التعريف بالبحث وشمل المقدمة واهمية البحث وهي : ان الاهتمام المتزايد الذي اولته الدراسات والبحوث في التربية البدنية والرياضية باستراتيجيات التعلم والتعليم بغية الوقوف على اهم هذه الاستراتيجيات التي تعمل على تفاعل المتعلم مع الدرس بما يلائم قدراته البدنية ا | Definition of research and included front and the importance of research , namely : that the increased attention given by studies and research in physical education and sports strategies for learning and teaching in order to stand on the most important of these strategies that work on the interaction of the learner with the lesson to suit the physical abilities of public and achieving educational goals and then raise the level of learning , which led to the strategies used in modern learning and seeking to apply the best teacher can even be accessed from the learner to the level of the best in performance skills and knowledge. Hence the importance of the use of flexible strategies groups and learning stations to reach scientific results can be utilized in the learning process and the development level of performance.The problem with search through the work of researcher taught gymnastics for students in the Department of Physical Education, Faculty of Basic Education Mustansiriya University and his observation of the educational process for this article at the college , noted that a lot of teachers do not follow the modern strategies and their application in the field of teaching and learning the lessons of scientific , but rely on the traditional method in the process educational , while the modern strategies to encourage scientific education and learning at the same time and it's built on the appropriate capabilities and abilities and capabilities of mental and physical abilities and skills of the students. In spite of the findings of the researchers and scholars of positive results in the field of teaching methods therefore came I thought the researcher the possibility of teaching groups and flexible learning stations for some gymnastics skills Ground Padres Physical Education where they can individualize the experience of the learner develop learners stations that take into account the level of their abilities or interests while they are learning skills Padres Physical Education, and the researcher believes that connect the business of teaching and learning stations, flexible groups constitutes a degree of difficulty in terms of its procedures are designed to perform several levels of skill and one at the same time.Research objectives : 1. The number of curriculum strategies according to the groups and flexible learning stations to develop a level of performance and cognitive achievement of some of the movements in the gymnastics floor.2. Identify the impact of the curriculum on the strategies according to groups and flexible learning stations to develop a level of performance and cognitive achievement of some of the movements in the gymnastics floor.Recognition rates of improvement in the level of aggregates search performance and cognitive achievement of some of the movements in the gymnastics floor.The research hypotheses : 1. No statistically significant differences between the results of the tests for dimensional aggregates search in the level of cognitive performance and achievement of some of the movements in the gymnastics floor under discussion.Part II : theoretical studies and previous studies : Included theoretical studies on the curriculum and the positive role and effective Platform for Physical Education and the teaching strategies , a strategy learning stations and intellectual trends for strategic learning stations and to the strategy of flexible groups and the characteristics of learning in groups and flexible to the table movements ground and pointed to previous studies.Part III : Was selected research community way intentional , which represents the students the third stage of the academic year 2013 - 2014 Faculty of Basic Education in the Department of Physical Education, University of Mustansiriya totaling ( 60 ) students were divided to three groups and the way the draw any (20) students per group and make uniformity and parity of the sample and tools The methods used were chosen after skills Mat ground movements and choose the appropriate tests , the researcher and her scientific foundations and then implement the modules , each group.Part IV : This section contains the presentation of results, and analyzed and discussed , showing that there are significant differences between the groups in search of the three tests tribal , and dimensional and achievement test.Part V : First conclusions : 1. The strategies groups and flexible learning stations as well as the curriculum for the students to be the third phase , which carried out within three educational programs with a positive impact on cognitive achievement of some of the movements in the gymnastics floor.2. Experimental group surpassed the first strategy was flexible groups to the control group on tests of cognitive achievement of some of the movements in the gymnastics floor.3. Outperformed the second experimental group used Strategy learning stations to the control group for some ground movements in gymnastics , while did not show significant differences between the two groups on tests of cognitive achievement , but the difference in the interest of a virtual second experimental group.4. Did not show significant differences between the experimental group the first and second experimental group on tests of cognitive achievement of some of the movements in the gymnastics floor. Recommendations and proposals1. Benefit from the use of three educational programs to teach students the third phase of the development level of performance and cognitive achievement of some of the movements in the gymnastics floor.2. Emphasis on the use of flexible strategies groups and learning stations to teach students some of the third phase of ground movements in gymnastics.3. Emphasis on the cognitive side of the ground in some of the movements of gymnastics in order to achieve integration needs , complemented by Nmutlab jurisdiction and Mharria physically , psychologically and socially.The researcher suggests the following : 1. Conduct a similar study , according to the variables.Conduct a similar study on the strategies groups and flexible learning stations with other activities.2. Need to reconsider the strategies used and taking into account the universality , interdependence and diversity gradient in order to help achieve the objectives of the curriculum.3. Necessary distribution of hours of study for each subject in proportion to the size of the material so that the benefit of these approaches.4. The need for a modern teaching strategies and education , especially in universities, compared to the curriculum in Iraq approaches of other countries
