Abstract: الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على رسوله الأمين، وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين.
وبعد...
فهذه خلاصة في تحقيق جزء من كتاب من كتب أصول الفقه المهمة، ويعدُّ: (شرح مختصر، واختصار شرح).
فهو: شرح مختصر وهو: (لب الأصول)، لزكريا الأنصاري، المختصر من (جمع الجوامع)، للسبكي، واختصار شرح، وهو: (غاية الوصول)، لزكريا الأنصاري أيضاً ، واسمه (تيسير الوصول في شرح لب الأصول)، لعلي بن مطير الحكمي (ت: 1041هـ).
ويعدُّ مختصر متن هذا الكتاب (جمع الجوامع) من أفضل المتون في أصول الفقه، والذي تولاه العلماء بالشرح والبيان والاختصار، ومن أهم اختصاراته (لب الأصول)، للقاضي زكريا ثم وشرحه هو نفسه، ثم جاء ابن مطير الحكمي فشرح المتن واختصر الشرح، وتفتح مغاليق عباراته، وبين مقاصده، ودلالات ألفاظه، بحيث يسهل معرفة مقاصد المؤلف في ذلك، وأضاف إليه تفريعات فقهيه؛ ليمزج الفقه بالأصول، ويخرجه بحلة جديدة، مما جعل له رونقا ممتعا للقارئ.
ولَمَّا كان علم أصول الفقه يمثل أهم العلوم التي لا يستغني عنها كل طالب علم، وفقيه، وقاضي، أن يدركه، ويتعله، ناهيك عن المتبحرين في الدين، وهو الدافع الأساسي الذي دفعني إلى اختيار موضوع في هذا الفن، ووفاءً لهؤلاء العلماء الأفذاذ الذين أفنوا حياتهم في خدمة الإسلام والعلم، ورغبة في نشر علمهم وإخراجه للناس، فكان اختياري تحقيق كتاب: (تيسير الوصول في شرح لب الأصول).
وقد توفرت لدينا نسختان من المخطوط نسخة (أ) و (ب)، وكان نصيبي في التحقيق من بداية الكتاب (مقدمات في أصول الفقه) إلى نهاية (كتاب السُنة).
وقد اتبعت في تحقيقي المنهج العلمي في تحقيق المخطوطات الشرعية، بعد ترجمةٍ مختصرةٍ لكل من (الماتن، الشيخ زكريا الأنصاري، والشارح، الشيخ علي بن مُطير الحكمي)، وأتبعت ذلك بالتعريف بالكتاب، ومنهج المؤلف فيه، ومنهجي في التحقيق الذي يتمثل في بيان كلِّ ما يتطلب بيانه من الألفاظ، والشخصيات، وتخريج الآيات والأحاديث، وبيان السقط، والزيادات، والنقص، وتوثيق الآراء من مصادرها الأصلية.
ثم ختمت ذلك بفهارس للآيات، والأحاديث، والأشعار، وأسماء الأشخاص، والأماكن، والفرق، ومصادر والمراجع التي اعتمدت عليها في توثيق المعلومات الواردة في المخطوط، عسى أن نكون وفِقْنَا في إخراجه وإظهاره للناس بالصورة التي ترضي الله تعالى ونجد قبولاً عند المتخصصين وبالله التوفيق.

Abstract: تمثلت الدراسة بجمع آراء الكوفيين من كتب العلل التراثية وتوثيقها من خلال الوقوف على كتب الكوفيين، وإن كانت قليلة كمعاني القرآن للفراء، ومجالس ثعلب، وكتب ابن الأنباري، أو ما نقله العلماء المتقدمون والمتأخرون عنهم؛ إذ ليس كل ما نسب إليهم هو صحيح، وبعد توثيق الرأي الكوفي نورد الحجج التي تعضّده بالاعتماد على الكتب التي ذكرت الرأي المعنيّ، ثمّ إيراد الرأي المخالف وبيان حججه، ومناقشة ذلك من الباحث والانتهاء بترجيح أحد الرأيين، أمّا المنهج المتبع في هذه الدراسة، فكان المنهج الوصفي مع الاستعانة بالمنهج المقارن.
وقد استقى البحث مادتـه العلمية من المصادر اللغوية، ومنها كتب العلل التراثية ، فضلًا عن المصادر والمراجع النحوية التي ذكرت آراء الكوفيين نقلًا وتوثيقًا ودراسةً، فقد تنوعت مصادر هذه الدراسة؛ إذ جمعت بين الكتب النحوية، واللغوية، وكتب معاني القرآن وإعرابه، وكتب التراجم ، وكتب الخلاف النّحويّ ، فضلًا عن الاستعانة بالدراسات التي كان لها فضـل السبق في هذا الميدان.
