron flux distribution along the irradiator axes of water irradiator greater then paraffin irradiator. The thermal (under Cd) and fast (over Cd) neutron flux were calculated along the irradiation axis and compared to the experimental measurement. This comparison showed a good degree of agreement. This system (paraffin irradiator) was used to measure the copper content in some chemical compound and standard solutions after pre - concentrated by sulfide.Another system for prompt neutron activation analysis was optimized and used to measure the concentrations of mercury, cobalt and cadmium after their precipitation with H2S to concentrate them.The mercury content of various selected chemical compounds and environmental water sample after preconcentrated were determined. The optimization parameters of the measuring system were 0.2 - 0.7 MeV energy region, 15 min measuring time, and 3x3 NaI(Tl) detectors. The detection limit was 10 ppm. The cadmium content of various selected chemical compounds and environmental water sample after preconcentrated were determined. The optimization parameters of the measuring system were 0.35 - 0.8 MeV energy region, 10 min measuring time, and (3x3) NaI(Tl) detectors. The detection limit was 2 ppm.The cobalt content of various selected chemical compounds and standard solution after preconcentrated were determined. The optimization parameters of the measuring system were 0.35 - 0.8 MeV energy region, 10 min measuring time, and (3x3) NaI (Tl) detectors. The detection limit was 100 ppm.

تحضير ودراسة خواص مركبات بلورية سائلة كاطوار ثابـتـة في كروماتوغرافيا الغاز == Preparation and Characterization Of Liquid Crystalline Compounds as Stationary Phases in Gas Chromatography

المستخلص: تتضمن الاطروحة تحضير المركبات البلورية السائلة 4،4/ - بس - (4 - بروبوكسي بنزيليدين امينو)باي فنيل (2b) ، و2،5 - بس - [4 - (4/ بروبوكسي بنزيليدين امينو)فنيل] 1،3،4 اوكسادايازول (1f). تم تشخيص المركبات المحضرة، نوعيا باستخدام الطرائق الطيفية والمتمثلة بطيف الاشعة تحت الحمراء FTIR ، طيف الرنين النووي المغناطيسي1HNMR ، وباستخدام تحليل العناصر لكل من الكاربون، الهيدروجين والنيتروجين. كذلك تم دراسة الخواص البلورية السائلة للمركبات المحضرة باستخدام مسعر المسح التفاضلي ومجهر الضوء المستقطب المزود بمنصة تسخين، ولقد لوحظ ان هذه المركبات لها مدى ميزومورفي واسع مما يعطيها اهمية في استخدامها كاطوار ثابته في كروماتوغرافيا الغاز.لقد تم استخدم المركبين 2b و1f كاطوار ثابته بتحميلها على الساند الصلب كروموسورب وبنسب تحميل مختلفة (1%، 3%، 20%). تم تعبئة الاطوار الثابته في اعمده فولاذية، واستخدمت في فصل الهيدروكاربونات الاروماتية ( النفثالين، اسينافثين، اسينافثيلين، فينانثرين،انثراسين، والبايرين)، الكحولات (ميثانول، ايثانول، 2 - بروبانول، و1 - بروبانول)، وكذلك الايزومرات (اورثو، ميتا، بارا - زايلين). تم دراسة الخواص الكروماتوغرافيه للاعمدة المحضرة في درجات حرارة مختلفة، حيث استخدمت المديات (140 - 320) درجه مئوية للمركب 2b و(170 - 280) درجه مئوية للمركب 1f. تم اختبار ظروف الفصل للاعمده وذلك من خلال حساب عدد الصفائح المؤثرة في العامود ومعامل الفصل، ولقد لوحظ حدوث ظاهرة الطبخ الحراري بالنسبة للطور الثابت 2b مما سبب انخفاض في درجة الانتقال الحراري من الطور الصلب الى النيماتي، لذلك تم فصل الكحولات عند درجة الحرارة 180 درجه مئوية خلال العامود 20% 2b، وعند درجة الحرارة 240 درجه مئوية تم فصل الهيدروكاربونات الاروماتية في العامودين 1% و3% 2b. اما بالنسبة الى العامود 1f فقد تم الحصول على افضل فصل للهيدروكاربونات الاروماتية عند درجة الحرارة 220 درجه مئوية. كذلك تم حساب حجم الاحتجاز النوعي لكل من المواد المراد فصلها وفي كلا العامودين، وذلك لدراسة الخصائص الديناميكية الحرارية لهذه المواد في المركبات البلورية السائلة المحضرة كاطوار ثابته. لقد تم رسم اللوغاريتم الطبيعي لهذه الدالة مع مقلوب درجة الحرارة، وذلك لحساب الانثالبي (ΔH) والانتروبي (ΔS) لهذه المواد. تم ايضا حساب طاقة كبس الحرة (ΔG)، وقد لوحظ ان جميع القيم كانت سالبة مما يدل على ان عملية اذابة المحاليل في المركبات البلورية السائلة المستخدمة كاطوار ثابتة تحدث بصورة تلقائية.