The Problem of the study was in the lack of technology use in teaching physical education curriculum and using traditional methods instead. The Aims of The Study : 1. Preparing a teaching program using teaching technology for some physical education curricula (gymnastics and basketball) for secondary schools.2. Identify the effect of a teaching program on the level of teaching some physical education curricula (gymnastics and basketball) for secondary schools.3. Identify the differences between pre and post tests on the levels of teaching the skills under study.Hypotheses of the study : 1. There are significant statistical difference between pre and posttests results for both groups in the level of learning some skills in gymnastics and basketball. 2. There are statistical significant differences between posttests results in both groups of the study in learning open skills.The Procedures : The researcher used the experimental method. The subjects were (40) secondary school pupils of the ages 13 - 14. The subjects were 20 from Al Mamoon secondary school and 20 from Ammar Ben Yaser secondry school. The subjects from Al Mamoon school were divided into two groups one for teaching gymnastics and the other for basketball. Ammar Ben Yaser school served as the controlling group.The experts selected many gymnastics skills including (handstand, cartwheel, somersault) and basketball skills included (chest passing, dribbling and shooting).The researcher proposed a teaching program in the computer as a technical means. Many gymnastics skills models were video taped as well as basketball skills along with comments and feedback on each model. Conclusions & Recommendations : The researcher came up with many conclusions and ended up recommended the following : Conclusions : 1. Advanced technical teaching methods contributed in developing the movements of arms, legs, head, torso for both gymnastics and basketball.2. Displaying the skills using the computer gave positive results in facilitating the learning process through watching the model perform and the ability to use slow motion to concentrate on details.3. feedback plays a great role here because the pupil will compare his performance with the performance of the model he watched in the computer.Recommendations : 1. Using technology in teaching physical education skills in schools.2. Using the computer in schools to develop physical education lesson.3. Encouraging physical education teachers to use the computer in learning sport skills.4. Making similar studies using other forms of technology like Wii for learning the basic skills of all sports.

Abstract: The study comprises five chapters : The discus throwing is regard one of the activities that requires utilizing special ways and manners in training to develop the physical, mechanical abilities, special force in the performance and contribute to develop (discus throwing) achievement, it takes a large care in the researches field results to numerous evolutions in its training ways, also the used manners in the training process resulted to enhance the standard records when the modem training ways forms initial requirement to advance with throwers and them physical and mechanical abilities which perform important pedestal. So the heading by workmen in this fields in training process was to find evolved ways hope to achieve that ways.The researcher was made a trainings on proposal device relative with graduated resistances during the technical stages performance of the activity without any infraction to the required locomotive way, specially the throwing stage , but there is fewness in using equipments and devices relates with skillful performance and neuromuscular adaptation correlates with this performance when utilize these equipment. So the researcher was run to a device technique correlates to develop the special force and locomotor ways in both throwing position and the throwing stages to solve this scientific trouble that limits the digital achievement of this competition.Research subjects : 1. Design and preparing a proposal device to the discus throwing.2. Knowing the training effect on that device to develop the special.force and biomechanical variables before and after the sprintingand both throwing position and the throwing stages.3. Knowing the training effect by the device on the projected force enhance before and after the sprinting.Research hypothesis : 1. There are statistical differences between both pre - and posttests in both arms, legs and trunk.2. There are statistical differences between both pre - and posttests in the biomechanical variables to achieve the research group.Section - 2 : Similar and theoretical studies : In this section the researcher was deal two parts, the 1st included the theoretical subjects related with his research subject, like the coeval technology in athlete training, athletic engineering, co - equipments in training, concept of special force and developing means, in addition to the muscular force, types, concept, and thediscus throwing activity with technical stages of this activity.The 2nd part included the similar studies supports the research and increase its scientific discreet.Section - 3 : The research approach and its open - field proceedings : This section contain the research approach while the researcher depended the experimental methodizing with one group manner for both pre - and post - tests proportion with the research problem nature.While the research sample was tested with intentionally way they were 12 athlete represents the branch union of forces sports in Diyala governorate.The researcher used number of devices and equipments necessary to help to gain the required results, includes the field experiment research proceeding steps and the special abilities tests includes the explosive and fast force in arms, legs, trunk and testing the result in discus throwing with some biomechanical varies to achieve the research goals, as