Abstract: The current research has aimed recognizing the following goals : 1. Measuring the level of the working memory of students with reading disorder.2. Building an educational program for activating the memory of students with reading disorder.3. Recognizing the effectiveness of the program of activating the memory of students with reading disorder through the following hypotheses : - There are differences of statistical indications at a level of significance (0.05) between the grade averages of experimental and control groups degrees for the terms of the working memory test in the post - test. - There are differences of statistical indications at a level of significance (0.05) between the grade averages of the experimental group individuals' degrees for the terms of the working memory test in the pre & post - tests.And for achieving the aims of the research, the researches has prepared an educational program according to a theory of processing information where he has used four strategies (repeating, accumulating, segmenting and automatic organizing), as the researcher has depended on the steps of the model (Kemp, 1985) in building the educational program where the sessions have been divided to activate the working memory into (14) sessions, (3) sessions per week and each session takes (45) minutes, and he has adopted the personal appreciation measurement of the difficulties of learning how to read, prepared by (Al - Zayat, 2007), the researcher has prepared a test measures the working memory which guarantees a number of components according to Baddeley's classification for the working memory components, and the test has included (22) terms distributed over three components, the verbal component which includes (8) terms distributed over two sub - tests that are the range of words test and the range of letters test, each one of them includes (4) items, the visual component includes (8) terms or (cards) distributed over (4) levels, each level consists of two cards contain a group of pictures where their number in the first level two and increases in every level as it reaches to (5) in the fourth level, and the executive component which consists of (6) terms, and asks the examined one to do some tasks, then he has extracted the psychometric properties of each one of them that represented by honesty and stability.And the said research society was confined to the pupils who have difficulties in learning how to read in the primary schools belong to the Directorate General of Education of Babil in the center for the school year (2016 - 2017), as the researcher used the random stratified sample method in selecting the basic research sample, and the sample individuals ran into (18) pupils by (9) pupils as an experimental group and (9) pupils as a control group from Al - Hadaf primary school for males, and the statistical data have been analyzed and processed by using the appropriate statistical means through employing the statistical package in social science (SPSS).And the researcher has reached the following results : - There are differences of statistical indications at a level of significance (0.05) between the grade averages of experimental and control groups degrees for the terms of the working memory test in the post - test and for the sake of the experimen tal group. - There are differences of statistical indications at a level of significance (0.05) between the grade averages of the experimental group individuals' degrees on the terms of theworking memory test for the pre and post - tests and for the sake of the post - test.In view of the results, the researchers have run to a number of conclusions such as : 1. The Ministry of Education has to depend on the diagnostic measurements in diagnosing the pupils suffer from the difficulties of learning how to read and the difficulties of learning in general in primary schools by specialized committees.

Abstract: This research aims to know : 1.moving (toward, against, away from) people with juvenile delinquents.2.Personality types according to the system Al Enneagram among juvenile delinquents.3.statistically significant relationship between the move (toward, against, away from) people's and personality types according to the system Al Enneagram among juvenile delinquents.To achieve the objectives of the research scholar selected sample randomly Statistics of (100) delinquent event, and then built a scale move (toward, against, away from) the people, after we verify psychometric characteristics.The other measure is that measures personal styles according to system Al Enneagram was then adoption a measure (Riso_Hudosn, 1995) and expressed by (Al - Yassery, 2004) has been verified psychometric his characteristics