Abstract: The Quranic text is characterized by its brilliant composition and precise choice of words. It has its own manner by which it challenges what the Arabs were exellent in. Since then up to now, the Quranic style has been for a considerable study and meditation when the jurist, these jurisprudent, and the linguist have tend tn irrigate themselves from its sweetness in an attempt to contemplate 011 the distingnishcd connotations of its various manner. The linguists have been reflecting on the iilimitability and rhetoric nature of Holy Quran through using accurate vocabulary items or excellent formation of its installation in an endeavour to justify the intended significance of these marvelous points in spite of their efforts to get the semantic purpose but there was barely an uuanimous concept to happen among the schlars of the Qunrnic text not to reach to an access of the peremptory Quranic text and the real secrets behind using certain structure rather than the other or select an item instead of the other, so this study is bascdon the views of the former semantic meanings of the items and tl1eir occurrence in the context attempting to offer an opinion or to render an idea concerning the the idea of the Quranic Rhetoric through chosing a procedure based on semantic differentiation rising from thevarious Quranic style in a certain context rather than the other considering all Iinguistiv tendencies beginning from Al - Sufy to Al - Mu'jamy and this what distinguish this study from the previous ones. It comprises four sections : section one deals with the semantic discriminativity on the phonetic level through two ways; the first studies sound inside the item structure and the other investigates the comma differences because of its different places.In section two, studies the semantic differences on the level of Morphology through studying the aspect and its divergences such as replacement, suffires, elision, and the study of masculine and feminine forms. Abstract: he research is a critical study of "Urban Love Poetry in the Ommaiyd ge among Modem Scholars". It is a study of a general human subject ecific to a certain age, i.e. "Ommaiyd Age".It studies a special manner of love poetry, "Urban Love Poetry". It s determined by a spatial determinant which is the poets of Mecca and edineh.The poets include Omar lbn Abi Rabei'a, Al'rjee, Al Ahuas, and Al Harith Al Makhzumi. Although Omar has been studied a great deal ; the other poets have been studied in a very limited way. Most of these studies focused on the social, historical and political sides. Few or them tackled the artistic side, namely the critical one.Departing from this nation, the research plan includes an introduction, a preface, three chapters, conclusion, bibliography, and an abstract in English.The introduction first contains a theoretical entry to the Urban Love Poetry. It second studies the manners of Love Poetry in the. Ommaiyed Age : the virgin love poetry, the Urban Love Poetry, and the · traditional one. Third, the purpose behind the critical study of the Urban Love Poetry discourse in the Ommaiyed Age among modem scholars is clarified.The first chapter entitled "Urban Love Poetry in the Ommaiyed Age among Modem Scholars" (concept - the causes of currency and popularity - subjects) consists of three sections. In the first section, the axis of the concept of love poetry is studied. In the second section, the axis of currency and popularity is studied. This trend adopts the criteria of eclecticism, exposition, disclosing and analysis, documenting poetic texts, criticism of explanations and critical analyses, and critical evaluation. In the conclusion, the research uncovered that most of the opinions of critics have been inaccurate and slightly subjective. These opinions depended on classical sources like Al Aghani that contain recants that are in need of much checking and documenting. Besides, the view of the modem scholars of love poetry and its kinds need to be revised critically. The research uncovers that much of Omar Ibn Abi Rabei'a, Al'rjee, Al Ahuas', and Al Harith's poetry totally hold a mild meaning of love poetry that is to some extent of the extremely eccentric and the extremely obscene. The poetry of these poets corresponds with the spirit of their age and putatively imitates the preIslamic poetry.B

Abstract: / the text in terms of meaning and intention which used to be the text represents an essetial and most important core for modern and post - modem studies and the theories of the new critical scene. It has become a fertile field of knowledge in which critics and linguists indulged. Thus several and different theories and theses emerged, each tackling 'text' in view of its own principles , methodological and epistimological procedures, such as the russian Formalism, Neo - Criticisim, Structuralism, ~ermutics,andTextualism ,etc..These critical theories have produced different and contradictory v1s10ns of 'text' that intersects with the old vision both in its methodological and epistimological field. With the new critical visions, a bouycot has been established between the text and the writer, who used to dominate ultimate concern of critics and scholars. This bouycot eventually led to the announcement of"the writer's death".After this