Abstract: تطرقت مقدمة البحث الى ان تطور مستوى اللاعبين ووصولهم الى المستويات العليا من الانجاز الرياضي جاء من طريق البدئ بعملية التدريب باعمار مبكرة على وفق الوسائل والاساليب التدريبية لتحقيق الانجاز الاكثر تاثيرا وخلال مدد زمنية قياسية. - وتبرز اهمية الدراسة ا | The researcher was referring to the level of develop players and their access to reach the highest levels of sporting achievement, which came from starting the process training early age according to the means and methods of training to achieve the accomplishment and in the most influential in record periods of time. - The importance of the study aims to implement modern practical aide assistance tools such as (Vertimax) in training groups age (13 - 15 years), which is considered an early training age in which gives coaches a great opportunity and specialists in highlighting their potential and their abilities, as well as in development vertical jump and power with speed, which consider as one of important physical abilities for basketball player. - The problem of the study was lied in coaches by depending on classic method of training and lack of aide tools that do not allow for diversity and changes, which is one of the important rules in training, so the researcher felt that interest in this category of young age (13 - 15 years), by introduction a set of aide tools and implement physical exercises and skill to develop physical skills abilities of the players. - The study objectives : - To prepare practical exercises with aide tools to assist in gaining some physical and skill capabilities of the National Care Center for talent basketball players ages (13 - 15) years. - Identify the effect of applied practical exercises using assistant aide tools in gaining some physical and skill capabilities of the players of the National Cure Center for talent basketball players ages (13 - 15) years.The researcher assumed that : - There are significant differences between the results of the pre and posttests in some physical abilities of the players of the National Cure Center for talent basketball players ages (13 - 15) years in favor of posttests. - There are significant differences between the results of pre and posttests in skills development in favor of posttests. - Researcher experimental method has been used one experimental group design with pre and posttest, the researcher selected (12) basketball players as a sample in intentional way, from a group of players that they are training in National Care Center for talent sports ages (13 - 15) years. - The results of physical and skill tests has been displayed, analyzed and discussed in a scientific way after processing statistical data by bag (SPSS).In light of these results the researcher has been reached to a set of conclusions, namely : - The Applied practical exercises that have been adopted using aide tools have been worked on the development of some physical capabilities through the positive effect in develop power with speed and explosive power among search sample. - The development in physical aspect that has been occurred among search sample reflected positively on the skill side.And she recommended : - The need to use these practical exercises prepared by the researcher by using aide tools for that age group (13 - 15 years) in the training process in order to serve physical aspect and easy to master the skills side to the other age groups. - Emphasis on the use of these aide tools and assistive devices by coaches in training process like : (Vertimax) jumping device that will be affected positively to develop the capabilities of the players as well as to increase the thrill factor when they have a performance.

Abstract: ان اساس الفعاليات الرياضية هو تعلم واتقان مهاراتها الحركية اذ ان اساس الاتقان والوصول في الاداء الى المستوى الافضل هو هدف درس التربية الرياضية، ولما كان اساس الدروس العملية تطوير وتحسين الجوانب الفنية للمهارات الرياضية ضمن المنهج العملي وهذا التطبيق | Games of track and field are one of the basic practical materials required in the colleges of physical education which cannot achieve a required level of technical performance without emphasis on physical capacities, of which do not find enough time within the practical lesson to improve these capabilities in a scientific proper way which cope the time and the level that the college seeks to achieve for students. So , one of the fundamentals to develop the technical level in the games of track and field is the direction to focus first, on the special physical capacities related with the skill that should be developed. second, the development of the kinetic appearances which its development linked to the evolution of these physical abilities. According to this, the researcher has found a field for research and investigation to develop the technical aspects depending on the development of physical abilities and the dynamic appearances according to the conditions and kinematic variables that characterized that performance. Through educational training curriculum that implemented in the practical applied lessons of physical education that can be adopted to develop those special capabilities to those activities using modern variety of methods in these curriculums, such as using different resistors to use it for the development of the kinetic appearances of sport events and mastering them. so, It is a new scientific method at the education and the practical training in the colleges of physical education as well as to alert educators to focus on the mechanical aspects to all kinetic appearances harmony with the mechanical fundamentals that characterized the skill involved. On this basis, the researcher wanted to engage in this subject to determine the importance of using a platform with different resistances and applied according to kinematic basis to the skill of triple jump for the students to be an indicator, and to be used to find out the good performance precisely when teaching the skills involved. The application confirmation of the technical and kinematic