في هذه الدراسة تم حساب معامل الفعالية للمحاليل المراد فصلها وتحت ظروف التخفيف المتناهي، وكانت هذه القيم اصغر من واحد، مما يدل على ان هذه المحاليل تنحرف سلبيا عن سلوك المحاليل التي تعتبر كمحاليل مثالية. | This work involves the preparation of two liquid crystalline compounds, 4,4´ - bis - (4 - propoxybenzylidene amino)biphenyl (2b), and 2,5 - bis - [4 - (4´ - propoxybenzylideneamino)phenyl]1,3,4 - oxadiazole (1f). The prepared compounds were characterized qualitatively by using FTIR, 1HNMR, and elemental analysis (EA). The liquid crystalline properties of the synthesized compounds were verified using hot - stage polarizing microscope and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The prepared liquid crystal compounds have a wide mesophase range that gives useful properties to these compounds as stationary phases in Gas Chromatography (GC). Compounds (2b) and (1f) were prepared to be used as stationary phases by loading them separately on chromosorb W/HP 100 - 120 mesh size, as solid support with different loading ratios (1%, 3%, and 20%). The prepared stationary phases were packed through the stainless steal columns, and tested for separation of poly aromatic hydrocarbons PAHs (naphthalene, acenaphthene, acenaphthylene, phenanthrene, anthracene, and pyrene), alcohols (methanol, ethanol, 2 - propanol, and 1 - propanol), and positional isomers (o, m, and p - xylene).A chromatographic study of the interaction and elution characteristics of the studied analytes through the prepared columns was carried out at different column temperatures of, 140 - 320 ºC for 4,4´ - bis - (4 - propoxybenzylideneamino)biphenyl (2b) and 170 - 280 ºC for 2,5 - bis - [4 - (4´ - propoxybenzylideneamino) phenyl]1,3,4 - oxadiazole (1f). The best chromatographic conditions, efficiency, and selectivity of the columns for separation of PAHs, alcohols, and positional isomers were characterized by measuring the effective plate number of column (Neff.), resolution (Rs), and separation factor (α). It was found that the supercooling phenomenon has occurred with 2b column, which made a decrease in solid - nematic transition temperature. The best separation of alcohols was obtained at 180 ºC through 20% 2b column. PAHs could be separated through 3% and 1% 2b column at 240 ºC. The best chromatographic performance for separation of PAHs using 1f column was achieved at 220 ºC. This was related to the fact that the higher order of this liquid crystal occurred at these temperatures, which made the analytes interact more with the stationary phase. Specific retention volumes (Vg°) were calculated to study the thermodynamic behaviors of the analytes (solutes) on the liquid crystal stationary phases LCSPs (solution). From the plots of ln Vg° (mL.g - 1) versus 1/T (K - 1), the enthalpy (ΔH) and entropy (ΔS) of the solutions were measured. Gibbs free energy (ΔG) of the separated analytes at different temperatures was calculated. These values showed that the dissolution of the analytes on LCSPs were spontaneous. The study also included measurements of the activity coefficients at infinite dilution (γ∞). These values were < 1, which indicates a negative deviation of the solutions from ideality.

