Abstract: The work in this thesis has been described as follows : First : synthesis and characterization of the three Schiff bases ligands (HL1,HL2 and L3) by condensation of Cephalexin mono hydrate, Ampicillin tri hydrate and Sulfamethoxazole antibiotics respectively with 2,4 - Dimethoxybenzaldehyde (as shown in the table below) containing (N,O,O) as donor atoms types [(NOO - for HL1 & HL2 ) and (N O)] of (L3).Symbol Chemical formula Schiff bases derived fromHL1C25H25N3O6 SCephalexin mono hydrate + 2,4 - Dimethoxybenzaldehyde HL2C25H27N3O6 SAmpicillin tri hydrate + 2,4 - Dimethoxybenzaldehyde L3C19H19N3O5 SSulfamethoxazole + 2,4 - DimethoxybenzaldehydeThe synthesized ligands (HL1, HL2, L3) were characterized by using (mass spectrometry), (1H NMR), (FT - IR) and (U.V - Vis) spectra as well as (C.H.N.S) elemental analysis and melting point. According to the results obtained from different technics in above, the molecular modeling of the proposed structures of ligands were drawing by using Cs Chem 3D Ultra program package (2006). In order to assess their antimicrobial and their bio potency has been discussed.4 - Study the effect of the ligand and some prepared mixed - ligand metal complexes toward activity of two type of enzymes (GOT and GPT).

Abstract: A novel series of cephalosporins were designed, synthesized, and tested as antimicrobial agents. These cephalosporins include the following : -  7 - [2 - (6 - aryl - 5 - arylamino - 5,6 - dihydro imidazo [2,1 - b] - 1,3,4 - thiadiazole - 2 - yl) - Dithioacetamido] - Desacetoxy cephalosporanic acid derivatives (59e - 63e). 7 - [2 - (6 - aryl - 5 - arylamino - 5,6 - dihydro imidazo [2,1 - b] - 1, 3, 4 - thiadiazole - 2 - yl) - thio acetamido] - Desacetoxy cephalosporinic acid derivatives (59g - 63g). 7 - [2 - (6 - arylidene amino) - 1, 3, 4 - thiadiazole - 5 - yl) - Dithio acetamido] - Desacetoxy cephalosporinic acid derivatives (59k - 63k). 7 - [2 - (6 - arylidene amino) - 1,3,4 - thiadiazole - 5 - yl) - thio acetamido] - Desacetoxy cephalosporinic acid derivatives (59n - 63n).These cephalosporins were prepared by using 7 - Amino desacetoxy cephalosporanic acid (7 - ADCA) with different acyl side chain. Some of these novel cephalosporins contain fused - ring system derived from fusion of the thiadiazole nucleus with imidazole and disulfide or sulfide band compounds [59e - g, 63e - g]. Other novel cephalosporins were prepared containing Schiff’s bases of thiadiazole with different substituted benzaledyhyde and disulfide or sulfide band as in compounds [59k, n - 63k, n]. The preparation of such compounds involved several chemical processes, such as Schiff’s bases, ring closure, thiol - disulfide interchanges, S - alkylation and acylation through mixed anhydride method.The identification and analysis of most of the prepared compounds and novel cephalsporins were achieved using I.R spectroscopy, U.V spectroscopy and elemental analysis, and ΄HNMR spectroscopy of some of these cephalosporin derivatives.The antimicrobial activities of these cephalosporin derivatives were screened using representative strains of gram - negative and gram - positive bacteria. Most of the prepared cephalosporins showed reasonable antimicrobial potency compared to cephalexine. However, the cephalosporins containing a fused ring system with disulfide band showed a broader spectrum and were more active than the others.

Abstract: The main idea which has dominated on all of the themes of Spencer's philosophy is the idea of development and he was the first who apply this idea as inclusive apply in all fields , and because the education is one of his philosophy themes he built his educational philosophy on the base of his developmental ideas so that his educational thoughts becomes with no doubt as a main theme of a modern educational thoughts in a manner, we require a closer look at the origins of educational philosophy and its branches and its goals .And to achieve my goal from the remarkable research "Philosophy of Education for Herbert Spencer " The plan came, which includes : The first chapter was titled " His life and his era and his philosophy " and it is in three parts the first one was about Spencer's life , and the second one is about the circumstances of the era which he lived in and it includes two themes they are : the political reality and the scientific reality which impact on him, his thoughts effected on his era. While the third chapter we talked about Herbert philosophy and its influence on his educational philosophy it includes three Main themes the first one is Involuntary Spence's attitude on religion and science, the second one is the relationship between philosophy and science in Spence's philosophy, and the third one is about the development law.The second chapter was titled " the philosophy of education for Spence " it was divided into 4 main parts the first one was on the subject of Spence's attitude of education at his era, it contains two themes they are : Spencer's criticism of the education system and his presented of the sciences which must be taught, while the second one was about " Mental education " and Spencer's criticism of the style of education in mental education as well as the principles of teaching in the education industry, then we explained the educational teaching methods from the perspective of Spencer. In the third chapter we talked about Moral Education Regarding the normal penalty of education and the need for natural educational penalty for Spencer. The fourth chapter is about Physical education, it contains three themes : the first in is about the importance of education for Spencer and the second one is about the methodology of Spencer in education Physical and psychological education, while the third one is about The impact of mental effort on physical health.The third chapter was titled " the education and its relationship to morality and society and politics " it contains three parts the first one was about Education and morals and it has a multiple themes such as Moral development for Spencer, and the moral rules, and the concept of moral education for him, and What selfishness, altruism, and Relative and absolute morality for him. And he made the second one in a subject of Education and community we talked here about Spencer's opinion in society, its kinds , and its development steps. It shows the similar faces between the humanitarian society and the Organism, Beside talking about the rights as a necessity in the educational process, and the third chapter on the subject of education and politics it contains three themes : the first on is the development of Political Thought for Spencer, and the second one was about the ideology of political parties for Spencer, and the third one was about An attempt to clarify the educational policy system for Spencer.While the fourth chapter entitled " The presence of educational philosophy of Spencer in modern western Thought " It has been divided into three parts : the first one is held in the presence of Spencer in England Thoughts, the second one was about Herbert Spencer present in European Thought, and the third one was about Herbert Spencer in American Thought.

Abstract: يهدف هذا البحث الى (معرفة فاعلية برنامج تعليمي قائم على انماط التعلم في تحصيل طلبة كلية التربية الاساسية في مادة النحو واتجاههم نحوها)، ولتحقيق ذلك اتبع الباحث منهجين، الاول وصفي لبناء البرنامج التعليمي المقترح، اذ مر بناؤه بثلاث مراحل اساسية هي : (مرحلة التحليل (والتحديد)، ومرحلة البناء، ومرحلة التقويم). وقد تم تحديد فلسفة البرنامج واسسه ومبرراته واهدافه العامة والسلوكية، وتنظيم المحتوى واختيار الطرائق والوسائل التعليمية والانشطة والتقويم. والثاني تجريبي للتثبت من فاعلية البرنامج التعليمي المقترح في التحصيل في مادة النحو والاتجاه نحوها لذا صاغ الباحث الفرضيتين الصفريتين الرئيسيتين الاتيتين : من اجل تحقيق الهدف الثاني للبحث صيغت الفرضيتان الصفريتان الرئيستان الاتيتان : 1. لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0,05) بين متوسط درجات طلبة المجموعة التجريبية الذين يدرسون مادة النحو على وفق البرنامج التعليمي القائم على انماط التعلم، ومتوسط درجات طلبة المجموعة الضابطة الذين يدرسون المادة نفسها على وفق البرنامج الاعتيادي في اختبار التحصيل.2. لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0,05) بين متوسط درجات طلبة المجموعة التجريبية الذين يدرسون مادة النحو على وفق البرنامج التعليمي القائم على انماط التعلم، ومتوسط درجات طلبة المجموعة الضابطة الذين يدرسون المادة نفسها على وفق البرنامج الاعتيادي على مقياس الاتجاه نحو مادة النحو في الاختبار البعدي.وقد اشتقت من الفرضية الرئيسة الثانية الفرضية الصفرية الفرعية الاتية : • لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0,05) بين متوسطي درجات طلبة المجموعة التجريبية الذين يدرسون مادة النحو على وفق البرنامج التعليمي القائم على انماط التعلم في الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي على مقياس الاتجاه نحوها.