Abstract: الفصل الاول : التعريف بالبحث اذ اشتمل على المقدمة واهمية البحث تطرقت فيها الباحثة الى ضرورة التمتع باللياقة البدنية الصحية للحد من امراض العصر بعد ازدياد الادلة التي تشير وتؤيد بالمردودات الايجابية للنشاط البدني في معالجة الامراض ولا سيما السمنة وللمراة بالذات لذا نرى ان الدول اهتمت بهذه الجوانب من خلال وضع المناهج الرياضية الملائمة للتطبيق وعدها نمطا حياتيا يوميا للفرد. وتكمن اهمية البحث في بناء منهج جديد للتمرينات الهوائية المصاحبة للموسيقى يعمل على تحسين القدرات الحركية والقياسات الجسمية. وتجسدت مشكلة البحث عند قيام الباحثة بالتطبيق الميداني واطلاعها على مناهج التربية الرياضية في معهد اعداد المعلمات وعلى الكثير من الدوريات والبحوث العلمية ان معظم فتيات هذه المرحلة يعاني من مشكلة اساسية الا وهي السمنة الزائدة والترهل وضعف في القدرات الحركية وتعتقد الباحثة ان احد اهم اسبابها هو المنهج الروتيني المتبع في المدرسة العراقية الذي يهمل درس التربية الرياضية وان استخدم فانه يكون على الهامش اذ يفتقر هذا المنهج لعنصر التجديد ولا يستعمل مناهج حديثة مثل تمارين الايروبكس اذ تعتبر هذه المناهج غير معروفة ولا تستعمل مطلقا لذلك فان هذا المنهج يصيب مزاوليه بالملل ويحرمهم من الاثارة والتشويق اثناء مزاولة التمارين وبالتالي عدم رغبتهم بممارسة الرياضة والتهرب منها مما يؤدي الى ضعف في قدراتهم الحركية واصابتهم بالسمنة الزائدة نتيجة لعدم ممارسة الرياضة. ويهدف البحث الى اعداد منهج باستعمال التمرينات الهوائية المصاحبة للموسيقى والتعرف على اثر المنهج المقترح في بعض القدرات الحركية والقياسات الجسمية لعينة البحث. وافترضت الباحثة ان هنالك فروقا ذات دلالة احصائية بين الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية للمجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية في القدرات الحركية والقياسات الجسمية لعينة البحث وان هنالك فروقا ذات دلالة احصائية بين الاختبارات البعدية للمجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية في القدرات الحركية والقياسات الجسمية لعينة البحث. واشتمل المجال البشري على عينة من طالبات معهد اعداد المعلمات في بغداد / الرصافة. واجري البحث للمدة من 11 / 2 /2007 ولغاية 29 / 5 / 2007 في القاعة الرياضية الداخلية لمعهد اعداد المعلمات بغداد/الرصافة الاولىوتطرقت الباحثة الى بعض المصطلحات التي تضمنها البحث. الفصل الثاني : اشتمل هذا الفصل على مبحثين رئيسين الاول كان مخصصا للاطار النظري اشتمل : التعرف على ماهية التمرينات الهوائية، وعلى مفهوم الايروبكس، واغراض التمرينات الهوائية وفوائدها، والايقاع والموسيقى والحركات الرياضية، واثر الايقاع الموسيقي على الحركة، والقدرات الحركية التي تتضمن الرشاقة، والتوازن، والتوافق، والمرونة، والتعرف على ماهية القياسات الجسمية واهميتها، والقياسات الانثروبومترية الشائعة في التربية البدنية، والشروط الاساسية لتنفيذ القياسات الانثروبومترية. واشتمل المحور الثاني على الدراسات السابقة اذ عرضت الباحثة ثلاث دراسات سابقة. الفصل الثالث : اشتمل هذا الفصل على منهج البحث واجراءاته الميدانية اذ استعملت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي ، واجري البحث على عينة تم اختيارهم على وفق الطريقة العمدية الاسلوبية.ومن اجل الوصول الى صحة النتائج ودقتها اجرت الباحثة التجانس بين افراد العينة على وفق متغيرات (العمر، الطول، الوزن). واوضحت الباحثة الوسائل والادوات المستعملة بالبحث. وبينت الباحثة خطوات تنفيذ البحث على وفق ما ياتي : تحديد اهم القدرات الحركية والقياسات الجسمية من خلال جمع القدرات والقياسات في استبانة وعرضها على الخبراء ثم اعتماد اختبارات خاصة للقدرات التي اختارها الخبراء. وتم استخراج الشروط العلمية للاختبارات بعدها عمدت الى اجراء تجربة استطلاعية ومن ثم اجرت الاختبارات القبلية وبعدها قامت الباحثة بمساعدة الفريق المساعد بتنفيذ المنهج المقترح والذي استغرق تنفيذه (12) اسبوعا وبواقع ثلاث وحدات تدريسية اسبوعيا وللايام ( الاحد، الثلاثاء، الخميس )، وقد بلغ عدد الوحدات التدريسية ( 36 ) وحدة، وزمن كل وحدة (45) دقيقة وبعدها اجرت الاختبارات البعدية. وتمت معالجة النتائج احصائيا. الفصل الرابع : بعد اجراء المعالجات الاحصائية عمدت الباحثة الى عرض وتحليل ومناقشة نتائج الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية للقدرات الحركية والقياسات الجسمية للمجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية، وعرض وتحليل نتائج الاختبارات البعدية للقدرات الحركية والقياسات الجسمية للمجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية، واستعملت الباحثة الجداول الاحصائية والرسوم البيانية في اثناء العرض والتحليل. الفصل الخامس : شمل الاستنتاجات والتوصيات، واظهرت استنتاجات الباحثة ما ياتي : 1 - نجاح منهج البحث في تطوير القدرات الحركية.2 - نجاح منهج البحث في تحسين القياسات الجسمية. واوصت الباحثة ما ياتي : 1 - ضرورة اعتماد المنهج المقترح في تطوير القدرات الحركية وتحسين القياسات الجسمية.2 - تاكيد منهج التمرينات الهوائية بوصفه وسيلة تدريبية مهمة في تطوير القدرات الحركية وتحسين القياسات الجسمية.ورفدت الباحثة بحثها بالمصادر والمراجع المعتمدة فيه كما ادرجت المنهج المقترح. | The identification of research contained on the introduction. The importance of the research is that the researcher had talked about the necessity of physical fitness in order to limit the pre : - sent diseases, after the increasing of evidences or clues that refer to positive sides to cure the diseases of fatness specially women. For those reasons; most countries paid much attention for those sides through putting programs to be applied and considered it as a daily program for a person. This research is very important to construct anew program for air exercises which accompany music to improve the movement abilities and physical measurements. The problem of the researcher Toole shape through looking at the programs of teachers institute the main branch that there is ignorance at teaching P.E. and they depend on the traditional exercises which are practiced in intermediate and secondary school, of comes, that may make a situation of dullness when they do the second lesson. In order to show the importance of the exercises air exercises and to make atmospheres of amusement and advantage, the researcher had done her best to apply the program that is suitable to the abilities of students, and that is considered a good trail to cheek the scientific truths which are needed from the exercises. The research aims to make a program that may use air exercises accompanied music and to know the marks of suggested program in the movement abilities and physic measurement. The researcher suggested that there is statistics marks between the tests before and after for the two groups experimental and regulator in the movement abilities and physic measurements in the symbol of research, there are differences between the tests after for the two groups experimental and regulator . The human field contains a symbol of students at the instituted of teachers at Baghdad / Al - rasafa. The research lasted from 11 / 2 / 2007 to 29 / 5 / 2007 in the internal sport hall in the institute of teachers in Baghdad Al - rasafa /1. The researcher, also announced some idioms which the researcher contain. Chapter two : - This chapter involved two main researches. The first is specialized for theoretical field which leads to nature of air exercises, and the concept of aerobic duns and the sport movements and the effect of the rhythm of music on movement and the movement ability which involved