Abstract: اثر تنفيذ التغذية الراجعة لمدرسات التربية الرياضية ذوات الخبرة الطويلة والقصيرة في تعلم بعض مهارات الجمناستك وتطورها على وفق المنهاج المدرسي ) اشتملت الرسالة على خمسة ابواب 1. الباب الاول ( التعريف بالبحث ) ) اشتمل على ، المقدمة واهمية البحث التي تؤكد ان التدريس المؤثر والذي هو بوصفه الاداء الفني للمدرسة يعد علما وفنا في ان واحد . اذ من شان العلم ان يصقل المواهب الفنية التي تتمتع بها المدرسة عبر سني خبرتها في مهنة التدريس.والهدف الرئيسي هو ايجاد طرائق ووسائل عديدة من شانها مساعدة الطالبات على التعلم والتطور في اداء مختلف المهارات الرياضية . كما ان هناك عددا من المتغيرات التي تؤثر في عملية التعلم والتطور ومما لاشك فيه ان من اهم هذه المتغيرات هي التغذية الراجعة التي تقدمها المدرسة اعتمادا على سني خبرتها كونها من الحالات الضرورية في التعلم ومن دونها سيكون التعلم اكثر صعوبة .ولتدني مستوى تدريس التربية الرياضية المدرسية وعدم استخدام التغذية الراجعة بشكلها الصحيح وكونها من اهم الوسائل التي نسهل التعلم والتفكير والتركيز على اهمية التغذية الراجعة لصاحبات الخبرة الطويلة من المدرسات والمدرسين صار لزاما اجراء البحوث والدراسات التي تبرز دور الخبرة العالية في قدرتهم على تدريس افضل واداء امثل . وتؤدي الخبرة الطويلة للمدرسة الدور الكبير في امتلاكها القدرة على اداء تغذية راجعة بشكل يختلف عن قرينتها ذات الخبرة القصيرة من حيث تمكنها من معرفة التفاصيل الدقيقة لمهارات المنهاج المدرسي ومعرفة وتوقع الاخطاء الشائعة التي طقد تقع بها الطالبات ومن هنا تاتى اهمية البحث في اظهار دور الخبرة الطويلة في التدريس من خلال حسن تنفيذ التغذية الراجعة كمتغير مهم كما قلنا في عملية التعلم .وفي ضوء ذلك وضع الباحث اهدافه وفروضه .اهداف البحث اولا : تحديد اثر الخبرة الطويلة والقصيرة لمدرسات التربية الرياضية في تنفيذ تغذية راجعة متقدمة .ثانيا : معرفة مستوى تعلم اداء الطالبات في بعض مهارات الجمناستك وتطورها على وفق المنهاج المدرسي عبر هذا النوع من التغذية الراجعة بعد تثبيت بقية المتغيرات المؤثرة في عمليتي التعلم والتطور .فروض البحث 1 - هناك فروق ذات دلالة معنوية في تنفيذ التغذية الراجعة بين المجاميع ولصالح مجموعة الطالبات اللائى تلقين التغذية الراجعة من المدرسات ذوات الخبرة الطويلة .2 - ان مستوى التطور الحاصل لطالبات المدرسات ذوات الخبرة الطويلة فيما يخص الجزء التطبيقي من الدرس الذي يعتمد على التغذية الراجعة يكون افضل من طالبات المدرسات ذوات الخبرة القصيرة . فالمجال البشري : - اشتمل على عينة من طالبات المرحلة المتوسطة في ثمان مدارس وثمان مدرسات ( اربع ) يمثلن الخبرة الطويلة و( اربع ) يمثلن الخبرة القصيرة . - المجال الزماني : - المدة الزمنية المحصورة بين 9/2 / 2002 - 10 / 4 2002 - المجال المكاني : - ساحات المدارس المشمولة بالبحث وقاعاتها .الباب الثاني الدراسات النظرية والمشابهة وشملت - الدراسات النظرية . المحاور التالية : - التغذية الراجعة ، تعريفا ومفهوما ومصادر . واهمية الخبرة الطويلة مفهوما ، وتحديدا بالسنين حسب راي الخبراء .الباب الثالث : احتوى على منهجية البحث واجراءاته الميدانية … حيث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي وباسلوب المقارنة السببية باعتماد التسجيل الصوري بالفيديو كاسيت وعرضها على الخبراء لاعطاء درجات في التجربة القبلية والبعدية . وتناول ايضا وصف العينة وادوات واجهزة البحث واستخدام الوسائل الاحصائية المناسبة. الباب الرابع .وتضمن عرض النتائج وتحليلها ومناقشتها ، حيث اظهرت النتائج وجود فروق معنوية لصالح المدرسات ذوات الخبرة الطويلة في المهارات الثلاث والتي استخدمت في الاختبار ، كما اظهرت حدوث تعلم وتطور للمجموعتين ولكن بشكل اكبر لمجموعة طالبات المدرسات ذوات الخبرة الطويلة .الباب الخامس .في ضوء مناقشة النتائج توصل الباحث الى عدة استنتاجات منها : 1. حصلت مجموعتا عينة البحث على تعلم وتطور للمهارات الثلاث وبنسب مختلفة2. هناك فروق معنوية ذات دلالة احصائية في درجة تعلم وتطور مجموعتي عينة البحث لصالح مجموعة طالبات المدرسات ذوات الخبرة الطويلة .كان تسلسل نسب التطور للمهارات الثلاث الاتي : المرتبة الاولى : - لمهارة الوقوف على الراس | It consist of ((The introduction and the importance of the research which make sure that the effect teaching in describing it ; it is an art performance of the teacher be a scientific and an art at the same time .the purpose of science is make the intelligent art clear which the teacher have it through her experiences years in teaching .the main aim is find several methods and ways it is help the students on learning and development in deferent performance of physical skills and there are several changing that effect on learning ,the feed back is the important one of these changing that the teacher introduce it depending n her experiences years because its one of necessary cases in the learning and without it the learning will be more difficult and for falling level of teaching in the physical education school, not using the feed back in correct case , its one of the important methods which make the learning easier and for the constriction On the importance of feed back for the teachers who have high experience it have to make searches that shown the part of the high experience in her ability in a best teaching and perfect performance ..the high experience of the teacher play great part in her ability in running the feed back more different case than the other teachers who have short experience through her ability in knowing the tiny details of skills of schools programs and knowing and expecting .the errors which may be the students fall in . From here the importance of research coming to show the part of high experience in teaching through best running for the feed back like important changing like what we said in the learning method .s the searcher explain his aims and his supposal; The aims of the research;First : To be fixed the effect of long and short experience of physical education teacher in running the feed back. Second ;Know the level of learning in the students performance in some gymnastic skills and develop it depending on the schools program through this kind of feed back after fixed . the other effect changing in learning and development . The supposals of the research ;There is different significant Semantic in running the feed back between the groups, it will be for the group of the students which received the feed back from the teachers who have high experience.2. the level of development of the students of the teachers who have high experience will be the application part of the lesson which depending on feed back be better than the students of the teachers who the human space is consist of a group of student s of secondary school in eight schools and eight teachers four of them have high experience and the other four have short experience.The space tense is the time between 4/2/2002 and 10/4/2002 The space locations it consists of the schools are included in the research and them courts.Chapter tow : Theoretical studies and nearly to it, consist of the theoretical studies such this the feed back defining, sources and importance long experience known and define in the years depending on the expert opinion Chapter three : It consists of the program of the research.The researchers used the describing program in cases comparative depending on photograph recording in avideo tap and showing it on the expert to give marks in the first test and the last test .He describes the group and elements and equipment of the search and using the best statistical methods too. Chapter four : It consist of showing the results and analyzing and discussed the results show significant different for the teachers who have high experience in the three skills which used in the test, it show that the development is back for the tow groups but in a larger case for the students of the teachers with high experience.Chapter five : In the results discussion the researcher reach to many conclusions such as;The tow groups of the search get on education and develop e three skills in different ratio.there are significant difference have statistical meaning in the degree of learning and development of the tow groups of the search for students of the teachers with high experience.The sequence was in developing ratio of the three skills like this; at the first come the standing on the head then the rolling forward and last the composite skill standing on the head and rolling forward.Many recommendation were put forward; 1.invite all teachers to take part in sequences lessons in the modern information in the feed back side .2. To reach to the effecting teach we should to construction on the colleges physical education for girls programs on the exercises methods on the teaching skills

The constand partially cequesced style is the best for teaching smash serving. 2. The wholly varied random style is the best for teaching spike in english. Fields of study : 1 - Human - 80 sophemor male students in Babylon University. 2 - Place - indoor gym. colleg of sport education , Babylon University . 3 - period : February 20th - 23 may /2001 The second chapter covered the review of liter true and the other studies dealt with styles of learning and volleyball. Chapter three went throw procedures which indicated the design of study, sampling , test, and statistical analysis . subjects were 80mail students. test were both accuracy and performance for tow skills , smash serve and spike . the subjects were divided into eight groups depending on : a - Whole and part practice style . b - Constant and varied practice style c - Serial and random practice style three groups represent the above styles. the other five groups represented a mixed style from the basics styles . All groups were tested in accuracy and performance. prior to learning sessions. After 12 week learning period, all groups were retested in the same tests. data analysis included means standard deviations , t tests between pre and post tests , anova in post tests, and hongsty significant differences (H. S .D). The forth chapter covered results and discussion, beside all graphs which showed the improvement in accuracy and performance in both skills . results confirm the tow hypothesis. Chapter five went how conclusions and recommendation. the main recommendation is the necessity of using mixed practice style to enhance better performance in volleyball skills.