and a sample current research, it has been the use of a set of statistical Methods, including t_test for onecsample and Pearson's Correlation Coefficient , and the results showed the following : - Research shows through result that the results of the sample (juvenile delinquents) have (moved towards the people), as well as a move away from people, with a clear height of the average grades after (moving away from people) and lower moving against the people. - Research shows that the personality types of prevailing are : (a reformer, and achiever, and individualist, and investigator, and enthusiast, and the challenger), with a sharp rise in the average personality Types challenger from the other types. - There is no statistically significant relationship between the move (toward, against, away from) people's personal and types according to the system Al Enneagram the research sample.In order to complete the benefit of present research results and conclusions of the research have emerged a number of recommendations including : 1. Emphasis should to Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs in collaboration with the Ministry of Education in the interest of juvenileoffenders to intensify through the activation of certain intellectual and social activities that contribute to the alleviation of some behavioral other types through lectures by specialists in psychological and educational and science that revolve around normal behavior and Abnormal, and the parameters of acceptable and desirable behavior it socially.2. Emphasis should to Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs in collaboration with the Higher Education Ministry Investment in religious events in order to alert the times of the events to the wrong application of religious concepts through the open area in front of researchers with specialization concerned and conscious of writing in a cultural version periodically sheds light on these matters.The researcher also suggested a number of future students projects : 1. To get benefit from the measures and the results of the current study to conduct comparative studies among juvenile delinquents and their peers ordinary at the same age, or between normal and some psychiatric types.2. To get benefit of the scale in the current research of the concept of moving to conduct studies on the variable relationship to move (toward,against, away from) the people and some of the psychological, social and other, like behavior disorder or narcissism or personality types, according to some other modern classifications.3.conducting a similar study to research the current study and the different age stages of a stage of maturity, or the comparison between them and the other age stages

Abstract: يستهدف البحث ما ياتي : 1. قياس مهارات التواصل الاجتماعي لدى الاطفال المصابين بالتوحد.2. بناء برنامج تدريبي مستند الى اللعب لتنمية مهارات التواصل الاجتماعي لدى اطفال التوحد.3. التعرف على فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية مهارات التواصل الاجتماعي لدى اطفال التوحد. ولتحقيق ذلك صاغ الباحث الفرضيات الاتية : ا. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين رتب اطفال المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة على مقياس التواصل الاجتماعي قبل تنفيذ البرنامج التدريبي عند مستوى دلاله o.o5.‌ب. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين رتب اطفال المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة على مقياس التواصل الاجتماعي بعد تنفيذ البرنامج التدريبي عند مستوى دلاله o.o5.‌ج. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين رتب اطفال المجموعة التجريبية قبل وبعد تنفيذ البرنامج التدريبي عند مستوى دلاله o.o5. ولتحقيق اهداف البحث تم استعمال التصميم التجريبي ذي المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة ذات الاختبار القبلي والبعدي, وقد تكونت عينة البحث من (12) طفلا وطفلة من الاطفال المصابين بالتوحد من معهد (الامام الحسين (ع)) موزعتين على مجموعتين تجريبية والضابطة وقد تمت مكافئة المجموعتين في متغيرات الجنس والعمر الزمني بالاشهر ومهارات التواصل الاجتماعي, وقد تم قياس مهارات التواصل الاجتماعي بمقياس مهارات التواصل المعد من قبل الباحث, اذ تم اعداد (45) فقرة, وتم استخراج الصدق للمقياس من خلال عرضه على مجموعة من المتخصصين في التربية وعلم النفس والصدق البنائي من خلال علاقة الفقرة بالدرجة الكلية وعلاقة الفقرة بالمجال الذي تنتمي اليه والثبات بطريقتي الفاكرونباخ واعادة تطبيق الاختبار حيث بلغت (0,84/0,81) على التوالي. كما تم اعداد برنامج تدريبي باستعمال اللعب لتنمية مهارات التواصل الاجتماعي على وفق نظرية التعلم (باندورا), وتالف البرنامج من (16) جلسة بواقع (3) جلسات اسبوعيا ومدة الجلسة (30) دقيقة, وبعد معالجة البيانات باستعمال الوسائل الاحصائية وهي (معامل ارتباط بيرسون, واختبار مان ــ وتني للعينات متوسطة الحجم, واختبار ولكوكسن للازواج المترابطة, ومعادلة الفاكرونباخ), توصل الباحث الى النتائج الاتية : 1. