Abstract: هدف البحث الحالي التعرف على : 1 - دلالة الفروق الاحصائية في القدرة المكانية لدى طلبة مرحلة التعليم الاساسي تبعا للصفوف (الخامس, الثامن) الاساسي.2 - دلالة الفروق الاحصائية في التفكير الهندسي لدى طلبة مرحلة التعليم الاساسي تبعا للصفوف (الخامس, الثامن) الاساسي.3 - العلاقة بين القدرة المكانية لدى طلبة مرحلة التعليم الاساسي وتفكيرهم الهندسي. وللتحقق من اهداف البحث وضعت الفرضيات الصفرية الاتية : 1. لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة ( 0.05 ) بين متوسطي درجات طلبة الصف الخامس الاساسي وطلبة الصف الثامن الاساسي في اختبار القدرة المكانية ( افراد عينة البحث).2. لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات طلبة الصف الخامس الاساسي وطلبة الصف الثامن الاساسي في اختبار التفكير الهندسي ( افراد عينة البحث).3. لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين درجات طلبة عينة البحث في اختباري القدرة المكانية والتفكير الهندسي. وقد اشتقت الفرضيات الصفرية الفرعية الاتية منها : ا - لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين درجات طلبة الصف الخامس الاساسي في اختبار القدرة المكانية ودرجات طلبة الصف الخامس الاساسي في اختبار التفكير الهندسي ( افراد عينة البحث )ب - - لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين درجات طلبة الصف الثامن الاساسي في اختبار القدرة المكانية ودرجات طلبة الصف الثامن الاساسي في اختبار التفكير الهندسي ( افراد عينة البحث) . تكونت عينة البحث من طلبة (الصفين الخامس الثامن) الاساسي في محافظة بغداد للعام الدراسي (2017 - 2016) البالغ عددهم (400) طالبا وطالبة , بواقع (205) طالبا وطالبة من طلبة الصف الخامس الاساسي و(195) طالبا وطالبة من طلبة الصف الثامن الاساسي. ومن اجل تحقيق اهداف البحث , اعدت الباحثة اختبارين فقراتهما موضوعية من نوع الاختيار من متعدد ذي اربعة بدائل, احدهما اختبار للقدرة المكانية تضمن (20) فقرة لقياس القدرة المكانية لدى طلبة الصف الثامن الاساسي ومنها (15) فقرة الاولى لقياس القدرة المكانية لدى طلبة الصف الخامس الاساسي والاخر اختبار للتفكير الهندسي تضمن(30) فقرة لقياس مستوى التفكير الهندسي لدى طلبة الصف الثامن الاساسي ومنها (20) فقرة الاولى لقياس مستوى التفكير الهندسي لدى طلبة الصف الخامس الاساسي, وقد تم التاكد من صدق الاختبارين وخصائصهما السايكومترية. واستخدمت الباحثة معادلة (كيودر - ريتشاردسون 20) لحساب معامل ثبات اختبار القدرة المكانية واختبار التفكير الهندسي, واستخدمت الاختبار (t - test) لعينتين مستقلتين لمعالجة البيانات.وكانت النتائج كالاتي : 1) وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) في كل من القدرة المكانية والتفكير الهندسي تبعا لمتغير الصف الدراسي (الصف الخامس الاساسي, الصف الثامن الاساسي). 2) وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية متوسطة بين درجات اختبار القدرة المكانية ودرجات اختبار التفكير الهندسي لطلبة مرحلة التعليم الاساسي. وقد استنتجت الباحثة تطور كل من القدرة المكانية والتفكير الهندسي لدى طلبة مرحلة التعليم الاساسي ووجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية متوسطة بين القدرة المكانية والتفكير الهندسي, وقدمت بعض التوصيات والمقترحات. | The recent research aims to identify : 1 - The significance of the statistical differences in the spatial ability of students in the basic education stage according to the grades (fifth, eighth).2 - The significance of the statistical differences in geometric thinking of students in the basic education stage according to the grades (fifth, eighth).3 - The relationship between the spatial ability of students in the basic education stage and their geometric thinking. To achieve the goals of the research, the null hypotheses have been put as following : 1. There is no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the means scores of the fifth grade students and the eighth grade students in the spatial ability test (individual of the research sample).2. There is no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the means scores of the fifth grade students and the eighth grade students in the geometric thinking test (individual of the research sample). 3. There is no correlation statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05) between the scores of the students of the research sample in the spatial ability and geometric thinking tests. There for, the sub - null hypotheses are derived : - a. There is no correlation statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05) between the scores of the fifth grade students in the spatial ability test and the scores of the fifth grade students in the geometric thinking test (individual of the research sample).b. There is no correlation statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05) between the scores of the eighth grade students in the spatial ability test and the scores of the eighth grade students in the geometric thinking test (individual of the research sample). The research sample consisted of students in the basic education (fifth grade, and eighth grade) in Baghdad governorate for the academic year (2016 - 2017), their number is (400) students, (205) students from the fifth grade students, and (195) students from the eighth grade students. In order to achieve the research goals, the researcher adopted two tests, one is a test of spatial ability that included (20) items to measure spatial ability of students in the eighth grade, including (15) the first items to measure spatial ability of students in the fifth grade, the other is a test of geometric thinking that included (30) items to measure the level of geometric thinking of students in the eighth grade, including (20) the first items to measure the level of geometric thinking of students in the fifth grade. The researcher used (kuder - Richardson 20) to calculate the stability coefficient of the spatial ability test, and the geometric thinking test, the researcher also used the (t - Test) for two independent samples for data processing. The results were as follows : 1) There is a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) in both spatial ability and geometric thinking according to the grade variable (fifth grade, eighth grade).2) There is a positive correlation between the spatial ability test scores and the geometric thinking test scores for students in the basic education stage. The researcher concluded the development of both spatial ability and geometric thinking for students in basic education (research sample), The researcher concluded that there is a positive correlation between the spatial ability and the geometric thinking, the researcher put forward some recommendations and suggestions.