conditions should be linked with the development of qualitative physical capacities that related to the skill, according to the needing of these capacities to internal and external resistors to get better and perform its role during the implementation of this skill. On the other hand, the performance of students especially is supposed to be in harmony with the special kinetic appearances of this skill such as flow, the kinetic rhythm, and speed of movement, which is measured in qualitative not quantative way. These appearances often refer to correspond between the used types of exercises with the type of skill in order to have a good skill performance that should be achieved by the student as a condition of achievement in the subject of track and field games in physical education. Therefore, this study was to demonstrate the impact of using a platform with different resistances in physical abilities of skill performance of the triple jump for the students. On the other hand, the research in the impact of this platform in the kinetic appearances which set for this performance according to the kinematic indicators, which were often a qualitative measure without the use of quantitative measurements that reflect the evolution of these appearances actually through the use of mechanical laws. Objectives of the research : 1 - Prepare a platform with different resistances for the experimental groups of the research.2 - .Identify the impact of the platform in some physical capabilities according to the kinematic indicators for the students of second stage in the College of Physical Education for Girls. 3 - Identify the impact of the platform in some kinetic appearances according to the kinematic indicators for the students of second stage in the College of Physical Education for Girls.4 - Identify the impact of the platform in the level of triple jump performance for the students of second stage in the College of Physical Education for Girls.Fields of research : 1 - The human field : Some students of second stage of Physical Education College for Girls / University of Baghdad for the academic year 2010 - 2011 AD.2 - Temporal field : from 1 /2 /2011 to 19 / 4 / 2011. 3 - Spatial field : Al - Kashafa Stadium and classrooms at the College Physical Education for Girls.Part 2 : Theoretical studies and studies of similar Theoretical studies included : Identify the trainings of resistors especially (oblique surfaces, and additional weights, the rubber cord), and to identify the physical abilities, and the kinetic appearances (the kinetic flow, kinetic rhythm), and the corners of dynamic performance according to kinematic indicators, and the effectiveness of the triple jump.Part 3 : Research Methodology and procedures of the fieldThe researcher used the experimental research method. The sample of the research was consisted of (27) students who represent the second stage in the College of Physical Education for Girls / University of Baghdad for the season 2010 - 2011, was divided into three experimental groups. The researcher used three educational training curriculums using different resistors; the first group used the training of oblique surface resistance, and the second group usedthe training of weights - ins resistance, the third group used the training of rubber cord resistance. The pre and post tests have been used to determine the impact of these exercises, as the researcher used appropriate statistical means to interpret the results of the variables.Part 4 : Results analyzed and discussed : This section dealt presentation to the results of the pre and post tests before for the three experimental groups and discussed according to the variables addressed by the researcher.Part 5 : Conclusions and recommendations : Conclusions included the following : • a development existed clearly in the physical abilities and the level of the special performance of the activity of triple jump to members of the group that used the slanted surfaces, and the group used additional weights, and the group that used the rubber cord.• Superiority the second experimental group (group of training on additional weights) for all tests of physical abilities and the level of special performance tests and kinetic appearances according to kinematic indicators for the activity of the triple jump.• Superiority the second experimental group (group of training on additional weights ) for the variables of all the corners of the body in all stages of the triple jump ( hopscotch and step and jump).• The success of the educational training curricula for the three groups, the training group on the surface and oblique, training group on the weights - ins, group training on rubber cord in the development of all the research variables for the activity of the triple jump.• Superiority the educational training curriculum of training on the additional weights on the other training curriculums of the surface and oblique, and rubber cord in the development of all the variables of the triple jump.• The diversity in the composition of the training load, and the nature of muscle contractions, had a deep impact in the development of physical abilities, and level of performance in the triple jump, inspire the spirit of competition between research groups.The recommendations included : • Adoption of the training curriculum of additional weights in the development of physical abilities, which helps to improve the dynamic flow, kinetic rhythm and the corners of the body that rely on biomechanical indicators, and achieve a better level of performance of the triple jump.• Diversity in the use of modern training methods, and appropriate diverse training methods, works to break the deadlock, and the develop the effective performance in the triple jump.• Need to make use of modern training methods to break the traditional pattern of training and breaking the usual kinetic pattern of the sample to bring about development in the capacity of physical and Kinetic appearances of the triple jump and other games.

