Abstract: ان التعلم بالتسلسل العكسي يتضمن تعلم الخطوة الاخيرة ثم التحرك عكسيا وصولا الى الخطوة الاولى على اساس ان تعلم الجزء الاخير من المهارة يوصل المتعلم الى معرفة هدف المهارة. وكما هو معروف توجد فروق فردية بين المتعلمين ليس فقط في مستوى الاداء ولكن في كيفية است | Includes learning to learn sequentially reverse the last step and then move inversely to reach the first step on the grounds that the latter part of learning the skill connects the learner to know the target skill. As is known, there are individual differences among learners, not only in the level of performance and how to use it, but in the mental processes, especially in their way of thinking, each learner favorite way of thinking (thinking pattern of its own) that distinguish it from other individuals. It is these patterns (pattern liberal and conservative style). Thus the importance of research lies to find out the role of learning style sequentially reverse in learning some basic skills in artistic gymnastics for women as well as finding methods suit the patterns of thinking educated and therefore know the role of matching style tutorial with patterns of thinking learners learn a skill (background groundbreaking on the table movements ground - jumping on the groundbreaking device horse jumping - and the advancement of Dawning doubles on a balance beam).The research problem lies in the lack of the emergence of significant progress in the level of the learners in spite of efforts by the teacher may be due to several reasons, including the need for learners to keep up with the development and use of modern methods that emphasize the need to learn the latter part of the skill as well as the need for learners to teaching methods that suit patterns of thinking. The Study Aims To : 1. To identify the impact of learning style sequence in reverse learn some basic skills in artistic gymnastics for the ladies. 2. Identify the impact of learning style reverse sequence with a typical liberal and conservative thinking in learning some basic skills in artistic gymnastics for the ladies. 3. To identify the preference of the four groups (neo - liberal practice - liberal learning style reverse sequence - neo - conservative practice - learning style reverse sequence) to learn some basic skills in artistic gymnastics for the ladies. To Achieve the Goals of Research, Researcher Assumed the following : 1. There were statistically significant differences between pre and post tests for the two sets of control and experimental research to learn some basic skills in artistic gymnastics for the ladies. 2. There were statistically significant differences between the control and experimental groups in the post tests to learn some basic skills in artistic gymnastics for the ladies. 3. There are statistically significant differences between pre and post tests for the four research groups to learn some basic skills in artistic gymnastics for the ladies. 4. There are statistically significant differences between groups in search of the four post tests to learn some basic skills in artistic gymnastics for the ladies. Chapter Two : It has been addressed in this section to the concept of motor learning and learning style sequentially reverse, as well as patterns of thinking liberal and conservative patterns of students and teaching methods, and the relationship between the teacher and the student and the methods of teaching artistic gymnastics for women as well as a brief summary of the skills under study. As has been similar studies of the research topic. Chapter Three : The researcher used the experimental method with the design global Duo (2 × 2) After determining the research community, which is by students the second stage in the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls - Baghdad University for the academic year (2013 - 2014) and the exclusion of female students is subjected to an experiment, was applied scale modular thinking (Liberal - conservative) to all members of the sample of (88) students are divided on the (4) people, and in the light of the results of the scale was chosen two divisions (b d) to represent a sample experiment major, as represented Division (b) of the experimental group and in which they are learning skills in accordance with the learning style sequentially reverse and hit their number (19) students are divided into (8) students with style liberal and (11) a student with conservative style, either Division (d) represents the control group and in which they are learning the skills according to the method adopted and approved at the college and was their number (15) students divided into (6) students with a liberal style and (9) students with conservative style. After determining the sample according to the typical thinking liberal and conservative have been evaluating the performance skills of the three under study (tests tribal), has been implemented curriculum which included (22) and educational unit at a rate of two units elite educational week, note that the time for educational unit per 90 minutes. after the completion of the implementation of the curriculum has been testing the skills of the three dimensional. Chapter Four : The test results were presented before and after the three skills and two experimental and control and in accordance with the typical liberal and conservative thinking, analysis and discussion. Chapter Five : The Researcher reached a number of conclusions was the most important. 1. The reverse sequence learning have had a major impact on learning some basic skills (rolling back groundbreaking on the carpet floor exercise - jumping groundbreaking on a jumping horse - Dawning advancement of doubles on a balance beam) in the women's artistic gymnastics. 2. The method adopted and approved at the college has had a positive role in learning the skills under study. Recommendations : 1. Finding the relationship between the nervous streaming speed and physical intelligence and performing some ground rug motions in technical gym for female college students. 