Abstract: هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى التعرف على الترابط الرياضي في كتب الرياضيات للمرحلة المتوسطة في العراق.وتم ذلك من خلال الاجابة عن التساؤل الاتي : ما نسبة توافر الترابط الرياضي في كتب الرياضيات المقررة على طلبة المرحلة المتوسطة لكل من الصفوف (الاول, الثاني, الثالث) المتوسط وفيما بينهما؟اتبعت الباحثة منهج البحث الوصفي التحليلي واعدت استبانة تمثل معايير الترابط الرياضي تضمنت ( ربط مكونات المعرفة الرياضية وربط التمثيلات المختلفة للمفاهيم الرياضية والعلاقة بين الموضوعات الرياضية واستخدام الرياضيات في مجالات اخرى واستخدام الرياضيات في الحياة اليومية ورؤية الرياضيات ككل متكامل وتطبيق التفكير والنمذجة الرياضية في حل المشكلات وتثمين دور الرياضيات في الثقافة والمجتمع). واستخدمت الادوات الاحصائية ( الفا كرونباخ والوسط المرجح والوزن المئوي).توصلت الدراسة الى النتائج التي تشير الى ان : نسبة الترابط الرياضي المتضمن في كتاب الرياضيات المقرر تدريسه على طلبة الاول المتوسط هي 55% والثاني المتوسط 53% والثالث المتوسط 48% والنسبة فيما بينهما 156%.وبناء على ما تقدم عرضت الباحثة بعض الاستنتاجات وهي : 1 - يوجد ترابط رياضي داخل كل كتاب لكن بنسب متفاوتة, فقد كان الترابط الرياضي في كتاب الرياضيات للصف الاول المتوسط هو55% والصف الثاني المتوسط53 % والثالث المتوسط 48 % وهي نسب تعد ضعيفة اذا ما قورنت بما يجب ان تكون عليه .2 - من خلال ملاحظة النسب اعلاه استنتجت الباحثة ان كتاب الصف الاول المتوسط كان الاهتمام به اكثر من غيره من الكتب حيث ان الترابط فية كان اعلى نسبة من بقية كتب العينة المطلوب دراستها. كما عرضت بعض التوصيات وهي : 1 - توفير كتاب دليل المعلم الذي يعتمد على المعايير ويستخدم طرائق التدريس المتنوعة في الربط بين المحتوى الرياضي وبين العلوم الاخرى وفي الحياة اليومية.2 - التاكيد على مدرسي الرياضيات من خلال الدورات التربوية التي يعقدها معهد التطوير التربوي بالاهتمام بتحليل كتب الرياضيات وفقا للمعايير الدولية التي تؤكد على معايير الترابط الرياضي.وبعض المقترحات وهي : 1 - اجراء دراسة مكملة للدراسة الحالية تتناول تحليل كتب الرياضيات للمرحلة الاعدادية وفقا لمعايير الترابط الرياضي.2 - اجراء دراسة اوسع من الدراسة الحالية تتناول تحليل كتب الرياضيات للمرحلة المتوسطة ولكن وفقا لمعايير الجودة العالمية بكافة تفاصيلها. | The recent of Study aims at identifying the mathematical correlation in the Iraqi Textbooks for the Intermediate Stage in Iraqi.This comes out by answering on the following questions : What is the rate of mathematical Coorelation in the Prescribed Mathematical Textbooks for the Students at the ( First, Second, and third) Classes and among them.The researcher Followed the descriptive and analytic investigation. She Prepares many question standing For the mathematical coorelation classifies in the Following aspects : (Mathematical Cognitive Coorelative Components, Mathematical Conceptions representation Coorelations,The relationship among the mathematical topics, Other uses of Mathematics in other Fields, Uses of Mathematics in life and daily life Situation, Viewing Mathematics as a whole, Problem solving in Mathematics and the application of Mathematical and Patterming, Evaluating the role of Mathematics in the culture and society). Data were Collected and analyzed. Then Computed by the Following statistical tools ( Alpha Chronback, The weighted average, Centennial weight). The findings of the study are as follows : The rate of Mathematical Coorelation in the Mathematical textbooks is %55 at the first stage textbooks whereas it is %53 at the second stage textbooks and %48 at the third stage textbooks and the rate among them is %156.And in the Light of what is Presented the researcher put Forwards some Conculsions : 1 - There is a Correlation in the contents of each textbook but it is shown that the rate is weak.2 - The interest is Considerable for the textbooks designers in the Components of the first - stage intermediate due to the criteria of the Mathematical Correlation.Some recommendations are put forward : 1 - Provide Teacher's Book, which depends on the criteria used various teaching methods in linking sports content and the other sciences and in everyday life guide.2 - emphasis on math teachers through educational sessions of the Educational Development Institute worthwhile analyzing math books and according to international standards that emphasize the sporty knit standards.And some suggestions are snubmitted : 1 - conduct a study complements the current study deals with the analysis of math books for the preparatory phase in accordance with the standards of sports bonding.2 - A broader study of the current study deals with the analysis of math books for the intermediate level, but according to international quality standards in all its details.

There is no statistical significant difference at (0.05) level of significance in the relation between the relation between the inventive thinking and assessment of the scientific value of mathematics of students of college of basic education.3. There is no statistical significant difference at (0.05) level of significance in the relation between the inventive thinking and mathematical puzzle to gender variable (male, female) of students of college of basic education.4. There is no statistical significant difference at (0.05) level of significance in the relation between the relation between the inventive thinking and assessment of the scientific value of mathematics to gender variable (male, female) of students of college of basic education. 5. There is no effect of mathematical puzzle and assessment of the scientific value of mathematics on the inventive thinking of students of college of basic education. The population of the study consists of (208) male and female students from third year student math dept. in the colleges of basic education in mysan, Diala and al - Mustansiriyah universities. The simple of the study includes (82) male and female students from third year student / math dept. in the college of basic education in al - Mustansiriyah university for the academic year 2016 - 2017.To achieve the aims of the study the researcher has carried out the following procedures.1. Prepare a test to the inventive thinking in math.2. Prepare a test to the mathematical puzzle. 3. Prepare a measure to assessment of the scientific value of mathematics. The researcher has reached to the following results : 1. Students third year student / math dept. in the college of basic education in al - Mustansiriyah University have the inventive thinking in math.2. Students third year student / math dept. in the college of basic education in al - Mustansiriyah University have the ability to solve the mathematical puzzle.3. Students third year student / math dept. in the college of basic education in al - Mustansiriyah University have the assessment of the scientific value of math.4. There is correlative statistical relation between the inventive thinking and mathematical puzzle in the simples of the study.5. There is no correlative statistical relation between the inventive thinking and the assessment of the scientific value of mathematics in the simples of the study.6. There are no differences in the correlative statistical relation between the inventive thinking and mathematical puzzle and the assessment of the scientific value of mathematics according to gender variable (male, female). 7. The mathematical puzzle has an effect on the inventive thinking while the assessment of the scientific value of math has no effect on the inventive thinking of the simples of the study.