gracefulness, balance co - ordination, reflex ability and to know the body measurement and its importance, the common anthropologic measurement at P.E and the main condition to fulfill the anthropologic measurement. The second field involved on the previous studies, the researcher showed three previous studies. Chapter three : - This chapter involved the research programme and field procedures. The researcher used the experience research at designing, experienced research. The research is applied on a symbol of students who are chosen correctly according to ( age, length, weight ). The researcher also, explained the tool or instrument which were used in the research. The researcher explained the ways by which the following steps were taken : - To definite the more important movement abilities and physical measurements through gathering the abilities and measurements in a form that must be displayed in front of specialist people, and then, to rely on special tests to test the abilities that are examined by experts. the researcher had taken out the scientific conditions for tests. After that, a curvy experience had been done, teaks had been done after that, and the results were treated statistically. Chapter four : - After doing the statistical treatment, the researcher tried to show analyze and discuss the test results before and after for the two groups experimental and regulator, the researcher had used statistical tables and group his during displaying and canalization. Chapter five : - This chapter involves solutions in addition to recommendations. Those solutions show the following : - 1 - The research has succeeded to develop movement abilities.2 - The research has succeeded to develop physical measurement. Abstract: اشتمل هذا الفصل على المقدمة واهمية البحث,اذ تشكل الاساليب التدريسية عنصرا مهما تحمل في طياتها معالجة لمتغيرات رئيسه تحدث اثناء الدرس والتي ترتبط بالمدرس ، والطالب ، والهدف وكيفية استثمار الدرس في السلوكيات التربوية الهادفة في تطوير الطالب بدنيا واجتماعيا ونفسيا ومعرفيا ومعنويا,ان لكل اسلوب تدريسي اهدافه ومضامينه وتطبيقاته الخاصة به التي تلائم الفعالية والمهارة المطلوب تعلمها ,لذا فعند اختيار اسلوب للتدريس يجب ان يتناسب هذا الاسلوب مع المرحلة العمرية والدراسية , ويراعي الفروق الفردية بين المتعلمين, وان يتلاءم مع البيئة التعليمية ومواقعها وامكانياتها واحتياجاتها وذلك لايصال المادة الى المتعلم باسرع وقت واقل جهد.اما اهمية البحث فتظهر من خلال استخدام احد الاساليب التدريسية الحديثة التي تهتم بمراعاة الفروق الفردية بين المتعلمين من خلال احتواء وتضمين جميع المتعلمين في نفس العمل ومن هذه الاساليب اسلوب التطبيق الذاتي المتعدد المستويات الذي يوفر خطوات تعليمية ذات مستويات بداية متعددة في درجة الصعوبة لكي تسمح لكل طالب ان يختار مستوى الصعوبة الذي يتناسب مع قدراته وقابليته ليبدا منه التعلم. - اما مشكلة البحث : - فتكمن في ان تحقيق المهام الجديدة والمتقدمة للتربية الرياضية تتطلب الخروج من الاسلوب التقليدي المتبع في تعليم المهارات الاساسية بكرة اليد واستخدام الاساليب التدريسية الحديثة التي تراعي الفروق الفردية بين المتعلمين, ومنها اسلوب التطبيق الذاتي المتعدد المستويات الذي يوفر مستويات بداية متعددة في مستوى الصعوبة لكل مهارة من المهارات الاساسية الخاصة باللعبة مما يجعلها تلائم المستويات المختلفة فاختيار المتعلم للمستوى الذي يرغب بدء التعلم فيه بما يتناسب مع قدراته وقابليته البدنية والحركية سوف يجعل من عملية التعلم عملية بسيطة وسهلة ويساعد المتعلم بالتغلب على حالة التردد والخوف من الاخفاق في مرحلة التعلم الاولية . اما اهداف البحث فكانت كما ياتي : _1 - اعداد منهج تعليمي باستخدام اسلوب التطبيق الذاتي المتعدد المستويات في تعلم بعض المهارات الاساسية بكرة اليد .2 - التعرف على تاثير المنهج التعليمي المعد باسلوب التطبيق الذاتي المتعدد المستويات في تعلم بعض المهارات الاساسية بكرة اليد .