Abstract:
يرمي هذا البحث الى بناء برنامج تدريبي قائم على مهارات التدريس الصفي الفعال، والتثبت من فاعليته في اداء مدرسي اللغة العربية. وللتعرف الى فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي اعتمد الباحث على منهج البحث التجريبي، وعلى التصميم التجريبي ذي الضبط الجزئي لعينة تجريبية واحدة ذات الاختبارين القبلي، والبعدي.وتكونت العينة من (30) مدرسا ومدرسة بواقع (12) مدرسا، و(18) مدرسة من مدرسي ومدرسات اللغة العربية في المدارس المتوسطة الحكومية النهارية في المديرية العامة للتربية في محافظة بغداد/ الرصافة الثالثة - مدينة الصدر.اعد الباحث اداة البحث (استمارة ملاحظة)؛ لملاحظة اداء المدرسين لمهارات التدريس الصفي الفعال في مجالات : (التخطيط، والتنفيذ، والتقويم)، وبحسب مقياس ليكرت الخماسي، وتالفت اداة البحث (بطاقة الملاحظة) من (88) فقرة موزعة بين (20) مهارة، وتاكد الباحث من صدق الاداة، وثباتها.وبدا الباحث بتطبيق البرنامج التدريبي في يوم الثلاثاء الموافق (14/11/2017)، ولغاية يوم الاربعاء الموافق (3/1/2018)، واستمر تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي (16) ستة عشر يوما تدريبيا بمعدل يومين من كل اسبوع.استعمل الباحث في معالجة البيانات الوسائل الاحصائية والحسابية الاتية : (النسبة المئوية، والوسط المرجح، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون، والاختبار التائي (t - test) لعينتين مترابطتين).واسفرت الدراسة عن وجود فرق ذي دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0,05) بين المتوسط الحسابي لدرجات الاختبار القبلي والمتوسط الحسابي لدرجات الاختبار البعدي في اداء مدرسي اللغة العربية لمهارات التدريس الصفي الفعال | This thesis aims at figure out the effectiveness of creating a training program based on classroom effective teaching skills in performance of Arabic language teachers and identify the effectiveness of this training program. In order to achieve this studys aim, the researcher has prepared a training program which includes a practical range to train teachers of Arabic Language on classroom effective teaching skills then to make sure of its authenticity via present it to a group of juries and experts. The researcher depends an experimental research approach and experimental design with partial control on one experimental group upon pre and post test in order to identify the effectiveness of this training program. The sample consists of Arabic Language teachers includes male teachers) and ( female teachers) at intermediate state schools (day study) at directorate general of education in Baghdad governorate (Risafa/ Sadir City). The researcher prepared his research tool (note form) to observe the performance of teachers in practicing the effective teaching skills in fields of : (planning, conducting and evaluating) based on Likert Scale, the research tool consists of (note card paragraph distributed on skills where the researcher makes sure of its validity and authenticity.The pilot study on the research tool started from up to and the training program lasted for days.The researcher used the following statistical means in processing data : (percentage, Weighted mean, Pearson correlation coefficient and T - Test).The study shows a statistical difference at level between the median of pre - test scores and post - test scores of Arabic language teachers in performing a classroom effective teaching skills
