This kind of guidance is continuously developing to provide appropriate growth of students , to improve their behavioural patterns and to direct them according to their tendencies and abilities. Since counseling intends to invest and develop human abilities and capabilities,it is natural that guidance should be done only by those who are capable and according to the plans decided in advance and who are competent to carry out this specialized humanitarian duty.The most important characteristics of the educational counselor and outside the shool are : 1.The theoretical aspect represented by the mental epistemological side that makes the scientific background of the guide 2 : The skillful application reflected in the many basic skills that enrich personality and performance of the guide and benefit him professionally when interacting with the guide. Accordingly , the study aims at the following : 1. Designing a scale to measure the academic concept of the self to reveal the level of understanding it by students of psychological counselling in terms of the two variables of the second - fourth classes and sex as males and females. 2. Designing a training program for self - management.3. Designing a training program for the social skills.4. Investigating the effect of the two training programs of self - management and social skills and identifying which one of them is more effective on developing the academic concept of the self for the sample under study. Thus , the hypotheses of the study are the following : 1. There are no statistically significant differences in the means between the scores of students of the second year and those of the fourth year on the scale of the academic concept of the self.2. There are no statistically significant differences in the means of the scores of males and those of the females students in the second and fourth classes on the scale of the academic concept the self.3. There are no statistically significant differences between the pre - measurement and the post - measurement for the first4. experimental group ( self - management ) on the scale of the academic concept of the self.5. There are no statistically significant differences between the pre - measurement and post - measurement for the second experimental group ( social skills ) on the scale of the academic concept of the self.6. There are no statistically significant differences in the post - test between the first experimental group ( self - management ) and the control group on the scale of the academic concept of the self.7. There are no statistically significant differences in the post - test between the second experimental group ( social skills ) and the control group on the scale of the academic concept of the self. To verify the hypptheses of the study ,the researcher followed the experimental approach of the two independent variables : Self - management and Social skills and the other related variable of the academic concept of the self. The sample of the study included( 39) female students in Dept.of psychological counseling and Educational Guidance who were divided into three groups : two as experimental and the third was a control. The procedures of the study are the following : 1.Designing the scale of the academic concept of the self and providing the psychological features of validity and consistency to obtain the face validity of the scale, differentiation validity and the internal symmetryof the items. Consistency was obtained by Alpha Cronbach method and it was (0,739).The final model of the scale was applied on a sample of (180) male and female students of the 2nd and 4th classes in the Dept.2.Designing two training programs : one of self - management and the other was of social skills. The researcher depended on the model of (Kent 1993) after developing it. The two training programs were applied on the two experimental groups : participants in the first group were trained on the self - management where as participants of the second group were trained on the social skills.The researcher used many statistical techniques in (SPSS) and as appropriate to the aims and hypotheses of the study. The results revealed the following : 1.There no statistically significant differences in the variable of the learning class on the scale of the academic concept of the self for students of the second year and those of the fourth year in significance level of( 0,05).2. There no statistically significant differences among the students in the scale of the academic concept of the self in the variable of sex for the students of the fourth year in significance level of( 0,05). whereas there are statistically significant differences in the scale of the academic concept of the self the variable of sex for students of the second year.3. There are statistically significant differences between the second experimental group ( self - management ) and the control group on the scale of the academic concept of the self in favour of the first experimental group.4. There are statistically significant differences between the second experimental group ( social skills ) and the control group on the scale of the academic concept of the self in favour of the second experimental group.5. There are statistically significant differences between the pre - test and the post - test of the first experimental group on the scale of the academic concept of the self and in favour of the post - test.6. It is proved that the two programs are efficient in training , besides the results show that the second program ( social skills ) is better according to the results of the one - way Anova analysis. On the light of the results of this study, the researcher recommended the following : 1.It is necessary to involve students in the various activities that aim to increase their practical skills and develop the skills required for the profession of educational guide.2. It is necessary educate the students about the importance of realizing their academic competence in the specialization that they choose.3. It is necessary to open a training unit within the educational syllabi of psychological counseling and educational guidance.The researcher also suggests the following : 1. conducting a comparative study to investigate the relation of the academic concept of the self to the future views of the students towards the profession of the counselor.2. preparing a training portfolio for the social skills to develop the skills of the students of psychological counseling.3. preparing a training portfolio for using self - management to handle crises and stress of students of the university.4. conducting a study that reveals impact of training on the social skills in developing other variables that have not been studied in this research such as : A - behavior of social support. B - Management of relations with the others.C - Motivation of the academic achievement. D - psychological endurance and age flexibility.

