Abstract: تعد الوظيفة الدعائية اهم وظائف الصحف الحزبية في الحرب والسلم على حد سواء، ومع تزايد التنافس والصراع الحزبي بين القوى السياسية العراقية تتصاعد وتيرة التوظيف الدعائي لتلك الصحف، وبوجود مكاسب تسعى الاحزاب الكردية تحقيقها من جانب ووجود اختلافات في بعض القضاي | Propaganda plays a significant role in the party's newspapers in peace and war times, and the increasing competition and struggle between the Iraqi political powers result in an increasing insinuation of propagandic discourse in newspapers. Kurdish parties seek to promote their political interests through covering some disputes over some unsolving issues with the federal government. This leads the Kurdish political parties insinuate their newspapers with such propogandic content especially those published in Arabic targeting a great audience, namely, the dailies of "Al - ittihad" belonging to the Kurdistan Patriotic Union Party and " Al - ttaakhi " belonging to Kurdistan Democratic Party. It is only through this, the present study comes into being to investigate the political content of these two dailies covering the time period 1/1 - 30/6/2013. This time period has witnessed a number of incidents such as the approval of budget, the share of the Iraqi Kurdistan Region, the anniversary of Halabja?s genocide, and the like of incidents. It is the aim of this study to unveil the main topics which are deliberately utilized as propagandic and the main persuasive techniques used in such kind of propagandic content as well as the semantic aspect and function of this content. The researcher has adopted a quantitative analysis including surveying and content analysis and a qualitative analysis. The theoretical background presents and reviews the principles of persuasive discourse, the relationship between the political Kurdish parties and the Iraqi political process since 2003, the controversial issues between the federal government and the Kurdish parties and how the Kurdish parties? newspapers deal with such matters and the kind of propagandic content used by these political parties. The analysis of political articles has revealed that these newspapers resort to negative themes such as the malfunction ofthe government, the administrative and social problems of the government, the misuse of press and media and the like. The research is concluded with the finding that the propagandic discourseuses a lot of techniques such as justification, passing attributes, holding comparisons and analogies, the use of linguistic devices, underestimation, compensation, humiliation, amplification, mental images and the like. In the light of conclusions arrived, the researcher has suggestedthe following recommendations : - Building a propagandic steering center. - Publishing componential newspapers. These recommendations are suggested to enhance the governmental press and media and to guarantee the freedom of press, and being away from political attacking and party's own interest

Abstract: The role of Iraqi satellite channels in providing democratic issues of public ''A survey of the audience of Baghdad city. This research Aims at investigating the role of Iraqi satellite channels in promoting the democratic issues of Iraqi people via conducing a survey for the preventive sample in Baghdad city.The Objectives of the study are : 1 - To know the size and patterns of exposure to the programs of the satellite channels and their effects on promoting the democratic issues.2 - To know the extent of responding of the subjects to the programs with democratic contents in Iraqi satellite channels.3 - To identify the prominent Iraqi satellite channels that are watched by the public.4 - To diagnosis the more TV contents watched on the democratic issues.5 - To know the most important democratic issues , which draws attentions of Iraqi channels and public alike.6 - To identify the reasons and motives of the public to watch the democratic issues.This research is classified as a descriptive one. The survey approach is based in this study as one of the most appropriate approach to collect , classify , analysis the Data. The randomly out of 779 subjects. The researcher tested a set of hypotheses depend on cultivation theory and using a certain measure. Also investigated the correlations of demographic of characteristics of subject. The study falls into four chapters. Chapter one concerns the theoretical framework whereas chapter two take the exposure to channels and building the trends.The third one talks about TV and democracy notion.Finally , chapter four is devoted to perform a survey about the role of Iraqi satellite channels in promoting the democratic issues.And then the results ,conclusions and recommendations and set.The most important results of the research are as follow : 1. The majority of the respondents Iraqi satellite channels watched permanently, while it turns out that (4.4%) are not watching it. And that the reason for not viewing essentially due to (it does not meet what they need from the information).2. The respondents prefer to watch democracy issues in all Iraqi satellite channels and all affiliations and subordination.3. The majority of respondents prefer evening viewing (from 7 pm to 10 pm) for follow - up programs that address the Democratic regard, for the purpose of identification of the most prominent issues of democracy.4. came (Iraqi satellite channel) first prize from the concerns of the respondents, and more than most Iraqi satellite channels favored in the follow - up to the issues of democracy, followed by second place (Eastern satellite channel).5. occupied the first rank news content of the respondents in the interest of the Iraqi satellite television, followed by the political implications, cultural Valamadamin.6. concluded Pferod results of the research to prove the health of all the assumptions and realized.