وقد اشتقت من الفرضية الفرعية اعلاه الفرضية الصفرية الاتية : • لا توجد فاعلية للبرنامج التعليمي القائم على انماط التعلم في الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي على مقياس الاتجاه نحو مادة النحو لدى طلبة المجموعة التجريبية. اختار الباحث قسم اللغة العربية في كلية التربية الاساسية / جامعة الكوفة لتكون ميدانا لبحثه، اذ يضم القسم شعبتين دراسيتين في الصف الثاني، ومن طريق السحب العشوائي اختار شعبة(ا) لتكون المجموعة التجريبية التي تدرس على وفق البرنامج التعليمي المقترح، وعدد افرادها (45) طالبا وطالبة، في حين مثلت شعبة (ب) المجموعة الضابطة التي تدرس على وفق البرنامج الاعتيادي وعدد افرادها (46) طالبا وطالبة. واستعمل الباحث التصميم التجريبي ذا الضبط الجزئي ذا المجموعتين (التجريبية والضابطة)، واعد اداتين للبحث، الاولى : اختبار تحصيل في مادة النحو، تكون من (50) فقرة، تم التثبت من صدقه وثباته، ومعامل صعوبته، وقوته التمييزية، والثانية : مقياسا لقياس اتجاه الطلبة نحو مادة النحو تكون من (42) فقرة، ايضا تم التحقق من صدقه وثباته. وكافا الباحث بين المجموعتين احصائيا ببعض المتغيرات التي تؤثر في المتغير التابع كـ ( مقياس القدرة اللغوية, درجات الفصل الدراسي الاول في مادة النحو، اختبار المعلومات السابقة في مادة النحو, الاتجاه نحو مادة النحو (الاختبار القبلي))، درس مدرس المادة ــــ بعد ان دربه الباحث على تطبيق البرنامج ـــــ مادة النحو في المجموعة التجريبية على وفق البرنامج التعليمي القائم على انماط التعلم، في حين درس المجموعة الضابطة المادة نفسها على وفق البرنامج الاعتيادي، واستمرت التجربة فصلا دراسيا كاملا هو (الفصل الدراسي الثاني)، طبق الباحث في نهايتها اداتي البحث، وحلل النتائج باستعمال الوسائل الاحصائية المناسبة، منها الاختبار التائي(T - test) لعينتين مستقلتين ومترابطتين، ومربع ايتا، ومعادلة ماك جوجيان، فاسفر البحث عن وجود فرق ذي دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0،001) في اختبار التحصيل في مادة النحو لصالح طلبة المجموعة التجريبية الذين درسوا مادة النحو على وفق البرنامج التعليمي القائم على انماط التعلم، ووجود فرق ذي دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0،05) على مقياس الاتجاه لصالح المجموعة التجريبية ايضا. واستكمالا لمستوى الدلالة الاحصائية طبق الباحث (مربع ايتا ومعادلة ماك جوجيان) لقياس حجم اثر البرنامج وفاعليته، فكان البرنامج فعالا. وفي ضوء هذه النتيجة استنتج الباحث ان البرنامج التعليمي اسهم في زيادة تحصيل الطلبة في مادة النحو وتحسين اتجاههم نحوها. مؤكدا صحة ما ذهبت اليه الادبيات، والدراسات السابقة من فاعلية التدريس على وفق انماط التعلم في التحصيل والاتجاه. وقد اوصى الباحث توصيات عدة منها : اعتماد البرنامج التعليمي المقترح في تدريس مادة النحو لطلبة الصف الثاني في قسم اللغة العربية /كلية التربية الاساسية / جامعة الكوفة، واقامة دورات، وحلقات نقاشية، لتعريف اعضاء الهياة التدريسية في كليات التربية الاساسية بانماط التعلم وتدريبهم على كيفية التدريس على وفقها. واقترح الباحث اجراء دراسات في فروع اللغة العربية الاخر، وفي مراحل دراسية اخرى قائمة على انماط التعلم. | This research aims to identify the effect of an educational program based on learning patterns in the achievement of the students of the College of Basic Education in grammar and their direction towards them. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher followed two methods, the first method is descriptive to construct the proposed educational program, Construction phase, and evaluation phase). The program's philosophy, foundations, concepts, general and behavioural goals, content organization, choice of teaching methods and activities, and evaluation were identified. And the second method is experimental to know the effect of the proposed educational program in the achievement and the trend towards the material so the researcher formulated the following zero hypotheses : • There is no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (05.0) between the average score of the students of the experimental group who study according to the proposed educational program, and the average score of the students of the control group, who study according to the normal program of achievement.• There is no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (05.0) between the average score of the students of the experimental group who study according to the proposed educational program, and the average score of the students of the control group, who study according to the normal program on the trend scale towards the grammar. In order to verify the validity of the hypotheses, the researcher used the experimental design of the two groups (experimental and control) and chose the Arabic language department at the College of Basic Education / Kufa University in a deliberate way to be a field for his research. The department consists two groups in the second class. The researcher chose the group randomly . He chose Class A as experimental group which is taught as suggested leavening programmer. the sample of the group is (45), (36) students male and (9) female students, while (B) represented the control group, which is taught according to the normal program and the number of its members (46) (35) students and (11) students.The researcher compensated between the two groups with some variables that affect the dependent variable (grades of the previous semester in grammar, age, and parents' achievement). The researcher prepared two tools : the first is a collection test in the grammar, which consists of (50), and the second : a measure to measure the direction of students towards the grammar material of (42) paragraph, was also verified the sincerity and stability. The researcher compensated between the two groups with some variables that affect the dependent variable (grades of the previous semester in grammar, age, and parents' achievement). The researcher prepared two tools : the first is a collection test in the grammar, which consists of (50) And the second : a measure to measure the direction of students towards the grammar material of (42) paragraph, was also verified the sincerity and stability.The results of the study were analyzed using the appropriate statistical methods, including the T - test of two independent samples. The results of the study showed a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.001) in the test And the presence of a statistically significant difference at the level of (0,05) on the trend scale in favor of the experimental group as well. In the light of this result, the researcher concluded that the educational program contributed to increasing the students' achievement in grammar and developing their direction towards it. Confirming the validity of the literature, and previous studies of the effectiveness of teaching according to patterns of learning in achievement and direction. The researcher recommended several recommendations, including : Adopting the proposed educational program in the teaching of grammar for second grade students in the Department of Arabic Language / College of Basic Education / Kufa University and the establishment of courses and seminars to introduce faculty members in Basic Education Colleges to learning patterns and training them on teaching according to them. The researcher suggested conducting studies in the branches of the other Arabic language, and in other learning stages based on learning patterns

Abstract: هدف البحث الحالي الى بناء برنامج تعليمي لمادة التعبير الصف الرابع الادبي قائم على استراتيجيات التعلم المعرفي ،وكذلك معرفة فاعلية البرنامج التعليمي في الاداء التعبيري لدى طلاب الرابع الاعدادي (الفرع الادبي)، فضلا عن معرفة فاعلية البرنامج التعليمي في التفكير الابداعي لدى طلاب الرابع الاعدادي (الفرع الادبي)، وفي ضوء هذا الهدف فرض الباحث الفرضيتين الاتيتين : 1. لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسط درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية الذين يدرسون مادة التعبير على وفق البرنامج التعليمي القائم على استراتيجيات التعلم المعرفي وبين متوسط درجات طلاب المجموعة الضابطة الذين يدرسون على وفق البرنامج الاعتيادي البرنامج الاعتيادي في الاداء التعبيري .2. لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسط درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية الذين يدرسون مادة التعبير على وفق البرنامج التعليمي القائم على استراتيجيات التعلم المعرفي وبين متوسط درجات طلاب المجموعة الضابطة الذين يدرسون على وفق البرنامج الاعتيادي في التفكير الابداعي . ولتحقيق اهداف البحث ، وفرضيتيه اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي في بناء البرنامج التعليمي ، وقد مر بناء البرنامج التعليمي القائم على استراتيجيات التعلم المعرفي بمجموعة من الخطوات وهي مرحلة التخطيط ، ومرحلة تنفيذ البناء ، ومرحلة التقويم ، ومرحلة التطبيق التجريبي لمعرفة فاعلية البرنامج وقد اعتمد الباحث في بناء البرنامج التصميم المنظم على وفق الخطوات الاتية : 1 - المدخلات .2 - العمليات .3 - المخرجات .4 - التغذية الراجعة . وفي معرفة فاعلية البرنامج التعليمي في الاداء التعبيري والتفكير الابداعي اتبع الباحث المنهج التجريبي، وقد اختار الباحث التصميم التجريبي ذا الضبط الجزئي وذلك لملاءمة هذا التصميم لظروف البحث وهو تصميم المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة ذو الاختبار البعدي. اما عينة البحث فقد اختار الباحث ( اعدادية السجاد للبنين )التابعة لمديرية تربية بابل / قسم تربية المسيب بطريقة عشوائية والتي بلغ عدد طلاب الصف الرابع الادبي فيها (68) طالبا ،وبعد استبعاد الطلبة الراسبين احصائيا صار عدد طلاب المجموعة التجريبية (30) طالبا وعدد طلاب المجموعة الضابطة (32) طالبا ، ثم كافا الباحث بين مجموعتي البحث احصائيا في مجموعة من المتغيرات وهي ( العمر الزمني ، وتحصيل الوالدين ، واختبار القدرة اللغوية لرمزية الغريب ودرجات العام السابق للعام الدراسي2016 - 2017م ) . وبعد ان انهى الباحث بناء البرنامج التعليمي بدا بتجربته على عينة البحث ،وقد استمرت التجربة عاما دراسيا كاملا بدات من تاريخ 2/10/2017م ،وانتهت بتاريخ 2/5/2018م . وقد اظهرت النتائج النهائية تفوقا واضحا لطلاب المجموعة التجريبية الذين درسوا مادة التعبير بالبرنامج التعليمي القائم على استراتيجيات التعلم المعرفي في متغيري الاداء التعبيري والتفكير الابداعي على طلاب المجموعة الضابطة الذين درسوا على وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية . وفي ضوء النتائج استنتج الباحث ما ياتي : 1 - ان البرنامج التعليمي اسهم في زيادة رغبة الطلاب وتركيزهم في معالجة الموضوعات التي عرضت عليهم .2 - صحة المذاهب والادبيات التربوية التي تنادي في تنويع استراتيجيات التعليم .3 - صحة ما ذهبت اليه الادبيات التربوية بشان علاقة التعبير بالتفكير بشكل خاص والابداعي على وجه التحديد ، اذ ان التعبير يمثل الشكل الظاهر من الافكار.4 - اعتماد استراتيجيات التعلم المعرفي اسهم في جعل المعلومات منظمة في ذهن المتعلم .