Abstract: 1st .The current research aims at building active teaching - based educational program.211d. Knowing the activity of the educational program to develop hear taste and meditated thinking skills among the 2'd - intermediate stage students.In order to fulfill the goal of the research , the researcher has adhered descriptive methodology procedures to build active teaching - based educational program that includes theoretically ( educational goals ,content, teaching strategies , diverse educational activities , educational means, constructive evaluation for carrying out the program.) It includes a guide for the teacher and book for the student , the researcher has verified its reliability by exposing it to a set of experts and specialists in curriculums of Arabic language and its teaching methods. In order to fulfill the second goal of the research that is represented in knowing the activity of educational program , the researcher has trusted the experimental method , using an experimental design of two groups experimental and control groups) , it is the design of partial control and post - test. The researcher has been statistically equivalent between the two groups in the coefficient of age for the two groups students , parents ' education, linguistic test , taste , hear test and meditative thinking test.The researcher has formulated two Zero hypotheses : 1. .There is not statistic difference at the level 0.05 between grades average of experimental group students who studied reading book with active education - based program and grades' average of the control group students who studied the same subject with the traditional method to develop the tasting hearing .2. There is not statistic difference at the level 0.05 between grades ' average of experimental group students who studied reading book with active education - based program and grades' average of the control group students who studied the same subject with the traditional method to develop meditative thinking .3.Preparing the research's two tools : The researcher has prepared two tool s of research : the first one is represented in testing the tasting hearing skills that includes 15 items of multi - test distributed on definite tasting hearing skills in the program and the second tool has been the test of meditative thinking skills composing of 10 items of multi - test. It has been verified reliability of items and its consistence , together with the coefficient of difficulty, distinguishing force and its virtual alternatives.4.The statistic means : researcher has used the following statistic means : Is'. T - test for tow independent samples : to prove the equivalence between two groups in age , pre - test of skills and meditative thinking he has also used them to verify the research hypotheses.2" d . K square : to calculate the equivalence between two groups in the parents ' education . 3d . the coefficient of Pearson : the researcher has used it to find out reliability to correct the items of tasting hearing skills . 4th : Equation of difficulty of subjective items for tasting hearing test andmeditative thinking test.5"'Equtalon of the force coefficient to distinguish the items of tasting hearing test and meditative thinking test.6th . Equation of incorrect alternatives activity of the objective items for tasting hearing test and meditative thinking test.7111. Equation of Elfa Krubnakh for calculating tasting hearing test and meditative thinking test.8th. Test of Wilcocsin to show the difference in the pre and post - tests for each of tasting hearing test and meditative thinking test.5.Appling the experiment *. the experiment has been applied on Wednesday 18.10.2017 and after the end of the experiment on Thursday, 22.3.2018 , the researcher has applied the tool of the research and the results appeared as follows I". The superiority of the experimental group students who studied the reading subject by using tasting hearing test and meditative thinking test, to the control students who studied the same subject according to the usual method ( traditional method) in the tasting hearing test.211d . The necessity of focusing on the Arabic Language for being considered the first linguistic skills that could not be separated from other linguistic skills.5.Focusing on skills of tasting hearing that help students to develop sense .6.The understanding of students and their acceptance to tasting hearing skills help them assimilate the reading subjects they have studied.7. The necessity of acquainting the students with how to develop meditative thinking skills by selecting subjects that could grow them mentally, Finally ,the researcher has suggested a number of studies and scientific researches : 1. Making a research similar to the current one with other variables in branches of Arabic Language .2.Making a research based on active education to develop the student abilities in writing creative expression.3.Making a research similar to the current one to develop skills of hearing on other study stages .
