المستخلص: تعنى هذه الدراسة باحد اهم تطبيقات كيمياء السطح في مجال معالجة التلوث. اذ اجريت دراسة لامتزاز بعض الملوثات الكيميائية (الكلوروفينولات, الاصباغ, ايونات العناصر الثقيلة والمبيدات) على اسطح البوكسايت, البوكسايت المعالج , قشور الشعير والزيرولايت225. وقد تم استخدام تقنية مطيافية الاشعة فوق البنفسجية وتقنية الامتصاص الذري لمعرفة كميات الامتزاز عند ظروف متباينة من زمن التماس ووزن المادة المازة ودالة حامضية وقوة ايونية لمحلول الامتزازوحجم الدقائق للمواد المازة وتاثير درجة الحرارة. يمكن تلخيص نتائج هذه الدراسة بالاتي : • تمت معالجة سطح البوكسايت وشخصت السطوح قبل وبعد المعالجة باستخدام تقنية حيود الاشعة السينية (XRD) ومطيافية الاشعة تحت الحمراء (FTIR) ومجهر القوى الذرية (AFM) والمجهر الاليكتروني الماسح ((SEM.• اظهر سطح قشور الشعير سعة امتزاز اعلى من سطوح البوكسايت والبوكسايت المعالج والزيرولايت 225 في امتزازبعض مركبات الكلوروفينولات والاصباغ والمبيدات والسبب ممكن ان يعود الى كون قشور الشعير خفيفة الوزن وبالتالي فانها تمتلك مساحة سطحية عالية تكون مهياة للامتزاز اكثرمن باقي السطوح المازة, في حين اظهر سطح الزيرولايت 225سعة امتزاز اعلى من باقي السطوح في امتزاز الايونات الفلزية والسبب هو ان الزيرولايت 225 يمتلك مواقع كثيرة ممكن ان تستقبل الايونات الفلزية الموجبة (ايونات الكادميوم والنحاس) نتيجة التبادل الايوني.• اظهر الامتزاز على السطوح المدروسة انطباقية لايزوثيرمات لانكماير وفريندلش, ان ايزوثيرمات امتزاز 4 - كلوروفينول, 4,2 - ثنائي كلوروفينول وصبغة الكريسول الحمراء على اسطح البوكسايت, البوكسايت المعالج,قشور الشعيروالزيرولايت225 وايزوثيرمات امتزاز صبغة الكونغو الحمراء على سطح الزيرولايت 225كان من نوع (L) طبقا لتصنيف Giles. اما ايزوثيرمات امتزاز صبغة الكونغو الحمراء ومبيد الكلوروبايروفس على اسطح البوكسايت, البوكسايت المعالج وقشور الشعيروايزوثيرمات امتزاز ايونات الكادميوم الثنائية وايونات النحاس الثنائية على الاسطح الاربعة من نوع (H) حسب التصنيف المذكور. الشكل الذي تم الحصول عليه من امتزاز مبيد الكلوربايروفس على سطح الزيرولايت وامتزاز مبيد ترابين يورن - مثيل على الاسطح الاربعة كان من نوع (S).• تمت دراسة عملية الامتزازلمركبات الكلوروفينولات بدرجات حرارة مختلفة ( 10,25,37.5,50°C) واظهرت دراسة تاثير درجة الحرارة على عملية الامتزاز ان كمية امتزاز 4 - كلوروفينول على السطوح الاربعة وامتزاز 4,2 - ثنائي كلوروفينول على سطح قشور الشعير تقل بزيادة درجة الحرارة (عملية باعثة للحرارة) بينما امتزاز 4,2 - ثنائي كلوروفينول على اسطح البوكسايت, البوكسايت المعالج والزيرولايت تزداد بزيادة درجة الحرارة (عملية ماصة للحرارة).• تاثرت سعة امتزاز الاصباغ بتغير درجة الحرارة ضمن المدى (10 - 50°C ) اذ وجد ان عملية الامتزاز من النوع الماص للحرارة بالنسبة لامتزاز صبغة الكونغو الحمراء وصبغة الكريسول الحمراء على اسطح البوكسايت, البوكسايت المعالج وقشور الشعير في حين كانت عملية الامتزاز من النوع الباعث للحرارة في امتزاز الصبغتين المذكورة اعلاه على سطح الزيرولايت225.• امتزاز ايونات الكادميوم الثنائية على الاسطح الاربعة ضمن المدى10 - 50°C) ) يفضل الارتفاع في درجات الحرارة في حين امتزاز ايونات النحاس الثنائية على الاسطح الاربعة يقل مع زيادة درجات الحرارة ضمن المدى الحراري نفسه.• وجد ان امتزاز مبيد الكلوروبايروفس ومبيد الترابين يورن - مثيل على اسطح البوكسايت، البوكسايت المعالج وقشور الشعير من النوع الماص للحرارة بينما امتزازالمبيدين المذكورين اعلاه على سطح الزيرولايت 225من النوع الباعث للحرارة.• تم حساب انثالبي عملية الامتزاز ودراسة تلقائية اوعدم تلقائية التفاعل من خلال حساب طاقة كبس الحرة, كما تم حساب الكميات الثرموديناميكية الاخرى .• بثبوت درجة الحرارة تؤدي زيادة وزن السطح الماز والتي تشمل ( البوكسايت , البوكسايت المعالج , قشور الشعير , الزيرولايت225 ) الى زيادة النسبة المئوية للامتزاز .• بثبوت درجة الحرارة امتزاز 4 - كلوروفينول , 4,2 - ثنائي كلوروفيول على السطوح الاربعة يقل مع زيادة الدالة الحامضية للمحلول , امتزاز صبغة الكونغو الحمراء والكريسول الحمراء على سطح البوكسايت , البوكسايت المعالج , قشور الشعير يقل مع زيادة الدالة الحامضية للمحلول في حين تزداد قابلية امتزاز الصبغتين على سطح الزيرولايت 225مع زيادة الدالة الحامضية . امتزاز ايونات الكاديوم (II) والنحاس (II) على اسطح البوكسايت والبوكسايت المعالج وقشور الشعير تزداد مع زيادة pH المحلول , لكن امتزاز الايونين المذكورين على سطح الزيرولايت 225يقل مع زيادة pH المحلول , امتزاز مبيد الكلوروبايروفس ومبيد الترايبين يورن - مثيل على كافة السطوح المذكورة يقل مع زيادة الدالة الحامضية للمحلول .• بثبوت درجة الحرارة تبين ان امتزاز كافة الملوثات المدروسة (الكلوروفينولات, الاصباغ, الايونات الثقيلة والمبيدات) على جميع السطوح المازة يقل مع زيادة القوة الايونية للمحلول .• بثبوت درجة الحرارة تبين ان امتزاز كافة الملوثات المدروسة على اسطح البوكسايت, البوكسايت المعالج وقشور الشعير يقل مع زيادة حجم الدقائق للسطوح المازة .• بصورة عامة , امتزاز المركبات الكلوروفينولية على السطوح الاربعة يخضع للتسلسل الاتي : 4,2 - ثنائي كلوروفينول > 4 - كلوروفينول .امتزاز الاصباغ على جميع السطوح يخضع للتسلسل الاتي : صبغة الكونغو الحمراء > صبغة الكريسول الحمراء .امتزاز الايونات الفلزية على اسطح البوكسايت , البوكسايت المعالج والزيرولايت 225يخضع للتسلسل الاتي : ايون الكادميوم الثنائي > ايون النحاس الثنائي . في حين امتزازهما على سطح قشور الشعير : ايون النحاس الثنائي > ايون الكادميوم الثنائي .واخيرا يخضع امتزاز المبيدات على جميع السطوح للتسلسل الاتي : مبيد الكلوروبايروفس > مبيد الترابين يورن - مثيل | This study is concerned with a significant application of surface chemistry in the fields of treatment of pollution. It deals with adsorption systems of some chemical pollutants (chlorophenolic compounds, dyes, heavy metal ions, and pesticides) on four surfaces (bauxite, modified bauxite, barley husks, and zerolit225). UV - Visible and atomic absorption spectrophotometry techniques have been used to produce quantitative adsorption data at different conditions of contact time, adsorbent weight, pH, ionic strength, particle size of adsorbent and temperature. The results of this study are summarized in the following : • Modifying the surface of bauxite and study the difference between bauxite and modified bauxite on the adsorption at different conditions, and diagnosis the surface before and after the modification by using X - ray Diffraction (XRD), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrophotometer (FTIR), Atomic force microscopy (AFM), Scanning electron microscopy (SEM).• The adsorptive capacity of barley husks surface for chlorophenolic compounds, dyes and pesticides was higher than that of other surfaces, the reason is possible return to the fact that barley husks light weight and therefore has a high surface area (high active sites) for adsorption more than other adsorbent surfaces; on the other hand, the adsorptive capacity of zerolit225 surface for metal ions was the highest, the reason may be return to the fact that zerolit225 has many active sites can receive metallic ions (Cd+2 and Cu+2) as a result of ion exchange. • The adsorption of adsorbates was correlated to the Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption isotherms, the values of constants for the isotherms were found. The adsorption isotherm of congo red dye on zerolit225 and cresol red dye, 4 - chlorophenol and 2,4 - dichlorophenol on bauxite, modified bauxite, barley husks and zerolit225, are of L - curve type according to Giles classification. The adsorption isotherm of congo red dye and chlorpyrifos pesticide on bauxite, modified bauxite and barley husks, Cd(II) and Cu(II) ions on the four adsorbents are of H - type feature in Giles. However, the shape of the isotherm obtained from adsorption chlorpyrifos pesticide on zerolit225 and tribenuron - methyl pesticide on the four surfaces was found to be comparable in all cases to S - curve.• The adsorption of chlorophenolic compounds was examined as a function of temperatures (10.0, 25.0, 37.5 and 50.0) °C. The increase in temperature decreased the adsorption of 4 - chlorophenol on all adsorbent surfaces and 2,4 - dichlorophenol on barley husks (exothermic process), but increased the adsorption extent of 2,4 - dichlorophenol on bauxite, modified bauxite and zerolit225 (endothermic process). • Temperature change in the range 10.0 - 50.0°C affected the adsorption capacity of dyes and the nature of reaction was found to be endothermic for the adsorption of congo red and cresol red on bauxite, modified bauxite and barley husks, but found to be exothermic for the adsorption of congo red and cresol red on zerolit225 surface.• The increase of temperature favored the adsorption extent of Cd(II) ions on all adsorbent surfaces. Whereas, the amount uptake of Cu(II) ions on adsorbent surfaces was decreased with increased temperature.• The nature of reaction was found to be endothermic for the adsorption of chlorpyrifos and tribenuron - methyl pesticides on bauxite, modified bauxite and barley husks, but found to be exothermic for the adsorption of the two pesticides on zerolit225 surface.• The enthalpy of adsorption process was calculated and the spontaneity or non - spontaneity of the interaction was indicated by the values of and other thermodynamic quantities were also calculated and discussed.• At constant temperature, the adsorption of chlorophenolic compounds, dyes, metal ions and pesticides on the four adsorbent surfaces have increased as the adsorbents weight increased.• At constant temperature, the adsorption of 4 - chlorophenol and 2,4 - dichlorophenol on all adsorbent surfaces have decreased as the pH of solution increased. The adsorption of congo red and cresol red dyes on bauxite, modified bauxite and barley husks has decreased as the pH of solution increased. While, the adsorption of both dyes on zerolit225 has increased with the increase of pH. The adsorption of Cd(II) and Cu(II) ions on bauxite, modified bauxite and barley husks has increased as the pH of solution increased, but the adsorption of two metal ions on zerolit225 surface has decreased with increased pH. At constant temperature, the adsorption of chlorpyrifos and tribenuron - methyl on all adsorbent surfaces has decreased as the pH of solution increased.• At constant temperature, the adsorption of all adsorbates (chlorophenolic compounds, dyes, metal ions and pesticides) on these surfaces (bauxite, modified bauxite, barley husks and zerolit225) has decreased with the increase of the ionic strength of solution.• The increased of particle size of bauxite, modified bauxite and barley husks leads to decreased of the adsorption of all adsorbates.• Generally, the adsorption of chlorophenolic compounds on all adsorbent surfaces follows the order : 2,4 - dichlorophenol > 4 - chlorophenol.The adsorption of dyes on all adsorbent surfaces follows the order : congo red > cresol red. The adsorption of metal ions on bauxite, modified bauxite and zerolit225 follows the order : Cd(II) > Cu(II) . The adsorption of metal ions on barley husks follows the order : Cu(II) > Cd(II). The adsorption of pesticides on all adsorbent surfaces follows the order : chlorpyrifos > tribenuron - methy.