واوصى الباحث في ضوء النتائج ما ياتي : 1 - اعتماد البرنامج التعليمي القائم على استراتيجيات التعلم المعرفي في تدريس التعبير لمرحلة الصف الرابع الاعدادي في المدارس الاعدادية والثانوية في العراق .2 - تدريب مدرسي اللغة العربية ومدرساتها في المرحلة الاعدادية على استراتيجيات التعلم المعرفي .3 - العمل على تنمية التفكير الابداعي لدى طلاب المرحلة الاعدادية، والارتقاء بادائهم التعبيري الى مستوى متطور باستعمال استراتيجيات التعلم المعرفي الحديثة في التدريس.4 - ضرورة ايلاء درس التعبير اهمية مميزة تتناسب ومكانته بين فروع اللغة العربية الاخرى، اذ ان التعبير غاية وباقي الفروع اللغوية وسيلة له .وقد اقترح الباحث مجموعة من الاقتراحات استكمالات لمتطلبات هذا البحث وهي ما ياتي : 1 - تجريب البرنامج التعليمي القائم على استراتيجيات التعلم المعرفي على طالبات الصف الرابع الادبي لمعرفة اثره في متغير الجنس .2 - اجراء دراسة لمقارنة فاعلية البرنامج التعليمي القائم على استراتيجيات التعلم المعرفي مع برامج اخر في تنمية التعبير .3 - بناء برامج تعليمي قائم على استراتيجيات التعلم المعرفي في فروع اللغة العربية الاخر . | The objective of the current research is to build an educational program for the fourth grade literary material based on cognitive learning strategies, as well as knowledge of the effectiveness of the educational program in the performance of expressionist students in the fourth preparatory (literary branch), as well as knowledge of the effectiveness of the educational program in the creative thinking of students of the fourth preparatory Literary), and in light of this goal the researcher imposed the following hypotheses : 1. - There is no statistically significant difference at (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group who study the expression according to the learning based learning strategies and the average score of the students of the control group who study according to the normal program of the expression program.2 - There is no statistically significant difference at (0.05) between the average score of the experimental students who study the expression according to the learning - based learning strategies and the average score of the control group students who study according to the normal program of creative thinking. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, and hypothesis, the researcher followed the descriptive approach to the construction of the educational program, and the building of the educational program based on cognitive learning strategies, a series of steps, namely the planning stage, the stage of implementation of the building, and the evaluation phase, Design organized according to the following steps : 1 - Inputs.2 - Operations.3 - Outputs.4 - Feedback. In the knowledge of the effectiveness of the educational program in the performance of expression and creative thinking, the researcher followed the experimental method, and the researcher chose experimental design of partial adjustment to suit this design for the conditions of the research is the design of the experimental groups and control the post - test. As for the sample of the research, the researcher (junior high school for boys) affiliated to the Directorate of Education Babel / Department of Education Musayyib, randomly selected the number of students in the fourth grade literary (68) students and after the exclusion of students who declined statistically the number of students in the experimental group (30) (32 years), then the researcher between the two research groups was statistically computed in a set of variables (age, parental achievement, language ability test, previous year scores. After the researcher completed the construction of the educational program began experimenting on the sample of the research and the experiment lasted a full academic year began from 2/10/2017, and ended on 2/5/2018.In light of the research objectives and procedures, the following research hypotheses were validated : There was no statistically significant difference at (0.05) between the average score of the experimental students who study the expression according to the learning based learning strategies and the average score of the students of the control group who study according to the normal program in expressive performance. As well as the other null hypothesis, there is no statistically significant difference at (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group who study the expression according to the learning based learning strategies and the average score of the control group students who study according to the usual program of creative thinking. The final results showed a clear advantage for the students of the experimental group who studied the expression material in the educational program based on cognitive learning strategies in the expression and creative expression variables on the students of the control group who studied according to the usual method. In light of the results, the researcher concluded the following : 1 - The educational program contributed to increase the motivation of students and their focus in addressing the educational subjects presented to them.2 - The health of schools of thought and educational literature that advocate diversification of education strategies.3 - Adoption of cognitive learning strategies contributed to make information and organized in the mind of the learner, which made it more survival in the memory of the student long - term, which improved the linguistic wealth of students and developed their creative thinking.In light of the results, the researcher recommended the following : 1 - Adopting the educational program based on cognitive learning strategies in the teaching of expression for the stage of the fourth grade in preparatory and secondary schools in Iraq.2 - Training Arabic language teachers and teachers in the middle school on the strategies of learning knowledge.3 - Work on developing creative thinking among middle school students, and improve their performance expression, to an advanced level using modern learning strategies in teaching.4 - The necessity of giving the lesson of expression a special importance commensurate with its position among the branches of the other Arabic language, as the expression of the end and the rest of the linguistic branches means.The researcher suggested a set of suggestions to supplement the requirements of this research, which is as follows : 1 - Experimenting the educational program based on cognitive learning strategies on students of the fourth grade literary to know its impact in the sex variable.2 - Conduct a study to compare the effectiveness of the educational program based on cognitive learning strategies with other programs in the development of expression.3 - Building educational programs based on knowledge learning strategies in the other branches of Arabic

Abstract: يهدف البحث الحالي الى تحديد الذكاءات المتعددة المؤثرة في الاداء التعبيري لطلبة الصف السادس الاعدادي ومن ثم معرفة دلالة الفرق في كل ذكاء من الذكاءات المتعددة بين طلبة الفروع الثلاثة (الاحيائي - الادبي - التطبيقي).ولتحقيق هذين الهدفين اختارت الباحثة عينة مكونة من (360) طالبا وطالبة من طلبه الصف السادس الاعدادي من المدارس الاعدادية والثانوية في محافظة بغداد بالاسلوب المرحلي العشوائي بواقع (120) طالبا وطالبة من كل فرع من الفروع الثلاثة (الاحيائي - الادبي - التطبيقي).وللكشف عن الذكاءات المتعددة اعدت الباحثة مقاييس فرعية لهذه الذكاءات تضمن كل مقياس فرعي منها على (15) فقرة من نوع العبارات التقريرية على وفق بدائل متدرجة للاجابة (دائما، غالبا، احيانا، لا) وتعطى عند التصحيح الدرجات (3, 2, 1, 0) على التوالي. وتحققت الباحثة من قدرة فقراته على التمييز والصدق بعد تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (180) طالبا وطالبة بواقع (60) طالبا وطالبة من كل فرع من الفروع الثلاثة من طلبة الصف السادس الاعدادي وحسب معامل ثبات كل مقياس فرعي بمعادلة (الفاكورنباخ) لمقاييس الذكاءات المتعددة (الذكاء اللغوي، الذكاء الرياضي، الذكاء الشخصي، الذكاء الاجتماعي، الذكاء الموسيقي، الذكاء المكاني، الذكاء الجسمي، الذكاء الطبيعي، الذكاء الوجودي) ومن درجات هذه العينة كانت معاملات ثبات المقاييس }(0.717)، (0.757)، (0.796)، (0.856)، (0.743)، (0.714)، (0.711)، (0.827)، (0.771){ على التوالي.واعتمدت الباحثة الصدق الظاهري وبعض مؤشرات صدق البناء في التحقق من صدق هذه المقاييس الفرعية.ولقياس الاداء التعبيري عند طلبة الصف السادس الاعدادي اختارت الباحثة موضوعا للتعبير حدده الخبراء من بين (5) موضوعات وهو "،،، خير الناس من يزرع الخير،،، النفوس الخيرة شمس اينما سارت اضاءت" واعتمدت الباحثة محكات تصحيح "عبد الرزاق 2014" للتصحيح، بعد ان تحققت من صدقها الظاهري ومن ثباتها بطريقتين هما، تصحيح الباحثة مع نفسها بفارق زمني، والاتفاق مع مصحح اخر.واظهرت نتائج هذا البحث : 1. ان هناك (3) ذكاءات وهي (الذكاء اللغوي، والذكاء الاجتماعي، والذكاء الطبيعي) لها تاثير في الاداء التعبيري في حين لم يكن للذكاءات الاخرى تاثير بدلالة احصائية عند مستوى (0.05).2. ان هناك (4) ذكاءات وهي (الذكاء اللغوي، والذكاء الاجتماعي، والذكاء الموسيقي، والذكاء الطبيعي) لها تاثير في الاداء التعبيري لدى طلبة الصف السادس الاعدادي الفرع الاحيائي.3. ان هناك (4) ذكاءات وهي (الذكاء اللغوي، والذكاء الشخصي، والذكاء المكاني، والذكاء الطبيعي) لها تاثير في الاداء التعبيري لدى طلبة الصف السادس الاعدادي الفرع الادبي.4. ان هناك ذكاءين هما (الذكاء اللغوي، والذكاء الشخصي) المؤثران في الاداء التعبيري لطلبة الصف السادس الاعدادي الفرع التطبيقي.5. هناك فرق بين الفروع الثلاثة في الذكاءات المتعددة وكان الفرق لمصلحة الفرع الاحيائي، ما عدا في الذكاء الشخصي فكان الفرق لمصلحة الفرع الادبي.بناء على نتائج البحث توصلت الباحثة الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات منها : 1. ان تاثير الذكاءات المتعددة في الاداء التعبيري يختلف من فرع الى اخر عدا الذكاء اللغوي فكان تاثيره في جميع الفروع.2. هناك علاقة للاداء التعبيري بالذكاءات المتعددة (مجتمعة) في كل فرع من الفروع الثلاثة للصف السادس الاعدادي.3. بعض الذكاءات كانت ذات تاثير في الاداء التعبيري عند طلبة فرعين من الفروع الثلاثة وهما الذكاء الطبيعي (البيئي) والذكاء الشخصي (الذاتي) اذ جاء الذكاء الطبيعي (البيئي) في فرعين هما (الاحيائي ، الادبي) وجاء الذكاء الشخصي (الذاتي) في فرعين هما (الادبي ، التطبيقي).4. ان تاثير الذكاء اللغوي في الاداء التعبيري كان الاكثر عند طلبة الفرع الادبي من الفرعين الاخرين.5. ان الارتباطات البسيطة بين الاداء التعبيري والذكاءات المتعددة كانت جميعها بدلالة احصائية.6. ان الاداء التعبيري كان ضعيفا لدى طلبة الفرع التطبيقي في حين كان الافضل في الفرع الادبي ويليه الفرع الاحيائي.