فبـدأت بالعمل متكـلًا على اللهِ ومستضيئًا بتوجيهـات أستاذي المشرف الأستاذ الدكتور (عبد الكريم علي عمر) الذي أعطاني من وقته الثمين ما يجعلني مديـنًا له ما بقي العمر والذي كان له قصب السبق في إغناء هذه الرسالة وَسَد ثغراتها.
واقتضت طبيعة المادة المجموعة أن يُقسّم البحث على أربعة فصول مسبوقة بمقدمة بينت فيها منهج الدراسة، ومختومة بالنتائج التي توصل إليها البحث، أمّا الفصل الأول، فكان (آراء الكوفيين في الأحكام النحوية)، واشتمل على مبحثين، المبحث الأول: التقديم والتأخير، والمبحث الثاني: الحذف والإضمار، وأمّا الفصل الثاني، فكان (آراء الكوفيين في العامل والمعمول)، واشتمل على ثلاثة مباحث، المبحث الأول: عوامل الرفع، والمبحث الثاني: عوامل النصب، والمبحث الثالث: عوامل أخرى، وأمّا الفصل الثالث فكان (آراء الكوفيين في حروف المعاني والأدوات)، واشتمل على مبحثين، مبحث للحروف، ومبحث للأدوات، وكان الفصل الرابع (آراء الكوفيين في مسائل متفرقة)، كالأفعال والإعراب والعطف، وآراء أخرى.
وبعدُ، فإنّي أتوجه بالشكر الجزيل إلى الأستاذ الدكتور (عبد الكريم علي عمر المغاري)، الذي كان له فضل الإشراف على البحث وإتمام مسيرته، إذ قدّم لي يد العون والمساعدة بإبداء الملاحظات الدقيقة، والمؤازرة المعنوية والعلمية، والتوجيهات السديدة التي كان لها الأثر الكبير في ظهور البحث على هذه الصورة، فله مني وافر الشكر والامتنان.

Abstract: ان مسالة تعليل الاحكام في الشريعة الاسلامية من المسائل المهمة والتي تضيف الى الشريعة سمة الاصلاح لكل زمان ومكان؛ ومن هنا كان عملي في هذا البحث المتواضع، والذي يمكن ان يستخلص بما يلي : ان تعليل الاحكام ثابت بالكتاب الكريم، والسنة المطهرة، وافعال الصحابة ، ولا يمكن ان يمنعه احد.ان الكلام الحاصل في مسالة تعليل الاحكام، والاختلاف الذي دار بين المجيزين والمانعين، هو خلاف مبناه على تعليل افعال الله تعالى في مسالة العقائد، والتي جرى الخلاف فيها بين المعتزلة واهل السنة على مسالة التحسين والتقبيح، فادخل اصول الفقه فيما ليس منه، فلا بد من دراسة كل مسالة على حدا.ان الاصل في الاحكام الشرعية التعليل سواء في العبادات، او المعاملات وهذا الذي قال به شيخ الاسلام ابن تيمية (رحمه الله)، وثبت بالواقع العملي لدى الفقهاء جميعا انهم يقولون بالتعليل، ولكن منهم المكثر ومنهم المقل، وعلى العموم نستطيع ان نقول بان جميعهم قال بالتعليل بتطبيقه الفقهي، وان خالف في قوله اللفظي.ان مسالة التعليل هي صلب المقاصد، وركنها الركين، ومراعاتها مراعاة للمقاصد الشرعية التي شرعت لاجلها الاحكام.وعلى هذا يعتبر شيخ الاسلام ابن تيمية (رحمه الله) من الموسعين في مسالة التعليل، حتى انه فاق الشاطبي (رحمه الله) الذي اشتهر بمراعاة المقاصد.ان للتعليل اهمية عظيمة، وفائدة كبيرة تتلخص بجعل الشريعة دائمة ومصلحة لكل زمان ومكان، ومن منع التعليل كان جامدا على ظواهر النصوص مما جعله يتكلف القول في بعض المسائل التي لا تقبلها العقول السليمة مثل مسالة استاذن البكر في الزواج فانها اذا صمتت كان في ذلك اشارة على القبول، واذا نطقت بالقبول منعت بحجة مخالفة ظاهر النص!ولا بد من مراعاة النسب الثلاث (الزمان والمكان وحال الشخص)؛ لان الشريعة راعتها، فاذا تغيرت احدى هذه النسب تغير الحكم الشرعي.وعلى تعليل المسائل فان اخراج القيمة في الزكاة اذا كان لحاجة الفقراء، وتحقيق المصلحة من سد حاجاتهم اكثر منها في الامور العينية وجب اخراج القيمة؛ لتحقيق مقصد الشريعة من تشريع الزكاة. وان من افطر بالاكل، او الشرب في نهار رمضان وهو يريد الجماع، وجبت في حقه كفارة الجماع، ولم يكتفي بالقضاء فقط سدا للذريعة.ومن هذا القبيل ذهب شيخ الاسلام (رحمه الله) الى عدم اشتراط الطهارة في الطواف، وعلى هذا جوز الطواف للحائض عند الحاجة، كذهاب الرفقة، او عدم الاستطاعة للرجوع للحج في العام القابل، ونحو ذلك. والقول الراجح هو جواز الصلاة في اوقات النهي اذا كانت من ذوات الاسباب؛ لان علة النهي كانت سدا للذريعة، وما منع سدا للذريعة يفعل عند حصول المصلحة الراجحة، كصلاة تحية المسجد ونحوها، وقد اول احاديث النهي بالتطوع المطلق التي ليس لها سبب متقدم.وان ابدال الوقف حتى المساجد بمثلها او بخير منها للحاجة او المصلحة وكذلك ابدال الهدى والاضحية والمنذور وكذلك ابدال المستحق بنظيره اذا تعذر صرفه الى المستحق والابدال يكون تارة بان يعوض فيها بالبدل وتارة بان يباع ويشترى بثمنها المبدل.وان العلة في التسعير على الناس متعلقة بتحقيق مصلحة ودفع مضرة عنهم، فمتى تحقق ذلك كان على الامام ان يسعر لهم ليس ثمن الاعيان فحسب، بل ادخله بكل ما يحتاج اليه الناس كاجرة الصناع، فان على الامام ان يسعر لهم الاجرة اذواقع ظلم وحيف على الناس.وختاما : فان التعليل جعل الشريعة متسمة بالخلود، والتيسير والتخفيف، فعل من يتصدر الافتاء، او التعليم ان يراعي هذا الجانب لكي لا ينشا جيل بعيد جامد على نصوص الائمة، او متطاولا عليهم، فلا يكون بين افراط وتفريط، بل ليكن وسطا بين طرفي نقيض.