المستخلص: يعد ميزان المدفوعات النافذة التي يطل منها الاقتصاد الوطني على الاقتصاد العالمي وبالعكس. لكونه ذلك السجل الذي تدرج فيه العمليات الاقتصادية التي تربط الاقتصاد الوطني بالاقتصاد العالمي بعلاقات تبادلية تزدوج فيها الدائنية والمديونية، وتتضمن انتقال السلع والخدمات وراس المال. ويستاثر ميزان المدفوعات باهمية بالغة على مستوى التحليل الاقتصادي لاي دولة ، لكونه يعكس درجة تداخل الاقتصاد المحلي بالاقتصاد العالمي، فضلا عن ان مايدرج فيه من معاملات اقتصادية، انما يعكس من حيث المحتوى هيكل الانتاج وقوة الاقتصاد الوطني وقدرته التنافسية، ومدى الاستجابة لتطور قوى الانتاج دوليا.ولذلك يمكن معرفة وقياس اثر صادرات النفط في الكويت من خلال ميزان المدفوعات لدولة الكويت ,حيث ان الصادرات النفطية للكويت لها اهمية كبيرة في الاقتصاد الكويتي حيث بلغت اقل نسبة لها في اجمالي الصادرات اكثر من74 % طيلة مدة الدراسة,لذلك فهي تؤدي دورا كبيرا في الميزان التجاري للكويت الذي يعتمد عليها بصورة مباشرة والذي لم يشهد عجزا خلال مدة الدراسة بسبب ارتفاع اسعار النفط الخام العالمية بالرغم من انخفاضها في بعض سنوات مدة الدراسة,وكذلك الاحتياطي النفطي المؤكد الكبير الذي تمتلكه الكويت والذي بلغ (101.500 مليار برميل) مكنها من ان تنتج في سنة2015 (2.859 مليون برميل باليوم) وتصدر (1.963,8مليون برميل باليوم) وهذا يدل على الاثر الكبير والفاعل للصادرات النفطية في الكويت في ميزان المدفوعات وبالتالي في الاقتصاد الكويتي .وتم اعتماد الاسلوب الكمي باستخدام نموذج الانحدار المتعدد لمعادلتين هما الميزان التجاري والصادرات وسعر الصرف من جهه ,والميزان التجاري وايرادات النفط وسعر النفط وسعر الصرف من جهه اخرى ,وتوصلت الدراسة الى ان هناك علاقة عكسية بين سعر الصرف والميزان التجاري في كلا المعادلتين ,وهذا ما يتفق مع النظرية الاقتصادية ,فضلا عن ان مرونة الصادرات اكبر من واحد وهذا يعني ان هناك مرونة عالية لاستجابة متطلبات الميزان التجاري ,كما ان ايرادات النفط ذات اثر ايجابي في المعادلة الثانية وهذا ما يتفق مع المنطق الاقتصادي

المستخلص: Energy consumption considers one of the main indicators for measuring the level of economic development in the economy represented by energy consumption per capita. The energy, however, is a backbone of modern civilizations and a major part of social and economic progress. The significance of this research comes from its role in analysing determinants of oil and natural gas which are sufficient for local consumption and export in a low cost compared to renewable energy. In Iraq, Tigris and Euphrates and their tributaries canassist in generating a hydroelectric via utilizing dams and other related projects in reasonable costs. This research aims to analyse the demand for energy in the Iraqi economy over the period 2003 to 2012, as well as, studying determinants of energy demand and its future outlook, in which its high importance is not only in determination the advantage of energy, but in its impact on the economic growth and in setting suggestions for the developmental energy policy in Iraq in light of the energy determinants. Furthermore, the demand for energy resources depends on basic determinants such as population and economic growth, these two factors contribute significantly in the increase of level of energy demand. This research is designed to be in three chapters, the first section of chapter one tackles a conceptual framework of the study. The second section is addressing the concept of energy consumption . The second chapter focuses on analysing thetapped and untapped energy resources in Iraq, where the first section is specified to address the tapped energy, while the second tackles the untapped energy resources in Iraq and possibility of its investment. The last chapter studies the energy determinants and its role in a developmental energy policy, where the first section analyses role of the basic determinants in the energy consumption and the second section laid suggestions for a developmental energy policy in Iraq.