Abstract: Mass media are so interested in the topics of terrorism and the activities of hardliner and armed groups since these topics are of great importance to the international public opinion together with the concerned institutions and Mass media.Thus ,television is one of the vital and influential mass media as a result of so many functions that it performed in different fields.For this reason , satellite channels are very interested in following up the terrorist arts with great attention, especially Al - Arabia Satellite channel which so concerned in following up these terrorist acts either by screening them as casual news items or by employing them in the mass media and dealing with them by means of analysing them and dissociate its complications and exposed them in detail to the viewers. The study is very important because of the difficult situations that the world has gone through out of the challenges in this field which constituted as another challenge to these channels and employing all logistic capabilities to get greater quantity of data and information to know its causes and to deal with them in the manner of explanation and analysis and to provide suitable methods in terms of preparation and presentation in harmony of its reputation.Since Television is one of the most important mass media because of its broadcasting events so some of the satellite channels benefit from these features and employ some of the topics by means of attracting the audience’s attention.Consequently Al - Arabia satellite channel is very interested in the topic of terrorism.This study includes two parts.The first part is theoretical and the second is practical.The theoretical part consists of three chapters.Chapter one is the methodological frame of the research paper which includes the problem, the value of the study , the followed model , methods of research and its instruments , procedures ,steps of analysing the content and review of literature.Chapter two is entitled “ employing terrorism and forming the stances and orientations” which includes three subjects.The first one is determining the concept of terrorism and its historical rules and motives and its relation with the religion , law and mass media.The second one is about the employment and function and functions of communications and television. The third one is about television and forming the trends and orientations.Chapter three is entitled “ the satellite broadcasting and Al - Arabia satellite channel “ which includes three subjects.The first one is about the situation of Iraqi satellite channels. The second one deals with the Arab satellite channels and the third one is about Al - Arabia satellite channel “ emergence and development “Chapter four is entitled “ analysing the content of the program of death making in Al - Arabia satellite channel which is the practical part that includes analysis of the content of the episodes of death making which Al - Arabia satellite channel broadcasted as from 1 - 1 - 2010 till 25 - 7 - 2012.The researcher adopted the sweep survey of all the program episodes of the given period which amounted to 27 episodes where all these episodes have been analysed to know the main issues that the channel laid stress on as well as the main ideas that the above channel had and determining its recurrence and percentage , and describing it in terms of quality and quantity.The researcher has come to the following results : 1.The program focused greatly on the propagandist part with the emergence of “ the propagandist hub “ among the other hubs because the two parties of the conflict , the hardliner institutions and the state , are in need to propagandist parts taking part in employing mass media aspects in fighting for the sake of achieving objectives and thus these organization , especially Al - Qa’eda organization , have benefited from the mass media in giving great halo to operations as well as forwarding messages that achieve their goals.2.The program attached high importance in excluding any suspicions that offending Islam in most episodes through stressing on the idea that the real Islam is not represented by the extremists to give an idea to the viewers that Al - Arabia satellite channel participated in defending the Islam against the west accusations that Islam is the religion of violence and extremism especially that Al - Arabia satellite channel represents the Saudian agenda that emphasized its being centre of attraction of Islamic countries.3.The program attempts to call for causion continually against the schemes of the hardliner and the armed organizations and enhance the felling of hatred and refusal of such schemes although the program might carry on propaganda for the activities of these organizations or realize its threats and the concerned authorities should find and invent plans to curb and exterminate these organizations.

Abstract: This study aims to identify the public relations programs and agricultural media in agricultural institutions in Iraq and their role in spreading agricultural awareness among Iraqi public. The descriptive approach is followed In order to reach the reality of the programs and their importance in spreading agricultural awareness and highlight the means and methods used in the publication of this awareness ; As for the instruments used in this research , it has been relying on the questionnaire tool prepared by the researcher specially for this search reliance on a scale awareness to measure awareness of peasants and farmers ; The assessment of its validity was through its presentation to the committee of experts ; The researcher also depended on the interviews to know about the activities of the public relations and media at the Ministry of Agriculture in Baghdadand villages in the province of Missan , specially Kumait district , Ali AlGharbi &Kahla District. The researcher reached to the set of results which are : 1 - T.V is the most important mean that Iraqi public take agricultural awareness.2 - The number of specialists working in the field of public relations and the media are very few and that the public relations and media need specialized staff.3 - The lack of suchas agricultural versions that most of the agricultural departments stopped them agricultural magazines and adopted monthly publications.To review its own agricultural activities and events. 4 - The lack of financial allocations first reason to obstruct the work of the public relations and media programs for the agricultural activities of the media in an integrated manner The researcher gave some recommendations namely.1 - Increasing the number of professionals working in the media, especially in public relations, because the work of the public relations specialized work.2 - Personnel training in public relations and the establishment of specialized courses for them through specialized institutes and colleges in the field of public relations and media inside and outside the country.. 3 - The need for the departments of public relations and media institutions in agricultural activities to experience of communication and work to coordinate with the media and satellite channels and the use of modern techniques to properly address the audience and influence it. 4 - The granting of the field for those working in the field of public relations, agriculture and the media by senior management in the agricultural institutions to take their part in the work, creativity and involvement in the development of agricultural farm plans in order to feel their importance even after the best tender and are making more efforts in the field of agricultural work.

Therefore, Negotiation became a science which has rules, principles and strategies and relies on the knowledge and skills as well the experience that came from the practice and training.For achieving the research goals the researcher uses the descriptive approach, and the research tool he uses the "Questionnaire form" which has been formed with the study goals , included themes that answers the study questions , and fulfill the study goals and these themes are ( the Negotiation , the skills of successful Negotiation , the elements which effect the Negotiation , the Negotiation strategies ).And about the individuals the study targeted the members of the Iraq negotiator of the strategic framework agreement who were(7). The study was divided into four chapters, the first chapter included the methodology, which discussed the importance the goals of the study as well as her Human spatial and temporal limits, and also explanation of the methodology which applied in this study. The second chapter included the evolution of the negotiation and it's stages, the negotiation concept and other linked concepts , as well talk about the negotiation importance in our life and to identify the main characteristics , items , principles of negotiation which are Indispensable for the negotiation process also to show the Overlaps in negotiation , the negotiation kinds ,and the effective elements in running the negotiation , the most important skills that must be in the successful negotiation.and the third chapter discussed how to run the negotiation process while the fourth chapter was specialized to the Field study.The most results which the study came up with : is the great important to Iraq from the strategic framework agreement between Iraq and United states, because it (the agreement) will identify the future relation between both countries (Iraq - United states and ends the American occupation Fact. and due to this agreement Iraq will be no more under the seventh item which was underwent it after the Iraqi occupation to Kuwait since 1990. The negotiation process needs a certain skills and experiences, and those skills are a basic element and by them one of the parties easily can achieve his goals.Obviously, all the characteristics of the successful negotiator are available in the public relations employees, However the Iraqi negotiator team have no specialized individuals in (P.R) Public relations who have an important role in the negotiation process which we can't forget. The study results founds also that the Iraqi negotiator team uses more than one strategy to achieve his goals, and adopt the common interests approach which preferred the co - operation between the American and the Iraqi side than the conflict in order to success the negotiation process. Also the study found that the Iraqi negotiator team has the Permissions and the authority to make decisions during the negotiation process which make it easier to reach the agreement in a very short period (the Iraqi - American strategic framework agreement).As a result to the field study came up with that the researcher recommended several recommendation such as : the necessary to make more researches about the negotiation due to the obvious shortage in the studies of the negotiation skills and strategies, especially in the Arabic management, and the necessary of involve the Iraqi negotiation team in specialized training courses of the negotiation field in order to give them the required skills and experiences , and finally optioning a specialized with Public relations to the Iraqi negotiation team to make a successful qualified negotiation which will achieve all the goals of the negotiation process.