اما فرضيات البحث فكانت : 1 - هناك فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين نتائج الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية في تعلم بعض المهارات الاساسية بكرة اليد للمجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية.2 - هناك فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين نتائج الاختبارات البعدية للمجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية في تعلم بعض المهارات الاساسية بكرة اليد. وقد اشتملت مجالات البحث علىا - المجال البشري : عينة من طلاب الصف الثاني المتوسط مدرسة صقر قريش للبنين.ب - المجال الزماني : الفصل الدراسي الثاني للمدة من2 / 12 / 2008ولغاية 3 / 8 /2009م.ج - المجال المكاني : محافظة بغداد / مديرية تربية الرصافة /3/ الساحة الرياضية لمدرسة متوسطة صقر قريش للبنين.الفصل الثانـــي الدراسات النظرية والسابقة : - احتوى هذا الفصل على مفردات مختارة لتعزيز عنوان البحث ، اذ تم التطرق فيه الى المنهج, المنهج التعليمي,اهداف المنهج التعليمي, المنهج الرياضي,اهداف التربية الرياضية في المرحلة المتوسطة,اساليب التدريس,اهداف اساليب التدريس, اساليب التدريس في التربية الرياضية,اسلوب التطبيق الذاتي المتعدد المستويات,التعلم والتعلم الحركي,مراحل التعلم,المهارة واهميتها في المجال الرياضي,المهارة ومفهومها التطبيقي,مفهوم المهارة في كرة اليد,تاريخ لعبة كرة اليد, المهارات الاساسية بكرة اليد, فضلا عن الدراسات السابقة لموضوع البحث وهي ا - دراسة بان عبد الرحمن العبيديب - دراسة جاسم محمد عبد الله الدليميالفصل الثالث ( منهج البحث واجراءاته الميدانية ( : استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي ، اما عينة البحث فانتقيت بالطريقة العشوائية من مجتمع البحث الاصلي والبالغ عددهم (40) طالبا من طلاب الصف الثاني المتوسط مدرسة صقر قريش ، اذ عمد الباحث الى اجراء التجانس للعينة واخذ المتغيرات (الطول، العمر، الوزن) وكذلك تحديد الاجهزة والادوات المستخدمة في البحث وتحديد اهم المهارات الاساسية بكرة اليد واختباراتها والمرشحة من قبل السادة الخبراء والمختصين, ومعرفة الشروط العلمية للاختبارات من حيث (الصدق ، الثبات ، الموضوعية) والقيام بالتجربة الاستطلاعية بالاضافة الى تكافؤ افراد عينة البحث في الاختبارات المهارية القبلية, واعداد المنهج التعليمي وتطبيقه والذي استمر لمدة(10) اسابيع وبمعدل وحدتين تعليميتين في الاسبوع وبزمن مقداره (45) دقيقة لكل وحدة تعليمية, وحددت وضبطت المتغيرات اثناء تنفيذ التجربة الاساسية، وتم اجراء الاختبارات البعدية، وقد عولجت النتائج بالوسائل الاحصائية التي تتعلق بموضوع البحث.الفصل الرابع (عرض النتائج وتحليلها ومناقشتها) : عرض النتائج وتحليلها ومناقشتها : - اشتمل هذا الباب على عرض نتائج البحث وتحليلها ومناقشتها ، اذ استخرجت النتائج باستخدام نظام الحقيبة الاحصائية على وفق برنامج (SPSS) في معالجة نتائج الاختبارات القبلية والاختبارات البعدية بعدها تم عرض النتائج وتحليلها من خلال الجداول والاشكال البيانية اذ نوقشت باسلوب علمي بالاعتماد على المصادر العلمية .الفصل الخامس (الاستنتاجات والتوصيات)لقد توصل الباحث الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات هي : 1 - للمنهج التعليمي المقترح باسلوب التطبيق الذاتي المتعدد المستويات اثر ايجابي في تعلم بعض المهارات الاساسية بكرة اليد.2 - عملية اختيار المتعلم للمستوى الذي يرغب بدء التعلم منه بما يتوافق مع قياسه لقدراته وقابليته ساعد في سرعة تعلم المهارات الاساسية المرشحة للدراسة . 3 - اسلوب التطبيق الذاتي المتعدد المستويات يتناسب مع الفئة العمرية لطلاب المرحلة المتوسطة عند تعليم المهارات الاساسية بكرة اليد.