Abstract: يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على : 1 - السعة العقلية لدى المرحلة الاعدادية.2 - دلالة الفروق في السعة العقلية لدى طلبة المرحلة الاعدادية تبعا لمتغير النوع (ذكور - اناث), التخصص(علمي - ادبي), الصف (الرابع - الخامس).3 - السمات الشخصية المبتكرة لدى طلبة المرحلة الاعدادية.4 - دلالة الفروق في سمات الشخصية المبتكرة لدى طلبة المرحلة الاعدادية تبعا لمتغير النوع (ذكور - اناث), التخصص (علمي - ادبي), الصف (الرابع - الخامس).5 - علاقة السعة العقلية بسمات الشخصية المبتكرة لدى طلبة المرحلة الاعدادية.ولتحقيق اهادف البحث، قامت الباحثة باستعمال مقياس السعة العقلية ( لجان بسكاليوني,1970) وطبق المقياس على عينة البحث للصف (الرابع والخامس الاعدادي)، كما قامت الباحثة كذلك بتبني مقياس سمات الشخصية المبتكرة لهولمز(1976), لكونه الاداة المناسبة حسب علم الباحثة القادرة على قياس السمة المراد دراستها وهو مقياس اجنبي تم ترجمته الى العربية, وتعديله بما يتناسب والبيئة العراقية، وتم التحقق من الخصائص السايكومترية لكلا المقياسين، وقد بلغت عينة البحث(776) طالبا وطالبة من الصف الرابع والخامس الاعدادي، واستعملت الباحثة الوسائل الاحصائية الاتية : (الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة، الاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين المتساويتين بالعدد، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون، معادلة الفا كرونباخ , وتحليل التباين الثلاثي). وتم التوصل الى النتائج التالية : 1. ان طلبة المرحلة الاعدادية يتمتعون بمستوى عالي في السعة العقلية .2. ان طلبة المرحلة الاعدادية يتمتعون بسمات الشخصية المبتكرة .3. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في السعة العقلية تبعا لمتغير النوع (ذكور - اناث), التخصص(علمي - ادبي). لكن توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في السعة العقلية تبع لمتغير الصف (الرابع - الخامس ) لصالح الصف الرابع الاعدادي.4. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في سمات الشخصية المبتكرة تبعا لمتغير النوع (ذكور - اناث), التخصص (علمي - ادبي), المرحلة (الرابع - الخامس) 5. توجد علاقة بين السعة العقلية وسمات الشخصية المبتكرة لدى طلبة المرحلة الاعدادية. التوصيات 1 - ضرورة توفير الفرص والظروف, والانشطة والمهام, والدعم النفسي والاجتماعي اللازمة لتنمية قدرات المتفوقين والمبتكرين الى اقصى قدر ممكن, واسهام ذلك في تنمية وتوسيع السعة العقلية لديهم.2 - اجراء ما يلزم من تعديلات للمناهج الدراسية العادية من حيث المحتوى وطرق التدريس, والتركيز على تفرد التعلم, حسب قدرات واستعدادات الطلبة نحو العملية التعليمية. 3 - ضرورة توفير معلمين متخصصين ومؤهلين للعمل مع الطلاب ذوي السعة العقلية العالية والمبتكرين, واقامة كليات ومراكز عليا لاعداد وتدريب المعلمين المتخصصين للعمل مع المبتكرين ومع ذوي السعات العقلية العليا, مع تقديم الدعم اللازم لتشجيعهم على العمل بدقة وكفاءة مع الطلاب. كذلك اقامة مدارس خاصة صيفية لتقديم موضوعات ومواد معينة كي يلتحق بها المبتكرون والطلاب ذوي السعة العقلية العليا لتطوير مهاراتهم وقدراتهم الخاصة.4 - ضرورة وضع اليات لتنفيذ البرامج التربوية للمبتكرين والاهتمام بذوي السعات العقلية العليا من خلال اجراء مسابقات او برامج او مهرجانات تظهر هذه القدرات العقلية مع وجوب توفر دعم حكومي ومجتمعي اللازم لتنفيذ ذالك.المقترحات1 - اجراء دراسة مع متغيرات اخرى مثل السعة العقلية وعلاقتها بالتفكير الناقد او الادراك او التفوق الاكاديمي وغيرها.2 - اجراء دراسة مع متغيرات اخرى لسمات الشخصية المبتكرة وعلاقتها بالمعلم الناجح او بالنمو المعرفي وغيرها. | The current work aims at the following : 1. Recognizing students' mental capacities in preparatory schools. 2. Identifying the differences in these capacities according to the variant of gender (males - females), the branch of study (pure scientific - humanistic), the level of study (fourth - fifth)3. Recognizing the students' creative personality traits in the preparatory schools.4. Recognizing the differences in these personalities according to the variant of gender (males - females), the specialty of study (humanistic - pure scientific), the level of study (fourth - fifth)5. Recognizing the relationship (positive or negative) between mental capacity and creative personality traits of those students in preparatory schools. The sample included in this study was (776) students (boys and girls) from fourth and fifth classes in the preparatory schools. To accomplish the goals of this work, the researcher has followed and adopted mental capacity measurement made by Pascal - Leone. The scale is applied to those sample students. The researcher also adopted a measurement for creative personality traits put forward by Holmes for it is the only available tool. Then, psychometric features were checked for both of these two kind of measurement using statistical means such as T - test for one specimen, T - test for two independent samples, SPSS and Cronbach's Alpha formula. The results can be summarized I the following points : 1. The students in these schools have a good level of mental capacity. 2. They have a good level of creative personality traits.3. There are no statistical differences in mental capacities according to gender differences (boy - girls), the branch of study (humanistic - pure scientific), but There are statistical differences in mental capacities due to the level of study (four and five classes)4. There are no statistical differences in creative personality traits due to gender differences (boys - girls), the branch of study. But there are statistical differences in creative personality traits due to the level of study (fourth - fifth).5. There is positive relationship between mental capacity and creative personality traits among students in the preparatory schools.

To achieve study objectives, the researcher used two research tools. Specifically, The Spiritual Intelligence Self - Report Inventory (King, 2008) was used by the researcher after translation, validity (i.e., face, translation and discriminatory validity) and reliability confirmation (via using test - retest and Chronbach's Alfa Coefficient). The inventory consists of the following areas : 1 - Critical Existential Thinking, 2 - Personal Meaning Production, 3 - Transcendental Awareness, and 4 - Conscious State Expansion. Inventory alternatives were : Completely true of me, Very true of me, somewhat true of me, Not very true of me, and Not at all true of me. Each alternative take degrees ranging from 4 - 0 for positive items and the reverse for negative ones. For moral Personality, a scale was built based on Blasi's model for moral character and the cognitive - social theory. The final version of the scale consisted of (63) items distributed to the following three areas : 1 - Willpower, 2 - Moral desires, and 3 - Integration.Scale alternatives were : Completely true of me, Very true of me, somewhat true of me, Not very true of me, and Not at all true of me. Each alternative take degrees ranging from 5 to 0 for positive items and the reverse for negative ones. The scale validity (using face validity - discriminatory validity - structure) and reliability (test - retest and Chronbach's Alpha) were verified. Moreover, discriminatory power for the scale's items was verified by applying on a sample of (400) female/male undergraduate students of Al Basrah University (morning study).After psychometric characteristics precision was verified for research scales and items, the two scales were applied on the main research sample (i.e., 360 undergraduate male/female undergraduates of Basrah University : 180 undergraduate male/female undergraduates with high achievement and 180 undergraduate male/female undergraduates with low achievement) selected by regular random sample method. Results were extracted using statistical package for social science (SPSS) and statistical methods including arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson coefficient, t - test with one sample, two - ways analysis of variance "ANOVA", mean differences, standard errors and standard errors differences). Findings were as follow : • Undergraduates with high achievement had higher spiritual intelligence and moral character. • There were statistically significant differences between undergraduates with high achievement in spiritual intelligence according to gender (in favor of males), and moral character according to gender (in favor of females). Moreover, no statistically significant differences were appeared according to specialization. • Undergraduates with low achievement had low spiritual intelligence and moral character.• There were statistically significant differences between undergraduates with low achievement in spiritual intelligence according to gender (in favor of males), and moral character according to gender (in favor of females). Moreover, no statistically significant differences were appeared according to specialization. • There were a positive relationship between spiritual intelligence and moral character. Findings were discussed by the researcher according to theories adopted for each variable (i.e. spiritual intelligence and moral character). In addition, according to literature review, many conclusions were drawn including : spiritual intelligence variable was effective for undergraduates in general, and specifically for those with high and low achievement. Moreover, it was shown as significant in enabling individuals address issues facing them. Additionally, the following recommendations were concluded : the development of moral values and standards which play important role in the formation of moral character for undergraduates through consulting courses.