And that realization the goals of the educational institution according traditional methods are useless to the needs of the Beneficiaries, and become accessible to a high degree of proficiency and raise the professional level of performance is theCrequired end and pressing to get to the goal. According to informed researcher on research and previous studies of the efficiencies of the educational program of professional preparation in the colleges of Physical Education, the stability in the planning process of the components of the total program of educational effectiveness and institutional capacity, and the lack of standards and key indicators to measure the potential in the continuous improvement of the process of professional preparation for students. the duration on what it is without the calendar and the reform process of continuous development on the developments taking place in accordance with the elements lead to tarry educational process. Was to be the highlight of the reality of rehabilitation and preparation and to identify the areas and the main themes of the program of preparation for the students of the colleges of Physical Education and their effectiveness in improving and developing the reality of professional preparation they have, and stand on the most important obstacles that prevent this, and to develop an appropriate model for raising the level of education outcomes and meet the needs of the market Details work according to global systems for the total quality indicators.Chapter II : Theory and previous studies : Theory and previous studies of the relationship and include the study and researcher reviewed it, the literature on the development and concepts relating thereto, and then touched on the concept of software and its components and concepts related to the counter, and then browse the researcher to the literature on the calendar and understandable, and then the literature on the professional preparation for colleges Physical Education, and then review the literature on the total quality and the foundations and themes and ways of developing them, and criteria and indicators and global awards to those modern Systems.The previous studies were on the three sections (Iraqi studies, Arabic studies, foreign studies), and discussion and to highlight the similarities and differences and benefit from them in the current study.Chapter III : The field research methodology and procedures.This included door study methodology and procedures of the field, and in line with the nature of the problem the researcher used the descriptive survey manner for suitability study the problem, as this section contains a sample consisting of teachers and students of the colleges of Physical Education University (Baghdad, Basra, Diyala), totaling 346 individuals , and the rate of (130) teaching, and (216) students, to work the core sample of the study, an increase of (30%) of the total study population, was addressed to the tools used and steps to carry out the study, which included the use of the questionnaire form for research as a means to achieve top scorer, as the researcher thepreparation tool (fields and criteria and indicators) based on the literature and previous studies on the subject, and conduct the appropriate format to suit the school environment and the community in which they are applied, and make sure researcher of sincerity resolution using two types of the first ratified virtual honesty, viewing on a group of experts, and adopted degree (80% ) as a ratio to keep the paragraph that have their consent, and use, and the second honesty constructivist through the internal consistency of the paragraphs of the plants, and included tool initial its image to the private part areas (2) President, and (8) secondary areas, and (22) room for a sub, including (92 ) standard, and (399) an indication of the function specifications. After taking the guidance of experts, modify, delete and add, all the experts agreed to keep all the main, secondary and sub - areas, while private standards to ensure the later (84) standard, the private and the indices (332) indicator. And extracted the stability of the first tool in two ways retail midterm, reaching reliability coefficient to sample the teaching staff, and (f) of a sample of students. And second Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which amounted to reliability coefficient to sample the teaching staff, and (f) of a sample of students and is acceptable to the stability of transactions.Statistical data was treated using the bag for the program (spss) to obtain the required results, using all laws that achieve the desired goal of this study.Chapter IV : Results and analyzed and discussed.Eating Part IV Display search and analyze data and discuss using appropriate statistical methods and thus achieving the objectives of the study because the researcher to the results of grade obtained by the colleges of the possibility of the application of total quality indicators in the professional preparation for students of the colleges of Physical Education Program in Iraq in accordance with the total quality indicators. It got the final result of the identification of the estimate (average), and a weighted mean value (3.191) and the relative importance value (63.82). They do not have the appropriate degree of quality, but urges the pace down a pathTo achievetotal quality.Chapter V : Conclusions and recommendations and proposals.The researcher studied through to the most important conclusions and recommendations and the following proposals : Conclusions : 1. I got all colleges in light of the resolution submitted at the level of appreciation (average) in the quality check.2. Clear the possibility of dealing with the total quality indicators by professors and students to either end, which demonstrates the acceptance of this system of modern education systems by the higher education community in Iraq.E3. Application tutorial link on the comprehensive quality indicators requires dealing with all program vocabulary direct and indirect separately either, as they complement each other.4. Plans to double the application of total quality indicators.5. The interest of colleges focused on satisfaction of the Supreme Administrative authorities, but the total quality head down interest with the consent of the beneficiaries.6. Difficult to achieve the current setting specifications of the total quality of non - availability of integrated facilities in colleges program.5 - 2Recommendations : In light of the current search results researcher recommends the following : 1. The total quality indicators are most appropriate for the advancement of educational services efficiently and outputs and it directs the researcher need to apply international quality systems in the colleges of physical education indicators.2. Deployment of international quality and function indicators by culture and how to apply them in a procedural college of Physical Education.3. The need to identify the paragraphs of the setup program in the light of the total quality indicators systems within the proposed study of the requirements in the development of the model setup.4. Interest in the system settings (practical, and cultural, social, and professional) to achieve the same level of professional preparation according to the comprehensive quality systems integration indicators.5. Make way for the collective participation of beneficiaries in decision - making on scientific and administrative level.6. Develop and naming some of the world colleges to be the terms of reference for comparison.5 - 3Proposals : In light of the findings of the current research suggests researcher follows : 1. Publishing model development according to the setting on the total quality indicators program guide.2. Conduct studies to determine the obstacles to the application of professional preparation according to the total quality indicators program.3. To conduct a comparative study of professional preparation program between colleges of education and sports Iraqi colleges of education or sports Arab world and stand on the level difference between the two.