Abstract: يعد سباق عدو 100متر من الفعاليات التي تعتمد في انتاج الطاقة على النظام اللاهوائي بنسبة عالية جدا، اي النظام الفوسفاجيني وان كل التدريبات في هذا المسابقة تتجه نحو تطوير اللاعب من الناحيتين الوظيفية والبدنية من اجل قطع مسافة السباق باقل زمن ممكن من خلال انجاز شغل بالعضلات العاملة باقل زمن ممكن وهو ما نطلق عليه بالقدرة الميكانيكية.لذا اتجه الباحث في دراسته تاثير البرنامج التدريبي على تنمية الطاقة الحيوية وانعكاسها على الطاقة الحركية .اما مشكلة البحث فتكمن في وجود فجوة في تدريب عدائي 100 متر وعدم الاهتمام في تاثير هذه الاساليب التدريبية مع رفع مستوى تاثير الطاقة الحيوية لهذه المسابقة (الفوسفاجينة) وتاثير هذه التطور في الطاقة الحركية، فضلا عن ان احدا لم يتطرق الى هذه الناحية التي تعد عاملا مهما في تطوير الانجاز في عدو 100 متر . اهداف البحث : 1 - التعرف على الطاقة الحيوية لعدائي 100متر النخبة بالعراق .2 - التعرف على الطاقة الحركية عند عدائي العراق في مراحل مختلفة من السباق .3 - التعرف على تاثير البرنامج التدريبي في تطوير الطاقة الحيوية وانعكاسها في الطاقة الحركية لعينة البحث . فروض البحث : 1 - هناك فروق دالة احصائيا بين مؤشرات الطاقة الحيوية لدى عدائي 100 متر النخبة بالعراق لمراحل بين الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية.2 - هناك فروق دالة احصائيا في مؤشرات الطاقة الحركية لبعض مراحل السباق لعينة البحث بين الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية.مجالات البحث 1 - البشري : عداو 100متر النخبة في العراق .2 - الزماني : للمدة من 21 / 1 / 2002 ولغاية 12 / 4 / 2002 .3 - المكاني : ملاعب كلية التربية الرياضية - جامعة بغداد .تحديد المصطلحات : وحدد الباحث المصطلحات المتعلقة بالبحثالباب الثاني : تناول هذا الباب الدراسات النظرية والمشابهة اذ ركز الباحث على عرض الدراسات الخاصة بالطاقة الحيوية والطاقة الحركية والعلاقة بين الطاقة الحيوية والحركية وخصوصية التدريب المرتبط بهما. الباب الثالث : تناول هذا الباب منهجية البحث واجراءاته الميدانية، فقد استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي على عينة مكونة من (7 )لاعبين من النخبة لفعالية ( 100 ) متر وطبق عليهم المنهج التدريبي وقد اعتمد الباحث على الادوات والمصادر والمراجع العلمية ذات الصلة بموضوع بحثه.الباب الرابع : تناول هذا الباب عرض النتائج وتحليلها ومناقشتها، اذ قام الباحث بعرض نتائج افراد عينة البحث التي تم التوصل اليها وتحليلها ومناقشتها علميا بالاستناد الى المصادر والمراجع العلمية التي تدعم ما توصل اليه . الباب الخامس : خلص الباحث في هذا الباب الى عدد من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات استنادا الى نتائج البحث منها : الاستنتاجات : 1 - ان الاستمرار في تطبيق المنهاج التدريبي حقق تكيفا بدنيا وفسيولوجيا جيدا مما ادى الى تطور انجاز 100متر لافراد عينة البحث وتطور قدرتهم اللاهوائية. 2 - ان المكتسبات البدنية والفسيولوجية التي حققته افراد عينة البحث عند اعلى مستوى تدريبي لهم قد اشارت الى حدوث تطور في عمل العضلات العاملة وتطور في مقدار الطاقة الحركية خلال هذه المسافة المقطوعة.3 - ظهر من نتائج البحث ان افضل وسيلة لتنمية السرعة بما يتطابق وسرعة الاداء العالية قد تم من خلال التكيفات الفسيولوجية اللاهوائية التي كان هدفها تحقيق السرعة والانجاز الرقمي من خلال زيادة المقدار الكلي ل قوة الدفع وزيادة نشاط الانزيمات وزيادة كمية ATP - CP من خلال التحكم في فترات الراحة والشدة الصحيحة .التوصيات : 1 - الاهتمام بمراقبة تطوير القدرات الفسيولوجية من خلال الاختبارات الدورية لاهميتها في قياس التقدم والتطور في الصفات البدنية للرياضي .2 - الاهتمام بمؤشر الطاقة الحركية من قبل المدربين لعلاقته المباشرة بالتطور الحاصل بالمجاميع العضلية العاملة دون الاهتمام بكتلة الجسم بشكل مباشر .3 - من المهم جدا الاخذ بنظر الاعتبار الطاقة اللاهوائية العاملة خلال 100 متر والمستنفذة كمؤشر لتطوير المنهاج التدريبية للعدائيين . | The study concentrated on the importance of the study, the problem and the aim of the study. 100m Dash required an extremely high level of anaerobic energy. Thus, all training session aims at developing physical and fundamental abilities of the runner. The researcher found a gap in 100m Dash training and they lack a dosage developing metabolic energy. The purpose of the study is : 1. Identifying the metabolic energy in the Iraqi 100m Dash runners.2. Identifying the metabolic energy in different distances runners.3. Identifying the effect of the proposed training program that concentrates on metabolic energy development on subjects’ achievements. The hypothesis of the study : 1. There are significant differences between metabolic energy indicators among 100m dash runners.2. There are significant differences between pre and post - tests in achievement 100m dash. The subjects were seven elite runners who represent the best 100mDash runners in Iraq. All subjects were tested in their metabolic energy and running achievement prior to training program administration. After the training periods all subjects were re tested under the same conditions. The study used the proper statistical analysis for results. Results showed that the proposed program has a significant effect on running achievement in 100m Dash. It also showed the physical acquisition of the subjects that indicated development in some group muscles in their metabolic energy. Finally the results showed that the best way to speed development is to practice high frequency exercises though anaerobic physical adaptation that aimed to speed achievement. The achievements come through enzymes activities and high level of (ATP - Cp). The study came with some recommendations : 1. Concentration on physical improvements through normal test to identify athlete’s physical development.2. Concentration on kinetic energy indicators because of its direct correlation with group muscles development.3. It is vital to know that the anaerobic energy exhaustion is the best indicator of good 100m Dash running

Abstract: The study investigates the effect of interference of many teaching styles on skilled and cognitive learning, and emotional, social, moral development.The method includes four equal experimental groups, eighty male students (third stage students) enrolled at college of physical education in Baghdad university.Their average age was (21.4) years.The tests included the evaluation of technical performance and accuracy for forehand, backhand and serve in tennis. Other tests were used to measure the cognitive learning, and emotional, social, moral development.The results reveled a significant effect on the above five channels, when they used the interference of many teaching styles. The best effect on retention tests appeared in the results of first, second, and third groups.The best correlation coefficient appeared between skilled and cognitive learning, and between the later and emotional development, the recommendations of the study are to use : the interfered teaching style in tennis classes, for increasing trials and earning time and effort, and the using of retention tests for measuring real learning and finally using various practices.