Dish the scale on a sample of junior high and high school students in the province of Basra, numbered (614) students were chosen random stratified way, and after the sample a questionnaire statistical analysis using the bag of Social Sciences (spss) The results were as follows : - The preparatory level students they have level of worry cognitive perception where it reached arithmetic mean (153.66) compared to center - premise (145) - The results of statistical analysis indicated that the anxiety the level of the females are larger than the level of anxiety in males. - There are significant for their classroom variable compared to the fourth preparatory grade to sixth preparatory for the benefit of the concern cognitive perception. - There is no indication of variable section (scientific - literary)concern in cognitive perception.In light of the findings the researcher found the following recommendations : 1 - On the educational and educational institutions develop special programs to enhance for students self - confidence in various stages of study.2 - Activating the role of educational counselor in the junior high school and detection of cases of worry perception of for students and processed as they arise.3 - Awareness through the mass media to spread the educational programs concern the cognitive perception.To complete current research she researcher suggests the following proposals : 1 - studying the measurement of krowldge anxiety and its relation ship with self - appreciation of in termediate school studonts. 2. Abstract: The compatibility level that the student achieves mentally and sentimentally refer to what extent he has two kinds of sophisticated social cognition These abilities are : the Theory of Mind (TOM)Which is regarded fundemental prerequisite in daily interactions, in cooperation and in education. Any deficiency leads to difficulties in social interaction. And matcogntion of thinking. The present study aims to : 1 - To Assess the development of the Theory of Mind for University Students.2 - To compare the development of the Theory of Mind amongst the highest achieves Students and their Normal Peers.3 - To Assess the Metacognitive thinking for university students.4 - To compare the Metacognitive Thinking among the highest achieves Students and their Normal Peers.5 - To recognize the Relationship between the development of the Theory of mind and the Metacognitive Thinking for the Hight achieve Students and their Normal Peers in Basra University.The Sample of the study, which was chosen randomly consisted of (400) students : (160) Hight achieves students and (240) normal students. To achieve the aim of the study, an Arabic version of Simon Baron - Cohen and his colleagues (1997) scale "Theory of Mind", and it was also known as "Facial Expression Scale'' and the Arabic version of Schraw and Denison's (1994) metacognitive thinking scale were conducted. Both scales were translated and adapted to be appropriate for the Iraqi environment. It was verified for the psychometric characteristics for both scales. The following statistical methods were used such as : (T - Test for One Independent Sample, T - Test for Two independent Sample, Std. Deviation, MANOVA, Pearson Correlation, Alpha Croanbach‘s Formula, Kuder - Richardson, and Biserial Correlation).The following results outlined : 1 - The results of the study revealed that university students have a developed Theory of Mind at the total score on the scale, and at the level of each domain separately : Emotions and Thoughts.2 - Students recorded higher level in the Theory of Mind in comparison with other normal peers.3 - The results of the study revealed that university students showed a high level of Metacognitive Thinking.4 - Hight achieve students recorded higher level in the Metacognitive Thinking in comparison with other normal peers.5 - There is a strong positive correlation between the Theory of Mind and the Metacognitive Thinking among the highest achieving students and their normal peers.

To establish the scale of academic achievement according to (McClelland's Human Motivation Theory)and to demonstrate it to experts and specialists in measuring and evaluation field , educational psychology.The apparent honesty has been extracted by the using of percentage and (Chi - square) , also the reliability has been extracted by the applying (Spearman - Brown coefficient)as it isreached(0,84) ,the reliability coefficientby the way of split - half (0,74 ).For Cronbach's alpha,the reliability is (0,90) ,also the Internal consistency is extracted between the response of each item and the total degree of scale by using (Spearman - Brown coefficient) as it is reachedgthe highest value of (0,96) and the lowest value of ( 0,54).In order to achieve the research objects , the researcher has relied the following statistics measures : )Chi - Square), (Spearman - Brown law) ,Arithmetic Mean , Standard deviation , skews ,Al - Waseet( Median ) ,Mode ( statistics ) , liner correlation / Pearson , Cronbach's alpha equation and T - test for un - equal separate samples.The findings are showed as follows : 1 - There is a connective relation between reliance - independence from the perceptive aspect and academic achievement motivation.2 - the students of scientific specializations are exceededat the independence aspect from the perceptive aspect more than the literary specializations. 3 - The girl students are exceeded boy students at the level of achievement motivation.4 - There are significant differences statistically between students of scientific specializations and students of humanitarian specializations in cognitive method ( reliance - independence ) from the perceptive aspect in favor of the students of scientific specializations.5 - There are significant differences statistically between females and males in the test of academic achievement motivation in favor of females

Measure the cognitive failures among university students.2. Measure the hopeless among university students.3. Identify the nature of the relationship between cognitive failures and hopeless among university students. Current research conducted on university students, male and female, for the academic year (2013 - 2014), the sample was chosen the way indiscriminate The total number is (400) students, as the number of males stood at (200) male and female number (200) student.The current study requirements has necessitated translation Scale of cognitive failures (Broadbent 1982).And building scale of hopeless according to Aaron Beck perspective.The results showed : - That college students have cognitive failures, and this is in line with what literature and previous studies brought. - University students have hopelessness. - The current study found a positive correlation between cognitive failures and hopeless, correlation coefficient (0.845) and the level of significance (0.05). The study also revealed that there is neither statistically significant differences on cognitive failures scale according to gender (male - female)to the amount of the value of T (1107). Nor hopelessness scale, according to gender by the T value of $ (2,263) and the level of significance (0.05).In light of the results achieved researcher recommended a number of recommendations, including : The contribution of the media in easing the suffering of university students from cases of hopeless, through television seminars and extension programs in order to help them deal with what they suffer from psychological crises. They were selected in a simple random sample with a proportional distribution from the faculties of Karbala, Koufah , Babel and Qadisiyah) ).As for the measure of personal vigilance, the researcher built the measure of personal vigilance according to the theory of Oldham (1995), and then was presented to a group of arbitrators to judge the validity of paragraphs, and then extract the characteristics of the psychometric of his sincerity and stability, and excluded paragraphs that do not measure The same concept through the discriminatory force, and after the standard became the final form the researcher applied to the basic research sample of (500) students and postgraduate students.The researcher concluded that graduate students have a high level of systemic intelligence and are characterized by alert personality, and there is no correlation between the systemic and personal intelligence of vigilance according to statistical analysis.In the light of the results, the researcher made a number of recommendations and suggestions, as explained in chapter 4

These factors leave the individual confused in front of these problems and pressures and powerless to solve these problems or agree with them. Therefore (Coleman) the American psychologist sees that the individuals who are able to solve these crises or consolidate with them are individuals with high emotional intelligence because the IQ alone doesn’t insure the success of the individual either in his career or his social life but rather needs contemplation, intellect and perception in a mixture that insures success in life. Thus, we must pay attention and care to prepare the college student to develop his emotional intelligence and carry out this role in life in a most successful way because the student is the foundation of the nation and a factor in its aspiration. Besides, we must encourage the college students to belong to the society and be in healthy accord with it y through conforming to the traditions and standards.Thus, the study aimed to achieve the following 1. Measure the emotional intelligence among university students. 2. Measure conformity among university students. 3. Expounding the relation between emotional intelligence and conformity. 4. Expounding the relation between emotional intelligence and conformity according to the following variables : gender (male/female), field of study (scientific/humanity), and study grade (first grade / fourth grade). 5. Expounding the differences in the relation between emotional intelligence and social conformity according to the following variables gender (male / female), field of study (scientific / humanity) and study grade (first grade / fourth grade) A random sample of (1100) male and female students from the 1st and 4th grade in scientific and humanity studies was selected. The students were distributed among (6) colleges in the University of Mosul. The researcher relayed on two scales namely the EI Scale (Al Nash 2005) and the (Social Conformity Scale (Al Asdi 2004 ). The quasi - validity of the scales was achieved by presenting them to a group of arbitraries while the validity and the differentiation capability of the scales were achieved by iteration of tests. The results were statistically significant and were treated by the SPSS package revealing the following results. 1. College students show high EI.2. College students show high social conformity.3. A statistical significant correlation exists between EI and social conformity. 4. A statistical significant correlation exists between emotional intelligence and conformity according to the following variables : gender (male/female), field of study (scientific/humanity), and study grade (first grade/fourth grade). The significance correlation was in favor for females, humanity studies, and 1st grade students. 5. A statistical significant difference exists between emotional intelligence and conformity according to the following variables : gender (male / female), field of study (scientific /humanity), and study grade (first grade / fourth grade). Stemming from the results, the researcher recommends the following 1. Establishing training and instructing courses to expound the importance of EI in our social life and in work.2. The study is confined by the samples chosen from the day - intermediate school principles in the city of Mosul for the years(2010 - 2011). It bases on investigating the experimental procedures and both the experimental and control groups are chosen for the pre - test and post - test. The sample is chosen on purpose employed from the intermediate schools principles in Mosul only, who have weakness in their educational and administrative skills (about 20 principles) and they are divided into : First, An experimental group consists of ten principles(male and female)Second, A control group which consists of ten principles (male and female) The equivalence is done between the two groups according to the variables which affect the educational and administrative skills. These variables are confined as follows : gender, employment years in instruction, years in administration, the level of education, specification, social state and the contribution in the administrative workshop. The training programmed to improve the educational and administrative skills consists of twelve meetings in ten hubs. The first hub deals with the educational guiding skills, the second tackles training and developing teachers, third, improving curriculum skills, fourth, the relationship with local society skills, fifth, evaluation skills, sixth, technical skills in management, seventh, human skills in management, eighth, the intellectual skills in management, ninth, communication skills and tenth, self skills. The program is applied for four hours a day every week. The application lasts in twelve weeks and it begins on 21st. ,Oct.,2010 and ends on 27th. Jan.,2o11. In addition, training styles are used during the application of the program including (lecture) style as a basic one besides, other training styles are used such as; discussion, studying state, role - play, papers and researches, a series of decisions contain training subjects and technical aids like, computer, data - show, boards, summaries and sources. The researcher depends on the questionnaire as a tool to measure the skills of the principles as well as to know the effectiveness of the training program. After achieving the validity and reliability of the tool, it is displayed to a committee of experts specified in administration and educational to show its competence. The coefficient is found by using half - division method. The questionnaire consists of (101) items distributed on two dimensions : • Educational dimension and administrative dimension.• Each one includes five spheres. The receipt reports are treated statistically using T - test. The results show that the effectiveness of the training programme in improving the educational and administrative skills of the intermediate schools principles; therefore, the two assumptions are rejected.According to the results that the researcher reaches, there are statistical distinctions in the benefit of the experimental group who submitted and administrative skills. The researcher presents several recommendations : • Opening a department of preparing intermediate schools principles in the College of Education named; ‘ Educational Administration and Planning Department’ in the sense ‘administration’ is ‘a scientific and artistic job’ needs specific preparations suitable for the educational and instructional process.• Encouraging to held annual meetings from the related faculty of the universities and specific supervisions in the Directorate of Education to discuss the professional and scientific needs of the principles to design, accordingly, suitable training programme.• Encouraging the principles to evaluate their skills and pay their attention to the teachers’ attitudes to find out the real necessities for the principles in their work. There are also several suggestions : • Comparative study of the effectiveness of a training programme in developing the principles’ skills using training - programme method in usual style with a training programme carried out by training - bag method.• Returning to implement the present programme on similar group of the school principles and knowing the effectiveness of using observation - field style i.e., visiting the principle in his work at least, for three months