death of the writer, the text began to be associated with the reader, according to the 'Reader Response theory' which inserested itself in the reader and his/her reading and response.The idea of the present research started with my reading of the Lebanese writer Ali Harb's writinigs which, I believe, include an epistimological and methodological approach of the 'text' and its reading that deserves to be chosen for study. When I told my supervisor, I found that he agrees with me in his assessment of the topic's theoretical and epistimological richness embodded in the introduction of of a comprehensive and integrated textual vision enriched by a reading vision that goes along with it in addition torevealing the bases and epistimological principles out of which this vision came and flourished.The philosophical ahievement of post - modernism has become an important source from which this vision took a lot.Furthermore, this vision is an investable and applicable critical approach that can be adopted in text reading.Besides, this topic is a novel one that has not yet been studied before.The first chapter of the thesis falls into three sections. The first one deals with the etmology of the term 'text', covering its linguistic meaning, multiple meanings,and its metaphorical meanings. The second section tackles the concept of 'text' in scholastic circles and its integration into the other intermingled and overlapping concepts and its fluctuation from one specific scholar to another. Section three touches upon the definition of the term, revealing the difficuty faced in this task due to the differences among schools that used the term.Chapter Two deals with the term 'text' in Ali Harb's critical discource.It falls into three sections,too. The first tackles the the theme of textual identity; the structure of the text can be said to have two aspects : the phonological and the reading aspects. The section tries to show the characteristics of both. Section Two studies the text features; it tries to clarify each to open the way to Section Three which is devoted to study the concept of 'text' in Ali Harb's critical discourse.The third chapter studies the types of text and the bases for their differences due to which they are classified into types, showing the features of each text type. ··Chapter Four falls into two sections. The first deals with the critical possiblities for the reader and the possibilty of multi - readings for the same person of the same text. Section Two tacles the the reading of the text showing its nature, requirements, characteristics, and purposes.It, also, tackles the types of readings clarifying the epistimological vision that makes a specific treatment of a text determined by the text type. The chapter concludes with an account of Ali Khattab's reading approach which he uses in his critical endeavours.Lastly, the results of the study are introdused.

As for the poetic language, the long tragic poem had artistic features which 1nade it more influential in the readers through the mass use of religious expressions suiting the elegy intention which aims to show sadness and weeping for affecting the passions of the readers. The researcher finds out that these long tragic poems have a lot of prominent stylistic features used by the poets for affecting listeners and attracting their attentions. They implied orders, vocations, and questions. Abstract: This thesis is entitled " quotation and implementation in Nahjul Balaga" The holy Quran Hadieth , the old Arabic poetry and proverbs are considered as a source for the writers and poets along the time. And "Nahjul Balaga " is one of them. It is considered as the most important example in making use of such sources , because the huge amount of quotations and implementations it contains.The quotations and implementations are used in " Nahjul Balaga " in two different ways ; direct and indirect ways. It is easy to understand the first one but it is difficult to attribute the second one.The way of the quotation and the implementation , Al Emam uses , shows his great ability in memorizing and the good handling of analyzing the texts.The thesis is divided into two parts : The first is entitled as " The quotation in Nahjul Balaga " and the second is " implementation in Nahjul Balaga ". Each one has three chapters The first chapter is allotted to show the kinds of both the quotations and mplementations. The second chapters sheds lights on their functions. The third one deals with the characteristics of each kind.All this is done after an introduction about the linguistic and idiomatic meanings of the quotation and the implementation and the relationship between them and the modern theory of the text. Abstract: The Abbasid era had witnessed the emergence of an inspiring poet who represented a unique phenomenon in its vagueness and clarity towards the conflicting poetic streams at that time. Taking this as a standpoint, we found that the thrill to discover the secrets of this vagueness in this poet would make his poetry closer to the hearer to understand his meanings, references and causes. Our study which is entitled as (The Poetry of Mansour Al - Nimry : A Thematic Artistic Study) shed lights on the hidden and revealed attitudes in his poetry. He is a distinctively problematic