وصلى الله وسلم على سيدنا محمد  وعلى اله واصحابه الكرام، وعلى الائمة الاعلام | The matter of justification of Islamic rules (sharia) is considered to be an important matter which adds to sharia the feature of reification in the both timeand place, from here I started my job in this search , which could be extracted as followed : Justification in rules is fixed in holly Quran , in pure suna and in the followers (sahaba) deals, and nobody could prevent if the speech in rules justification and the difference between Forgivers and preventers , is a difference based on justification of Allah deeds within the matter of creeds by which the difference happened between Al Moatazila and people of Al Suna on the improvement and ugly matter , so that Osul Al fiqh is entered, so each matter should be studied separately .The source of sharia rules is the justification whether in worships or treatments as Shaikh of Islam Ibn Taimia mentioned , and it has been proved practically on injustice that they treat within justification.The matter of justification is the base of intentions .so that , Ibn Tamia is considered to be the extensioner in justification matter , in spite of Al Shatiby surpassing who was well - known in observance of intentions. Justification has a great important which could be briefed as making sharia intrest in both time and place , and who prevents justification is considered to be hard at texts outwards which makes him burden in some matters which fine brains couldn't accept them .We should observe the three proportions (time, place and a person's situation) as sharia observed them , and changing one of them , Islamic rule is changed . justification of matters , the value is extracted for poor people need in giving alms and achieving the interest to satisfy them in kinds , to a chief the purpose of Al Sharia from giving alms legislation.Who eats and drinks too much during the day of Ramadan and at the same time he wants to make a sex ,he has to do the expiation of sex .like , sheikh of Islam goes not to stipulate the purity from roaming , that why he allows roaming for menstruating on need , such as going with follower and so on. The contingent saying is to allow to do the pray in preventing times when she has own whys. The reason in pricing on people is related to achieve an interest and at the same time to pay out a harm from them . whenever this thing is achieved , Imam has to price for them not as a price of chiefs , but he makes it as all people need just like the wages of workers and Imam must price a wage for them when injustice falls on then . Abstract: This thesis is a scientific research entitled as ( Dr. Hamad Obaid Al - Kubaisi and his Fundamentalist Efforts ) . This thesis deals with a character of a famous Islamic scientist of Islamic Jurisprudence from Iraq and his valuable efforts in Islamic Jurisprudence . This research consists of three parts preceded by an introduction finalized by an ending . The introduction deals with the importance of Jurisprudence science and why did I choose such subject then I mentioned the division of the research .Part one of the research was about the era in which the Dr. Hamad Obaid Al - Kubaisi lived , in terms of political , economical , social , religious and scientific conditions ; all these information were in the chapter one of the part one .Displaying the Biography of Dr. Hamad was in chapter two , whereas his scientific Biography in chapter three. Part two of this study deals with efforts in Islamic Jurisprudence in his books , that was in the chapter one of this part . Then what did he give in Islamic Jurisprudence in his research paper , that was in chapter two of this part .The third chapter of this part deals with his efforts in learning , supervising , discussions and his upgraded researches .The final part of this thesis is about his choices and preponderance in Islamic Jurisprudence . Dr. Hamad’s choices and preponderance are compared with the choice and preponderance of other scientists then I mention what Dr. Hamad preponderated after that I preponderate what I think it is the right choice .At the end of the thesis there is an ending that deals with the results and the recommendations of this research and they are as fellow : 1 - Dr. Hamad lived in hard political and economical events that passed on Iraq , but these events did not affect on his request which was the science till he became a figure in this world .2 - Sheik Dr. Hamad is regarded as an important , global character that supported the Islamic library in more than one science such as the Islamic low , low, Arabic language science , Islamic economy and the Islamic thoughts.3 - His Jurisprudence efforts are distinguished with richness , easiness with taking into consideration the methods of the old scientist of the Islamic Jurisprudence. 