كما اوصت الباحثة باعتماد بعض التوصيات منها : 1. ان تقوم وزارة التربية باعداد انشطة اثراءية لتنمية الذكاءات المتعددة عند الطلبة.2. توعز وزارة التربية عبر مناهجها الدراسية بتنمية الذكاءات المتعددة وبما يناسب كل مرحلة دراسية.3. الاهتمام بتنمية الثروة اللغوية لدى الطلبة لما لها من اهمية في تنمية الذكاءات المتعددة وبخاصة الذكاء اللغوي فضلا عن الاداء التعبيري.4. قيام وزارة التربية بتوفير انشطة فكرية متنوعة تساعد الطلبة على توظيف الذكاءات المتعددة في تنمية مهارات الاداء التعبيري.5. الافادة من نظرية الذكاءات المتعددة في عملية اعداد وتاليفها الكتب المدرسية.واقترحت الباحثة اجراء دراسات مماثلة للدراسة الحالية مثل : 1. اجراء دراسة مماثلة على المراحل الدراسية الاخرى التي لم يتناولها البحث الحالي.2. تقنين مقياس الذكاءات المتعددة الذي اعده البحث الحالي على طلبة صفوف المرحلة الاعدادية الاخرى.3. اجراء دراسة عن المتغيرات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والتربوية المؤثرة في الاداء التعبيري.4. اجراء دراسة عن العوامل المؤثرة في تنمية الذكاءات المتعددة | The present research aims to identify the multiple intelligences in the expression performance of the sixth grade students and then to find out the difference in each intelligences of multiple intelligences among the students of the three branches (bio - literary - applied). To achieve these goals, the researcher chose a sample of (360) students from the sixth grade preparatory school in Baghdad governorate in the random step method by (120) students from each of the three branches (bio - literary - applied). In order to detect multiple intelligences, the researcher prepared sub - measures for these intelligences. Each sub - scale includes (15) paragraphs of the type of report statements based on gradual alternatives to the answer (always, often, sometimes, no) The grades are given upon correction. On the sequence (3, 2, 1, 0). The researcher investigated the ability of its subjects to distinguish and truthfulness after applying them to a sample of (180) students (60) students from each of the three branches of the sixth grade students and according to the coefficient of stability of Each of the sub - scales by the Alpha Korn Bach criterion for multiple intelligences (linguistic intelligence, mathematical intelligence, personal intelligence, social intelligence, musical intelligence, spatial intelligence, physical intelligence, natural intelligence, existential intelligence) - The scores of this sample were coefficients of the stability of the scale (0.717), (0.757), (0.796), (0.757), (0.796), (0.856), (0.743), (0.714), (0.711), (0.827), (0.771) respectively. The researcher relied on the honesty of the virtual and some indicators of the validity of construction in verifying the validity of these sub - metrics. In order to measure the expressive performance of the sixth grade students, the researcher chose a subject for expression that was selected by experts from (5) topics, ",,, the best people who cultivate the good,,, the good souls sun wherever lit." The researcher adopted the corrections of "Abdul Razzaq 2014" , Having verified its apparent validity and stability in two ways, correcting the researcher with herself by a time difference, and agreeing with another corrector. The results of this study showed : 1. There are (3) intelligences (linguistic intelligence, social intelligence, and natural intelligence) have an effect on expression performance, while the other intelligences did not have a statistically significant effect at (0.05). 2. - There are (4) intelligences (linguistic intelligence, social intelligence, musical intelligence, and natural intelligence) have an impact on the expressive performance of students in the sixth grade preparatory branch. 3. There are (4) intelligences (linguistic intelligence, personal intelligence, spatial intelligence, and natural intelligence) have an impact on expression performance among students in the sixth grade preparatory literary branch. 4. There are two intelligences (linguistic intelligence, personal intelligence) influential in the performance expression of students in the sixth grade preparatory section. 5. There is a difference between the three branches in multiple intelligences and the difference in favor of the Biological Branch except in personal intelligence was the difference in favor of the literary branch. Based on the research results, the researcher reached a number of conclusions : 1. The effect of multiple intelligences in expression performance vary from one branch to another except linguistic intelligence was its effect in all branches. 2. There is a relationship between the expression of multiple intelligences (combined) in each of the three branches of the sixth grade. 3. Some of the intelligences were influential in expressive performance in the students of two branches of the three branches of natural intelligence (environmental) and personal intelligence (self) came as natural intelligence (environmental) in the branches of (biological, literary) and came personal intelligence (self) in two branches (Literary, applied). 4. The effect of linguistic intelligence in expression performance was the Most influential in students of the literary branch than the other two sections. 5. The simple links between expression performance and multiple intelligences were all in statistical terms. 6. The expression performance was weak among the students of the applied branch, while the best in the literary section and the branch of the biological. The researcher also recommended the adoption of some recommendations, including : 1. The Ministry of Education shall prepare enrichment activities for the development of multiple intelligences among students. 2. The Ministry of Education instructs through its curricula to develop multiple intelligences and suitable for each stage of study. 3. Interest in the development of linguistic wealth in the pupils primary school because of its importance in the development of multiple intelligences, especially linguistic intelligence as well as expressive performance. 4. Providing the Ministry of Education with various intellectual activities that help students and students to employ multiple intelligences in developing expressive skills. 5. benefit from the theory of multiple intelligences in the process of preparing and writing textbooks. The researcher suggested conducting similar studies for the current study such as : 1. Conduct a similar study on the other stages of study not covered in the current research. 2. Abstract: يستهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على فاعلية برنامج مستند الى السيكودراما في اطفاء العادات السلوكية الشائعة لدى الاطفال الذاتويين في ضوء الفرضيات البديلة الاتية : - الفرضية البديلة الاولى : توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0,05) بين رتب درجات افراد عينة البحث في المقياس العادات السلوكية في الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي ولصالح الاختبار البعدي . - الفرضية البديلة الثانية : توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0,05) بين رتب درجات افراد عينة البحث على مقياس العادات السلوكية في الاختبارين البعدي والمرجا ولصالح الاختبار المرجا.كما تحدد البحث الحالي بالاطفال الذاتويين الملتحقين بمعاهد الذاتويين في مدينة بغداد الحكومية والاهلية (الكرخ ، الرصافة ) من كلا الجنسين (ذكور - اناث ) بعمر( 4 - 7) للعام الدراسي (2017/2018) .ولاجل تحقيق هدف البحث فقد اعتمد الباحث تصميم المجموعة الواحدة ذات الاختبار القبلي والبعدي ، وقد تكونت عينة البحث من (6) اطفال من الاناث والذكور الذاتويين ، وقد تم قياس العادات السلوكية بمقياس معد من قبل الباحث ،اذ بلغ عدد فقرات المقياس بصورته النهائية (75) فقرة ، بعدما تم تحقيق التحليل المنطقي والاحصائي لفقراته ، وكذلك الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس ممثلة بالصدق والثبات ، ولتحقيق هدف البحث اعد الباحث برنامجا تدريبيا لاطفاء العادات السلوكية الشائعة لدى الاطفال الذاتويين ، وقد تالف البرنامج من (26) جلسة بواقع (6)جلسات اسبوعيا ، ومدة الجلسة (45) دقيقة ، واستعمل الباحث العديد من الوسائل الاحصائية الملائمة للبحث لتحليل البيانات منها معامل ارتباط بيرسون ، معادلة (الفا - كرونباخ) ،ولكوكسن لاختبار الفروق ، اختبار (t - test) لعينتين مستقلتين ، وقد تم معالجة البيانات احصائيا باستعمال برنامج (SPSS) .وقد توصل الباحث الى النتائج الاتية : - اتضح عبر نتائج البحث ان العينة (الاطفال الذاتويين ) يعانون من الاتصاف بالعادات السلوكية الشائعة محورالبحث الحالي. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0,05) بين رتب درجات افراد عينة البحث في المقياس العادات السلوكية في الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي ولصالح الاختبار البعدي . - توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0,05) بين رتب درجات افراد عينة البحث على مقياس العادات السلوكية في الاختبارين البعدي والمرجا ولصالح الاختبار المرجا.ومن اجل استكمال الفائدة المرجوة من البحث الحالي واستنتاجاته فقد خرج البحث بعدد من التوصيات منها : 1 - دعوة القائمين على المؤسسات التربوية والتعليمية في مجال الذاتوية الى الاستعانة بالبرنامج التدريبي (السيكودراما ) في اطفاء العادات السلوكية الشائعة لدى الاطفال الذاتويين ﺍﻟﺒﺭﺍﻤﺞ ﺍﻟﺨﺎﺼﺔ ﺒﺎﻷﻁﻔﺎل ﺍﻟذاتويين .2 - ﻀﺭﻭﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻌﻤل ﻋﻠﻰ اﻋﺩﺍﺩ ﺍﻟملاكات ﻭﺘاﻫﻴﻠﻬا ﻻﻜﺴﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﻁﺭﺍﺌﻕ ﻭﺍﻷﺴﺎﻟﻴﺏ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺘﻁﺒﻴﻕ.وكذلك اقترح الباحث جملة من المشاريع المستقبلية منها : 1 - اجراء دراسة للتعرف على فاعلية برنامج مستند الى السيكودراما في تنمية المهارات الحسية الحركية لدى الاطفال الذاتويين .2 - اجراء دراسات تعتمد اساليب تدريبية وتعليمية تهدف الى اطفاء العادات السلوكية مع فئات التربية الخاصة ومقارنة مع نتائج البحث الحالي | Current research aims to identify the effectiveness of a psychodrama - based program in extinguishing the common behavioral habits of autistic children in the light of the following alternative hypotheses : - The first alternative hypothesis : There are statistically significant differences at the level of (0,05) Measure the behavioral habits in the tribal and remote tests and in favor of the post - test. - The second alternative hypothesis : There are statistically significant differences at the level of (0,05) between the grades of the scores of the members of the research sample on the scale of the behavioral habits in the post and post tests and in favor of the delayed test.The current research also identifies the autistic children enrolled in the Autistic Institutes in the city of Baghdad, the state and local (Karkh,Rusafa) of both sexes (males - females) aged 4 - 7 for the academic year (2017/2018).In order to achieve the goal of the research, the researcher adopted the design of one group with the tribal and remote test. The sample of the study consisted of (6) female and male autism children. The behavioral habits were measured by a measure prepared by the researcher. The study consisted of (26) sessions with (6) sessions per week, and duration of the session. (45) Minutes. The researcher used several suitable statistical methods for analyzing data, including Pearson correlation coefficient, cronbach - alpha equation, Wilcoxon for the test of differences, t - test of two independent samples, and the data was processed statistically using the SPSS program.The researcher found the following results : - It was clear through the results of the research that the sample (autistic children) suffers from the common behavioral habits of the current research. - There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0,05) between the grades of the scores of the members of the research sample in the measure behavioral habits in the tribal and remote tests and for the benefit of the post - test. - There are statistically significant differences at the level of (0,05) between the grades of the scores of the individuals of the research sample on the scale of the behavioral habits in the post and post tests and in favor of the delayed test.In order to complete the usefulness of the current research and its conclusions, the research has number of recommendations, including : a - Produced inviting the institutions of educational institutions in the field of autism to use the training program (Psychodrama) to extinguish the behavioral habits common in children autistic programs for children autistic.b - The need to work on the preparation of the staffing and rehabilitation of the methods and methods of effective application.The researcher also suggested a number of future projects, including : a - Conducting a study to identify the effectiveness of a program based on the psychodrama in the development of sensory skills in autistic children.b - Conducting studies that adopt training and educational methods aimed at extinguishing behavioral habits with special education classes and comparing them with current research results.

There is not statistic difference at the level 0.05 between grades ' average of experimental group students who studied reading book with active education - based program and grades' average of the control group students who studied the same subject with the traditional method to develop meditative thinking .3.Preparing the research's two tools : The researcher has prepared two tool s of research : the first one is represented in testing the tasting hearing skills that includes 15 items of multi - test distributed on definite tasting hearing skills in the program and the second tool has been the test of meditative thinking skills composing of 10 items of multi - test. It has been verified reliability of items and its consistence , together with the coefficient of difficulty, distinguishing force and its virtual alternatives.4.The statistic means : researcher has used the following statistic means : Is'. T - test for tow independent samples : to prove the equivalence between two groups in age , pre - test of skills and meditative thinking he has also used them to verify the research hypotheses.2" d . Abstract: The current research is determined by first grade students in the essential day schools in Baghdad governorate, and subjects of Arabic language book for reading and expression of the first part approved to be taught for the first grade students in Iraq for the academic year 2017 - 2018. The researcher followed experimental design with partial setting as a platform for the current research. The research community consisted of the essential schools in Baghdad.. The researcher intentionally chose (SHUHADAA JISER ALA’EIMAH) school for girls that is affiliated to the General Directorate of Baghdad Education / First Rusafa. And she chose three classes from the first grade, one as a controlling group and the other two as experimental groups. The research samples reached total of 86 students, where by it was devided in practice to include (28) tudents for the first experimental group, (27) students for the second experimental group and (31) students for the controlling group. The researcher have done an equalization among the three groups in the following variables : (Language ability test, previous information test, the chronological age counted in months, parents education, Arabic language degree for previous school year), and after defining the scientific subjects that included 10 subjects of reading and texts book to be taught in Arabic language book for first grade students for the first term of the academic year 2017 - 2018. The researcher formulated (85) behavioral goal according to (BLOOM) categorization in the field of knowledge, then prepared three planned models for the three groups of the research. The first one is according to Stal Murphy model, the second one is according to Schtein model and the third one is according to the traditional method The researcher prepared two set of experimenting tools, the first one was for reading comprehension test, the total test items reached 29 itemized paragraphs spread on various types of questions. first question is connect the word to its meaning, second question is of "organize" type, third question is multiple choices, forth question is of "supplementary" type, and fifth is for "post or pans" type. The researcher confirmed the sincerity, difficulty / easiness of the test items, distinction, and stability. As for the second set of experimenting tools, is for paragraph writing, the researcher prepared a questionnaire included eight expressing subjects. Only two were chosen out of eight and the researcher used Al - Mersumee correction simulation (2014) to correct students’ writings.The researcher used the appropriate statistical means for research procedures and analysis of its outcome, that is; (Analysis of mono - variance, test for two independent samples, difficulty coefficient factor, coefficient of discrimination, equation of the effectiveness of wrong alternatives, Chi square, Pearson correlation coefficient, Scheffe method, Alfa - Cornpak equation) The research revealed the following findings : - The first experimental group of students that studied using Stal Murphy model surpassed the second experimental group that studied using Schtein model in reading comprehension. - The first experimental group of students that studied using Stal Murphy model surpassed the second experimental group that studied using Schtein model in paragraph writing. - The first and second experimental groups of students that studied using Stal Murphy & Schtein model surpassed the controlling group that studied using traditional method in reading comprehension. - The first and second experimental groups of students that studied using Stal Murphy & Schtein model surpassed the controlling group that studied using traditional method in paragraph writing.Based on the current search results, the researcher reached a number of recommendations and suggestions : 1. Stal Murphy and Schtein models were very effective in enriching the linguistic background of the students and retaining the linguistic vocabulary within the limits of the current research.Adopt the Stall Murphy model in the study of reading, texts and review inprimary and high schools. 3. Using Stal Murphy model in teaching "reading" achieves educational and required behavioral goals for students at current stage better than the traditional method because it provides overall idea of the details of the studied subject, and builds intellectual bridge between what the students will learn and their educational background and their educational status. 4. Extract from reading lessons to enrich the vocabulary background of the students also will contribute to increasing the capacity for linguistic expression of the language preventing the teacher's manifestations of linguistic fatigue.5. To benefit from the reading and text lessons in the training of students to understand and analyze reading text through the ideas, creative pictures included in the script which enhances the vocabulary back round of the students.6. To benefit from reading text book to understand the reading text through different levels of understandings so that the student can enjoy text contains and understand the ideas within between lines that the author wants to deliver.