تحضير اوكسيد الكرافين المحوروتطبيقاته كمتحسس كهروكيمياوي == Synthesis of modified Graphene Oxide and its application as Electrochemical Sensor

المستخلص: This study involved preparation of Graphene oxide (GO) and reduced graphene oxide (RGO) using Hummer method and chemical method respectively.These carbon nanomaterials were used as starting material to make novel functionalize with thiocarbohydrazide (TCH) which was prepared by reacting CS2 with hydrazine to form GO or RGO - 4 - amino,5 - substituted 1H,1,2,4 Triazole 5(4H) thion (ASTT) ,(GOT) and( RGOT) respectively via cyclocondensation reaction.Also MnO2 nanorod was prepared to form hybridized with GOT and RGOT. A commercial multiwall carbon nanotube (MWCNT) and functionalization with carboxylic groups' (f - MWCNT) and its nanocomposite with GOT were also prepared.All carbon nanomaterials were characterized with different techniques such as Fourier transform infrared (FT - IR), X - ray diffraction (XRD), atomic force microscope (AFM) scanning electron microscope (SEM) and elemental analysis. XRD showed presence diffraction peak at 11.95 for GO and this diffraction disappeared for RGO. Diffraction peak of crystal planes for MnO2 matched well with standard data. The diameter of MnO2 nanotubes was determined using Debye scherrer equation and found to be 11.6nm corresponding with AFM image. The AFM images proves the growth of MnO2 nanotubes from the MnO2 nano spherical shape these images are very rare in the scientific literature.The real permittivity (ε'), imaginary permittivity (ε") and a.c conductivity (S.m - 1) of all nanomaterials were measured by LCR meter at frequencies ranging from 100Hz to 100 KHz.The result showed the values of the real permittivity for RGO higher than GO at all frequencies while RGOTM have lower values of real permittivity at low frequency due to presence of MnO2 nanorods which affected the accumulation of charges. The imaginary permittivity of f - MWCNT - GOT and RGO were at low frequency higher than the real values due to their high conductivity. Also imaginary permittivity of f - MWCNT - GOT nanocomposites at all frequencies higher than real which have negative values at frequencies in range 400 to 4KHz .a.c conductivity for RGO and f - MWCNT - GOT nanocomposite have higher values compared with all prepared nanomaterial, at the same time the modified WE with f - MWCNT - GOT nanocomposite show the best detection limits in comparison with other prepared modified WE.Also the prepared nanomaterials were used to study novel sensing system and develop electrochemical sensor capable of detecting some of antibiotics such as Ampicillin (AMP), Amoxilline (AMOX) which have β - lactam ring and Tetracycline (TET) which contains four hydrocarbon rings using cyclic voltammetry (CV) technique via modification of the working electrode of the SPCE with the prepared nanomaterial by deposition process. f - MWCNT - GOT/SPCE nanocomposite showed higher electrochemical reaction response and lower limit of detection. The working electrodes surfaces were studied with AFM and SEM techniques. The value of apparent heterogeneous electron transfer rate constant (ks) was determined using the value of electron transfer coefficient (α) and the result showed that f - MWCNT - GOT/SPCE showed higher (ks).

المستخلص: تتضمن الدراسة 200 مريض مصابين بجروح الحروق اخذت من مدينة بغداد قورنت مع 100من الاشخاص الاصحاء كمجموعة سيطرة. والنماذج التي اخدت من جميع هي عينة دم وزرع .جميع العينات اخدت من مستشفى الكاظمية التعليمي , من شهر شباط (2014) الى شهر تشرين الثاني (2014) وتم تشخيصها بتقنيات عدة هي ( الزرع , الفايتك , الايبي , كت الاليزا)حيث بينت النتائج ان 59% اي ( 118) مريض كان مصاب ببكتريا السيدوموناس 41% اي (82) مريض مصاب ببكتريا اخرى .بينت نتائج الفحص ان تقنية الفايتك والاليزا والايبي لها نفس درجة الحساسية لتشخيص بكتريا السيدوموناس والتي كانت اكثر دقة من بقية الفحوصات المختبرية الاخرى .وبينت نظم الفحص ان معظم بكتريا السيدوموناس كانت من العزلة (اي تي سي سي 15692 ) اي (87 من اصل 118) و(31 عزلة لبكتريا السيدوموناس لسلالات اخرى ).استخدمت تقنية الكروموتوغرافي للاستخلاص وعزل جزئي لجدار خلية السيدوموناس ارجينوزا ذات العزلة ( اي تي سي سي 15692) المحتوي على اللايبوبولي سكرايد .تم تقدير التحفيز المناعي للايبوبولي سكرايد من خلال زرقه تحت جلد الفئران وقياس تركيز المستضدات المتكونة داخل جسم الفئران ضد تركيب اللايبوبولي سكرايد باستخدام تقنية الاليزا حيث اظهرت الدراسة امكانية صناعة لقاح ضد بكتريا السيدوموناس من خلال التجارب علىالفئران , وكذلك تحوير عدة فحص (كت الاليزا) فعالة لتشخيص بكتريا السيدوموناس ذات العزلة (اي تي سي سي 15692) والتي تمثل خطوة تجريبية اولى في مجال تصنيع عدة فحص بشكل نهائي. | In this study ,the samples were collected from "200 patients" suffering from burn wound and 100 healthy individuals as a control group ,from each patients wound swap and blood was taken. All samples were collected from patients who attended Al - Kadhimiya Teaching Hospital and during the period from February 2014 to November 2014 and were investigated for Pseudomonas aeruginosa by many tests including [Culture, Vitek ,API and ELISA Kit ]. Laboratory investigations which are important for the diagnosis of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, including (culture,Vitek ,API and ELISA KIT) were done to all samples. The results showed that 59 % (118) patients were infected with Pseudomonas aeruginosa ,while 41% (82) patients were infected with other than Pseudomonas aeruginosa .The results of API and Vitek demonstrated that they had the same degree of sensitivity to Pseudomonas aeruginosa and that their sensitivity was more than other tests . The results of our investigation revealed that most of the Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated in this study belonged to the isolate ATCC 15692 (87 isolates out of 118 patients ), and that the other 31 isolates belonged to Pseudomonas aeruginosa from other different isolates.Chromatography technique was employed to extract and purify cell wall containing Lipopolysaccharide LPS by using Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolate ATCC 15692.Immunogenicity of LPS component was determined by injection of mice subcutaneously ,then the concentration of antibody formed against LPS component was determined by ELISA technique .These findings indicated the ability of LPS to stimulate the immune system in order to release antibody against Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolate ATCC 15692 , therefore, this result may be a promising procedure to produce vaccine against Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolate ATCC 15692 , to immunize experimental and laboratory animals , and may be an effective method to produce diagnostic kits against Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolate ATCC 15692 such as ELISA kit.

دراسة طيفية لتقدير الاولانزابين ، الترايفلوبيرازين هيدروكلورايد والكاربامازيبين بحالاتها النقية وفي مستحضراتها الصيدلانية == A Spectrophotometric Study for the Determination of Olanzapine, Trifluoperazine hydrochloride and Carbamazepine in their Pure Forms and Pharmaceutical Preparations

المستخلص: Four different spectrophotometric methods were developed in this study for the determination of three Antipsychotic drugs namely; olanzapine (OLN.), trifluoperazine hydrochloride (TFZ.) and carbamazepine (CRN.) in their pure form and pharmaceuticalpreparations which are formulated as tablets. The first method : Oxidative coupling reaction Based on the reaction of each drug with 2,4 - dinitrophenyl hydrazine (2,4 - DNPHz) in the presence of potassium periodate and sodium hydroxide to form colored products. The absorbance values for the formed complexes were measured at 403nm for olanzapine, 405nm for trifluoperazine hydrochloride, and 485nm for carbamazepine; against reagent blank.Different variables affecting the completion of the reaction have been carefully optimized by varying the parameters one at a time and controlling all others fixed. The results show better optical characteristics for calibration curve and statistical data under optimum conditions.The calibration graphs are linear in the ranges of (2 - 35) μg.mL - 1 with molar absorptivity 1.0247104 L.mol - 1.cm - 1 and detection limit 0.8075 μg.mL - 1 for (OLN.) product, (1 - 40)μg.mL - 1 with molar absorptivity 1.4832104 L.mol - 1.cm - 1 and detection limit 0.1747μg.mLfor (TFZ.) product, (4 - 50) μg.mL - 1 with molar absorptivity 6.4746103 L.mol - 1.cm - 1 and detection limit 0.1094 μg.mL - 1 for (CRN.) product.The stoichiometry of the formed complexes were examined adopting continuous variation (Job’s) and mole ratio methods it was found to be 1 : 1 (drug : reagent) for all reaction.No interference of the studied excipients were observed in the estimation of the cited drugs. Therefore, the proposed method was applied successfully for the determination of the three cited drugs in their tablet dosage form.The second method : Diazotization coupling reaction Based on the reaction of the studied drugs with the diazonium salt of ρ - nitroaniline (which prepared by the reaction of ρ - nitroaniline with sodium nitrite in the presence of hydrochloric acid) in alkaline mediumto form colored azo dye products. The absorbance values for the formed azo dye compounds were measured at 405 nm for olanzapine, 406 nm for trifluoperazine hydrochloride, and 416 nm for carbamazepine; against reagent blank.The optimum reaction conditions and other analytical parameters were evaluated. The results show better optical characteristics for calibration curve and statistical data under optimum conditions.The calibration graphs are linear in the ranges of (0.5 - 45) μg.mL - 1 with detection limit 0.3148μg.mL - 1 for (OLN.) product, (1 - 18) μg.mL - 1 with detection limit 0.0676μg.mL - 1 for (TFZ.) product, (0.5 - 20) μg.mL - 1 with detection limit 0.0756 μg.mL - 1 for (CRN.) product. The molar absorptivity were found to be 1.5777104L.mol - 1.cm - 1, 1.8704104 L.mol - 1.cm - 1 and 1.8735104 L.mol - 1.cm - 1 for (OLN.), (TFZ.) and (CRN.) respectively.The stoichiometry of the formed complexes were studied adopting mole ratio and continuous variation (Job’s) methods and it was found to be 1 : 1 (drug : reagent) for all reaction.No interference of the studied excipients were found in the determination of these drugs, therefore, the proposed method was applied successfully for the determination of the three cited drugs in their pharmaceutical preparations.The third method : charge transfer complex formation Based on the formation of charge transfer complexes between the studied drugs as n - donors, and  - chloranil as π acceptor. The absorbance values for the formed complexes were measured at 359 nm forolanzapine, 390 nm for trifluoperazine hydrochloride, and 395 nm for carbamazepine; against reagent blank. All of the reaction conditions were studied and optimized. The results show better optical characteristics for calibration curve and statistical data under optimum conditions.Olanzapine and trifluoperazine hydrochloride reacted with p - chloranil in the presence of borate buffer solution of pH 9. Calibration graphs are linear in the ranges of (0.5 - 30) μg.mL - 1 with molar absorptivity 2.3307104 L.mol - 1.cm - 1 and detection limit 0.0659 μg.mL - 1 for (OLN.) complex, (1 - 20) μg.mL - 1 with molar absorptivity 1.7033104 L.mol - 1.cm - 1 and detection limit 0.1239 μg.mL - 1 for (TFZ.) complex.The stoichiometry of the formed complexes were studied adopting mole ratio and continuous variation (Job’s) methods and it was found 1 : 2 (OLN.) : p - chloranil for olanzapine complex and 1 : 1 (TFZ.) : p - chloranil for trifluoperazine hydrochloride complex.On the other hand carbamazepine reacted with p - chloranil in the presence of potassium hydroxide to form charge transfer complex. Beer’s law is obeyed in a concentration range of (5 - 35) μg.mL - 1 and detection limit 0.1994 μg.mL - 1 with molar absorptivity 4.8190103 L.mol - 1.cm - 1. The results adopting mole ratio and continuous variation (Job’s) methods showed that the complexes were formed with a ratio of 1 : 1 (CRN.) : pchloranil No interference of the studied excipients were found in the determination of (TFZ.) and (CRN.), while interference of some excipients were found in the determination of (OLN.). Therefore, the proposed method was applied successfully for the determination of the three cited drugs in their pharmaceutical preparations.Fourth method : derivative spectrophotometry Based on the first and second derivative spectra of absorption which has been applied for simultaneous spectrophotometric determination of (OLN.), (TFZ.) and (CRN.) drugs in their mixture in the ultravioletregion. The method offers an advantage of getting rid of the resulting error in the absorption values of each drug because the presence of the two other drugs can interfere in the determination of the cited drug. It was found that the method is able to accurately estimate (OLN.) in the range of (2 - 14) μg.mL - 1, in mixtures containing (2, 6, and 10) μg.mL - 1 of (TFZ.) and (CRN.) as interfering species. The results obtained, form the first derivative measurements, indicated that when the concentration of (TFZ.) and (CRN.) is kept constant with variable concentrations of (OLN.), the peaks amplitudes measured as peak to baseline at 291.47 nm was found to be in proportion with the (OLN.) concentration and used for its determination. The careful inspection of the second derivative spectra obtained for the mentioned mixture of the cited drugs showed that height to baseline at zero cross at 300.00nm, measurements could be used to quantify the exact concentration of (OLN.) in the presence of (TFZ.) and (CRN.). species. The procedure gave good results over the studied range of concentrations depending on peak to baseline at 266.95 nm measurement which could be used for the determination of (TFZ.) in the first derivative.On other hand, the wavelengths are at 263.47 nm and 270 nm, peak to baseline measurements were used for the estimation of (TFZ.) using second derivative, were found to be in proportion with the (TFZ.) concentration, and used for its determination. Alternatively (CRN.) was determined in the range of (2 - 14) μg.mL - 1 in a mixture containing (2, 6 and 10) μg.mL - 1 of (OLN.) and (TFZ.) as interfering species. The procedure exhibited good results over the studied range of concentrations depending on height to baseline at zero cross at 225.00 nm measurement was found to be used for the determination of (CRN.) using the first derivative, while the wavelengths are at height to baseline at zero cross 231.47 and peak to baseline at 238.69 nm measurements were used for the estimation of (CRN.) using second derivative were found to be in proportion with the (CRN.) concentration, therefore they are used for its determination.The results showed that no interferences from the studied excipients were found in the determination of the cited drugs. Therefore, the proposed method was applied successfully for the determination of the three cited drugs in their pharmaceutical preparations(TFZ.) was determined in the range of (2 - 13) μg.mL - 1 in a mixture containing (2, 6 and 10) μg.mL - 1 of (OLN.) and (CRN.) as interfering