Abstract: احتوى الباب الاول على مقدمة البحث واهميته اذ تطرق الباحث الى اهمية التدريب البدني في القوات المسلحة لاجل كسب المعركة ورفع الروح المعنوية لدى المقاتل ، واهمية ميادين التدريب البدني وما تكسبه للمقاتل من لياقة بدنية ومهارة حركية . وتلخصت مشكلة البحث بقلة وجود ميادين للتدريب البدني بكلفة بسيطة وكفيلة برفع عناصر اللياقة البدنية والمتغيرات الوظيفية . وقد هدف البحث الى انشاء ميدان للتدريب البدني ومعرفة تاثيره من الناحيتين البدنية والوظيفية . اما فرضيات البحث فكانت تنص على وجود فروق معنوية في عناصر اللياقة البدنية وبعض المتغيرات الوظيفية ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية . اما مجالات البحث : المجال البشري : طلاب الكلية العسكرية الاولى دورة ( 89 ) .المجال الزماني : للمدة من 12/1 2002 ولغاية 20 /3/2002 .المجال المكاني : الكلية العسكرية الاولى .يالباب الثاني : احتوى هذا الباب على المواضيع والمفاهيم التي تتعلق بموضوع البحث ( كميادين التدريب البدني واهداف التدريب البدني العسكري وواجباته والتدريب البدني في بعض جيوش العالم وطرائق الاعداد البدني وانظمة انتاج الطاقة ) ، كذلك احتوى هذا الباب على اربع دراسات مشابهة .الباب الثالث : احتوى هذا الباب على منهج البحث المستخدم وعينة البحث اذ استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي لملاءمته لموضوع بحثه ، وكان اختيار العينة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة من طلاب الكلية العسكرية الاولى دورة / 89 . وقد استخدم الباحث العديد من الوسائل والادوات لجمع المعلومات والحقائق كاستمارة جمع المعلومات والاختبارات ، وكذلك احتوى هذا الباب على التجربة الاستطلاعية والتجربة الرئيسة ( الاختبارات القبلية وطريقة تنفيذ التجربة والاختبارات البعدية ) ، والوسائل الاحصائية .الباب الرابع : شمل هذا الباب على نتائج البحث التي حصل عليها الباحث من خلال استخدامه لعدد من الوسائل الاحصائية المناسبة وضمن جداول خاصة ، ومن خلال استخدام اختبار ( ت ) للفروق بين العينات المتناظرة ، اظهرت النتائج وجود فروق معنوية بين الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي ولصالح الاختبار البعدي بالنسبة للمجموعة التجريبية ، كذلك اسـتخدم الباحث اختبار ( ت ) للعينات غير المتناظرة ، اظهرت كالنتائج وجود فروق معنوية بين المجموعتين ( الضابطة والتجريبية ) ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية في الاختبار البعدي . كذلك استخدم الباحث قانون نسبة التطور فوجد ان نسبة تطور المجموعة التجريبية افضل من نسبة تطور المجموعة الضابطة . وبعد مناقشة النتائج التي حصل عليها الباحث تبين ان ميدان التدريب البدني المقترح له اثر معنوي في تطوير بعض عناصر اللياقة البدنية والمتغيرات الوظيفية.الباب الخامس : تضمن هذا الباب الاستنتاجات والتوصيات التي توصل اليها الباحث اذ تم تحقيق اهداف وفرضيات البحث ، وكانت ابرز الاستنتاجات : - استنتج الباحث ان لميدان التدريب البدني المقترح اثرا معنويا في تطوير عناصر اللياقة البدنية وبعض المتغيرات الوظيفية . - استنتج الباحث ان هناك فروقا معنوية في تطوير عناصر اللياقة البدنية وبعض المتغيرات الوظيفية ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية . - استنتج الباحث ان نسبة تطور المجموعة التجريبية هي افضل من نسبة تطور المجموعة الضابطة في عناصر اللياقة البدنية وبعض المتغيرات الوظيفية . وقد اوصى الباحث بضرورة مفاتحة المراجع لتبني هذا الميدان وتعميمه على القوات المسلحة ، وكذلك اجراء دراسة لوضع درجات معيارية له . | This chapter contains the introduction and the significance of study, where the researcher has talked about the importance of physical training in the armed forces in order to win a battle and raise morale for a fighter, and importance of physical training fields and what they will give a fighter as physical fitness and a motive skill. The problem of research : There is a few of physical training fields that has been built at a low cost that raise the elements of physical fitness. The object : To set up a physical training field and study its physical and physiological effect.Chapter two This chapter contains topics and concepts that is connected with the study like (( physical training fields , objects and duties of a military physical training , a physical training in some armies , methods of a physical preparation and systems of the production of energy )). In addition, this chapter contains four previous studies. Chapter three This chapter contains the program and the sample of the study. The researcher has used on experimental method because it was suitable for the study; the sample has been chosen randomly ((students of the military college)). The researcher has used many means to collect information and data as a test paper; this chapter contains a pilot and main experiment and statistical means.Chapter four This chapter contains the results of study that have been got by using many suitable statistical means within special table and T - test for differences between similar samples. The results have shown there are significant differences between the pre - test and the past - test to advantage of the past one (experimental group). In addition, the researcher has used T - test for independent samples, the results have shown there are significant differences between the experimental group and the control one to advantage of experimental group in the past - test. The researcher has used the low of development ratio then he has found that a development ratio for the experimental group is better than the control group. When the results have been discussed, these results have shown that the field of the study has a significant effect on developing some elements of physical fitness and physiological parameters. Chapter five When the results have been presented, could get to the following conclusions : 1 - The field of the study has a significant effect on developing some elements of physical fitness. 2 - There are significant differences on developing some elements of physical fitness and physiological parameters to advantage of the experimental group.3 - The ratio of development of the experimental group that has been trained in the field of the study is better in some elements of physical fitness and physiological parameters than the control group that has been trained in the simple physical fitness field.