In order to achieve this studys aim, the researcher has prepared a training program which includes a practical range to train teachers of Arabic Language on classroom effective teaching skills then to make sure of its authenticity via present it to a group of juries and experts. The researcher depends an experimental research approach and experimental design with partial control on one experimental group upon pre and post test in order to identify the effectiveness of this training program. The sample consists of  Arabic Language teachers includes  male teachers) and ( female teachers) at intermediate state schools (day study) at directorate general of education in Baghdad governorate (Risafa/ Sadir City). Abstract: النشط لاداء الطلبة المطبقين في اقسام اللغة العربية / كليات التربية واتجاهاتهم نحو التخصص . ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة : - اعتمد الباحث على منهجين ،الاول تمثل بالمنهج الوصفي، لتصميم برنامج تدريبي للطلبة المطبقين لتعرف مهارات التعلم النشط من خلال العرض والتدريب على مجموعة من استراتيجيات التعلم النشط المختلفة ،اما الثاني فهو المنهج التجريبي، لتعرف فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي المقترح، وقياس اثره في عينة الدراسة. تكون مجتمع البحث من طلبة اقسام اللغة العربية ـ المرحلة الرابعة في كليات التربية لجامعات الفرات الاوسط وهي ( كربلاء ، النجف ، بابل ، الديوانية ، المثنى ) ، والبالغ عددهم (441) طالبا وطالبة . وتالفت عينة البحث من طلبة المرحلة الرابعة الدراسة الصباحية في قسم اللغة العربية/ كلية التربية / جامعة بابل للعام الدراسي (2014 ـ 2015 )، وتكونت من (58) طالبا وطالبة، وبالتعيين العشوائي اختيرت شعبة ( ا ) لتمثل المجموعة التجريبية بواقع (28)طالبا وطالبة ،وشعبة) ج) لتمثل المجموعة الضابطة بواقع ( 30) طالبا وطالبة ، وكافا الباحث بين المجموعتين في ( العمر الزمني ، والمعدل العام ،والتحصيل النهائي في مادة المناهج وطرائق التدريس في المرحلة الثالثة ، والاتجاه ، والجنس). استعمل الباحث اداتي بحثه للوصول الى نتائج الدراسة ،وهما( بطاقة الملاحظة ومقياس الاتجاه نحو التخصص) ،تكونت كلا الاداتين من ( 40) فقرة ، وتم التحقق من صدقهما وثباتهما .مدة التجربة (فصلين دراسيين)، تم تطبيقها في يوم الاربعاء الموافق 5/11/2014. وبدات مدة التطبيق العملي للطلبة المطبقين في النصف الدراسي الثاني في يوم الاحد الموافق 22/2/2015 ، وانتهت يوم الاربعاء الموافق 8/4/2015. درب الباحث الطلبة المطبقين نفسه، وذلك باعداد محتوى دراسي سمي بـ ( كتاب الطالب المطبق)، يتضمن مجموعة من الوحدات التدريبية ،والانشطة المختلفة المبنية على استراتيجيات التعلم النشط ، درس الباحث المحتوى نظريا للطلبة المطبقين في الفصل الدراسي الاول ، بعدها تم تطبيقه في مدة التطبيق العملي في الفصل الثاني ، ولقياس الاداء العملي لمهارات التعلم النشط لدى الطلبة المطبقين ،تم اعداد بطاقة ملاحظة تم تطبيقها على المجموعتين( التجريبية والضابطة ) . استعمل الباحث اداتا بحثه للوصول الى نتائج الدراسة ،وهما( بطاقة الملاحظة ومقياس الاتجاه نحو التخصص) ،وتم معالجة البيانات باستعمال الوسائل الاحصائية المناسبة مثل( T - test) لعينتين مستقلتين ،ومربع كاي ، معامل ارتباط بيرسون ، واستعمل البرنامج الاحصائي( SPSS) ، واظهرت الدراسة النتائج الاتية : 1. وجود فروق ذوات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة ( 05،0 )بين متوسطي درجات (الطلبة/المطبقين) للمجموعة التجريبية ،الذين تدربوا على البرنامج التدريبي و(الطلبة /المطبقين) للمجموعة الضابطة الذين تدربوا على وفق البرنامج الاعتيادي في الاداء البعدي ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية.2. وجود فروق ذوات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة ( 05،0 ) بين متوسطي درجات (الطلبة/المطبقين) للمجموعة التجريبية الذين تدربوا على البرنامج التدريبي و(الطلبة /المطبقين) للمجموعة الضابطة الذين تدربوا على وفق البرنامج الاعتيادي في مقياس الاتجاه ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية . واستنتج الباحث ما ياتي : - 1 .ان البرنامج التدريبي القائم على مهارات التعلم النشط اثبت فاعليته في اداء الطلبة المطبقين في اثناء الاداء العملي ، موازنة مع البرنامج التقليدي.2.ان تدريب الطلبة على استراتيجيات التعلم النشط قد اسهم في تحسين اتجاهات الطلبة نحو مادة اللغة العربية مقارنة، باتجاهات زملائهم الذين تدربوا على وفق البرنامج الاعتيادي .وفي ضوء نتائج البحث تم صياغة عدد من التوصيات منها : 1. اعتماد التدريب على استراتيجيات التعلم النشط، والافادة منه في كليات التربية قبل الخدمة ،وكذلك في مراكز اعداد وتدريب المدرسين في اثناء الخدمة على وفق خطط معينه تعدها الجهات المسؤولة عن ذلك. 2.ادخال استراتيجيات التعلم النشط ضمن مادة طرائق التدريس التي تدرس في المرحلة الثالثة في كليات التربية وزيادة العناية بها . 3.بث ثقافة التغيير لتعرف مبادئ التعلم النشط وشروطه واستراتيجياته، وعدم التخوف من تطبيقه من قبل المدرسين والادارات التربوية. كما قدمت الدراسة عددا من المقترحات منها : 1. بناء برنامج تدريبي قائم على مهارات التعلم النشط لدى الطلبة المطبقين في كليات التربية / للعلوم الصرفة واتجاهاتهم نحو المادة.2. اثر برنامج قائم على التعلم النشط في اداء معلمي المدارس الابتدائية في اثناء الخدمة واتجاهاتهم نحو المهنة .3. اثر استراتيجيتين للتعلم النشط في اكساب المفاهيم النحوية والاتجاه نحو المادة لدى طلبة المرحلة الاعدادية | To reach his study results, the researcher has used his research two tools : (the note card and the scale trend towards specialization). The data has been processed using appropriate statistical methods such as (T - test for two independent samples, Chi - square, Pearson correlation equation, and the statistical program SPSS). The study arrives at the following results : 1. There were statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the average of the experimental group who were trained according to the training program and of the control group who were trained according to the traditional program concerning the practical performance of both groups and the results were in favor of the experimental group.2. There were statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the average of the experimental group who have been trained according to the training program and of the control group who were trained in accordance with the traditional program concerning their attitudes toward specialization. The results were in favor of the experimental group.The researcher has concluded the following : - 1. The proposed training program based on active learning skills has been proved to be effective concerning the practical performance of the trainee teachers in accordance with the traditional program.2. The training of the trainee teachers to use active learning strategies has contributed to improving the students' attitudes toward Arabic language material when compared with the attitudes of their colleagues who were trained according to the traditional program.3. The proposed training program which is concerned with active learning strategies requires an appropriate environment, time, place, effort, and that trainee teacher should be sufficiently qualified in addition to the trainees own efforts, effectiveness and activity. In light of the search results, a number of recommendations have been included : 1. Colleges of education should use and benefit from pre - service training program concerning active learning strategies. In service training program should also be used and benefited from in the preparation and training of teachers centers according to certain plans prepared by the authorities responsible for it.2. The active learning strategies should be taught as part of the teaching methods that are used in the third stage in the colleges of education and increased interest should also be taken into account. 3. The principles, conditions and strategies of active learning should be introduced from different perspectives. Plus, the teachers and the educational staff should be encouraged to do that. The study has also set forward a number of suggestions including the following : 1. carrying out a similar study to identify the impact of a program based on active learning skills in the performance of primary school teachers in - service.2. conducting an experimental study to balance between the active learning strategies, and some other teaching strategies.