poet who perplexed old and modern researchers to reach the depths of the essence of his poetry. Vagueness had accompanied him all the period he spent in the palace of Haroun Al - Rasheed. The study fell into two chapters preceded by an introduction and preliminary and followed by a conclusion : The preliminary is entitled (Mansour Al - Nimry and the trends of the Abbasid poetry), in which we dealt with the trends poetry in the Abbasid era and the poet's position towards them. We highlighted Al - Nimry's poetic status and critics and researchers' opinions in his poetry. Chapter one is entitled (Thematic Structures in Mansour Al - Nimry's Poetry). It included a prelude followed by the most important themes of poetry that in his poems collection like; political praise that the poet devoted to praise the Caliph Haroun Al - Rasheed and the ruling personnel of the Abbasid State; shiism for the progeny of prophet Mohammed (Peace be Upon his and his progeny); elegizing and old age complain; description and pride; in addition to other themes like; flirtation; satire and wisdom. Chapter two is entitled as (Artistic Structures in Mansour Al - Nimry's Poetry), it consists of three sections : section one is devoted to study poetic language and poetic lexicon. It also deals with the stylistic patterns like; interrogation, vocation, command and inhibition. Then, we talked about the linguistic patterns that occupied a space in Al - Nimry's poetry. Section two studied the poetic music in its two axes; the inner and outer. Section three is devoted to the study of the poetic image and the styles of artistic imagery that the poet followed like; the figurative image and the declarative one. Depending on what was previously stated, we see the poet's employment of a variety of poetic themes, his high ability to compose the words, in addition to the wideness of his poetic lexicon, rhythmic variety, strength of artistic imagery. All these indicate the poet's culture and his openness on the cultural demands of the Abbasid era. Finally, I pray to Almighty Allah to guide me to what He loves and satisfies with. He listens and responds to the call of whoever calls unto Him.

Abstract: Thus, the receivers of Quran were on different degrees and above them all was the prophet, so he is the ideal receiver and the true receiver for the Quran because he is the target of it and those who came after him of pure Imams, then followed by believers and hen Muslims. The disbelievers class, their chiefs like Walid bin Ottba and Ottba bin Abi Rabee'a and Abu Jabil etc... received the holly text and the Call of the prophet and effected and admired it, more were effected in the frame of the Quran and most were effected by its charm and style and few effected by the Quranic stories and the tales of absence yet, they never be believers and never responded because the Quran never met their lusty deeds and their temporal benefits or it may the abilities of the receiver so weak tounderstand this miracle text. At last we said : The Holly Quran is the speech for both man and Jens and for all the nations Arab or otherwise of Books followers and otherwise and despite the creativeness of this text but it left different effects inside who received it all according to his understanding and knowledge of the text beside the lusty deeds and the benefits which were the reasons for the acceptance or refusal of that Quranic text.where showing the Paradise scenes and the hell and the torture. This was because to rise the en\motions of the receiver, also the mentioning of the dialogue between the paradise dwelt and the hell people leaves its effects in the soul of the receiver and to realize that being never received at the lower life and not responding for the messenger Mohammed (peace be upon him) will face not receiving by God the only Dear at the Account day.Part two includes (the receiver out side the Quran text) : it includes the process of announcing and receiving outside the Quranic spelt, it lies intwo chapters : Chapter one : the included (assumed) receiver : this will be achieved at every receiver automatically, positively and deeply, and it can be explained for both hidden and apparent meanings. He is the assumed receiver who has the ideals features in solving the codes of the text and he is unlimited receiver who fills in his circle all of those who receive the text automatically and positively Chapter two : the real receiver : it divided into two parts : 1. The receiver at the time of descending of the Holly Quran.2. The receiver after the death of Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him), that is after ending of the aspirator and accomplish of the text (this is out of our research extend). The receiver at the time of the descending of the Holly Quran coulddistributed into : 1. The Deep in Knowledge : they are the prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him) and the pure Imams (peace be upon them).2. The believers.3. The Muslims.4. The maneuvers.pon him) invitation, the messengers and prophets had receiving the divine speech either by way of aspirator or without any device, or by speech from behind abstract. All the prophets had received the divine speech with acceptance and obeying because they had special nature which is recalling