The present research aimed at answering the following questions : - What is the identity level among adolescence of second class (intermediate school) and fourth class (preparatory school)? - What is the mental health level among teenagers of second class (intermediate school) and fourth class (preparatory school)? - Are there any statistical differences in identity development among adolescence regarding age and sex? - Is there any statistical relation between identity development and mental health? - Is there a relation between identity and mental health with reference to the following variables : - a - Sex (Males - Females)?b - School class (14 - 16 years old)?The research is limited within the age between (14 - 16) years old for both males and females of the intermediate, preparatory and secondary schools at Nineveh Governorate Centre for the academic year 2005 - 2006.The research sample was selected in two stages, the first was by taking schools’ samples while the second was by checking students’ samples. A random selection of schools reach up to (20) schools, where (8) schools are on the right bank and (12) schools are on the left bank, while students sample covered (352) students (male and female). As for the two research methods, it has been selected the standard of identification prepared by (Mohammed 1995) which includes (53) items distributed in seven fields and three answer choices (agreed, partially agreed, not agreed), and Goldberg standard which includes (51) items in its final shape. The choices were five (always, most likely, sometimes, rarely, never). The researcher made in extraction of the truth and certainty of both standards and she used the following statistical means : - Person correlation module, ¬¬T test of one sample to test the difference between the theoretical average and the achieved average for both standards, and to analyze the variation to know the differences in identity development among the individuals of the sample and the T equation to test the indication of correlation between the two standards. The most important result that the researcher came up with : - It appeared to have real differences between calculated achieved averages and the hypothetical average of the module for the benefit of individuals’ research sample that scored grades over the hypothetic average. - By using the same analytical method through T test to two joint samples it became clear that the grades averages of psychological health among individuals of research sample were higher than the module of hypothetical average, i.e. the individual was statistical function. - The results of discrepancy analysis related to the third goal (identity development) the there is no statistical function differences among individuals of research sample regarding sex and school class. - The results of the fourth goal which is related to find out the relation between both standards indicated that there is no relation between identity standard and mental health among all sample individuals. - As for the fifth goal results they showed that there are no indicated differences in the correlation modules according to sex variation, if all correlation modules are not indicated, while there was a statistical correlation module between the two standards according to class variation in the second class (males & females) amounted (170) students. In the light of the results that the research came up with, the researcher presented several recommendations including the request from the school administrations and their teaching boards to guide and accustom the teenager to have the responsibility in addition to the necessity of applying mental and personal tests to find out the nature of mental heath among the teenagers.

Childhood is a part of the present and whole future. Many agree on the critical importance of emotional safety subject and the concentration on its development for pupils through guidance programmes, especially, guidance, behavioural, and cognitive programme which considered as efficient and modern one. The current study is aimed at : 1. Designing an emotional safety scale for fatherless pupils at primary schools.2. Measuring the emotional safety for fatherless pupils at primary schools.3. Measuring the rate of emotional safety prevalence for fatherless pupils at primary schools.4. Designing a guidance, behavioural, and cognitive programme in developing emotional safety for fatherless pupils at primary school.5. Identifying the impact of a guidance, behavioural, and cognitive programme in developing emotional safety for fatherless pupils at primary school by testify the following hypotheses : • There are no statistically significant differences in the developing emotional safety at the level (0.05) for the control group in pre - test and posttest. • There are no statistically significant differences in the developing emotional safety at the level (0.05) for the experimental group in pre - test and posttest. • There are no statistically significant differences in the development of emotional safety at the level (0.05) for the two groups (experimental and control groups ) in the post - test. To verify the above aims and hypotheses , the researcher adopted the experimental method and also used experimental design with a pretest and posttest. The sample of the study is selected intentionally, it consisted of (400) fatherless pupils in the fifth and sixth grade at primary school. The tool of study included designing emotional safety scale which were verified by its aims and psychometric characteristics. It also included designing a guidance, behavioural, and cognitive programme due to the calculation of the weighted mean and percentage. The needs, themes, activities, and strategies were identified in the guidance programme according to the Rutter's theory. The study sample consisted of (20) fatherless female pupils who received lower degrees from the hypothetical mean. The sample divided into two groups, experimental and control group, (10) pupils for each. The groups were selected from Al - Hudaybiyah school Al - Mustafa neighborhood and Democraty school in Al - Katoon neighborhood in Diyala province. The programme included (13) session as well as, the programme has been exposed experts in education and psychology to extract the validity of the program, and for data processing a number of statistical means are used, including : (Pearson correlation coefficient, chi square test, samples t - test for two independent samples, samples t - test for paired samples, one - way analysis of variance (ANOVA), weighted percentile, weighted mean, and statistical bag SPSS) for study results accessing , a number of results are concluded such as, • The pupils fatherless to have a sense of high emotional safety.• There are statistically significant differences in the level of emotional safety prevalence for fatherless pupils. • There are no statistically significant differences in the developing emotional safety at the level (0.05) for the control group in pre - test and posttest. • There are statistically significant differences in the developing emotional safety at the level (0.05) for the experimental group in pre - test and posttest. • There are no statistically significant differences in the development of emotional safety at the level (0.05) for the two groups (experimental and control groups ) in the post - test in favor of the experimental group. In light of the current results, the researcher presents a number of recommendations and suggestions, such as;• Benefiting by the educational guidance department at the Ministry of Education from the guidance programme which is prepared in present study and make it a part of curriculum for the training and practicing educational guides. • Using of the emotional safety scale by the researchers and guides and psychological guidance centers as a tool to find out the pupils who suffer from a lack of emotional safety feeling. That Would lead to a clear deficit in the level of performance because of the increasing burden of mental and limited capacity information processing system. The university student acquires beliefs regarding ego resiliency through his / her mental performance in the learning situations he / she faces. whenever the level of ego resiliency rises the amount of effort exerted increases , and the level of the cognitive load subsequently decreases. Hence , several questions forming the problem of the study were raised , such as : Do the university students have a cognitive load ? , Do gender and specialization affect the cognitive load ? and is there a relationship between the cognitive load and ego resiliency among the university students ? Objectives of the study : The study aims to recognize : - The level of the cognitive load of the university students. - The significance of diffences in the cognitive load level of the university students according to two variables : gender ( males , females ) and specialization ( scientific , humanitarian ). - The ego resiliency of the university students. - The significance of differences in ego resiliency of the university students according to two variables : gender ( males , females ) and specialization ( scientific , humanitarian ). - The correlation between the cognitive load and ego resiliency among the university students. Data of the study : The data of the study is limited to 400 students for the morning study at University of Diyala. They are equally distributed according to the variable of gender from both scientific and humanitarian specializations. Tool of the study : Appropriate tool was constructed to measure the cognitive load and adopt the scale of ego resiliency for ( Nasir , 2007 ). The cognitive load tool consists of ( 13 ) situations , while Nasir tool consists of ( 31 ) items. The researcher found the face validity and construct validity for both tools and she verified their reliability. The coefficient of reliability for cognitive load reached ( 0.74 ) , while it reached ( 0.75 ) for ego resiliency and the discriminatory power was found for both tools. Results of the study : The study has concluded the following results : 1 - The university students have cognitive loads.2 - There are no statistically significant differences among the university students in the cognitive load level according to the variable of gender. 3 - There are statistically significant differences among the university students in the cognitive load level according to specialization for the benefit of scientific specialization. 4 - The university students have ego resiliency.5 - There are no statistically significant differences among the students in the ego resiliency level according to the variable of gender. 6 - There are statistically significant differences among the students in the ego resiliency level according to the variable of specialization for the benefit of humanitarian specialization. 7 - There is a negative relationship between the cognitive load and the ego resiliency. Measuring safe attachment in primary school pupils from the mother's viewpoint.2. Gauging safe attachment in primary school pupils in accordance with sex variables (male - female).3. Examining social interaction in primary school pupils from the teacher's point of view.4. Weighing social interaction in primary school pupils in harmony with sex variables (male - female).5. Assessing the relation between safe attachment and social interaction in primary school pupils.The scope of the study is limited to primary school pupils (1st & 2nd stages) making use of the help of their mothers and teachers in the academic year 2013 - 2014.In order to achieve the goals of the study, the researcher espoused a safe attachment measure (Ahmed : 2011). The test validity is verified through exposing it to a group of experts who have proven its validity. The scale reliability is verified by means of re - testing forming a reliability coefficient of (0.82), which reflects a good reliability factor. In addition, the Alpha coefficient for internal consistency is applied which shows a reliability coefficient equal to (0.86) which is again mirrors sufficient stability.The researcher steered a social interaction scale consisting of four different axes, namely; communication expectation, recognizing and representing the role, and symbols of significance. The researcher proved the sincerity of the social interaction scale by forming its (43) items that are presented then to a group of experts who certified its validity after some modifications, bringing the total number of items to (30). The items are statistically analyzed by means of measuring the discriminatory power which showed that all items are distinctive and statistically significant. Also found is the relation of the item mark to the overall score. The scale stability is confirmed through re - testing as stability factor is (0.80) which is a sufficient coefficient. In addition, the Alpha coefficient for internal consistency is applied, resulting in a reliabilityfactor level of (0.86), which is a gain a good factor. Then the two scales are applied on a total sample of (400) primary school pupils (1st & 2nd stages) that is randomly selected. The study has come to the following results : 1. Primary school students carry safe attachment.2. There are no statistically significant differences between males and females in regard to the study variables (safe attachment and social interaction).3. The study sample members have social interaction.4. There is a positive correlation between safe attachment and social interaction in primary school pupils.After that the researcher provided a set of recommendations and suggestions.