Abstract: الجواهري صحفيا، دراسة تحليلية لاتجاهات مقالاته الصحفية في جرائد (الفرات، الانقلاب، الراي العام، الاوقات البغدادية، الجهاد، صدى الدستور) تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع "الجواهري صحفيا" اذ بحثت في الكشف عن شخصيته الصحفية التي ساهمت في نمو الحركة الثقافية والصحف | Al - Jawahiri as a Journalist, An Analytical Study of His Article Attitudes in (Al - Furat, Al - Inqilab, Al - Rai A - Aam, Al - Awqat Al - Baghdadiya, Al - Jihad (Al - Thabat) and Sada Al - Dustour Newspapers).This study addresses the topic "Al - Jawahiri as a Journalist", where I search his journalist character which contributed in the growth of the cultural, press and literary movement in Iraq, after he left the turban and went to the press caravan which he took a career for him and issued several newspapers. Also, addressing the study of Al - Jawahiri's journalist character was a matter full of difficulties, for the references exist in the press libraries are scarce and are considered the spine to such studies because most of them are missing, or unavailable at al. This study is regarded as one of the historical researches interested in studying the phenomena, incidences and situations occurred long ago, for it is related to the past and its events as well as its use of survey method and the recourse of the method of content analysis. The study also aims at identifying the hard circumstances and situations accompanied the life of Mohammed Mehdi Al - Jawahiri and his suffering from exile, persecution and closing the newspapers he issued by the successive governments due to his attitudes towards the rule at that time, and standing at his press and literary biography, so the two biographies lead to the fulfillment of the main goal. The study also aims at shedding the lights on the most prominent press battles, controversies and disputes he made at the press and political levels as well as the poetic level. His press articles have the great and clear impact on the intellectual and political levels in addition to identifying the impact of press attitudes of his articles, identifying the role Al - Jawahiri performed in his press and political life, besides explaining and displaying the reality and Nejafi press and literary environment, as well as the political and social environment during the duration in which Al - Jawahiri lived and the extent of his influence on it, and staying away as much as possible from his poetic life and skills in this respect because that falls as known within the domain of other academic specializations. Also, the researchers and scholars satisfy him with search and explanation in this concern. The researcher used the method of comprehensive inventory for all items of the research population represented by all the issues of his newspapers mounting (2877) issues for the period from May 7, 1930 till May 24, 1962. he utilized in the study the instruments of the scientific research such as the scientific observation, interview and analysis form for collecting the information about the study population selected by the researcher from the society newspapers. The study arrived at a collection of results : 1 - Al - Jawahiri press since the first lines of his newspapers was not of several kinds, hence he defined the press method and the way he followed and did not deviate from and thus his press situations and attitudes as well as his national situations simultaneously. 2 - Al - Jawahiri press articles showed that the ruling elites at different and various eras and circumstances did not have in their imaginations or in their accounts and plans the needs of the Iraqi people and its interests as well as the country interests as much as they cared for their personal interests and benefits at the expense of the Iraqi citizen, for his press attitudes knew the extent of Al - Jawahiri's real wish by demanding the treatment of the Iraqi people's fundamental economic and social issues and the call for saving them from ignorance, poverty, illiteracy and deprivation. 3 - The election of Al - Jawahiri in 1959 as the first Iraqi Journalists captain in the first syndicate for them whom he was one of its founders. It was not haphazard thing, a complement or a love for his character, but it came as an appreciation, a recognition and justice to his press, literary and national role. This role was prominent through pres articles in the newspapers he issued calling for the rights and needs of the Iraqi citizen. Al - Jawahiri was impulsive since the forties of the last century to this journalist union organization. 4 - Al - Jawahiri turned, after the disruption of his newspapers, to borrow the newspapers and called for achieving justice and equity to all the people's individuals, thus he supported the poor class at all times, he also called through his articles to establish the successful democratic foundations in the country administration. 5 - Al - Jawahiri asserted the reforming side in all aspects of the state especially the sectors of education, teaching and heath, refusing backwardness, corruption, decadence and illiteracy. His situations at the Arabic and international levels were clear, for he demanded the liberation of Arab countries from the foreign colonization, and of a widespread positive echo. 6 - His situation towards the Kurdish question was positive, for he called for its solution by peaceful and democratic ways. He also advocated the Kurdish people and praised their leaderships and called for doing them justice in having the rights; therefore, he had good relations with them and demanded to do the writers justice and establish a headquarter for them because they were a section represent the country culture

We can know through classification principle national worths to branch worths through six axis and know the role of these channels in providing them or not.The goals of search : 1. To know pattern exposure of nationalists in Karkuk city to Iraqi space channels.2. To survy diffenent content which provides best national worths.3. To survy space channels on consistency of Iraqi population.Researcher used descriptive method in this study for study phenomenoues andescription them , and he find the relation ships between them , and to identify the nature of population. He collect parameters from them which can be statistic analysis to know stroug and weak sides in television contents.The researcher delivered card papers to population of Karkuk city, for five hay : Each hay represents consistency of Iraqi population. the card papers were design for investigation targets of study.through papers to know characteristic of sample. The good measurement ineluded the answer ( agree , neutral , not agree).Couclusion1.Religious , cultural , and social registereds are more providing to national worths while teaching , economic , sporting , registereds less providing because they have less area in hours of broad cast.2. Space channels ( Iraqia , sumaria , Baghdadi , Shrukia , and Karkuk) which are exposure to of Karkuk more than other channels.3. The weak role of Iraqi space channels on Kurdi population because most of Kurdi channels charactaised by kurdi national.Recomendations1.Giving television letters , in national worth for all Iraqi inspit different in national , race religious , concentrating on who sumation Iraqi under difficult times. It was necessary production programs holding national aims including different activation for all Iraqi to feel that they were part from the country.2. All channels official and unofficial must be act national programs to Protect national and insertion lovely between different population.3 Institution of information and communication must be put to all Iraqi channels law to protect on national worth through connection of population.