المستخلص: تحضير مركبات الثايوروليدينون, اميديزوليدينون واوكسازبين دايون من تفاعل قواعد شف مع كل من حامض الثايو خليك , الكلايسين وحامض الماليك اللامائي على التوالي2 - تحضير 1 - فنيل - 3 - هتر - 2 - يل يوريا وتايويوريا من تفاعل الهترو امين مع فنيل ايزوسيانات وفنيل ايزو ثايو سيانات على التوالي3 - تحضير1,3 - اوكسازوليدين - 4 - ون (7) و3 - فنيل - 2,3 - داي هيدرو ثايازول - 2 - يل هترو امين(8) و1,3 - اوكسازوليدين - 4 - اون من تفاعل مشتقات اليوريا والثايو يوريا (5.6) مع اثل كلورواسيتات وبارا فنيل يناسيل برومايد على التوالي.4 - تحضير 2 - كلورو هترو - 2 - يل اسيت امايد(10) من تفاعل الامين مع كلورو اسيتايل كلورايد.5 - تحضير اوكسازول - 2,5 - ثنائي الامين (11) ثايازول - 2,5 - ثنائي الامين (12) وثايوسمسكاربازايد (13) واست ازايد من(14) من تفاعل المركب (10) مع اليوريا والثايويوريا والثايوسمسكاربازايد والصوديوم ازايد على التوالي .6 - تحضير كارباما داثايونات (15) هترو - 2 - امينو استيلين (16) ومشتقات الفورم امايد (17) من تفاعل الامين مع كل من CS2 وبوبارجيل برومايد وحامض الفورميك على التوالي.7 - تحضير هيدرازينو فورم امايد من تفعل المركب (17 ) مع الفيل هيدرازين8 - تحضير ثنائي الثايولين من تفاعل الكارباماثايونات مع البارا فنيل فيناسيل برومايد.9 - تم تشخيص هذه المركبات بواسطة اطياف الاشعة تحت الحمراء والنين النووي المغناطيسي10 - تم تقييم الفعالية البايولوجية لبعض هذه المركبات المحضرة | 1 - preparation of thiazolidene - 4 - none (2) , imidazolidine - 4 - ones (3) , and oxazepine - 4,7 - diones (4) from schiff bases (1) by reaction with 2 - mercaptoacetic acid ,glycine and malic anhydride respectively .2 - preparation of 1 - phenyl - 3 - hetero - 2 - yl urea and thiourea from reaction of hetero amines with phenylisocyanate and phenylisothiocyanate respectively .3 - preparation of 1,3 - oxazolidine - 4 - one (7) ,3 - phenyl - 2,3 - dihydrothiazol - 2 - yl hetero amines (8) and 1,3 - oxazolidine - 4 - one (9) from the reaction of urea or thiourea derivatives (5,6) with ethylchloroacetate ,p - phenylphenacyl bromide respectively.4 - Preparation of 2 - chloro N - (hetero - 2 - yl)acetamide (10) from reaction of heterocyclic amines with α - chloroacetyl chloride .5 - Preparation of oxazole - 2,5 - diamines(11) Thiazole - 2,5 - diamine (12) , thiosemicarbazide (13) ,and acetazide derivatives (14) from the reaction of compound (10) with urea ,thiourea ,thiosemicarbazide and sodium azide respectively.6 - Preparation of carbamadithionate (15) ,hetero - 2 - aminoacetylene derivatives , and formide derivatives from the reaction of hetero amines with CS2 ,propargyl bromide and formic acid respectively .7 - Preparation of hydrazinoformamide (18) from reaction of heteroformamide (17) with phenyl hydrazine .8 - Preparation of dithiolene (19) by the reaction of carbamadithionate (15) with p - phenyl phenacyl bromide .9 - All prepared compounds are elucidated by some spectroscopic methods (FTIR,H NMR ,C13 NMR).10 - The biological activity of some prepared compounds are evaluated All reactions are shown in the following schemes