Abstract: بعد الاطلاع على الكثير من الدراسات والبحوث ومن خلال المشاهدة والاخذ باراء المدربين اتضح ان هناك ضعفا في القوة الانفجارية والقوة المميزة بالسرعة لدى لاعبي كرة القدم والذي يعكس سبب تدني وضعف في مستوى اداء اللاعبين بدنيا ومهاريا ومن ثم التاثير السلبي على نتيجة المباراة ، الامر الذي يشكل عائقا في اداء بعض المهارات بالسرعة والقوة المطلوبة ، وعد الباحث هذه مشكلة علمية تحتاج الى حلول لذا ارتاى دراسة هذه المشكلة من خلال ايجاد تمرينات باسلوبي الباليستي والبلايومترك بشكل مقنن وباستخدام الوسائل العلمية والتي يمكن من خلالها تطــوير القدرتين البدنيتين ( القوة الانفجارية والقوة المميزة بالسرعة ) وتاثيرهـــما في تطـــوير بعض المهارات الاساسية لدى لاعبي كرة القدم .اهداف البحث1 - اعداد منهجين تدريبيين باسلوب التدريب الباليستي والبلايومترك .2 - معرفة عن تاثير اسلوب التدريب الباليستي والبلايومترك في تطوير القوة الانفجارية والقوة المميزة بالسرعة للرجلين لدى لاعبي كرة القدم .3 - الكشف عن تاثير اسلوب التدريب الباليستي والبلايومترك في تطوير بعض المهارات الاساسية لدى لاعبي كرة القدم .4 - الكشف عن اي الاساليب افضل في تطوير القوة الانفجارية والقوة المميزة بالسرعة للرجلين وتطوير بعض المهارات الاساسية لدى لاعبي كرة القدم .فروض البحثيفترض الباحث : - 1 - هناك فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين نتائج الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية لاختبارات القوة الانفجارية والقوة المميـــزة بالسرعة للرجلين ولمجاميع البحث .2 - هناك فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية في تطوير بعض المهارات الاساسية لدى لاعبي كرة القدم لمجاميع البحث.3 - هناك فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين الاختبارات البعدية لاختبارات القوة الانفجارية والقوة المميزة بالسرعة للرجلين ولبعض المهارات الاساسية لدى لاعبي كرة القدم بين مجاميع البحث .اجراءات البحث تم اختيارنادي الصليخ الرياضي ونادي التربية الرياضي من مجموع اندية بغداد للدرجة الاولى والبالغ عددهم ( 9 ) اندية من المنطقة الوسطى والمشتركين بدوري 2010 وكان عدد اللاعبين المسجلين لكل نادي ( 20 ) لاعبا ومجموع لاعبي الناديين ( 40 ) لاعبا ، وقسمت العينة الى ثلاثة مجاميع مجموعة ضابطة ومجموعتين تجريبيتين احدهما تدريب بالاسلوب الباليستي والثانية تدربت باسلوب البلايومترك ، لتطوير القوة الانفجارية والقوة المميزة بالسرعة للرجلين وتاثيرهما على مهارة ركل الكرة لابعد مسافة ممكنة ومهارة التهديف ، اختبرت عينة البحث بالاختبارات التالية : - - اختبار القفز العمودي من الثبات . - اختبار الوثب العريض من الثبات . - اختبار الحجل لاقصى مسافة في 10 ثانية . - اختبار ثني ومد الركبتين في 20 ثانية . - اختبار دقة التهديف نحو الهدف . - اختبار ركل الكرة لابعد مسافة ممكنة . واستمر البرنامج التدريبي (12 ) اسبوع وبعد الانتهاء عولجت النتائج بالوسائل الاحصائية الملائمة بقنون الارتباط واختبار ( T ) وتحليل التباين واختبار ( LSD ) لاقل فرق معنوي .الاستنتاجات في ضوء اهداف البحث وفروضه واستنادا الى النتائج التي توصل اليها الباحث ضمن حدود الدراسة تم التوصل الى الاستنتاجات الاتية : - • ظهرت فروق معنوية بدلالة احصائية بين نتائج الاختبار القبلي والبعدي للمجاميع الثلاث في تنمية القوة الانفجارية للرجلين وفي الاختبارين ، القفز العمودي من الثبات ، والوثب العريض من الثبات .• ظهرت فروق معنوية بدلالة احصائية بين نتائج الاختبار القبلي والبعدي للمجاميع الثلاث في تنمية القوة المميزة بالسرعة للرجلين وفي الاختبارين ، الحجل لاقصى مسافة في 10 ثانية ، وثني ومد الركبتين في 20 ثانية .• ظهرت فروق معنوية بدلالة احصائية بين نتائج الاختبار القبلي والبعدي للمجاميع الثلاث في دقة التهديف نحو الهدف وفي ركل الكرة لابعد مسافة ممكنة .• ظهرت من خلال نتائج استخدام ( LSD ) لمعرفة اقل فرق معنوي ان اسلوب التدريب الباليستي ( المجموعة التجريبية الاولى ) هو افضل من اسلوب التدريب البلايومترك في اختبار ركل الكرة والحجل لاقصى مسافة ممكنة .• ظهر من خلال نتائج استخدام ( LSD ) لمعرفة اقل فرق معنوي عدم وجود فروق معنوية بين اسلوب التدريب الباليستي والبلايومترك في اختبار القفز العمودي واختبار الوثب العريض من الثبات واختبار ثني ومد الركبتين واختبار دقة التهديف البعيد . • ان المنهج التدريبي الباليستي المعد من قبل الباحث كان له تاثير في تحسين القوة الانفجارية والقوة المميزة بالسرعة للرجلين عن طريق النتائج التي تم التوصل اليها .• القوة الانفجارية والقوة المميزة بالسرعة لهما تاثير ايجابي لتطوير مهارة دقة التهديف ومهارة ركل الكرة . | The importance of this research is the need of using ballistic and plyomeric training to develop legs explosive power and strength speed and their relationship to some basic skills for soccer players. The research aims were to detect the impact of training ballistic and plyometric exercises to develop legs explosive power and strength speed, disclosure the impact of the training ballistic and plyometric exercises in the development of some of the basic skills of soccer players, there are significant differences between research groups in the post and pre test in the development of legs explosive power and strength speed, there are statistically significant differences between research groups in the post and pre test in the development of some basic skills for soccer players. The sample consists of 40 players from Sulaikh and Education Soccer Clubs , experiment was conducted from the date of 10/21/2009 and up to 2 / 2 / 2010, in the stadiums soccer of Al - Sulaikh and Al - kashfia . Use experimental training program method to match relevance and nature of the problem, as well as the research sample of 40 players divided into four groups (control group ,two experimental groups and pilot group), each group contains (10) players . The researcher came up with this conclusions : 1. The ballistic training program that prepared by the researcher had an impact in improving legs explosive power and strength characterized by speed through results that have been reached . 2. The plyometric training program prepared by the researcher had an impact in improving legs explosive power and strength characterized by speed through results that have been reached. Abstract: من خلال خبرة الباحث في مجال لعبة كرة اليد لاعبا ومدرسا ومدربا ومن خلال مشاهداته الميدانية لمباريات دوري النخبة ولمواسم متتالية، لاحظ عدم احتواء مفكرة ومناهج المدربين لاية مفردة تخص اعداد وتنظيم وتخطيط تمارين لتطوير صفة مطاولة القوة المميزة بالسرعة بدنيا ومهاريا, يضاف اليها عدم وجود اي بحوث لا في مجال لعبة كرة اليد او الالعاب الاخرى ما يشير الى تناول هذه الصفة واهميتها بالنسبة للاعب كرة اليد, كذلك افتقار تلك الصفة البدنية المركبة الى تمارين واختبارات لتدريبها وقياسها واختبارها بدنيا ومهاريا وعدم وجود منهج تدريبي تتناول مفرداته بالتفصيل الكيفية التي يتم توزيع مكونات الحمل فيها وطرائق تدريبها, لذلك حرص الباحث على دراسة هذه المشكلة اسهاما منه في تقديم كل ما هو جديد في لعبة كرة اليد الحديثة.اهداف البحث : يهدف البحث الى : 1 - تحديد مجموعة اختبارات بدنية ومهارية لاختبار صفة مطاولة القوة المميزة بالسرعة لدى لاعبي كرة اليد لدوري النخبة.2 - ايجاد الدرجات والمستويات المعيارية وحدودهما لعينة البحث.3 - وضع منهج تدريبي مقترح لتطوير صفة مطاولة القوة المميزة بالسرعة لدى لاعبي كر اليد (دوري النخبة).4 - التعرف على تاثير المنهج التدريبي المقترح في دقة اداء بعض المهارات الاساسية بكرة اليــد.فرو ض البحث : 1 - للمنهج التدريبي تاثير ايجابي في تطوير صفة مطاولة القوة المميزة بالسرعة بدنيا ومهاريا لدى عينة البحث.2 - هناك فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين الاختبارات البدنية والمهارية لصفة مطاولة القوة المميزة بالسرعة للاختبارات القبلية والاختبارات البعدية للمجموعة التجريبية ولصالح الاختبارات البعدية.3 - هناك فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين الاختبارات البدنية والمهارية لصفة مطاولة القوة المميزة بالسرعة للاختبارات القبلية والاختبارات البعدية بين المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية.4 - هناك فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين صفة مطاولة القوة المميزة بالسرعة ودقة اداء بعض المهارات الاساسية بكرة اليد.اجراءات البحث : استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي (تصميم المجموعتين المتكافئتين ذات الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي) وتضمنت اجراءات البحث على النحو ما ياتي : عينة البحث مكونة من (110) لاعبيـن موزعين على اندية دوري النخبة للموسم الرياضي 2001 - 2002 وتمثل سبعة اندية هي (الجيش - الكرخ - ديالى - الشرطة - الفتوة - صلاح الدين - الكوفة), وقد قام الباحث باجراء اختباراته على لاعبي تلك الاندية من اجل ايجاد الدرجات والمستويات المعيارية بعد بنائها وتحديدها من قبل الخبراء وايجاد الشروط العلمية والثقل العلمي لها, بعد ذلك اختبار الباحث عمديا (28) لاعبي يمثلون لاعبو نادي الجيش (14) لاعبا لتكون المجموعة التجريبية, ولاعبو نادي الكرخ (14) لاعبي لتكون المجموعة الضابطة, بعد ذلك تم وضع منهج تدريبي مقترح لتطوير صفة مطاولة القوة المميزة بالسرعة بدينا ومهاريا حددت تفاصيله في متن الاطروحة ولقد تم اختبار عينة البحث بخمسة اختبارات هي : 1 - اختبار ركض ووثب (50) مترا لقياس واختبار صفة مطاولة القوة المميزة بالسرعة بدنيا.2 - اختبار ركض وقفز (50) مترا لقياس واختبار صفة مطاولة القوة المميزة بالسرعة بدنيا ايضا.3 - اختبار تصويب الكرات الاربع لقياس واختبار صفة مطاولة القوة المميزة بالسرعة مهاريا.4 - اختبار المناولة الطويلة ودقة توجيه الكرة من مسافة (30) متر.5 - اختبار دقة التصويب على المربعات المعلقة في الهدف 50سم×50سم.استمر تنفيذ المنهج التدريبي المقترح لمدة عشرة اسابيع بواقع (3) وحدات تدريبية في الاسبــوع.