Abstract: هدف البحث الحالي الى تصميم برنامج معتمد على تمارين اثرائية وصور دلالية في تنمية مهارات التعبير الكتابي وتعرف اثره لدى تلميذات الخامس الابتدائي . وقد اعدت الباحثة قائمة بموضوعات التعبير الكتابي وقائمة بمهارات التعبير الكتابي وعرضها على الخبراء لبيان صلاحيتها ثم صممت الباحثة البرنامج الذي تضمن الاطار العام للبرنامج : اهدافه, ومحتواه، وتمارين، وصور، واساليب التقويم، وتحقيقا لهدف البحث الثاني اختارت الباحثة عينة عشوائية مدرسة واحدة من بين المدارس الابتدائية في تربية ميسان, فكانت مدرسة السيدة زينب (ع) للبنات, لتمثل فيها تلميذات الصف الخامس الابتدائي(ا) المجموعة التجريبية التي درست تلميذاتها البالغ عددهن (20) تلميذة باستعمال البرنامج المعتمد على تمارين اثرائية وصور دلالية لتنمية مهارات التعبير الكتابي. وتلميذات الصف الخامس (ب) المجموعة الضابطة التي درست تلميذاتها البالغ عددهن(20) تلميذة بالطريقة الاعتيادية. كافات الباحثة بين تلميذات المجموعتين(التجريبية والضابطة احصائيا باستعمال الاختبار التائي ( T - Test) في العمر الزمني ودرجات مادة اللغة العربية في الصف الرابع الابتدائي للعام الدراسي 2012 - 2013 , ودرجات اختبار الذكاء، وباستعمال مربع كاي في التحصيل الدراسي للابوين. وحددت المادة العلمية بموضوعات التعبير التي تضمنها البرنامج وهي ثمانية موضوعات واعدت الباحثة (47) هدفا سلوكيا غطت الموضوعات الثمانية المحددة للتجربة واعدت خططا تدريسية للموضوعات نفسها , ولقياس تحصيل تلميذات المجموعتين في الموضوعات التي درستها الباحثة نفسها اعدت الباحثة اختبارا تحصيليا بعديا لتلميذات المجموعتين في نهاية التجربة التي استمرت عاما دراسيا اتسم بالصدق والثبات وبعد ان حللت النتائج احصائيا باستعمال الاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين لمعرفة دلالة الفرق عند مستوى ( 0,05) بين مجموعتي البحث اتضح وجود فرق ذي دلالة احصائية بين متوسط درجات تلميذات المجموعة التجريبية وبين متوسط درجات تلميذات المجموعة الضابطة لمصلحة تلميذات المجموعة التجريبية اللواتي درسن التعبير الكتابي باسلوب البرنامج المعتمد على التمارين، والصور في اختبار تنمية مهارات التعبير, وفي ضوء نتائج البحث اوصت الباحثة باستعمال البرنامج في تدريس مادة التعبير الكتابي لصف الخامس الابتدائي، واقامت للمعلمين دورات تدريبية وتدريسية متنوعة لتطوير كفاياتهم التعليمية في مادة التعبير. واقترحت اجراء بحوث في تصميم برامج لتنمية مهارات التعبير الكتابي وللمراحل الدراسية كافة (المتوسطة والاعدادية) وللجنسين(البنين والبنات) وتوظيف الصور في دروس اللغة العربية وخاصة في مادة التعبير. | The present study aimed to (design program accredited exercises enriching and pictures tag in the development of written expression skills to the pupils of the fifth primary). The researcher prepare a list of topics written expression and a list of the skills of written expression and presented to the experts to demonstrate its validity and the researcher program designed as to ensure the general framework of the program : its objectives, and its content and exercises, pictures, and methods of evaluation and achieve the goal of search Random researcher from the primary schools in the education of Maysan chose, was the Sayeda Zeinab School (P) for girls, to represent the students of the fifth grade of primary (a) of the experimental group that studied demanded of their number (20 ) based on the use of student enrichment and pictures tag exercises for the development of written expression skills program and fifth grade students (b) the control group which studied demanded their number of 20 students in the usual way.Researcher equated between students groups (experimental and control statistically using samples t - test (T - Test) in chronological age and degrees of Arabic language material in the fourth grade for the academic year 2012 - 2013 and IQ test scores using Chi - square and in the academic achievement of the parents. The researcher prepared (47) behaviorally target covered eight topics specific experience and has prepared plans teaching the same topics, and to measure the collection of students groups in the subjects studied by the researcher herself conducted a researcher achievement pre - test for the students of the two groups at the end of the experiment, which lasted (20) a week marked by honesty, fortitude and after that analyzed the results statistically using samples t test for two independent samples to see significant difference at the level (0.05) between the two sets of search turns out there is a difference statistically significant between the average collection of students average of the experimental group to collect students control group for the benefit of students Group pilot who studied written expression in a manner based on exercises and images program, In light of the search results researcher recommended the use of this technique to teach and guide teachers to stay away from the substance of expression traditional methods in teaching and attention to the provision of teaching aids of different kinds of images and exercises and involve teachers in training courses and teaching to develop a variety of educational competencies in material expression.The proposed research in the design of programs for the development of written expression skills and all academic levels (middle and junior high) and the various races (boys and girls) and employing images in the Arabic language lessons, especially in material expression.

Abstract: The Title of this dissertation is " The American University of Beirut and its impact on the political thought of royal Iraq " , and the researcher has clarified that the reason for choosing this subject is that it has not studied before , in spite of the vital importance and controversial role of the American University between politicians, newspapers and magazines. This dissertation consists of anintroduction, four chapters and a conclusion. The first chapter deals with the foundation of the university of , the designation of its rectors and professors , its curricula and their teaching method , its most prominent cultural and political activities , the traditions of the university and the readions towards the university. While the second chapter sheds light on the Iraqi scholarships to the university , their qualifications and specifications. It also deals with the social position of the Iraqi students in the university , their impressions about the university and cultural and political activities they pursue during their study. The third chapter has clearly documented the scientific and educational output for the Iraqi students after their return to Iraq.This special educational output has become clear through their political participation in the assemblies , clubs and parties , until it was crowned with a clear political role in the legislative power ( prime ministries , ministries) and the executive power (The parliament). The reflection of this on their political thoughts was dealt with in the fourth chapter.The fifth chapter deals with Political thoughts of the graduates and the public and official reactions to wards it. The dissertation reached to many conclusions , the most important one is that the Iraqi gradates from the American University of Beirut are considered to be the forefront of the scientific and educational renaissance in Iraq.Additionally they were able to establish good political thoughts which can be used to solve recent problems. But those graduates did not give much importance to political and industrial issues like the Kurdish issue and women's freedom issue

Chapter One : political developments in Lebanon and the intervention of the Maronite 1919 - 1925.Section IV : Maronites under the French mandate 1923 - 1925 policy.Chapter II : The position of the Maronite Albannanah1926 - 1938 internal situation.Chapter III : Maronites internal political issues in Banan1939 - 1946. Chapter IV : Maronite role in domestic politics Albannanah1947 - 1957. Conclusion : - in which the researcher has shown what findings. Thesis was based on a variety of sources and come in the forefront of the documents published and unpublished, including Iraqi ownership documents unpublished and saved in the Iraq National Library and Archive in Baghdad, and of the reports of embassies and legations and consulates in Beirut and Damascus, the Iraqi Foreign Ministry, as formed in their information essential material for the thesis, and helped to largely in the detection of many of the aspects related to the topic, particularly since their importance is being issued by the contemporary sources of the events, as well as the use of Lebanese documents unpublished represented archive of the Maronite Patriarchate and saved in the Patriarchate headquarters in Bkirki, which enriched the thesis many information through correspondence It has between Maronite Patriarch and the various Lebanese politicians and that relate to the development of the Lebanese political situation, while the documents French and of documents of the French Foreign Ministry and preserved at the American University of Beirut, was her share of the thesis and providing them with many of the information pertaining to the study, especially in the first chapter of the study, The documents for the US Embassy in Beirut and the United States Department of the Ministry and preserved in the form of Micro did in Iraq National Library and Archive in Baghdad stake in the thesis provide some important information. Abstract: The study is one of the most important and modest branches of historical knowledge for it is one of the most prominent aspects of Economic Activity. That historians and researchers ignored longly. In addition to that, most of the studies of Fatimid Egypt focuse on Political and Military Studies that exhaust most of the efforts. While we find that studies related to industrial activities are rare and mostly are quotations found here and there within the general researches and books that treat the history the Fatimid State. The Fatimid State period in the Egyptian Islamic history is considered one of the most important and flourishing periods of the Egyptian history in general because it witnessed important civilizational developments that changed the history in different aspects of life. Egypt has become really independent for a period of time of more than two centuries from the Abbasid Stade in Baghdad. It has become the center of the Shia Khaliphate that competes with the the Abbasid State. This of course has lead to speed up of the economical development because the resources of Egypt have been spent inside Egypt and not as has been always shared with the Capital Baghdad before the Fatimid era. This period of time participates in a good part of the development of the economic development in Egypt. It really gives us a vivid picture of the important aspects of the Egyptian Islamic history. Despite the fact that this period has been studied with focus but it still needs more especially for the industrial activities that characterizes this era. From this point comes the motivation for a study of this aspect (The Industrial Activities in Fatimid Egypt 358 - 567 A.H./ 969 - 1171 A.D.). The choice of this subject relays upon two reasons : the first one is that the research period is more than two centuries and consists of a big share of the Economic History of Fatimid Egypt, while the second is that the subject has never been studied separately in a way that covers all aspects of life specially industry. Therefore after dependence on Almighty God I have made the decision of introducing a study that covers all aspects of the industrial activities in Fatimid Egypt. The difficulties faced by the subject are the shortage in historical references and resources, for most of the resources as has been mentioned, deal with political, military and social aspects and not economy. Another issue that the researcher wants to refer to is the lack of balance between the number of pages of the chapters because of the differences in the availability of resources. According to the requirements of the research it has been divided into an introduction, a preface, four chapters and an epilogue that contains the most important conclusions that the research finds in addition to appendices, and references. The preface consists of three points : the first is related to industry and profession linguistically and idiomatically and the difference between industry and profession. The second point deals with the indications of both industry and profession in the Holy Quran and how the Holy Quran urges for work. The third point shows the importance of industry and profession in Islam and the prophets' industries and professions according to the Sunna and Ahlulbeit (PBUH) sayings. Chapter one is entitled (Factors that have helped to development and prosperity of industry in Fatimid Egypt). The chapter consists of three aspects : the first is the security aspect and consists of two parts : first securing the boarders with other states like Nobah and BiladulSham and facing challenges like Qaramita and the Turkish movement of Aftakin, as well as the elimination of Interior revolutions and insurgencies like Abu Rawah, Luatah Arabs, and Kanzuldawlah revolutions, while the second part deals with security services presented to citizens like professionals and tradesmen security and monitoring the markets. The religious aspect consists also of two parts : the first is Islamic tolerance with the Copts and the people of disclosure by the Fatimid caliphs, while the second part is related to commercial installations and facilities created by the Fatimid state