To determine the volume of use social media sites (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Instagram) by Iraqi women.2. To know the habits and patterns of using social media sites (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Instagram) by Iraqi women.3. To investigate the underlying motives behind using social media sites (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Instagram) by Iraqi women.4. To explore the achieved satisfactions due to the use of social media sites (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Instagram) by Iraqi women.This research also tests the following scientific hypotheses : 1. There are a statistically significant differences between the correlation values of the demographic variable of the quested women (age, marital status, education level, occupation and economic level) and the volume of use social media sites (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Instagram).2. There are a statistically significant differences between the correlation values of the demographic variable of the quested women (the age, marital status, education level, occupation, economic level) and the motives of use social media sites (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Instagram).3. There are a statistically significant differences between the correlation values of the demographic variable of the quested women (the age, marital status, education level, occupation, economic level) and the achieved satisfactions of use of social media sites (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Instagram).This research is classified within the descriptive researches, survey method was adopted, and the research population was identified by the females' population of the city of Baghdad, aged 18 years old and more, whouse the social media sites. The research sample was selected by the method of sample survey through the use of random sampling, multi - stage / clusters.The most survey tools was the questionnaire which was adopted as a main tool during collecting the survey data, which was distributed intentionally for (453) female. In addition to (observation, and interview)Most important conclusions, include : 1. The large use the social media sites (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Instagram) by the quested women with a relative variation in the volume of use of each site and priority of use.2. The quested women shows multiple habits and patterns while using social media sites (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Instagram).3. Surpass the total utilitarianism on ritualism motives behind using the quested women for social media sites (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Instagram(.4. Consistency of achieved satisfactions of quested women resulted to using social media sites (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Instagram), with the idea, intention and its name (social media) resulting to entertainment and entertain.5. There are a statistically significant differences between the correlation values of the variable of educational level and the use volume of quested women for all of the social media sites (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Instagram) significantly and influential, which means there is a correlation between them, while the correlation values of (age, marital status and economic level) variables had statistically significant differences with the volume of using (YouTube and Twitter). And the correlation values of (occupation) variable had differences with the volume of using (Instagram) site, which means there is a correlation between them.6. There are a statistically significant between the correlation values of each one of the demographic variables of the quested women and two thirds of motives behind using social media sites (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Instagram), which means there is a correlation between them.7. Abstract: In term of the increasing spread and interest in the new media and its applicationsincluding social media websites; particularly, Facebook, the study is aimed to know the trickeries and types of violation of the privacy and identify the concept of the privacy and what represents violation to it for its users and the privacy of Facebook as a media and the ethics prevailing in it and what it provides of security and protection to their rights and information as well as the advertisement impact on their privacy.The Researcher adoptedthe descriptive method - for studying the researcher's community and designing electronic questionnaire, which was prepared to study the Facebook users. The study has been conducted on a sample consisting of (512) of its users.The study covers four sections. Section One contains the methodological framework of the study. Section Two which is titled "The Privacy" is a comparative study containing four themes. The first theme adopts the privacy (the concept, types, the privacy in the new media). The second theme considers the privacy as a legal right. The third theme discusses the technology and privacy (new media and violation of the privacy) and the fourth theme adopts the privacy in the information society (information, information penetration, information war). Section Three is titled "Privacy Policies in the New Media", and policies of using the information in the theme. The third theme discusses the tools, aspects and forms of violating the privacy in the new media. The fourth theme shed the light on the social media websites (Facebook : its orientation, definition, components, privacy policy). Section four : it is the field study, which consists of four themes; the first theme considers survey to Facebook survey. The second theme covers shows the findings, clues and analyzing them in quantity and quality, then the conclusions concluded by the researcher and interpreting and discussing them in the term of the study problem and inquiries, then the conclusions and recommendations.The study reached several results, the most significant of which : The study reached that most Facebook users believe that it is a media tool for their own, to publish and share what they desire and it gives them very large freedom compared with other media and they feel that their privacies are securedin it as it provides options of control in the advanced privacy and they showed it has no finger with their privacies and its objectives and policies are obvious towards the user's information, as indicated by more than half of the sample that they had read the policy of privacy in it but their answers suggest there is contradiction as most of them that they have no prior knowledge of the purpose of saving and processing their information by Facebook and they have no knowledge of the entities that may access to their private information or the entities that they share Facebook therein and most of them said that they do not agree to grant any media international license authorizing them to convey and identify their information and use any content subject to the intellectual rights without privilege fees to them.Most of them pointed that the use of Facebook to the files of identification of correlation inside and outside Facebook as violation to their privacy and all aforesaid particulars is mentioned in Facebook statement and the mechanism of its work and what it places of merits and characteristics has a role in violating the privacy because it is the first and last controller to what is published. Also, the study reached that there are many publications in Facebook urginghate as well as the publications that are not suitable to the teenagers.Most users found content breaching the intellectual property rights and also they see that the user's electronically information processing and establishing correlative relations among them by Facebook is a cause for violating the privacy. Also, there are no deterring laws in the Facebook and no removal of the abusing content after being reported as well as no obligation of the country local laws or religion and holy traditions respect. The people under research indicated that the law does not protect their privacy in the social media websites as they said that "there are no laws in their country to secure the right of their privacy".Also, most of them pointed that their countries do not contribute in introducing their society of the privacy laws. I confirm that it is necessary to enact laws to secure the privacy in the new media and as such media rely on the advertisement to be funded has the great impact for violating the privacy. The owned multinational companies' goal is to increase the profits.In the terms of the findings concluded by the study, it has recommended the following : 1. The need to Iraqi studies adopting the new media; particularly, Facebook and clarify anything regarding it and make the user aware.2. It is necessary educate and to make the users aware of the privacy and ensure their right of the privacy and secure their right lawfully and legislate new laws in consistence with the state of art technologies used by the new media.3. Each user of the new media should read the terms and conditions of registration and the policies of privacy to realize how such means deal with them and with their information.4. The public characters or those who are targeted must pay attention to their information and not to release what is important or private or localize their location in order not to be targeted and to protect themselves from those intruders and felonies.5. Facebook should apply the strict rules of protection and control protecting the intellectual property rights and protect the user of any violence; particularly, the teenagers and set up laws in consistence with the laws of most countries in order that no conflict may occur that may harm the user. Also, the control of the advertisements intervenes or the advertising companies obtain user's information and to subject them to the studies.6. The countries must realize the significance of the privacy of their societies and individuals and enact laws to protect them and demand guaranties to be protected. The subject is not limited to the personal privacy but exceeds the privacy of the countries and security.