The study is confined by the samples chosen from the day - intermediate school principles in the city of Mosul for the years(2010 - 2011). It bases on investigating the experimental procedures and both the experimental and control groups are chosen for the pre - test and post - test. The sample is chosen on purpose employed from the intermediate schools principles in Mosul only, who have weakness in their educational and administrative skills (about 20 principles) and they are divided into : First, An experimental group consists of ten principles(male and female)Second, A control group which consists of ten principles (male and female) The equivalence is done between the two groups according to the variables which affect the educational and administrative skills. These variables are confined as follows : gender, employment years in instruction, years in administration, the level of education, specification, social state and the contribution in the administrative workshop. The training programmed to improve the educational and administrative skills consists of twelve meetings in ten hubs. The first hub deals with the educational guiding skills, the second tackles training and developing teachers, third, improving curriculum skills, fourth, the relationship with local society skills, fifth, evaluation skills, sixth, technical skills in management, seventh, human skills in management, eighth, the intellectual skills in management, ninth, communication skills and tenth, self skills. The program is applied for four hours a day every week. The application lasts in twelve weeks and it begins on 21st. ,Oct.,2010 and ends on 27th. Jan.,2o11. In addition, training styles are used during the application of the program including (lecture) style as a basic one besides, other training styles are used such as; discussion, studying state, role - play, papers and researches, a series of decisions contain training subjects and technical aids like, computer, data - show, boards, summaries and sources. The researcher depends on the questionnaire as a tool to measure the skills of the principles as well as to know the effectiveness of the training program. After achieving the validity and reliability of the tool, it is displayed to a committee of experts specified in administration and educational to show its competence. The coefficient is found by using half - division method. The questionnaire consists of (101) items distributed on two dimensions : • Educational dimension and administrative dimension.• Each one includes five spheres. The receipt reports are treated statistically using T - test. The results show that the effectiveness of the training programme in improving the educational and administrative skills of the intermediate schools principles; therefore, the two assumptions are rejected.According to the results that the researcher reaches, there are statistical distinctions in the benefit of the experimental group who submitted and administrative skills. The researcher presents several recommendations : • Opening a department of preparing intermediate schools principles in the College of Education named; ‘ Educational Administration and Planning Department’ in the sense ‘administration’ is ‘a scientific and artistic job’ needs specific preparations suitable for the educational and instructional process.• Encouraging to held annual meetings from the related faculty of the universities and specific supervisions in the Directorate of Education to discuss the professional and scientific needs of the principles to design, accordingly, suitable training programme.• Encouraging the principles to evaluate their skills and pay their attention to the teachers’ attitudes to find out the real necessities for the principles in their work. There are also several suggestions : • Comparative study of the effectiveness of a training programme in developing the principles’ skills using training - programme method in usual style with a training programme carried out by training - bag method.• Returning to implement the present programme on similar group of the school principles and knowing the effectiveness of using observation - field style i.e., visiting the principle in his work at least, for three months

In order to test the hypotheses, the researcher used the experimental design (two experimental groups and one control group of pre - posttest design). The research population included students at preparatory stage of (25) schools were distributed to The Directorate - General for Education in Diyala. The total number of students (8095), (30) were selected from secondary stage who received less marks from the hypothetical mean in personal maturity scale and distributed on three control groups, and two experimental in amount of 10 students in each group. An equivalence has been done among the three groups in some of the variables, namely, (the degrees of personal maturity scale, ego flexibility, psychological and social compatibility, sequence congenital, live with their parents or of one of them). Then , the researcher tried as possible to adjust some extraneous variables (non - experimental), which were deemed to affect the safety of the experiment which (the maturity, the time of the experiment, the place of the experiment, the sample identification, the person who carried out the experiment.... etc.). The first experimental group received a guidance programme according to the precognitive method, while, the second experimental group received a guidance programme according to the interaction integrative - interactive method, whereas the control didn't receive any guidance programme. The researcher has designed : 1. Personal maturity scale, as the initial form included (36) items distributed to the six areas (‏The sense of self - extension, the intimate relationships with others, self - acceptance, self - awareness of reality, self - objectivity, unified philosophy of life). After the scale has been exposed to the jury members and the statistical analysis for items were verifying, the scale validity has been achieved through the face validity. Also, the reliability has been achieved by test - retest which received (0.88), while the alpha coefficient for internal consistency received (0.81), so the final number of scale items was (27) items. 2. The researcher prepared a guidance programme for the precognition and interaction integrative - interactive. The programme consists of 14 guidance sessions in the amount of twice session per week for each method. According to data research processing, the researcher used statistical methods to achieve it, namely; (T - test for two independent samples, Factor analysis affirmative, Alpha - Cronbach formula, Pearson correlation coefficient, Chi - Square test, Kruskal - Wallis test. The current study results showed the effectiveness of the two cognitive guidance methods; precognition and interaction integrative - interactive in developing personal maturity among students at secondary stage. The researcher reached to a number of conclusions, recommendations and suggestions.

Thus, it can be determined the problem of the present study upon replying the following questions : 1) what is the level of anxiety examination of female students?2) does the style of dealing with self - have effect in acquiring skills of managing anxiety examination of female students?3) does the style of knowledge rehabilitation have effect on acquiring anxiety management during examination of female students?This study excites the student at preparatory stage by group skills assist them to overcome the anxiety during examination as the development of skills and acquiring it but the student effects in promoting his ability to manage his emotions and to control his self in all aspects of the life in addition to that the student will be responsible for himself at all times.The objectives of the study : - First : measuring skills of managing anxiety examination of female students/Second : identifying the effect of counselling program according to the style of dealing with self to develop skills of managing and controlling anxiety examination of female students of preparatory stage though electing the following hypothesis.1) No important statistical differences in the skills of managing and controlling examination among ranks of degrees of first experimental and control group in the posterior test at mark level of 0.05.Third : identifying the effects of consulting program according to the style of knowledge rehabilitation to develop skills of managing anxiety examination of the female students of preparatory school through testing the following tests. 