to support industrial and craft professionals and merchants for their business practice and the conduct of their products such as Alkiesr, hotels, agencies, and stores and other facilities set up by the state. It provided the security and stability for the people of Trades and Crafts and traders both for those coming from outside the country or from within. As for the economic side it has included five parts : the first part is how the Fatimid state has worked to address the economic crisis that was experienced by Egypt since the year (352 AH / 963 AD), which lasted for three years. While the second part deals with Agriculture and Irrigation. The third was for livestock. Part IV deals with providing the necessary raw materials for various industries, as a metal, gold, silver, emeralds, alum and Nitrite, oil, timber and the like. The fifth deals with the monetary system in the Fatimid era, which includes dinar and the dirham and the Fils. The second chapter focused on the types of industries in Fatimid Egypt and its evolution, this chapter has been divided into two main aspects, the former devoted to the study of basic industries in Fatimid Egypt, as industry textile and food industry types and industry of soap, wax and Industry of Sparkling wines and other food industries, as well as the metallurgical industry as the industry of iron, copper and ivory, mosaics and timber industry, ships, glass, crystal, porcelain, paper - making and binding and leather goods, perfumes and medicines, and the arms industry. The second aspect in which we have considered the secondary industries, which include the popular industries and crafts Statistics that everyone needs to in their daily lives, as an industry and a few baskets, ropes and burlap, and other industries and crafts. The third chapter dealt with industrial and craft communities in Fatimid Egypt, where the correlation of the people of the industrial and craft markets sects in addition to regulations and fees that were imposed by the Fatimid state on those markets. This chapter also includes organizations craftsmen and artisans, it states these organizations initiated by the baseline, a boy and then a manufacturer and Usta "teacher" Captain "Captain sect" At the summit, there were both industrial and professional range head or official in charge known as the "Sheikh of the sect". We displayed in the first inquiry the meaning of the approach and the method of conveying the information for the writers. This chapter focused on four of the guiding imams; Imam Zain Al - Abideen Ali Bin Al - Hussein, Imam Mohammed Bin Ali Al - Baqir, Imam Jaafar Bin Mohammed Al - Sadiq, and Imam Mousa Bin Jaafar Al - Kadhim (P). The final chapter in this part shows the opinions of Ibn Taymiya towards the rest of the guiding Imams, starting with Imam Ali Bin Mousa Al - Ridha, then Imam Mohammed Al - Jawad, and his son Imam Ali Al - Hadi, his grandson, Imam Hassan Al - Askari, and concluding with the Imam of the age (may Allah precipitate his relief). This dissertation reached a number of conclusions, foremost among them : 1 - One of the main reasons for the extremism of Ibn Taymiya and his stray is the political, social and environmental conditions in which he lived. Those conditions had a negative effect on his personality, in addition to what he suffered as a result of not having any tribal ties. Nobody was able to find out his tribe, even those closest to him. His most known name, Ibn Taymiya, attributes him to a woman on whom there are no known facts to illustrate her personality, position and role. 2 - The opinions of Ibn Taymiya and his ideas show a clear disturbance in his personality, as he did not agree with any scientist of his time. In fact, he disagreed with all the scientists who preceded him, including those of his own Hanbali sect, and their Imam Ahmed Bin Hanbal. The severity of disagreement with others led to the issue of prison sentences against him a number of times. 3 - In all of his opinions, there was not a trace of a scientific advancement or contribution to any field. Instead, his opinions clearly reflected a similarity, if not a match, to those of the Kharijites. He would attack his opponents with curses, name calling, and foul language. Then he would revile them as infidels, and confiscates their lives, families, and wealth. His fanatic opinions had a distinctive effect on some of the people. They were influenced by his opinions in a way that distorted the features of the Islamic religion. 4 - The opinions of Ibn Taymiya lacks the simplest elements of a scientific opinion. They were not built on sound scientific foundations. They only matched his whims. He would support a certain theory at some time, only to contradict it at other when the conditions of the time and trends change. That goes for his positions towards other scientists; he would support them when he agrees with them, and attacks them when he disagrees. 5 - The most distinctive feature in the heritage of extremism and hatred of Ibn Taymiya is his vile animosity towards the prophet and his descendants. He strayed from the general trend of the nation, by contradicting every praise and miracle that were ever mentioned about the prophet's family.

Abstract: تتناول الدراسة موضوع(الاحباس في مصر من القرن الخامس الهجري وحتى القرن الثامن الهجري دراسة تاريخية) وهو موضوع متعدد الجوانب، ففي تلك الحقبة الزمنية حكمت مصر ثلاثة دول(الفاطمية والايوبية والمملوكية) انتقلت فيها مصر من حالة عقائدية يمثلها الفاطميون(الشيعة ا | The present study deals with the endowment in Egypt from the fifth century a.h. till the eighth century a.h. as a historical study. This is a multi - level subject. During that period, Egypt was ruled by three different ststes : the Fatimids, the Ayoobids, and the Mamlukis. So, Egypt was transformed from being a religious state represented by the Fatimids into another one having a variation in religious faith represented by the Ayoobids and then the Mamlukis. When such a change of belief had its impact on Egypt, intellectually in specific, it also had its effect in establishing new educational and religious institutions, such as schools and khanqaahat established byn the Ayoobidsin order to put up with the Fatimid thought so as to be replaced by Sunni belief along with its four schools of thought. Those institutions got extended more during the Mamluki era, when to which various endowment and offices were specified by the endowmend donators. In my opinion, the subject is but a single instance within the series of studies of the endowmend from the historical perspective in the Islamic State. Undoubtedly, the society has always been in need to the endowmend since good pious deeds go for ever.In so far as the subject represents a historical follow - up to the system of endowmend in Egypt, it is made clear throughout the study put forward, that the Fatimid State had witnessed the establishment of the pious legacy system. Then, the system advanced more during the Ayoobid State era until it got its full shape in the Mamluki era.Further, the subject has another important aspect which is the study of endowmend institutions. Such a study would make it possible to get more acquaintance with those great achievements of the Islamic State in fields unshared by other non - Islamic States.Also, the endowmend system used to have many positive effects in Islamic state communities in general, and in Egypt in particular. It achieved luxury as well as made extensive the educational and health care in Egypt. What is more, it led to the continuous refurbishment of religious buildings there; it was that system which helped to protect most of the historical relics intact up to now.And due to the importance of those amount of money allocated to the system in so far as being associated with people's lives, the system got the great care of administration practiced by the States which successively ruled Egypt. The goal was to systematise the revenues and expenses in the system because it was considered as one of the financial resources of the State, a situation in which the endowmend became an integral part of the Egyptian economy life.The study has been made into a preliminary and five chapters in addition to an introduction and a statement of conclusions. The preliminary was entitled as : The endowmend in Egypt before the Fifth Century a.h.\ the Eleventh Century A.D.The first chapter studied the meaning, rules, legality, types and reasons of the endowmend. It included three sections : the first showed the linguistic and terminological meanings of endowmend; and displayed some of its rules; the second was devoted to studying the legal evidence of endowmend in the Quran, the Prophetly Sunnah, Ahlul - Bait tradition (the prophet's household ), and the General Consent; the third was made to the exposition of the types of and the reasons behind the establishment of endowmend.The second chapter tackled the administration of the endowmend and its impact on the economical aspect along the challenges it used face. It included three sections : the first exposed the administrative framework of the endowmend Divan; the second showed the impact on the economical aspect; while the third was specified to studying the challenges faced thereof.The third chapter tackled the administration of the endowmend and its impact the religious institutions. It went through three sections : the first studied mosques; the second exposed leagues, khanqaahat, and Small mosques; while the third section was devoted to showing other religious services; and what is more, it presented an account of the effect of endowmend in the continuation of these institutions and the facilities provided thereby.The fourth chapter shed light on the impact practiced by the endowmend on the educational institutions. It fell into three sections : the first displayed the most important institutions, which were schools, a situation yielded because the endowmend used have a great role in the provision of services to students; the second exposed other educational centres; and the third showed the role of pious legacy in supporting the educational institutions via libraries.As for the fifth chapter, it took care of dealing with the influence of the endowmend on health institutions. It consisted of two sections : the first exposed the most important health institutions (Pemarstanat or 'hospitals') where the role there was to support those financially in order to continue working; and the second was devoted to elaborating on the service of health care provided other institutions.Out of all this, we have come with the following : • endowmend, is considered one of the essential types of alms encouraged by Islam.• Due to the variation of Jurists' views concerning endowmend upon all times, where the aim had been to raise people's living standards by giving the chance to those who wished to pay, that standard - raising got deviated away from its natural course, of being a mere all - going charity, via being used by some to achieve unrightfully their personal aims.• Jurists played a distinct role in flourishing endowmend, for had it been not for their firm - standing views against the transgression over endowmend, it would not have continued, and never have been of such a role in the society.• The State took a great care of the endowmend administration in so far as being related closely to society via its relationship with many facility institutions.• The Fatimid State witnessed the systematic endowmend; then, the system developed more during the Ayoobids era when, after that, it took its full shape and spread extensively so as to include all life aspects during the Mamluki era.• Women had their prominent contribution to the endowmend, a state of affairs which included many fields such as religious and educational institutions.• The endowmend contributed in achieving a great role in the establishment of religious institutions which had the role to play in the prosperity of Islamic civilization. • The endowmend took part keeping safe the borders of the Islamic State via supporting al - Jihad bases as well as freeing captives and trying to provide them with facilities at their families' residence places.• The endowmend endowmend included furthermore many other important life aspects which would serve different classes of society, like the educational facilities. They contributed in providing the great financial support on which such institutions depended.• The endowmend took part in supporting health institutions, because the level of health service introduced depended totally on the amounts of money given.Eventually, it could be said that despite the existence of the 'State' and its supplying money to the society facilities, pious humanitarian legacies could also be oriented to serve the community.As well, the 'State' had to find legal forms ensuring the statement - of conditions proposed by endowmend donators, because such a recognition to their conditions would no doubt lead to encouraging good - doers to give up some of their possessions to the pious legacy.If truly we wanted to make use of the endowmend in Islam, we had to go back to the original concept in Islam, as being an all - going charity in order for it to carry out the role it was in basis put to play in the cooperation and solidarity of the community