4 - Sheik Dr. Hamad took a perfect manner in writing the Islamic Jurisprudence research by mentioning the Islamic Jurisprudence providing from the Islamic low and the low itself ,with the consideration into the era of the students . 5 - Sheik Dr. Hamad used variety of words to clarify his choices and preponderances. Some of them are obvious such as : ( the chosen one ) , ( after searching that is the preponderated one ) and ( according to me that is the preponderated one) ; whereas some others came figuratively like ( this definition - as I think and that is the best definition among the good ones). The recommendations : 1 - Sheik Dr. Hamad left worthy efforts in Islamic low and Islamic economy represented by the researches and preponderances that deserve to be searched and studied , so I advice my fellow researchers to collect these efforts , study them and present them as scientific researches to get the master degrees . 2 - I recommend the researchers of the Islamic Jurisprudence to get benefit of Sheik Dr. Hamad Obaid Al - Kubaisi in writing the Islamic Jurisprudence researches , because his method has the features of clarity , accuracy, and briefness in mentioning the discussions of issues ; his method also combined between the methods of the old and the modern the Islamic Jurisprudence scientists . Finally I can not say that my thesis is perfect , cause no one has the ultimate perfect , but Allah . I ask Allah to get my writings and forgive me about every wrong thing he is the most forgiver. Abstract: Ibnu Adil Al.Hanbali is one of the 9th hijri Century Scholars. He was an honourable scholar and a great interpreter. He wrote a rich knowledgment book on interpretition which contained a lot of lawful sciences, but, with regret is not famous enough among other books of interpretation due to the fact that the writer (God's mercy be up on him) is not well - known and he wrote few books .The lawful science students were interested to study the said book in order to understand the views of the writer.Some wrote about his style on interpretation while others wrote about his linguistic views. I, herewith, try to write on his declaration scholars. Thus, I read this great book to inspect and search for his views, So I succeed to complete this modest task and read the following results : 1. In his book , Ibnu Adil has interpretated some Linguistic questions on the light of Quran verses where he has defended the creed of sunna and majority part and refuted the perverted and opposition groups.2. After study and review his views, I reached to the conclusion that he was supporting and believing in Al.Ash'ri approach.3. I found that he has quoted most of his declaration views from the interpretation on book of Imam Al.Razi and sometimes he qoted full sentences literally.4. On the belief of imitator question , he has standed against the Asha'era and standed with Al.Matrridyah who believe on the rightenece of the belief of the imitator.5. Ibnu Adil succeeded in satisfaction of both Hearsy and mental evidences , and I found him sit the mental evidence to serve the hearsay one.6. Ibnu Adil depended on the interpretation method on dealing with the ambiguous similar Texts.7. On the qeustion of God's speech. Ibnu Adil has standed in the middle said "the psychological speech in an prooerty of God, while reading , utterance , writing and other necessities are new".8. On the question of eye vision of god,Ibnu Adilhas, like the good ancestors, proved it. He has followed a middle approach between the excess and loss . He has not denied the vision, has not interpetated the correct texts, has not rejected the right sunna without clear evidence like what Al.Mo'tazila have done ,nor proved the face - to - face or beam contact vision to God like the Hashawiyah.9. On the question of people's deeds, Ibnu Adil has talked about the earn and solved this complexity among the viewers.10. On the question of the enormity sin doer, he has declared that the enormity sin doer is a fast believer if he died before penitence. His fate is up to God eitherbeing mercify and forgives him , grants him the shafa’ah "mediation" of prophet Mohammed "prayer and peace of Allah be upon him " or tortures him with juistic then keep him in paradise. The believer will not stay in hell forever. His view is just like of the sunnah and majority who prays to qibla as kafir "non believer” for any sin he might commit.Prayer and peace of Allah be upon our prophet Mohammed and his family and followers.