well as depending the proper statistical ways to handle the results.Section - 4 : Showing, analyzing, discussing the results : This section offered the results obtained by the researcher after handling statistical of the field experiment findings , included showing, analyzing and discussing pre - and post tests to the research sample during the test done , showing with schedules, diagrams and discussing with scientific manner supported with resources.Section - 5 : Conclusions and recommendations : By the showing and analysis the findings, the researcher reached to : 1. The trainings on the equipment led to minimize the transition time from the dual resting moment to the odd resting of the research sample2. The special force was affected in developing occurring of the first time of cycling, that mean this trainings are in active forces torques in this stages.3. A developing occurring in the special force of the shoulder band and both arms, that led to a greater sprinting speed in the post - tests.4. A developing occurring in the angular speed of the body at both moments of throwing position and the throwing. 5. The trainings applied on the equipment resulted to enhance in both arms forces, legs and trunk.6. All trainings applied on the equipment resulted to develop the active variables in good achievement attaining, so a development occurred in the throwing distance.According all above conclusions , the researcher recommendsthe following : 1. Utilizing a proposal training equipment to develop the special force to the age factions.2. Focusing on both legs force development with training on the proposal equipment.3. Affirming to proceed the trainings on the proposal equipment in virtue the special locomotor ways of the discus throwing sample stages.4. Make a similar researches using another similar equipment to that proposal equipment to the other activities.5. Studying another physiological and psychological variables to band it with the studying findings

Abstract: تتلخص مشكلة البحث بان هناك مجموعة من الطلاب يتمتعون باداء حركي متميز في الوحدات التعليمية اثناء قيامهم باداء المهارات الاساسية بالكرة الطائرة وخاصة اداء مهارتي الضرب الساحق والدفاع عن الملعب بالكرة الطائرة كونهما من المهارات الاساسية ولهما تاثير فعال على | The problem of research was about several students characterized with distinctive motor performance in the educational courses during implementing basic skills in volleyball notably in doing the two skills : spiking and defense, the court in volleyball as they are basic skills and has effective effect on viewer and the player, most lessons of volleyball are submitted to the students according to teaching methods lack for modern techniques match with those students and harmonized with current development in the educational process resulted in boring, vexing and poor participating status for those students, that is why the researcher have used comprehensive educational design with modern technique for students with distinctive motor performance to pass many difficulties that faced process of developing some special abilities and spiking &defenseskills.This study aimed to : 1 - Designing modern techniques to developing some special abilities of spiking and defenseskills in volleyball.2 - Creating two scales for distinctive motor performance of spiking and defenseskills in volleyball. 3 - Knowing the effect of comprehensive constructing design with a modern technology for those with distinctive performance in developing some special abilities of the two skills : spiking and defense, for students in volleyball.The researcher also dealt with the previous theoretical studies like : (the comprehensive construction design, construction techniques, distinctive motor performance)The researcher used experimental method by designing the equivalent groups and specified the population in the students of second grade of physical education and sport sciences /Babylon university for the year (2013 - 2014), dividing the (24) student sample of the research randomly into two groups (the controlling and experimental groups) as (12) student for each group, the experimental group used modern construction techniques while the controlling group used the adopted method without using construction modern techniques. Implementing the comprehensive construction design with modern techniques based on ( 8) construction units for each group in (8) weeks period as two construction units per a week, each unit is (90) minuets. The researcher has designed the two scales of distinctive motor performance for the two spiking and defense skills in volleyball consisted of (23) items for spiking skill and (11) items for defense skill to be aware of knowing the distinctive motor performance for the constructed student in both these skills.After finishing the implementing of comprehensive constructing design with modern techniques, then proceeding the after - tests procedures ( technical performance, accuracy, test of physical abilities,motor and cognitive abilities). After dealing with the results statistically, the researcher has concluded some conclusions most important are : 1 - The constructing comprehensive design by using modern techniques has big impact in developing some special abilities and performing the two skills of spiking and defense for students of volleyball. 2 - The designed constructing techniques has a big influence on developing some special abilities of spiking and defense skills in the court of volleyball. In the shed of the obtained results, the researcher has recommended some recommendations as follow : 1 - It's so necessary to depend the construction comprehensive design by developed modern techniques in developing some abilities of performing the spiking and defense skills in the court of volleyball. 2 - It's so important to use the device of developing the muscular power of the body in learning and training some special abilities of spiking and defense in court of volleyball.