وقد تمت معالجة النتائج بالوسائل الاحصائية المناسبة والتي تمثل : الوسط الحسابي - الانحراف المعياري - معامل الارتباط البسيط.اختبار (ت) لدلالة الفروق لمتوسطين غير مرتبطين ولعينتين متساويتين.اختبار (ت) لدلالة الفروق بين وسطين مرتبطين, النسبة المئوية, معامل الصدق الذاتي, معامل الاختلاف لحساب التجانس, الخطا المعياري, الرقم الثابت, الدرجات المعيارية المعدلة بطريقة التتابع, المقدار الثابت, معامل الالتواء لحساب مستوى صعوبة الاختبار, الوسيط.الباب الخامس5 - 1 الاستنتاجات : من النتائج التي اسفرت عنها هذه الدراسة توصل الباحث الى الاستنتاجات التالية : 1 - ان للتمارين البدنية الخاصة المستخدمة ضمن المنهج التدريبي المقترح فاعلية وتاثير ايجابي في تطوير صفة مطاولة القوة المميزة بالسرعة بدنيا على لاعبي المجموعة التجريبيــة.2 - ان للتمارين المهارية الخاصة المستخدمة ضمن المنهج التدريبي المقترح فاعلية وتاثر ايجابي في تطوير صفة مطاولة القوة المميزة بالسرعة مهاريا على لاعبي المجموعة التجريبيــة.3 - ان للمنهج التدريبي المقترح تاثير ايجابي في تطوير صفة مطاولة القوة المميزة بالسرعة بدنيا ومهاريا على لاعبي المجموعة التجريبية.4 - ان المنهج التدريبي المقترح في تطوير صفة مطاولة القوة المميزة بالسرعة بدنيا ومهاريا قد ادى الى تطوير دقة المناولة لدى لاعبي المجموعة التجريبية.5 - ان المنهج التدريبي المقترح في تطوير صفة مطاولة القوة المميزة بالسرعة بدنيا ومهاريا قد ادى الى تطوير دقة التصويب لدى لاعبي المجموعة التجريبية.6 - ايجاد مجموعة اختبارات بدنية ومهارية لقياس واختبار وقياس صفة مطاولة القوة المميزة بالسرعة للاعبي كرة اليد لدوري النخبة.7 - تم التوصل الى وضع الدرجات المعيارية لاختبارات صفة مطاولة القوة المميزة بالسرعة بدنيا ومهاريا واختبارات دقة المناولة ودقة التصويب, جدول (11).8 - تم التوصل الى تحديد المستويات المعيارية للاختبارات المبحوثة لعينة البحث جدول (12) اذ بلغت المستويات المعيارية لاختبارات انجاز العينة (9) تسعة مستويات ضمن المستوى المحصور ما بين (ممتاز - جيد جدا - جيد - فوق الوسط - الوسط - تحت الوسط - مقبول - ضعيف - ضعيف جدا).9 - انحسر انجاز العينة في الاختبارات المبحوثة عند المستويات (جيد جدا - جيد - الوسط).10 - لم تحقق عنية البحث اية نسب تذكر عند المستوى (ضعيف) في اختبار صفة مطاولة القوة المميزة بالسرعة بدنيا (اختبار ركض وقفز (50) متر, وعند المستوى (فوق الوسط - تحت الوسط - ضعيف) في اختبار دقة المناولة, وعند المستوى (ضعيف - ضعيف جدا) في اختبار دقة التصويب, بالمقارنة مع ما مقرر لهذا المستوى في منحنى التوزيع الطبيعي, اذ بلغت النسب المتحققة (صفر %).5 - 2 التوصيات : في ضوء النتائج التي اسفرت عنها الدراسة توصل الباحث الى عدة توصيات يامل الاستفادة منها وكما ياتــي : 1 - التاكيد على اهمية استخدام المنهج التدريبي المقترح في تدريب لاعبي اندية القطر للمتقدمين (دوري النخبة) واندية الدرجة الاولى.2 - الاهتمام بتطوير صفة مطاولة القوة المميزة بالسرعة بدنيا ومهاريا لكونها تبحث لاول مرة ولكونها احد الصفات البدنية الخاصة المركبة التي يحتاج اليها لاعب كرة اليد الى جانب القوة الانفجارية والقوة القصوى ومطاولة القوة ومطاولة السرعة والقوة المميزة بالسرعة.3 - This physical training included aerobic exercises using low intensity interval and continuous training along with a proper nutritional diet that work together on using the additional glucose to produce energy and remove the excessive amounts of it from the blood. It also reduced the percentage of fat, reduces weight and improves some physical, functional and biochemical variables in second type male diabetics of the ages 30 - 38 years old. The subjects were compared to second type male diabetics who use medicine and diet as means for treatment.Problem of the Study : There is a great increase in people suffering from second type diabetes especially in the young generations. This increase may be due to lack of physical activity, not attempting to cure the disease through low intensity physical activity. Thus the researcher proposed using low intensity interval and continuous training that suit second type diabetics of the ages 30 - 38. In addition to that, many diabetics turn to medicine for cure and ignore the impact of physical activity while others use both medicine and physical activities without checking the functional, biochemical and physical aspects of their treatment and how it may affect their injury level after applying the program. Thus the researcher proposed standardizing therapeutic programs for diabetics and distributing intensities, frequencies and periods according to the level diabetes. Aims of the Study : 1. Through the presentation of results, and analysis, and discussed in IV category obtained the researcher concluded that the special exercise has affected and, more significantly in the development the ability of the arms, momentum , and electrical activity of certain muscles involved in shoulder joint, and some biomechanical variables when performing the diametric beating overwhelming skill, did not show results significantly in some of the variables biomechanical (momentum of inertia of the beating arm to at the two moments of preparation, beatings, and momentum of inertia of the trunk at the moment to prepare for beating, and the angle of the launch ball), as is indicated by the results their is existence of significant differences of test the accuracy of diametric beating overwhelming skill in research sample. The researcher has reached several conclusions, including : - - Using exercises has positive effect in promoting the performance level and reducing opportunities of the potential of occurring the injury. - Obtaining the results of the muscular work of( momentum, and electrical of some muscles) presented accurate results through which could rehabilitation the injury aspects.The researcher recommended the following : - - paying attention by the clubs and differences with mechanical accurate analysis, and the electrical activity of muscle training before each season to determine the causes of weakness, and to utilize them in the planning of training programs, and to correct errors of technical performance, and prevent players from injury. - Need to pay attention to the performance skills with a methods similar to the skill as much as possible, through the diversification of the exercises for the development of muscular power of the arms, and momentum of the forces operating in the muscles of the shoulder joint. The research's problem lies in first identifying the non - oxygen energy stores in the muscular tissue in a direct method which depends on direct measurement and working to avail of it in the future in assessing the capabilities of the players who practice some non - oxygen activities, thereby providing the possibility of finding appropriate solutions for this problem which might require performing future researches in this direction to find other vents for developing the non - oxygen capabilities. The research's objectives are summarized in the following : 1 - Identifying the stored quantity of the non - oxygen energy inside the working muscular cell, according to some different track and field's activities. 2 - Carrying out a comparison between the non - oxygen energy stores with regard to its quantity and type (according to some different track and field's activities). The researcher assumed the following : 1 - There are differences of statistical significance between some of the non - oxygen energy stores with regard to quantity and type, according to some different track and field's activities. As for the research fields, they were : The human field : A sample of players in the track and field activities (100m, 110 hurdles, long jump, high jump); time field : The period from 8/4/2013 till 11/5/2013; the space field : Tirbiyat Mudarris university for higher studies in the Republic of Iraq / Tehran, Department of Biochemistry. Second part : In it, the researcher dealt with the theoretical studies, where the following was discussed : The structural muscular cell, its general and fine compositions, its contents, the difference between its fibers, its working mechanism, some of its biochemical reactions, the system and body effort which are relating to the discussed track and field activities. Third part : It included the research's methodology and its field procedures, where the researcher used the comparative academic methodology. The studying sample consisted of eight male volunteer players of the national team (adults category) in some of the track and field activities (the long jump, the high jump, the 100 meters sprint, the 110 meters hurdles sprint) who have participated in the 2013 Iraq's championship. They are divided according to their specialized activity where the researcher did not interfere in their distribution. They are distributed into four groups, each group represents an activity of the mentioned track and field activities, each group has two players who were chosen by the intentional method, the body mass index, actual age and training age were calculated for each of them, with a description of the used research tools, devices and equipment, with determining the study's variables. Some of the energy stores in the muscular specimen were the triple phosphate adenosine (ATP) quantity, the