المستخلص: Oxidative stress plays an important role in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular alterations observed in diabetic patients and that hyperglycemia is the causal link between diabetes and increased oxidative stress. Evidence suggests that Ser326Cys, a genetic polymorphism of (8 - oxoguanine glycosylase 1 OGG1), is associated with coronary artery lesions in patients with diabetes mellitus type 1; however, the underlying mechanism is unclear.Aims of the study : - Compare the genetic distribution of genetic polymorphism genotype 8 - oxoguanine glycosylase1 (OGG1) in Type1 diabetic with number of healthy people; Sequencing of amplified product of OGG1 gene for the studies group; Evaluation of some clinical characterized on lipid profile, FBG, HbA1c, and OX - LDL. Finally study the relations between OGG1 gene polymorphism and clinical characters.Material and methods : - The study involved a total (100) subjects including (60) people are suffering from diabetes Type1 there’s aged between (10 - 40 years) and (40) non - diabetic controls with aged (10 - 40) years. Kits based on enzymatic methods measured serum concentrations of glucose and lipid profile. Oxd - LDL was measured by using standard enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method, Hemoglobin (A1C) by kit based on non - enzymatic method also were measured the total DNA by purification kit , amplified OGG1 in DNA by used PCR kit, and determination of intraspecies variation for OGG1 by used restrictions enzyme Fnu4HI.IIResults : - Genetic analysis for OGG1 genetic polymorphism show that the genotype (C/C) and genetic pattern hybrid (C/G) in patients group (26.67%), (73.33%) compared with the control group (100 %), (0.00%) and the difference was significant (P≤0.01), while (G/G) genotype frequency was found no results, so there was not significantly different (p>0.05) neither in the diabetes mellitus type1 nor controls (0.00%). Genotyping data Sequencing of OGG1 gene from (healthy and patient) revealed 100% compatibility with Homo sapiens for OGG1 type 1 gene, and ether them (patient) appeared 99% compatibility with Homo sapiens for OGG1 type 1 gene.Oxidized Low Density Lipoprotein (Oxd - LDL) level in patients were significant when compare with healthy controls.Conclusion : - our study revealed that the OGG1 could have an important role in the development of type1 diabetes; also, ROS have an essential function that is impact on fat indicators was shown in the Oxd - LDL.

المستخلص: يتضمن موضوع البحث تحضير مركبات حلقيه خماسية وسداسية وسباعية غير متجانسة متنوعة ابتداء من عقار النابروكسين وتم تقسيم هذا العمل الى ستة اجزاء : الجزء الاول : يتضمن هذا الجزء مفاعلة 2 - (6 - ميثوكسي نفثالين)بروبانوك اسد(1) مع ثايوسيمي كربزايد ليعطي مركب 4,3,1 - ثايودايزول(2) بعد ذلك يتم تكثيف الناتج مع 4 - داي مثيل امينو بنزالديهايد ، 4 - نايتروبنزالديهايد , 4 - برومو بنزالديهايد , 4 - كلورو بنزالديهايد ، 4 - ميثوكسي بنزالديهايد و4 - هيدروكسي بنزالديهايد للحصول على قواعد شف (3 - 8) كما في المخطط الاول الجزء الثاني : يتضمن هذا الجزء تفاعل قواعد شف (3 - 5) مع الانهدريدات المختلفة (ماليك ,فثاليك وسكسنيك) للجصول على حلقات الاوكسازبين (9 - 17) . ومع ازيد الصوديوم للحصول على حلقات التترازول (18 - 20) وكذلك مع 2 - مركبتو استيك يعطي حلقات الثايزولدين(21 - 23) كما في المخطط الثانيالجزء الثالث : يتضمن هذا الجزء اميدات جديدة (24 - 30) بواسطه تفاعل مركب4,3,1 - ثايودايزول مع مختلف كلوريدات الحوامض (الاليفاتية والاروماتيه) .كما في المخطط الثالثالجزء الرابع : يتضمن هذا الجزء تحضير مركب4,3,1 - اوكسادايزول (32) من النابروكسين(1) مع مركب (31) , وقواعد شف (33 - 34) تحضر من تفاعل (32) مع الالديهايدات الاروماتيه ثم مفاعله النواتج مع 2 - مركبتو اسيتك للحصول على حلقات الثايزولدين (35 - 36) . مركب (32) يتفاعل انهدريدات المختلفة (ماليك , سكسينك , فثاليك و3 - نايترو فثالك) للحصول على مركبات الفثالازين والبريدازين (37 - 40) ,ومع هيدروكسيد الصوديوم للحصول على مركب 4,3,1 - ترايزول ملتحم الحلقه(41) .تفاعل (31) مع اثيل سيانو استيت لتعطي مركب (42). كما في المخطط الرابعالجزء الخامس : يتضمن هذا الجزء تفاعل 4 - هيدروكسي بنزالديهايد مع مختلف كلوريدات الحوامض الاروماتيه للحصول على الاستر (43 - 45) ثم معاملة النواتج مع مركب4,3,1 - ثايودايزول (2) للحصول على قواعد شف(46 - 48) . كما في المخطط الخامسالجزء السادس : - يتضمن هذا الجزء دراسة الفعالية المضادة للبكتريا لبعض المركبات المحضرة تم تحديد هذه الانشطة في المختبر باستخدام طريقة الانتشار بشكل جيد ضد ثلاث انواع سلالات مرضية بكتريا االمكورات العنقودية الذهبية (G+) ، القولونية والمتقلبة الاعتيادية (G - ) . وكشفت النتائج بعض هذه المركبات اظهرت فعالية جيدة ضد هذه البكتريا . كما هو مبين في الجدول(13 - 3) | This work involves synthesis of different five , six and seven member heterocyclic rings starting from 2 - (6 - methoxy naphthalene - 2 - yl) propanoic acid (Naproxen). This work is divided into Six different parts : First part : This part involved treatment of 2 - (6 - methoxy naphthalene - 2 - yl) propanoic acid with thiosemicarbazide to get 2 - (6 - methoxy naphthalene - 2 - yl)ethyl) - 1,3,4 - thiadiazole - 2 - amine[2], then condensation the product with 4 - N,N - dimethyl amino benzaldehyde, 4 - nitro benzaldehyde,4 - bromobenzaldehyde, 4 - chlorobenzaldehyde, 4 - methoxybenzaldehyde and 4 - hydroxy benzaldehyde to get Schiff bases [3 - 8], scheme I.Second part : This part involved treatment of Schiff bases [3 - 5] with different anhydride (maleic, phthalic and succinic )to get oxazepines rings [9 - 17] and with sodium azide to get tetrazole rings [18 - 20] , also with 2 - mercapto acetic acid to obtain thiazolidine rings [21 - 23], scheme II.Third part : This part involved the synthesis of new amides [24 - 30] by reacting 2 - (6 - methoxy naphthalene - 2 - yl)ethyl) - 1,3,4 - thiadiazole - 2 - amine [2] and different acid chlorides ( aliphatic or aromatic ) , scheme III.Fourth part : This part involved synthesis of oxadiazole[32] from reaction 2 - (6 - methoxy naphthalene - 2 - yl) propanioc acid (Naproxen) with compound (31) , then Schiff bases [33 - 34] were prepared through reaction of [32] with aromatic aldehyde,then [33 - 34] converted to thaizolidinone derivatives[35 - 36] with2 - mercapto acetic acid. Compound [32] reacted with different anhydride (maleic, phthalic ,3 - nitrophthalic and succinic ) to get pyridazone and phthalazinone derivatives [37 - 40] and with sodium hydroxide leads to ring closure giving 1,3,4 - triazole derivative [41].treatment of [31]with ethyl cyanoacetate leads to compound [42], scheme IV.Fifth part : This part involved treatment of p - hydroxy benzyldehyde with different aromatic acid chlorides to get esters [43 - 45], then condensation the products with 5 - (1 - (6 - methoxy naphthalene - 2 - yl)ethyl) - 1,3,4 - thiadiazole - 2 - amine [2] to get Schiff bases[46 - 48], scheme V.Sixth part : This part deals with the study at anti - bacterial activities for some of the synthesized compounds. These activites were determined in vitro using well diffusion method against three types of pathogenic strains bactria Staphylococcus aureus (G+),E.coli and Pseudomonas aurogenosa (G - ).The obtained results revealed that some of these compounds showed measurable activity , Table(3 - 13)

المستخلص: A new chelating terpolymer resins were synthesized copolymerization of : 1 - o - Amino benzoic acid (o - AB) , Biuret (B) , Formaldehyde (F) terpolymer (o - ABBF)2 - p - Amino benzoic acid (p - AB) , Biuret (B) , Formaldehyde (F) terpolymer (p - ABBF)3 - o - Hydroxy benzoic acid (o - HB) , Biuret (B) , Formaldehyde (F) terpolymer (o - HBBF)4 - p - Hydroxy benzoic acid (p - HB) , Biuret (B) , Formaldehyde (F) terpolymer (p - HBBF)In 1 : 1 : 3 mole ratio using hydrochloric acid as a reaction medium by condensation technique. The synthesized copolymer resins were characterized by elemental analysis , FT - IR , 1H - NMR , uv - vis.The terpolymer resins were also characterized by viscometric measurements in di methyl sulphoxide (DMSO).The physico - chemical and spectral methods were used to elucidate the structures of resins .The morphology of terpolymers were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showing amorphous nature of the resins therefore can be used as a selective chelation terpolymer for certain metals.Thermal stability of the terpolymers were investigated by using thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).The chelating efficiency of the prepared resins towards several selected metal ions namely,Cu+2,Ni+2 Co+2,Zn+2,Cd+2,Cr+3was studied using batch equilibrium method .The effect of several factors on the chelating efficiency was studied : 1 - The effect of PH2 - The effect of treatment time

المستخلص: Purpose of this research was the examination of the environmental situation of industrial wastewater of Al - Dora - Refinery . Also the effect ofchemical precipitation method applied to treat polluted wastewater wasinvestigated .AL - Dora Refinery consumes big amounts of water for different purposes . This water is heavily polluted during its passage through the refinery andcause great damage to the environment unless the water is treated toremove pollution . This research was carried out in three main stages. Thefirst stage included the examination of polluted water passing through five main stations of the refinery and going to the treatment unit by measuringsome essential physical and chemical properties, like water temp. ,electrical conductivity , turbidity, PH - Value , total dissolved solids T.D.S , suspended solids , sulphate ion ,phosphate ion , biological oxygen demand (BOD) , chemical oxygen demand (COD), phenol and oils .The secondstage included measuring of the above menthioned physical and chemical properties between the treatment unit ( P10) and outgoing water of ( P18)during the period from November 2014 until September 2015.Reasons for increase and decrease of pollutants were discussed and theresults were analyzed and discussed The third stage included the treatment of sulfate - polluted water using calcium hydroxide . Its effect on differentsulfate concentrations was shown (1000,800,450 and 285) ppm Tests werecarried out under the following conditions . Variable time and constantconcentrations .and constant time and variable concentrations . PH - Values , sulfate concentration(%)،TDS, electrical conductivity and turbidity weremeasured before and after treatment .The results of the research showed very good efficiency of water treatment with calcium hydroxide reducing sulfate concentration under theinternationally allowed limit of 400 ppm.Statistical studies were carried out on the water samples.