3. Measuring the contributing rate for streaming speed and physical intelligence in performing some ground rug motions.Hypotheses1. There is a relationship between nervous streaming speed and performing some ground rug motions in technical gym for female college students.2. There is a relationship between physical intelligence and performing some ground rug motions in technical gym for female college students.Chapter Two : it includes the theoretical background and previous studies. The previous studies comprise the Iraqi , Arabic and foreign ones. The researcher brought to light the differences between the current study and the previous studies in addition to how much the current study has benefited from the previous ones.Chapter Three : ProceduresThe study adopts the survey method of correlational relation style. The population of the study include 38 third - grade female students while the sample comprise 30 female students with a percentage of ( 78.95 ). The instruments of the study made use of (dominate side ) for measuring the speed of nervous streaming for the working arm and leg and the SPSS for data analysis.Chapter Four : Data presentation , analysis and discussion This chapter deals with data presentation , analysis and discussion for attaining the hypotheses of the study.Chapter Five : Conclusions and recommendationsConclusions1. The relationship between the nervous streaming speed and the study variables ,i.e., skill performance , has been ranged from low to very low.2. The limitation co - efficient was low , which means that the variable value varies and subsequent variable varies too. 3. The correlation co - efficient varies from low to moderate.4. The correlation co - efficient between the independent variable ,i.e., the physical intelligence , and the subsequent variable ,i.e., measured skills , was very low.Recommendations1.The lack of interest in the study of nervous streaming speed with regard to the motion skills.2. It is necessary to select complex and motion skills to develop the physical intelligence for female students.3. Conducting studies on the relationship between physical intelligence and more difficult and complicated skills.

Abstract: اعداد مقياس التوازن الانفعالي لطالبات كليات التربية الرياضية في الجمناستك الايقاعي. - التعرف على مستوى التوازن الانفعالي لطالبات كليات التربية الرياضية في الجمناستك الايقاعي. - بناء برنامج ارشادي - تعليمي لتطوير التوازن الانفعالي والتوازن الحركي واداء | Emotional balance scale setting for the students of the faculties of Physical Education in rhythmic gymnastics. - Identify the level of emotional balance for students of colleges of education in sports rhythmic gymnastics. - Building a mentoring program - a tutorial for developing emotional balance and equilibrium and kinetic performance of the students for some rhythmic gymnastics skills and knowledge of its impact.The imposition of research are : - Guidelines for the program - a positive influence in the educational development of emotional balance and equilibrium and kinetic performance of the students for some rhythmic.The researcher used the descriptive method to measure the emotional equilibrium where the hired researcher Abdul - scale Aoun Abboud Jaafar al - Masoudi after preparation by applying it to a sample of 100 female students from the faculties of Physical Education (Grade III) - Universities of the Middle Euphrates researcher also used experimental method style groups Almtkavitin , where the research was conducted on a sample of 40 female students from the Faculty of Physical Education (Grade III) - University of Karbala for the academic year ( 2013 - 2014 ) and by (20 ), a student of the experimental group and 20 students for the control group , and the researcher conducted a test of the tribal groups included a measure of balance and emotional tests of balance and motor skills used in the research and then apply the program, which has been subjected to the experimental group duration ( 10) weeks. And then was testing for the two dimensional and also included a measure of balance and emotional tests for balance and motor skills used in the research. The data were processed statistically statistical bagful of Social Sciences (spss).One of the main conclusions reached by the researcher : 1 - Preparation measure emotional balance to the third grade students - Universities Colleges of Physical Education of the Middle Euphrates in rhythmic gymnastics studied contained (39) belonged to paragraph three areas ( for authentic expression of emotions , being authentic with others , courage in the face of the future).. 2 - a result of exposure of the experimental group meetings extension and including strategies, including adopted from activities or events prepared by the researcher and applied in this research appeared there develops a clear and tangible among its members in the equilibrium level of emotional , show that in the differences moral emerged between pre and post tests and in favor of posttest , as the program contributed effectively to the development and raise the level of emotional balance.3 - as a result of the control group not exposed to the guidance sessions did not appear there were significant differences between pre and post tests in the level of emotional equilibrium has.4 - there is a clear impact on the evolution of kinetic equilibrium for the experimental group , which adopted the program.5 - for the development of emotional balance and motor had a positive impact on learning some rhythmic gymnastics skills In light of the conclusions reached by the researcher recommended the following : - 1 - programs need to focus on the development and status along with the educational process..2 - Take advantage of the counseling program , which was built for the purposes of this research to help students in the various stages of education , who have a low level of emotional balance. 3 - You must include the acceptance tests of physical education in schools on tests of motor balance because of its effect on the skill level of performance in all sports.4 - need to focus on the development of educational programs to be comprehensive programs and psychological dynamic in order to learn the skills of rhythmic gymnastics and creating a state of interaction between student and teacher.