Abstract: The recent research aims to identify“ Teaching by using stepanz model and its effect on acquiring of the mathematical concepts for the fifith year primary female students “To Achieve the aim of the research . the null hypothesis has been postedThere is no statistically significant difference at (0.05) level of significance between the mean scores of the students who were taught by using stepanz model and of those who were taught by the usual method in the test of acquiring the mathematical concepts .The sub null hypotheses have been derived : - a - there is no statistically significant difference at (0.05) level of significance between the mean scores of the students who were taught by using stepanz model and of those who were taught by using the usual method in the test of acquiring mathematical concepts .b - there is no statistically significant difference at (0.05) between the mean scores of the students who were taught by using stepanz model and of those who were taught by using the usual method in the lest of concepts acquisition (concept definition)c - there is no statistically significant difference at (0.05) level of significance between the mean scores of the students who were taught by using stepanz model and of those who were taught by using the usual method in the lest of concepts of acquisition ( concept application).The research is limited to the primary female students of Afak primary school for girls/directorate general of education /diyala , the study was applied in the second semester of the academic year (2015 - 2016). It is also limited to the (7th - 8th - 9th)chapters that deal with (Fractions, operations on fractions , decimals) of their prescribed textbook of mathematics of year students.bthe sample of study consists of (55) students section (B) were randomly chosen to be the experimental group including( 26 ) students while section (A) was also randomly chosen to be the control group including (29) students.The experimental design whit the partial control of the two groups (control and experimental) whit posttest was adopted . the two groups were equalized on the variables (previous cognitive test of the qualification of parents . age counted by month the previous achievement in material) the researcher has taught the students after stating the behavioristic objects four the three chapters of three levels of bloom for cognitive field (remembering. comprehension . application) including (150) objects . the researcher has also prepared (32) teaching plan for each group. the researcher has prepared the lest of acquiring mathematic concepts with its three processes (concept definition . concept recognition . concept application ) consisting (57) objective items (four multiple choices). the validity and reliability of the test have been verified . the discrimination power and the level of difficulty as well as the effectiveness of wrong choices of the test have been also verified . the Alpha Cronbach s equation has been used to calculate the reliability of the test to analyze the results of the two spared samples the t - test has been used.The results have shown the following : - there is statistically significant difference at (0 - 05) level of significance between the mean scores of the students who were taught by using stepanz model and of those who were taught by using the n usual method in the test of acquiring mathematical concepts in all its processes (concept definition . concept recognition . concept application).In the light of the results . the researcher has recommended by stressing on modern teaching models . as stepanz model and implying it in method of teaching mathematic subject material In college of education because it has a great effect on teaching.The researcher has also suggested to adopt identical study to the current study on another stages and also to another school subject in different sub variables problem solving tendencies and achievement .

Abstract: هدف البحث الحالي الى معرفة ( استخدام استراتيجية التعليم المتمايز واثره في التفكير الرياضي لدى تلاميذ الصف الخامس الابتدائي ) ومن اجل تحقيق هدف البحث صيغت الفرضية الاتية : - لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى (0,05) بين متوسط درجات تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية الذين يدرسون باستراتيجية التعليم المتمايز ومتوسط درجات تلاميذ المجموعة الضابطة الذين يدرسون بالطريقة المعتادة في اختبار التفكير الرياضي ككل. واشتقت منها سبع فرضيات فرعية بحسب مجالات التفكير الرياضي ( الاستقراء, الاستنتاج, التعميم, التعبير بالرموز, التخمين, النمذجة, التفكير المنطقي الشكلي ). تكونت عينة البحث من ( 35 ) تلميذا موزعين على مجموعتين احداهما تجريبية بلغ عدد افرادها ( 18 ) تلميذا, والاخرى ضابطة بلغ عدد افرادها ( 17 ) تلميذا, وتم الاعتماد على تصميم الضبط الجزئي لمجموعتين متكافئتين ذات الاختبار البعدي, وكوفئت مجموعتي البحث في المتغيرات الاتية ( اختبار الذكاء, العمر الزمني بالشهور, التحصيل السابق للرياضيات, اختبار المعلومات السابقة في الرياضيات, التحصيل الدراسي للابوين ). تبنى الباحث مقياس انماط التعلم الذي اعده ( جابر والقرعان 2004 ) الذي يتضمن ( 80 ) فقرة, موزعة على اربعة انماط ( الحركي, المرئي / البصري, اللفظي, السمعي ) وقد تم عرضه على مجموعة من المحكمين والمتخصصين لمعرفة صلاحية كل فقرة من الفقرات وملاءمتها للغرض الذي تقيسه, وقد تم الابقاء على الفقرات جميعهوا تم استخراج التمييز والصدق والثبات للمقياس, وتم تطبيقه قبل التجربة على افراد المجموعة التجريبية لمعرفة اساليبهم المفضلة في التعلم, كذلك تم اعداد اختبار التفكير الرياضي بمجالاته السبعة, تالف الاختبار من ( 28 ) فقرة موضوعية, وقد تم التحقق من الصدق الظاهري وصدق البناء وتم استخدام معادلة ( كودر - ريتشاردسون 20 ) لحساب الثبات وتم حساب معامل الصعوبة والقوة التمييزية وفعالية البدائل الخاطئة لفقرات الاختبار. طبقت التجربة في الفصل الثاني من العام الدراسي ( 2015 - 2016 ) وطبق اختبار التفكير الرياضي على مجموعتي البحث في نهاية التجربة, واستخدم اختبار (t - test ) لعينتين مستقلتين لمعالجة البيانات وكانت النتائج كالاتي : - 1 - وجود فرق ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة ( 0,05) بين متوسطي درجات المجموعة التجريبية ودرجات المجموعة الضابطة ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية في اختبار التفكير الرياضي ككل.2 - وجود فرق ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة ( 0,05 ) بين متوسطي درجات المجموعة التجريبية ودرجات المجموعة الضابطة ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية في كل من مجالات التفكير الرياضي ( الاستقراء, الاستنتاج, التعميم, التعبير بالرموز, التخمين, النمذجة, التفكير المنطقي الشكلي ) وقد توصل الباحث الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات منها : 1 - تدريس مادة الرياضيات لتلاميذ الصف الخامس الابتدائي باستراتيجية التعليم المتمايز افضل من تدريسهم بالطريقة الاعتيادية.2 - الاثر الايجابي لاستراتيجية التعليم المتمايز في التفكير الرياضي لدى تلاميذ الصف الخامس الابتدائي. وبناء على ذلك قدم الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات من اهمها : 1 - ان تعمل وزارة التربية بمديرياتها على تدريب وتطوير معلمي ومعلمات الرياضيات بصفة خاصة والمواد الاخرى بصفة عامة على استخدام استراتيجيات التعليم المتمايز وتفعيلها للمراحل كافة.2 - قيام وزارة التربية على اصدار دليل او كتيب صغير يتضمن انواعا مختلفة من استراتيجيات التعليم المتمايز وكيفية استخدامهوا توزيعها على المعلمين والمعلمات ومتابعة تنفيذ ما جاء في هذا الدليل او الكتيب من ادارة المدرسة والمشرفين. واستكمالا للبحث الحالي اقترح الباحث عدة مقترحات منها : 1 - اجراء دراسة مماثلة تتناول استراتيجية التعليم المتمايز في متغيرات اخرى كـ ( التحصيل, الاتجاه, الميل, التفكير الابداعي )2 - اجراء دراسة مماثلة للبحث الحالي مع مراعاة متغير الجنس.3 - اجراء دراسة مماثلة تتناول استراتيجية العليم المتمايز في مراحل دراسية اخرى | This study aims at identifying (the use of differential learning strategy and its effect on mathematical thinking of fifth elementary class pupils). In order to accomplish the study aim, the following hypothesis was devised : There is no significant statistical difference at (0.05) level between the experimental group pupils average (taught by the differential learning strategy) and the control group pupils average (taught by the usual method) in the mathematical thinking test in general. Seven minor hypotheses were derived from the main one in accordance with the mathematical thinking patters : ( induction, conclusion, generalization, using symbols, guessing, modeling, reasonable thinking). The study sample consisted of 35 pupils divided into two groups : experimental comprising 18 pupils and control comprising 17 pupils. The partial control design was used for two equal groups with a post - test. The two groups of the study were equalizes in terms of the following variables : IQ test, age in months, previous achievement in mathematics, previous information test in mathematics, parents academic achievement. The researcher adopted the learning patterns test prepared by (Jabir and Al - Qar’an, 2004), which includes 80 items divided to four patterns (motor, visual, verbal, audio). The test was presented to a jury of experts to ensure the validity of each item. All items were kept. Validity and reliability of the test were ensured also. The test was applied before the experiment to the experimental group to identify their favourite learning