اما اهم التوصيات فهي : - 1 - الاستفادة من المنهج التعليمي المقترح باسلوب التطبيق الذاتي المتعدد المستويات لتاثيره الايجابي في تعلم بعض المهارات الاساسية بكرة اليد. 2 - تاكيد استخدام اسلوب التطبيق الذاتي المتعدد المستويات في تعلم بعض المهارات الاساسية بكرة اليد والتي يرافقها شعور بالتردد من الاداء ولاسيما في مرحلة التعلم الاولية . | Included the letter to the five chapters are : Chapter I : The definition of research . ; there are statistically significant differences between the results of post test and the three gropes of the study and they where in favorer of the experimental gropes.Chapter two.Chapter two includes two parts , the first part one is theoretical back ground of identifying the cooperative learning strategy and the schedule whole and part exercise techniques in some basic skills of volley ball (serve , set ) while the second one includes the pervious studies which deals with the subject of the study.Chapter three.Chapter three includes the research procedure the researcher has used experimental design the sample of the study consists of (65) students from Al nwar intermediate school for girls. it was divided in to three experimental groups. the first one includes (25) student ,the second one includes (20) student and the third one which is the control group includes (20) the allotted time of the lesson was (45) min two lessons per the week. the equipments and the test of the study have been explained and the statistical means too.Chapter four.Chapter four includes the results of the pre post test of the selected basic skills in three groups of the research ( two experimental groups and one control groups. the results of the pre post tests showed amoral differences in the three groups and there are also differences between the post test of three groups , which was in favor of the first experimental group (cooperative learning based on schedule whole exercise) then to the second group (cooperative learning based on schedule part exercise) finally to the control group by using the traditional method.Chapter five.Conclusion.1 : the program me that has been adopted by the researcher has appositive effect on learning some basic skills of volley ball.2 ; there is a development on the post tests of the three group of the study ( two experimental groups and the control group with different proportions )3 ; the achievement of the first experimental group ( cooperative learning based on schedule whole exercise) is higher than the achievement of the second experimental group ( cooperative learning based on schedule part exercise) and the control group in the post test.4 ; the achievement of the second experimental group (cooperative learning based on schedule part exercise) is higher than that of the control group in the post test.Recommendation.1 ; stressing on using cooperative learning strategy based on schedule whole and part exercise because it is better than traditional method of teaching in teaching some basic skills of volleyball.2 ; making use of using the strategies with techniques because they have an effective roll in the achieving many aims which will save time and effort.3 ; feedback has a great effective roll in cooperative learning strategy.4 ; It Is necessary to enroll teachers in developing courses to be a war of the modern strategies and techniques of learning as cooperative learning strategy and schedule whole and part exercise.5 ; adopting researches and studies on other different stages of age and other skill but not in volley ball.