By analysis, interpretation and explanation through the arts of various journalism (news, report, investigation, talk and press article).The research included two levels of first questions : the exposure of the public to the Iraqi newspaper's, the level of information it has about corruption issues, and the second level : questions related to measuring levels of public knowledge of corruption issues.The research also included a number of hypotheses. The first assumption : is that there is a significant statistical correlation between the degree of the public's reliance on Iraqi newspapers in their knowledge of corruption issues.And the extent of the contribution of these newspapers to the public and the art of press editing and sources of information that he trusts and the age of the public and his profession and exposure to Iraqi newspapers. Second : assume that there is no linear correlation between the standard of living of the public and the exposure to Iraqi newspapers. The research was based on the descriptive approach that describes the phenomenon in its present state. In order to arrive at accurate data and answers, the descriptive approach was used in both descriptive and analytical terms.The research used three research tools : interview, questionnaire and measure the levels of public knowledge of corruption issues. And to measure the hierarchy of corruption issues according to the interests of the public.The research was also based on a randomized multi - stage sample, with geographic areas selected in stages, and randomly so that they move from a large area to a smaller area at each stage.The sample size selected from the city of Baghdad was (415) single one of the main finding of the thesis is that Iraqi newspapers in the eyes of the public in question contributed to increasing their knowledge of corruption issues.As well as other results related to the relationship between the Iraqi press and levels of public knowledge of corruption issues. And levels of dependence on them to obtain this knowledge and levels of exposure to it.The research recommended the need to activate the focus of cultural awareness on corruption issues and conduct periodic and scientific surveys to measure public knowledge of corruption issues, and strive to deepen the culture of investigative journalism, and its practice on a broad media scale and work on the drafting of a draft law. The study seeks, through the quest, to investigate the size of the news coverage of political issues in radio stations (the study sample), and to identify forms, methods, types of news coverage (editorial and technical), in broadcasts (study sample), and the comparison between the study samples, in terms of news coverage of the political issues.It is one of the descriptive studies where The content analysis form used as a tool to analyze the content of the bulletins of local radio stations, an objective analysis and quantitative systematic, thus contributing to achieving the objectives of the research, also the study relied on the personal interview tool to gather information and data required by the study, also based on a comparison methodology to note the similarities and differences or the extent of variation and consistency in news coverage, Statistically it means : 1 - Test ( Ca 2) Chi - square test : a statistical function , to study the relationship between two variables , using the program ( ( spss.2 - test (Z) : It is a moral difference between the two proportions Celsius for the study , using a program (main - tab).3 - congruence coefficient : It is to study the relationship between the intensity of more than Mnglleren.The acceptance of the results of statistical tests at the abstract level (95%) , that is, when the degree of confidence ( 0.05).And if the relationship is strong increased from ( 0.70 ) , and be medium if between ( 0.30 - 0.70 ) , and is weak if the parameter value is less than ( 0.30 ) , while there is an exact match if laboratories ( one is true ). The last century sports did not search for the material profit, but it was practiced as a hobby and a love to fulfill the achievements for the country through raising the flag. The countries especially the socialist ones specify great amounts of money for the sports and the youth to enlist them according to a certain ideology so as to prevent them from deviation towards negative life; therefore, the ex - Soviet Union and Democratic Germany were controlling the Olympic games and tried to excel the western and capitalist countries then, and the sports institutions in both countries were strongholds of the world sports champions. Yet, the changes occurred to the world in 1980s led to the collapse of Soviet Union and the unification of Germany with its two parts after the demolition of the Berlin Wall at the beginning of 1990s led to a change in the sports concepts and its move from a hobby to a professionalism, as well as the sports conversion from money and resources consumer to a vital product and domain to develop the States' economies which know how to employ then in the right place. As to Iraq's sports, it is still lost between a hobby and professionalism and till now did not know which ways should take to reach the goal it wishes to reach. This study aimed at identifying the attitudes of sports academics and journalists towards the sports institutions in Iraq. Also, the study aimed at having information about the sports issues and the association extent of the audience specifically the sports academics and journalists with the performance of sports institutions. The study showed that the Iraqi sports institutions took and passed many steps and attempts at the level of developing the sports work, yet these steps did not find their way into execution till after 2003, specifically in 2011 when the Act of Ministry of Youth and Sports was passed, thus it still needs many acts and the government support. The study also explained that the Iraqi sports faced and still facing many problems including the football sports ban and the Iraqi athletes being far away from achieving sports achievement. The first of these problems was the result of the nature of the existing relationship which witnesses an intersection between the departments of sports institutions in some sports situations and issues. Despite the current direction of the central government aiming at taking interest in sports, supporting the sports institutions, awarding the holders of good results, not interfering in the football affair, embarking the construction of a number of stadiums and sports halls in the form that meet the athletes and the audiences' needs, yet many procedures of sports institutions are still weak and did not find their way to success in reality yet. Every progress or success at the level of applying the duties and decisions of sports institutions undoubtedly means a greater effectiveness and effect of planning and then leads to the development of the sports reality in different games. Thus, it is necessary to advance in the treatment of the negative impacts created by the previous governments and their leadership of the sports work and to provide the greatest amount of the basic requirements and facilitations to athletes by increasing the financial support, passing laws needed by the Iraqi sports, supervision and following - up, developing the sports work, taking care of the famous athletes so as to reach the sports achievements in different games, taking care of old athletes, giving the greatest role to the sports academics, increasing the interest in the disabled sports, embracing the athletes of various ages, finding the solutions to develop feminine sports, taking care of the disabled athletes, increasing the cooperation size with sports journalists, enlarging the audience awareness in various sports affairs. In order to arrive at the study aims, the researcher had constructed a scale form consisting of three axes and after extracting the validity and reliability, it was applied to a sample of (415) academics and journalists selected by the intentional sample which was one of the non - probable samples types and distributed on four places (both Colleges of Physical Education, College of Physical Education for Women/University of Baghdad, College of Physical Education for Women/Al - Mustansiriyah University, and the Iraqi Federation of Sports Journalism). The researcher used the descriptive method by designing the scale form consisting of two parts : the first part : the demographic information of respondents, and the second part : the form questions numbered (50) questions selected by the respondent from the scale five choices laid by the researcher. After gathering and treating the data statistically and using the split law of Pearson correlation coefficient, the researcher arrived at the following results : 1 - There were no significant differences in the study demographic variables (genre, age, academic achievement, occupation, the number of service years) in the attitudes of sports academics and journalists, which indicated that their opinions were even on the study three axes. 2 - The study showed that (92.5%) of respondents affirmed that the sports institutions should basically rely on the government support, which signified the need of those clubs of its aid in finding investment opportunities. 3 - The majority (97.5%) of respondents affirmed the scarcity of the declarations of sports institutions' leaders, because those declarations were precise and resulted from a search and study because the sports media and the sports audience would not be silent on the contradictions and the imprecision in the declarations; therefore, they were scarce. 4 - The study showed that (91.2%) of the sample believed in the contribution of media in forming the positive attitudes about the sports institutions, which assured the care of media and media institutions in conveying and communicating all the positive activities of sports institutions which served the Iraqi sports to the audience. 5 - The study showed that (65%) of the research sample confirmed that the sports institutions did not provide the care to the pioneers of sports reporters and journalists, which indicated the need of sports institutions to prepare a law draft concerned with the sports reporters and journalists as same as the sports pioneers and champions, or legislate a new amendment of the sports champions and pioneers' law. The research was finished with conclusions and recommendations as well as references used by the researcher, appendices and an English abstract of the research.