patterns. A mathematical thinking test, measuring 7 fields and consisting of 28 items, was prepared. Its face validity and content validity were checked. The equation of (Kuder - Richardson 20) to calculate consistency and difficulty coefficient and differential power and activity of wrong substitutes of the test's items. The experiment was applied in the second semester of the academic year of (2015 - 2016). The test of mathematical thinking was applied on the two research groups at the end of the experiment. The (t - test) was used for two independent samples to process data, the results were the following : 1 - There is a statistical difference on statistical level (0.05) between averages of grades of the experimental group and grades of the controlling group. The difference favors the experimental group in the mathematical thinking test in general.2 - There is a statistical difference on statistical level (0.05) between averages of grades of the experimental group and grades of the controlling group. The difference favors the experimental group in fields of Mathematical Thinking : (Induction, Conclusion, Generalization, Using Symbols, Guessing, Modeling, Reasonable Thinking).The following conclusions has been reached : 1 - Teaching Mathematics to fifth elementary class students by using strategy of differential teaching, is better that teaching them by the ordinary method.2 - There is a positive Effect of strategy of differential learning in mathematical thinking for fifth elementary class pupils.3 - The use of differential Learning Strategy inside the classroom requires from the teacher time and effort that are double of what is required from him when he teaches using the ordinary method.4 - The use of differential learning strategy had helped student to perform various activities according to their abilities and preparations and favourite learning patterns, which means that they are learning according to their particular abilities.5 - The use of Differential Learning Strategy had achieved diversity of display of content and the use of more than one style and activity during class time, which made school class interesting and renewable and far from inertia and boredom.6 - The use of Differential Learning Strategy had made the students the center of teaching/ learning process. It also provided positive and effective contribution from the pupils.Based on that, the researcher presented some recommendations and suggestions

Abstract: هدف البحث الى تحليل محتوى كتب رياضيات المرحلة المتوسطة، وذلك وفقا لمعايير الجودة العالمية، ولتحقيق هدف البحث، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واعدت اداة التحليل الخاصة بمعيار التمثيل الرياضي المتضمن في المعايير التي اقرها المجلس القومي لمعلمي الرياضيات في امريكا (NCTM,2000) وتكونت الاداة من ثلاث معايير رئيسة وثلاثة عشر معيار فرعي وتم التاكد من صدق الاداة بعرضها على مجموعة من المختصين، اما ثبات التحليل فقد تم حسابه بطريقتين، الاولى : الثبات عبر الزمن وظهر بنسبة 93% ، والثانية : الثبات عبر الاشخاص وقد ظهر بنسبة 85% و87%، وتم استخدام التكرارات والنسب المئوية كوسائل احصائية. وكشف البحث عن توافر معيار التمثيل الرياضي في محتوى كتاب رياضيات الاول المتوسط بنسبة (71.52%) وفي محتوى كتاب رياضيات الثاني المتوسط بنسبة (54.81%) وفي محتوى كتاب رياضيات الثالث المتوسط بنسبة (60.26%). واضهرت النتائج الاتي : 1) نسبة توافر معيار التمثيل الرياضي في محتوى كتب رياضيات المرحلة المتوسطة بلغت (62.20%) وهي نسبة متوسطة ولا تمثل الجودة.2) اهتمام واضعي الكتب بتمثيل الامثلة والمسائل اكثر من اهتمامهم بالحالات الاخرى.3) هناك اهتمام بالنمذجة الرياضية في كتاب الاول المتوسط اكثر من كتابي الثاني والثالث المتوسط.وقد وضعت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات اهمها : 1) ينبغي الاهتمام بتقويم الكتب وتطويرها باستمرار وبشكل يتناسب مع التطور الحاصل، ووفقا للمعايير العالمية وذلك من خلال تشكيل لجان مختصة لمواكبة هذا التطور.2) اجراء دراسة للتعرف على مدى تحقق معيار التمثيل الرياضي في كتب الرياضيات من وجهة نظر مدرسي الرياضيات والمشرفين الاختصاص. | The research aims at Analysis the content of mathematics textbooks intermediate stage in Iraq According to the international quality standards, In order to achieve this aim, the researcher has used the Descriptive analytical approach, The analysis tool for the mathematical representation criterion included in Standards approved by the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics in America (NCTM,2000), The tool consisted of three main standards and thirteen sub - standards, The validity of the tool was confirmed by its presentation to a number of experts, The stability analysis has been calculated in two ways : stability throughout time (93%) and stability via the people(85%) and (87%), She used the following statistical processors (frequencies and percentages). The research revealed the achievement of the standards of mathematical representation in the content of the first mathematics intermediate book in the rate of (71.52), and In the content of the second mathematics intermediate book in the rate of (54.81), and In the content of the third mathematics intermediate book in the rate of (60.26) According to these results, it was found that : 1) The percentage of the standard of mathematical representation in the content of mathematics textbooks in the intermediate stage (62.20%), which is moderate and does not represent quality.2) The authors of the books were interested in Representation the examples and the issues More than their interest in other situations.3) There was an interest in mathematical modeling in the first intermediate book more than the second and third intermediate books. The researcher has put forward a number of recommendations, and suggestions, the most important of which are : 1) Attention should be paid to the survey and adjusting books And develop them continuously In proportion to the development according to international standards through the formation of specialized committees to keep pace with this development.2) A study to determine the extent to which the criterion of mathematical representation has been achieved in mathematics books from the point of view of mathematics teachers and supervisors

The is no statistically significance (0.5) between the average marksof the experimental group of students who studied the model of acceleration of thinking and the average marks of the control group who studied the usual way in mathematical test.The following secondary hypotheses are derived from this main hypothesis : A. There is no statistically significance (0.5) between the average marks of the experimental group of female students who studied the model of acceleration of thinking and the average marks of the control group who studied in the visual thinking test.BB. There is no statistically significance (0.5) between the average marks of the experimental group of female students who studied the model of acceleration of thinking and the average marks of the control group who studied in the inductive thinking test.C. There is no statistically significance (0.5) between the average marks of the experimental group of female students who studied the model of acceleration of thinking and the average marks of the control group who studied in the solving the problem test.The study sample consisted of 51 female students at Amal Intermediate School for Girls affiliated to the directorate of education / Baghdad at 3rd Karkh / second study course (2016 - 2017) of the book / part two / 5th and 2nd study course for the first - grade intermediate by 25 female students for the experimental group who studied mathematics according to accelerating thinking sample, and 26 female students for the control group due to usual way.The researcher has adopted one of these designs of partial control for two equal groups of post - test achievement test and pre - test for the mathematical thinking using semi - experimental sample. The two groups were rewarded (intelligence test, previous knowledge test, previousCachievement, mathematical thinking test, educational attainment of parents, the chronological age calculated by months). The researcher designed behavioral aims for the two study courses in accordance with the three levels : (memory, recognition, application). Its total number was 114 aims.Besides, the researcher has prepared 44 teaching plans for every group consisted of research objects and she also made two tests; one of the for the achievement post - test containing 30 items. The authenticity and characteristics of cyclometer were verified. And the other mathematical thinking consisted of 30 items. The apparent honesty and veracity of the construct was verified using Person Correlation Coefficient and the Cycometer properties were tested for mathematical reasoning testing.The researcher used Coder Richardson formula 20 to calculate the stability coefficient 84% and mathematical thinking using the second test ( T - test ) for data processing. She has calculated that adoption of the model of acceleration of thinking that has a positive impact on achievement and mathematical thinking in mathematics making valuable recommendations and several proposals.