phosphorus creatine (CP) quantity. The tests of the fibers and their biochemistry was determined by the Biolominometer device of the German international company (Berthold) which is available in Iran. Travelling occurred with the players and the study measurements was made by drawing a specimen from their quadriceps muscle's tissue in Tirbiyat Mudarris university in Tehran city according to the laboratory conditions and regulations. The specimen drawing's method and condition and the study's performance were described. The researcher used the statistical system (SPSS) to deduct the arithmetic mean values, the normative error of the arithmetic mean, the normative variation, the Kruskal Wallis test value and the Mann Whitney test.Fourth part : It included demonstrating the results by tables and analyzing them, where the results of the stored quantity's values of each of the study's variables were demonstrated, then comparison was carried out with regard to their quantities and values for some different track and field activities which are studies, then they were discussed and supported by references. Fifth part : It contained the conclusions from this study and its recommendations and suggestions : The most important conclusions were summarized as follows : 1 - The stored quantity of the triple phosphate adenosine (ATP) in the muscular specimen varies among the players according to their track and field activity. 2 - The stored quantity of the triple phosphate adenosine (ATP) in the muscular specimen did not vary except between the runners of the 100 meters and 110 meters hurdles, and it did vary between the long jump and high jump players. 3 - The stored quantity of the triple phosphate adenosine (ATP) in the muscular specimen at the runners of the 100 meters and the 110 meters hurdles is more than the stored quantity at the long jump and high jump players. 4 - The stored quantity of the phosphorus creatine (CP) in the muscular specimen is different between the players, according to their activities in the track and field. 5 - The stored quantity of the phosphorus creatine (CP) in the muscular specimen did not vary between the runners of the 100 meters and the 110 meters hurdles, neither did it vary among the long jump and high jump players. 6 - The stored quantity of the phosphorus creatine (CP) in the muscular specimen at the players of the long jump and high jump is more than the stored quantity at the runners of the 100 meters and the 110 meters hurdles.

kinetic, and here came the importance of research to identify the contribution of physical - kinetic intelligent and equilibrium emotional being the grounds important to improve kinetic performance , which enables us to develop predictive equations to identify the level of kinetic performance of the assortment kinetic on the balance beam.The main research problemThe lack of research on these important issues and of the growing interest in the psychological aspect of the students and which are not less important than the physical abilities and skills, so it had to conduct this research to identify on the physical - kinetic intelligence level and emotional equilibrium Abstractamong female students as well as to identify the relationship between them and the starting motor on the balance beam, which enables us to develop predictive equations in terms of the variables selected in the squad on the balance beam mobility of students.The objectives were as follows : - 1 - There is a correlation, confidence and statistical significance between the level of physical intelligence - and the level of assortment kinetic performance on the balance beam and the relationship is proportional.2 - Correlation, confidence and statistical significance between the level of balancing the emotional and the level of performance in the team dynamic on the balance beam and the relationship was direct correlation between the balance of emotional and positive performance in the team dynamic on the balance beam and the relationship inversely balance emotional and negative performance.3 - Students who earned a high level in the test assortment kinetic are who earned a high degree in the physical - kinetic intelligence test and the level of positive emotional balance with the highest level of negative emotional equilibrium.4 - Researcher reached the total of predictive equations for the level of performance in the assortment kinetic on the balance beam kinetic intelligence in terms of physical - kinetic and emotional balance, positive and negative.According to the above findings the researcher recommends a set of recommendations : - 1 - Find intelligent interest in physical variables - the physical, emotional balance as they relate to the level of performance in close range of the kinetic on the balance beam for the students and being the most important aspects that have a psychological impact on the general performance in a positive way.2 - Attentions to conduct more tests because of its psychological impact on the level of performance in all sports activities.3 - Need to benefit from the predictive equations because of their importance in predicting what will be the performance level of students in the future in all sports activities in general and gymnastics in particular.4 - Reference has also been made to similar previous studies on the same subject.In execution of the study objectives, the researcher applied the following procedures : 1. The experimental approach of two equivalent groups>2. The study specimen was represented by slow - learning pupils of the private second - class primary pupils from Martyr Abdul rasool Awda Primary School, affiliated with the Directorate General of Education, Karkh III, in the academic year 2012 - 2013, totaling 16 male and female pupils divided into two groups; an experimental group consisting of 8 pupils and a control group of 8 pupils.3. The researcher has used Raven intelligence test and Purdue Scale to measure the kinetic cognitive abilities and attainment test in mathematics and science for the mid - year exams.4. Determining the experimental and control groups randomly by using lot, the specimen was equivalent.5. Completing the pre - tests of the kinetic cognitive abilities by using Purdue scale, the kinetic approach proposed by the researcher was executed for 30 educational units, besides the implementation at a rate of 3 educational units a week. The duration of the single educational units reached 40 minutes.6. Executing the kinetic approach proposed, the post - tests for kinetic cognitive abilities were performed by applying Purdue scale and knowledge acquisition test for mathematics and science.7. Appropriate statistical methods for information processing were also used.The researcher arrived at several conclusions, the most important of which are : 1. The approach she worked out effectively contributed to the development of kinetic cognitive abilities and knowledge acquisition of mathematics and science for slow - learning pupils.2. This study emphasizes the importance of the role of games and athletic activities in developing kinetic cognitive abilities and knowledge acquisition of slow - learning pupils.3. The pupils actively responded to accept mathematics and science through using small educational games.Finally, the researcher recommended the following : 1. It is necessary to adopt the kinetic approach proposed by her in teaching slow - learning pupils of the private second - class primary pupils, since it proved to be effective.2. It is necessary to pay more concern to athletic education which contributes to building the basic aspects of pupil's character, especially the kinetic cognitive abilities and knowledge acquisition.3. Here lies the importance of research in the study of significant variables in the life of the player bowling, namely psychological adjustment and control centers and their relationship to psychological accomplishment sports a modest step in the development of scientific bases at the numbers for psychological help coaches and players in promoting the sport.The study aimed to : - identify the degree of psychological adjustment and self - control centers for the research sample for both sexes. - identify more axes impact in the degree of psychological adjustment and the degree of restraint to the research sample for both sexes - find the differences between the sexes in the (degree of psychological adjustment and self - control and achievement) of the sample. - find a relationship between psychological adjustment and self - control centers to accomplish the players bowling for the research sample. Use descriptive approach, the research community, who was named the way they deliberate national teams players of the participating countries in the Championship Sinai International Open bowling (men + women), which was held in the Arab Republic of Egypt for the period (15 - 30/4/2014) totaling (72 ) athletes (57 player +15 player) has chosen the researcher research sample and of all the players (men and women) and by (100%), and they do represent the research community as a whole, and the participating countries are (Egypt, Kuwait, Iraq, Jordan, Saudi Arabia Bahrain). After deviate standards and how to calculate the results and conduct official correspondence between the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls and the Iraqi Central bowling alley, and the Arab Union for bowling to conduct the study on the participating teams, has been approved to travel researcher to the Arab Republic of Egypt to conduct tests on the Arab players participating in the tournament Sinai for the period from 15 - 30 / 4/2014 in Cairo. Been applied to measure psychological adjustment and self - control center with the help of assistant team before the tournament one day and collectively on 14/04/2014 at four o'clock in the afternoon bowling hall in Cairo.The tournament began on 15.04.2014 till 30.04.2014, were collected from the results of achievement judge committee at the end of the tournament. The problem of the study was the weakness in the motor Capabilities of the pupils at the age (8) years and the need to use innovative modern methods and its development , so the researcher used simulation system (Wii) within the curriculum as a method to develop some motor skills for pupil in primary schools at the age (8) years and increase their educational outcome.The aim of study1. To know the effect of this teaching system to develop some motor skills of this age.2. To know the best group to develop these skills at this ages.Hypothesis of the study : 1. There are statistical differences between pre and post tests for the experimental.2. There are statistical differences between controlling groups and in favor of the group using the of a simulation (wii) I used an experimental method which was suitable for the nature of the reserch problem , as it has been selected primary school pupils at age (8) years, the age (8) years means are all pupils who have completed the age of (7) years and entered year (8) They are pupils of the second level of primary, they were chosen as the sample , a private school was chosen to ensure the availability of the pitch and the classroom appropriate to implement the experience. The sample of pupils was divided into two groups, control group and the other experimental (10) pupils per group, the control group followed the traditional approach without the use of teaching aids , while the experimental group using the proposed curriculum and educational means a device simulation (wii), the curriculum has continued for a period of (10) weeks from 19/2/2012 until 2/5/2012, the program divided in to (30) teaching units , (3) unit per week (Sunday - Tuesday - Wednesday), and it took (45) minutes for each unit and the researcher used the following tests : 1 - test the speed of motor response2 - test of precise motor response3 - test of coordination between eye and foot4 - test of coordination between eye and hand5 - fitness test.Post - test was conducted on 03/05/2012 on the control and experimental groups.This Chapter Contains the show for most important results, analysis and discussion , using the program spss and the researcher checked the results through the use of test (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, T for samples asymmetric and non - symmetrical) the results were put in tables and discussed in a scientific manner and enforced by scientific references and during the discussion the goals of research was achieve.Conclusions : 1. That both the educational curriculum and educational curriculum to be using the simulator (Wii) have a positive impact in the development of some motor skills for students age (8 years).2. That educational curriculum using the simulator (Wii) works on the development of some motor skills for students age (8 years) are better than the educational curriculum decision. Recommendations : 1.Need to use the equipment, tools and aids within educational curriculum set for the purpose of increasing the return of education and training to students. 2. The researcher used the descriptive correlation study , as the research community chose the way they are intentional national teams players of the fifteen countries participating in the Sinai International Open Bowling ( men ), which was held in the Arab Republic of Egypt for the period from 23 - 30/4/2013 totaling ( 100 ) for the player, the researcher has chosen a sample of ( 98 ) for the player , and they thus represent 98% of the research community , as it has been excluded ( 2 ) The player of them to conduct exploratory experiment on them. After Thdidachtbarat physical abilities and motor tests mental capacity , and after verification of the scientific basis for the tests , and then calculate achievement in the game of bowling on according to international law, were arranged players according to their findings individual , and the adoption of points directly obtained from the registration form for all members of the sample After collecting the results of the tests were statistically treated and discharged at the tables and after it has been presented, analyzed and discussed, the researcher concluded : - The presence of a significant correlation between some physical and motor abilities and accomplish Bowling players. - The presence of varying percentage contribution to some physical and motor abilities and accomplish Bowling players. - The presence of a significant correlation between some mental capacity and the completion of the players bowling. - The presence of varying percentage contribution of some mental capacity and the completion of the players bowling. - The physical abilities and mental and motor of the important factors in determining the completion of Bowling players.Through the researcher recommends conclusions : - The need for attention to the physical capabilities and mental and motor in the field of sports in general and in Sport Bowling in particular, with the development of training curriculum physical capabilities and mental and motor. - Interest in the sport of bowling by conducting various studies to develop achievement and other age groups.

Preparing a teaching program using teaching technology for some physical education curricula (gymnastics and basketball) for secondary schools.2. Identify the effect of a teaching program on the level of teaching some physical education curricula (gymnastics and basketball) for secondary schools.3. Identify the differences between pre and post tests on the levels of teaching the skills under study.Hypotheses of the study : 1. There are significant statistical difference between pre and posttests results for both groups in the level of learning some skills in gymnastics and basketball. 2. There are statistical significant differences between posttests results in both groups of the study in learning open skills.The Procedures : The researcher used the experimental method. The subjects were (40) secondary school pupils of the ages 13 - 14. The subjects were 20 from Al Mamoon secondary school and 20 from Ammar Ben Yaser secondry school. The subjects from Al Mamoon school were divided into two groups one for teaching gymnastics and the other for basketball. Ammar Ben Yaser school served as the controlling group.The experts selected many gymnastics skills including (handstand, cartwheel, somersault) and basketball skills included (chest passing, dribbling and shooting).The researcher proposed a teaching program in the computer as a technical means. Many gymnastics skills models were video taped as well as basketball skills along with comments and feedback on each model. Conclusions & Recommendations : The researcher came up with many conclusions and ended up recommended the following : Conclusions : 1. Advanced technical teaching methods contributed in developing the movements of arms, legs, head, torso for both gymnastics and basketball.2. Displaying the skills using the computer gave positive results in facilitating the learning process through watching the model perform and the ability to use slow motion to concentrate on details.3. feedback plays a great role here because the pupil will compare his performance with the performance of the model he watched in the computer.Recommendations : 1. Using technology in teaching physical education skills in schools.2. Using the computer in schools to develop physical education lesson.3. Encouraging physical education teachers to use the computer in learning sport skills.4. Making similar studies using other forms of technology like Wii for learning the basic skills of all sports.