1) No important statistical differences in skills of managing and controlling anxiety examination between ranks of degrees of second experimental and control groups in posterior test at mark level of 0.052) No important statistical differences in skills of managing and controlling anxiety examination between ranks of degrees of first and second empiric group in the posterior test at mark level of 0.05 3) No important statistical differences in skills of managing and controlling anxiety examination between ranks of degrees of first control and second empiric group in the posterior test at mark level of 0.05.Theoretical part of the present study includes theories and technical applied modes so that the researcher adopts theories of real consulting (Glacier) through applying stylist of dealing with self and knowledge consulting theory through applying knowledge reconstruction. The scope of the present study : - Community of the present study is consisted of : 1)measurement sample : it is totaled (?) female students at preparatory schools of Basrah Governorate Directorate of Education. 2) Experimental Sample : it is consisted of (45) female students were distributed on three groups each group of 15 female students for first empiric group and 15 female students for second empiric group and 15 female students for control empiric group. Tools of study : The literatures of firmer studies, the searcher adopts measurements of skills developing of managing the anxiety examination (Atallah, 2010) as this measurement consisted of 40 items in the primary form distributed by four fields : Muscle relaxation and controlling with physical symptoms - controlling negative thoughts or ideas - replacing it with positive thoughts or ideas - managing time. It is concluded group of psychometric characteristics for the items of measurements through producing it to group of experts and arbitrators in the education and psychology and after getting approval of 80% of the experts, the measurement became able to be applied so that the final form becomes consisting of forty items and that some items were applicable and later extracting the truth of measurement through using extinguishing force and correlation coefficient of items with total degree of the measurement and coefficient of items correlation with the field. The researches verify the truth of stability parameters y two ways (Re - test and Cronbach coefficient).Two consulting programs were built according to the style the dealing with self and knowledge rehabilitation as it is applied at Adul Majeed Al Majidi preparatory school for girls for the period from FEBV.16,2014 to April 24,2014 using chisquare - T test for two independent patterns - person correlation Coefficient) - Mann - Whitney - U test - Kruskal - Wallis - Ttest for a pattern) as a statical means to be applied in the present research. Results are concluded by this study. Two consulting programs upon two styles of dealing with self and knowledge rehabilitation effecting on developing skills of managing the anxiety examination. It differs according to the variation of societies, cultures and historical stages. It seems that human violence has increased by time, a matter which has given rise to a new science which is called (the science of Violence). A great amount of human history is a record of enmity and conflict among groups because for them it is the easiest method to reach their goals and advantages. Most thinkers and historians agree that human history is a history of violence and its methods were used all over the world along ages. A actually , the fact that violence is timeless, that is inherited by generations along centuries is confirmed. Collective violence represents an important aspect of violence in its social meaning , and arousing such a subject (Collective Violence) is no more than explaining the kind of the relationship between a man a group. The author notices that collective violence appeared due to the assembling of individuals in a society and the means of production.In the Iraqi society , however , collective violence, especially in the universities is a complicated phenomenon which is the result of the reaction and interrelations among a number of factors and variables which show the social crisis in Iraq. In fact it is the result of the abnormal circumstances of the country. Henceforth we can say that what the enemies of Iraq planned was creating a kind of chaos. It is shown that the groups act more violently in comparison with the individuals and perhaps this could be caused by the fact that the members group enhance one another because they behave covalently. One of the factors which arouses collective violence is Prejudice among the individuals, In this way violence becomes an essential factor and not absolute in making such prejudicious situations and if there had been no ability for violence, people's situations. Would have been less strict and more tender, and probably without prejudice. Besides, prejudice instigates man to act violently. So, prejudice is sometimes the result of violence and other times the cause of it. As violence coincided humanity from its beginning humanity knew negative trends and prejudice among individuals , groups and nations, a matter which formed uninterrupted series of clash, misery and misunderstanding among human beings, especially when prejudice becomes a trend in society with its own being , culture and symbol ,a matter vows enormous dangers in the all aspects of life. Other effective factors in the collective violence besides prejudice are situation pressures which lead to behaving against the standers the individuals have that is not to hurt others. These pressures are social facilitation. Because the Iraqi current environment witnesses a racial and religious attraction and noticeable violence with the existence of facilities from various social categories , it is worth studying as the author sees from his personal witnesses and relations with others and what her hears from them. Thus, we can say that this research gains its importance from the three variables it previously dealt with and how they react with each other (collective violence , prejudice and social facilitation) and play an important role in the individual's personality and in the most effective category in the track of events and their development. This category is the university students who are the pillar of future in a critical and historical stage which our society passes by : wars, political , social and economical crisis. The research aims at studying : - 1 - The relationship between collective violence , prejudice and social facilitation. 2 - The contribution of the independent variables (prejudice and social facilitation) to the total contrast of the following variable (collective violence). The research was restricted to the students of Baghdad and AL - Mustansaria universities for all sexes in the four stages of the morning class. To achieve the aims of his study , the researcher built up three measurements to measure up the collective violence , prejudice , and social facilitation - the sample of the construction consisted of 400 students - and after taking out discriminative of its items, Validity (Face Validity) and Reliability (by Retesting and Alpha Cronbach formula), the researcher applied it on a sample of (300) university students choose randomly from eight colleges in Baghdad and AL - Mustansaria universities. Having collected the data and treated them statistically by using t - test for one sample and t - test for tow Independent Sample and pearson correlation coefficient , Alpha Cronbach formula, Multiple Correlation, std - Error, and Multiple Regression Analysis. The research came up with : 1 - there is a positive relationship among the three variables of the research. 2 - the independent variable (prejudice) contributes to the following variable (collective violence) , while the other independent variable (social facilitation) does not contribute to the following variable (collective violence). Abstract: Mariage stability and continuity depend on understanding, adaptation, and adjustment between spouses. When a relationship is successful, it becomes a source of satisfaction for individuals; which make them feel belonging to the other part and give power to face hardships. When failed, it leads to unhappiness than could be imagined. Marital relationship goes without distress and obstacles. As a long - term relationship, marriage faces problems which may cause spouses feel frustrated with marital life. Thus, family disconnection constitutes great danger for spouses and offspring. So, spouses are confused because of problems about their disability to settle disputes as a result of deficits in personality such as neurotic perfectionism. Perfectionist spouses put high goals and expectations of self and others, and feel failure and distress when facing a difficulty in achieving them. So, it is negatively reflected on their marriage in addition to difficulties in emotional expression and inability to express emotions to partner, and causing marital distress. Thus, current study aimed at : - Identifying marital distress for a sample of spouses. - Identifying differences in marital distress according to sex, academic achievment, and duration of marriage variables. - alexithymia of the sample of spouses. - Identifying differences in alexithymia according to sex, academic achievement, and duration of marriage variables. - Neurotic perfectionism of the sample of spouses. - Identifying differences in neurotic perfectionism according to sex, academic achievement, and duration of marriage variables. - Identifying the relationship between marital distress, alexithymia, and neurotic perfectionism of the sample. - Identifying contribution of both neurotic perfectionism and alexithymia (independent variables) in marital distres (dependent variable).Research was applied on a sample of professors and employees in Basra university. They all were spouses of both sexes (males and females) during the academic year 2014 - 2015. As for theoretical framework, it was dealt with through the following three basic topics : 1 - Marital distress : concept, factors and interpreting theories. 