Also, the parity between these groups in variables like (intelligence, the cultural level of the parents, the basic skills of volleyball, cognitive test) had been adopted, where the curriculum of teaching took (three months) depending on three educational units per week, since the time of each educational unit is (90) minutes.Hence, the researcher used statistical methods like (percentages, mean, standard deviation, T for test samples asymmetric, Chi - square, Pearson correlation, Spearman correction equation, difficulty and excellence coefficient).Chapter Four : In this chapter, results and discussion which connect to the target of the present research and its prescriptions had been demonstrated.Chapter Five : Through the results, it can be realized some of conclusions : 1. The scholar used the experimental method by design the groups "the perfecter and the experimental of the befor test the sample consist of 12 players ,represent asample of the national team of archery and arrow for the long distances.thus it began to excute the training program me on the 21 / 2 / 2010 till16 / 5 / 2010 the scholces used the statistical devices to treat the attained resulted dataes for the per and post or after ward test of the changes.After curing all abtaned informations statistically the scholar concluded that the experimental program me by using the rubber training was effective in promoting the fixed masculer toleration and shot perfectance of distances archery and arrow players.The obtained development in the perfect group was not as the some promotion of the experimeuted group ,this means that exercises by using rubber was more beneficial than other classical training method.The rubber training showed positive activity and improvement in the fixed muscular toleration and in shooting perfectance of the experimentel group after test.The scholar advised the Iraq, federation of archery and arrow to use rubber training.for it proved its affest positively applying similar studies by using rubber on other sports activities and work to creade new training devices not only in the field of archery and arrow in all other athletics aspcts in order to rais up the sport is level to the best in our country.

The sample was selected by intentional way from the original community by as (3) players. The curriculum period took (12) weeks ,as (2) two units per a week, because the full total for units of training curriculum (24) units.After the curriculum completion has been holding the post tests, and using the appropriate statistical procedures to get the results. After that the results were displayed it, analyzed it, and discussed it. The researcher got to the conclusions, the most important of which is the improvement in the functional variables and achievement as a result of the impact of rationing for recovery period between repetitions that adopted during the main experience. But the recommendations were the most important is to emphasize the rationing for recovery period between repetitions being the most important between the training load components.

Totaling (18) player after he ruled the player free, and the setting players the number (15) for the player were divided randomly into two groups of the experimental group and the number (5) players, and the control group and the number (5) players also the five remaining test reconnaissance, and after that was conducted homogeneity and parity of the sample conducted them tribal tests and then applied exercise physical - skills using the devices prepared by the researcher for 8 weeks at a rate of (3) training units per week, bringing the total sum of modules (24) unit training, it has reached a period of physical exercise in the unit training between (52.92 minutes) to (107.68 minutes), has been applied during the exercise section President, either time module has identified a time of 120 minutes is divided into (physically, skilly, plans , psychology), and the researcher used the method of training Recurring interval and after the completion of the application of exercises conducted a posteriori tests.Part IV included a presentation and analysis of results, discussion and verification of hypotheses.Finally, Part V included the conclusions and recommendations in the light of the discussion of the findings of the most important thesis and have exceeded the researcher's conclusions and in general? Section Two /theoretical studies : The researcher in this section addressed to the most important theoretical topics on the subject of Yoga, benefits of Yoga and its curriculum and turning to kinetic capacity relevant to rhythmic gymnastics and mental alertness and its components, dimensions and characteristics as well as their relationship with meditation.This section included also the most similar and previous studies with analyzing the studies. Section three /research methodology and field procedures : researcher used experimental method is the equivalent groups (experimental and control) on a sample of students of the third phase of their number (20) to the experimental group and (17) of the control group in the preparation of teaching modules using Yoga exercises to develop kinetic capacities [flexibility, strength, balance, compliance] as well as mental alertness and mental alertness meter adjusted to fit sport area and research topic. Abstract: The first theme contained Introduction and the Research importance in preparing the Muscular Balance Exercises to restore the Muscular Balance that support the pelvis and evaluating the Pelvis slope( right - left) for Gils in ages between 10 to 12 years.1 - 2 The Problem of the Research According to the importance of Pelvis in carrying the Body weight by considering it as the second Fulcrum Area in the Body so it is expose tomany Deviations or Functional Deformations specially for Girls in ages between 10 to 12 years by considering it as the Childhood arrears stage, instead of the lack sport exercises to evaluate the slop of the pelvis(rightleft).So the Researcher is premeditated to prepare Muscular Balance Exercises to evaluate the slope of pelvis( right - left). 