Depending on what has been already mentioned above , the present study deals with the treatment of the subject of the interaction in the websites of the space channels and their effective role in the reinforcement of both expression which has been tackled by the researcher by the process of raising the following question.What is the interaction which has been created or done by the websites of the space channels and its pages on the social communicative nets and what is its role in the reinforcement of the opinion and expression freedom among the mass ? The present study sheds the light on the interactive tools which have been supplied by the space channels which are the sample of the present research in their websites and pages on the nets of the social communication for the achievement of the five interactive diemensions namely ( the variety of choices , the easiness of information addition , the content participation , the easiness of the personal connection and the evaluation diemension) and to be acquainted with the patterns and traditions of mass use of the space channels websites and their pages on the social communicative nets , and looking for the goals which stand behind the mass interaction with the space channels websites and their pages on the social communicative nets , in addition to the process of finding out the most distinctive subjects or topics that mass does prefer the interaction with on the websites of the space channels and their pages on the nets of the social communication , and how to limit the shapes and the direct and indirect methods or ways which have been used by the mass for the purpose of the interaction with the websites of the space channels and their pages on the nets of social communication. It can also be said that the present research or study is researcher used the surveying procedure represented by its two branches , namely , the mass surveying and the content analysis style as a branch of the surveying program. The researcher basically depended upon the deliberate sample in the choice of particular websites channels namely (AL - Sharqia - AL - Arabia and AL - Hurra) , and their pages on the social communicative nets as a sample on which the analysis was carried or achieved in its analytic trend which is represented or being characterized by all the websites and pages of the social communicative nets which belong to the Iraqi , Arab and foreign space channels which are directed by the Arabic Language respective. The researcher has chosen his sample , fox his field study , from the people who live in Diyala Governorate of its six districts through different stages. In the first stage , he basically depended on the numerous stages sample to limit the districts of Diyala Governorate ; in the second stage, the researcher depended upon the sharing sample to limit the share of each district from the sample , and then , the researcher tackled or dealt with the deliberate sample for the choice of the sample individuals in a deliberate way who are (482) in number who are actually interactive with the websites of the space channels and their pages on the nets of the social communication who live in Diyala Governorate who are 18 years old or those who exceed this age. The researcher has used a number of the tools or means for the fulfillment of the goals of his present study or research represented by the questionnaire of the content analysis accompanied by the scientific note , and the measurement and investigation questionnaire. The researcher has actually arrived at a number of conclusions and suggestions. They are as follows : 1. The news websites for the space channels and their pages paid much care and attention on the social communicative nets which are the sample of the research for the available supply of a group of means or tools which is capable for the achievement of the five interactive diemensions which are depended by the researcher in the private measure within the study or research , but this kind of care did not arrive at the required which are created by the technological developments. 2. It has been observed that the news websites for the Arabia channel and its pages were highly successful if they were compared with twitter on one hand and youtube , on the other websites and pages of both AL - Sarqia and AL - Hurra through its supply for the interactive tools or means whereas , the page of AL - Sarqia channel has achieved success against the Facebook on the two pages of both the Arabia and AL - Hurra channels of through the process of obtaining or getting the majority of marks which are more than the measure of the available interactive tools or means. 3. The majority of the sample of the present study or research prefer the use of the pages of the space channels on the facebook permanently , whereas the points of view of the sample towards the news websites for the space channels and their pages on twitter have been divided into two groups namely some of them use such websites or they sometimes use them. 4. The majority of the sample demonstrated that the interaction with the websites of the space channels and their pages on the social communicative nets increases their information concerning The current affairs and enrich and strengthen their freedom for expressing their points of view and attitudes. 5. Finally , it has been found that the conclusions arrived at demonstrated that the test for the hypotheses of the research achieved all the hypotheses and proved its authenticity

Magazine is as simple as a newspaper and as deep and precise as a book, particularly such magazine that plays the role of media, analysis, interpretation and giving answers. Some researchers consider it as encyclopedia according to the characters it enjoys as to expansion and diving into handling various issues in the political, social, cultural and economical fields. The reader, here, keeps the print longer than the newspaper. Plus, there are the technical features which the magazine posses to attract readers; these include the colors, special paper, printing styles and diversity of form and content. The magazine selected by the researcher is the Al - ThaqafaAl - Jadida, issued in Iraq during the monarchy era, dealt in its content with the Iraqi affairs in general and used in its form diverse technical methods of journalism. The research aims at answering the following problems : 1. What issues were dealt with by the Al - ThaqafaAl - Jadida magazine?2.What arts of journalism were used by the Al - ThaqafaAl - Jadida magazine? 3.What topics the magazine issues dealt with? Of such topics, what was the size of culture? 4.What is the cultural role of the Al - ThaqafaAl - Jadida magazine This research requires the researcher to use the descriptive method and the content analysis method where all data and information related to the journalism editing arts in the Al - Thaqafa Al - Jadidaare described and analyzed. This research consists of a preface and four chapters, ending with the epilogue which reaches several conclusions. The researcher found that the intellectual honesty necessitate him to propose a set of recommendations which he believed to be true, feasible and important to make use thereof in the future researches and studies. Chapter One considered the (Research’s Methodological Framework), Chapter Two included three topics on the (Magazines Dealing with Culture), Chapter Three contained a presentation of the (Realty of issuing the Al - Thaqafa Al - Jadidamagazine and the procedure of analyzing its content) in two topics and Chapter Four is dedicated to the (Analysis of the contents of the subjects of the three issues of the magazine). Finally, there is the epilogue which contains the conclusions and recommendations. At the end of the research there are references and annexes, as well as the research’s summary and the title in English are