Abstract: اشتمل هذا الباب على اهمية البحث والحاجة اليه حيث تم التطرق الى لعبة كرة القدم ومكانتها بين الالعاب والى التدريب واهميته في كرة القدم واهمية التخطيط العلمي للتدريب، وكذلك الى تدريب الشباب باعمار (16 - 18) سنة بوصفهم جزء من القاعدة الاساسية في العملية التدريب | The first chapter : the research definitions, this chapter included the importance of the research and the necessity to it as it dealt with the football game and its position among other games and training and its importance in the football game and the necessity to the scientific planning in training, as well as training the youth of 16 - 18 years of age, as they are part of the main basis in the training operation in addition to the importance of the physical and functional preparation as a main base for the development of skill which the player of football require.The importance of the research exists in the necessity of preparing a training program of various sides to this variety of players which form a professional stage and a wide base to approach the high standards. The research problemThe researcher found that the training operation as whole, and with so many of the coaches is not done according to scientific basis, but by depending on self - diligence and previous experiences they own and this would not lead to the progress desired.The research objectives : 1 - Establishing a training program by using the periodical procedure to develop some of the physical and functional qualities of the youth in football.2 - Defining the effects of the training program in developing some of the physical qualities.3 - Defining the effects of the training program in developing some of the functional qualities.4 - Defining the effects of the training program in some of the skill qualities.5 - Defining which of the groups is better in the dimensionalchoices. The research hypothesis : 1 - There are incorporeal differences of statistical significance between the preceding and the dimensional experiment in some of the physical qualities of the research sample.2 - There are incorporeal differences of statistical significance between the preceding and the dimensional experiment in some of the functional qualities of the research sample.3 - There are incorporeal differences of statistical significance between the preceding and the dimensional experiment in some of the skill qualities of the research sample.4 - There are incorporeal differences of statistical significance in the dimensional experiment of the research variables between the two experimental groups for favor of the trial group. The research spheres : 1 - The human sphere : the air force club players of ages 16 - 182 - The spatial sphere : air force club playground.3 - The time sphere : from 21/1/2007 to 20/3/2007 The second chapter : Subjects of this chapter included theoretical studies and similar studies that tend to support the research subject and they were as follows : - It included on preparing the football team and the concept of the physical preparation (private and public) and the physical qualities in football which are (the strength, speed, pursuit and elegance), the functional adaptation, the functional variables, the technical skills in football, methods of training in football, the periodical training procedure, the method, the method concept and its importance, the basic principles of the procedure, the steps for designing the program, the unit (training dosage) the training init aims, the training unit parts, and similar studies. The third chapter : This chapter contained the research procedure (the experimental program) and the research sample, means of collecting information, the tools, equipments and measurements used, the physical, functional and skill experiments, theobservational trial, the scientific basis of the experiments, field research measures, earlier experimentation, the training program, the dimensional experiments, collection and distribution of data, the statistical procedures. The fourth chapter : Results and their analysis were illustrated in this chapter and discussing what the researcher has arrived to of trials he performed on the sample of the research by using the statistical methods with which he would be able to achieve the research aims and hypothesis. The fifth chapter : This chapter included the conclusions that the researcher has come out with after applying the program in the light of which gave some recommendations, one of which is the necessity to use the methods and the scientific grounds when establishing the training programs and using the field tests to know the physical and functional standard and the players skills for the possibility of doing it as well as organizing training courses to the coaches in training procedures and the necessity for carrying out similar researches. Finally, Arabic and foreign resources were adopted and disclosed with a number of annexes, styles and the training program prepared earlier by the researcher and the thesis summarized in English language.