Some critics, thinkers and professionals indicted schools of teaching pupils yielding and submission rather than the principles of thinking and creativity. Sociology scholars stated that the method of rewarding increases purity, repetition spontaneity or memorization but not encouraging fertility, productivity or creativity (Tartori&Qadhat, 2007 : 56). Moreover, Johns stated that creativity is not a singular gift enjoyed by a small group, but a collective ability in most of the people, it can be improved or suppressed prone to their individual abilities (Jabir, 1997 : 19).The study, which is entitled "The Effectivity of Scamper Training Program", aims at improving the creative abilities of elementary school female pupils via delineating the Scamper program. The method is verified through the following hypotheses : 1. There are no statistically significant differences on the level of (0.05) between the controlling group pupils' scoresin the pre and post tests on Torrance's scale of creative abilities.2. There are no statistically significant differences on the level of (0.05) between the experimental group pupils' scoresbefore and after applying the training program on Torrance's scale of creative abilities 3. There are no statistically significant differences on the level of (0.05) between the controlling and experimental group pupils' scores in the post testaccording to Torrance's scale of creative abilities Furthermore, so as to achieve the aim of the study and its hypotheses, the researcher chose two tools that are; Torrance scale of creative abilities and Scamper educational program that are both adapted by the researcher. Torrance's scale, in its final form, comprised of 3 different activities. The first score is considered according to the additions set by a pupil to the activity and the suitability of the title test to the form she sketched. In addition, the training program is adopted to assure the study hypotheses. Sample of the study composed of (20) fourth elementary female pupils who are randomly distributed into two groups; experimental and controlling, with (10) pupils each. The experimental group is exposed to Scamper program for (8) sessions in (5) weeks, while the controlling group is left unexposed to a program. For the sake of data processing, a variety of statistic tools are applied as; Chi square, arithmetic mean, Pearson correlation coefficient, the T - test for two independent samples, Mann Whitney Test and Wilcoxon Test.With regard to the achievements of the study, the following results are stated : 1. There are no statistically significant differences on the level of (0.05) between the controlling group pupils' scores in the pre and post tests on Torrance's scale of creative abilities.2. There are statistically significant differences on the level of (0.05) between the experimental group pupils' scoresin the pre - test after applying the training program and the post - test.3. There are statistically significant differences on the level of (0.05) between the controlling and experimental group pupils' scores after applying the program in favor of the experimental group.Results of the study show that Scamper educational training program if effective in improving the creative abilities of elementary school female pupils. But the fixity accounted by two ways are : (re - test way, and the internal uniformity way with using of Alfa Kronbach equation). The data had treated statistically using the statistical case for the social sciences using the tools and statistical Person linking's coefficient and Alf Kronbach's Equation and the T - test for the linking coefficient and Kay square.The results showed that the current personality forms in the university students as a whole and for both sex and the specialists is the reconciler, and the favourite jobs are the researching jobs with the sample together as well as with the females and students of the humanitarian specialization, and the realizing jobs are the favourite jobs for the males sample in the scientific specialization as well as on student of the scientific specialization, while the social jobs were the favourit with male in the humanitarian specialization in addition to the females in both specializations. But the linking relationship between the forms and professional preferences, maybe sometimes have sense and then its sense disappeared according to the change, explaining that the acceptance system in the Iraqi universities is accept sometimes in the professional environment (social, factual, traditional, risk) where the system is not accept in two professional environment (artistic, and researching).The recommendations in the light of the results, the researcher presents some recommendations, one most important of them is benefit from the two scales for many aims, and on develop the other forms together and in equally form according to what demand by the value system, and make the acceptance system in Iraqi universities consider the scientific basis when accept the students in the specializations by depend a development ways and modern techniques and put a personal code in the identity card.As well as to present some scientific suggestions for the future researches

Metacognitive strategies thinking learning and training contributes to develop the capacity of individuals in dealing with the attitudes and awareness and the realization of types of behaviors that come from the individual and others as to the understanding of these strategies and their application is required to use techniques and problem - solving , strategies successfully. In addition to more control over thought processes awareness occur to the various aspects of the mental work metacognitive strategies, have a significant impact on successful learning, So confirmed by researches and studies on the importance of student learning to implement these strategies through monitoring and control, and controlling sources of knowledge. Hence the problem of current research in the necessary of using programs for metacognitiv strategies with the students of teacher's preparing institute training and effective utilization to become part of their ways of thinking which is reflected in a positive manner and conduct scientific research and education with children as the means of the transfer of knowledge and positive impact in the patterns of thinking among students as, it will contribute to the actively in the creation of new generations of arranged thinking and effective in solving the problems that face them and able to contribute to keep pace with scientific progress and knowledge. In order to achieve the goal of current research to know the impact of the metacognitiv strategies in problem solving with students of teacher preparing institute and according to the variable of sex the following assumptions were put : 1. There is no noticeable statistical differences between the average degree of the experimental group and control group average score in the post (subsequently) test to test problem - solving (heuristics, generate solutions, strategies)2. There are no noticeable statistical differences between the average degrees of the four groups in the difference between the previously and post tests to test problem - solving (heuristics, generate solutions, strategies).3. There are no noticeable statistical differences between the average degree of the Experimental group of Males and the average degree of the experimental group of females in the post test problems - solving (heuristics , generate solutions, strategies). Basic research sample consisted of (100) Male and female students from fourth classes teacher's preparing institute Experimental and Control are in the province of Kirkuk, they represent four research groups. Half males and half female, four sections ( 25) student female or student for each group was conducted parity between the four groups in the variables (age, intelligence, educational level of parents and previously reasoning test - generating solutions - strategies)Tests have been constructed to solve problems, they are : 1. Reasoning test and the final form is (38) item, apparent honesty and content validity and building have been extracted for it, and extracting reliability, with - test way and is (82%).2. Generate solutions test to be in final form of (15) item have been extracted and apparent validity and content validity and the coefficient constant was calculated in retesting to then reached to (84%) and with way alpha Kron Bach being (82%)3. Test Strategies are being final form of (30) item, and apparent validity and content validity had been extracted and construction, and reliability coefficient was calculated in the method of bringing the half retail to come to (84%) after correction equation of Spearman Brown.These tests were applied previously and re - test on the fourth groups. The two experimental groups, were submitted to the metacognitive strategies in the subject of educational Guidance by two classes per week for ten weeksThen treating the data by using the following statistical methods (Qai square ,te - test, Pearson correlation coefficient, analysis of variance ,and Duncan test for multiple contracting)The Results the research came up with are the following : 1 - The superiority of two experimental tests in test of problem - solving (heuristics - the generation of solutions - strategies)2 - There is no noticeable statistical differences according to the variable of sex (gender) between the two experimental groups.These results reflected the impact of the strategies programs metacognitive strategies in solving problems and in accordance with the results of research the researcher has formulated a set of recommendations, including : 1 - Training courses are conducted to increase capability of the teachers in using metacognitive strategies throw program to train the educational staffs during service.2 - Paying care attention the articles to the teacher's preparing institute used for the scientific subjects that describes the concept of metacognitive strategies and how it is used by teachers and students. Also a set of proposals were put including the following : 1 - Studying the impact of training on metacognitive strategies in educational efficiency of teachers.2 - Studying the impact of the metacognitive strategies in the variables (innovation - scientific thinking - obtainment) with students of Teacher's Institute of both genders.

