Abstract:
ان الجهاد في سبيل الله ضرورة من ضرورات الدين ولازمة من لوازمه شرعه الله سبحانه وتعالى لاعلاء كلمة الاسلام واقامة احكامه والقضاء على الظلم والاستبداد.فقال في محكم كتابه : ﴿ وما لكم لا تقاتلون في سبيل الله والمستضعفين من الرجال والنساء والولدان الذين يقولون ربنا اخرجنا من هذه القرية الظالم اهلهوااجعل لنا من لدنك وليا واجعل لنا من لدنك نصيرا ﴾( ).وان ترك هذه الفريضة يؤدي الى هدم الدين ونسفه من قواعده وتمكين اعداء الاسلام وتسليطهم على المسلمين ليعيثوا في الارض الفساد ويهلكوا الحرث والنسل.والناظر الى احوال الامة الاسلامية اليوم وما هي عليه من الضعف في الايمان والركون الى الدنيواالتواكل والتخاذل يدرك غياب هذه الفريضة عن اذهان الكثير من المسلمين، لولواجود القلة القليلة المؤمنة الصابرة لعطلت وصارت تراثا.ان الاثر المترتب على تعطيل فريضة الجهاد في سبيل الله كبير غفل عنه الكثير من عامة الناس واستخف به بعضهم لانشغالهم بالمعاصي وحب الدنيواتغافلهم عن اداء الواجبات التي فرضها الله عليهم.وباعتبار ان التخلف عن الجهاد من المسائل الابتلائية المعاصرة التي نعيش اثرهواكوارثها على الدين والفرد والمجتمع، اردت في هذه الدراسة ان ابين من هم المتخلفون عن الجهاد في سبيل الله وما هي صفاتهم التي ذكرها القران الكريم واكدها الحديث الشريف، وما هي اسباب تخلفهم عن الجهاد واثاره في الدنيواالاخرة، واعني هنا الجهاد بالنفس والمال اذهمرافيقان لا يفترقان، فالنفس والمال اعز ما يملك الانسان وغالبا ما يشح ويبخل بهما. | The striving in the sake of Allah is a necessity of religion necessities and Allah's law Almighty to raise the word of Islam, set up its provisions, and eliminate of oppression and tyranny. Allah said in The Holy Quran (So why is it, that you do not fight in the way of Allah, and for the abased among men, women, and children who say : 'Our Lord, bring us out from this village whose people are harmdoers, and give to us a guardian from You, and give to us a helper from You)And leaving this duty leads to the destruction of the religion, blew it out of its bases, empower the enemies of Islam, shed them on Muslims, make corruption in the earth and destroy plowing and offspring. Who lock at the conditions of the Islamic nation today and their weakness in faith, go with the temptations of this world and weakness all that resulted to the absence of this duty of Muslims mind. Were it not for the presence of the fewer patients who believe in this duty, it have become disrupted and have become a heritage.The consequence of crippling the striving duty in the sake of Allah is major, many the public have overlooked it and underestimated it by some for their preoccupation with sin and temptations of this world and them regardless of the duty mad by Allah.The crippling the striving duty consider as one of modern anguish issues that we live its consequences and effects on religion, personal and society. I wanted in this thesis to bring to light who is crippling of striving duty in the sake of Allah and thems characteristics mentioned in Holy Quran and Confirmed by the Hadith, and the reasons behind them crippling of striving and its effects on this live and the lastI mean by striving in this thesis the Self - striving and Money considering these tow as along together not get apart, self and money are best of a person have and mostly be scrimp by them.