The research problem was crystallized in the fact that most of the students are learning and storing what they learn, but they are losing the ability to restore what has passed through the experiences and performance skills in the right way required nor are working to recruit appropriate mental operations do not use symbols that are working to help them in easy to learn and easy retrieval of information instead of carry out information storage only, it leads to the loss of some information due to rely on skill, storage, and explain the lack of explanation and link them to the movement and non - movement remember well because it is new and difficult and unfamiliar skills which affects the level of performance and achievement. And ensure that Part III detailed in research methodology and field procedures if the researcher used the experimental method with three experimental groups equal, was chosen as the research sample way intentional They are students first stage matinee for the academic year 2013 - 2014, where the number (43) students and the researcher divided the sample into Three groups experimental first experimental group numbered (15) called the second experimental group numbered (15) student pilot and the third group numbered 13 students, used the first experimental group format "visual symbolic" trial and the second group form the "symbolic Audiovisual" group Experimental third form "audiovisual".Part IV has been the presentation of statistical results extracted tables with graphical analysis of those results and discussed according to the foundations of cognitive theory assigned scientific references.In light of the experiment carried out by the researcher and the results achieved through tests and statistical methods to the researcher found a set of conclusions, including : - 1. Abstract: تكمن اهمية البحث : تكمن في اعداد تمرينات بدنية باسلوب البلايومترك ومعرفة تاثيرها على القدرات البدنية ( القوة الانفجارية والقوة المميزة بالسرعة )، اضافة لذلك معرفة تاثير هذه القدرات البدنية على مؤشرا القدرة اللاهوائية والسعة اللاهوائية وبعض المهارات الهجو | The importance of study lies by preparing physical drills in plyomtric style and knowing the effect of them on special strength , also we want to know the effect special strength on anaerobic , ability and anaerobic capacity , and some offensive complex skills which connected in good performance to basketball players.The problem of the study were the lack of using for almost of basketball coaches to special strength and how to develop it especially in plyometric style also there is not good care in physiological side for basketball players which it consider important indicators to express the increase the level of player also there is less use for offensive complex skills in the training units.The aims of study were : • Preparing physical drills in plyometric style to youth basketball players in age ( 18 and less years ).• Knowing the effect of these drills on special strength progression to youth basketball players in age ( 18 and less years ).• Knowing the effect of special strength on anaerobic ability and anaerobic capacity , and some offensive complex skills ( receiving and dribbling ended in layup , receiving and dribbling ended with jump shot , receiving with chest pass )The hypothesis of the study : • Plyomtric drills effect positively in special strength to youth basketball players in age ( 18 and less years ).• The special strength positively in all research variables.The procedures : the researcher used the experimental method the sample were ( 20) players from basketball players which divided tow groups , the experimental group were from hiilla basketball players and they used the proposed drills from the researcher in plyomrtic style in ( 3 ) training units in a week which was ( 24 ) training units for all period of the research also the researcher used four physical tests and three physiological tests and three skill tests.The conclusions and recommendation : • There is developing in special strength ( explosion and fast power ) to arms and legs in pre - post tests for each groups.• There is developing in anaerobic ability and anaerobic capacity for pre - post tests for each groups.• There is developing in all physiological varabiles except the anaerobic capacity for the not experimental group for pre - post tests. • For all complex skills we found there is a developing for each group in pre - post tests. The recommendation : • using the plyometric training continuously in training especially in preparing periods • using this style in complex way physical and skill especially in special preparing periods.• making another studies on different complex skills in basketball.• making another familiar studies for another age categories like juniors and focusing with what fit's for their physical and physiological abilities.

These exercises don't develop the child's creative and perceptive abilities very well and they also don't develop his basic skills. Thus, the researcher aimed at designing a creative thinking program that would develop the child's perception and basic skills. The Aims of The Study : 1. Preparing two programs for creative thinking for developing perceptive level and performing the basic skills in kindergarten children in the college of education for women/ university of Baghdad of the ages 5 - 6 years old. 2. Identifying the differences between pre and posttests for the two experimental groups and the controlling group in the perceptive level and performing the basic skills by children of the ages 5 - 6 years old.3. Identifying the differences between the three groups in the three posts in the perceptive level and performing basic skills in kindergarten children in the college of education for women/ University of Baghdad.The Hypotheses of The Study : 1. There are statistical difference between the results of pretests and posttests in the two experimental groups and the controlling group in the perceptive level and performing the basic skills in kindergarten children in the college of education for women/ University of Baghdad.2. There are statistical difference between the results of the three groups in the posttests in perceptive level and performing the basic skills in kindergarten children in the college of education for women/ University of Baghdad.The Procedures : The researcher used the experimental method. The subjects were (30) child divided into three equal groups. The two first groups underwent two experimental groups for creative thinking from 1/3/2009 till 30/4/2009. The experimental program lasted for two months with three learning sessions per week. The pretests were applied after designing a questionnaire to measure the creative thinking as well as the basic skills in children. The posttests were applied after the experimental program and the results were treated statistically using SPSS.The Conclusions : 1. The learning sessions using creative thinking exercises contributed effectively in developing the perceptive level and performing some basic skills in children.2. The learning session using the computer contributed effectively to develop the perceptive level in the second experimental group.3. The learning session using the computer in the second experimental group to develop retention of the basic skills understudy. The Recommendations : 1. Using the results of the training program for developing the perceptive level and performing some basic skills in kindergarten children.2. Stressing the importance of connecting the perceptive level with the performance of the basic skills when designing kindergarten programs due to their importance in learn.3. The collaboration of experts in the field of learning and physical education to produce more programs and teaching units using the computer for all age groups.

