Abstract: ولتحقيق هدف البحث صاغ الباحث ثلاث فرضيات صفرية هي : 1 - الفرضية الصفرية الاولى : يوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية بين متوسط درجات المجموعة التجريبية التي تدرس على وفق انموذج وودز ومستوى درجات المجموعة الضابطة التي تدرس بالطريقة الاعتيادية في اختبار اكتساب المفا | The current study aims to identify the (The effect of using of Woods model in the acquisition of rhetorical concepts at the fifth grade literary and moral development of the students an appreciation). To achieve the aim of the study, the researcher puts three zero hypotheses, which are : 1. The first null hypothesis : - There were no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the experimental group taught to conform to the form Woods and the level of the control group degrees taught by experimental way to test the acquisition of rhetorical concepts.2.The second null hypothesis : - No statistically significant differences between the experimental group taught to conform to the form Woods and control group taught according to the traditional method of literary taste scale.3.The third null hypothesis : - No statistically significant differences between the pretest and posttest experimental group differences in literary taste scale. The research sample consisted of 60 students from the fifth grade literary chosen by researcher deliberately from Al - Hikmah Secondary School for Boys, (30) students for each group, and then the researcher makes equivalence in a number of variables are (chronological age in months, intelligence, the study level for fathers and mothers, and the pre - test of Literary taste). The experimental group was taught by using (Woods Model) meanwhile the control group was taught by using the normal way, and to implement the research experience, the researcher developed a number of study plans according to (Woods Model) and the normal way. Then, the researcher taught the two groups himself.In order to measure the two Dependent variables, the researcher makes two tests namely : - Acquiring rhetorical concepts test, and this test consists of (15) items, in addition to that, the researcher builds a test to measure the development of literary taste of the kind of multiple - choice test, this test consists of (22) items. The researcher makes sure of their validity and reliability and the statistical analysis of their items (easiness, difficulty and discrimination) and effectiveness of alternatives. After the completion of the experiment, the researcher applies the two tools upon the research sample members of the both (experimental and control groups) and after data collection and analysis, the researcher used the following statistical means : (t - test) for the two samples, (t - test) for two interrelated samples, Chi - square, the Pearson correlation coefficient, and the coefficient of ease and difficulty, discrimination coefficient, and the effectiveness of alternatives.The researcher found the following results : - 1.The presence of a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the experimental group and the control group average score in the acquiring rhetorical concepts test, and in favor of the experimental group.2.There is no statistically significant difference between the average scores of the experimental group and the control group average score in the post test of literary taste.3.The presence of a statistically significant difference between the average difference in the scores of the experimental group in the pretest and posttest of literary taste.The researcher concluded that some of the conclusions are : - 1.The use of (Woods Model) has proved its effectiveness, within the limits in which the current research was conducted in acquiring a fifth - grade literary students to the rhetorical concepts in contrast with the traditional method.The researcher recommends some of the recommendations as well as suggestions, including : - Use of this model in the teaching of rhetoric and open courses for teachers' training on how to use and application of modern forms of teaching and a comparison between the model and Woods and other models.

Metacognitive strategies thinking learning and training contributes to develop the capacity of individuals in dealing with the attitudes and awareness and the realization of types of behaviors that come from the individual and others as to the understanding of these strategies and their application is required to use techniques and problem - solving , strategies successfully. In addition to more control over thought processes awareness occur to the various aspects of the mental work metacognitive strategies, have a significant impact on successful learning, So confirmed by researches and studies on the importance of student learning to implement these strategies through monitoring and control, and controlling sources of knowledge. Hence the problem of current research in the necessary of using programs for metacognitiv strategies with the students of teacher's preparing institute training and effective utilization to become part of their ways of thinking which is reflected in a positive manner and conduct scientific research and education with children as the means of the transfer of knowledge and positive impact in the patterns of thinking among students as, it will contribute to the actively in the creation of new generations of arranged thinking and effective in solving the problems that face them and able to contribute to keep pace with scientific progress and knowledge. In order to achieve the goal of current research to know the impact of the metacognitiv strategies in problem solving with students of teacher preparing institute and according to the variable of sex the following assumptions were put : 1. There is no noticeable statistical differences between the average degree of the experimental group and control group average score in the post (subsequently) test to test problem - solving (heuristics, generate solutions, strategies)2. There are no noticeable statistical differences between the average degrees of the four groups in the difference between the previously and post tests to test problem - solving (heuristics, generate solutions, strategies).3. There are no noticeable statistical differences between the average degree of the Experimental group of Males and the average degree of the experimental group of females in the post test problems - solving (heuristics , generate solutions, strategies). Basic research sample consisted of (100) Male and female students from fourth classes teacher's preparing institute Experimental and Control are in the province of Kirkuk, they represent four research groups. Half males and half female, four sections ( 25) student female or student for each group was conducted parity between the four groups in the variables (age, intelligence, educational level of parents and previously reasoning test - generating solutions - strategies)Tests have been constructed to solve problems, they are : 1. Reasoning test and the final form is (38) item, apparent honesty and content validity and building have been extracted for it, and extracting reliability, with - test way and is (82%).2. Generate solutions test to be in final form of (15) item have been extracted and apparent validity and content validity and the coefficient constant was calculated in retesting to then reached to (84%) and with way alpha Kron Bach being (82%)3. Test Strategies are being final form of (30) item, and apparent validity and content validity had been extracted and construction, and reliability coefficient was calculated in the method of bringing the half retail to come to (84%) after correction equation of Spearman Brown.These tests were applied previously and re - test on the fourth groups. The two experimental groups, were submitted to the metacognitive strategies in the subject of educational Guidance by two classes per week for ten weeksThen treating the data by using the following statistical methods (Qai square ,te - test, Pearson correlation coefficient, analysis of variance ,and Duncan test for multiple contracting)The Results the research came up with are the following : 1 - The superiority of two experimental tests in test of problem - solving (heuristics - the generation of solutions - strategies)2 - There is no noticeable statistical differences according to the variable of sex (gender) between the two experimental groups.These results reflected the impact of the strategies programs metacognitive strategies in solving problems and in accordance with the results of research the researcher has formulated a set of recommendations, including : 1 - Training courses are conducted to increase capability of the teachers in using metacognitive strategies throw program to train the educational staffs during service.2 - Paying care attention the articles to the teacher's preparing institute used for the scientific subjects that describes the concept of metacognitive strategies and how it is used by teachers and students. Also a set of proposals were put including the following : 1 - Studying the impact of training on metacognitive strategies in educational efficiency of teachers.2 - Studying the impact of the metacognitive strategies in the variables (innovation - scientific thinking - obtainment) with students of Teacher's Institute of both genders.