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين رتب المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة على مقياس مهارات التواصل الاجتماعي قبل تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي عند مستوى دلالة (o.o5).2. توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين رتب المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة على مقياس مهارات التواصل الاجتماعي بعد تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي عند مستوى دلالة (o.o5). 3. توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين رتب المجموعة التجريبية على مقياس مهارات التواصل الاجتماعي قبل وبعد تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي باستعمال اللعب عند مستوى دلالة (o.o5) . وضع الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات منها : التوصيات : 1ـ اهمية دعم وتفعيل البرامج التدريبية التي اثبتت الدراسات العلمية فاعليتها في تدريب الاطفال المصابين بالتوحد.المقترحات : 1. اجراء دراسة تجريبية مماثلة على فئة اخرى من فئات التربية الخاصة التي تعاني من ضعف مهارات التواصل الاجتماعي. | 1. Identify the effectiveness of the training program in the development of social communication skills of children with autism To achieve this, the researcher formulated the following hypotheses : A. There were no statistically significant differences between children Order experimental group and the control group on the social networking measure before the implementation of the training program at the level of significance o.o5B. There are no statistically significant differences between the Order of the experimental group and the control group differences on a scale of social communication skills before applying the training program at the level of significance. o.o52. Abstract: المعروف ان الاطفال ذوي متلازمة داون هم اتكاليون بالدرجة الاولى لما يعانونه من نقص في القدرة العقلية العامة مماله اثر على تكيفهم وعنايتهم الذاتية. وقد وجد ان هؤلاء الاطفال لا يستطيعون الاعتماد على انفسهم في العناية بهواغالبا ما يكون الاطفال عاجزين عن تحمل المسؤولية الشخصية والاجتماعية, وينبغي ان يتلقوا نوعا من الرعاية والتدبير الخاص, ونظرا لاهمية مرحلة الطفولة في تكوين وبناء الشخصية المستقلة ؛ لذا كان الاهتمام بدراسة هذه المشكلة امرا ضروريواخاصة انها تعنى بالاطفال ذوي متلازمة داون وجعلهم فئة منتجة لا مستهلكة, ومستقلة لا اتكالية.اهداف البحث : - ويهدف البحث الحالي الى قياس المهارات الاستقلالية وبرنامج تدريبي وتعرف على فاعلية برنامج تدريبي لتنمية المهارات الاستقلالية للاطفال من ذوي متلازمة داون في ضوء اختبار الفرضية الصفرية الاتية : • لاتوجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين رتب درجات افراد المجموعة التجريبية على مقياس المهارات الاستقلالية قبل تطبيق البرنامج وبعده • لاتوجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين رتب درجات افراد المجموعة الضابطة على مقياس المهارات الاستقلالية في الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي • لاتوجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين رتب درجات افراد المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة على مقياس المهارات الاستقلالية في الاختبار البعدي حدود البحث : - يقتصر البحث الحالي على الاطفال من ذوي متلازمة داون القابلين للتعلم المسجلين في معهد الكفيل في محافظة كربلاء للعام الدراسي(2014 - 2015)الاجراءات : 1. بناء مقياس المهارات الاستقلالية للاطفال من ذوي متلازمة داون, وقد تم ايجاد خصائص السايكو مترية.2. بناء برنامج تدريبي لتنمية المهارات الاستقلالية للاطفال من ذوي متلازمة داون3. تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي.ولتحقيق اهداف البحث تم استعمال التصميم التجريبي ذي المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة ذات الاختبار القبلي والبعدي , وقد تكونت عينة البحث من (18) طفلا وطفلة من الاطفال ذوي متلازمة داون في معهد (الكفيل لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة موزعين على مجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة وقد تمت مكافئة المجموعتين في متغيرات الذكاء والعمر الزمني بالاشهر والتحصيل الدراسي للابوين والمهارات الاستقلالية, وقد تم قياس المهارات الاستقلالية بمقياس معد من قبل الباحث , اذ اعد (70) فقرة بصيغتها النهائية, وتم استخراج الخصائص السايكومترية للمقياس من صدق وثبات وعلاقة الفقرة بالدرجة الكلية وعلاقة ارتباط درجة الفقرة بالدرجة الكلية للمقياس والقوة التميزية ومصفوفة الارتباطات الداخلية ومن خلال عرضه على مجموعة من المتخصصين في التربية وعلم النفس لاستخراج الصدق الظاهري وقد بلغ ايضا معامل ثبات قدره (0.80) بريقة الفا كرونباخ ,ولتحقيق هدف البحث اعد الباحث برنامجا تدريبيا لتنمية المهارات الاستقلالية للاطفال ذوي متلازمة داون على وفق نظرية التعلم الاجتماعي ( لروتر ) , وتالف البرنامج من (21 ) جلسة بواقع ( 3 ) جلسات اسبوعيا ومدة الجلسة ( 45 ) دقيقة, وبعد معالجة البيانات باستعمال برنامج (SPSS) : الوسائل الاحصائية : - استخدم الباحث العديد من الوسائل الاحصائية لتحليل البيانات في البحث ومنها اختبار مان وتني واختبار ولكوكسن ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون واختبار سميرنوف كولجمروف توصل الباحث الى النتائج الاتية : 1. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة على مقياس المهارات الاستقلالية قبل تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي .2. وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين رتب درجات افراد المجموعة التجريبية على مقياس المهارات الاستقلالية في الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي وهذا الفرق لصالح الاختبار البعدي .3. توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية ورتب درجات المجموعة الضابطة على مقياس مهارة الاستقلالية في الاختبار البعدي وهذا الفرق لصالح المجموعة التجريبية .وتتفق نتائج البحث الحالي مع ما توصلت اليه نتائج دراسة بيومي (2008) ودراسة العبد الله (2012) اذ اظهرت هاتان الدراستان ان التدريب على المهارات الاستقلالية كان فعالا في تنمية مهارات العناية بالذات لدى الاطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في ضوء نتائج الدراسة الحالية لبرنامج تنمية المهارات الاستقلالية لدى الاطفال ذوي متلازمة داون ومن خلال التعامل مع هؤلاء الاطفال اثناء تطبيق البرنامج ومن خلال الملاحظة والاطلاع على نوعية الخدمات المقدمة لهم واساليب التعامل معهم .الاستنتاجات : - في ضوء النتائج التي توصل اليها البحث يمكن وضع الاستنتاجات الاتية : - 1. ان الاطفال ذوي متلازمة داون يعانون من ضعف في المهارات الاستقلالية نتيجة ضعف ثقة الاباء والعاملين بقدرات الاطفال ذوي متلازمة داون اذا لا يعطوهم اي فرصة للتجريب والمحاولة وجعلهم اطفالا اعتماديين نتيجة ذلك التصرف.2. حاجة المعاقين عقليا ذوي متلازمة داون الى برامج تدريبية وارشادية. 3. ان للبرنامج التدريبي الذي بناه الباحث على اسس علمية في ضوء مشكلات الاطفال المعاقين عقليا ذوي متلازمة داون له اثار ايجابية في مساعدة الاطفال ذوي متلازمة داون على القيام بالمهارات الاستقلالية. 4. فاعلية اسلوب التعلم الاجتماعي (النموذج) في تنمية المهارات الاستقلالية التوصيات : - وضع الباحث عددا من التوصيات في ضوء نتائج البحث يوصي بها الجهات المسؤولة (وزارة العمل والشؤون الاجتماعية ) ومنها : 1. ضرورة مراعاة الفروق الفردية في البرامج المقدمة لهذه الفئة من الاطفال من حيث تخطيطهواتنفيذها لتحقيق الرعاية الفردية لكل طفل 2. ضرورة التركيز على مبدا التعزيز والتحفيز في تعليم هؤلاء الاطفال 3. اجراء دورات تدريبية متخصصة للعاملين مع اطفال ذوي متلازمة داون المقترحات : - There were no statistically significant differences between the Order of the experimental group and the control group on the independence measure before applying the skills training program.2. There are statistically significant between the Order of the experimental group differences on independence skills scale and after the application of the training program at the level of significance (0, 05).3. The need for mentally disabled people with Down syndrome to training and extension programs.3. The training program, which was built on a scientific researcher in the light of the foundations of mentally handicapped children with Down syndrome problems have a positive impact in helping children with Down syndrome to do with the skills of independence.4. Effectiveness of social learning style (model) in independence skills development which has had a clear impact on their development. RecommendationThe researcher developed a number of recommendations in the light of research recommended by the results of those responsible (Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs), the following recommendations1. The need to take into account individual differences in programs offered to this group of children in terms of planning and implementation to achieve the individual care for every child2. The need to focus on the principle of reinforcement and motivation in the education of these children3. Carry out specialized training courses for workers with children with Down syndrome - 34. Need to take advantage of the scale prepared by the researcher to learn independence skills5. Work on special programs to raise awareness among mothers of children and train them in skills development methods independence in their children.Proposals 1. Heuristic program for those with children with Down syndrome to modify their attitudes towards their children.2. Study the prevalence of child with Down's syndrome in Iraq rate.3. Abstract: قياس مستوى الثقة بالنفس لدى التلامذة المكفوفين.2 - بناء برنامج تدريبي لرفع مستوى الثقة بالنفس لدى التلامذة المكفوفين.3 - التعرف على اثر البرنامج التدريبي في رفع مستوى الثقة بالنفس لدى التلامذة المكفوفين. ولتحقيق ذلك صاغت الباحثة الفرضيات الاتية : ا ـ لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين رتب درجات التلامذة على مقياس الثقة بالنفس بين المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة قبل تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي.ب ـ لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين رتب درجات التلامذة على مقياس الثقة بالنفس بين المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة بعد تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي.ج ـ لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين رتب درجات التلامذة على مقياس الثقة بالنفس بين المجموعة التجريبية قبل وبعد تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي.4 - التعرف على دلالة الفروق في مستوى الثقة بالنفس لدى افراد المجموعة التجريبية وفقا لمتغيري ا الجنس ب ـ المرحلة الدراسية. 5 - معرفة حجم الاثر الذي تركه البرنامج التدريبي لرفع مستوى الثقة بالنفس لدى التلامذة المكفوفين.تالفت عينة البحث من 22 تلميذواتلميذة من معهد النور للمكفوفين تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية ممن حصلوا على ادنى الدرجات لمقياس الثقة بالنفس وتم توزيعهم عشوائيا الى مجموعتين (11) للمجموعة التجريبية و(11) للمجموعة الضابطة وقد كوفئت المجموعتين في متغيرات ( العمر الزمني بالاشهر، الاختبار القبلي على مقياس الثقة بالنفس، الجنس، الترتيب الولادي).ولتحقيق اهداف البحث اعدت الباحثة مقياس للثقة بالنفس مكون من (52) موقفا موزعا على (3) مجالات وهي ( الاسري) و(الاكاديمي ـ المدرسي) و( الانفعالي ـ الذاتي) وقد تم استخراج الصدق الظاهري وذلك بعرضه على مجموعة من المحكمين المتخصصين في التربية وعلم النفس كما حللت المواقف احصائيا واستخرجت القوة التميزية والخصائص السايكومترية لهواهي الصدق من خلال (علاقة الموقف بالدرجة الكلية والمجال بالمجالات الاخرى. وتقدير الثبات، بطريقة الفاكرونباخ واعادة تطبيق الاختبار) وقد اصبح المقياس بصورته النهائية مكون من (47 ) موقفا وتم تطبيقه على عينة البحث. كما تم بناء البرنامج التدريبي لرفع الثقة بالنفس المولف من(12) جلسة تدريبية. وقد عرض على مجموعة من المحكمين المتخصصين في التربية وعلم النفس لاستخراج الصدق الظاهري وتم تطبيق المقياس بعد انتهاء الجلسات التدريبية وعولجت االبيانات احصائيا باستعمال (مان وتني) للعينات متوسطة وكبيرة الحجم واختبار الاشارة (لويلكوكسن) وحجم الاثر. وقد توصل البحث الى النتائج الاتية : 1 - ان التلامذة المكفوفين في الصفين الرابع والخامس لديهم ثقة بالنفس ولاجل رفع الثقة بالنفس لمن يفقدونها قامت الباحثة باختيار عينة البحث قصديا ممن حصلوا على ادنى الدرجات على مقياس الثقة بالنفس وتبين ان لديهم ضعف في الثقة بالنفس من خلال استعمال الاختبار التائي لعينة واحده.2 - بناء البرنامج التدريبي لرفع الثقة بالنفس لدى التلامذة المكفوفين.3/ا ـ لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين رتب درجات التلامذة على مقياس الثقة بالنفس بين المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة في الاختبار القبلي. 3 /ب ـ توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين رتب درجات التلامذة على مقياس الثقة بالنفس بين المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة بعد تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي.3ـ لاتوجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين متوسط رتب درجات التلامذة على مقياس الثقة بالنفس بين المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة وفقا لمتغيري الجنس، المرحلة الدراسية.4 - هناك اثر واضح للبرنامج على المجموعة التجريبية من خلال تطبيق مقياس الثقة بالنفس (الاختبار البعدي) على المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة.واستكمالا للبحث فقد خرجت الباحثة بعدد من التوصيات والمقترحات منها : التوصيات : ـ اعداد كراس او دليل يضم مجموعة من البرامج التدريبية التي اعدها الباحثون والباحثات وتوزيعها على المعلمين والمعلمات في معهد النور للمكفوفين وباشراف محافظة بغداد/ وزارة العمل والشؤون الاجتماعية لاستعمالهواالاستفادة منها في حل المشكلات التي يتعرض لها التلامذة في المعهد المذكور.المقترحات : ـ اجراء دراسة مقارنة عن اسباب ضعف الثقة بالنفس بين التلامذة المكفوفين والمعاقين حركيا. | The present research aims at : 1 - Measuring the self - confidence level on blind students .2 - I dentifing the effect of training programe to improve self - confidence level on blind students . In order to achieve that , the researcher has paused the following hypothesis .A - There are no statistically Significant differences between the rank marks of the students according to Self - confidence standard between the experimental group and control group before applying the training programe at ( 0. 05 ) level of significance .B - There are no Statistically significant diffrences between the rank marks of the students according to self - confidence standard between the experimental group and the control group after applying the training programe at ( 0. 05 ) level of significance .3 - I dentifing the significance of diffrences in the self - confidence level of the members of experimental group according to the variables A - gendre B - class year The Sample of the research consists of 22 students of Al - Noor institute for blinds who were choser in tentiauy . In order to achieve the aims of the research . The research has prepared the self - confidence standerd including ( 52 ) cuses divided according to ( three ) fields ( familyish ) ( academic . educational ) and ( emotional . personal ) . The face validity was taken out through showing them to spcialist jury member in education and psychology and the cases were also anaylized statistically . The discrimination power were found and the psychometric feature of the self - confidence standerd which is the validity showed through ( the relation of the case with total mark and the relation of a field with the other fields . reliability rate , by using Alpha - crombach and reapplying the test ) . finally the standerd consists of ( 47 ) cases , then it has been applied on the Sample of the research whichincludes ( 22 ) students . the students were chosen intentially from the students who get the lowest marks on the self - confidence standered . They were divided in to two groups , ( 11 ) in the experimental group and ( 11 ) in the control group and were equalized on the varibles ( the age counted in month , the marks of the blind students according to self - confidence standered , gendre . birth order the perents qualification and the family in come ) . A training programe was mode to improve the self - confidence level consisting of ( 12 ) Session . The standered has been applied after finishing the training Sessions, The data have been treated statistically by using ( man - whitny ) for medium sized sample and indicators test ( welco keen ) as well as the extent of the effect . The researcher has found the following results : 1 - The blind students have a self confidence .2 - a There are no statistically significant diffrences between the ranks of the students according to self - confidence srandred between the experimental and control groups in pre . test . 2 - b There are statistically significant diffrences between the rank marks of the students according to self - confidence standred between the experimental and control groups after applying the traning programe .2 - c There are statistically significant diffrences between the rank marks of the students according to self - confidence standred between the erimental and control groups after and before applying the training programe . - There are statistically significant diffrences between the rank marks of the students according to self - confidence standred between the experimental and control groups according to gendre varibles .3 - There are statistically significant diffrences between the rank marks of the students according to self - confidence standred between the experimental and control groups according to class year variboles . Abstract: يقول ( بابيليوس سيرس) قد يتقبل الكثيرون النصح , لكن الحكماء فقط هم الذين يستفيدون منه .ان هذا البحث البحث وما يحمل في طياته من برنامج تدريبي ما هو الاوسيلة سعت بواسطتها الباحثة لتخفيض مستوى الانانية لدى الطلبة الموهوبين لما لهم من اهمية كبيرة في اي مجتمع . لذا يهدف البحث الحالي الى معرفة ما ياتي : - التعرف على مستوى الانانية لدى الطلبة الموهوبين في المرحلة الاعدادية . - التعرف على فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في تخفيض مستوى الانانية لدى الطلبة الموهوبين .ولتحقيق هدفا البحث اشتقت الباحثة الفرضية الصفرية الاتية ( لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا بين رتب درجات الطلبة الموهوبين على مقياس الانانية في الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي).وتحدد البحث الحالي بحدود مدرسة الموهوبين في بغداد من الذكور والاناث وللمرحلتين الرابع والخامس الاعدادي للعام الدراسي 2014 / 2015 . وقدمت الباحثة اطارا نظريا لكل من الموهوبين ونظريات الموهبة , كما تحدثت عن الانانية ومراتبهوااسبابهوامناقشة اراء الفلاسفة لها , وانتهاءا بابرنامج التدريبي واهم الدراسات السابقة .ولغرض تحقيق اهداف البحث قامت الباحثة بـ : - بناء مقياس للانانية تكون من 50 فقرة وهو بصيغته النهائية موزعة على 5 مكونات هي ( حب الذات المفرط , حب التملك , المنفعة الشخصية , افتقار الشعور بحب الاخرين , استغلال الاخرين ). واختيرت عينة البناء الاساسية بطريقة العشوائية البسيطة وبلغ حجم العينة (400) طالب وطالبة من طلبة مدارس المتميزين في بغداد وذلك لقرب فئة المتميزين والمتفوقين عقليا من فئة الموهوبين , وتم احتساب القوة التميزية ومعاملات الصدق من خلال اسلوب علاقة الفقرة بالدرجة الكلية للمقياس وعلاقة الفقرة بالمجال وعلاقة المجال بالمجموع الكلي للمقياس وبعد ان كان عدد الفقرات (70)فقرة اصبح (50 ) فقرة باستبعاد( 20 )فقرة من المجموع الكلي للفقرات . وتم استخراج الثبات للتحقق من ثبات المقياس باستخدام طريقتي التجزئة النصفية واستعمال معادلة الفا - كرونباخ .وبعد تطبيق المقياس بصورته النهائية تبين ان الطلبة الموهوبين يمتلكون مستوى من الانانية اعلى من الوسط الفرضي للمقياس - قامت الباحثة ببناء برنامج تدريبي احتوى على 12 جلسة وكانت الجلسات هادفة وموجهة نحو تخفيض سلوك الانانية لدى الموهوبين , وبعد تطبيق البرنامج لمدة 6 اسابيع وبواقع جلستان اسبوعيا , اظهرت نتائج الاختبار القبلي وجود انخفاض في درجات الطلبة الموهوبين مما يعني ان البرنامج هادف وانه ساعد في تخفيض مستوى هذا السلوك .ثم توصلت الباحثة بعدد من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات والتي دعت فيها لاجراء بحوث ودراسات لاحقة ولكن على فئات اخرى من فئات التربية الخاصة , كما اوصت الباحثة بضرورة تقديم برامج مختلفة تعني بالرعاية والاهتمام بسلوك الموهوبين بالاضافة الى الاهتمام بقدراتهم العقلية .