stated. The most important conclusions the researcher reached : First : Diversity of issues dealt with by the Al - ThaqafaAl - Jadida magazine in the following order : Cultural Issues - Socialist Issues - Political Issues - Economical Issues - Socialization and Education Issues - Academic Issues. Second : The Al - ThaqafaAl - Jadida magazine drew for itself an independent identity, and thus it was a new experience in the broach and the trend, as well as in the design, presentation and classification. Third : The magazines issues dealt with the following basic subjects : (Cultural Subject, Social Subject, Political Subject, Economical Subject, Socialization and Education Subject, Academic Subject). Culture constituted (61%) and ranked first. Fourth : A.The Al - Thaqafa Al - Jadida magazine constituted a cultural trend that mixed the domestic culture with the Arab and global culture through the subjects it dealt with and the articles translated from several local and global languages. B.The Al - ThaqafaAl - Jadida magazine was distinguished by its ability to read the cultural, political and social realty and analyze its contemporary situations. According to the importance of magazines in Iraq and their cultural role, and through the conclusions the researcher reached in this field, he gives the following recommendations : 1.Working on expanding the study of journalism researches dissertations related to studying the Iraqi magazines. 2.Taking care of the leading cultural magazines, to include the Al - ThaqafaAl - Jadida magazine, as it represents a rich vessel of the intellectual and cultural efforts of cultural and intellectual elites that worked on the development of Iraq and its civilizational and humanitarian renaissance to keep pace with the developed countries. 3.The Iraqi magazines to model the Al - ThaqafaAl - Jadida magazine in the way it considers the cultural, social and political subjects and the problems derived therefrom through constructive criticism and proposal of reasonable solutions thereto. 4.To invite the students of the College of Journalism to study the legacy of the old cultural magazines of Iraq to identify how they dealt with the then events and how they could stand on their feet in spite of the challenges, in addition to identifying their administration and editing capabilities. 5.To invite the bodies sponsoring the Al - ThaqafaAl - Jadida magazine to celebrate its anniversary and highlight its patriotic struggle and sticking to the freedom of ideology and expression in peaceful and civilized way.

Abstract: يرمي البحث الى توصيف صورة المراة، والكشف عن كيفية تقديمها في المسلسلات، واعتمدت الباحثة المنهج المسحي ــــ طريقة تحليل المضمون لدراسة عينة البحث المتمثلة بالمسلسلات التي انتجتها شبكة الاعلام العراقي وعرضت عام 2014، واستعمال نموذج مارغريت جلاجر لتحليل محت | The study aims to deliver the woman's image and to unveil on how to be introduced in the TV series. The researcher is based on the survey method - the method of analyzing the content to study the Research sample represented in the TV series produced by the IMN, which were displayed in 2014 and used the pattern of Margaret Gallagher to analyze the content of the series in accordance with the frame analysis theory.The Study has four chapters. as the first chapter tackles the methodological framework of the study. while the second chapter, headlining with "Framing and Media". This chapter includes two sections : the first is frame analysis theory and the second one includes the media and society.The third chapter entitled "Women Stereotyping in TV Drama ". This chapter contains two sections : The first one is : TV drama and the second one is the woman in TV drama. At last , the fourth chapter deals with the analytical study, which includes two sections : the first one is the results of quantum findings and the second one is : interpretation of the findings in term of frame analysis theory. The study found several results including : 1. Declination of the woman's representation compared with the man in Iraqi TV drama.2. The series introduced the woman according to the (personal, social, political, economic) frames in a standardizing method. It focused on the characteristics always attributed to it as showing her obedient of the social role and restrained with the customs and traditions and relied on the man and her goals are related with the man except few roles, which broke such routines. 3. The series treated the woman's non - detailedissue without going through the details in addition to considering the woman in general except one series associated with an issue on the woman.In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended the following : 1. To focus on using the drama in changing the prevailing concepts and traditional and wrong thoughts on the woman and her role in the society.2. To establish a department belonging to the drama directorate depicting the woman and the way of introducing her and conduct studies to know the impact of that depict on the society. 3. To urge the drama on not to form the sex discrimination as it has negative reflection on different educational, health and psychological aspects of female's life and in order to cultivate the generations equally between both sexes. 4. To be out of the standardizing restraints and to show a new image existing in real life and to show how to be positively reflected on the society. In the shed of the greatening massmediat effect in the life of the individual, in which T.V. become one of the most important means of acquiring the value beside the traditional sources like family, school, and mosques, where the individual find this matter by the repeated exposure for pictures & concentrated messages and familiar for the audience in the commercials, so we can feel the importance of the commercials as social & cultural motive. From the results of the thesis, it became clear that the commercials work as an enhancing factor that support the connection between the value of the product, and the personal values of the audience, where they form inner relation between the commercials and the values used by the advertiser, where this value is considered advertising strings which the commercial based on to pursued the audience, as well these values reflect the personal values and values pattern the prevailed values in society, the study was divided into five chapters and as follow : chapter one : the curriculum frame of the study, chapter two : the prevailed values in the commercials and their reflection on the social system, chapter three : T.V. commercials between the achieved possibilities and the economical social effects, chapter four : the purchasing behaviour of the consumer and the factors effecting it, and chapter five : the field study "the applying frame of the study". The results of the field study proved through the questionnaire list by identifying the peeks came in the commercial and which have an effect on the behaviour of the Iraqi consumer by the way of some sentences in the questionnaire and responded the sample's individuals in addition to that the field study proved that there is a positive trend between the traditional values used in the commercials like respecting the old, group spirit, the religious values, distinguishing & uniqueness, rest & health, where most of the sample individual agreed on and that the study proved that there are some negative values that appeared in the commercials and admit that their effect is big on the public purchasing behaviour toward certain products like sex values, individual values, consuming values, motivating to take great interest in the outlook, and imitating others. As well, the repeating the commercials on T.V. channels generate sustain existence of that product in the memory of the consumer, and the most attracting method of commercials on T.V. for the products is by acting.