He was eager to imitate all small or big deeds of Prophet Muhammed (blessings and peace of God be upon him).Therefore, I be trusted in God and preferred to select the greatest man in succession of Prophet Muhammed (blessings and peace of God be upon him) who has the most impression on the nation in the interpretation of Koran. So I entitled my thesis as "Aphorism of Abu Bakr Al - Seddeeq - may God be gracious to him - on interpretation, analytic study", for the following reasons : 1. Being honoured and enjoyed the holy book and ware of its rank upon the other scriptures.2. Interpretation science is the most honoured and important one which should get the utmost care and interest since it is the immortal speech and message if God. It should be well - understood and practiced as knowledgement is important for application.3. Our great predecessors, specially the first generation, among them is Abu Bakr Al - Siddeeq (may God be gracious to him) have faced fierce attacks of the racialists and the destructive hidden trials that intended to detract those great men who were picked by God to be companions of his Prophet (blessings and peace of God be upon him), and to disfigure the holders of Muhammedan law and cut their links with the Muslim generations and be able to achieve the animosity plans against Islam by attacking it through its origins.I wish to play a role, even a small one, to defend Islam and the character of Abu Bakr Al - Siddeeq.The research work is divided into introduction, three chapters and epilogue.The introduction : Meaning of Aphorism, justice, companion, companions justice, their interpretation and authentication, It consists of two research works.First Chapter : C.V. of Abu Bakr Al - Siddeeq (may God be gracious to him) and his death. This chapter consists of four research works.Second Chapter : The impression of Abu Bakr on the verses that he was the reason of their revelation and those that revelated upon himself or declared his virtues. This chapter is sub - divided into two research works.Third Chapter : The impression of Abu Bakr on the verses that have interpertated for him, and those that he has interpretated on the light of Koran, Sunna and extracting. This chapter is sub - divided into two research works.Epilogue with the most important conclusions which among them are : 1. The speech of the companion in interpretation is considered as related to the Prophet (blessings and peace of God be upon him) unless he is famous of depending on the views of other religions followers or there some views on it.2. Abu bakr Al - Siddeeq (may God be gracious to him) is known of his utmost knowledge, clemency and piety as God was most gracious to him and being companion of the Prophet (blessings and peace of God be upon him). He was the most sagacious man on the affinity and tells of Arab tribes, and of the most knowledge on the vision interpretation after the Prophet Muhammed (blessings and peace of God be upon him).3. Abu Bakr Al - Siddeeq (may God be gracious to him) was of presidential and merit in Islam for his support to the Prophet by money and life. His several stands are good evidence for being so.4. There are many evidences proved that Abu Bakr is the first Caliph who succeeded the Prophet (blessings and peace of God be upon him) in guiding the Islam state to the safety land.5. Abu Bakr Al - Siddeeq is the first man who believed in Islam and God himself called him Al - Siddeeq (i.e. the most believer) as shown in a Koran verse and testified by Imam Ali Bin Abi Talib (may God be gracious to him).6. Every time we notice that the Kafirs (non - believers) are being unified against Islam despite their dispersion. This can be seen through the feeling of happiness of the non - believers with the victory of Magus on the Romans which is stated in a Koran verse.7. Islam is a comprehensive indivisible religion. Thus a person who could deny any of its principles should be fought even if he utters the Shahada. The evidence for such judgment is the action of Abu Bakr (may God be gracious to him) on fighting those who refused to pay Zaka.Finally I supplicate to God to let us get benefit of our knowledge, lead us to the good deeds, increase our knowledge and let this thesis merely for His sake and He is able to respond. I mentioned that he is Abu Hamid Muhammad bin Muhammed bin Muhammad bin Ahmed Al - Twsi Al - Shafe'ei Al - Kazzaly from (Kazzalah). He was called (Zan Al - Deen) and (Hujjat Al - Islam), He was born in 450A.H. in Tws city. He was from a poor family. He looked for science at a young age and got important sciences with its copilations. That led to show the obvious effect in emerging different kinds of sciences. At his age, he was taught by many scientists. He was a teacher for many scholars. His compilations were widely in many kinds of science and knowledgement. He died in 505A.H. His book (Al - Mustassfa) was a source for the Jurisprudent scholars.The second research : - Concerning Al - Imam Ibn Rasheeq Al - Kairawani.He was the Jurisprudent, casuist Al - Imam Al - Hussain bin Atteeq bin Rasheeq bin Abdu - Allah Al - Karawanin who was known by (Ibn Rasheeq). He was born in Al - Iskandaryah city in Egypt in 549A.H. He was brought up in a highborn learned family. He travelled inside Egypt and out of it for the sake of knowledge. He was taught by many scientists whom his father was among. Also, many scholars learned by him and especially his sons. He had great deal of science, religion and patience. Many people could get their benefits from him. He died at 632A.H.. In his book (Lubab Al - Mahssol in Elm Al - Ussol), he summarized what was mentioned in (Al - Mustassfa) for his great importance in fixing the rules. Al - Imam Al - Kazzaly had transferred many of Al - Imam Al - Bakillani's opinions that filled of sources of science.He leaned in his compilating the way of (Al - Mustassfa) yet he omitted the logical introductions and the matters which could be understood in more than one solution. On other hard, he didn't permeate to the objections and the similarity that came in Jurisprudent questions in (Al - Mustassfa). He gathered many questions in one.Second Part : - He discussed it in two researches : - The first research : - Ibn Rasheeq's preferences concerning the book. It had three requests : - 1 - Is "In the name of God" considered from the Holy Quran?2 - Could the succession principle be superceded by the Digits?3 - In the Companion's proof.The second research : - It contained Al - Imam Ibn Rasheeq's preferences about the Sunnah.He divided it into five pursuit : - 1 - The definition of what statement is.2 - The permissibility of woshipping the digites statement.3 - To stipulate the number of confirming the witness and narration 4 - Mention the reason of acceptance of sampling.5 - If the pemission is away of narration. After the finish of that questions, I got some results and recommends contained both Al - Kazzaly's and Al - Karawanee's lives and preferences of the latter : - 1 - Al - Muntherie's right opinion about proving Al - Kairawanee's name and the date of his death.2 - Whither to be Persian or Arabic, Al - Kazzaly didn’t affected in his personality or opinions. Many scienticts and scholars witnessed that he built a glorious contirpution in science field.3 - Al - Imam Al - Kairawanee had proved many opinion's with evidences. Among these that : - a - To say "In the name of God" is not from the Holy Quran.b - He confirmed that digits didn’t supercede the succession.c - He accept the companion's proff supporting.d - According to the scientists saying, he supported that the saying of digites refered to supposition and it must be taken as a proof.e - He followed the scientist's opinion in stipulate the number in witness without the narration. On other hand, he contrasted with them in mentioning the acceptance of sampling. In addition to, he contrasted in accepting the permission in narration.Finally,May Aallah sent down his peace and blessing upon our guided Mohammad and his family and companions

Abstract: Praise be to Almighty Allah and peace and blessings be upon His chosen prophet and his pious companions. After this journey with prophet Joseph' story (peace be upon him) and after studying the Quranic verses that talk about his story, the study reached the following conclusions : 1 - The Glorious Quran emphasizes and mentions the well - established call methodology of the prophets to their peoples. 2 - The call education has various styles as shown in the story of prophet Joseph (peace be upon him). 3 - Envy is a discommendable evil and a fire that burns the one who envies others.4 - There are many reasons behind envy and all of them are worldly and psychological shares. 5 - Satan is behind every envy, grudge, hatred and feud.6 - One of the important things for the caller to Islam is settlement between the children and the other members of the society. 7 - Adultery is an evil, regret, disgrace and shame in the worldly existence. 8 - Sight sense is the main gate to the heart and through it human may fall. 9 - Almighty Allah defends the sincere callers to his path making to the honesty and right signs that refer to them which may or may not be recognized by individuals. 10 - The faithful and sincere caller to Allah's path prefer the physical agony to disobeying Allah by falling into the temptation and wrong doing. 11 - Women are the most powerful temptation to men. 12 - The faithful and sincere caller to Allah's path should avoid the wrong doers and wrong - monger. 13 - A caller to Allah's path should take a good care of the audience because that will be so fruitful and has good results including gaining the trust of the people to guide them to the right path of Allah. 14 - The past of the caller has a great influence on the future of his call and that was represented by the good manners of the caller (prophet Joseph peace be upon him in the prison) and the impression it had on his brothers' manners.15 - Non - declaration of the disobedience has more advantages for each person that is called to the right path. 16 - The first things by which prophets started in their call to the monotheism of Allah. 17 - The deeds of the caller have more influence on people than their words. 