Abstract: تكمن الاهمية في دور القدرات العقلية والاستجابة الانفعالية في الاداء لبعض الحركات الاساسية بمادة الجمناستك الايقاعي للطالبات كليات التربية الرياضية بجامعات اقليم كوردستان العراق، بغية الوصول الى نتائج قد نتمكن من الاعتماد عليها من اجل رفع مستوى الاداء في | This chapter consists of defining the research and its significance as being implied into variables like the emotional responses and mental abilities as they play an important role in constructing the student as well as specifying the responsibility each part playing in student’s behavior while performing the Synchronized Gymnastics as a university study material.The researcher is further attempting to illuminate the role of emotional responses and mental abilities in performance of physical education students with the Synchronized Gymnastics study programs, to achieve an outcome that enable us to rely on in enriching the performance skills level at the Physical Education College with this material.The research subject matter issue is discussing emotional responses as psychological variable awarding students an internal support apart from some other mental abilities appeared as variables which in general influence the emergence of abilities and skills that could power the performance level of the synchronized Gymnastics study program of the physical education students. These factors raise the curiosity and questionings of the researcher to compose the topic a study curriculum in the college. Accordingly, the obligation measurement between emotional responses and mental abilities in particular and performance skills in general are assembled for the synchronized Gymnastics as a model research for the physical education students in Kurdistan regionThe researches objectives are as follow : 1. Introducing the connection between the most important mental abilities and the emotional responses for some basic movements of Synchronized Gymnastics for the physical education students in Kurdistan region of Iraq.2. Introducing the type of the connection between the emotional responses and the performance skills of the basic synchronized Gymnastics movements for the physical education students in Kurdistan region of Iraq.3. Placing a relative sample for the connection between the most important mental abilities and emotional responses skillfulness while employing the synchronized Gymnastics curriculum for the physical education students in Kurdistan region of Iraq.As far as assumptions concerned, the researcher has assumed that : 1. Continuation of an interrelated statistical relationship between the most important mental abilities and performance skills in the synchronized Gymnastics material of study for physical education students College in Kurdistan region universities in Iraq.2. Continuation of an interrelated statistical connection between the most important emotional responses and performance skills in the synchronized Gymnastics material of study for physical education students College in Kurdistan region universities in Iraq.3. A relative sample of connection could be realized to enlighten the reader about the levels of performance skills along with the emotional responses and some of the mental abilities in the midst of a high rate of contribution.The aspects of the research include : Human area : student of Physical Education College in Kurdistan region universities, Iraq for the year of (2008 - 2009), called (Salahadeen ,Sulaimany, Duhok and Koya).Place Aspect : special halls for synchronized Gymnastics in physical education colleges at Kurdistan region universities in Iraq.Chapter Two : Theoretical and Related StudiesThis chapter talks about the various types of related subjects of the researched variables of mental abilities that comprise (mental imagination and sense of movements), in addition to spontaneous reactions along with the performance skills of synchronized Gymnastics study program, and other related subjects.Chapter Three : The research material and feasibility proceduresThe researcher has applied the descriptive method along with feasibility style that has been employed for related studies and these are what we distinguish the identical with most of the specifications of our research as being its utmost material. The researcher has selected the sample research that’s the way we can get results from the research. However, the selection procedure of research modules is very accurate and defined.The samples of the research have been selected randomly by the researcher from the physical education students in Kurdistan regions universities in Iraq, (Salahadeen ,Sulaimany, Duhok and Koya). with (95) students out of (120) and (79.17%) of the research overall. Furthermore, by means of applying intensive tools with materials in the execution as well as using statistical facilities like (SPSS) Program.Chapter Four : Results and analysis and discussionData outcome, investigation and arguments of values are demonstrated, as an outcome of emotional response in the basic movements in synchronized Gymnastics in association with connections between movements have been