The research crises for public relations and crises management. In spite of the importance of the topic, it did not get the big share in the media studies, especially that the ministries tackled here are service ministries that are related directly to the masses. The study aims at the mechanism of crises management in the sector starting from the diagnosis of the most important reasons of crises and ending with the criteria for evaluation of preformation. In addition to that, the study aims at knowing the role of public relations in the crises management and an attempt to come up with recommendations that could contribute to the enhancement of the worker performance in crises management. This research is classified within the descriptive studies as the researcher used the survey approach. The researcher made a survey of the news content in daily news bulletin of the ministries of energy sector by using the method of comprehensive restriction of the news issued by those three ministries within the period from (31/1/2010 to 31/12/2013). In addition to the survey of the internal masses specialized in represented in the team of the crises management in the three ministries sectors to reach to the data and information that are hardly to get in the other means. The researcher prepared a questionnaire form that includes a number of pivots that are distributed to the team of crises management of (77) respondents in the ministries.The nature of the study required the division into five chapters : Chapter One the theoretical framework of the study tackles (the problem, importance, objectives and scopes of the study as well as the approaches and tool also the previous studies that are related to the study. Chapter Two includes the concept of crises and the theoretical management in three inquiries : the first deals with the concept of crises and the related concepts; the second includes the means of diagnosing crisis in terms of characteristics, reasons and the curricula used, and the third inquiry is to clarify the crises management in terms of concept and the different between crises management and the measurement of crises management.Chapter Three is entitled public relations and the crises management in the three inquiries : the first inquiry tackles the public relations and the relation of the crises management and the activity practice, the second is about the employment of public relations for the tools of soft power in the crises international management, and the third inquiry studies to show how to crises management media. Chapter Four tackles the analytical aspect of the study. It includes the analysis of the media bulletin of the ministries of energy in three inquiries : the first tackles the analysis of the daily media bulletins of the Ministry of Oil; the second tackles the analysis of the daily media bulletins of the Ministry of Electricity; and the third tackles the analysis of the daily media bulletins of the Ministry of Water Resources.Chapter Five is devoted to the analysis of data and showing the results of the team of crises management in the ministries of energy in three inquires : the first inquiry includes data analysis and showing the results of the team of crises management in the Ministry of Oil, and the second includes data analysis showing the results of the team of crises management in the ministry of Electricity while the third inquiry includes data analysis showing the results of the team of crises management in the ministry of Water Resources.

The Thesis also hired other research tools which are : - Scientific observation, which is a codified form to gain information about a certain phenomenon - Personal Interviews, which is an interview to collect data from people in charge of communication by interviewing them face to face to clarify some of the ambiguities.The main results of the thesis are as follows : - The thesis revealed the success of the US media - oriented "under study" in forming a positive image about the United States among the Iraqi public, the positive image came up in a big percentage among the audience. - The thesis revealed that the United States sought to improve its image in the Arab region in general and Iraq in particular, after marred by a lot of distortion as a result of the disastrous mistakes made by the US administration during the occupation of Iraq. - The thesis revealed that US media - oriented Is one of the important sources of political, cultural and social information to the Iraqi public; being widely watched by them - US media - oriented received high rates of preference among the Iraqi public, Alhurra Iraq Channel came first, Radio Sawa came second and finally Free Iraq Radio. - US media - oriented hired all technical tools to effect the targeted audience (Iraqi audience)and the thesis revealed that young people were the most targeted to influence them and form their opinions about controversial issues around the world.

Abstract: ان القيم الاخبارية هي جواز مرور الخبر للنشر او البث وهي تحدد اهمية موقعه بين (المانشيت) الرئيسي او يقبع في زاوية صغيرة لا تجلب الانتباه وربما سلة المهملات، ويتحدد هذا حسب بعد وقرب القيمة من السياقات المتبعة من قبل هيئة التحرير التي تختلف من وسيلة اعلامية | The news values are permissible news passage for publication or broadcast it specifies the importance of its location between (Almancet )main or languish in a small corner do not bring attention and possibly the trash, and this is determined by post and near the value of contexts used by the editorial board, which vary from media outlets to by subordination or other financial and administrative association, which determine the orientations of print and audio - visual aids, whether political, partisan or economic This study seeks to reveal the news values, which included newspapers ((alsabaah , alzzaman ,alithad)) which emerged as a result of political, economic and social transformation in the Iraqi arena after 2003, which saw the open media and the emergence of many of the headlines, resulting in a change news values prevailed by more than three decades, which was characterized by inclusiveness and severe central and direct guidance.. that determine the levels of interest in every newspaper values News reveals how did the Iraqi press after ten years of changes that have occurred in the country, with daily events, whether local, Arab or international The researcher was able to subdue, (5440), a story of the analysis in the newspapers of the study sample, for three months, for the period until( 1. 10.2013 - 31.12.2013) came to study in an introduction and four chapters, as follows - Chapter One : Includes the first two sections include the methodological framework and the second the previous studies - Chapter II also distributed to the first two sections dealt with the nature of values and the definition of news values and second to explain the agreed news values y - Chapter III : discussed in two sections factors affecting the highlight or the absence of news values and II took the news values of the Iraqi press through historical stages before and after 2003 Chapter IV : Showing results analytical study in three sections of the newspapers of the study sample The study found a number of conclusions, including : 1 - The Iraqi press, gaining personal conservative newspapers, and because of the high proportion of the value of important public interest, proximity, and the devaluation of the excitement, fame, and the suspense and wit and strangeness, and humanitarian concerns 2 - The news values prevailing in the Iraqi press system does not differ much from the system of news values of newspapers in the third world countries 3 - The results of the analysis showed a discrepancy between the system of news values in each one of the three newspapers 4 - occupation of the value of proximity fore in the Iraqi press, one of the core values in the press 5 - The three newspapers dealt with the value of time, according to their importance, at the time of crisis, it has a profound impact in determining the quality of the news 6 - occupied threads security, political and development for the first orders of rat 's ass Iraqi press, because of their importance in the social life of the individuals they are the foundation on which to build on the way