18 - Calling to the path of Allah has characteristics relevant to the caller including non - desperation of the mercy of Allah, as the caller shouldn’t wait for outcomes nor should he ask for revenue. 19 - Paradise is the ultimate reward of patience.20 - The greatest kinds of patience is the patience and enduring by obeying Allah by accomplishing His orders. 21 - Callers to the path of Allah have important fundamentals including patience, always mentioning Allah and beseeching his mercy and assistance and their impacts on the call, depending completely on Almighty Allah, knowledge and Allah's assistance to the caller as well as funds which are important to the call. 22 - The caller to Allah's path should be honest, sincere, virtuous, forgiving, thankful, patient and who has an influence on the people.

This is the Christianization of the Jews is a group of missionaries to occupy a certain area, to evangelize the population, and they establish a national church financially and administratively runs under the responsibility of the people who in turn, the deployment of Christianity in areas not reached by the missionaries. Among the most prominent figures and the Rev. And try to free Muslims from their religion or volatility in it : so that Muslim will be away from their religion , morals and social habits, away from the culture and Islamic thought, all these make Muslim's heart and mind empty of belief and religion and does not make him protect his religion.The missionaries took advantage of the media by means of audio, visual means, and means of written (printed) The missionaries took advantage of the Internet. The missionaries tried to spread Christianity in the Muslim world, their attempts have been reported in Africa, and in the Persian Gulf, and South - East Asia.That is about conversion and Christianization, but The Islamic Call Report is to invite all people to Islam and to guide them in word and deed in every time and place in a suitable ways that fit all the people in every time and to every culture.the Islamic invitation has its virtues, importance and the necessity of informing it. Therefore spreading Islam is not a choice, but a duty and mandate for every Muslim man and woman, according to his / her ability. Spreading Islam is investable to do. The prophet (peace and blessing be upon him) said “ convey from me even a verse”this is why the call to God Almighty is not exclusive for the geniuses of scholars , preachers and senior advocates to Allah (Glory be to Him), but every Muslim demands of the call through the giving and giving and sacrifice, as is given of the potential and capabilities of the material and moral, Some practitioner call to God by himself, some contributing with his money, and some share their ability and intellect. Muslim must be interested with the Islamic media : media that deals with the public information not for special Muslim community or Muslim country, or Muslim government only, and the Muslim community, which applies Islamic law is an inclusive society in terms of doctrine, and integrated in terms of organization The media which should reflect the inclusion of faith and the integration of social construction, and then everything is starting from the Islamic jokes and even face death.Moreover, the causes of poor Islamic invitation there is internal factors, namely : - apathy, underestimated taboos, the lack of jealousy on the tissues of God, the weakness of the Association of Islamic brotherhood, stay away for forensic science, engage in this world, the weakness of control and accountability, and to cope with people in their own liking, and Muslims have not a model that they follow.The external causes of the weakness of the Islamic faith are the agreement between the Jews and Christians to repel the Islamic Call, the colonialism, the division Islamic countries, its role in weaken and restrictions on the work of preachers, the crimes of the Jews and Christians against Muslims throughout history.To promote the call for Islamic, every faithful in Islam nation feels pain in heart and jealous because what the nation has passed today of materialWeakness, prostration intellectual, and scramble from many nations through the violation of sanctities, lightly with her blood, the occupation of their lands, the looting of its resources, and the displacement of people, and the killing of their children.To raise the invitation of Islam, Muslims have to uphold the Islamic law and then order what is good and forbidding what is evil, Muslims must give, sacrifice and also support to deepen the Islamic identity. Abstract: The present thesis is directed to study a selected subject from the Holy Book of Allah (all mighty) Al Quran. The book that cannot be altered or changed till the occurrence of the hereafter. The thesis is titled "A subjective study of the concept of fun and play in the Holy Book of Allah (all mighty) Al Quran". I would like to state the following findings from the study : 1. The fun in Arabic language has different meanings such as : - Something you make amusement with or