1 - 3The Goals of Research : The Research included three goals : 1 - Identifying the deviation slop of Pelvis(right - left) for the Girls in ages between 10 to 12 years.2 - Preparing Muscular Balance Exercises to evaluate the Pelvis slop (right - left) for girls between ages 10 to 12 years.3 - Knowing the impact of prepared Muscular Balance to evaluate the Pelvis slop (right - left) for girls between ages 10 to 12 years.1 - 4 Research Hypotheses1 - There are statistically significant Differences between the results of Pre - post test for the benefit of dimensional Test in evaluating the slop of pelvis (right - left) for the Girls in ages between 10 to 12 years. 2 - There are statistically significant Differences between the results of physical Pre - post test for the benefit of dimensional for the Girls in agesbetween 10 to 12 years. 1 - 5 The Fields of The Research : 1 - 5 - 1 Human Field : A sample of Girls ages between 10 to 12 years from General Directorate of Education's Schools.1 - 5 - 2 Time Field : The period is from 15\10\2014 to 21/1/2015.1 - 5 - 3 Place field : Rehabilitation Center of Disabled and the Artificial Pats factory in Alkut.The second Theme : Theoretical Studies and Previous Studies : The Researcher discussed in the first division of this theme to theoreticalstudies that included the following subjects(Muscular Balance,replacement and substitution ,Muscular Balance Exercises - Pelvis Anatomy ,the supporting Muscles of Pelvis - The supporting ligaments ofPelvis - the range of Joint Movement measure of pelvis - Substratu m - The substratum deviations and deformations - the common deformations and deviations of substratum - the common deformations and deviations of pelvis - prevention of deformations and deviations of substratum - the features of childhood stage between ages 10 to 12 years.The second theme the Previous study : According to the Researcher information there is no other previous studies. Third theme : The Methodology of Research and its field procedures : The Researcher has used the experimental Methodology by choosing the design of the experimental independent groups with pre - post test and dimensional one without comparing between them (pre - post).This theme included a description for the for the society of research and its sample with homogeneity of the sample, and tools and devices that have been used in the research and the ways of collecting Data, and also clarifying the experimental exploratory ,Measures and Used experiments. TheResearcher has used a pre - tests for the flexibility of vertebral Column such as standing in front and a side, and also testing the strength of the abdominal muscles and both femoral. Then ,preparing a Muscular Balance exercises to evaluate the slop of pelvis, after that preparing Muscular Balance exercises to evaluate the slop of pelvis(right - left) and display it for many experts in Arthritis Medicine, Sports Medicine, Physiology of Sport, Biomechanics sport and Physical Education, then mentioning the statistical ways that relied by the Researcher to process the Data.Fourth Theme : Displaying Results, analyzing and discussing them : It was included a group of statistical tables were discussed scientifically relying on displaying and analysis basing on the Arabic and Foreign resources, and by analyzing the results and presenting and discussing them, and checking the goals of the Research and the Truthiness of its Hypothesis.Fifth Theme : Conclusion and Recommendations : This theme included a group of conclusions that obtained by the Researcher with accordance of discussing results of the Statistical process. The main f these conclusions : The application of prepared Muscular Balance Exercises lead to a marked improve in evaluating the pelvis slop(right - left) for Girls with ages between 10 - 12 years. The prepared Muscular Balance Exercises has an active role to restore the Muscular Balance of the parts of the Body specially the pelvis. The Muscular Balance Exercises characterized with great effect in developing the Muscular strength and increase the movement range of the Joint. The Muscular Balance Exercises helped to get rid of the other compensationdeformation and deviation in the Body, and from these conclusion the Researcher came up with a group of recommendations the main are : Depending on prepared Muscular Balance in evaluating the pelvis slop (right - left) in schools in the class of Physical Education to eliminate pelvis slop increase (right - left) for Girls. It is necessary to consider and care about substratum by the Teaching and Education Committee specially Pedants and teachers of Sport Education, and using the modern machines to identify the degree of pelvis slop(right - left),also making a similar studies on age categories for both females and males to evaluate the pelvis slop(right - left).