المستخلص: The international oil companies or so called ( The seven sisters ) have dominated the oil all over the world among which east and African countries , especially Arab countries, from the beginning of the twenties century . They have controlled all the stages of the oil industry by the contracts of concession so that the revenues of the productive countries were low and they do not come up to small part of the revenues gained by these companies in comparison with the great level of the economics the western countries on the account of the Arab people fortunes, especially, Arab oil producing countries.At the beginning of the 70s of the last century, the balance of power started to be changed among the monopolist companies and the oil producing countries by the demand of cancelling or amending the contracts of concessions to share the revenue 50/50 or to contracts of service and other types of contracts, but companies insisting on their strict policy of dominating the oil industry made the oil producing companies to change the balance of power.The oil three shocks were historical opportunity to regain some of the lost revenues that were lost by the producing companies and they were an attempt to re - control nearly depleted oil fortunes .The first oil shock was a warning bell tolling over the concession oil companies when the average of inflation has been increased rapidly . The surprise was the decline of the US dollar against other currencies and then the sudden increase of oil demand in different countries. This happened in 1973 followed by the second and the third oil shocks in 1979 and 2008.

المستخلص: In this study we can know the study field area it is the luhais oil field ,in the north - west of Basrah .through library analysis we know the characteristic and the reservoirs of this oil field.The we recognized kind of oil separators and the economic per fit of using these kinds this field and all other fields.Also we studied the problems which effect the separators efficacy and give the technical resolution.In this study we estimate the water oil ratio (W.O.R)of this field, and water production amount with oil. We suggested the resolutions that reduce the cost and environment effects are spended on the reservoirs oil fields.After than we estimate the gas oil ratio (G.O.R) and the amount of gas that are exported to S.G.C moreover we estimated the amount of the gas that exhausted during field burning. We suggested economical lose and pollution factor .Then we studied the technics which are used in wet oil treatment and we suggested ways to reduce the used chemical substances to wet oil treatment in order to get low cost.Also we knew the modern ways for oil treatment .Finally we estimated the economic cost for the wet oil treatment in luhais oil field and all other basrah oil fields.

المستخلص: This research deals with the role of quantitative techniques in project management by using the method of evaluating and implementing and reviewing programs (PERT) for the purpose of investment of time as required and to avoid Waste of resources to the fact that the success of any strategy or operational plans was highly dependent on many aspects of the most important decisions right, and the integrity of the identification and preparation and evaluation and implementation of projects included in the plan. Many planners are using simple evaluationways not based on scientific grounds, limiting their ability to expand existing evaluation process in the project analysis The Projects are generally subject to a set of constraints and variables in addition to the scarcity of resources. In this sense it was incumbent on the institutions that seek to stay to deal with these constraints and variables in order to achieve its objectives and in the exploitation of resources and capabilities available to them efficiently and effectively within the cost and time of their permitted. The process of planning and control of any project must include the following three factors (time) and financial resources (cost) and human resources (workers), and they must combine these three combinations in order to ensure successful completion of the project in the specific time and lowest cost.The (PERT) method scientifically developed in the project planning and organization of the network reflect the temporal and logical sequence for implementation identify the necessary resources and timing. It helps project implementers to treat many of the most important problems of delays in the completion of project activities as a result of lack of time management in a scientific manner, leading to the rise in costs. You can also use network planning in project management. The use of technology facilitates the possibility of modification and modernization in the possibility of resources, scientific methods planning while away Planners we have every dimension in the use of these methods and for this problem , research aims to clarify the role of scientific planning for the success of projects in all fields, particularly, the field of municipal projects that are directly in contact with citizens' daily lives in (the establishment and paving streets and sidewalks with services) in less timeand cost and highest quality by adopting scientific methods to avoid circumstances and emergencies and determine the project completion time accurately, I've researcher used the case to reach the results in practice, study, and the research found there is a difference time at the time of completion of actual project plan and time using the style (PERT) and critical path and this shows the poor planning of the project, which led to a significant deviation between the actual achievement and planned, and thus delay the project and what the resulting negative impact on economic development and the provision of services While it is possible that the project is completed less of real - time and at a lower cost if an accurate project was planning in accordance with the priorities and knowledge of critical activities and non - critical which could accelerate to take the appropriate decision in the estimation of the appropriate resources for the activit to reduce Growling and harm and achieve public benefit .