Abstract: هدف البحث الحالي الى معرفة اثر استراتيجية التلمذة المعرفية في تحصيل مادة الرياضيات لدى طالبات الصف الاول المتوسط وتفكيرهن الجانبي, وتحقيقا لاهداف البحث اعتمدت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي ذا الاختبار القبلي والبعدي للتفكير الجانبي والاختبار التحصيلي , وللتحقق من هدف البحث وضعت الفرضيات الصفرية الاتية : 1. لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسط درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية اللاتي درسن وفقا لاستراتيجية التلمذة المعرفية ومتوسط درجات طالبات المجموعة الضابطة اللاتي درسن وفقا للطريقة المعتادة في التدريس في الاختبار التحصيلي.2. لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسط درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية اللاتي درسن وفقا لاستراتيجية التلمذة المعرفية ومتوسط درجات طالبات المجموعة الضابطة اللاتي درسن وفقا للطريقة المعتادة في التدريس في اختبار التفكير الجانبي.حيث تم تحديد مجتمع البحث الذي يمثل المدارس المتوسطة والثانوية للبنات ضمن المديرية العامة لتربية الكرخ الثانية، اختيرت عينة البحث (80) طالبة من طالبات الصف الاول المتوسط من مدرسة ثانوية مؤتة للبنات قصديا، وقسمت العينة على مجموعتين , مجموعة تجريبية ومجموعة ضابطة : - المجموعة التجريبية (40) طالبة درست وفق استراتيجية التلمذة المعرفية. - المجموعة الضابطة (40) طالبة درست وفق الطريقة المعتادة . تم اجراء التكافؤ بين مجموعتي البحث في بعض المتغيرات مثل(العمر الزمني، التحصيل السابق ، المعلومات السابقة ، مستوى الذكاء، التفكير الجانبي القبلي, التحصيل الدراسي للابوين) , وتم بناء اختبارين وهما.• اختبار التحصيل : تكون بصيغته النهائية من (40) فقرة اختبارية من النوع الموضوعي .• واختبار التفكير الجانبي : وقد تكون بصيغته النهائية مـــــن (30) فقرة . طبقت التجربة في الفصل الدراسي الاول من العام الدراسي(2017_2016) وبواقع (5) حصص لكل مجموعة اسبوعيا وقامت الباحثة بتدريس مجموعتي البحث بنفسها بعد ان صاغت اهدافا سلوكية للفصول الثلاثة وللمستويات الثلاثة من مستويات بلوم للمجال المعرفي (تذكر، فهم، تطبيق) بلغ عددها (164) هدفا. كما اعدت الباحثة (50) خطة تدريسية لكل مجموعة تضمنت موضوعات البحث. واجريت التحليلات الاحصائية المناسبة لنتائج الاختبارين حيث استخدمت الباحثة معادلة كيودر - ريتشاردسون (K - R20) لحساب معامــــل ثبات الاختبار التحصيلي، ومعادلة الفا - كرونباخ لحساب معامل ثبات اختبار التفكير الجانبي، ومعاملات الصعوبة والتمييز وفعالية البدائل ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون من خلال البرنامج الاحصائي SPSS واستخدمت الاختبار التائي (t - Test) لعينتين مستقلتين لمعالجة البيانات واشارت النتائج الى تفوق طالبات المجموعة التجريبية على طالبات المجموعة الضابطة في اختبار التحصيل واختبار التفكير الجانبي.وكان من اهم النتائج التي توصل اليها البحث : • ان اعتماد استراتيجية التلمذة المعرفية له اثر ايجابي في التحصيل والتفكير الجانبي في مادة الرياضيات. وقدمت الباحثة مقترحات عدة منها : 1.اجراء دراسة مماثلة للدراسة الحالية ولمراحل دراسية اخرى ولمواد دراسية مختلفة. 2.اجراء دراسة حول استخدام استراتيجية التلمذة المعرفية في متغيرات اخرى كالتفكير الناقد واكتساب المفاهيم والقدرة على حل المشكلات | The recent research aims to identify the effect of Cognitive Apprenticeship strategy in the Achievement in mathematics of first grade girl students and their lateral thinking. and to achieve the goals the researcher adopted experimental method groups and of the control group with a post test. And put the following null hypothesis : 1. There is no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of students of the experimental group who were studying according to the Cognitive Apprenticeship strategy and the mean scores of students of control group who were studying according to the traditional method of teaching in the achievement test.2. There is no difference a statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of students iof the experimental group who were studying according to Cognitive Apprenticeship strategy and the control group who were studying as the traditional method in Test of the Lateral Thinking.It has been identified and the research community, which represents middle and high schools for girls in the General Directorate for Education second Karkh , and the research sample consisted of (80) female students from the first class of intermediate school for girls( Muta), and the sample was divided into two groups experimental group and control group : - The experimental group consisted of (40) students who were taught according to the Cognitive Apprenticeship strategy. - Control group consisted of (40) who were taught according to the traditional method .Both groups were equalized on the variables (age calculated in months, previous achievement, test prior knowledge, intelligence test scores, prior lateral thinking , educational qualification of the parents) , it has been built two test were as follows : 1. Achievement test : which consisting of (40) items, test of the kind of substantive .2.Test of Lateral thinking : which consisting of (30) items. The experiment have been applied in the first semester for the academic year (2016 - 2017) by (5) lessons for each group and the researcher taught the research groups by herself after that drafted the behavioral goals of the three chapters and three levels of Bloom's cognitive domain levels (remembering, comprehension , application) as the number reached (164) goals. The researcher prepared (50) teaching plan for each group included research subjects.Appropriate statistical analysis of the results of the two tests were carried out where the researcher used Kiodr - Richardson equation (K - R20) to calculate the achievement test stability coefficient, Alpha - Cronbach equation to