Abstract: يهدف البحث الحالي سلوك الاستقواء وعلاقته بتقدير الذات, والتعرف على الفروق الاحصائية في السلوك الاستقوائي على وفق متغير الجنس ( ذكور - اناث ) , والتعرف على مستوى تقدير الذات لدى طلبة المرحلة المتوسطة , والتعرف على الفروق الاحصائية في تقدير الذات على وفق مت | The current work aims at investigating the bully behaviour scale and its relation with the self - evaluation, as well as recognizing the statistical differences concerning this type of behaviour according to gender differences (males and females). The study also focuses on identifying the level of self - evaluation among secondary school students and showing the statistical differences according to gender (males and females). The sample included in this study comprises 400 students (males and females) in the secondary schools. Those are chosen according to the level of their study and randomly in Karbala (2015 - 2016). To accomplish the aims of this work, the researcher has done the following : 1. Making a measurement for studying bullying scale including seven branches. The researcher has checked its differentiation strength for its points and its psycho - metric measurement, working out its face validity and construction validity. Also, reliability is worked out via testing and retesting using Pearson correlation coefficient and Alpha Cronbach's equation. The scale in its final state is composed of 34 points distributed to several domains ( the domain of body, the verbal , social , sexual, racial, electronic domains and possessions). 2. Adopting the bullying self - evaluation (2011). The researcher has enquired about its discriminatory strength concerning its points and its psychometric properties. The validity is inspected via two ways : face validity and construction validity. The reliability is gotten via testing and retesting as well as using Alpha Cronbach's equation. The scale in its final state comprises 18 points suitable to measure the students' self - evaluation in the secondary schools. The researcher has applied the two scales to the sample of the study. After analyzing and treating the data statistically using the following statistical methods : T - test for one sample, T - test for two independent samples, Pearson correlation coefficient, Chi - Square, T - test to test the correlation. The researcher has concluded the following : 1. There is an inconsiderable bullying behaviour among the secondary school students. 2. There are statistical differences in practicing bullying behaviour in relation to gender and on behalf of the males. 3. The secondary school students have a high self - evaluation.4. There are statistical differences among the secondary school students in relation to self - evaluation attributed to gender and on behalf of the males. 5. There is a weak relation with no statistical evidence between bullying and self - evaluation. The researcher has suggested and recommended a number of future studies concerning the bullying behaviour and its relation to self - evaluation.

The current research has been confined to secondary school students scientific and humanitarian fifth grade and stage of the second stage, Consisting of (400) students were selected With random way that disproporionate distribution of schools of the province of Babylon, amounting to ten secondary schools five males and five females.To achieve the objectives of research, the researcher make a measure of symbolic violence, which consists of three areas identified by the definition : a set of symbols and references and connotations, and the looting of freedoms and arbitrariness and tyranny hidden and disguised. The discriminatory power of the symbolic to measure of violence, which amounted to (55) have been chosen, the characteristics Alsekoumtrah that presented validity and reliability.For scale of the existential frustration the researcher depending the scale (Saadi 2009) for the non - existential furcation which consists of (45) points in its final image disruptive among five filed, the researcher extract validity and reliability.The two scale have been applied, after analysis and processing the date statically by using the Al Taiee test to one sample than to tow other difference the results were as the follow.1 - Members of the current research sample no suffering to symbolic violence.2 - The high school students differ in the moral significance of symbolic violence by type (males - females) and in side of females and specialization (humanitarian - second stage).3 - Suffering members of the current research sample from the existential frustration to the gender (males - females).4 - There is differences in the moral significance of the existential frustration according to the gender (males - females) to the side of females. 5 - There is no correlation between the symbolic violence and existential frustration.After extracting all the results the researcher produce sone of the conclusions, recommendations and uggestions

Research was conducted to a sample of Al Basra University undergraduates (males and females) according to specialization (i.e. scientific - human) for the academic year 2015 - 2016. For theoretical framework, it concentrated on the following two themes : 1 - Academic procrastination : concept, causing factors, and theories. 2 - Thinking styles : concept, kinds, and theories. Descriptive relational methodology was used to explore the relationship between academic procrastination and common thinking stylesacademic procrastination, and the development of thinking styles through including thinking skills in curricula. As complementary to research, suggestions were concluded for future study such as performing a similar study on a sample of undergraduates with low and high achievement levels. 1 - here were statistically significant differences at (0.05) between mean degrees of the sample according to gender, in favor of males. 2 - There were statistically significant differences at (0.05) between mean degrees of the sample according to specialization. 3 - There was an interaction between gender and specialization related to effects on academic procrastination. Other findings included : 1 - Research sample had more than hypothetical level of common thinking styles. 2 - There were statistically significant differences (at 0.05) between degrees of the sample according to gender in favor of males. 3 - There were no statistically significant differences (at 0.05) between degrees of the sample according to specialization. 4 - There was an interaction between gender and specialization in effects on the four common thinking styles.Moreover, it was found a significant correlation between academic procrastination and common think styles. Results are interpreted and discussed according to the adopted theory of each variable (academic procrastination and thinking styles). Additionally, the results were discussed in relation to literature. The researcher concluded some recommendations included : holding seminars and conferences to decrease academic procrastination and show its passive effects on undergraduates and all levels of society. Moreover, there should beFor procedures, the research was conducted to 800 undergraduates (i.e. 400 respondents as treatment and 400 undergraduates as control group), selected by random stratified method of University faculties.To achieve the goals, Academic Procrastination Scale (63 - items scale divided to behavioral, cognitive and emotional fields) was used; in addition to the translation and using Gregorc's Thinking Styles Scale (15 situations, with four choices per each situation; each respondents are free to choose 2 situations distributed to four fields : concrete sequential, concrete random, abstract random, and abstract sequential. External validity, structure validity indicators and discriminatory validity were considered for the Academic Procrastination Scale. As for Thinking Styles; external validity, translation validity and discriminatory validity were considered. In addition, stability of scales was confirmed through test - retest and Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. To verify research procedures and results, the following statistical methodologies were used : (One - sample t - test, two independent samples t - test, two - way analysis of variance (ANOVA), Tukey's test for multiple comparisons, relative weight, standard error equation, and Pearson relation coefficient). Research concluded the following findings : 1 - The sample scored higher than hypothesis level in academic procrastination.

The psychometric features of the two scales have been verified by the use of thefollowing statistical tests : (T - Test one sample, T - Test two independent samples, Z - test, Pearson correlation, Alpha Cronbach's formula). The following results have been reached at : University students have a good level of meta - memory.University students have a good level of motivation for learning.There is a positive relationship between meta - memory and motivation for learning among university students.There are no statistically significant differences in the level of meta - memory according to the gender variable (males - females).There are statistically significant differences in the level of meta - memory for second year students.There are no statistically significant differences in the level of motivation for learning according to the gender variable (males - females).There are no statistically significant differences in the level of motivation for learning according to the stage variable (second - fourth).There are statistically significant differences in the relationship between the two variables according to the gender variable for females at the expense of males.There are statistically significant differences in the relationship between the two variables according to the stage variable for the second stage at the expense offourth stage.At the end of the research, the researcher came up with a number of suggestions and recommendations.