Abstract: This thesis consisted of five chapters, which are : Chapter 1 : the definition of this research This research contained an introduction and the importance of this topic. Quick development of our modern days is in all life areas, so the states are racing to keep up with this evolution in various fields. Thus, all of the employers in the educational institution must, in light of this rapid change, take advantage of modern methods of teaching and used it to develop the educational process. Meanwhile, the researcher shows his viewpoints in using the ''input method'' (embedding), which is one of the teaching methods that taking into considerations the students' levels and involve all them in the learning process, as well as, the impact of using the learning method for practical methodology skills under discussion by applying the plan ofphysical education lesson in using various method that is adopted by the physical education teacher and interested in miscellaneous materials in order to give more effectiveness or game in one lesson.The problem The students of intermediate stage are not participated in some of the skills that whether they are less than their level or higher than it. Because of the absence of multiple levels of difficulty, Many students have not progress in their level and do not learn. The objectives1 - Preparing curriculum by using the input method for improving some basic methodological skills according to miscellaneous plan in football and basketball.However, these objectives can be achieved under the researcher' assumptions.2 - There are significant differences between the arithmetic means in accordance to the results of the pre - tests and post - tests for both groups namely, experimental and control in learning some basic methodological skills in football and basketball and for thesake post - tests. Chapter TwoThis chapter includes two axes, the first dealt with the theoretical studies as the concept of learning and teaching , methods and tools of teaching and their importance in the learning, as well as, their types and characteristics. Also, this research concerned with teaching style for input and embedding , i.e., its objectives and characteristics, advantages, and disadvantages toward the ways of its development. This research also shows the concept of miscellaneous plan, as well as, some football skills such as (scoring ,rolling and scrolling) and the skills of basketball such as (clapotement, handling and scoring). The second axis includes previous studies of a number of the former researchers.Chapter Three This chapter includes research methodology, in that researcher used the experimental method, and selected a research sample randomly which number (43) students from intermediate second stage (and a researcher conducted homogeneity of this sample and take into consideration the variables (height, weight, age), as well as equivalence, and knowledge of the research's procedures and tools in determining skills and its tests, also the reconnaissance experience , the scientific conditions of the test in terms of (honesty, consistency, objectivity) and preparing the curriculum, then post - tests, and statistical means). Chapter IVThis chapter includes Showing, analyzing and discussing the findings of the pre - and post - tests, for the control and experimental groups.Chapter V This chapter includes the most important conclusions and recommendations reached by the researcher : 1 - The consequences of the tests proved the validity of the curriculum followed by the researcher, and its effectiveness which influencing in teaching students' the methodological skills in football and basketball.2 - To adopt the curriculum of input method and embedding that prepared by the researcher.

Chapter two : Theoretical and previous studies. This section included two theoretical studies dealt with the identification of kinetic Education and its objectives and identify the characteristics of creative thinking, and a sense concept and the concept of perception and identification of sense - activist and how it occurs and to identify kindergarten and objectives related with, the second section has been included in three previous studies. Chapter three : research methodology and Field proceduresThis chapter has included on curriculum of research and field procedures. It use experimental curriculum. The sample of research selected by intentional manner and has (40) children divided into two, experimental and control groups, and (20) children per each group. Chapter four : presentation of results, analysis and discussion This chapter included in the presentation, analysis and discussion of test results for dimensional and tribal groups. Chapter five : Conclusions and recommendations Conclusions : 1 - The curriculum prepared by the researcher had a positive impact in the development of creative thinking and perception of sense - activist to kindergarten of children aged 4 - 5 years.2 - The use of the exercises that develop creative thinking in kinetic education study with games, which develop of awareness of sense - activist showed coherent and effective in the development of the child in each of the variables. 3 - An curriculum showed diversity in the Performance which helped to open prospects for creativity in children and the development of their awareness. 4 - develop creative thinking and perception of sense - activist if they have the proper environment and the conditions and possibilities of convenience.5 - The games, which was exercised by children in a control group showed little creative thinking and perception of sense - activist to them. Recommendations : 1 - mainstream curriculum prepared by the researcher on the kindergarten for his role in the development of creative thinking and perception of sense - activist of the contribution the development of creativity and development capabilities of awareness sense - activist in this important period of a child's life. 2 - Emphasized the importance of studying kinetic education and work on the diversity of games that use it. 3 - Work to conduct similar studies that use two variables or more and work to develop education through the study of kinetic education