calculate the test lateral thinking stability coefficient, and the coefficients of difficulty and discrimination and effective alternatives and Pearson correlation coefficient through the statistical program SPSS was used (t - test) for two independent samples for data processing and the results Showed superiority than students in the experimental group to the control group in achievement test and test of lateral thinking. The most important findings of the researcher in this research : • The adoption of cognitive apprenticeship strategy has a positive effect on achievement and lateral thinking in mathematics. : The researcher made several suggestions, including 1.conducting an identical study of the current study and to other phases of study and to different subjects.2. Conduct a study on the use of cognitive apprenticeship strategy in other variables like critical thinking and the acquisition of concepts and the ability to solve problems

Abstract: هدف البحث الى التعرف على (اثر استخدام استراتيجيتي الاصطفاف المنطقي (L.L.U) وتنشيط المعرفة السابقة (k. w .L) في تحصيل مادة الرياضيات لدى تلميذات الصف الخامس الابتدائي واستبقائها) المنهج شبه التجريبي , كافات الباحثة مجموعات البحث الثلاث احصائيا في المتغيرات ( العمر الزمني، والتحصيل الدراسي السابق في مادة الرياضيات ، ومستوى الذكاء، واختبار المعرفة السابقة)، كما اعدت مستلزمات البحث المتمثلة في( تحديد المادة العلمية ، صياغة الاغراض السلوكية ، اعداد الخطط التدريسية ) , واعدت اداة البحث متمثلة في(اختبار التحصيل) ، الذي تكون بصورته النهائية من (24) فقرة موضوعية من نوع (اختيار من متعدد) ذي البدائل الاربعة ، وقد تم التحقق من الصدق الظاهري ، واستخراج معامل الصعوبة ومعامل التمييز وفعالية البدائل الخاطئة للفقرات الموضوعية، وتم ايجاد ثبات فقرات الاختبار باستعمال معادلة كيودر - ريشاردسون - 20 اذ بلغ (83,0) . طبقت التجربة في الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي ( 2016 - 2017 ) واستمرت على مدى (7) اسابيع تقريبا بواقع خمس حصص لكل مجموعة وبعد انتهاء التجربة تم تطبيق اداة البحث على مجموعات البحث الثلاث ، وتمت معالجة البيانات احصائيا باستعمال تحليل التباين الاحادي ، واختبار شيفيه ، وباستعمال برنامج الحقيبة الاحصائية SPSS الاصدار 23، وقد اظهرت نتائج البحث : 1. تفوق المجموعة التجريبية الاولى التي درست وفق استراتيجية الاصطفاف المنطقي على المجموعتين ( التجريبية الثانية والضابطة ) في اختبار التحصيل. 2. عدم وجود فرق ذو دلالة احصائية بين المجموعة التجريبية الثانية التي درست وفق استراتيجية تنشيط المعرفة السابقة والمجموعة الضابطة التي درست بالطريقة الاعتيادية في اختبار التحصيل .3. عدم وجود فرق ذو دلالة احصائية بين مجموعات البحث الثلاث في اختبار التحصيل المؤجل ( الاستبقاء) .وفي ضوء نتائج البحث ، قدمت الباحثة عدد من التوصيات منها تشجيع معلمي الرياضيات على استعمال استراتيجية الاصطفاف المنطقي وغيرها من استراتيجيات التعلم النشط التي قد تسهم في رفع التحصيل الدراسي وعدم التقيد بطريقة واحدة في التدريس بل الانتقال من طريقة لاخرى لغرض تحقيق الاهداف المنشودة , وعدد من المقترحات منها اجراء دراسات مماثلة للمقارنة بين استراتيجية الاصطفاف المنطقي مع استراتيجية اخرى من استراتيجيات مواراء المعرفة مثل ( التساؤل الذاتي , العصف الذهني , خرائط المفاهيم ... الخ ) . | The aim of the research is to identify the effect of the use of logical Line Up strategies (L.L.U) and to the Previous Knowledge Activation (k.w.L) Strategies On the Mathematics Achievement and Retention Of Fifth Primary Female student . The researcher computed the three research groups statistically in variables (age, previous math achievement, level of intelligence, and testing of previous information). It also prepared the research requirements of (defining scientific material, formulating behavioral objectives, preparation of teaching plans) The final test consisted of (24) objective paragraphs of the type (multiple choice) with the four alternatives. The veracity of the tests, the difficulty factor, the coefficient of discrimination and the effectiveness of the substitutes for the objective paragraphs were verified. The use of the Kuder - Richardson equation - 20 (0.83)The experiment was applied in the second semester of the academic year (2016 - 2017) and lasted for approximately 7 weeks with five sessions per group. After the experiment, the search tool was applied to the three research groups. The data was statistically analyzed using the single - , And using the Statistical Pouch Program SPSS version 23, the results of the research have shown : 1.The first experimental group, which was studied according to the logical Line Up strategy, surpassed the two groups (the second experimental and the control) in the achievement test ..2.There was no statistically significant difference between the second experimental group, which was studied according to the strategy of the previous knowledge activating and the control group, which was studied in the usual way in the achievement test . . 3. There is no statistically significant difference between the three research groups in the deferred collection test (retention)By the results of the research, the researcher made a number of recommendations, including encouraging mathematics teachers to use the strategy of logical line up and other active learning strategies that may contribute to raising academic achievement and not to adhere to one way of teaching, but to move from one method to another for the purpose of achieving the desired goals. A number of proposals include similar studies to compare the logical line up strategy with another strategy of meta - knowledge strategies (eg, self - questioning, brainstorming, concept maps, etc.).