The problem of the study was that traditional volleyball teaching program does not contain the important strategies that give the student an active role in the learning process. The traditional style relays heavily on spoon feeding information to students without paying attention to their individual differences especially in cognitive style risky vs. careful students. Aims of The Study : 1. Designing skill tests to measure the level of artistic performance (technique) for some basic skills in volleyball.2. Designing skill exercise to teach some basic skills in volleyball.3. Designing aiding tools to teach some basic skills in volleyball.4. Identifying the effect of learning according to para perceptive cognition strategy and the proposed program for risk vs. carefulness in learning basic skills of volleyball.5. Identifying the effect of learning according to para perceptive cognition strategy and the proposed program for risk vs. carefulness in retaining the basic skills of volleyball.Hypotheses of the Study : 1. There are statistical differences in the effect of learning according to para perceptive cognition strategy and the proposed program for risk vs. carefulness between pre and posttest in learning basic skills of volleyball.2. There are statistical differences in the effect of learning according to para perceptive cognition strategy and the proposed program for risk vs. carefulness in posttest in learning basic skills of volleyball.3. There are statistical differences in the effect of learning according to para perceptive cognition strategy and the proposed program for risk vs. carefulness in retention test in learning basic skills of volleyball. The Procedures : The researcher used the experimental method. The study was conducted on (30) second year college of physical education students/health and recreation department/ university of Baghdad of the academic year 2009 - 2010. The researcher conducted two tests cognitive style scale (risk vs. carefulness and skill tests. After applying cognitive style scale the subjects were divided into two groups; experimental and controlling (risky and careful). After the pretests the teaching program was applied. It included (24) teaching session for each group with (3) teaching sessions per week. Each session lasted for (90) minutes. Posttests and retention tests were conducted after the completion of the teaching program. Conclusions : 1. The teaching programs (Para perceptive cognition strategy and the traditional program in the college) were effective in teaching the basic skills in volleyball.2. The proposed teaching program according to Para perceptive cognition strategy proved its importance and effect in students with risk vs. careful students in learning and retaining some basic skills in volleyball compared to the traditional program followed by the college.3. The proposed teaching program according to Para perceptive cognition strategy for risky and careful students is appropriate due to its positive effect on learning and retaining some basic skills in volleyball. Recommendations : 1. Using the proposed a teaching program according to para perceptive cognition strategy in learning the basic skills of volleyball to second year college students of the physical education colleges in all Iraqi universities.2. The possibilities of teaching institutions in the ministry of higher education benefiting from this study to build teaching programs according to Para perceptive cognitive strategy to uplift the level of university students.3. Abstract: هناك نسبة غير قليلة من الاخطاء ترتكب عند اتخاذ القرارات لدى حكام الدرجة الاولى والمؤثرة على نتائج المباراة، وعدم وجود برنامج منتظم بجوانبة البدنية والمعرفية لاكثر من وحدة تدربية في الاسبوع، فضلا عن عدم توافر مقياس يحدد مستوى الاستعداد النفسي لهم.1 - 3 | There is a considerable percentage of errors committed in the decision - making by the first class referees, which are influential in the outcome of the game, in addition to the absence of a program organized with regard to its physical and cognitive aspects for more than one training unit a week, in addition to the lack of a scale that determines the level of psychological preparedness for them. 1 - 3 The Objectives : The research aims to : 1 - Build a scale for the psychological readiness of the football referees.2 - Prepare a physical and cognitive training curriculum and psychological counseling. 3 - Determine the impact of the training guiding curriculum in the development of the physical, cognitive and psychological abilities, and the accuracy of the decisions of the football referees. 1 - 4 The Hypothesis : The training guiding curriculum has a clear positive impact in the development of the physical, cognitive and psychological abilities, and the accuracy of the decisions of the football referees. 1 - 5 Areas of Research : 1.5.1 Human sphere : the research sample consists of the first class referees adopted by the Iraqi Central Football Union for the Season 2010 - 2011. 1.5.2 Temporal area : 25/4/2010 until 1/9/2011. 1.5.3 Spatial domain : Al - Sha'ab International Stadium.Part III : 3 - Research Methodology and Field Procedures : the researcher used the experimental method in one of his designs which is the pre and post - testing for the experimental group, in addition he used the descriptive method in building a scale for the psychological readiness. This part also includes a description of the research sample, the means of collecting data, determining the scientific terms and measures and the statistical methods. Part V : 5 - Conclusions and Recommendations : the researcher, in view of the results, arrived at the following conclusions : 1 - Building a scale for the psychological readiness of football referees in Iraq. According to the results of the factor analysis, three factors for the scale of the psychological readiness of football referees in Iraq were concluded. Factor I, the psychological readiness for the referees, was adopted, because it contains 50 inclusive items within which all the aspects are included. 2 - The items of the proposed training curriculum have a positive effect. They demonstrated a tangible enhancement in developing the physical abilities results (speed, speed endurance, power distinguished by speed, agility, endurance) of first class football referees.3 - The items of the proposed cognitive training curriculum have a positive effect on the development of the arbitration cases for the first class football referees. 4 - The items of the proposed guiding psychological curriculum have an effect on the development of the psychological readiness of first class football referees.5 - The development of the physical, cognitive and psychological abilities has an effective impact on the development of the accuracy of the referees' decision. The researcher recommended the following : The researcher, in light of the results and conclusions reached at, devised the following recommendations : 1 - The need to use the scale of the psychological readiness of the football referees by the panel of referees for the purpose of knowing the level of their psychological readiness2 - Scale of current use in exploring the relationship between psychological readiness and some mental emotional variables in football referees the various grades3 - Conducting similar studies from researchers to determine the levels and a standard measure of the degree of psychological readiness for football referees and the various grades.4 - Conducting qualitative lectures in sport psychology for football referees for the purpose of education and guiding.