play with and make you busy such as fun things and mirthful. - A boy in the language of Hathramoot - Woman or wife - Songs - Drum and song instruments2. Fun as a term means things that make human busy associated with joy and happiness.3. Play in language means the opposite of serious.4. Play as a term means something that bring joy and happiness.5. Words that has link with the play and fun which are mentioned in the Holy Book of Allah (all mighty) Al Quran can be listed as follows : Dalliance, exiguity, mockery and jeering ) ) Fun and play have positive and negative effects. The major positive effects of play and fun are : - Used as training for human body to make him ready for fighting and to achieve military missions. - preserve a fit body and prevent fatness. - Take away the weariness from human, knowing that human tends to like different things and different states and needs to have a balance in his day life.The major negative effects of play and fun are : losing wealth , times and duties. - - using of ill - gotten wealth because of gambling associated with fun and play. - Initiated disinclination and hostility.6. There are nine verses in the wholly Quran which are dealing with fun. Theses verses were studied in chapter two and the following results are obtained : - The mass scholars state that singing is treated as illegal if it is associated with wrong acts and adultery. And if it is used as a way to make turbulence or a way of not doing a religion orders such as prying. But if it is not associated with the above mention acts , fun can be permissible especially during festival and weeding or to achieve difficult works like trenching and others. - Precautions from any acts that make the heart busy and away from remembering Allah (all mighty) and prying. - show the honor of the profit peace upon him which is the most honor and higher rank by using the past participle tense in talking with the profit. - Allah( all mighty) admonish his profits with out attaching any shortages to them or even under score them in order to be sincerely worshiping him. - The believer should not grantee the wiliness from Allah even though he is a good believer but he should fear him (all mighty). - In hereafter ,people will be at most stage of fear so that their heart raise up to their neck and eyes standstill and the sun become very close to their heads. - Al jumah prying is an obligation to all Muslims so that all of them should go to it early and be prepare to do it in a good manner. - Each thing even though it is right to start with become ill - gotten if it leads to not doing good deeds such as leaving Al jumah prying because of paying and selling. - It is ill - gotten to be busy with children and wealth and loosing the important orders such as prying, fasting and fighting in the regard of Allah( all mighty). - Getting more wealthy and blow is bad. But one can blow with his captivity and good acts so that others can imitate him. - be aware for feeling that you live a long time. - Dispraise the unbelievers because of their missing, playing, and objections. - Show the puzzlement of unbelievers and their miss doing against the profit peace upon him.7. There are fourteen verses in the wholly Quran which are dealing with play. Theses verses were studied in chapter three and the following results are obtained : - play can be permitted in different ways namely in racing, riding horses and shouting with archery. - It is forbidding to give advice for one you thing he is not a good person because he may used it against you. - jealousy can cause damage and hurt to others. - it is an obligation for the father to be fair with his sons and daughters as much as possible. - discourage the blindness following without having evidence or proof. - Bad thing cannot be good even though it has many followers. - The Sura of Al Tauba has different names such as : The shameful ; the excitatory, The dispersive and The unguis. - The mockery with Allah( all mighty) and his religion and his profits is clearly disbelieving and infidelity. - It is forbidding to take Jews and Christian as defenders. - The form of Athain comes according to what Abd Allah Ben Zeid has been seen in his dream which agrees with the seen of the caliph Ommar. - It has been shown that the life of disbelievers even though it seems to be nice and worthy it is in fact nothing but a play, fun and worthless.8. There are six places in the wholly Quran which are dealing with play and fun together in one verse. Theses places were studied in chapter four and the following results are obtained : - In all verses of the wholly Quran play comes first and then fun except in two places. the first one in Surat Al Arraf and the second one is in Surat Al Ankaboot. - Encourage the people to be anchoritic by explaining the truthiness of the life. - Underscore the worthy of life, and the small of its things as a whole. - The life of the world is treated as self - satisfactory person's meal if it is taken you from the hereafter. - It is forbidden to sit next to peoples who make fun from Islam and his legislations, rules and people.