The educational system is the foundation upon which the society builds its ambitions, prosperity and development. As for the teacher, he is the most important of the factors that effectively impact the development of the educational system. When the teacher teaches study classes he faces and undergoes many pressures among which is worry. The teacher's anxiety during his presence in the classes contributes in creating many problems like; the effectiveness of class activities, their quality and the way they are conducted. Anxiety that is resultant of teaching appears clearly at the beginning of the teaching experience or before it. This appears on the student teachers at the colleges of education who suffer a lot from the problem of teaching worry. - Social interaction is one of the main processes in all the different society institutions; it works on building mental health of individuals. Mental health has a positive relationship with social interactions, where the person who has social interaction can control worry. Anxiety is one of the most famous psychological variables that emerged in the present century. Anxiety in general and teaching anxiety in particular is one of the most important variables that affect trainees in the professional preparation stage. The importance of teaching anxiety appears clearly among the students during the teaching practicum period for the first time. The teaching process represents a new experience for the teacher students. Joyce and Gift emphasize the importance of building a training program whose objective is to enable the student teacher to socially interact with the carrier and overcome the difficulty of the teaching carrier. American experimentalist sociologists have taken interaction as main variable in their experiments, for it suits their wish of objectivity, as it is a great understanding tool among those who study the operations of small groups whether they are at the factory or at the protected group. - This research aims at identifying the following : 1. Teaching anxiety among students of the colleges of Education at the University of Basrah.2. The impact of the social interaction method in decreasing teaching anxiety among students of the colleges of Education at the University of Basrah.The following hypotheses are based on this objective : • There are no statistically significant differences at (0.05) in the post - test for the teaching anxiety scale in the experimental and control groups. • There are no statistically significant differences at (0.05) in the (pre - test - post - test) for the teaching anxiety scale in the experimental group.• There are no statistically significant differences at (0.05) in the (pre - test - post - test) for the teaching anxiety scale in the control group. - The basic research sample is composed of (845) fourth year students from the colleges of Education (college of Education for Human Sciences, College of Education for Pure Sciences, College of Education for Women, College of Education - Qurna, and College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences) at the University of Basrah. The experimental sample, (20) students, was chosen randomly from the college of Education for Human Sciences in the academic year (2015 - 2016). They were distributed randomly into two even groups, an experimental group and a control one. - To achieve the goals of the research, the researcher adopted teaching anxiety scale presented by (Parsons, 1973) (TCHAS (1)(29)) translated by Saied Aldhufri and Ayda Albosaidia (2009), and built a training program according to the social interaction method, it was composed of a theoretical side and a practical one depending on (R.F. Bales) theory of social interaction. - The researcher balanced the students of both groups in a number of variables (pre - test of the teaching anxiety scale, father and mother's qualification, age, gender). - The researcher investigated the validity of the scale and the training program through face validity method. The reliability of the scale was measured by Alpha Cronbach's formula. The scale's reliability was (0.80). The final form of the scale included 29 items (15 negative and 14 positive) and alternatives (Always, often, sometimes, rarely, never). Theoretical grading of the scales ranges between (29 - 145) points with a theoretical mean about (87). - The researcher used the following statistical means (T - Test one sample, Alpha Cronbach's formula, Mann Whitney Test, Wilcoxon Test). - The research reached at the following results : 1. Students of the colleges of Education at the University teaching anxiety where the mean obtained was a little lower than the hypothesized one.2. The results of the training program according to social interaction method showed that the program was effective. - In the light of the results obtained, the researcher concluded that : 1. The teaching anxiety scale (TCHAS (1) - 29) is effective in measuring teaching anxiety as previous studies had shown.2. The social interaction method is effective in decreasing the level of teaching anxiety among the students of the colleges of Education. - Depending on these results, the researcher recommended the following : 1. It is necessary to pay attention to the practical and training sides in the teacher preparation programs at the colleges of Education.2. It is necessary for the professors at the colleges of Education who supervise student teachers to advise them and decrease their fears and difficulties - The researcher also suggested the following : 1. Contribution methods of processing information in Smart Thinking.The current research is determined in students of fourth grade in secondary school (morning Study) for both Branches (Scientific & Literary One) for schools that belong to Directorates of Education Karkh I in Baghdad Governorate for the academic years (2014 - 2015) For the purpose of achieving the objectives of Thesis , Researcher relies on the following : • Building smart thinking component of (60 items ) as the final paragraph, the researcher has extracted a measure of validity and reliability.• Adopting a Scale (1981, Schmeck) which is translated by by (Hamadi, 1997) for methods of information processing and is composed of four sub - scales and component of (43 items), the researcher has extracted a measure of validity and reliability. The researcher applies smart thinking measurement on the research sample amounting to scale (500) students were chosen stratified in random way then she applied the methods of information processing scale to students of thinking smart, which numbered (153 students) from the original research sample.The researcher found the following results : 1. The Preparatory fourth grade students have smart thinking.2. Female smart thinking enjoy a much higher degree than males.3. Scientific branch students enjoy thinking and much higher degree of smart literary Branch students.4. The Preparatory fourth grade students who have smart thinking are characterized by possessing methods of information processing.5. The lack of statistically significant differences among students in the fourth grade Preparatory of males and females in the methods of information processing.6. The lack of statistically significant differences among students in the fourth grade Preparatory of both scientific and literary branches in the methods of information processing.7. The presence of correlation between the methods of information processing and smart thinking.8. Contribute methods of information processing statistically significant contribution to addressing in smart thinking. In light of these results the researcher put forward a number of recommendations including : • The need to help students acquire methods information processing to suit modern requirements and to achieve the required smart thinking better level.• Increased interest in the educational system in the processing of students on the basis of how to think , and how to organize information. Abstract: At present time, the world is witnessing un preceded change in considering future. As it is one of the things that form the major part of the challenge encountering societies. This situation requires a good knowledge about the abilities of society's members in order to make aims suitable to these members' abilities. Our success and our failure and the tasks we are to implement, all, depend on our being optimistic or pessimistic. The variety and abundance of capacities are not enough to achieve success in daily life, also, they are not enough to reach future ambitions, un less we have the suitable and enough amount of optimism. Each of us has his own problems that need effective and inventive solutions. This obliges us to use high0 order cognitive procedures suitable to resolve these problems. We need to have two types of cognitive Holding power (CHP) which is a learner's situation emerges from promoting learning position to the level of using cognitive procedures of first or second order. The first order of cognitive Holding power refers to a learner's position which entails their following regulations and qualitative procedures which the teacher chooses. As to the second order of cognitive Holding power, it refers a learner's positions which entails their performing their work by themselves and engage in the activities which require using different conceptions to discover strategies and solve all problems encountering the different learning situations. Preparatory level represents an important stage in individual's life because it is a basis from which he set out to study in college And to choose his scientific and professional future in accordance with the student's abilities in order to be scientifically qualified to serve their society in all aspects of life. So, because of the significance of the preparatory stage, all requirements which develop student's experience and skills should be fulfilled in cognitive holding power and all domains. Therefore the present research aimed to define the following points : 1 - Future expectations in students of preparatory stage (optimism - pessimism). 2 - Cognitive Holding power in students of preparatory stage 3 - The relationship between future expectations and the orders of Cognitive Holding power in students of preparatory school. 4 - The difference in relationship between future expectations and the orders of Cognitive Holding power according to the variable of gender (male - female). 5 - The difference in relationship between future expectations and the orders of Cognitive Holding power according to the variable of branch (scientific - literary). In order to achieve the aims of the research, two devices were used : the first future expectations measure which was constructed by the researcher. The researcher made sure of the validity of the measure by presenting it to many experts. After that the items were collected and analyzed. Then, the validity and the reliability of the measure were checked the final measure consists of (24) items the other measure was of Cognitive Holding power and the researcher adopted Stevenson's measure which consists two orders of Cognitive Holding power, the first order (FOCHP) and second order (SOCHP). This measure consists of (30) items. The validity and the liability of the measure were checked. The sample of the researcher consists of (400) students (male and female) in preparatory stage from AL - Karkh third directorate of educational. The students were randomly chosen. The research came up with the following findings : 1 - Students of preparatory stage have optimistic Future expectations; they are not affected by the standing situation.2 - The middle school students look alike in the level of thinking while they are in the learning environments are similar3 - The variable of future expectations is positively related to the variable of Cognitive holding power. 4 - There are no statistically significant differences between future expectations and Cognitive holding power (CHP) according to the gender variable (male - female). 5 - here are no statistically significant differences between future expectations and the first - order Cognitive holding power according to the gender variable. 6 - There are no statistically significant differences between future expectations and the second - order Cognitive holding power according to the gender variable. 7 - the specialty variable is not statistically significant on the two measure of the present research. There is relation between the autosuggestion (dependent variable) and strategic thinking (independent variable).6. The strategic thinking (independent variable) contributes in predicting with the autosuggestion (dependent variable) of the school leaderships.administering the scales on the pilot study sample According to the results the researcher gives the following recommendations : 1. The validity and reliability of the scales have been ensured.After analyzing the data statistically, the results show that : 1. Decrease the mental strain of the study sample and decrease the level of anxiety, depression, and lack in trust, but there is an increase in the level of social difficulties.2. There are no statistically significant differences in the mental strain, its dimensions and the independent variables (gender, specification, the university, the study "private, not private", and if they have immigrated friends). However, there arestatistically significant differences according to the study type in the favor of not private universities.3. There are negative attitudes towards the immigration out the Iraq.4. Only (22%) of the sample have high attitude toward theimmigration and (78%) do not show clear attitude towards the immigration.5. There are no statistically significant differences in the study sample attitudes towards the immigration according to the independent variables.6. There is no relationship between the mental strain and attitudes towards the immigration out the Iraq.According to the results several suggestions and recommendations set forwards.