Abstract: The thesis comprised five chapters : Chapter One : Introduction and Significance of the Study : The psychological factor is regarded a focal element in various situations faced by athletes, especially in fencing because this factor is important to the interaction of individuals inside of the athletic group, the nature of communication among them and their feeling of belongingness. The individual's grasp of the psychological environment of the group is so important that its influence will be apparent in the feeling of satisfaction and in staying a member in the group which is to result in a great extent of solidarity. Therefore, the significance of the study is that athletic psychological environment is a basic factor in creating proper educational environment. Studying it is of great importance to prepare students of physical education in the various sports, especially fencing. The vagueness of the nature of athletic psychological environment among third year students in colleges of physical education as well as the lack of a scale that is to measure it and make it of significance in order to overcome one of the obstacles facing identifying the nature of this environment and, in turn, knowing the nature of relation, its inclination and strength between athletic psychological environment and the level of performance of some skills in fencing.The Problem of the Study can be summarized in the following : 1. Is there a possibility to bridge the shortage of not having an athletic psychological climate scale for third year students in the college of physical education in fencing?2. Is it applicable to set athletic psychological climate criteria for third year students in the college of physical education in fencing in Iraq?3. What is the type of relation between athletic psychological climate and fencing skills for third year students in the college of physical education in Iraq?The study aims at : 1. Constructing and codifying athletic psychological climate scale for third year students in the colleges of physical education in Iraq.2. Figuring out athletic psychological climate criteria for third year students in the colleges of physical education in Iraq.3. Identifying the value of athletic psychological environment and some fencing skills among members of the study sample.4. Recognizing the relation between athletic psychological environment and some basic fencing skills among third year students in the colleges of physical education in Iraq.The researcher hypothesized that there is a significant relation between athletic psychological environment and the performance of some basic fencing skills among third year students in the colleges of physical education in Iraq.Scopes of the Study incorporate the human scope of third year students in the colleges of physical education in Iraq, the periodic scope from Nov.17.2013 to Jul.2.2015 and the spatial scope including auditoriums in college of physical education in Iraq.Chapter Two tackled a group of theoretical topics in relation to the study and its variables that are (athletic psychological climate, the significance of athletic psychological climate, factors related to athletic psychological climate, factors influencing athletic psychological climate of students, types of athletic psychological climate, theories of athletic psychological climate, dexterous performance in fencing and skills of fencing).Moreover, previous literature comprised the studies of (Fatima Yousif Ebrahem Ouda 2002), (Waleed Lateef Mu'irdh Elhalfi 2013) and (Ekhlas Abdul Hameed Mohammed 2013).The third chapter is allotted to methodology and field procedures of the study. The researcher followed the descriptive approach through cadastral approach, normative studies and connective relations. The study society is third year students in the colleges of physical education in Iraq, comprising of (1203) third year students in 13 colleges that are (Diyala, Baghdad, Almustansiriya, Kufa, Tikrit, Kut, Babylon, Qadisiya, Misan, Thi - Qar, Muthanna and Basra). The sample of the study of the first pilot study, then, is selected so as to get the primary items of the athletic psychological climate scale, in addition to analyzing scientific sources and the researcher's experience. The sample included (30) students of three colleges (10) students each with a ratio of (2.49%) of the study society who are randomly chosen. Furthermore, this chapter also contained the sample of the second pilot study of the athletic psychological scale in its preliminary form of (30) students from three colleges with a ratio of (2.49%) of the study society, as well as the sample of the (statistical analysis) of the scale comprising of (450) students representing 13 Iraqi colleges of physical education in a total ratio of (37%) of the whole society of study. The sample of the scale reliability included (40) students from the same colleges in order to check the scale's reliability, and the sample of codifying the scale of (208) students from (13) colleges with a ratio of (17%) of the study society, in addition to the final application of the scale, evaluating the skillful performance in epee. Appropriate statistic tools are used to find out the results in a correct statistical and scientific approach.In chapter four, the researcher exposed the results of statistic processing along with analyzing and arranging them in a group of tables. It comprised showing and discussing the results of the first objective, exposing and analyzing the second and the third objectives, as well as showing and analyzing the relation between athletic psychological environment and its fields to some fencing skills and discussing them.The fifth chapter concentrated on the following conclusions : 1. The effectivity of the athletic psychological climate scale among third year physical education students that is set by the researcher via the scientific procedures followed in academic research which are indicating the ability of the scale to measure athletic psychological climate among students of colleges of physical education in fencing.2. Third year students in colleges of physical education are normally distributed within ( - 3, +3), in grades between (very poor, very good). Most of the sample members are labelled within Fair, followed by poor moderate, good, very poor, and very good respectively.3. Third year students in colleges of physical education in Iraq are mostly characterized by a positive athletic psychological environment.4. There is significant relation between fencing skills (straight