verified in the middle of synchronized Gymnastics and the most important mental abilities and the link between emotional response and basic movements and synchronized Gymnastics analysis and discussion. The analysis of values of predictive equation resulted of some response variable emotional and mental capacity in the skills of synchronized Gymnastics have been illustrated as well.Chapter Five : Conclusion and RecommendationsThe researcher reached to several conclusions including : 1 - The emergence of considerable diversities for a number of variables, cognitive sense - Kinetic sensation like (foot placement, time estimation, distance jump ahead) for a sample of the research skills Synchronized Gymnastics respectively (scissor jump, cat leap, Side jump - Ghazal), depending on the study of the connection of function to study the impact variables common perception - movement skills in the research.2 - The emergence of considerable diversities for a number of features of carefulness like (focused attention) of a sample of the research of movements of Synchronized Gymnastics respectively (scissor jump, cat leap, jump annexation advancement of doubles), depending on the study of the connection function of studying the impact of some features of emotional response skills in research.3 - The emergence of considerable diversities for a number of features of mental imagination like (optic, dynamic Sense) of a sample of the research skills of Synchronized Gymnastics respectively (scissor jump, cat leap, jump annexation advancement of doubles), depending on the study of the indicative study of studying the impact of some features of metal imagination in research. 4 - The emergence of considerable diversities for a number of features of emotional response like (confidence, self - control, persistence) of a sample of the research skills of Synchronized Gymnastics respectively (scissor jump, cat leap, jump annexation advancement of doubles), depending on the study of the connection function of studying the impact of some features of emotional response skills in research.5 - The contribution of different traits of emotional responses, and some mental capacity assessing the level of scissors jump, where the consequences of the moral and the proportion of contribution is as follows : (focused attention, the optic axis, the sense of foot, trust).6 - The contribution of different traits of emotional responses, and some mental capacity assessing the level of cat jump, where the consequences of the moral and the proportion of contribution is as follows : (dynamic sense, time assessment, self control).7 - The contribution of different traits of emotional responses, and some mental capacity assessing the level of (jump annexation advancement of doubles), where the consequences of the moral and the proportion of contribution is as follows : (focused attention, persistence).8 - The contribution of different traits of emotional responses, and some mental capacity assessing the level of (Side jump - Ghazal), where the consequences of the moral and the proportion of contribution is as follows : (distance jump ahead).9 - Possibility of predicting synchronized Gymnastics skills of female students in terms of emotional response of some mental abilities like (cognitive sense - speed, vision, mental, aspects of attention) learned with the features of emotional response. Recommendations : In light of the conclusions the researcher recommended several recommendations including : 1 - Giving considerable attention in the development of mental abilities (attention, mental perception, cognitive sense of movement), which showed significant connection of performance art skills in synchronized Gymnastics for students in the faculties of Physical Education – Universities in Kurdistan Region of Iraq.2 – Giving considerable attention in the development of emotional response characteristics, which showed significant connection of performance skills in the art of synchronized Gymnastics for students in the faculties of Physical Education - Universities Kurdistan Region of Iraq.3 - Adapt and approve a list of attributes of the emotional response of mental abilities (attention, mental perception, cognition kinetic sense) that the study shed light on, in the process of predictable evaluation of the performance level for the subject of synchronized Gymnastics for students in the faculties of Physical Education – Universities in Kurdistan Region of Iraq.4 - The significance of conducting comparable relevant researches and utilization from the current variations like the mental abilities (attention, mental perception, cognitive and kinetic sensations), the emotional reactions, and improving the performance during practicing in the midst of other various sports with students. 5 - Conducting seasonal assessments for the measurement of emotional responses and mental abilities of the students in general and in the Synchronized Gymnastics in particular for the purpose of defining the obstacles they are facing during performance and working on improving and boosting their performance level.