Abstract: Difficulties of learning represent one of the problems that many individuals suffer from during their growth stage. Children who suffer from some of these difficulties possess abilities that cover weaknesses in their performance, for instance, they can tell wonderful stories, though they could not write. They could succeeded in performing very complex skills, even though they fail in following simple instructions. They seem like normal people, but they suffer from serious difficulties in learning some skills in school. Some of them cannot learn reading, some are disable of learning writing, and still others commit frequent errors and confront real difficulties in learning mathematics. Because these children succeeded in learning some skills and fail in learning other skills, they have a variance in their learning abilities. This variance is found between achievement and intelligence. Accordingly, experts indicate that the main distinguished problem in learning difficulties is the difference between performance and ability (Al - Khateeb, 1997 : 7).One of the difficulties addressed by the current research is the difficulty in reading (dyslexia), which is defined as the difficulty of the child ability and his disability in understanding words apart from defects in pronunciation.Dyslexia has caused the child many psychological and social problems. Some of these problems is the (volitional silence) which is regarded as one of the personal and behavioral disorders that impede the child from practicing his normal life and cope with the environment in which he lives. To the extent that the child refuses to speak in certain situations, although he speaks in others. Sometimes a child may be isolated or introverted.In order to know the relationship between dyslexia and volitional silence, the researcher has put forward a number of objectives : 1 - Dyslexia of students who have difficulty in learning in primary stage.2 - Volitional silence of students who have difficulty in learning in primary stage.3 - The differences in dyslexia of students who have difficulty in learning in primary stage according to gender (male/female).4 - The differences in volitional silence of students who have difficulty in learning in primary stage according to gender (male/female).5 - The relationship between dyslexia and volitional silence of students who have difficulty in learning in primary stage.6 - The relationship between dyslexia and volitional silence of students who have difficulty in learning in primary stage according to gender (male/female).7 - The prevalence of dyslexia among students who have difficulty in learning in primary stage.8 - The prevalence of volitional silence among students who have difficulty in learning in primary stage.In order to achieve these objectives, there must be psychological scales for measuring the variables of the study, consequently, the researcher has adopted Davis scale (Davis, 1992) for dyslexia and Elis scale (Elis, 2008) for measuring volitional silence. The researcher has translated, adapted the two scales in line with the Iraqi environment and elicited the psychometric properties of the two scales.The two scales have been administered on a sample consists of (348) male and female students. They are chosen by using the randomcategorical method from students who suffer from difficulty in learning in the primary stage.The results are as follows : 1 - Students who have difficulty in learning suffer from dyslexia too much.2 - Students who have difficulty in learning suffer from volitional silence in general.3 - There are statistically significant differences in dyslexia according to gender for the benefit of males.4 - There are statistically significant differences in volitional silence according to gender for the benefit of males.5 - There is no correlational relationship between dyslexia and volitional silence.6 - There is no correlational relationship between dyslexia and volitional silence according to gender (the relation is statistically insignificant).7 - The rate of prevalence of dyslexia among students who have difficulty in learning is (16%), that is about (63) students from the total number of participants.8 - The rate of prevalence of volitional silence among students who have difficulty in learning is (21%), that is about (81) students from the total number of participants.In the light of the afore - mentioned results, the researcher has put forward a number of recommendations and suggestions for further studies.

They were divided into an experimental and control groups after checking the variables of (intelligence, age, academic level of both father and mother, the marks obtained by the students and their general level). The researcher applied the test of the thinking skills which contien (16) queshins and for skills its (classifcayes,concolosun,comparative and askeds) ,to developed thiking skills of primary school student (forth class) and the psychometric characteristics were obtained for both of them. Then, the test and the program were applied successively on the research sample.The research tried to verify the following hypotheses1 - There are differences of statistical indication at the level (0.05) in thinking skills between the pre and post texts of the control group.2 - There are differences of statistical indication between the pre and post tests at the level (0.05) in thinking skills of the experimental group.3 - There are differences of statistical indication at the level (0.05) in thinking skills of the per and post test for both the experimental and control groups.4 - There are differences of statistical indication at the level (0.05) in thinking skills of the per and the reprived tests for the experimental group in the test of thinking.In order to verify the results of the research non - parametric statistical methods were used, and the outcomes showed that there were statistically indicating differences between the experimental and control groups and in favor of the experimental group and as follows : 1 - Accepting the zero hypothesis and rejecting the alternative hypothesis as the counted value was (3,432) and it was more than the (25) table value.2 - Rejecting the zero hypothesis and accepting the alternative hypothesis as the counted was (36) and it was less than the (25) table value.3 - Rejecting the zero hypyhesis and accepting the alternative hypothesis as the counted value reached (0) which was less than the table value that reached (56).4 - Rejecting the zero hypothesis and accepting the alternative hypothesis as the counted value reached (0,83) which was more than the criterion value of (0,60).In the light of the results, the researcher submitted a number of recommendations and suggestions

Individuals very in the independence traits they have. The dependent behavior is remarkable in our society in young people. We can see it in family, at work or in learning. This dependence deprives the adolescent of the freedom of acquaintance even at a simple level. The problem becomes worse when individuals continue depending on those who are elder them. For the mentioned reasons, this study conducted a comparison in reading propensities between psychologically parents - independent individuals and psychologically parents - dependent individuals in students of preparatory school. The significance of this study can be summarized in the following points : 1 - In the scientific aspects The dealing with the two variable of the study (reading interests and psychological independence from parents) has it's scientific and theoretical importance for it explain the nature of comparing reading Interests between psychologically independents and Psychologically dependents from parents. And because this study is the first of it's type. As for as the researcher know and the scientific explanation of this study would reduce the dependence on researches conducted on other societies which differ from Iraqi society in their social phenomena comparison. 2 - In practical aspect : The results of this research will practical and applied type. It's findings will induce the educational institutions to do more in order to discover the causes of being in reading Interests and refraining from. 3 - The significance at the level of strategy and planning : the strategic importance of this research and it's significance at the level of planning are represented by what findings it reaches and by what it recommends and suggests. The findings of this research would help in lay out strategies of educational institutions. The research aimed at the following objects : 1 - Reading interests in students of preparatory school. 2 - Psychological independence from parents in students of preparatory school. 3 - The difference in Psychological independence from parents in students of preparatory school according to the variable of gender (male - females). 4 - The difference in reading interests between psychological dependent and independent students from parents of students preparatory school. 5 - The difference in reading interests between psychological dependent and independent students from parents of male students of preparatory school. 6 - The difference in reading interests between psychological dependent and independent students from parents of students female preparatory school. The researcher sample included (400) students (200) male (200) female they were chosen randomly from eight schools of Baghdad directorate of education / Rasafa 3 for the year (2013 - 2014). In order to achieve the aims of the present research, the researcher adopted reading interests scale (Addai and atia , 2008) and after analyzing the items by the relation of the item degree to the total degree of the measure. The final from of the measure involved (25) items.two kinds of validities were used : the apparent validity and validity of construction. The coefficient of reliability of reading interests was (0.73). This was conducted by Cronbach's Alpha. As for the re - test, the coefficient of reliability was (0.78). As for the second variable of the present research (the psychological independence from parents), the researcher construct a measure for the psychological independence from parents making used Hoffman's measure (1984). After conducting a statistical analysis on the measure items, the items which are not distinctive were dropped out. So the final form of the measure was consisted of (36) items. The researcher elicited the coefficient of reliability by Cronbach's Alpha (0.86) and re - test method (0.89). Two groups were taken (psychological dependent and independent from parents) for comparison in reading interest by using extreme comparison. The sample was divided into two groups, and then the two groups were compared with each other. The findings of the study : 1 - Students of preparatory school have reading interest. 2 - Students of preparatory school either were weakening, or, lack psychological independence from their parents. 3 - There is a statistically significant difference in independence from parents according to gender (male - female) favor of males.4 - There is a statistically significant in reading interests between psychological dependent and independent from parents of students preparatory school favor of the psychological independents from parents. 5 - There is a statistically significant in reading interests between psychological dependent and independents from parents of male students preparatory school favor of the psychological independents from parents. 6 - There is a statistically significant in reading interests between psychological dependent and independents from parents of female students preparatory school favor of the psychological independents from parents. At the end of the study, the researcher put for word recommendations and suggestion on the basis of the findings of his research.