المستخلص: الاعتــلال العصــبي وهو اضــطراب شائع في مرضـى الســكــري والذي ينتج من عدم الســيــطرة على الكلوكوز ومدة الاصابة بالســكري تكون طويــلة , يرتبط ارتفاع مــؤشــر كــتلــة الجســم والتــدخــين وارتـــفاع ضــغط الــدم وزيادة مســتويات الكوليــستيرول الكلي والدهون الثــلاثية مع حــدوث الاعتــلال العصــبي.تـهدف هذه الدراســة الى تحديد مستويات الانسولين والكلوكاكون والكلوكاكون شبيه البيبتايد - 1 وثنائي البيبتيديل بيبتيديز - 4 ومستلمات المزدوجة مع البروتين - G عند مرضى الســـكري والســكري ذي الاعتلال العصبي وحساب مقاومة الانسولين ومؤشر البلازما لتصلب الشرايين ونسبة الانسولين/الكلوكاكون في هذه المجموعات ومقارنتها مع مجموعة السيطرة.استخدمت هذه الدراسة تســـعين شخصا , تراوحت اعمارهم بين (40 - 65) عاما، ومؤشر كتلة الجسم (30 - 35) كغم /م2. وتم تقسيمهم الى ثلاث مجموعات على النحو الاتي : المجموعة الاولى (G1) وتتكون من ثلاثين شخصا من الاصحاء كمجموعة سيطرة , والمجموعة الثانية (G2) وتتكون من ثلاثين مريضا يعانون السكري , والمجموعة الثالثة (G3) وتتكون من ثلاثين مريضا يعانون السكري ذا الاعتلال العصبي.لقد تـم تعيين مستويات مؤشر كتلة الجسم وسكر دم الصائم ونسبة الهيموغلوبين المسكر والتوصيل الجلدي الكهروكيميائي (معدل القدم) والتوصيل الجلدي الكهروكيميائي (معدل اليد) والتوصيل الجلدي الكهروكيميائي (خطر الاصابة بالاعتلال العصبي) والكوليستيرول الكلي والدهون الثلاثية والبروتين الدهني ذي الكثافة العالية والبروتين الدهني ذي الكثافة الواطئة والبروتين الدهني ذي الكثافة الواطئة جدا ومؤشر البلازما لتصلب الشرايين والانسولين ومقاومة الانسولين والكلوكاكون ونسبة الانسولين/الكلوكاكون والكلوكاكون شبيه البيبتايد - 1 وثنائي البيبتيديل بيبتيديز - 4 وومستلمات المزدوجة مع البروتين - G لجميع المجموعات المدروسة. اوضحت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مؤشر كتلة الجسم بين المجموعات المدروسة حيث كانت (p≥0.05) ولكن وجــد ارتفاع معنوي بمستويات سكر دم الصائم ونسبة الهيموغلوبين المسكر في مجموعات المرضى مقارنة بمجموعة السيطرة حيث كانت (p≤0.05).اظهرت النتائج ايضا فروقا ذات دلالة احصائية في التوصيل الجلدي الكهروكيميائي (معدل القدم) والتوصيل الجلدي الكهروكيميائي (معدل اليد) والتوصيل الجلدي الكهروكيميائي (خطر الاصابة بالاعتلال العصبي) بين المجموعة الثانية والمجموعة الثالثة مقارنة مع المجموعة الاولى , وفي المجموعة الثالثة مقارنة مع المجموعة الثانية حيث كانت (P≤0.05). ان التوصيل الجلدي الكهروكيميائي عند مرضى السكري مع الاعتلال العصبي اسوء بكثير لكلا القدمين واليدين من مرضى السكري بدون الاعتلال العصبي ومجموعة السيطرة [62.67 ± 3.08 مقابل 84.88 ± 1.01 و89.08 ± 0.77 (p≤0.05) للاقدام و49.08 ± 2.35 مقابل 74.08 ± 1.76 و81.17 ± 1.88 (p≤0.05) لليد]. اوضحت النتائج انه لا توجد زيادة معنوية في الكوليستيرول الكلي والبروتين الدهني ذي الكثافة الواطئة في المجموعة الثانية مقارنة بـــ المجموعة الاولى حيث كانت (p≥0.05) ، في حين كانت هناك زيادة معنوية في الكوليستيرول الكلي والبروتين الدهني ذي الكثافة الواطئة في المجموعة الثالثة مقارنة بــــ المجموعة الثانية والمجموعة الاولى حيث كانت (p≤0.05). وكشفت النتائج ايضزايادة معنوية في الدهون الثلاثية والبروتين الدهني ذي الكثافة الواطئة جدا في المجموعة الثانية والمجموعة الثالثة بــــ المجموعة الاولى, والمجموعة الثالثة مقارنة بــــ المجموعة الثانية حيث كانت (p≤0.05). اظهرت النتائج ايضا انخفاضا معنويا في البروتين الدهني ذي الكثافة العالية في المجموعة الثانية والمجموعة الثالثة مقارنة بــ المجموعة الاولى حيث كانت (p≤0.05) ، في حين لم نلاحظ اهمية في الانخفاض في المجموعة الثالثة مقارنة مع المجموعة الثانية حيث كانت (p≥0.05) . واظهرت النتائج ايضزايادة معنوية في مستويات مؤشر البلازما لتصلب الشرايين في المجموعة الثانية والمجموعة الثالثة مقارنة بـــ المجموعة الاولى حيث كانت (p≤0.05) ، في حين لم نلاحظ زيادة معنوية في المجموعة الثالثة مقارنة مع المجموعة الثانية حيث كانت (p≥0.05).وكشفت النتائج كذلك اهمية معنوية في زيادة مستويات الانسولين ومقاومته في المجموعة الثانية والمجموعة الثالثة مقارنة بـــ المجموعة الاولى , والمجموعة الثالثة مقارنة بـــ المجموعة الثانية حيث كانت (p≤0.05). واظهرت النتائج ايضا اهمية معنوية في زيادة مستويات الكلوكاكون في المجموعة الثانية والمجموعة الثالثة مقارنة بـــ المجموعة الاولى حيث كانت (p≤0.05). ولم توجد اهمية معنوية في زيادة مستويات الكلوكاكون في المجموعة الثالثة مقارنة مع المجموعة الثانية حيث كانت (p≥0.05). ولم تظهر النتائج ايضا وجود اي انخفاض معنوي في نسبة الانسولين/الكلوكاكون في المجموعة الثانية مقارنة بـ المجموعة الاولى حيث كانت (p≥0.05) بينما لوحظ وجود ارتفاع معنوي في المجموعة الثالثة مقارنة بـ المجموعة الثانية والمجموعة الاولى حيث كانت (p≤0.05).فقد لوحظ ايضا ارتفاع معنوي في مستويات الكلوكاكون شبيه البيبتايد - 1 وثنائي البيبتيديل بيبتيديز - 4 في المجموعة الثانية مقارنة بــ المجموعة الاولى , وفي المجموعة الثالثة مقارنة مع المجموعة الثانية والمجموعة الاولى حيث كانت (p≤0.05). ولوحظ كذلك ارتفاع معنوي في مستويات مستلمات المزدوجة مع البروتين - G في المجموعة الثانية مقارنة مع المجموعة الاولى والمجموعة الثالثة حيث كانت (p≤0.05). في حين لم تلاحظ زيادة معنوية في المجموعة الثالثة مقارنة مع المجموعة الثانية حيث كانت (p≥0.05). | Neuropathy is a common disorder in DM patients which results from poor glycaemic control and long duration of diabetes. Higher body mass index, smoking, hypertension, increased levels of cholesterol and triglyceride are associated with the incidence of neuropathy.The study aimed to the determination of Insulin, Glucagon, Glucagon Like Peptide - 1, Dipeptidyl Peptidase - 4 and G - Protein Coupled Receptors levels in diabetic and neurodiabetic patients and calculate Homeostatic Model Assessment - Insulin Resistance, Atherogenic Index of Plasma, Insulin/Glucagon ratio in these groups and compare it with control group.Ninety subjects were enrolled in this study with ages ranged (40 - 65) years and Body Mass Index (30 - 35) Kg/m2 that were divided into three groups as follows : first group (G1) consists of 30 healthy individuals as a control group, second group (G2) consists of 30 patients with diabetic and third group (G3) consists of 30 patients with diabetic neuropathy. Body Mass Index, Fasting Blood Sugar, Glycated Hemoglobin (HbA1C), Electrochemical Skin Conductance (Feet Mean), Electrochemical Skin Conductance (Hand Mean) and Electrochemical Skin Conductance (Risk of neuropathies), Total Cholesterol, Triglyceride, High Density Lipoprotein - cholesterol, Low Density Lipoprotein - cholesterol, Very Low Density Lipoprotein - cholesterol, Atherogenic Index of Plasma, Insulin, Homeostatic Model Assessment - Insulin Resistance, Glucagon, Insulin/Glucagon ratio, Glucagon Like Peptide - 1, Dipeptidyl Peptidase - 4 and G - Protein Coupled Receptors were determined for all studied groups. Results illustrated no significant differences in BMI among the studied groups at (p≥0.05) but significant elevation in patients groups comparing to control group in FBS and HbA1c were found at (p≤0.05).Results, also, revealed significant differences in ESC (Feet Mean), ESC (Hand Mean) and ESC (Risk of neuropathies) between diabetic group and diabetic neuropathy group comparing with control group and in diabetic neuropathy group comparing to diabetic group, that diabetic patients with diabetic neuropathy had significantly worse ESCs of both feet and hands than patients without diabetic neuropathy and control group [62.67±3.08 vs. 84.88±1.01 and 89.08±0.77 (p≤0.05) for feet and 49.08±2.35 vs. 74.08±1.76 and 81.17±1.88 (p≤0.05) for hand].Results illustrated no significant increase was found in Total Cholesterol and Low Density Lipoprotein in diabetic group comparing to control group at (p≥0.05), while there was significant increase in Total Cholesterol and Low Density Lipoprotein - cholesterol in diabetic neuropathy group comparing to diabetic group and control group at (p≤0.05). Results, also, revealed significant increase in Triglyceride and Very Low Density Lipoprotein - cholesterol in diabetic group and diabetic neuropathy group to control group and diabetic neuropathy group comparing to diabetic group at (p≤0.05). Also, it demonstrated significant decrease in High Density Lipoprotein - cholesterol in diabetic group and diabetic neuropathy group comparing to control group at (p≤0.05), while no significant decrease was observed in diabetic neuropathy group comparing to diabetic group at (p≥0.05). Results demonstrated significant increase in AIP levels in diabetic group and diabetic neuropathy group comparing to control group at (p≤0.05), while no significant increase was observed in diabetic neuropathy group comparing to diabetic group at (p≥0.05).Results revealed a significant increase in insulin and HOMA - IR levels in diabetic group and diabetic neuropathy group comparing to control group and in diabetic neuropathy group comparing to diabetic group at (p≤0.05). Results, also, showed a significant increase in glucagon levels in diabetic group and diabetic neuropathy group comparing to control group at (p≤0.05). No significant increase was found in diabetic neuropathy group comparing to diabetic group at (p≥0.05). Results, also, showed no significant reduce was found in In/Glu ratio in diabetic group comparing to control group at (p≥0.05), while a significant elevation was observed in diabetic neuropathy group comparing to diabetic group and control group at (p≤0.05).A significant elevation in GLP - 1 and DPP - 4 levels in diabetic group comparing to control group, and in diabetic neuropathy group comparing to diabetic group and control group were noticed at (p≤0.05). A significant elevation in GPCR levels in diabetic group comparing to control group and diabetic neuropathy group at (p≤0.05), while no significant increase was noticed in diabetic neuropathy group comparing to diabetic group at (p≥0.05).

(L1, L2, L3, L4). حيث : L1= (potassium 2,2' - (biphenyl - 4,4' - diylbis(azanediyl))bis(2 - oxoethane - 2,1 - diyl)bis(propylcarbamodithioate)L2=(potassium2,2' - (biphenyl - 4,4' - diylbis(azanediyl))bis(2 - oxoethane - 2,1 - diyl) bis(benzylcarbamodithioate)L3= (potassium2,2' - (biphenyl - 4,4' - diylbis(azanediyl))bis(1 - chloro - 2 - oxoethane - 2,1 - diyl)bis(cyclohexylcarbamodithioate)) L4=(potassium2,2' - (biphenyl - 4,4' - diylbis(azanediyl))bis(2 - oxoethane - 2,1 - diyl) bis(isopropylcarbamodithioate))الهدف من تحضير الليكاندات الحرة هو السماح لنا باجراء قياسات متكاملة للتشخيص. والمخطط . L4 وL3, L2 , L1 التالي يوضح تحضير الكاندات Scheme : Synthetic route for ligands L1 , L2, L3 and L4 حضرت المعقدات ثنائيه الفلز باستخدام طريقتين الاولى طريقة اللكاند الحر والثانية طريقة الاضافة الواحدة للمواد المتفاعلة في دورق التفاعل. حضر المعقد في طريقة اللكاند الحر من تفاعل مكافئ من ملح البوتاسيوم ثنائي ثايوكارباميت مع مكافئ من ملح الفلز .(MnII, CoII, NiII, CuII, ZnII and CdII اما الطريقة الثانية فهي طريقة الاضافة الواحدة حيث يتم تحضير المعقد من خلال مزج ثنائي الامين الثانوي مع الكاربون ثنائي الكبريت وملح الفلز وبوجود هيدروكسيد البوتاسيوم باستخدام مزيج من الماء والاسيتونايتريل وسطا للتفاعل لنحصل على المعقدات . شخصت الليكاندات والمعقدات بوساطة التحليل الدقيق للعناصرلبعض من معقداتها المختارة وتقنية اطياف الاشعة تحت الحمراء واطياف الاشعة فوق البنفسجية والمرئية والحساسية المغناطيسية والتوصلية المولارية وقياس درجة الانصهار والفعالية البكتيرية وتقنية طيف الكتلة لليكانداتها L4 - L1 وبعض من معقداتها المختارة مع Zn L4, Zn L3, Cd L2, Cd L1 واطياف الرنين المغناطيسي : 1H, 13C, 13C - DEPT at 135º, COSY, NMR spectroscopy.بينت قياسات الاشعة تحت الحمراء والرنين النووي المغناطيسي ان طبيعة الارتباط لمجموعة الكاربون ثنائي الكبريت هو ثنائيه الارتباط المخلبي كما اظهرت قياسات الاشعة تحت الحمراء ان مجموعة الكبريت ترتبط بالشكل المتماثل وغير المتماثل . كشفت القياسات ( الفيزو - كيميائية) ان التناسق حول المعقدات الحلقية المحضرة هو رباعي التناسق.ذات الصيغة العامة هي : [M(Ln)]2 (where M = Mn II, CoII, NiII, CuII, ZnII and CdII; Ln = L1 - L4) | This thesis is based on the synthesis and characterisation of a number of dithiocarbamate (dtc) ligands and their binuclear metal(II) dithiocarbamate macrocyclic complexes. In these complexes, metal ion assisted the assembly of the complex formation. ligands were prepared from the reaction of precursors with CS2, Preparation of the precursors was based on using of secondary diamines, which were synthesised in two steps; first step includes preparation of acetamide precursors from the reaction of benzidine with chloroacetyl chloride or dichloroacetyl chloride in the presence of alkali base (KOH), while second step based on preparation of secondary amines from the reaction of acetamide with primary amines.The ligands were prepared from the reaction of carbon disulfide and secondary amines in the presence of alkali base (KOH) that gave the free ligands (L1, L2, L3, L4).Where : L1= (potassium 2,2' - (biphenyl - 4,4' - diylbis(azanediyl))bis(2 - oxoethane - 2,1 - diyl)bis(propylcarbamodithioate)L2=(potassium2,2' - (biphenyl - 4,4' - diylbis(azanediyl))bis(2 - oxoethane - 2,1 - diyl) bis(benzylcarbamodithioate)L3= (potassium2,2' - (biphenyl - 4,4' - diylbis(azanediyl))bis(1 - chloro - 2 - oxoethane - 2,1 - diyl)bis(cyclohexylcarbamodithioate)) L4=(potassium2,2' - (biphenyl - 4,4' - diylbis(azanediyl))bis(2 - oxoethane - 2,1 - diyl) bis(isopropylcarbamodithioate)) The aim of preparation of the free ligands was to allow us conducting full characterisation on the ligands. The free dithiocarbamate ligands; L1 , L2, L3 and L4 (see Scheme). Scheme : Synthetic route for ligands L1 , L2, L3 and L4 The bimetallic complexes were synthesised using two approaches; (i) from the reaction of free ligand with metal ion, and (ii) via a one pot reaction. In free ligand approach; complexes were prepared from the reaction of equivalent potassium dithiocarbamate salt with equivalent of the metal salt; MnII, CoII, NiII, CuII, ZnII and CdII. In the second approach; the complexes were prepared in one pot reaction by mixing carbon disulfide, with the appropriate secondary amine and metal salt in the presence of (KOH) using mixture of MeCN : H2O. Ligands and complexes were fully characterised by elemental analysis for selected complexes, melting points, magnetic susceptibility for complexes, conductance, bacterial activity, FTIR, UV - Vis, mass spectroscopy L1 , L2, L3 and L4 and 1H - , 13C - , 13C - DEPT at 135º and COSY NMR spectroscopy. FTIR and NMR studies revealed a bidentate coordination mode of the CS2 moiety to the central metal ion. Furthermore, FTIR studies showed asymmetric (anisobidentate) and symmetric bidentate coordination mode. Physico - chemical analysis revealed that the bisthiocarbamate macrocyclic complexes exhibited four coordinate structures in the solid and solution state with the general formula : [M(Ln)]2 (where M = Mn II, CoII, NiII, CuII, ZnII and CdII; Ln = L1 - L4)