and reacting with the speech. What about the receiving level of the people for their prophets, all people were divided into two parts : 1. Positive receiving.2. the negative receiving.Because the Holly Quran consists of direction towards the receiver, it has to make full use of the reaction of the people towards their prophets when they invited them their messages. The positive receiving leads to saving of this class. The second class was destroyed and had tortured because their receiving was negative.Chapter two : the receiving at the time of Message : it includes the Quranic verses which referred to Qoraish receiving and otherwise of the Call to the believing and how was the reaction. We got the idea that the level of receiving in Holly Quran divided into : belief people and other disbelief and other class maneuver. The belief people were positively receive the Call this what the Quranic verses referred to. The disbelief people had received the Call negatively and we reach the reasons which led to this negativity one of which running behind the wrong inheritance and heir denied for God sending man to be messenger. Also Islam and Quran never agree with their benefits which temporal and their lusty.aspects. Finally the people who were maneuvering, this class heard and received Quran from Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him) but their minds never reacted with the speech because they made the process of the receiving failed to keep their benefits of removal. Chapter Three : the receiving at future : it concentrates on what is mentioned in Quran about announcing and receiving and the Account day he research is studying the theory of receiving and the relation Tbetween the reader, the receiver and the literary text. Holly Quran is the highest and the most creative literary text. The speech of Allah (be highest) is not normal speech, since it enforces the receiver to listen to it and react with. There is strong relation between the reader, the receiver and the literary text. Each of them has the authority. upon the reader because the text has the highest degree of effectiveness, the mature and integrated text can surround the receiver and the later has no way but to stoop to its authority. One of these texts is the Holly Quran and came next the poetic verses which were created by the biggest poets. Thus, any text carries the features of creativeness the receiver has no power to resist but to stoop to it since it launches from the satisfaction of that text. Finally, thank god the God of all people.The renovation extension in the poetry of Mohamad Sae'ed Al - abbobi.The present research tries to investigate the extent of renovation in the oetry of Mohamad Sae'ed Al - Habbobi. The poetf)lch poetical talent and a good ability to compose a creative poe. The research consists of a preface and three chaptell;. and an app ndix and a conclusion. The title of the preface is " the notion of renovation extension. It ins the definition of extension" and" renovation". In the preface we als explain the relation ship between the old and new poetry. We con lude that renovation includes both, old and new poetry because there 1s n new poetry without the old poetry.In the first chapter, we dealt with the "renovation in the poetical Ian age". This chapter consist;ofthree sections. The first sections explained the" expression of nature". The second sec on dealt with " wine and erotic expressions ". The third section shed Jig on the "sentences contraction". Abstract: Praise is to Allah, Lord of all creatures, and blessing joined with peace of God be upon the seal of the Prophets and messengers (Mohammad) as well as his faithful Companions. Amen This research deals with literary criticism efforts which have been previously published on an Iraqi magazine "Al - Aqlam" extending to the period 1990 - 2010. It is titled as "The Trends of Poetic text Criticism ", as no unanimous approach deals with the literary criticism; moreover, there are several approaches contribute in one literary trend. Psychological Trend; for instance, has variant approaches : Freud - method, Lacan method, and Yong method. Each approach has its unique view and it somehow differs from another approach even if all approaches contribute on comprehensive view which it is the - psychological view. These fore mentioned methods are achieved on the level of theorization, and they are based on the same environmental rules. What is about the researchers who received the trends through translation?. The critical application in tackling literary texts ensures us that there is no specific enclosed approach can be applied on constant procedures and is applicable on all its details, but the overlap is obvious between all the different approaches. Therefore, it is impossible to depend on a constant inevitable approach because the criticism process is an interaction process between the creative text, the critic and his own literary and critical taste. For these reasons the critical trend is acceptable further than the depending approach. The period , which covers the articles within the research, is between 1990 - 2010, i.e. it extends for about 20 years and the concentration stage of the study was achieved on the last of this period ; in order that the study will be