To achieve the objectives of this study were prepared researcher gauges thinking Aldokmati introverted and self - esteem, as they meet the psychometric properties of reliability and validity, the research sample was selected from colleges, scientific and humanitarian affiliated to the University of Baghdad, and the way stratified random regular, reaching a sample based metrics (400) student and student, and applied them in successive measurements, the sample application has reached the final (300) students by (150) males and specialization (scientific - inhumane), and (150) females and specialization (scientific - inhumane). To investigate the objectives of the study addressed the researcher data statistically and found the following : For the first goal : they used the test t - sample one to know thinking Aldokmati when university students, reaching the value of T calculated (29.134), and this means that the degree of students above grade average theoretical , which confirms that they have to think Aldokmati. The second goal has been achieved through the use of analysis of variance showed the result of bilateral and there were no statistically significant differences in key variables (sex - specialization). The third objective : Use the t - test for one sample to know when introverted university students who have Dokmati thinking, since the calculated value of T (25,939), and this means that the degree of students score higher than the theoretical average, which confirms that they have introverted behavior. The fourth goal : Use the test t - sample one to know self - esteem when university students who own thinking Dokmati, reaching the value of T calculated (16,166), and this means that the degree of students' higher degree average theoretical, which confirms that they have appreciated the same. The fifth goal : achieved through : 1 - Pearson correlation coefficient to find a relationship between the scores of students in thinking Aldokmati and grades in convergence, the results showed that the value of the correlation coefficient is (0184), which is greater than the value of the correlation coefficient table - driven, and this confirms the existence of a correlation positive function, ie, the greater the thinking Aldokmati increased convergence when university students. 2 - Pearson correlation coefficient to find a relationship between the scores of students in thinking Aldokmati and grades in self - esteem, the results showed that the value of the correlation coefficient is (0153), which is greater than the value of the correlation coefficient table - driven, and this confirms the existence of a correlation positive function, ie, the greater the thinking Aldokmati increased self - esteem when university students. To identify the effective dialogue among the students of the University of Baghdad. 2. To identify some personal impressions like (harmony , the emotional stability, the control , the openness to the process of change , the mental satisfactory , then the consciousness). For the students of the University of Baghdad. 3. To identify the relationship between the effective dialogue and some of the personal impressions among the students of the University of Baghdad. 4. To Identify the rate of contribution for each personality traits " harmony , emotional stability, control , openness to change , mental competence and the conscience" " independent variables" in the effective dialogue (the dependent variable) among the students of the University of Baghdad.For the purpose of achieving the objectives of the Thesis , the researcher establishes two measurements to measure (the effective dialogue) and to measure , as well , the scale for (some personal impressions) , and after proving and making sure of the sincerity , the firmness and the powering discriminatory paragraphs which is applied and executed on the sample of (500) students , as university students were chosen a random way , with an equal distribution and by (8) colleges divided by four faculties scientific and four Humanitarian faculties from University of Baghdad. After the processing of the data statistically by depending and using samples T - Test for one sample , and the samples T - Test for two independent samples, as well as by relying on Pearson correlation coefficient, and the coefficient of Alvakronbach correlation coefficient ,in addition to the multiple regression analysis , the sprains, as well as the kurtosis, and the process of analysis for trio variance.This Thesis has reached to the following below results : First : In connected with the first aim : It's appeared that the sample of the research from university students have effective dialogue. Second : Regarding to the second aim : The results have showed that the sample of the research from the university students have features that Find all. Thirdly : Regarding to the third aim : - Results have showed the presence of statistically significant positive relationship between the effective dialogue and some of the personal impressions for the sample in a complete manner. Fourth : In connected with the fourth goal : - The results have showed that all the features and the charactestics that Thesis has dealt with have contributed and participated to the prediction of the effective dialogue for members of the research sample.In the light of the findings and the results of this Thesis , the researcher has offered number recommendations and suggestions : They are as below : The Recommendations : 1. Updating the curricula and teaching methods in the universities for the purpose of Undergraduate design activities and experiences as well that may participate in encouraging the development of the effective dialogue among the students of that University stage.2. An exceeding in anxiety and fear has negative effect on everyday life activities and negative effect on both mind and body. The problem of the study is centered around cognitive conception anxiety of the university students. Thus, the study question as follows : Is there correlation relationship between the cognitive conception anxiety and lifestyles.The university students have their special importance in society and nation development, therefore many studies search in their personality and the effect of anxiety on them to find out the threats and challenges that face them and how guide them to overcome these challenges.Accordingly, the study aims at finding out : 1. cognitive conception anxiety of university student2. the statistically significant differences in cognitive conception anxiety of university students according to gender and specialty.3. The styles of life ( ruling type, getting type, avoiding type and social type) of university students.4. the statistically significant differences in styles of life of university students according to gender and specialty.5. The relationship between the cognitive conception anxietyand the styles of life. 6. The contribution of styles of life in cognitive conception anxiety prediction.The study sample of (450) students is selected randomly as (225) male for scientific and humanistic studies and (225) female for scientific and humanistic studies.The study tools have been constructed by the researcher, the first is the cognitive conception anxiety scale of (30) items and the second is the styles of life scale of (41) items. The validity and reliability of two scales have been verified.The results of the study show that : 1. The university students have cognitive conception anxiety.2. There are statistically significant differences in cognitive conception anxiety according to gender factor in favor of female and there are statistically significant differences in cognitive conception anxiety according to specialty factor in favor of scientific studies and there are interaction between the variables.3. The styles of life : a) The students have rule type style.b) They have getting type style.c) They have avoiding type style d) They have not social type style.4. There are statistically significant differences in styles of life according to gender factor in favor of female, and there are not statistically significant differences according 5. there are not statistically significant differences according to specialty and there are not interaction among the variables.6. There are correlated relationship between the cognitive conception anxiety and each of rule type and getting type of styles of life and there are not correlated relationship between the cognitive conception anxiety and each of avoiding type and social type of styles of life.7. The rule type, the getting type and the avoiding type of styles of life have contributions in the prediction of cognitive conception anxiety, while the social type have not any contribution. Abstract: من المعروف ان الحياة هي بمثابة سلسلة من مشكلات متفاوتة الصعوبة يسعى الفرد الى التغلب عليها لتحقيق التكيف والوصول الى الاهداف المنشودة ويشير (علي , 2012) الى ان تحسس المشكلات ومحاولة التكيف معها قد يرتبطان ببعض السمات التي يجب وجودها لدى الفرد لكي يوصف بان | It is well known that life is a series of varying difficulty Problems through which an individual is seeking to overcome in order to achieve adaptation and to access to the desired aims while Ali has painted to in 2012 that the sensitivity problems and the real attempt to adapt to them may be associated with some features that require presence of the individual so as to be described as an open person towards the experience, because amongst the qualities of open - minded individuals towards the experience they have the ability to store and compass the information and testing a lot of ideas and motivations, such as curiosity, creativity and imagination as well , in addition to , the degree of difficulty of the problems are varied from minor problems to greater orders one , Furthermore , the executive options are considered the main element that participates in solving the high orders' problems because they include a set of mental abilities that will assist the individual to thinking and solve his own problems , • and crystallized the problem of the current research is crystalized in the attempt of the researcher to reply for the following questions : - What is the ability of university students to solve high Orders Problems ?• What's the level of openness to experience among the students of the university?• Is there a relationship between the ability to solve High Orders Problems and openness to experience among the students of the university?The importance of the current study is concentrated in the significance of the variables that is dealt with such as the ability to solve problems with high orders will make the matter easier for the individual performance the positive behavior and by interaction with the others.In other hand , that openness to experience is reflected in the curiosity of knowledge, imagination and depth of emotions and in the behavioral flexibility , as well. Additionally , the researcher according to her own knowledge , hasn't found any Arab or Iraqi study has addressed the variable ability to solve problems with high orders of any study or Iraqi or Arab or even foreign has dealt with the relationship between the two variables which adds to the current research the authenticity and the importance in opening new horizons for next coming studies.The research has been sought to achieve the following below aims : 1. Determining the ability to solve the problems that are related to the high orders of the research sample. 2. Determining the ability to solve problems that are related to the high orders of the research sample according to the variables of sex " Male & Female " and specialization. 3. Determining the openness for the experience, For the research sample. 4. Determining the openness to experience, for the research sample according to the variables of sex " Male & female " and specialization. 5. Determining the relationship between the ability to solve the problems with high orders and the openness to experience, for the research sample.The researcher has used two instruments to measure the variables examined, The first one : test the Tower of London to measure the ability to solve problems with high orders , while the second : the measurement of openness towards the experience, after finding the psychometric properties of the tools have been applied to the sample core consisting of (200) students of University Students Baghdad , data were analyzed by using the following statistical methods : - 1. Pearson correlation coefficient. 2. Alvakronbachcorrelation coefficient.3. The second test for couple separated samples.4. The single test for a singlesample. 5. Analysis duo.The study has reached and found to the following results : - 1. The university students have the ability to solve problems with high orders.2. There aren't statistically significant differences in the ability to solve problems with high orders depending on the variables of sex " Male & female " and specialization. 3. The university students have a low level of openness towards the experience. 4. There are no statistically significant differences in openness to experience depending on the variables of sex "Male & Female" and specialization. 5. The presence of a statistically significant relationship between the components of the ability to solve problems with high orders and openness towards the experience among the students of the universityIn light of these results the researcher has presented a number of recommendations including : 1. The interest in the preparation of programs designed to develop students' abilities to take advantage of all the means and possibilities available to them in order to employ them in solving the problems they may face. 2. The university is working on providing an atmosphere of intellectual openness through the creation of seminars and workshops to encourage students to search for knowledge and the development of curiosity and get them out of their lifestyle is renewed to get them into a state of openness towards the experience. The researcher has presented a number of proposals, including : 1. To conduct a similar study of the current study on different samples such as in High Studies. 2. To conduct study examining and seeking the relationship between the ability to solve problems with high orders with other variables (such as anxiety, the features of personal, patient personal , self - esteem.3. To conduct a study to examine the relationship between openness towards the experience and motivation for achievement.