The tests aim to diagnose the points of strength and weakness of each student, which infers the remedial action in addressing the imbalance among some students in acquiring skills, and a good way to develop the educational process, and stimulate the learner for the stimulus a cornerstone of the success of the instructional process.. The aim of the study is to analyze the final tests (ministerial) for sixth scientific grade in mathematics according to international quality standards of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics in the United States (N.C.T.M). The study is limited by questions in Mathematics tests for sixth scientific grade for the six years (2008 - 2009 - 2010 - 2011 - 2012 - 2013) for the first , second , and third attempts, the sample consisted of (15) examination sheets of paper, (6) sheets of paper for the first attempt, other (6) for the second attempt, and (3) sheets of paper for the third attempt of the school years (2009 - 2010 and 2011 - 2012 and 2012 - 2013), to achieve the objective of the study, the researcher used the descriptive, analytical method, and a tool is used and represented by the international quality standards of the National Council Teachers of Mathematics (N.C.T.M.) which included (11) standards and other (55) sub standards , then the validity of tool submitted to a jury of experts has been ensured by using equivalent honesty is coefficient of agreement, and in accordance with their opinions have been adopted by agreement (80%) and more to keep the standard and its viability, as well as ensure reliability of the analysis using. equation of Holsti where researcher use the whole sample, and it is analyzed with a time lag of 14 days, in order to find the equivalence of the researcher with herself which was (0.90), as well as finding out the reliability with two of the analyzers, working separately. The first was between the researcher and the first analyzer reaches to (0.85), and between the researcher and the second analyzer reaches to (0.88). Either way, the researcher has used statistical tools occurrences and the percentage and equation of validity to calculate coefficient of agreement on items of the tool and equation of Holsti to find the reliability of analysis. The study found that there is no attention paid towards world standards related with the final (ministerial) tests for sixth scientific grade in Iraq. In comparison with world standards the level achieved in the tests for the (sample) is (weak), in measuring the hypothetical mean that is limited in dependence views made by the judges.. In the light of the results of research, the researcher has developed a series of recommendations including : Exchange of experiences in the field of building standards developed final tests (ministerial) between Iraq and the countries of the world advanced educational and Arab State , and Make an evaluation and assessment process for the standards periodically by the competent authorities , and The provision of material and human resources to develop the exams by the Ministry of education - General Directorate of examinations , and The involvement of specialists of both measurement and evaluation of questions that do not limited to one group. The researcher has proposed the following suggestions, as a complement for the study : 1. A study to identify the difficulties facing the makers or designers of final exams (ministerial) in the Ministry of Education. 2. A similar study for the current study for final exams (ministerial) for other grades in mathematics and and in a variety of subjects.

To rerify the null hypothesis, the researcher has made the experiment on the fourth grad female students and has a dopted the partial experimental design of the pre - test for both experimental and control groups. The researcher has intenailly chosen ( AL - Adnania secondry school for girls ) in order to apply the eaperiement and has randomly chosen section ( A ) to be the experiemental group while section ( B ) to be the control group. The sample of the research consists of ( 72 ) students divided( 36 ) students for both groups.The researcher has equalized the variables of both groups by using t - test ( JQ test , the previous achievement in math material , previous know ledy).The researcher has chosen the teaching material which the researcher will teuch during the experiment then the researcher has set the behaviorstic obiectives and has prepeared the lesson for them. After that the researcher shows the lesson plan to a jury member then the researcher has made the required amendments in order to be neady for use.The researcher has made a creative test which consists of ( 20 items ) The reliabily and validity have been rerified and the diffculty level with the discrimination power of the test have been calculated. The researcher has used ( kudar ) equation - Richardson ( K - R21 ) to calculate the reliability of the creative thinking test. The researcher has used the ( t - test ) for equal separated sample to treat the date. Here are the following results : There are statistical significant differences at ( 0, 05 ) level of significance between the mean scores of the both groups and it was in favor of the experimental group in the creative thinking test. The researcher has concluded that the ( swom strategy) has a positive effect in the creative thinking of math material. The researcher has recommended to adopt the(swom strategy) in teaching because it has a great effect on developing the creative thinking and encourage teachers to pay a great attention to creative thinking because it is regarded as mental activity that helps in making learning process a matter of application. In order to achieve the study aim, the following two null hypotheses were formulated : 1. There is no statistically significant difference at (0.05) significance level between the mean score of the experimental group students who were taught by the synectics strategy and the mean score of the control group students who were taught by the usual method employed for geometric thinking in mathematics. 2. There is no statistically significant difference at (0.05) significance level between the mean score of the experimental group students who were taught by the synectics strategy and the mean score of the control group students who were taught by the usual method employed for problem solving tests. The study population consisted of second intermediate stage female students in daytime intermediate schools of Diyala Directorate of Education for the academic year (2014 - 2015). The study sample included (51) female students chosen deliberately from Um Al - Baneen Intermediate School for Girls. The sample was divided into two groups : an experimental group consisting of (26) students taught by the synectics strategy and a control group consisting of (25) students taught by the usual method. The two groups were equalized in terms of all variables : previous achievement in mathematics, previous knowledge test, IQ test, age calculated in months, and parents’ academic achievement. In order to achieve the aim of the study, the researcher devised a geometric thinking test consisting of (40) multiple - choice items. The test items’ validity and reliability were verified. The researcher also made a problem - solving test containing (14) essay questions, the validity and reliability of which were verified also. The experiment was conducted to both of the study groups. The researcher herself taught the experimental group by the synectics strategy and the control group by the usual method. Having finished teaching the three chapters : plane geometry, coordinate geometry, and solid geometry, the researcher applied the two tools to both groups, and the necessary statistical processing was done by using the t - test of two independent samples. The results indicated the following : 1. There was a statistically significant difference between the mean score of the two groups in the geometric thinking test as a whole, as well as in every one of Van Hiele’s levels of geometric thinking (visualization, analysis, rigor and deduction) in favor of the experimental group which had been taught by the synectics strategy. 2. There was a statistically significance difference between the mean score of the two groups in the problem - solving test as a whole as well as in each of the four patterns : reason stating pattern, proof with figure and text pattern, calculation pattern and numerical problems pattern, in favor of the experimental group which had been taught by the synectics strategy. 3. There was no statistically significant difference between the mean score of the two groups in the patterns of proof completion and textual problems of the problem - solving test. The researcher reached a number of conclusions, most notable among them was the positive effect of synectics strategy on the variables of geometric thinking and problem solving. The researcher also presented a number of recommendations and suggestions for future studies in this field.

Abstract: The present research aims at (adjusting the content of mathematics textbooks in the intermediate stage in the light of the international quality standards from the point of view of teachers). In order to achieve this aim, the researcher has used the descriptive analytical approach in this research. The population of the research consists of the male and female teachers who teach mathematics for the first, second and third intermediate classes in Dyala governorate. However, the population of the present research consists of (300) teachers where (50%) of the original population is chosen randomly categorically to represent the sample of the research, namely (150) male and female teachers.The researcher has determined the international standards for the first, second and third intermediate classes through comparing the goals and the mathematics textbooks of the intermediate stage in Iraq with the international standards in order to determine the standards specific for each class in the intermediate stage so that, we can determine the availability of the international standards in these curricula through introducing a pilot questionnaire to a number of experts as well as through exploring the educational literature, modern standards, and the international standards of mathematics represented by the standards of The American National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (N.C.T.M.). Where the tool of the research is a questionnaire that consists of four fields namely, (numbers and the operations : algebra, relations, geometry and measurements, data analysis and statistics and probability). They involve (14) criteria and (95) indicators for the first intermediate class; (71) indicators for the second intermediate class and (61) indicators for the third intermediate class. They are ascertained by using face validity, construction validity and by using Alpha Cronbach formula where the average reliability coefficient for the first class is (0.96), for the second class is (0.94) and for the third class is (0.94).The content analysis for the mathematics textbooks of the intermediate classes has been conducted by using a questionnaire with two alternatives (available and not available). Where the dataof content analysis has been manipulated according to the teacher opinions by using Chai square in order to know the degree of the criteria availability and then depending on the available criteria in order to make adjusting on them according to a questionnaire with three alternatives (often, sometimes and rarely). The data of adjusting the content has been treated according to the teachers' opinions by using the weighted average and the percentile weight in order to know the percentage of the availability of the international standards.The number of the available indicators for the first intermediate class is (36); for the second intermediate class is (21) and for the third intermediate class is (19) indicators. In the light of the afore - mentioned results, they has stated the following : 1 - The percentage of the international standards availability is nearly about (30% - 38%) in terms of the international standards.2 - The little available percentage of international standards attain the quality with different percentage extend from (82%) to (95%).In the light of the research results, the researcher has put forward a number of recommendations, the most important of which are : 1 - Re - considering the mathematics textbooks in the intermediate stage so that they can be in accordance with the international standards.2 - Taking into consideration the unavailable standards according the research results that appear in low percentages and trying to incorporate them in mathematics textbooks.Finally, the researcher has put a number of suggestions, such as, conducting a periodical and continuous adjusting for mathematics textbooks in the intermediate and secondary schools according to the international standard quality.