2 - Alexithymia : concept, prevalence, distinctive features, and theories. 3 - Neurotic perfectionism : concept, types, dimensions; old and new trends of interpretation. Relational descriptive methodology was used to identify marital distress and relationship to neurotic perfectionism and alexithymia. For procedures, study was performed on applied (n= 410 respondents) and control sample (n= 400 respondents0 of spouses (teaching staff and employees). The sample was selected randomly from faculties and centres of the university. To achieve aims of the current research, a marital distress scale was prepared and applied on the sample. The scale consisted of (72) items distributed on six firlds (i.e. lack of communication, dissatisfaction, negative escalation, problem solving, lack of intimacy and love; and increased disagreements). In addition, neurotic perfectionism scale was built and applied. The scale consisted of (38) items distributed on three fields (i.e. self - oriented perfectionism, other - oriented perfectionism, and social perfectionism. Furthermore, Alexithymia scale was adapted. The scale consisted of (20) items distributed on three fields including difficulty of feelings description, difficulty of feelings identification, and thinking oriented outwards. The three scales (i.e. marital distress, neurotic perfectionism, and alexithymia) considered physical validity and structure validity indicators. In addition, stablity of the three scales were verified through re - test and Alfa internal consistency coefficient. To verify procedures and findings, the following statistical tools were used : Chi - square test, t - test for single sample, t - test for relationship significance coeefficient, three - way variance analysis, Scheffe test for multiple comparisons, Percentile weight, standardized error equation, Pearson relational co - efficient, multiple relational coefficient, and multiple liner slope. Current study findings were as follow : 1 - Research sample had higher than hypothetical average score of marital distress.2 - There are statistically significant differences at (0.05) level between degrees of the sample according to sex variable (in favor of females), and marriage duration (in favore of marriages more than 15 years). 3 - There are no statistically significant differences at (0.05) level between degrees of the sample according to academic achievement variable.4 - There is an interaction between sex and duration of marriage variables as effective in marital distress. 5 - There is no interaction between (sex and academic achievement), (duration of marriage and academic achievement), and (sex, academic achievement, and duration of marriage) as effective in marital distress.Moreover, it was found that : 1 - Research sample had higher level than hypothetical average score of neurotic perfectionism.2 - There are statistically significant differences at (0.05) level between degrees of the sample according to sex variable (in favor of females), and academic achievement (in favore of institutes).3 - There are no statistically significant differences at (0.05) level between degrees of the sample according to duration of marriage variable.4 - There is no interaction between (sex and academic achievement), (sex and duration of marriag), (duration of marriage and academic achievement), and (sex, academic achievement and duration of marriage) as effective in neurotic perfectionism.Additionally, it was found that : 1 - Research sample had higher than hypothetical average score of alexithymia.2 - There are statistically significant differences at (0.05) level between degrees of the sample according to sex variable (in favor of males).3 - There are no statistically significant differences at (0.05) level between degrees of the sample according to academic achievement variable and duration of marriage.4 - There is no interaction between (sex and academic achievement), (sex and duration of marriage), (duration of marriage and academic achievement) and (sex, academic achievement, and duration of marriage) as effective in alexithymia.Furthermore, it was found a significant positive relationship between marital distress and neurotic perfectionism; and significant positive relationship between marital distress and alexithymia. It was concluded that both neurotic perfectionism and alexithymia have statistically significant contributions to marital distress. However, neurotic perfectionism variable was the highest contribution, followed by alexithymia in predicting marital distress. The researcher interpreted and discussed findings in accordance with the adopted theory with each variable (i.e. marital distress, alexithymia and neurotic perfecrtionism). Findings were discussed along with findings of literature. Thus, the researcher concluded the contribution of the two independent variables (alexithymia and neurotic perfectionism) in marital distress of teaching staff and employees spouses encourages other researchers to study psychological and personal problems in following cases and experiments. In addition, research concluded several recommendations including the interest in marital coumselling during all stages of marriage through family counselling centres, mass media and family care centres to provide them with information about marriage and relationship improvement. At the end of study, the researcher suggested future studies including : building a counselling program to reduce neurotic perfectionism, alexithymia and marital distress for a sample of spouses.

This has been achieved through two Aims. The first Aim is to build three forms of perceived control scale according to three items selection test methods (method based on theoretical framework, method based on synthesis - logical and method based on factor analysis).The researcher followed scientific steps to achieve these aims, according to the theory of responding to item, starting with the first and second scale (theoretical and synthesis - logical) instructed of these items displayed on expert authorities in Educational and Psychological Sciences, to make sure that these items have appropriate characteristics availability of items scale and alternatives, in form and content, and that it describes the measured characteristic based on definition that was specified for each measure separately, and after making some necessary adjustments, all of two scales promised to measure what was good for in order to measure them. And to ensure the clarity of items and instructions to our research sample, and to determine the time required for performance, the two scales applied to pilot sample of (104 students) from outside statistical analysis sample, and appeared that all instructions and items of each scale were clear. In order to determine the standard characteristics of the two measures and there items, as well as verification of model assumptions, the scale was applied to a sample of (1,100 male and female students) from university students in morning studies in city of Baghdad, which they were selected in a random manner with proportional stratified random sample. The researcher adopted Rating Scale Model originating from a single - parametric model, using a statistical method called (ConstructMap.4.6), resulting in two scales contain (39 and 36) items respectively. And to build a third form for perceived control scale by factorial analysis method, the researcher translated two foreign scales and displayed to expert authorities in Educational and Psychological Sciences to show their opinion about items and alternatives, in terms of form and content, and appropriateness for the local environment, and in terms of classification for measured feature on the basis of the definition that was specified for each unit measured, and with some minor linguistic on two scales on a sample to account time and instructions clarity, and then two scales applied to the same research sample, collected data answers for four scales (theoretical scale and synthesis - logical scale and the two foreign scales) to analysis in a factorial analysis method by using statistical bag of Social Sciences ( SPSS), and to draw the third form of the scale and factorial analysis under controls of using this method, which had produced a scale consists of (60) items which adopted to appropriate assumptions to analysis model. With this the standard features have been identified, to all items and to total scale for the three images to measure perceived control, and using the same statistical method. The second aim was to make differential comparisons between these three forms for measure perceived control in standard characteristics. These procedures showed in accordance