Abstract: The current research aims to identify : 1. The first objective : "the level of perception among students slowlearners."2. The second objective : "educational program in perception amongstudents slow learners development effect"To achieve this goal coined researcher hypotheses zero following : The first hypothesis : There were no statistically significant differences atthe level of significance () arranged between the average scores of pupilsslow learners experimental group and control group to test the perceptionin the post test.The second hypothesis : There were no statistically significant differencesat the level of significance () arranged between the average scores ofpupils slow learners for the two experimental and control group to testperceptual according to the dimensions (visual - alsamaa) in the post - test.The third hypothesis : There were no statistically significant differences atthe level of significance () arranged between the average scores of pupilsslow learners experimental group to test perceptual between pre and posttests.Fourth hypothesis : There were no statistically significant differences atthe level of significance () arranged between the average scores of pupils slow learners experimental group to test perceptual according to the dimensions (visual - alsamaa) between pre and post tests. Fifth hypothesis : There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance () arranged between the average scores of pupils slow learners for the control group to test perceptual between pre and post tests.Sixth hypothesis : There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance () arranged between the average scores of pupils slow learners for the control group to test perceptual according to the dimensions (audio - visual) between pre and post tests. Seventh hypothesis : There is no effect of the educational program in perception among students learning slow the development of the experimental group after the application of the tutorial.Is determined by the current search pupils slow learners third grade of primary and aged between (8 - 12) years, and to achieve the research objectives, the researcher built a test of perception as the number of paragraphs amounted to (33) paragraph, it will be the first dimension (visual) (6) sub - areas, including (18) items, as are the second dimension (audio) (5) sub - areas, combined (15) items, and each after which (3) questions, and alternatives to answer it (1,0), and then view the paragraph on arbitrators were extracted virtual honesty paragraphs using a formula square (Ca 2), namely, (84.3) and reached the stability of the test laboratories (0898) and this is good. Reaching research sample (14) students were selected deliberate manner of a school (Martyr Adel Nasser) primary, and who revealed the test perception that they are suffering from weakness in the perceptual (visual - auditory) and to achieve the aim of the research, the researcher to build an educational program in the perceptual development according to the dimensions of pupils slow learners according Aljsteltah theory, where the number of sessions (12) session by (3) sessions per week and the time of each session (40) minutes, the researcher used statistical pouch ((SSPS for data processing, including [(test (Ca 2), the test Altaia (T.Test), Point Baacyrial, Pearson) correlation coefficient, test Mann - Whitney for two independent samples, test and Caucasians for two samples interrelated, test Altaia for one sample, the difficulty factor, discrimination coefficient, measures of central tendency, Kiodrichardson coefficient (20), atio test the possibility of objectivity and privacy in the achievement of development, the size of the equation ETA and the law of effect size for measuring the program affected.Conclusions have shown all there is a noticeable improvement in perceptual pupils slow learners male members of the experimental group in the post - test as a whole.The researcher recommended some recommendations based on the findings of the research it, the need for the Ministry of Education / Directorates of Education to take advantage of the educational program for the development of perceptual (visual - auditory) in schools with special education classes.As the researcher recommended the construction of a training program for teachers of special education in the development of perceptual (visual - alsamaa) for pupils slow learners.