المستخلص: توصف السوق العالمية للنفط الخام بانها سوق غير مستقرة اذ تتحكم بها عوامل متغيرة، فكثيرا ما تؤدي هذه العوامل الى حدوث اختلاف كبير بين كميات النفط المعروضة والمطلوبة وتؤدي الى تقلبات كبيرة في اسعار النفط الخام، ففي حالة انخفاض الاسعار فان الاقتصادات الريعية ستتاثر سلبا، كما في حالة الاقتصاد العراقي الذي تعتمد فيه معدلات النمو الاقتصادي على انتاج وتصدير النفط الخام فضلا عن اسعاره، وان انتاج هذه السلعة يعتمد على الطاقة الانتاجية للابار النفطية وعلى السياسة المتبعة في ذلك البلد من خلال سقف الانتاج المحدد من قبل المنظمات والكارتلات النفطية وعلى الاحتياطي النفطي المؤكد والمرجح فضلا عن دور الاسعار العالمية ، وتكمن مشكلة البحث في اعتماد الاقتصاد العراقي بصورة شبة كلية على ايرادات النفط، اذ تتوقف قيم الناتج المحلي الاجمالي وايرادات الموازنة العامة على حجم ايرادات النفط ،بحيث ينعكس انخفاض اسعار النفط في صورة تدهور كبير في معدلات النشاط الاقتصادي في العراق من خلال انخفاض معدلات نمو الناتج المحلي الاجمالي. تاتي اهمية البحث من خلال دراسة الخلل الهيكلي المزمن الذي يعاني منه الاقتصاد العراقي، المتمثل بالاعتماد على مصدر ناضب وغير مستقر للدخل، وبالتالي التاكيد على ضرورة المعالجة من خلال تنويع مصادر الدخل من اجل تحريك عملية التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية ، استخدم الباحث الاسلوب الوصفي لبيان اهمية العرض والطلب على النفط الخام في تحديد اسعاره في الاسواق العالمية. | The global market for crude oil described as the market is stable because there are variable factors that control this market and always these factors lead to a significant difference between the amount of oil supplied and required and lead to large fluctuations in the prices crude oil at the case of falling prices, the rentier economies negative will be affected as in the case of the Iraqi economy in which economic growth depends on the production and export of crude oil as well as the prices and the production of this item depends on the production capacity of oil wells and on policy in that country through the selected output ceiling by organizations and cartels oil and the proven oil reserves and likely as well as the role of prices.The problem with research in the adoption of the Iraqi economy almost entirely on oil revenues, with gross domestic values depend whole revenue of the general budget on the size of oil revenues so that reflected lower oil prices In the form of a significant deterioration in economic activity rates in Iraq through the decline in GDP growth rates.The importance of research through the study of chronic structural imbalance suffered by authorized Iraqi economy on the depleting and non - stable source of income and thus emphasize the need for treatment through the diversification of sources of income in order to move the economic and social development process.The researcher used the descriptive style to show the importance of supply and demand for crude oil in determining the prices in the global markets and the researcher used as well as the style of econometrics to calculate the slope and flexibilities and joint integration between the dependent and independent variables variable

المستخلص: Natural gas is considered as one of the major energy Sources in the world, because of its important uses in the local Consumption, producing Electricity, In the light of the global trend towards reducing carbon dioxide emissions and preserving the environment.Qatar economy is Considered as one of the most vitality and overgrowth in the world, the abundance of the natural gas in Qatar has an important effect on Qatar economy in the terms of the attraction of foreign investment and encourage local investments to develop this field, or the effect of the income of Qatar gas selling in the national markets, this lead to a big financial abundance used by Qatar for the economic growth.The numbers refer to the growth rate of Qatar economy is (11%) through the duration (2007‐2014) and Qatar is one of the richest countries in the principle of the per capita income from the total local production which is about (96,676) $ during the year (2014) due to the raising of the total local production ,also the input of the investment in the total local production is raised (28,2%) during (2014)due to the big projects .the high economic development and the financial abundance made Qatar a head of the Arabic countries in several points ,Qatar occupied the first rank Arabian and the fourth rank globally in the Global Competitiveness Report(2015‐2016).Qatar has huge spare of natural gas about (24,531) cubic meter billion during 2014. It participates in the development of production for the sake of varying the sources of input and to keep the relative and competitive advantages in the field of natural gas production. The production of natural gas in Qatar is about (180,024.1) cubic meter million in 2014 and according the production rates it is expected that the gas spare in Qatar will stay for (156) years and Qatar will continue in the natural gas extracting operation till the end of this duration.

المستخلص: The oil production consider the main factor in the future of Iraq and its present , where during the past years of Iraq age , the revenue of oil played the principle factor in the development programs in Iraq . The Iraqi economy depends primarily to finance the annual budget on oil revenues, which amount to more than 90%. Note that the export of Iraqi oil since 2003 to 2014 ranged between 1.536 - 2.5 million barrels per day.These increments had done through the national efforts from Ministry of Oil with cooperation with the International Oil Companies in the first, second, third and fourth license to develop the produced oil & gas fields and discovered not produced fields. The aim of this study to identify the importance of potential capacity of Iraq oil fields and make technical and economical evaluation for the artificial lift techniques that’s used in the oil field of the world, make economical analysis for the electrical submersible pump technique that used in Rumila oil field and study its affect on Iraq crude oil production One of the forms of the artificial lift that been used for the past decades is Electric Submersible Pumps (ESP). Since the birth of ESP in 1926, the technology evolved slowly and ESP used today has many similarities with the original system. Operators are utilizing ESP in more and more challenging reservoirs with respect to temperature, viscosity, Gas Oil Ratio (GOR), etc. These are major challenges for ESP is running life, so it is necessary to improve the existing technology to gain profit from producing oil with ESP.