For this leader to perform his duty perfectly, he should be supplied with all different teaching components and means. The teacher was described as the cornerstone for the teaching and educational process and with him that educational process gets straight and reaches its goals. Hence, the teacher should be prepared and trained during his service for its great role in nourishing the educational process. The current thesis aimed at : 1 - Preparing a training program to acquire mathematics teaching skills to the fifth class primary school teachers whom service period is no less than three years. 2 - Identifying the effect of the training program on mathematics teachers' performance through the investigation of the following two hypotheses : a - There is no statistical significant difference between the mean scores of teachers on whom the training program was applied (the experimental group) and the mean scores of teachers on whom the training program was not applied (the control group) when the (post) performance form was applied at (0.05) level. b - There is no statistical significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental group who were submitted to the (post) training program and their mean scores before the application of the (pre) program on them at (0.05) level. The study population was comprised of four sectors including (151) male and female teachers within the Directorate of Missan Education. The study sample was confined on fifth class primary mathematics teachers for the study year 2007 - 2008. The basic sample mounted (50) male and female teachers within the Directorate of Missan Education. The research tool was applied on them which was a mere performance form prepared by the research through his overlooking some previous studies and conducting an open questionnaire to a group of professors specialized in mathematics and psychology teaching methods. Through their opinions, he prepared a list of skills comprised of (42) skills distributed on three fields (planning, execution and assessment). After being sure of their validity by exposing them on a group of experts, more than 80% of what was agreed on was accepted and the skills which did not achieve that were refused. In addition, the experts added a number of skills which made their final number (44) skills distributed on three fields (planning, execution and assessment). Their reliability was assured of by using Pearson correlation coefficient where the general mean of reliability coefficient was (70%), so the tool was ready for application. To identify the number of skills where teachers' performance was (weak, strong), the researcher used the statistical means to extract the preference medium and percentage weight; therefore, he obtained (23) skills valued positively representing (strength aspects) and (21) skills valued negatively representing (weakness aspects) in teachers' performance. These skills represented the actual training requirements of mathematics teachers. To apply the program, he divided the basic research sample (50) male and female teachers into two groups randomly; an experimental group including (25) male and female teachers and a control group with the same number. To achieve the equivalence between both groups according to (service, certificate and performance) variables, the researcher used Chi - square to identify the difference significance between the two groups regarding (service and certificate) variables and used the (t - test) for two independent samples regarding the scores of (performance form) variable. He prepared a training program to acquire the teaching skills to mathematics teachers and to identify the effect of the training program of acquiring teaching skills on teachers' performance through the investigating the validity of the two following hypotheses : There was no statistical significant difference between the mean scores of the two groups (the experimental and control groups) in performance. The researcher used the (t - test) for two independent samples as a post application where the results showed there was a statistical significant difference at (0.05) significance level for the interest of the experimental group. To examine the hypothesis saying there was no statistical significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental group (pre) and the mean scores of the experimental group (post) in teaching skills according to the performance form. The researcher used the (t - test) for two correlated samples where the results showed there was a statistical significant difference at (0.05) significance level for the interest of the experimental group after the application of the training program. Hence, the researcherrecommended the necessity to depend on the training program in the courses done by the Directorate of Education for mathematics teachers during service and the supervisors' utilization of the program and performance form in evaluating the teachers' work.

There is no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of students who were studying according to the programmed approach strategy and the mean scores of students who were studying according to the traditional method of teaching in multi - intelligencs.The sample consisted of ( 60 ) female students from the First grade at Noor Al - Eslam Middle school for Girls which belong to the Directorate of Education in Baghdad / the first Rusafah ,for the First semester of the academic year ( 2014 - 2015 ) , and Chapters III , IV, and V of the math book scheduled for the First grade, section (B) consisting of (30) were selected to be the experimental group who were taught math material by Programmed approach strategy , and section (A ) consisting of (30) were selected student to be the control group, who were taught math material by traditional method. The researcher adopted a partial control designs with post test for both groups and used the experimental method. Both groups were equalized on the variables (test prior knowledge, previous achievement, intelligence test scores, age calculated in months, educational qualification of the parents).Having formulated behavioral objectives, the researcher studied both groups. These objectives covered the levels of (remembering, comprehension, application ) in Bloom's classification and the number of these objectives reached (170). The researcher prepared (45) lesson plan for each group included research topics, and prepared a test, achievement post - test consisting of (40) items. The validity and reliability were verified, The difficulty level and The discrimination power and The effectiveness of wrong alternatives for both test were calculated.The researcher constricts a scale for multi - intelligences , Based on the concept of Gardener theory in multi - intelligences , Which is consisted of eight areas (linguistic Logical - mathematical , Visual - spatial , Bodily - kinesthetic , Musical , Interpersonal , Intrapersonal , Naturalistic), and consist of ( 80 ) items and then its face validity content validity , the test reliability is found by using the person correlation coefficient , and calculated the discrimination power of scale's items.The researcher used the equation of Cooder - Richardson (K - R20) to calculate the reliability coefficient of achievement post - test , and the equation of alpha - Cronbach to calculate the stability coefficient of the scale for multi - intelligence , the researcher also used the (t - Test) for two independent samples for data processing.The results were as follows : There is a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of students of the experimental group and the control group in achievement test and in multi - intelligences.The researcher concluded that the adoption of programmed approach strategy have a positive impact in achievement and multi - intelligences in mathematics, the researcher made several recommendations, including that teachers of mathematics should depend on programmed approach strategy in teaching because of its positive impact on the achievement and the development of multi - intelligences , and encourage teachers to pay attention to the teaching multi - intelligence as an mental activity that helps to move the learn into the application.The researcher presented several suggestions, including conducting an identical study of the current study and to other phases of study and to different subjects, conduct a study on the use of programmed approach strategy in other variables like critical thinking and concepts acquisition and ability to solve problems.