The researcher used random random sample method in determining the sample of 15 schools in the governorate center. The sample of the statistical analysis sample was 150 students (13) students in the experimental group and (13) students in the control group. The statistical data were analyzed and processed by using the appropriate statistical means through the use of In the Social Sciences (SPSS).The most prominent results findings as follows : 1. There are a statistically significant differences between the average of degrees of the experimental group to the test of speed cognitive in the pre and post tests.2. There are no statistically significant didderences between the average of sorts degrees of the control group on test of cognitive speed between the pre and the post tests .3. Abstract: This paper is to recognize the educational program effect stand on cognitive load theory for developing the problem solving capability to these who suffering learning disabilities. This aims can be achieved through out the following technique : 1 - Recognizing students who suffer mathematical learning difficulties.2 - Creating educational plan based on cognitive load theory for developing the skills of solving the problems of educational difficulties.3 - Knowing effects of this program in improving these skills.Using the last step results, we can assume null hypothesis :  there is no statistically difference in pre - test scores, for mathematical problems solving skills , in experimental group.4 - Identifying test efficacy , through this we can assume null hypothesis state :  there is no statistical difference between post and post - posttest of mathematical problem solving for target (experimental) group .For the purpose of completion of this study. The researcher has created educational plan based on cognitive load theory in developing the skills of solving the problems of educational difficulties. The researcher uses (diagnostic assessment ) for development and educational difficulties and diagnostics appreciation scale for mathematical learning difficulties for (Mustafa al - zayat ,2008). He also created skill - assessment program in solving mathematical program (Closterman, 1988). This program classifies problems to routine and non - routine problems. Researcher has extracted psychometric fouler like Validity or stability . This study done an pupils with mathematical learning disability in primary school of Babylon educational directorate. Al - hashymia District for educational year (2015 - 2016). Researcher uses intentional sample an a way of selecting total of (16) pupils (8) as a target group from (Al - mujtaba primary school ) and (8) pupils from (Kumail primary school) as a control group.Data results were analyzed using t - test, Point - Biserial Correlation Coefficient, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, Alpha - Cronbach formula and Test - Retest.The study show the following results : 1. There is a statistically significant differences pre - test score for both target and control group. The difference in favor of experimental group2. There is no statistically significant differences between scores of post and post=post groups in skills of mathematical problem solving .

Suffers a lot of students the consequences of it on the level of psychological and cognitive impairment. Where many of the students are slow learners have problems in motivation which working on obstruction their activities and make them less performance in their school homework, and accompanied by the concept of self - low and low self - esteem. Well as the performance of low educational. Affects the feeling of inferiority, fear and helplessness and anxiety for students from class slow learners in their confidence to succeed, which affects negatively to find solutions to the problems they face and the associated study. So focused educators in directing part of their interests to the study of the most important methods and educational programs that contribute to raising the level of self - confidence for them. Consists motivation learning for pupils slow learners in the ability of guiding and encouraging them by teachers in the form of training programs to raise the motivation to learn them. And the importance to the issue of motivation to learn what caused the shortage of social problems and other educational. The aims of study to knowing the effect of training program to increase the motivation to learn to slow learners.This is realized through verifying the following hypotheses : 1 - No statistically significant differences between the scores of the experimental group on a scale of learning motivation in the pre and post tests. 2 - No statistically significant differences between the scores of the control group on a scale of learning motivation between pre and post tests. 3. No no statistically significant differences between the Order experimental group and control group on a scale of learning motivation after applying the program The researcher used the experimental methodology depending on the experimental design of two equally matched samples. The sample attained (24) students distributed equally into two groups : the experimental group (12) students and groups (12) of slow - learning low - motivation students through measuring Motivation to learn scale prepared by the researcher. The number of items in its final form from (38) items. The researcher made sure of the features of the scale which are reliability and stability. The researcher has also verified the psychometric represented by the validity. The researcher used for this end the apparent validity, and the reliability. He also verified the stability of the scale by were 0.87 in re - testing and retail midterm. After correction with Spearman Brown which is a good indicator of a reliability coefficient.In order to achieve the objective the researcher used an training program To increase the motivation to learn according to the social learning theory using some strategies and methods. The program is made up of (14) cessions as three sessions, the duration per each (45) minutes and for the experimental group without the control. This program was shown to the judges and specialists in education, psychology and consultation. They affirmed the validity of this program.The researcher used the following statistical means (Pearson correlation coefficient - Spearman - Brown - half - division - Mann - Whitney test - Chi square - t - test for two independent samples - Wilcoxon test).The result showed that the students who are slow learners have low motivation to learn positively changed after the application of a tutorial on the two groups. There were statistically significant differences between the experiment and the control group. Results reflect the impact of a training program for students of slow learners - low motivation to learn