المستخلص: This research is addressed the concept of the oil refinery industry and its processes. And how refining capacity evolved specifically in the Arab countries, and what is the major challenges faced by this industry in general. It tackles the experiences of the UAE and Saudi Arabia in this respect via illustrate the current reality, progresses and future projects. Also, the study has discussed main issues and challenges of the oil refinery industry in Iraq. And for utilizing the refinery sector experiences of the UAE and Saudi Arabia, the study has conducted a comparison the oil refinery between Iraq and the said two countries.However, the study found that the refinery industry has a big significance in stimulation of economic development in all aspects. And the UAE and Saudi Arabia have achieved a tangible success, where this industry in both countries has met the domestic needs with possibility of exporting the surpluses abroad. While Iraq is still facing many restrictions that hinder its progress. It is worth noting, that Iraq was a pioneer in this industry, but the absence of a sound economic policy and critical security situation has led this sector for more deterioration. Therefore, it is an important target to set an evident strategy and future vision, which assist to surpass the current situation and evolution this vital sector accordingly. This aim, however, ought to be subject to following suitable rules for attracting investments and using advanced technologies and experiences through the joint ventures with efficient foreign companies. It also could be via a collaboration with other countries through field visits and technological twining.

المستخلص: Renewable Energy : is a type of alternative energy sources of fossil fuels that feature in being clean sources to don’t coming out polluting gases as it is prone to burn out and not owned by certain countries as fossil fuels, which are owned by certain countries due to the geological nature of the sources, so the renewable energy sector is a global trend in recent years the investments has increased directed to renewable energy projects for the period (2004 - 2013) and one of the reasons for the increase in the volume of investments in this sector is the low cost of renewable energy technologies , awareness of the importance of preserving the environment and the multiple justifications global trend of renewable energy on the one hand.The fact that the renewable energy significantly that contributes of reducing emissions of gases that cause global warming On the other hand, the fact that conventional energy sources are depleted sources and therefore must find or develop alternative energy sources to effectively contribute to meeting the growing demand for energy , and a third party , the causes of the global trend of renewable energy is its role in achieving sustained development.Classified the UAE as one of the countries with carbon highest per capita in the world's emissions rates in 2006 due to increased use of traditional energy sources pollute the environment to meet the growing demand for energy, so it embarked on the development and investment in renewable energy sector and excellence in it through initiatives and projects which aim of which class basis reduced carbon emissions and preserving the environment and invest conventional energy sources in the export rather than domestic use, as well as aiming to generate electricity from renewable energy sources by 5% according to 2030 strategy launched by the UAE, occupies the UAE leading role in the field of renewable energy manifested features in several appearances that in theforefront of hosting the permanent headquarters of the (IRENA) contribute to renewable energy sources to generate (253 ) MW of renewable energy sources in the UAE.

The stability of the worldwide oil market prices are the most important factors that affecting the oil price rate of the economic growth to provide alternatives energy and oil markets that cost productivity of the inventory . United State of America (USA) cannot determine the variables of the oil markets whatever international policies or globally and it is not enough to control alone the oil prices but extend the price to identify for the future oil markets especially to develop the vision for future global oil prices.

المستخلص: This study deals with the analysis the relationship and effect between the training, as one of the most important functions strategy for managing the human resources which closely related to the human resources which become the most important of production elements in the life of contemporary organizations, and between reflection training on the strategic performance of individuals to achieve the strategic goals for organization.The study aims to propose an integrated system of training through its stages represented by (Identifying the training needs, designing training programs, implementing training programs, evaluating training programs) and test its effect on strategic performance for individuals who work in Maysan Oil Company. In the study, the researcher initially depended on (CHECKLIST) for the purpose of diagnosis and identifying the problem of the study and to reach to a questionnaire design experiential and be under the opinion of professional professors and to use it as a basic tool to collect the data and then to get results.Questionnaire research sample is distributed to (120) of Maysan Oil Company employees.For the purpose of determining the strength relationship between the study variables, the researcher using statistic tools in the analysis and treatment the data and information using (SPSS 13). The study consists of four chapters, the first chapter deals with the methodology and literature review. the second chapter shows the theoretical frameworks of the study, the third chapter is devoted to analysis and revision, the Four chapter is for conclusions and recommendations.The study indicated to theoretical and practical conclusions which diagnosed the reality of training process in the application environment.The study provided a set of recommendations which had based on the study conclusions and researcher's observations