contemporary to the modern - literary criticism movement or to the literary criticism movements which have recently seen the light. This study presently shows unprecedented trends, since it includes for the first time studies about trends of literary criticism never established in the Arabic region; for instance, it includes the Cultural Criticism. For this reason, we'd rather the study be practiced on the recent years of the mentioned period since the Arabic region has witnessed relative stability.This research is established to deal with selective poetical texts, because it is impossible to deal with all the poetical texts published within the specific mentioned period. The plan has been put by researchers into choosing some agreeable poetical poems samples , the selective process had come according a certain view since the research obliged itself not to repeat the critic's name more than once , in order to be obtainable for more additional critics' names contribute on one study. The plan is made not to confine the critic's study to be subjected for unique circumstances whether the critic himself is one the followers of a certain trend or vice versa. These studies published in "Al - Aqlam Magazine" are by no means the best studies; however, the magazine includes between its pages many studies that differ between high significance and low - significance in order to let the reader read the magazine objectively. The research does not display the good studies only but also displays studies under the hopefulness level and the purpose beyond that is to disclose about the defects and to determine its places in order to overcome upon the defects. The research tries to achievean elaborate discussion and an analytic criticism to the under discussion critical context through active imposed dialogue in order to be capable of stopping at each point worthy of discussion , and lastly can classify each discussed point to be ordered and organized to its principal reference depending on the available critical - publications. On the other hand, the research can assay each text, and discloses its contents or stops nearer in order to thrill noticeable questions. The study is distributed among three chapters : the first chapter, "The Contextual Trends ", is related to the critics who made their deep comprehending understandable semantics meanings depending on the external environment i.e. the trends related to the factors are out of the text itself to understand the included meaning of the text. The second chapter, titled as "The Textual Trends", is concentrated on the critical achievements that depend on the text itself i.e. the efforts, which try to isolate the text, from the external factors in their approach. The third chapter, titled as " Other Trends " , includes critical efforts , which can not be ordered under neither the textual nor the contextual relation. Eventually the conclusion comes to conclude what is most significant on this study; moreover, the study has been initiated with preface to shortly introduce the reader to "Al - Aqlam Magazine ". Conclusions : Criticism movements have witnessed many continued turnings and many transformations; each trend may be utilized from the previous - mistaken trends, but after stages of its evolutionism, some of its adopters turn to be exaggerative then the defects occur once more which lead to emerge another trend as a result. The critical approaches, "Al - Aqlam Magzine" displays, are variant and different knowledge wise and type wise. Some of approaches are on the top of skillfulness and technique; while some of them are less significant.In addition, the approaches are variants according to the techniques they follow, so they come as (contextual, textual approaches and others). There is not a perfect application to any trend entirely, but in many - times the procedures violate the application limitedness, or maybe the researcher help himself, by a different approach, which his study adopts , because the creative doing is an art has its own property on estheticism and structure.Moreover, the creative doing is the outcome product of special essence lives on specific society which it has its own traditions and habits passes through specific history of special events and incidents This creative discourse or the creative dialogue is targeted to educated receiver of a good quality on culture and language, etc… Knowing these effecting factors is necessary to the critic of creativity, and it has an active consequence into directing the critical doing; therefore, there is not any critical approach that has the stability and the strictness or may refuse the borrowing from other trends. In addition, any critical doing has its own way in order to achieve its understandable point into the creative doing or to reveal and discover its nature, its esthetic secret, and its specific structure. The literary text has significant relation on the establishing process of the critical discourse and its procedures; because the literary text is the main substance of the criticism essence from which the critical process is formulated ; on the other hand , the discourse is not rooted out from the literary text and its procedures. Finally, praise is to Allah and peace and blessings be upon His honest Prophet. Amen.