And knowing the better group in consequent test and knowing the differences betweens boys and girls concerning developing the research variables for the sample individuals of the research.The researcher using the experimental program in equal groups procedure, the sample of the research included (40) student of boys and girls, they were chosen randomly and divided into two groups : control and experimental groups, (20) students to each group. The educational and followed programs included (18) educational units for (6) weeks, dividing (3) educational units per - week during (40) minutes for each educational unit.The researcher made a pre and consequent measure for the cognitive and psychomotor abilities and the basic psychomotors for the elementary school students of (9) years old then the statically procedure were made to know the effect of the two programs on developing some cognitive and psychomotor abilities and the basic psychomotors for elementary school students of nine years old.The results were representing as a tables and being discussed according to the researcher opinions reinforced by same identity of the research resources. The researcher has reached too many results : - 1. Using the suggested educational program and the program led to developing some of the cognitive and psychomotor abilities and the basic psychomotors for the students of (9) years old in boys and girls.2. The suggested educational program is better than the followed program in developing some of the cognitive and psychomotor abilities and the basic psychomotors for the students of (9) years old (boys and girls) except the directive ness ability.3. Experimental girls are better than controlled boys in walking test, while experimental boys are better than controlled girls in crossing hurdle test, but no development in both sexes concerning the blackboard test, while the experimental Boys are relatively better than experimental girls but they are relatively similar concerning all the basic psychomotors.According to such result, the researcher recommended by the following : - 1. Ensuring to use the suggested educational program which prove the development in some cognitive and psychomotor abilities and the basic psychomotors for elementary school students of nine years old both sexes.2. The necessary of investment sport lesson with repeating, practicing and variety by using ball games in purposeful mode which made and led to developing some cognitive and psychomotor abilities and the basic psychomotors.3. The experimental program lasted for two months with three learning sessions per week. The pretests were applied after designing a questionnaire to measure the creative thinking as well as the basic skills in children. The posttests were applied after the experimental program and the results were treated statistically using SPSS.The Conclusions : 1. The learning sessions using creative thinking exercises contributed effectively in developing the perceptive level and performing some basic skills in children.2. The learning session using the computer contributed effectively to develop the perceptive level in the second experimental group.3. The learning session using the computer in the second experimental group to develop retention of the basic skills understudy. The Recommendations : 1. Using the results of the training program for developing the perceptive level and performing some basic skills in kindergarten children.2. Stressing the importance of connecting the perceptive level with the performance of the basic skills when designing kindergarten programs due to their importance in learn.3. The Problem of the study is that there are differences in children's performance of the basic movements and the researcher believe these differences to be due to their body types.The Aims of The Study : 1. Identifying the relationship between body type and the level of performing basic movement in children of the ages 5 - 6 years old.2. Identifying the differences between sexes in the level of performing the basic movement in children of the ages 5 - 6 years old. The Hypotheses of The Study : 1. There is a statistical relationship between body type and the level of performing some basic movement in children of the ages 5 - 6 years old.2. There are statistical differences between the two sex in the level of performing some basic movements using body type of the subjects.The Procedures : The researcher used the descriptive method. The subjects were 108 children (53 males and 55 females). Their measurements were taken including their height and weight. Then, they were divided into three body types according to body mass index of the American health institute (normal, thin and obese). The basic skill movements were determined by a scientific committee. These movements include running, throwing, hopping, receiving and balance. The researcher has performed these movements in front of children and then asked them to imitate him. He filmed all the skills so as to be evaluated by scientific evaluators. The subjects were divided into (obese boys and obese girls), (normal boys and normal girls) and (thin boys and thin girls). The collected data was treated statistically using proper statistical methods to identify the relationship between body type and the level of performing some basic movement by children of the age 5 - 6 years old. Conclusions : The researcher concluded the following : 1. The physical style determines the performance efficiency of kinetic forms.2. The capacity of the hard style altwazan does not take into account.3. Obesity thinning are negative factor influencing performance of basic movements.4. Best natural style in some basic shapes such as kinetic (jogging, throw, jump, receipt).5. Affected by sex by nature physical style.Recommendations : The researcher recommended the following : 1 - Adoption of BMI wanted to sample the continuous search to view the calendar.2 - Adoption of the outcome of some basic sample search motor for continuous calendar.3 - Periodic measurements and weights of children between kindergarten and family cooperation in preserving the non - weight children at this stage.4 - Emphasis on curriculum development in physical patterns to achieve platform.5 - Emphasize not to increase the weight of children because they influence on performance of kinetic forms.6 - Prepare curriculum develops core because kinetic forms of performance sports skills.7 - Further studies and research on influence of different body styles to develop physical and kinetic characteristics.

Abstract: هدفت الدراسة الى ايجاد درجات ومستويات للسمنة والشحوم وبعض القدرات البدنية للتلاميذ بعمر (11 - 12) سنة، واشتملت عينة البحث على طلبة المدارس الابتدائية في بغداد (مديريتي تربية الكرخ والرصافة الثانية) بعمر (11 - 12) سنة البالغ عددهم (1025) طالبا، وتحدد الم | This study aimed to identify obesity, fat levels, and some physical abilities of pupils aged (11 - 12 years), the research sample were students in primary schools in Baghdad (departments of Education in Al - Karkh and Al - Rusafa II) aged between (11 - 12 years), who were (1025) students , and the research period from (08/04/2010) until (05/05/2010), studies included theoretical of overweight and obesity, and identified methods and the reasons leading to that and the health risks that cause it and body composition and physical fitness elements related to health, as well as similar studies, and the researcher used the descriptive style survey, the researcher used smeasures of height and weight and extraction body mass index (BMI) and measure the thickness of skin folds in the areas such as : triceps muscle ,and under the scapula and get fat precentage by useing (Lohmann - 1992 ) equation and the use growth plan and cross points to determine overweight and obesity as well as fitness tests related to health (the tests were strength of grip, flexibility and abdominal muscles endurance), the researcher used set of statistical tools to achieve the goal of his research (the mean and standard deviation, median and coefficient of torsion and grading standard in relay) as well as for finding the limits of standard grades and within the levels and percentages. The researcher reached mauy conclusions whch are : - The is clear reduction in body mass index variable (BMI) for the sample my age (11) and (12) years. - The is clear reduction in fat precentage variable for the sample age (11) and (12) years. - The is obvious weakness in the research sample age (11 years) and (12) years in grip force variable. - The is obvious weakness in the research sample age (11 years) and (12) years in abdominal muscles endurance variable. - The sample achieved good levels of flexibility age, which is the best physical ability under discussion. - In general the is a lack in research sample aged (11 years) and (12) years in in health - related to physical fitness (strength, flexibility and endurance). The researcher recommended a series of recommendations including : - Do not rely on body mass index as a guide to predict body fat where it should be measured the body mass index and the thickness of skin fold alone both of them. - Prepare programs that focus on physical activities by the Ministry of Education and Health. - Tack care of physical education lessen in schools and teachers needs to focus on material with pupils with high levels of obesity. - Attention to the training of health workers in preventing and controlling obesity. - Include information related to obesity and risks in the curricula of physical education lessons. - Establishing training courses for teachers physical education in the Ministry to introduce them the dangers of obesity and prevention and treatment. - Further studies on both sexes and different age groups to get to know the reality of obesity, physical activity and fitness in order to evaluate and find solutions.

There are significant differences in the posttests in all experimental groups. The Procedures : The researcher used the experimental method. The subjects were (60) first - year students of the college of physical education/ university of Baghdad. They were divided into three experimental groups. The researcher conducted personal interviews with some experts in the field of methods of teaching and athletics. Three styles were used to learn high jump and they are inclusion style, cooperative style J1 and cooperative style J2. The researcher also conducted high jump achievement test to identify the level of students' performance and achievement in high jumping. Conclusions : The researcher concluded the following : 1. The experimental group that used the inclusion style had more effect on performance and achievement compared to the second and third groups.2. The results showed that the first experimental group (that used the inclusion style) came first followed by the second experimental group (that used cooperative style J1) then the third experimental group (that used cooperative learning (J2) in achievement.Recommendations : Finally the researcher recommended the following : 1. The necessity of using inclusion style in beginners' learning so that they can work within their abilities.2. Using cooperative learning style (J1, J2) due to the great effects on improvement in performance and achievement in high jump.