to comparisons as follow : Suitable for adjusted estimate for progressive answers in building perceived control scale. And then retained items and individuals that achieved the model assumptions, and overall items and scales had good standard characteristics. For a comparison between three scale forms, it started with (information function and standard error) which showed that all scale forms were close, and results did not showed wide differences between them. So the Tau coefficient of progressive answers difficulty values revealed that three scales forms were close, and there were no significant differences statistically between them after using Kroskal - Alice equation. For property of stability, results showed, that there was a convergence and divergence in this property also, For stability based on information function, and the separation between individuals, there was a convergence in all scale forms, but for the stability that based on calculates variance between expected and observed individuals responses, which calculated through the statistical method, the form of the factorial scale characterized by consistently was higher than other tow form scales. Results from reliability property showed that there was a convergence and divergence of this property, there was a convergence and uniformity in reliability property function represented by accuracy of estimation factor, and there were no statistically significant differences between the three forms of perceived control scale in accuracy of estimation factor based on characteristic test Function. While there were significant differences between forms of scale in sincerity of selection of behavioral scope which objectively interpreter by variance , as it shows there was a statistically significant differences in favor of higher variance ratio for scale of factorial forms of scale, which offers highest ratio of interpreter variance, followed by a theoretical scale and finally synthesis scale.In summary, researcher can judge by convergence of the three forms of scales in standard characteristics, for both items and overall scale. Despite appearance of some statistical differences in factorial method of some of standard characteristics in current research. But cannot resolve the priority by other test methods to prefer some items on another. According to current research results, the researcher reached some conclusions, recommendations and proposals

She is firstly responsible on planning, performing and following the counseling programs. The counselor works throughout the counseling relationship to understanding the client, assisting her to understand herself and choosing the best available alternatives according to her awareness and assessment of the social environment requirements. Individuality represents the individual awareness of his abilities, possibilities and aptitudes in addition to self - confidence, distinctiveness, independency and self - control. Where the person knows his job requirements and its success conditions. The female educational counselor individuality represents her distinctiveness in achievement and is obvious in the context of her personal interaction with other female counselors. The present research aims at measuring individuality, moral reasoning and social responsibility of female educational counselors and knowing how ethical reasoning , social responsibility, years of service and academic specialization contribute in individuality. To achieve these aims the researcher has prepared individuality scale depending on Gilligan theory which determine it with four behavioral components : self - conscious increasing, understanding others without following them, pure and good memory and the considerably constant experience. (36) items have been formulated by using reported statements where each item has five ranked alternatives for answering : (always, frequently, sometimes, seldom and never) given them when correcting (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) ,respectively for items formulated towards individuality and the correcting is reversed for items formulated away from individuality. The researcher has ascertained from the discriminatory power of the items and the coefficient of their validity by applying the scale on (400) female counselors chosen randomly categorical. As a result the final form of the scale consist of (33) items for measuring individuality. The researcher has ascertained from the validity of the scale by using face validity through exposing it along with a questionnaire on (12) in psychological sciences and psychometric and also by the indicators of constructing validity through factorial validity and the relation between the item grade with the total grade, also the relation of the item grade with the behavioral component that it belongs to and by the internal relations array among the grades of components. The reliability of the scale has been ascertained by using Alpha - Cronbach formula where it is (0.72) when applying the scale on (50) female counselors. As for the concept of moral reasoning , the researcher has prepared a scaledepending on Gilligan theory which determine it with three behavioral components : expressing emotions, taking care of others feelings and transparency. (30) itemshave been formulated by using the style of verbal situation, for each situation there are threeanswers : the first (selfishness), the second (standards) and the third represents (moral thinking) when correcting they are given grades (1, 2, 3) respectively. The researcher has ascertained from the discriminatory power of the scale items and the coefficient of their validity by applying the scale on (400) female counselors. As a result the final form of the scale consists of (25) items for measuring the ethical thinking. The researcher has ascertained from the validity of the scale by using face validity through exposing it along with a questionnaire on (12) in psychological sciences and psychometric and also by the indicators of constructing validity through factorial validity and the relation between the item grade with the total grade, also the relation of the item grade with the behavioral component that it belongs to and by the internal relations array among the grades of components. The reliability of the scale has been ascertained by using Alpha - Cronbach formula where it is (0.74) when applying the scale on (50) female counselors. As far as the concept of social responsibility is concerned, the researcher has preparedthe social responsibility scale depending on Gilligan theory which determine it with five behavioral components : moral silence, moral emotions, deeply thinking with moral problems, ethical and cognitive association and anti - violence and harmony. (45) items have been formulated by using reported statements where each item has five ranked alternatives for answering : (always, frequently, sometimes, seldom and never) given them when correcting (5, 4, 3, 2, 1) respectively for items formulated towards social responsibility and the correcting is reversed for items formulated against social responsibility. The researcher has ascertained from the discriminatory power of the items and the coefficient of their validity by applying the scale on (400) female counselors chosen randomly categorical. As a result the final form of the scale consist of (39) items for measuring social responsibility. The researcher has ascertained from the validity of the scale by using face validity through exposing it along with a questionnaire on (12) in psychological sciences and psychometric and also by the indicators of constructing validity through factorial validity and the relation between the item grade with the total grade, also the relation of the item grade with the behavioral component that it belongs to and by the internal relations array among the grades of components. The reliability of the scale has been ascertained by using Alpha - Cronbach formula where it is (0.79) when applying the scale on (50) female counselors. After ascertaining from the psychometric properties of the research scale and their items, they are applied on the major sample of the research which consists of (300) female counselors randomly categorical chosen according to the variables of academic specialization and years of service. The data of the present research have been analysed by using the statistical package of social sciences (SPSS) and the results show the following : 1 - Female counselors are characterized by individuality, moral reasoning and social responsibility.2 - Both of social responsibility and the academic specialization contribute in predicting of individuality whereas moral reasoning and years of service do not contribute in predicting individuality. Accordingly, the researcher has recommended a number of recommendations such as the necessity of enhancing the care of female counselors with their individuality because it considers from the important positive aspects of their personalities. The researcher has suggested to conduct future studies like conducting the same variables on male counselors and then comparing its results with the results of the present research.