Abstract: احتوى هذا الباب على المقدمة التي تناولت اهمية تصميم الاجهزة التعليمية المساعدة وفق اسلوب التعلم من اجل التمكن في رياضة الجمناستك لما لها من دور مهم في تعلم مهارة قفزة اليدين الامامية مع قلبة هوائية بالجمناستك الفني، لذلك استلزم اعتماد الاسس العلمية المبن | To diagnose the difficulties that faced the students of gymnastics, the researchers noticed that there was a decrease in the performance of the skill of front handspring on the carpet of the earthy movements in the artistic gymnastics of the three - year students , which is considered one of the difficult skills. They believed that the use of the modern teaching means can improve the imagination and movable feeling and can direct the movable track positively. This , in turn, will create the desire , enthusiasm, and motivation in the students to pass the difficulty of performing the skill studied in this research. Therefore, the researchers intended to design an assistant instrument to be used due to the guided discovery method in learning the skill of front handspring in artistic gymnastics. The research aimed to design an assistant instrument contributing positively in learning this skill and to know the effect of using the supported shoulders instrument according to the guided discovery method in learning it. The researchers used the experimental approach in the method of two - equal - system groups that was proper to the problem of this research. The study sample was chosen randomly ( lottery) and it included (30) students representing (20%) of the total research population. The distribution of this sample was into two equal groups (control and experimental) and each group involved (15) students. The steps and procedures followed in this research were the design of a supported shoulders instrument , the test of the skill of the front handspring and the teaching units. The researchers carried out (7) units throughout (7) weeks and there was one teaching unit a week. Each unit lasted (90) minutes distributed into three parts - the preparation part was (15) minutes , the mean part was (65) minutes (that was divided into (10) minutes for the teaching (theoretical ) part , (55) minutes for the practical part ) and the final part was (10) minutes.The experimental group used the assistant instrument that designed due to the guided discovery method in learning the skill studied in this research, while the control group used the usual method followed in the college and with the same variables. The researchers concluded that the use of the supported shoulders instrument due to the guided discovery method affected the learning of the front handspring skill in artistic gymnastics of the individuals of the sample that indicated the efficiency of the instrument used in this research and the teaching method followed.

Abstract: Gymnastics, like all sports, witnessed a great development in all its fields of study especially biomechanics. Gymnastics’ motor skills have high score of difficulty in general and in vaulting able in particular. Thus, the researcher analyzed biomechanically all stages of table vaulting due to the great effect of these stages on the level of difficulty. In addition to that, knowing the biomechanical variables will help in organizing the training program for this skill as well as identifying its weaknesses and strengths. The Problem of the study lies in our low level of performance compared to Arabic and foreign countries as proven in the Arabic Tournament held in Qatar 2011. The aims of the study : 1. Identifying the most important biomechanical variables of every stage of performing on vaulting table. 2. Identifying the relationship between the most important variables of every stage of performing on vaulting table.The hypotheses of the study : There is significant correlation between the biomechnical variables for each phase at the HSPR salto tucked & the difficulty values. Field of the study : 1. Subject : young gymnast of Iraqi national team(13 - 14 years), season(2011 - 2012)2. Place : Iraq - Baghdad - gymnastic training centre - hall of (sameer khammas)3. Duration : intervene between(5/1/2012 & 4/6/2012).Review of literature : This field includes the theoretical studies that related in the study, Such us movement groups of the vault, the technical & mechanical face for the handspring salto tacked on vault, and the biomechanics concept, and the types of motor analyzing. Procedures of the Study : The researcher used the analytical descriptive method. The subjects of the study were (11) young gymnasts from the Iraqi National Gymnastic league then the researcher took only (6) gymnasts for this study who can perform this skill very well. Each gymnast was given three attempts and after taking his name, age, number and score of each attempt, the best attempt was counted.The researcher conducted a pilot study to identify the speed and place of the camera as well as the lighting and the aiding team’s positions. After that, he conducted the field experiment that included shooting front handspring salto tucked on vaulting table. The performances were presented to international referees to evaluate the level of their difficulty. The biomechanical variables were identified and analyzed using (KINOVEA) software. Finally the researcher used proper statistical operations after analyses including standard deviation, mean etc. Display of results : This field includes the results of the study with their discussions. Conclusions : The researcher came up with the following conclusions : 1. There is no significant correlation relationship between the variables of hitting the vaulting table and difficulty of performance except the angle of hip during the instant of landing on the table for it showed a significant relationship with the level of difficulty. 2. The timing of hitting the table compared to the subjects of the study was good and it was fit with the timing requirements of this movement.3. Most gymnasts didn’t reach fill extension during pivoting on the table thus there were some bending at knee joint.4. There is no significant correlation relationship between the variables of second flight stage and level of difficulty. Recommendations : Finally the researcher recommended the following : 1. Concentrating on the starting points of every stage and its end to ensure correct performance and not to affect the performance of next stage.2. Making similar studies on vaulting movements with higher difficulty.3. Using biomechanical analysis as a means for diagnosing errors in performance especially in high difficulty movements that cannot be controlled through observation.