attack, counter - disengage, circular attack, simple direct defense, circular defense) and the degree of athletic psychological climate.5. There is a significant relation between psychological pressures and fencing skills (straight attack, counter - disengage, circular attack, simple direct defense, circular defense) and their unavailability with the two skills of (standby, and conversation).6. There is an insignificant relation between the method of and approaches of teaching and fencing skills except the skill of (standby).In the light of these conclusions, the researcher recommended the following : 1. Adopting the athletic psychological climate scale for third year students in colleges of physical education in Iraq that was set by the researcher to know the level of this feature among students.2. Implementing the fields of the athletic psychological climate scale for third year students in colleges of physical education in Iraq to identify the level of each field (psychological pressures, method and approach of teaching, social relations and harmony, educational and behavioral objectives, sentimental field, respect and gratitude).3. The possibility of benefitting from the athletic psychological climate scale set by the researcher in conducting comparative studies between the four study stages and with all study topics.4. Adopting the criteria of the athletic psychological climate that is set by the researcher for third year students in the preference of the athletic psychological climate among colleges of physical education in Iraq.5. The necessity of conducting studies so as to know the relation between the athletic psychological climate and fencing skills other than those in this study.6. Setting counselling - psychological approaches made up of many sessions to upsurge the level of psychological climate of students who are in the levels of (very poor, poor, fair) in order to develop their athletic psychological environment.

Abstract: تطورت في الوقت الحاضر اجهزة علم فسلجة التمرين او اجهزة التدريب الرياضي (Exercise Physiology) واصبحت تقيس اغلب المؤشرات الوظيفية بالطريقة المباشرة وبنتائج دقيقة خالية من الاخطاء تقريبا في حالة الاستخدام الصحيح لها, ومن هذه الاجهزة او المستلزمات جهاز اللياق | These days, the appliances of exercise physiology science had been developed and the appliance could measure most of the physiology indicators in a direct way with accurate results that almost are free from errors in case it’s been used correctly, and one of these appliances is the body fitness appliance ( Fitmate Pro ) which this it is done the assessment of the training programs or experiments, and this appliance measures a group of physiology indicators specially the maximum indicator for oxygen consumption ( VO2 max ), and the expensed energy in toil and the average of metabolism ( RMR ) in leisure.And track and field is considered the bride of the sport games which requires from its practitioner high body strength and divergent art skills, and that requires a perfect planning by using the correct scientific rules in sport training and physiology exercise and other sciences.And the problem of the research is summed up in finding the perfect way in training to decrease the expensed energy through using the advanced appliance ( Fitmate Pro ) and also to develop the training programs with energy saving in the same toil to the athlete, and inform the instructor on the diverse information regarding the physiology indicators values or the amount of the muscular activity that’s required and focusing closely on some of the accurate physiology indicators resulting from this under study appliance , and here lies the proplem of the research.The research aim is to rectify the training programs through rationing the expensed energy in the oxygen trainings in the 5000 run for advanced players, and also using ( Fitmate Pro ) to measure the expensed energy in leisure and toil and some physiology indicators for the research specimen.The researcher used the experimental method, and the research specimen consisted of the advanced players in Iraqi National Team in the 5000 meter for men with a number of ( 5 ) players.The specimen divided into two experimental groups, each group is training on a different experimental method from the other group and their training took place in the outer areas of College of Sport Education in Jaderia.The period of the physiology measurement for the research indicators was four months and was and was applied in a periodical way, for there was measuring for the indicators every two weeks to the individuals of the research, the intent of this measurements is to identify the physiology indicators values and correct the training program used by the instructor, and these indicators are the expensed energy during leisure represented by the average of metabolism and the average of the heart beats and the maximum limit and the expensed energy during toil and other, and also recognizing the runner achievement in the 5000 meter run for three experiments in a different periods.And the researcher used the uninstructed statistics in the statistics processes in processing the experiments results and the measurement used in the research.After processing data with the uninstructed statistics, the research concluded a group of conclusions, and they are : • The researcher has concluded that physiology indicators in leisure ( VO2. HR. RMR ) differs between the players from the research specimen in some measurements and the existence if incorporeal differences between some of the measurements which indicates the occurrence of a chronic adaptation in this indicators into a positive development, and that the values of all indicators lies within the normal average for the practitioners of the oxynic sports.• In the maximum limit indicators for oxygen consumption, the researcher concludes that there’s corporeal developing in this indicators level in most stages or measurements which indicates that the program or the experimental method which was modified by the researcher had a positive impact in the developing of this indicator for the first and second group effected by the occurrence of a positive adaptation in the cyclic - respiratory systems function and the rest of the organic systems for the under research specimen.• In the achievement indicator the researcher had concluded that there’s a positive impact for the experimental methods specially in the second group through the developing of the achievement results during the third experiment , for that occurred changes in the time indicator for the two groups players although there was no incorporeal differences found