The study is limited to male and female counselors in the primary, intermediate, and preparatory schools of Baghdad governorate (Al - Karkh and Al - Rasafa), morning studies during the academic year 2015 - 2016.To achieve the aims of the current study, two scales are constructed by the researcher. The first is reactive care scale which consists of 40 items and the second is the ego flexibility scale which consists of 54 items. The validity and reliability of both scales are checked. With respect to empathy, the scale of Davis, 1983 is adopted which consists of 27 items. The validity and reliability of this scale are also checked.The three scales of the study are conducted on a sample of 400 male and female counselors who are randomly chosen. The data achieve is statistically manipulated by the methods of Pearson correlation, Chronpach coefficient, multiple regration analysis.In the light of the study aims, the results reveal the following : 1 - Educational counselors have an above - average level of reactive care as computed t - value is found to be higher than the tabulated one at 0.05 level of significance.2 - Educational counselors have an average level of the trait of ego flexibility as computed t - value is found to be higher than the tabulated value at 0.05 level of significance.3 - As compared to female counselors who have an average level of empathy, male counselors are found to lack empathy.4 - Ego flexibility variable contribute in the reactive care by a degree of 0.065. While the variable of empathy gender, service duration, and specialization are found to have no contribution in reactive care.In the light of the results achieved, a set of conclusions and recommendations, and suggestions are put forward

Among the statistical means which were used in the study "Q2 test, T - test for single sample, person connection factor, bilateral differences analysis". The results of curreuts study were : 1 - Both (malel - females) university students and in both scientific and humane specialties have clear psychological identity.2 - Dissertation sample individuals from both genders and in both scientific and humane specialty have good family coherence in general.3 - Both genders of university students and in both scientific and humane specialty did not have emotional experience.4 - The connectional relations between the psychological identity and family coherence, between the psychological identity and emotional experience, and between family coherence and emotional experiences were directly connected relations and positive statistically. And in the light of the results the researcher had reached to a group of recommendations and suggestions.

For the purpose of identification the psychological heplessness among Preparatory Stage students, the researcher built a scale based on the theory of Heplessness by (Seligman). The sample of the study consisted of 400 students from the fifth preparatory class (scientific/literary). The scale in its final form consists of (35) items. It has been exposed to a group of expert professors who retained only (32) items distributed on three fields : - Motivational helplessness - Cognitive helplessness - Emotional Helplessness After fulfilling the validity of the scale, the researcher ascertained its reliability by using test and re - test method. The constancy coefficient reached (0.85) and by using Cronbach Alpha’s method which is (0.87). In order to build the consulting program with its two styles, the scale was applied on a sample that consists of (100) students for the purpose of knowing the students who suffer from psychological heplessness and those who need the consulting program. All the items of the trait has been introduced and the number of sessions consulting program (13) counseling sessions. The program has been built and exposed to a number of expert professors. The experiment sample consists of (45) students who scored high on the scale. They were randomly distributed on three groups : (15) students per group : two experimental groups with a one control group. The equalization has been conducted for the three groups. The following statistical means are used : 1 - Pearson Correlation Coefficient to find out the reliability by using the test and re - test method.2 - Cronbach Alpha’s method to find out reliability in the method of internal consistency.3 - Croscal/Wales Test to know the significant differences among the groups.4 - T - Test for two independent samples to find out the discriminatory power of the scale items.5 - Man - Whitney Test for two independent samples for the three groups to test the significance of differences among the ranks of three groups. After the application of the program on the two experimental groups, the scale was applied three groups (post - test) showing the following results : 1) The thoughts stopping style has an effect in reducing psychological heplessness for the preparatory stage students. 2) The cognitive restructuring style has an effect in reducing psychological heplessness for the preparatory stage students. In light of the above results of the study, the researcher put forward a number of recommendations and suggestions

Therefore, educational institutions must not only provide information but they also teach the ways of teaching to deal with various fields of life, and they must not turn the minds of learners into stores of knowledge, but they have to provide them with the keys to those stores and teach them how to utilize these information when needed.Reasoning thinking is considered as one of the advanced methods of thinking, and it is regarded one of the bases of knowledge development and intellectual progress. Logical processes help the individual to reach new conclusions of knowledge. When mind operates the reasoning process, it passes through steps similar to those of the scientific approach till reaching theories and laws. In reasoning, the individual gets the characteristics of the attitude depending on his previous experiences.This research aims at : Knowing the validity of a teaching - learning program lipman of teaching thinking skills for primary school students. The research sample consisted of (30) forth - primary - year students from the secand general directorate of education of Baghdad - Russafa (for the academic year 2014 - 2015). They were divided into an experimental and control groups after checking the variables of (intelligence, age, academic level of both father and mother, the marks obtained by the students and their general level). The researcher applied the test of the thinking skills which contien (16) queshins and for skills its (classifcayes,concolosun,comparative and askeds) ,to developed thiking skills of primary school student (forth class) and the psychometric characteristics were obtained for both of them. Then, the test and the program were applied successively on the research sample.The research tried to verify the following hypotheses1 - There are differences of statistical indication at the level (0.05) in thinking skills between the pre and post texts of the control group.2 - There are differences of statistical indication between the pre and post tests at the level (0.05) in thinking skills of the experimental group.3 - There are differences of statistical indication at the level (0.05) in thinking skills of the per and post test for both the experimental and control groups.4 - There are differences of statistical indication at the level (0.05) in thinking skills of the per and the reprived tests for the experimental group in the test of thinking.In order to verify the results of the research non - parametric statistical methods were used, and the outcomes showed that there were statistically indicating differences between the experimental and control groups and in favor of the experimental group and as follows : 1 - Accepting the zero hypothesis and rejecting the alternative hypothesis as the counted value was (3,432) and it was more than the (25) table value.2 - Rejecting the zero hypothesis and accepting the alternative hypothesis as the counted was (36) and it was less than the (25) table value.3 - Rejecting the zero hypyhesis and accepting the alternative hypothesis as the counted value reached (0) which was less than the table value that reached (56).4 - Rejecting the zero hypothesis and accepting the alternative hypothesis as the counted value reached (0,83) which was more than the criterion value of (0,60).In the light of the results, the researcher submitted a number of recommendations and suggestions