Abstract: ضم هذا الباب المقدمة واهمية البحث التي تطرقت فيها الى رياضة الجمناستك الفني، ودور العلوم الطبيعية الاخرى في تطورها ومن ضمنها علم التدريب وعلم البايوميكانيك من خلال توظيف هذه العلوم في تطوير مستوى الاداء الفني فيها، فللاداء الحصة الاكبر من الدرجة الاجمال | The study included the following five chapters : Chapter one : which included the study definition This chapter involved the introduction and the importance of the research in which we have dealt with artistic gymnastics , and the role of other natural sciences such as training science , biomechanics throughout using such sciences in developing the level of technical performance. Performance has the majority of the total scores which form the bodily movements in gymnastics , thus performance is given (10 marks) of the total final mark. The jumping springboard is one of the important devices for men's artistic gymnastics , at which skills pass through many stages including ( the approach run stage , striking of rising board stage , first flight stage , lean on hand stage , second flight stage , and landing stage). These stages are connected to each other , and success of each one depends upon the success of preceding stage , and all stages depend on the success of the first stage which is the approach run. The importance of approach run resides in the obtaining of the player the necessary and regular acceleration to get the horizontal velocity (kinetic energy) , whose speed fits to the performed difficult jump and converting it to (potential energy) at the moment of striking the rising board , and then converting it to vertical velocity after gaining kinetic energy with suitable acceleration , so as to convert it from one type to another without any decrease , in order to achieve the best artistic performance of the performed jump , because speed fluctuation will negatively and continuously affect the quality of jump performance. Therefore , the importance of this study resides in knowing some biokinmatic variables of the approach run and revealing weak points and defect in this run , and then setting up exercises to improve it , avoiding mistakes and identifying the scope of the effect of these exercises on the run. Since these exercises are considered as corrective and developmental program which can help to treat the weak points of performance and conquer them to improve the artistic performance. However , the research's problem can be summarized in weak artistic performance of some gymnastic skills on springboard device , which will result in low mark scoring by the players , and that is due to the fluctuation of the approach run , which created a problem affecting the kinetic pathway of the skill , and this in turn will lead to artistic performance score deduction , and therefore it will affect the final mark of the player. The aims of the study were as follows : Prepare exercises to improve the approach run in accordance with some biokinmatic variables.Identifying the values of some biokinmatic variables of the approach run and the values of performing some skills on the springboard.Identifying the effects of exercises used within a proposed training program to improve some biokinmatic variables of the approach run and the values of performing some skills on the springboard.The hypothesis of the study were as follows : There were statistically significant variation in some biokinmatic variables of the approach run between the pre and post tests.There were statistically significant variation in the results of performing some skills on the springboard between the pre and post tests.The domains of the study included the following : Human domain : included the players of the national juvenile selection team in artistic gymnastic who were 6 players , with age range (11 - 13) years.Temporal domain : The experimental program started from 22/5/2014 to 28/8/2014.Spatial domain : at the training center of the national selective team in artistic gymnastic in Zayoona qurter.Chapter two : Theoretical and similar studies : In this chapter , the researcher studied the theoretical studies related to her study , including the gymnastic and it's importance , and the concept of biomechanics and different types of biokinmatic analysis. The researcher also mentioned the modern springboard , it's properties , measurements , the natures of performance , description of exercise on the spring board , the artistic , biokinmatic , and legal basis of the approach run and skills. Finally , the researcher involved similar studies which are related to the present one with their discussion.Chapter three : Methodology and field procedures of the research : This chapter included the methods used by the researcher , which is the experimental methods of single experimental group , the exercises of the approach run with it's scientific basis , the biokinmatic variables used in the research and methods of their derivation , as well as the explorative experiments related to the proposed experiment and method. The exercise program started on 22/5/2014 till 28/8/2014 and it's application lasted for (12) weeks in as much as 3 exercise units per week on (Sunday , Tuesday , and Thursday) i.e the total exercise units were (36) during the research period. The researcher assigned (35) minutes for each exercise unit. The results were treated by suitable statistical methods through the statistical program (SPSS) in order to recognize