تحضير وتشخيص معقدات ثنائية النواة جديدة لبعض العناصر الفلزية المشتقة من قاعدة شف == Synthesis and Characterization of Some new dinuclear Metal Complexes for Schiff base derivative

المستخلص: يتضمن البحث تحضير وتشخيص ليكاند رباعي السن [Sodium(z) - 2 - ((2 - chloro - 4((2(diethylamino)ethyl)carba - moyl) - 5 - methoxy phenyl) imino propanoate] [NaL] . من تفاعل metoclopramide مع sodium pyruvate باستعمال الايثانول كمذيب وبطريقة التصعيد الحراري، تم تشخيص الليكاند المحضر باستخدام اطياف الاشعة تحت الحمراء، الاشعة فوق البنفسجية، طيف الرنين النووي المغناطيسي للبروتون وللكاربون13، طيف الكتلة، التحليل الدقيق للعناصر (كاربون.هيدروجين .نتروجين) ودرجات الانصهار. ان التركيب الجزيئي المحتمل لليكاند [NaL] رسم باستخدام برنامج Chem. office 2006 كما موضح في الشكل ادناه : igand [NaL]كذلك حضرت معقدات الليكاند (NaL) للايونات الفلزية وغير الفلزية Cr3+وMn2+ وCo2+ وNi 2+ وCu2+ وZn2+ وCd2+و Pd2+ جميع هذه المعقدات المحضرة شخصت بواسطة الطرق الطيفية اطياف الاشعة تحت الحمراء، الاشعة فوق البنفسجية - المرئية، محتوى الكلور، درجة الانصهار مع قياسات التوصيلية المولارية والحساسية المغناطيسية. وتم استنتاج الشكل الهندسي المتوقع هو ثماني السطوح حول الايونات الفلزية وغير الفلزية [Cr3+, Mn2+, Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, Zn2+ and Cd2+] والشكل الهندسي المتوقع يكون مربع مستوي حول الايون الفلزي Pd2+ . تم دراسة الفعالية الحيوية لليكاند[NaL] والمعقدات المحضرة باستعمال طريقة التثبيط. ولقد اثبتت النتائج ان المعقدات والليكاند [NaL]تكون نشاطا" لجميع البكتريا المدروسة ماعدا المعقدات [(Mn)2(L)(Cl)2(H2O)6]Cl و[(Ni)2(L)2(CL)2(H2O)6]Cl و[(Cr)2(L)(Cl)4(H2O)4]Cl مع Staphylococcus وPseudomonas والمعقدات و[(Mn)2(L)(Cl)2(H2O)6]Cl و[(Ni)2(L)2(CL)2(H2O)6]Cl مع Bacillus والمعقدات [(Co)2(L)(Cl)2(H2O)6]Cl و[(Ni)2(L)2(CL)2(H2O)6]Cl و[(Cu)(L)2(CL)2(H2O)6]Cl و[(Cr)2(L)(Cl)4(H2O)4]Cl مع E - coli والليكاند مع Staphylococcus والتي دلت النتائج عدم حدوث تغير ملموس لقطر التثبيط. | The aim of the work is synthesis and characterization of tetradentate ligand [Sodium (z) - 2 - ((2 - chloro - 4((2(diethylamino) ethyl) carbamoyl) - 5 - methoxy phenyl) imino propanoate] [NaL] from the reaction of metoclopramide with sodium pyruvate [NaL], the reaction was carried out in ethanol as a solvent under reflux. The prepared ligand [NaL] was characterized by FT - IR, UV - Vis spectroscopy,1H,13C - NMR spectra, mass spectra, elemental microanalysis (C.H.N) and melting point. The proposed molecular structure ligand [NaL] was drawn,by using Ultra Chem. office program (2006). As shown in figure below : Ligand [ NaL ]The ligand complexes for the metal ions Cr3+, Mn2+, Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, Zn2+, Cd2+ and Pd2+ were prepared and characterized by spectroscopic methods (FT - IR , UV - Vis spectroscopy), (A.A), chloride content, melting point, molar conductance and magnetic susceptibility. These measure - ments showed octahedral geometry around (Cr+3 ,Mn2+, Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, Zn2+ and Cd2+) ions and square planner around Pd2+ ion. The biological activity of the ligand [NaL] and their complexes were studied using inhibition zone method which showed that these complexes have good activity against all the tested bacteria, except [(Mn)2(L)(Cl)2 (H2O)6]Cl,[(Ni)2(L)(Cl)2(H2O)6]Cl and[(Cr)2(L)(Cl)4 (H2O)4]Cl with Stap - hylococcus and Pseudomonas, [NaL] with Staphylococcus , [(Mn)2(L) (Cl)2 (H2O)6]Cl and [(Ni)2(L)(Cl)2(H2O)6] Cl with Bacillus ,[(Co)2(L)(Cl)2 (H2O)6] Cl, [(Ni)2(L)(Cl)2(H2O)6] ,[(Cu)2(L)(Cl)2(H2O)6]Cl and [(Cr)2(L) (Cl)4 (H2O )4]Cl with E - coli

المستخلص: الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو مقارنة تاثير الجلوكاجون شبيه الببتيد - 1 (GLP - 1) في مصل مرضى فرط شحميات الدم وفرط شحميات الدم مع داء السكري من النوع الثاني بالمقارنة مع الاصحاء , قد قسمت المجاميع الى المجموعة الاولى (G1 ) وتتكون من 45)) من الافراد الاصحاء (ذكور واناث) , المجموعة الثانية (G2 ) وتتكون من 45)) من مرضى فرط الدهون بالدم (ذكور واناث) والمجموعة الثالثة (G3) وتتكون من 45)) من مرضى فرط الدهون المصابين بداء السكري (ذكور واناث) , تم استبعاد كلا من المدخنين , مدمني الكحول , مرضى القلب والاوعية الدموية ,المتعالجين بالانسولين , مرضى الكلى , الفشل الكبدي والمتعالجين بالاستاتين تم تقدير مستوى الهيموغلوبين المتشكر(HbA1c) في الدم الكلي لكل المجاميع , تم استخدام مصل الدم لتقدير مستوى السكر في الدم , صورة الدهون , الانسولين , الكلوكاكون والكلوكاكون شبيه الببتيد - 1 , مقاومة الانسولين تم قياسها حسابيا بطريقة حساب تقييم التوازن النموذجي لمقاومة الانسولين والذي يساوي] تركيزالكلوكوز الصيامي(ملي مول/لتر )× تركيز الانسولين الصيامي(نانوغرام/مل)/22.5[. مؤشر تصلب الشرايين تم تعيينه من خلال المعادلة ]مؤشر البلازما المعصد=لوغارتم(الدهون الثلاثية/الدهون البروتينية عالية الكثافة)[ ومؤشر كتلة الجسم من خلال المعادلة} الوزن (كغم)\ الطول (متر مربع){ .تشير النتائج الى زيادة معنوية في معدلات سكر الدم الصيامى ووسكر الدم التراكمي في المجموعة الثالثة مقارنة بالمجموعتين الاولى والثانية , اشارت النتائج الى ارتفاع معنوي في معدلات الكوليسترول الكلي والدهون الثلاثية والبروتينات الدهنية واطئة الكثافة والبروتينات الدهنية واطئة الكثافة جدا في المجموعتين الثانية والثالثة مقارنة بمجموعة الاصحاء , كما وجد انخفاض معنوي في معدلات البروتينات الدهنية عالية الكثافة في المجموعتين الثانية والثالثة مقارنة بالمجموعة الاولى . لا يوجد ارتفاع معنوي في معدلات الكوليسترول الكلي والدهون الثلاثية والبروتينات الدهنية واطئة الكثافة والبروتينات الدهنية واطئة الكثافة جدا في المجموعة الثالثة مقارنة بالمجموعة الثانية , لا يوجد انخفاض معنوي في معدلات البروتينات الدهنية عالية الكثافة في المجموعة الثالثة مقارنة بالمجموعة الثانية.كشفت النتائج ايضا عن ارتفاع معنوي في معدلات مؤشر تصلب الشرايين في المجموعتين الثانية والثالثة مقارنة بمجموعة الاصحاء وايضا وجد ارتفاع معنوي في المجموعة الثالثة مقارنة بالمجموعة الثانية . كشفت النتائج انه لا يوجد انخفاض معنوي في معدلات الانسولين في المجموعة الثانية مقارنة بالمجموعة الاولى , بينما اشارت النتائج الى انخفاض معنوي في معدلات المجموعة الثالثة مقارنة بالمجموعتين الاولى والثانية .كشفت النتائج الى ان معدلات الكلوكاكون منخفضة في المجموعتين الثانية والثالثة مقارنة بالمجموعة الاولى , بينما اشارت النتائج الى انخفاض معنوي في المجموعة الثالثة مقارنة بالمجموعة الثانية .اشارت النتائج الى انخفاض معنوي في معدلات الكلوكاكون شبيه الببتيد - 1 (GLP - 1 ) في المجموعة الثانية مقارنة بالمجموعة الاولى , وايضا وجد انخفاض معنوي عالي في مجموعة مرضى السكري مقارنة بالمجموعة الاولى والثانية .اوضحت النتائج انه توجد علاقة غير معنوية ايجابية للكلوكاكون شبيه الببتيد - 1 مع السكر التراكمي في المجموعة الاولى , بينما توجد علاقة معنوية سلبية عالية في المجموعتين الثانية والثالثة , توجد علاقة معنوية ايجابية عالية للكلوكاكون شبيه الببتيد - 1 مع مؤشر كتلة الجسم في المجموعات الاولى والثانية والثالثة , توجد علاقة غير معوية ايجابية للكلوكاكون شبيه الببتيد - 1 مع الكوليسترول في المجموعة الاولى , بينما توجد علاقة معنوية سلبية عالية في المجموعتين الثانية والثالثة , توجد علاقة معنوية سلبية للكلوكاكون شبيه الببتيد - 1 مع الدهون الثلاثية في المجموعتين الاولى والثالثة , بينما توجد علاقة معنوية ايجابية عالية في المجموعة الثانية , توجد علاقة معنوية ايجابية للكلوكاكون شبيه الببتيد - 1 مع البروتينات الدهنية عالية الكثافة في المجموعة الاولى ,بينما توجد علاقة معنوية سلبية عالية في المجموعتين الثانية والثالثة , توجد علاقة معنوية سلبية عالية للكلوكاكون شبيه الببتيد - 1 مع البروتينات الدهنية واطئة الكثافة في المجموعات الاولى والثانية والثالثة , توجد علاقة معنوية سلبية عالية للكلوكاكون شبيه الببتيد - 1 مع البروتينات الدهنية واطئة الكثافة جدا في المجموعتين الاولى والثالثة , بينما توجد علاقة معنوية ايجابية عالية في المجموعة الثانية , توجد علاقة معنوية سلبية عالية للكلوكاكون شبيه الببتيد - 1 مع مؤشر تصلب الشرايين في المجموعة الاولى , بينما توجد علاقة معنوية ايجابية عالية في المجموعة الثانية وتوجد عاقة معنوية ايجابية في المجموعة الثالثة , توجد علاقة غير مع معنوية سلبية للكلوكاكون شبيه الببتيد - 1 مع الانسولين في المجموعة الاولى والثانية , بينما توجد علاقة معنوية ايجابية عالية في المجموعة الثالثة , توجد علاقة معنوية سلبية عالية للكلوكاكون شبيه الببتيد - 1 مع الكلوكاكون في المجموعة الاولى والثالثة , بينما توجد علاقة معنوية سلبية في المجموعة الثانية , توجد علاقة معنوية سلبية عالية للكلوكاكون شبيه الببتيد - 1 مع مقاومة الانسولين في المجموعتين الاولى والثانية , بينما توجد علاقة معنوية ايجابية في المجموعة الثالثة . | The objective of this study is to compare the effect of glucagon like peptide - 1 (GLP - 1) in sera of hyperlipidemia patients and hyperlipidemia with type 2 diabetes mellitus compared to healthy control , the groups are : G1 consists of 45 (male and female) healthy individuals , G2 consists of 45 (male and female)hyperlipidemia patients and G3 consists of 45 (male and female) hyperlipidemia patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, smokers, alcoholics and patient with cardiovascular disease, insulin treatments, kidney disease ,hepatic failure and statin treatments were excluded. Glycosylated hemoglobin HbA1c was determined in whole blood for all groups. The serum used in determination of fast blood glucose ( FBG), lipid profile, insulin , glucagon and GLP - 1 . Atherogenic index of plasma (AIP)was calculated from the formula AIP=Log(TG/HDL), body mass index (BMI) was calculated from the formula BMI =[weight in Kg /( height in meter)2] , and HOMA - IR was calculated from the formula HOMA - IR=[(Glucose x Insulin)/22.5] Results revealed that there was significant increase in FBG and HbA1c in G3 compared to G1 and G2 .There was significant elevation in total cholesterol(T.ch) , triglyceride (TG) , low density lipoprotein (LDL) and very low density lipoprotein (VLDL) in G2 and G3 compared to G1. Also there was significant reduction in HDL in G2 and G3 compared to G1. There was no significant elevation in T.ch , TG , LDL and VLDL in G3 compared with G2 .Also there was no significant reduction in HDL in G3 compared with G2 . Results also showed that there was significant increase in AIP in G2 and G3 compared with G1 , and in G3 compared with G2 . The results also illustrated no significant reduction in insulin in G2 compared with G1 , whereas there was significant reduction in G3 compared with G1 and G2 , Also the results indicated that there was significant reduction in glucagon in G2 and G3 compared with G1 and significant reduction in G3 compared with G2 . Results found that there was significant reduction in GLP - 1 in G2 compared with G1 , whereas there was high significant reduction in G3 compared with G1 and G2 . Results illustrated no significant positive correlation was found of GLP - 1 with HbA1c in G1 , while high significant negative correlation in G2 and G3 .high significant positive correlation of GLP - 1 with BMI in G1 , G2 and G3 . No significant positive correlation was found of GLP - 1 with T.ch in G1 , while high significant negative correlation in G2 and G3 . High significant negative correlation of GLP - 1 with TG in G1 and G3 , while high significant positive correlation in G2. High significant positive correlation of GLP - 1 with HDL in G1 ,while high significant negative correlation G2 and G3 . High significant negative correlation of GLP - 1 with LDL in G1 , G2 and G3 . High significant negative correlation of GLP - 1 with VLDL in G1 and G3 , while high significant positive correlation in G2 .High significant negative correlation of GLP - 1 with AIP in G1 , while high significant positive correlation in G2 and significant positive correlation in G3 . No significant negative correlation was found of GLP - 1 with insulin in G1 and G2 , while high significant positive correlation in G3 .High significant negative correlation of GLP - 1 with glucagon in G1 and G3 , while significant negative correlation in G2 .High significant negative correlation of GLP - 1 with HOMA - IR in G1 and G2 , while significant positive correlation in G3