This is achieved by testing the null hypothesis against the following alternative hypotheses as follows : The first hypothesis - There is no Differences in Statistic at Level (0.05) among Order Grades for the individuals of the three Groups (First experimental Group And second Experimental Group and stander group) on the Scale of successful Identity at the retest - test application.The second hypothesis : - There is no Differences in Statistical at Level (0.05) among Order Gradesof First Experimental Group In tow Tests (retest - test and delayed - test) On Scale of Successful Identity.The third hypothesis : - there is no Differences in Statistical Related at Level (0.05) between Order Grades of second Experimental Group In tow Tests (retest - test and delayed - test) On Scale of Successful Identity.Also, For testing research thoughts the researcher use experimental design for equal groups with the two experimental groups and one stander group with the controlling , and used two tests (test and retest) sample of research consisted (30 students) of the second - stage from middle school randomly distributed among the three groups (the first experimental group and the second experimental group and the stander group) After Valence Procedures for the Groups Variables (degrees Students on Scale Successful Identity, Age Schedule, Numberof Years Repetition),The Researcher Applied involvement technique on the Students of the first Experimental Group and Applied Needs fulfillment technique With the Students In second Experimental Group and there is no Technical Applied With stander Group.The researcher constructed the following : - a - Scale of Successful identity : - After reviewing the literature research and previous studies in this research and based on the theoretical concepts of realty therapy and choice theory, the researcher has create this scale, and after verification of the truthfulness and steadfastness of this scale, the number of paragraphs is (32 paragraph) spread over three sections (skillful, competent, a sense of significance).b - Two extension they are, (the Counseling program according to the involvement technique) and (the Counseling program according to needs fulfillment technical) and on according principles of reality therapy as steps for the development of the Successful identity brought by William Glasser the theorist, each program have (14 Counseling sessions).The researcher used statistical methods to calculate the data of this research, (T - Test) for the two samples Independent, And the Pearson Coefficient, Alpha Cronbach equation, And Analysis Copykat of First Class for (Kruskal - Wallis), the test Mann - Whitney For two Independent samples, and the Wilcoxon test for Symmetric Samples.From the results of this research there are differences statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05) between the groups in the retest - test to measure successful identity, and when comparisons between these groups showed that there were statistically significant differences between arranged degrees of first Experimental Group and the stander group on the successful identity scale in retest - test to the first experimental group, and when comparing arranged degrees of second experimental group and the stander group showed that there were statistically significant differences between the second experimental group and the stander group on the successful identity scale retest - test to the second group, and when comparing arranged degrees first Experimental Group and second Experimental group showing no statistically significant differences between the first experimental group that used the technical (involvement) and between second group Which Used technical (Needs fulfillment).research results also found that there were no statistically significant differences between the retest - test and delayed test degrees arranged between the first Experimental Group, which used technical (involvement), and also there are no statistically significant differences between the retest - test and delayed test degrees between second Experimental group Technical used (Needs fulfillment).From this the Researcher concluded the below : - 1. The techniques (involvement and Needs fulfillment) is Effective on students at the middle stage.2. The interaction of the students in the two experimental groups with in the program steps were helped in the development of Successful identity.Another important recommendation that the researcher recommends the below : - 1. And this has been confirmed by several studies, such as Swanson (Swanson,1990) (Swanson 1992) studies as confirmed that the levels of knowledge of knowledge of high relate to the best performance in problems solving and Armbruster 1989)) has found that the knowledge of Mtacognitionplays several cognitive roles in creative problem - solving.And according to this data, many different methods to develop useful skills in problem solving and training, mainly based to metacognitive knowledge (Antoetti Ignazi & Perejo 2000). The acquisition metacognition has an active and important role in the educational process, it can reduce the difficulties faced by learners during their understanding of the subjects. And there are several results drawn from the acquisition of these skills, which help learners to regulate behavior and self - awareness through self - monitored for themselves during the learning processes, and create the opportunity to choose between learning strategies that ensure access to the full understanding and reused in other tasks (Al - hilawani, 2000 : 41). There are a many students today are not able to use the skills learned metacognition as they may not know any of the skills that will help them to learn and retrieval of long - term memory and affect the intellectual attainment and perhaps they don't aware to use (Schunk, 2000 : 53). As if these students do not spend enough time to study outside the classroom, and when trying to study, they are studying roughly and ineffectively, and this clearly means that they lack metacognition (Kovach, 2000 : 13). The style (reflection - impulse)is one of styles that took a share of the studies and scientific researches, as most of them confirmed the effectiveness of this method in interaction and information handling process, the credit for the confirmation of this method and framed theoretical and practical due to the psychologist Kagan, as he indicated that it is the basis for discrimination between individuals in the speed of their response to life situations. The reflective individuals tend to take the time to submit their responses, and they take a longer time to examine the alternatives available ,while the impulsive individuals tend to issuance of the first response intervenes on their minds, and this response is often incorrect and frequently admit their mistakes (Kagan, 1971 : 24 - 28). Cognitive styles in their concept are not limited to the cognitive aspect of personal information only, but so far as it is an important indicator to look at personal look Faculty included in all its dimensions. The cognitive styles are important criterion in the classification of individuals , but not rated bilaterally extreme, it is a rating connected, begins dimension (reflection, for example) and ends with another dimension (impulse) (Ibrahim, 2010 : 621). The basic goal of any knowledge is to help human in overcoming the problems that may be encountered while waging the midst of this life, and then the function of the various sciences is helping him to discover these problems, and provide ways to overcome them all kinds (Al - 'Aser 2000 : 78). After informed researcher on the concept of distinct students, he concluded that the distinct student is who passes the ministerial exams at the primary level at a rate of more than (90%), and is subject to the tests carried out by the ministry (the Authority supervising the schools of distincts affiliated to the General Directorate for Public Education, and include : intelligence tests (IQ), and a test of the material (Arabic,and Enlish Language, Mathematics andSciences).As required from distinct student to study the French language added to the overall average of 16% of marks.And in light of these facts , the objectives of the research were formulated as follow : - Identifying1 - The problem solving for the distinct students of secondary schools.2 - The metacognition for the distinct students of secondary schools.3 - The cognitive style (impulsivity - reflection) for the distinct students of secondary schools.4 - Difference in problem solving according to the variable of gender (male - female).5 - Difference in metacognition according to the variable of gender (male - female).6 - Difference in cognitive style (impulsivity - reflection) according to the variable of gender (male - female).7 - The relation between the (problem solving and metacognition), [problem solving and cognitive style (impulsivity - reflection) ], [metacognition and cognitive style (impulsivity - reflection)].8 - Identifying the extent to which the independent variables contribution(metacognition and cognitive style (impulsivity - reflection)] in the affiliated variable (problem solving).And to achieve the research goals , there must be three scales : the first is problem solving test which was prepared by (Al - Kubaisy,1989) according to Gilford theory, and modified by (Khaleel, 2009), then the researcher adopted it. The second is metacognition scale which was prepared by (Schraw & Dennison, 1994), so the researcher translated with assistance of experts in English language to make it suitable with the Iraqi environment and especially the research sample , the third is