Been identified the research human domain from second grade in high school girls, the sample was selected randomly, which were from Safiya abdul muttalib High school for girls /Al - Karkh/1 Directorate of education / Ameriya Q /Baghdad, with total number of (40) female student after the exclusion of failed students and posts within the experiment exploratory, and by (20) student for each group. Experimental group has Been divided into to (#4) cooperative , equal in number and heterogeneous technical and by (#5) students per each set, Team leader student has been selected and roles were distributed to the students , naming groups through an agreement between students of each group with each other, also an exchange of roles made between students , note that the students distribution of the four heterogeneous groups based on the results of pre - skill tests. After applying the proposed educational tutorial the following tests were conducted for students : 1 - Chest pass circle test (pre - post ).2 - Advancing figure Z with high dribble test (pre - post ).3 - Lay up shot test (pre - post ).4 - Knowledgment test for basketball (post ).5 - Social interaction test (post ). Results have been addressed by statistical appropriate means which was the arithmetic means, the standard deviation, the percentage , (T) test for dependent and independent samples , and development rate equation.Chapter IV : Results and analysis This chapter include results view and analysis through the use of statistical means & tables and then discussed and supported by sources. The researcher found that there are significant differences between the (pre & post) under consideration skills tests in favor the post test, and existence of more development for the experimental group. Also reached the existence of significant differences between controlled and experimental groups in basketball knowledgment test and social interaction test and in favor of the experimental group, which confirmed the overlap stylistic cooperative directed discovery learning superiority to the traditional method in the development of some basketball skills, sports knowledge and social interaction.Chapter V : Conclusions and recommendationsThe researcher reached the following conclusions. - There is a clear impact for each of the traditional method and the proposed overlap program in the development of some of basketball skills and in varying proportions for both two groups. - There is a clear and effective impact for the overlap program between cooperative learning and guided discovery style to the development of sports knowledge and social interaction among female students. - Cooperative homework increases information and sports knowledge, better informed students and to the development of teamwork and social interaction. - Guided discovery style contributes in increasing sports knowledge and the development of social interaction through interfering with cooperative learning. - The development of basketball skills for female students and the development of social relations among them. The researcher recommended and confirmed the use of the overlapping between different styles and diversity in educational environment, and emphasizing the use of techniques to increase cooperation, teamwork , sound thinking, researching and analyzing, and not depending only on the traditional educating method. The researcher also confirm the need of homework for students, whether individually or collectively, and encourage collective action and social relations, also confirmed the use of cognitive tests for physical education lessons and conduct studies & researches on the development of other cognitive side for all sporting events.

Abstract: الفصل الاول : وقد اشتمل هذا الفصل على التعريف بالبحث من خلال المقدمة واهمية البحث، اذ تم التطرق في مقدمة البحث الى التقدم التكنولوجي والخطى الواسعة التي يسير بها , ودورها البارز في العملية التعليمية وكذلك تم التطرق الى مشكلة البحث والتي تتلخص بان الوسائل | This study aims to : 1 - Designing a teaching program master style and multimedia to teach some offensive skills of basketball beginners.2 - Identifying the effect of master style through using multi - media in performance of some offensive skills of basketball beginners.Hypothesis : 1 - There are statistically significant differences between the averages of the two measurements (pre and post) attributed the improvement to the two sets of research (experimental and control) in the level of performance skills for the benefit of post - test.2 - There are differences between the averages of the two measurements (experimental and control) and improvement percentage in performance skills to benefit experimental groups.Chapter 3 has been included the research methodology and procedures : Where the researcher used the experimental method style of equivalent groups so suitability and the nature of the research problem, and also included the research community and appointed, and also contains the chapter on machines and tools used in the search, and procedures the field to search from a homogeneity and equivalent between the two study groups.This chapter also included the steps preparation tutorial (Hypermedia) and the stages that went through the program during his preparation, and the software used in the preparation, as well as the third quarter included a display model of the educational program (Hypermedia) user study and the skill of handling pectoral.Conclusions : 1 - master style has positive effect on in the learning and performance research skills of the two groups (experimental and control).2 - The use of multimedia in the process of learning skills may impact significantly in the proportion of learning and performance improvement of skills in the experimental group.3 - to integrate learning master style with multimedia program has contributed to the development of skills in the experimental group significantly to the control group.4 - The use of multimedia in learning basketball skills, especially with the beginner helps rush to learn and continue to exercise.Recommendations : 1 - emphasis on the use of multimedia in learning skills in general, and learn the skills of basketball in particular.2 - emphasis on the use of a visual display (Data show) at presentation skills through a process of learning skills and basketball, especially beginners.3 - The need to incorporate educational technology programs within the coaches, especially coaches junior basketball.