المستخلص: The contemporary world is characterized by change and instability due to the successive developments and challenges in all the fields and in all levels, whether local, regional and global. This is why decision makers are required to search in order to identify the changes and the challenges, which the institutions and the organization may face in all sectors in order to improve them and also to cope with the developments in order to deal with them positively, through the use of the contemporary concepts in administration. The reason behind this is to find new active systems which enhance the activity of the organization to achieve uniqueness.The development in administration is the real scale for the development in different aspects of life, and also the first step for the comprehensive development. It focuses on augmenting the efficiency of human beings and putting the organizational structures through organization, assigning the duties which are considered to be the basic activities for the administrative development. This should be done in a way that guarantees doing the duties in a more active way. The new trends in administrative development also focus on effecting changes in the behavioral and intellectual activities in the administrative system.They depend also on the integrative and comprehensive view for their elements in order to enable the organizations to adjust to the environmental changes through creating variables for the inputs and activities, in a way that leads to the increase of the abilities to create a healthy milieu and improve its abilities to solve the problems and achieve self - improvement in order to face the environmental demands. Universities are considered the major centers which make the changes and developments, because they have the premises of creativity and innovation, through their academic and administrative qualities, and also through their rare specialization working there. Universities are also considered the intellectual, academic and civilization center in their societies. So, their roles in human and economic development go beyond the university walls to serve the society and interact with the other societies through the process of education, production and the other services.The influence of the university in the society is determined by the roles which it does in activating the self - potentials of the society, to eradicate illiteracy, achieve total development, redeeming the gap between the society and the leading societies. This will not be achieve if the university is confined inside its walls, to lay ties with the society. It must expand its duties and roles to support the efforts of economic and social growth.The following are some of the important conclusions : 1 - The weakness of the university in making use of its qualities in a way that best reflects their fields. Many specialists are assigned to work in a work that is not their field of specialization and there is also no accurate job description for many of them.2 - The organizational Structure needs the management engineering which makes it more flexible and more diverse in a way that best suits the contemporary trends and advancements.

المستخلص: Goal to build Instruction design according to Neural Branching thinking strategies and to identify its effect on the qualitative achievement of physics at the fifth - grade science students and their Formal thinking.To achieve the second goal of research, researcher formulated null hypotheses as following : 1. No statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students who studied physics by teaching design and the average scores of the control group students who studied by the traditional method (usual) on qualitative physics achievement test.2. No statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students who studied physics by(teaching - learning) design and the average scores of the control group students who studied by the traditional method (usual) on Formal thinking test.To investigate the hypotheses selected sample was Selected intentionally by the researcher of preparatory AL - Zaitoon male students of the (General Directorate for Educational AL Qadassyia/ I) for the academic year (2015 - 2016).Sample consisted of (74) students divided into two groups of (37) students in the experimental group studied by educational - learning design, and (37) students in the control group studied by the traditional method (usual), two groups have been equalization in the following variables (time age in month, the physics degree of the fourth grade average, Previous information in physics,intelligence and Formal thinking).After prepared requirements research included teaching design, selected the scientific subject, determine the physical concepts, the formulation of behavioral objectives, prepared teaching plans for the experimental & control groups, and the working paper for the student.To achieve the goal of research and testing hypotheses the researcher prepared two tools, first : physics achievement test in physics covers six levels of Bloom's Taxonomy (remembering, understanding, application, analysis, combination , and evaluation) composed of (50) items divided to (30) objective items of multiple choice with four alternatives , and (20) essay items with a specific answer, itsBpsychometric properties was calculated, Second : Formal thinking test composed of (38) items ,The research obtained this test after finding validity and constant when he applied on simple explanatory from research society and not from the same simple explanatoryTwo research tools were applied and the resulltes are analyzed by using equation (t - test) for two independent samples with equal number, the results showed : 1. There was statistically significant differences in physics achievement test, favor of the experimental group to the control group in the, with large size effect.2. There are statistically significant differences in favor of the experimental group to the control group in probe thinking scale, with large size effect.In light of the search results the researcher had a number of recommendations which including, re - views of the curricula and teaching methods of practical educational programs in the colleges of education to adopt Instruction designs, which had a positive effect on qualitative achievement and Formal thinking such this research. Researcher suggested and a number of studies, including, the effect of Instruction design in accordance with the strategies of active learning in other variables and their effect on other science Subjects and other stages.

المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي الى تعرف اثر برنامج تدريبي قائم على المهارات الرياضية المتضمنة في الاختبارات الدولية (TIMSS) في تحصيل طلبة المرحلة المتوسطة وتقديرهم للقيمة العلمية للرياضيات. تم اختيار عينة البحث من طلبة الصف الثاني المتوسط في المدارس الثانوية في بغداد، موزعين بطريقة عشوائية، اذ اختيرت مدرستان ثانوية الايلاف للبنات وثانوية السلام للبنين في كل منهما شعبتين (ا، ب)، بلغ عدد طلاب المجموعة التجريبية للبنين (18) وعدد طلاب المجموعة الضابطة للبنين (16) كما بلغ عدد طالبات المجموعة التجريبية للبنات (16) طالبة وعدد طلاب المجموعة الضابطة للبنات (15) طالبة. وتم التحقق من تكافؤ المجموعتين بالمتغيرات (العمر الزمني بالاشهر، درجة الذكاء، التحصيل السابق في مادة الرياضيات، اختبار تقدير القيمة العلمية، اختبار المعلومات السابقة)، وباستخدام اختبار (مان وتني) للعينات المتوسطة (U) ظهرت مجموعتي البحث متكافئتان في هذه المتغيرات. وقد تم اعداد مستلزمات البحث الاتية : 1. البرنامج التدريبي : تم بناء البرنامج تدريبي والاخذ بالخطوات او المراحل الثلاث (التخطيط والتنفيذ والتقويم) وتم الاستعانة بدراسات سابقة واعداد مخططا يوضح كل مرحلة من المراحل المذكورة، والاسس التي اعتمدت عليها. 2. اداتا البحث : - الاختبار التحصيلي : تم بناء اختبار تحصيلي توليفي من نوعين من الاختبارات هما الاختبارات الموضوعية والمقاليه، وتم التحقق من صدق المحتوى للاختبار التحصيلي، بلغ معامل الثبات (0.793) وهو معامل ثبات جيد للاختبارات الصفية. - مقياس تقدير القيمة العلمية للرياضيات : تكون المقياس من (45) فقرة اختباريه، وتم اعتماد نوعين من الصدق هما، الصدق الظاهري، وتم التاكد منه بعرضه على المحكمين، وصدق البناء، وتم احتساب معامل التمييز لكل فقرة من فقرات المقياس باعتماد المعادلة الخاصة بها، وتم احتساب الثبات بطريقة (اعادة الاختبار) فبلغ (0.84) وهو مقبول معنويا.وبعد تطبيق الاختبار التحصيلي ومعالجة النتائج احصائيا باستعمال اختبار (مان وتني) للعينات المتوسطة لحساب دلالة الفرق بين متوسطي المجموعتين في متغير الاختبار التحصيلي للرياضيات للطلاب والطالبات، اظهرت النتائج ان قيمة (مان وتني) (U) المحسوبة (صفر) وهي اصغر من القيمة الجدولية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) مما يعني ان هذا الفرق دال احصائيا لصالح المجموعة التجريبية التي درست على وفق برنامج التدريبي القائم على المهارات الرياضية المتضمنة في الاختبارات الدولية(TIMSS).كذلك اظهرت النتائج ان هناك فرقا دالا احصائيا في متغير تقدير القيمة العلمية للرياضيات للطلاب والطالبات لصالح المجموعة التجريبية التي درست على وفق برنامج تدريبي قائم على المهارات الرياضية المتضمنة في الاختبارات الدولية(TIMSS).وفي ضوء النتائج التي اسفر عنها البحث تم التوصل الى الاستنتاجات الاتية : 1. ملائمة البرنامج القائم على المهارات الرياضية في الاختبارات الدولية ((TIMSS مع موضوعات مادة الرياضيات التي تدرس في خلال التجربة لطلبة المرحلة المتوسطة.2. فاعلية البرنامج القائم على المهارات الرياضية المتضمنة في الاختبارات الدولية ((TIMSS في التحصيل وتقدير القيمة العلمية للرياضيات لدى طلبة المرحلة المتوسطة قياسا بالطريقة الاعتيادية، وهو هدف مهم تنادي به جميع المؤتمرات والادبيات التربوية الحديثة.3. اسهم البرنامج القائم على المهارات الرياضية المتضمنة في الاختبارات الدولية ((TIMSS في تشجيع الطلبة على حرية الراي والاستكشاف، وطرح التساؤلات واثارتهم ومشاركتهم الايجابية في خلال الدرس على وجه الخصوص، وهذا ما شعرت به الباحثة خلال تطبيق التجربة. | The goal of current research to know the effect based on mathematical skills in international training program tests (TIMSS) in the collection of middle school students and their appreciation of the scientific value of mathematics.Was selected Find a community of second grade average of students in secondary schools in Baghdad, distributors randomly, as chosen secondary two schools in each of two divisions (A, B), the number of the experimental group students for Boys (18) and the number of the control group for Boys students (16) the number of students in the experimental group for girls reached 16 and the number of student control group students for Girls (15) student.Were verified equality of the two variables (chronological age in months, the degree of intelligence, previous achievement in mathematics, test estimation scientific value, test the previous information), and using the test (Mann Whitney) medium samples (U) appeared two sets of search are equivalent in these variables. Search has been prepared following requirements : 1. The training program : The training program is taking steps to build or three phases (planning, implementation, and evaluation) was used previous studies and prepare a blueprint illustrates each stage in question, and the grounds relied upon.2. Tools Search : - Achievement test : The building achievement test synthesis of two types of tests are objective tests and paragraphs essay, were verified the veracity of content of the test grades, amounted reliability coefficient (0.793) which is good for the stability tests classroom labs. - Scale estimate the scientific value of mathematics : The scale of the (45) test paragraph, was adopted two types of honesty are, Virtual honesty, and to make sure of it by submitting it to the arbitrators, and the sincerity of construction, was discrimination coefficient is calculated for each paragraph of the scale adoption of its own equation, was Stability in a manner calculated (retest) reached (0.84) and is morally acceptable. After achievement test application and processing the results statistically using the test (Mann Whitney) medium samples to calculate the significant difference between the averages of the two groups in achievement test for math for students variable, the results showed that the value of (Mann Whitney) (U) calculated (zero) which is smaller than the tabular value when the level of significance (0.05), which means that this D. difference statistically in favor of the experimental group studied according based on mathematical skills are included in the training program of international tests (TIMSS).The results also showed that there is a difference statistically significant variable in estimating the scientific value of mathematics for students in favor of the experimental group that studied according to mathematical skills based on international tests included in the training program (TIMSS).In the light of the results of the search was reached the following conclusions : 1. appropriateness of the program based on mathematical skills in international tests ((TIMSS mathematics with subjects that are taught through experience in middle school students.2. the effectiveness of the program based on mathematical skills in international tests ((TIMSS in the collection and appreciation of the scientific value of mathematics at the middle school students compared to the usual way, an important objective advocated by all the conferences and educational literature and modern.3. based on mathematical skills in international testing program shares ((TIMSS in encouraging students to freedom of opinion and exploration, ask questions and provoking and positive participation in during a private lesson, and this is what I felt, a researcher at through the application of experience.