scale of cognitive style(impulsivity - reflection]which the researcher prepared according to Kagan theory. And the researcher extracted the face validity by displaying to a number of experts and arbitrators in educational and psychological sciences, and construction validity via extracting the distinguished power of its items and extracting relation of item degree with total degree of the criterion and relation of item degree with level degree affiliated to it and extracting matrix of correlations among each level of it and the total score of the criterion mainly overall scale , as has been extracted stability of each tool through re - testing, and alpha Cronbach. After collecting the data were processed using statistical appropriate methods, including : samples t - test (t - test) for one sample and two independent samples, Pearson correlation coefficient (Coefficien (Pearson, and multiple regression analysis (Multiple Regression Analysis)., And after applying the criterion and the test on individuals of the sample and analyzing data statically, the researcher has reached to the following results according to the research objectives : • All the current members of the research sample have the ability of solve problem solving. • All the members of the current research sample have metacognition. • All the members of the current research sample have the reflective cognitive style. • The difference between the average male and female statistically significant, in favor of the average scores of females, which means that female high school students for distincts have the problem solving more than males. • There is no statistically significant difference between the average of male and female in metacognition. • There is no statistically significant difference between the average of male and female in the cognitive style (Impulsivity - Reflection). • All the links are significant positive , meaning that there is a direct correlation between the three variables of the current search. • That the value of the relative contribution of the independent variable metacognition in the dependent variable (problem solving) amounted to (.07960), a value statistically significant, while the value of the relative contribution of the variable cognitive style (Impulsivity - Reflection) in the dependent variable (problem solving) the amount (0.172 ), a statistically significant value as well. At the same time, this result indicates that there are other variables related to the dependent variable (solve problems) not covered by the current research, may be these variables, such as : the psychological situation and mood of the student, and his talent and inclinations and academic ambition and motivation, and economic status. These results have been interpreted according to the theory adopted for each tool of research tools. The researcher reached a number of recommendations and proposals

The current research has strived to realizing the liaison correlations among skills of self - affirmation, the emotional Stability and the moral principles for the educational advisers in Baghdad governorate at the general directorate of educational in KARKH and RUSAFA, and of both general( male - female) and the research sample consisted of (300 ) of educational he/ she advisers chosen from the six general directorate of Education, and the results have revealed that the educational advisers of the current research sample enjoyed skills of self - affirmation, emotional equilibrium and in the moral values, the results have displayed also, that the period of service have been contrasted in the three variables, one for the short period and second for short period service, and third for the long period of service for each service separately. The results have proved that there is positive liaison correlation among the three variables of the research, skills of, self - affirmation, emotional equilibrium and the moral principles, and the current research has come up with anumber of recommendations and suggestions.

Abstract: حظي تاجيل الاشباع (Delay of Gratification) على انتباه قليل في مجال التعلم الاكاديمي، على الرغم من ارتباطه بمجموعة من المحددات الدافعية التي تشير الى الميول الدافعية لدى المتعلمين في المواقف الاكاديمية التي تمكنهم من تبني استجابات محددة تجاه بدائل الاشباع | Delay of gratification acquired little attention in academic learning field although it is related with several of motivate limits that indicates to motivate trends of the learners in academic attitudes which make them able to adopt certain towards immediate gratification substitution and delay substitution. This concept is considered one of the psychological and knowledge necessities that help the students to achieve and promote and achieve academic objectives. It is related to other variables such as personality traits and tendencies of achievement objectives.The present study aims at knowing the postponing of academic gratification and personality traits and the tendencies of the achievement objectives for the students of Baghdad University as well as knowing the range of contribution of each of personality traits tendencies of achievement objectives in delay of gratification of the students of Baghdad University. The researcher adopted the scale of postponing of academic gratification which is prepared by (Bembenutty and Karabenick 1998a) which she translated from English to Arabic.It includes (10) items distributed equally on two components (social academic gratification and nonsocial academic gratification) with four substitutions for the answers in addition using Cattell’s test for the sixteen factors (p.16) to measure personality traits. Four of the personality traits were used based on a summary picture adopted by the researcher (Al - Rubaye) which were distributed as the following enthusiasm against tranquility (13) items, boldness and dare against fear (12) items, self - trust against hope losing (13) items and experimentation against reserving (10) items. In addition building of a scale of the tendencies of the achievement objectives according to the quadruple model by (Pintrich & Schunk 1996) to measure the tendencies of the achievement objectives of the targeted group. The scale contains (50) in five scales distributed on four fields. The researcher made sure of the standard characteristics of the research tools by apply the scale on sample of (320) male and female students chosen by random class. Final application sample amounted to (500) students as (226) male students and (274) female students from Baghdad University who were chosen randomly. After applying the research tools and analyzing data the researcher concluded the following results : 1 - University students are characterized by instant gratification in performing their studying tasks. 2 - University students are characterized by traits of (boldness, self - confidence, experimentation and tranquility).3 - University students enjoy high capability of performing tasks by all the objective tendencies. 4 - There is a relation between postponing of academic gratification and personality traits for University students.5 - There is a relation between postponing of academic gratification and the tendencies of the achievement objectives for University students.6 - There is a relation between personality traits and the tendencies of the achievement objectives for University students.7 - The relation between the variables of this research are interactive among themselves and their influence is variable and exchangeable According to these results the researcher introduced the following conclusions : 1 - University students are characterized by instant gratification in performing their studying tasks.2 - University students are characterized by traits of (boldness, self - confidence, experimentation and tranquility).3 - University students enjoy high capability of performing tasks by all the objective tendencies. Also the researcher introduces several recommendations, the most important are : 1 - Encourage teaching staff in the university to make programs of training and educational instructions in studying rooms to invoke and train the students on delay of gratification and practice self - control.Also the importance of teaching the students how to develop their awareness of the future objectives to test positive and negative results that are related to their objectives.2 - Teaching staff members have to enroll the students in learning activities that increase their desire in academic delay of gratification and train the students how to overcome the distractions during studying their lessons, as well as how to face attractive instant substitutions to support their academic delay of gratification which lead to raise their studying performance.Also the researcher introduces some suggestions, the most important are : 1 - Studying the relation between academic delay of gratification and its motive elements and expose the best motive elements in predicting of academic delay of gratification.2 - Experimental study to research the relation between student preference to academic delay of gratification and their real behavior.