Abstract: Because of the importance of water and plant in human life, and the importance of Quran studies in general stylisticity in particular. The study was entitled of water and plant in the Holy Quran - A stylistic study The study comprises an introduction preliminary study and three chapters. The preliminary study falls into two axes : the first - the importance of water and plan in the Holy Quran. The second - The importance of stylistic studies in the Holy Quran. The first chapter deals with the diversity between statement and composition through the metaphoric meanings and the diversity between statement and composition through the mwtaphoric meanings and the deviation of the sentence from its real use. The second chapter deals with the stylistic evidence and the rhetorical jokes found in the study. The third chapter comes to search for the basic rules of the Quranic sound system. Finally, the results of the research came as follows : 1.Water and plant are mentional in about 500 Aias and this affirms the amportance of these two elements in life. 2.The study revealed some matters that are consideretl sure evidence and undisputed proofs that prove the greatness of the creatur - Allah. 3 - The words of water form arate of %8 of water form arate of %62,3, while words of plant at the rate %38,7 the general rate is %8 for the Aias of the Holy Quran. 4 - The stylistic phenomena in the Aias related to water and plant achieved special presence to reveal the artistic and aesthetic sides for the stylestic means that enrich those Aias with various evidence. Abstract: The thesis falls into two parts ,each part is divided in to two chapters.The first chapter deals with the grammatical evidence in the origins, while the second chapter deals with the grammaticals evidence in the branches. The first deals with the nominative.the second deals with the accusative and the third deals with the subsequents All this is preceded by a preface and an introduction. The preface justifies the choice of this topic and clarifiesthe structure of the thesis.The introduction is divided in to two sections : the first is devoted to the author and his book. While in the second I tried to correct what I could of the mistaken that had distorted the book. The thesis is concludid with a summary of the most important findings of the study such as the excessive use of evidence by AL - Hadydarat for he gives evidence for every opinion a grammatical rule or definition or justification that's why he used about four hundred Quranic reason and a bout three hundred and twenty five lines of verse. AL - Hadydarat is distinguished from his predecessors of grammarians in more than fifty points such as his use of evidence the place and the documintation of the evidence. The thesis is conclded with a list of the sources and references.

Abstract: Poetry was one of the most important arts of the Arabs because they employed it in all the fields of their life since ancient times till the present. It was their record; full of the tales of their lives, their joys and sadness, their victories and defeats and their habits, conventions and morals … etc. till it became their sacred which kept all the aspects of their life. Conflict was one of the aspects of their Life which characterized their poems‚ especially AL - Sa'alik's (vagabonds') poems where conflict was the dominant feature in their poetry. It attracts the attention of the reader to the extent of this conflict which pervades every aspect of their life.The thesis is divided into an introduction and two chapters. The Introduction tries to explain the meaning of "conflict" linguistically and idiomatically and its types as well as the meaning of sa'laka (vagabondage) linguistically and idiomatically. The chapter, then, tries to explore the reasons of vagabondage and the factors behind its appearance in the lives of al - Sa'alik. These reasons are economic, geographical and psychological as well as some other factors which participated in some way or another in the emergence of these phenomena.Chapter One is devoted to the conflict for survival and it is divided into two sections. The first section is entitled "The Conflict with Natural Forces" and it includes the conflict with the still and the mobile forces‚ the conflict with the unknown (death, aging, time and poverty). The second deals with the conflict with the other individual such as (the threatening killer, the miser, the vagabond and woman) and the conflict with the collective "other" such as (the poet's tribe and the other tribes).Chapter Two is devoted to the study of the self as the focus of the conflict and is divided into two sections. The first one "The Internal Conflict" tackles the conflict within the self, the self - conflict with alienation and the conflict with prison. The second deals with the self's conflict with thoughts and beliefs and is subdivided into sub - sections : the conflict with kings and walis, conflict with jinn and monsters and the conflict with other things such as religion, myth and beliefs. The last part of the thesis is the Conclusion which sums up the findings of the study which can be summed up as follows : the Sa'alik's conflict was diverse and severe which pervaded their psychological, social and political lives and it included even the conflict with natural environment. This had an evident impact on their selves till they were abandoned and neglected by their tribes and by the others and this increased the tension and the internal conflict within their selves which was reflected on their personalities and their way of dealing with every thing round them till their lives became continuous conflict.