Building the evalution tool (questionnaire) according to the international stander of IMS.5.Putting the genral aim of the electronical book. 6 - Chooseing the content of the E - book. students that the book design is suitable scientifically and is designed according to international standards and can be counted on to teach computing subject to thefirst stage in the faculties of Physical Education. The results showed the use of the weighted percentage and Likert scale triangular,the following conclusions are as following : 1. The results obtained by a researcher at the book display Alaketronaaly group of experts through the questionnaire that the percentage of the sample fully 86% Gidjadda and this is a positive sign that the design has been in accordance with international standards. 2. The results obtained by the researcher when viewing an electronic book a bove the students through a questionnaire where it 81% this is a positive indicator shows the extent of the students accepted the new design of the computing subject.

test to think about sports and academic achievement in mathematics experimental groups.Applied experience on the second grade students average (AL - Maali secondary for Girls) / for the academic year 2015 to 2016 m, and the sample consisted Find (123 students) were randomly divided into three first experimental groups consisted of (42) students, and the second group of the (40) students and the third experimental group (41) Student, and rewarded the three groups in the variables (chronological age of the students measured in months, and the IQ test Dunlaz (Daniles, 1975), and former achievement in mathematics, and testing prior mathematical knowledge.، Was the experiment setup requirements and of identifying scientific material, and formulation of behavioral objectives, and prepare lesson plans, as well as the construction of the two tools Find aim to establish the preparation of test (achievement in mathematics and mathematical thinking) and consisted achievement test of (40) items of multiple choice, and consisted of testing mathematical thinking of (25) items of multiple choice, and to check the veracity of the two tests were presented to a group of arbitrators and specialists in educational and psychological sciences and methods of teaching mathematics, as well as the Thbathma and verification of difficult transactions and discrimination and the effectiveness of the wrong alternatives account.The researcher taught the three research groups, as I studied the first experimental group in accordance with the strategy (Draw your thoughts or mental map) and studied the second experimental group in accordance with the strategy (listen - read - discussed the L - RD), and studied the third experimental group in accordance with the strategy (vertices numbered together NHT ) after teaching three groups is completed every dish of achievement test and test mathematical thinking on each of the three groups, it has been using a number of appropriate statistical methods both in research procedures or in the analysis of the results, including (variance ANOVA) and the equation of Alpha Cronbach's coefficient analysis The equation (Kiodor - Richardson - 20) and test Hevah to show moral differences between the results of three research groups.It was reached following results : 1) There is statistically difference significant at the level (0.05) between the average group scores the first experimental group and the second group in achievement test in favor first experimental group.2) There is statistically difference significant at the significance level (0.05) between the averages of the first experimental group and the third experimental group in achievement test in favor third experimental group.3) There is statistically difference significant at the significance level (0.05) between the average grades of the second experimental group and the third experimental group in achievement test in favor of the third experimental group.4) There is statistically difference significant significance level (0.05) between the average of the first group experimental group and the second experimental group to test mathematical thinking in favor of the first experimental group.5)There is no statistically difference significant at the significance level (0.05) between the averages of the first experimental group grades third experimental group to test mathematical thinking.6) There is no statistically difference significant at the significance level (0.05) between the average second experimental group and the third experimental group to test mathematical thinking in favor of the third experimental group.In light of the results came out the researcher a number of conclusions and recommendations and proposals was the most important : Conclusions : 1) that there is the impact of each of the (strategy draw your thoughts or mental map) and (heads numbered together) to increase the collection of students of the two first experimental and third in mathematics compared to the collection of students second experimental group that studied in accordance with the strategy and the second (Listen - Read - Discuss).2)The teaching according (strategy draw your thoughts or mental map) and (heads numbered together) had an impact in raising the level of mathematical thinking among students of the first two experimental groups compared to the second and third experimental group.3) consistent teaching strategies according to the three research procedures with the focus of the constructivist theory of modern education in making the learner at the center of the educational process and attention to his activity and his abilities and his capabilities.Recommendations : 1) adopt the teaching of math second grade average, according strategy(draw your thoughts or mental map) and (numbered heads together) for their impact on achievement and mathematical thinking in mathematics.2) holding training courses for workers in educational research centers and curriculum planners in the field of mathematics to be trained on how to use active learning strategies to teach math for all grade levels.3)work to convince teachers to effectively use active learning strategies and through the establishment of training courses for how to design teaching plans on these strategies and how to implement it into the classroom.Suggestions : 1) To conduct similar studies aimed to find out the effectiveness of the use of these three strategies on achievement and mathematical thinking on other stages of learning.2) the impact of these strategies in other aspects of learning such as the development of multiple intelligences, geometric thinking in mathematics development, the trend towards mathematics, critical thinking development.3) conducting studies aimed at identifying the difficulties and obstacles facing the teachers or teachers for mathematics) when applying active learning strategies and work to propose appropriate solutions in order to overcome them, as well as work on the study of these strategies on other variables.

المستخلص: The aim of the present research was to evaluate the E - Instruction that is used for the computer subject which is applied in a number of Iraqi schools related to the Iraqi Ministry of Education from the viewpoint of the supervisors and teachers in order to diagnose the advantages and disadvantages in the E - Instruction, and give solutions and recommendations that will advance the E - Instruction through answering the following questions : 1 - What is the presence of the objectives for the E - Instruction , when it is applied for the computer subject?2 - What is the type of the E - Instruction, which is applied for the computer subject in the fifth secondary grade?3 - What is the adequacy of the physical aspects for the E - Instruction in the computer subject?4 - How efficient is the use of teachers for the E - Instruction in the computer subject?5 - What is appropriate of the E - Instruction to the level of cognitive development of students in the fifth secondary grade?6 - To what extent is the ability to achieve the goals of computer subject when using the E - Instruction?7 - To what extent is the adoption of computerized content in the computer subject for the fifth secondary grade?8 - What are the main Instruction strategies the E - Instruction that has been in use in the computer subject and the activities associated with it?9 - What are the methods of evaluation used in the computer subject within the E - Instruction?10 - What are the types of questions that are used to evaluate students in the computer subject within the E - Instruction ?11 - What is the availability of appropriate software aspects of the E - Instruction?12 - To what extent the application of e - learning the E - Instruction in the computer subject during the school year?13 - What is the class management techniques used in the application of the E - Instruction?To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher used as a population of her research all the teachers who taught the computer subject and engaged in teaching the E - Instruction for the current academic year (2014 - 2015) in Al - Kadsiay (Diwaneya) province as well as all the supervisors who were presence at schools supervising teachers who are teaching in the E - Instruction. The researcher used a descriptive approach in her current research, and in order to prepare a list of items that is essential for the evaluation as a first draft questionnaire, the researcher has depended on previous studies in the field and on the opinions of teachers and supervisors by distributing a two open ended questionnaire each one included a three questions one for the teachers and another one for the supervisors to propose what is suitable to be included in the evaluating questionnaire.The first draft questionnaire content (126) items distributed among (13) fields. The researcher distributed the first draft questionnaire among (16) experts inside and outside Iraqi as well as (7) teachers and supervisors who were expert in the area of Computer Science, curricula and teaching methods, measurement and evaluation, and in educational psychology, then the researcher gave them enough time to check each item and removing or adding what is suitable for the tool to become in its final draft which included (105) items distributed among (13) fields. The researcher applied the questionnaire in its final form among (50) teachers, and (3) supervisors by giving them enough time to answer the questionnaire. Answers were later analyzed statically by using a number of statistical methods such as (mean, standard deviation, Chisquare, (SPSS). It has been found that the sample of the research agreed that the objectives of the E - Instruction have been achieved, according to the views of members of the Search sample. It is built type learning. There is a well availability of physical aspects. The E - Instruction in use is appropriate to the level of student's cognitive development. And It has been found that the sample of the research agree on the achievement of (105) of the evaluating items of the questionnaire.Therefore, based on the findings some recommendations are suggested.

To achieve the aim of the research the following two questions formats : - 1 - What are the Science and technology, society and enviermental issues (S.T.S.E) which included in the content of the chemistry books for the preparatory stage?2 - What are the Science and technology, society and enviermental issues (S.T.S.E) which supposed to be included in the content of the chemistry books for the preparatory stage?And to answer the research questions : Related to the first question : - The researcher has depended on previous studies in the field of (S.T.S.E), movement and projects that has contributed to reform of the science curriculum in order to prepare a list of science and technology, society and enviermental issues (S.T.S.E) , the first draft of the issues list consisting of (9) main issues and (69)sub - issues emerged. The researcher distributed the first draft of the list among experts in teaching chemistry, curricula and teaching methods, teachers and supervisors who were expert in the area of teaching chemistry methodsthen the researcher gave them enough time to check each item and removing or adding what is suitable for the tool to become in its final draft which included (9) main issues they are (Air quality and the atmosphere, sustainable development, water security, health and preventive security, mineral resources investment, pollution of various kinds, energy, food industry, production of weapons technology) and from which (70) sub - issues emerge. Then, the researcher analyzed the content of the chemistry books for the preparatory stage in the academic year (2015 - 2016) depending on the prepared list of the (S.T.S.E), the researcher depended the unit analysis, both (implicit and explicit) and repetition unit of the Census, the stability of the analysis was counted with the agreement of an outlaws analysts and the researcher himself.The researcher used Holisti equation for calculating reliability coefficients values, the results showed by using frequencies and percentages : - 1 - The chemistry books for the preparatory stage achieved ( 35) sub - issues with percentage of (50 % ), and this percentage is not good if we compare it with the criterion percentage that was adopted by the researcher depending on the experts opinions which was ,(70%).2 - Principles of Chemistry book for the first level preparatory class is the most book that gave an attention to the (S.T.S.E) issues with percentage of (65%), and (156) recurrence, but the second preparatory class was the least book that gave an attention to the (S.T.S.E) issues with percentage of (14,17%), and (34) recurrence.3 - health and preventive security issues settled at the first place with percentage of (27,08%), and (65) recurrence in the chemistry books for the preparatory stage, While the production of weapons technology issues settled on the last place and did not get any recurrence. 4 - The - sub - issue (the role of the chemical elements in nature) had the biggest number of recurrence which was (31), and settled at the first place, while many sub - issues did not get any repetitions.Respecting the second question : - The researcher found that most of the sub - issues were not included in the content of the chemistry books for the preparatory stage , which was included by the researcher within the issues list (S.T.S.E), The researcher finds that it is possible that the chemistry books for the preparatory stage should include the (S.T.S.E) issues in its content , Being a contemporary and important manner commensurate with the size of these issues, taking into account integration and relay and balance specially the main issues (mineral resources investment, food industry, production of weapons technology ) , which the current study had talked about it the knowledge of the researcher. Even though, the first issues took the third place, and the second issues was in the fourth place, but the third issue did not get any recurrence, which means the absence of balance and integration, related to the content of the chemistry books for the preparatory stage.In the light of the findings, the researcher came out with several recommendations, they are : - 1 - Including chemistry books for the preparatory stage with main and sub - main issues of the (S.T.S.E) issues that have not been included. 2 - Drawing the attention of specialists to reform science curriculum especially chemistry curricula, as one of the important modern attitudes in the scientific education.3 - Involving people who are interested in environmental education and specialists in the field of environment within special committees for plan science curriculum and specially chemistry curriculum. Complementing the current search the researcher suggested to conducting other studies to analyze chemistry books for the other stages, and other subjects such as physics in the light of the same issues.