the development of artistic performance level of the selected research skills.Chapter four : Review , analysis and discussion of the resultsThis chapter involved review and analysis of the results throughout tables and appropriate graphical figures with their scientific discussion depending upon scientific references that supported the findings of the researcher , thereby , the researcher achieved the aims and hypothesis of the study.Chapter four : Conclusions and RecommendationsThe researcher has got the following conclusions : 1 - The results showed efficacy of using exercise to improve the approach run within the proposed exercise method , which is set in accordance with some biokinmatic variables to develop the artistic performance of some skills on the springboard.2 - The results revealed efficacy of using the approach run exercises to improve biokinmatic variables of some skills in the study.The researcher recommended the following points : 1 - Generalization of the exercise methods proposed by the researcher to improve the approach run in accordance with some biokinmatic variables to perform some skills on the springboard at the training centers of gymnastic in Iraq. 2 - Reliance on modern technology to analyse skills in gymnastic to detect weakness and strength points during the kinetic pathway of the skill so as to avoid the weakness point and confirm strength points by using video recorders.3 - Performing similar studies and researches of other skills in gymnastic using different devices , including different biokinmatic aspects for boys and girls.

Analysing the effect of the suggested programme on the less complicated disabled.3. Furthermore, the disability, especially the mental one and its reasons, types, features, classifications and how to stop or prevent it.The researcher tried to give a study about the importance of sports,the aim and the role played by the Olympic Organizations of special needs.The research displays the similar studied concerning the same subject.As for the procedures : the experimental strategy was followed as it is appropriate for the subject discussed,the sample of the research consisted of (8 - 11) children from the institution mentioned above,chosen on the age - based strategy. The educational curriculum proposed for these children who have never practised any gymnastic exercises,with a length of (80) educational units in (80) minutes for five educational units a week.Before start point, there was a measurement and after each (20) units, there was a between - measurement for three times during the whole experimental approach.After finishing the procedures required with the (80) units, there was a so called the after - measurement process.Having achieved the first step, the researcher checked the skills stamina of the children in the same time and place circumstances.And after analysing the statistics the researcher concluded the following : 1. The amazing abilities the disabled have in learning skills ,especially open jumping, closing jumping, turning a somersault on the floor, side balancing.2. The disabled cannot learn the cartweel as fast as the norm since these skills need time and other qualities like strength and stamina.3. The credibility of the exercises, their multiplicity, repetition, partition and graduaism from the easy to the hard in acquiring skills.4. The effect of using the working strategy to "learn" and the educational system which had a positive role in teaching the members of the sample chosen.5. The effect of the testing during the educational units in learning skills and supporting the effect on developing the children, then correcting mistakes, if any.6. The effect on the competition on enhancing the children activity towards learning new skills.7. The positive role of music on children and their spirits.8. There were some absent - minded feature among children, especially in jumping exercises.As a result of the points mentioned above, the researcher would recommend the following : 1. To use duration testing as it is useful in developing movement skills,then watching/examining carefully.2. More repetition as forgeting is a major feature here.3. Emphasizing the strategy of "working for learnig" and the educational/practice system and its importance in developing skills to reach the desire of the disabled child to learn,play and move.4. Experimental group surpassed the first strategy was flexible groups to the control group on tests of cognitive achievement of some of the movements in the gymnastics floor.3. Outperformed the second experimental group used Strategy learning stations to the control group for some ground movements in gymnastics , while did not show significant differences between the two groups on tests of cognitive achievement , but the difference in the interest of a virtual second experimental group.4. Did not show significant differences between the experimental group the first and second experimental group on tests of cognitive achievement of some of the movements in the gymnastics floor. Recommendations and proposals1. Benefit from the use of three educational programs to teach students the third phase of the development level of performance and cognitive achievement of some of the movements in the gymnastics floor.2. Emphasis on the use of flexible strategies groups and learning stations to teach students some of the third phase of ground movements in gymnastics.3.