The researcher believes that the training process should suit the changes in the international Laws of Wrestling. Thus, the researcher proposed using two training styles (Static and compound) for developing special strength and aimed at finding their effects on performing such holds. The problem of the study lies in attacking wrestlers not benefiting from his high position during some holds thus wasting many chances for winning. The researcher attributes this weakness to the lack of the special strength necessary for performing these holds due to the absence of the training styles that develop this strength. The researcher hypothesized the following : 1. Using Static - compound training styles has statistical effect on developing special strength for some Greco - roman wrestling holds for the ages 18 - 20 years.2. There are statistical differences on developing special strength for some Greco - roman wrestling holds for the ages 18 - 20 years in favor of the compound training style.Procedures : The researcher used the experimental method. The subjects were (12) young Greco - Roman wrestlers of the ages 18 - 20 years old. They were divided into two experimental groups. A pilot study was conducted followed by pretests that included maximum strength test and strength defined by speed tests. The researcher also used a test battery to testing strength endurance. This test battery consists of six tests as well as three artistic performance tests for the wrestling holds understudy.The researcher used two training styles; the first style is the static style applied on the first experimental group while the second group used the compound style. The two training styles took (8) weeks with (3) training sessions per week. The results were analyzed and discussed using proper statistical methods.The researcher concluded the following : 1. Training with compound & static style have a positive effect on special strength in youth wrestlers of the ages (18 - 20) years old.2. Training with compound style have appositive effect n strength endurance and maximum strength better than static style in youth wrestlers of the age (18 - 20) years old.3. Training with compound & static style have a positive effect on the development of artistic grips of youth wrestlers of the age (18 - 20) years old.4. Training with compound style have a positive effect better than static style in development of grips (burn in bowing) and (throw in round)Recommendations is : 1. Using compound and static styles in the trying training programs of Al - Thora club for wrestling due to their positive effect on the development of special strength and performing some Roman - style grips.2. To solve this problem, it is supposed that there is a significant correlation between emotional memory and the level of strategic thinking , as well as a correlation statistically significant between each of the strategic thinking and emotional memory and the processing with the swimmer of the Middle Euphrates region and the southern region in the event of the 100 - meter freestyle. The research is conducted on a sample of swimmers from Middle Euphrates and the Southern regions, using the descriptive survey manner.For this purpose, a scale for measuring strategic thinking and emotional memory (consisting of 39 items and 41 items the emotional memory) following the necessary scientific steps for building standards. These two scales are ready for being applied to the research sample and that data are treated statistically. The research comes up with some conclusions and recommendations. One of the conclusions is that the members of the sample have a higher level than the average in the practice of strategic thinking and emotional memory. The need to exercise strategic thinking more broadly through the adoption of the Central Union and sub - unions of the pool project preparation swimmers under the application of strategic thinking is highly recommended Working to get rid of negative emotional memories through self - declaration in the course of writing personal notes to ease the pain of what is caused during recalling them is also recommended.

Designing a teaching program that develops the phases of artistic performance as well as motor rhythm, motor speed ,similar plan with the results and motor domain and using some learning programming.3. The subjects were divided into four groups; the first learned long jump on logical sequence program, the second on Discrimination program, the third on Association program while the third was set on different programs. Pre tests were conducted to identify the variables of the study through video analysis and mechanical analysis using (kinovea). The researcher measured the variables of the study and used proper statistical operations to treat the data like SPSS.The researcher concluded the following : 1 - using learning programming develops motor appearance Learning and artistic performance2 - Using Association program develops motor rhythm and motor domain on the jumper during takeoff.3. Using logical sequence program develops motor rhythm for and motor speed during take of.4. using Association program develops the artistic performance during long jump.Finally the researcher recommended using learning programming that learners can use most of the time.