There is no difference statistically significant at the 0.05 level between mean scores of teach physics laboratories at Baghdad University / College of Education Pure Sciences / Ibn al - Haytham who underwent the training program on the use of virtual laboratories and who did not undergo training on technological literacy scale.2. There is no difference statistically significant at the 0.05 level of significance between the average theoretical performance of the students who are studying the use of virtual labs and theoretical average performance scores for students who are studying by the traditional way according to grades.3. There is no difference statistically significant at the 0.05 level between the average operational performance of the students who are studying the use of virtual labs and hands - average performance scores for students who are studying by the traditional way according to grades. To achieve the objectives , the researcher conducted a field experiment took full academic year according to two phases : - first : Applying a Virtual Laboratory Training program on the first experimental group which is consisted of (16) male and female physics laboratory teachers. That was after constracting the training program needs' (identifying the training materials , formulating the behavioral objectives with determining their levels, identifying performance activities, preparing for the use of the virtual laboratory , and a directory for teaching aide and devices.) The control group consisted of (16) male and female physics laboratory teachers whom never been presented or trained by the program.Second : The second sample consisted of (54) second grade physics student , from faculty of education / Ibn al - Haytham college of education for pure sciences. This sample was divided into two groups. The experimental groups consisted of (25) male and female students were trained by the training program , the students were trained by the training program , the control group consisted of (29) male and female students was applied during the academic year (2014 - 2015) and lasted for two semesters (10 weeks) on aerate of one day per a week. After applying the experiment , the following results were obtained : 1 - The training program for virtual laboratories led to a positive change in the level of technological literacy to teach physics laboratories around the e - learning and virtual public laboratories in particular.2 - The effectiveness of the virtual laboratory program raised the theoretical level of performance for students in the second phase - the Department of Physics in the optics laboratory material in comparison with the traditional method.3 - The effective virtual laboratory program raised the practical level of performance for students in the second phase - the Department of Physics - Optics Laboratory material in comparison the traditional method.In light of this, the researcher made a number of recommendations and suggestions

Fifth Scientific Conference and discussed at the University of Maysan, 2012, which was held under the slogan (the role of universities in the construction and promotion) discussed the development of educational systems departments and it is different from other community systems departments because the entrance to the heterogeneous and difficult to adjust and control due to the different intellectual, cultural and social levels, which requires the presence of administrative leadership effective. (Fifth Scientific Conference : Maysan University, 2012). In addition to the above has the researcher conducted a number of meetings and interviews with a number of administrative leaders in Wasit University and their assistants and heads of academic departments, and through discussions it became clear that there are problems hindering the administrative performance of the development of the Heads of Departments, including the discrepancy in the decisions and instructions of the higher authorities, a what does not help to take the right decisions, poor rehabilitation of educational leadership and not giving in to the criteria for selecting the leadership, weak employment of modern information and communication technology in administrative work, the lack of secretarial effective offices in the scientific section, lack of equal validity with placed on the head of the department responsible. Based on what was presented conferences and problems and weaknesses, and studies of the recommendations made, as well as the interview conducted by researcher The problem with current research in the administrative performance development, and as the administrative work does not evolve, but the evolution of the existing performance of the exercise, change roles so is a set of ideas and routers work and the introduction of updates and make changes designed to improve the performance of heads of academic departments at the University of Wasit mode. And which will reflect positively on the administrative functioning of the first academic work and secondly in teaching, scientific research and community service. The importance of this study is being dealt with very topic in importance, namely the administrative performance development of the heads of academic departments at the University of Wasit in light of the administrative functions based on the areas of (planning, organization, guidance, administrative communication, monitoring and evaluation). Thus is the positioning of the new study and research topics from the university's success is linked to the successful divisions, and effective leadership for scientific department is always seeking to improve its performance in accordance with contemporary management trends. Thus, the results of this study, the heads of academic departments may help in Wasit University on the development of administrative performance during the practice of administrative work and thus improve and develop the university administration at the University of Wasit.In light of the above it can highlight the importance of current research on the following points : 1. The importance of the current research comes in trying to administrative performance of the Heads of Departments to develop in Wasit University in light of the administrative functions of the University, especially if Wasit University is one of the young university, it needs to reform processes and continuous improvement.2. The importance of the role of the Chairman of the Scientific Section, which is the decisive factor in achieving the goals of the department and the college and then university, which should have a department head clear vision of the role.3. The results of the study may help in the development of workshops especially to improve and develop the administrative performance of the Heads of Departments at the University of Wasit action programs, as well as the results may also contribute to the opening of a new field for researchers to conduct research aimed at the administrative performance of the department heads to develop using modern methods in the Management. To achieve the aim of the research scholar at the descriptive and analytical approach has been adopted, and employed a questionnaire which included five areas (planning, organization, direction, management and communication, and monitoring and evaluation), which included (60) paragraph, after the presentation to a group of experts in accordance with methodology Delphi method, and used statistical methods (the proportion of the agreement, and the weighted average, the weight percentile). And clear some of the paragraphs above areas as follows : The adoption of e - mail provides an enabling environment through the provision of data and information as the introduction of information and communication technologies contribute to change the administrative work style and effectiveness and performance of the mechanism of action which develops adoption of electronic correspondence deliver the performance and the speed of a good investment of time.In light of the search results, the researcher suggested some of the conclusions, including : 1. Must rely on a clear methodology based on the foundations of scientific research when drafting the development plans of the Department of Scientific which can be head of the department of development of plans for operations development and proper investment of human and material resources, and being able to solve the immediate problems and prepare for the problems of a possible occurrence.2. Recognize that the development process of administrative performance reflected the basic educational functions of the scientific section, namely, teaching, scientific research and community service.3. The process requires the development of performance based on the philosophy of the availability of training development to bridge the gap between what is realistic object and what we aspire to be, and this calls for the training of deans, department heads and faculty and staff, including introduces or invents or discovers.One of the main recommendations of the researcher : 1. The establishment of scientific conferences and seminars about the ongoing development of performance management mechanisms and administrative leaderships allowing development in educational institutions culture.2. Adopting the principle of efficiency in the selection of administrative leaders (heads of departments) and the exchange of Progressive, which is reflected positively on the performance of the scientific section level.3. that the development is going on and one of the core values of the culture of scientific section process, and that is reflected on the behavior and method acting by each member of the faculty, as is standard for evaluating their performance.4. For department heads on research and developments in the field of management and methods, because knowledge is an essential source for the development of their performance, and the performance of the work in the right way the first time.It is the researcher's proposals : 1. Conduct a study on the reality of the creative performance of heads of science departments in some Iraqi universities.2. Administrative performance for educational leaders to develop using modern entrances in management input organizational learning.3. المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث الى التعرف على اثر التدريس باستراتيجيتي التخيل الموجه والتفكير التناظري في تحصيل مادة علم البيئة والتلوث والتفكير التاملي لدى طلبة كلية التربية الاساسية. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف وضع الباحث الفرضيتين الصفريتين الاتيتين : - 1 - لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة | The current research aims to identify the impact of teaching by forwarded imaginary and analogy thinking in the achievement of environment science, pollution and contemplative thinking by students of the Basic Education College.To achieve this aims researcher put the two nil hypotheses as the following : 1 - There is no statistical significant difference at the level ( 0.05) between the average degrees of research groups in achievement test in the environmental science and pollution subject.2 - There is no statistical significant difference at the level ( 0.05) between the average degrees of research groups in Meditative Thinking scaleResearch was conducted on the second stage students in the Department of General Science / College of Basic Education / Haditha/The University of Al - Anbar for the first term of the academic year (2014 - 2015)Researcher adopted experimental design of the two experimental groups and the control group , the research sample selected intentionally the number of research sample reached ( 60 ) students from the second stage students in the Department of Science for the academic year ( 2014 - 2015 ), The first experimental group studied by forwarded imaginary thinkink , the second experimental group studied by the analogy thinking and the third group studied by the usual way.And groups are rewarded in the variables ( achievement in biology subject by the sixth year secondary school , and chronological age - month period , intelligence and thinking contemplative previous information, and back ground education by the parents). The experiment term study lasted by two lessons a week for each group , and the researcher himself teach research groups.The achievement test was built in the environment and pollution science of (45) subjective items, multiple choice , and (5) essay item , were verified from its sincerity by submit on a group of arbitrators , then applied on a prospective sample to make sure the clarity of its items and were confirmed its stability also has been discrimination coefficient, and the coefficient of difficulty of items and effectiveness of false alternatives.The researcher adopted a measure of Meditation thinking by Eysenk Wolsen after his translation , which consists (30) items , (20) items of the total items represent a positive mediation thinking while the rest (10) items representing negative. To ensure the veracity of the scale display on a group of specialists to judge the goodness in measuring the capacity to be measured and adopted 80% and above of the items on the validity of the scale.Then applied on exploratory sample to make sure the clarity of its items, and the account of stability coefficient, then after the data were analyzed and processed statistically and yielded the following results : 1 - A statistically significant differences at the level of significance ( 0.05) between the average scores of first students experimental group studied in accordance with the forwarded imaginary and strategy control group in favor of the experimental group students who have studied according to the imagination strategy in achievement test2 - There is no difference is statistically significant at the level of significance ( 0.05) between the average scores of students second experimental group which studied strategy of the analog thinking and the average score of the control group which studied the usual method in achievement.3 - There is no difference is statistically significant at the level of significance ( 0.05) between the average scores of students the first experimental group studied the strategy of forwarded imaginary and average grades second experimental group which studied the strategy of analog in the achievement.4 - Statistically significant differences at the level of significance ( 0.05) between the average score for the first experimental groups studied according to the forwarded Imitation and the second that studied the strategy of analog thinking in the development of meditation thinking test.5 - There is no difference statistically significant at the level of significance ( 0.05) between the average scores of the first experimental group which studied by strategy forwarded imagery and the average of second experimental group which studied by analog thinking in development of meditation thinking.In light of the search results, researcher came out by a number of conclusions, recommendations and suggestions

المستخلص: ecent research aimed to know the effectiveness of bland learning strategy and active thinking model on the scientific fourth grade male students in physics subject achievement and their scientific sense. To verify the aim of this research , researcher had been formulated the following two zero hypotheses : 1) No statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the students mean scores of the three groups students on achievement test of physics subject.2) No statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the students mean scores of the three groups students on scientific sensescale.The research was carried out on the scientific fourth grade male students in Al - Zaitoon preparatory school in Al - Diwanyia, for the Academic Year (2015 - 2016) A.D.The researcher rewards the three groups of the research statically in a number of variations like ( the previous achievement in the physics , the intermediate stage ) , age , intelligence , the previous information and scientific sense ) The researcher also prepared the materials of the research like ( the specification of the scientific material , forming the goals , behavioral purposes , preparation of the teaching method ).The researcher prepared two tools , the first tool ( achievement test ) that forms in its final picture in 49 objective items form a type ( multi - test ) that has four alternatives and the enquiry of the explicit truth has done and the truth of the contain for the test and outlines the difficulty factor , the discrimination factor and the effectiveness of the fault alternatives for the objective items , then the calculation of constant factor by Keudor and Richardison - 20 - is ( 0. 81 ) The second tool is the measurement of the scientific sense which is formed by its final shape from 71 items that is distributed in an equal on the sides of the scientific sense ( it is the recall of the experiences and connect them in the present , the numeral sense , the activation of the most senses , thinking in thinking , scientific curiosity, brain waking , the interesting in scientific work , toiling and control the irrationality) the enquiry of truth has been done and the distinguishable power for its items and the calculation of its constant in two ways ( they are Alpha factor , the factor equals (0.96 ) and in the way of re - test ( 0.91 )The research sample was selected intentionally by the researcher which consisted of (106) male students, Randomized into three groups (35) students in first experimental group, (35) in second experimental group and (36) students in control group. The three group's students have been equalization by the following variables : (age in month, intelligence, physics scores at third grade, pre physics knowledge, and scientific sense).The experiment has been applied during the first and second courses from the academic study year (2015 - 2016) and continued for twenty two weeks in term of three lessons for each group and after the end of the experiment, the two tools of the research were applied on the three groups then the data were treated statically by using the analysis of single variation by the use of static bag for social sciences SPSS, issue 20 and program Microsoft office excel 2007.The research results showed as the following : 1) Effectiveness of each of the bland learning strategy and active thinking model between the two experimental groups' and the control group of the scientific fourth grade male students in physics subject achievement.2) Effectiveness of each of the bland learning strategy active thinking model between the two experimental group's and the control group of the fourth grade scientific male students on the scientific fourth grade male students in scientific sense.3) No statistically significant differences between strategy of bland learning and model active thinking between the two experimental group's of the scientific fourth grade male students on the fourth grade scientific male students in physics subject achievement and their scientific sense In light of the results of research, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations and proposed a number of recommendations