The thesis includes five chapter : Chapter One : Introduction Sine college students represent one of the most important social fabric in society , who would actively contribute in developing it and implement the development plans. The academic education became a vital need for different jobs and professional therefore, the students personalities should not have high level of anxiety as anxiety represents one of the main reasons of ill performance, and it also results in mis adaptation which in its tern lends to abnormal the physical performance. Therefore , special instructive and treatment programs for the students who suffers and un justified high levels of anxiety. The problem of the study is represented by the following : The relation between the levels of anxiety for the students in the college of physical education and their performance in the practical education.Aims of the Study 1 - Identifying the level of anxiety for fourth year students in the college of physical education - university of mayssan.2 - Identifying the level of performance for the fourth year students in practical education in schools.3 - Identifying the strength and direction of the relation between anxiety and performance in the practical education.Hypotheses of the Study 1 - There is no statistically significant difference at ( 0.05) level in the anxiety degrees according to levels (higher - middle - tower).2 - There is no meaningful difference in anxiety level between male and female students.3 - There is no meaningful difference in performance level in practical education between male and female students.4 - There is no meaningful difference between anxiety and performance in practical education for male and female students in the college of physical education - university of Mayssan.The domain of the study in includes : 1 - The human domain : a sample from the fourth year student in the college of physical education in mayssan university.2 - Special domain : university of mayssan - college of physical education.3 - Temporal domain : the second term of the academic year 2008 - 2009.Chapter Two : This chapter deals with two aspects, the first one touches upon the theoretical studies which deals with the theories discussing the concept of anxiety its aspects and levels as well as the concept of performance and the factors that affect it , in addition to the practical education , its objective and its preparatory stages. The tried to focus on the studies that discuss. The relation between anxiety and the skillful physical performance or the level of education.Chapter Three : This chapter investigates the methodology and the field procedures used in this study. The descriptive methodology is used following the alternating relations because it conforms to the nature of the studies. In order to attain the aims of study the researcher built an anxiety scale after providing a definition and description to the concept both theoretically and procedurally (65) items were prepared to include the behavioral domain of anxiety. After the study being examined by experts in psychology and measurement and evaluation , (50) items were kept which gained the approval of (80%) of the experts. In the light of logical examination of experts the clear comprehension and instruction of the scale were made sure of. The scale was applied to a sample composed of (30) male and female student who were selected randomly. The items were statistically analyzed to calculate their differentiate strength and truth factors after applying the anxiety scale on a sample composed of (200) male and female students (40) item gained good differentiatial and truth factors at level (0.05) , as such the scale finally included (40) item while performance scale for practical education which was originally made by Bidur Al - Mutaw'a (2006) was modified in terms of domains asthey were reduced from (6) to (5) and interns of the items which were also reduced from (45) to (40) based on the experts recommendations. The two scales were applied in their final formulas on the study sample which is composed of (170) students, then the answers were analyzed statistically and the average were calculated , the researcher used the statistical program (Spss) and the suitable statistical means to attain the aims of the study.Chapter Four : This chapter includes the findings which the researcher arrived at which in their turn were analyzed and interpreted in the linght of the study aims.Chapter Five : Conclusion : 1 - High level of anxiety for the fourth year students in the college of physical education.2 - Relatively good performance in practical education for the student of physical education.3 - There is an inverse relation between anxiety and performance in partical education for the students of physical education.4 - There is no statistically significant difference among the three level of anxiety according to gender and performance.Recommendation : 1 - The researcher recommends making use of the study scale (anxiety and performance) as it enjoys good psychometric characteristic.2 - He also recommends making use of student selection in certain academic especial ties and identifying the students that have different levels of anxiety in order to instruct and represent then. Suggestions : 1 - In order to develop this study , the researcher suggests making further studies on different sample and communities.2 - Identifying the reasons that result in high levels of anxiety in order to develop special programs that could either decrease or overcome anxiety
