Abstract:
The Research aims to identify the interest of managers in Maysan Oil Company,by using human resources information systems. Adopted the research approachdescriptive and analytical, and used the questionnaire as an essential tool for datacollection, research sample consisted of (132) employees at Maysan Oil Company, and use many tools statistics as Standards deviation, Means, Coefficient of Variation, in assistance the ready Program (SPSS), found a clear moral interest from the sample to using the human resources information systems in the Maysan Oil Company.
