The identified research problem that working in the field of project management companies lacking to provide the necessary requirements for risk management and the application of project management professional methodology of construction projects and of each of (the availability of indicators and criteria for risk analysis and methods and methods of analysis form, and to identify whether there is a descriptive indicators or the amount indicate a risk in the project and whether the project is available or quantitative indicators and descriptive to measure and identify those risks and how responsive project management (sample) to those risks.And research aimed at ERM in accordance with the processes related to the planning of risk and identification and analysis and response and control by increasing the probability and impact of positive events and minimize the likelihood and impact of negative events in the project processes of risk management in accordance with the project management professional the PMP system (Project Management Professional) include identifying priority the specific risks and implications of the goals of the project in the case of those risks occurring and to provide appropriate risk planned responses depending on the importance of risk so that they are economically and realistic cost and in the context of the project and agreed upon by all participants in the project parties and submit periodic reports to the project manager on the effectiveness of the plan, or any effects unexpected or processing required to respond to the risk of a Mnasp.az been applied to research on a sample of five implementing projects by the General Mansour Construction Contracting company, a (Faculty of law, Faculty of floating Islamist, genetic Engineering Institute, Baghdad governorate building, the project hit the residential complex) and points Miscellaneous (University of Baghdad, the provincial council, the public Authority for Housing) has been using the style of a personal interview with the heads of departments in the Al - Mansour and project managers research sample and the Working Group with them as well as the use of the checklist to identify the degree and level of risks in the projects implemented by the company's projects and analysis of descriptive and quantitative where the use of tools (probability and impact of risk analysis scheme Ai_kaoa Sbb - effect, analysis of probability and impact, risk matrix (probability and impact), decision tree analysis) and research found to the high amount of risk in the projects implemented by the company and the reason for this is the lack of hand specialized project Management risks and a lack of risk management plans as a result of lack of awareness by management and personnel effects and the importance of planning and risk analysis on the success of the projects, in terms of availability of qualified human resources required for their application, techniques and thereby to reduce a large proportion of the risks and to provide the appropriate response for the remaining risk

Then identifying the nature of justice effect across job satisfaction in organizational citizenship behavior if its direct or indirect in organizational citizenship. There have been six main hypotheses to test linking relation and effect and so path analysis, that have been processed and analyzed using number of statistical methods.Population of this research consisted of (127) employees in inspector general offices.Questionnaire was main tool for data collection , the research employed ready scales for all variables involved, which were all subjected to reliability and validity test. The findings were perceived employees for organizational justice and job satisfaction was moderate level ,while results pointed out that employees showed high level of organizational citizenship behavior and there was significant correlation between organizational justice and job satisfaction and so with organizational citizenship. The effect of justice was significant in organizational citizenship across interactional justice. The study recommends increasing employees' perception of organizational justice and job satisfaction

Thus the search is looking for enhancing the ability of the nursing staff , in one hand , and the nursing services in other hand. This required to verify the basic proposals which appear clearly through link relationship and the impact of successful result represented by the dimensions of nursing services and the interpretation result represented by operations performance indicates. In practice , the questionnaire forms have been used in search in order to collect the data and information besides the personal interviews and the site coexistence. This search has been applied on a samples of nursing staff working at the various department of the hospital in this regard which they (94) nurses and in order to reach to the results of the search , the searcher has used static methods like : percentages , average and the link relation factor to test the proposals of test the samples of descending to test the effectiveness proposals. The research has reached to conclusions : there is a moral relation between the nursing services dimensions and the operations performance indicates. Whereby there is a relation of moral indicate between the services design which is the first dimensions of nursing services with all indicates of operations performance with weak relation which is the cost , quality , delivery and flexibility. There is moral result between the second dimension of nursing services and this is also the service technology which there is medium relation of cost and quality and there is a weak relation with delivery and flexibility. The third dimension of nursing services is the strength of work due to there is a moral result with a medium relation of cost , quality , delivery and flexibility About the impact relation among the operations performance indicates with the dimensions of nursing services whereby the search has reached to a result says that there is a moral indicates between the service design and the technology service and the strength of the work for entire cost , quality , delivery and flexibility.

The choice of investment is always considered the winner.Hence, the research's problem is highlighted by raising questions about the essence of what this research addresses such as : What the level of administrations' awareness to mechanisms and sources of knowledge acquisition as well as the negotiation strategies in the General Automobiles & Machinery Company and the relationship of knowledge acquisition and negotiation strategies with the effectiveness of the negotiation teams? Does the impact of the knowledge acquisition increase the effectiveness of the negotiation teams through negotiation strategies in the company which is the research's sample?The research aims firstly to answer those questions through theoretical and conceptual framing their variables and secondly to test relation's samples and the impact on the role of knowledge acquisition in the effectiveness of the negotiation teams through appropriate negotiation strategies as well as what the impact of the knowledge acquisition in the effectiveness of the negotiation teams on the one hand and the impact of negotiation strategies in the effectiveness of negotiation teams on the other hand. There are seven main hypotheses have been presented in this study.For the purpose of achieving the goal of the research and answer the problem questions, the selected sample consisting of (50) negotiators in the General Automobiles & Machinery Company. The researcher adopted (the questionnaire as an essential tool, other than the personal interviews) to collect data and information that have been collected and analyzed by using a number of statistical techniques represented by ( frequencies, percentages, account mean, standard deviation, variation coefficient, and the Pearson correlation coefficient, and simple regression analysis, and track analysis ).The researcher reached to several results : There is a significant correlation between knowledge acquisition and negotiation strategies as well as that there is an increasing influence to gain knowledge in the effectiveness of the negotiation teams through the negotiation strategies mediation. The main recommendations were the General Automobiles & Machinery Company should integrate both the knowledge acquisition and strategy together in order to achieve the effectiveness of the negotiation teams more than if the two variables were used individually.

Abstract: تعد المخاطرة من اهم التهديدات التي تواجهها المؤسسات المالية وغير المالية على حد سواء بسبب التغيرات البيئية التي تشهدها الصناعة المالية العالمية نتيجة انشطة التداول, التي عرضت المصارف الى خسائر كبيرة ناتجة عن مخاطرة السوق التي تصاحب الانشطة التداولية للمصا | The risks are most important things that threaten the financial establishments and non financial establishments because of the changes in global financial industry which is the results of circulating activities that make the banks face large losses because of market risks which combined with banking activities. this brought global attention toward market risks and the train to measure them according to the value at risk model being the modern scale that measures predictable losses.this paper ,therefore, aim to define all types of market risks which facing the banks and their administrations and measure it through lighting the price changing which value facing risks measure to expand the understood and know the complex calculations which it followed by this measure where attention is directed towards the important of banking market risk scale to assess the resulting loss as currency value. Enabling banks to product the size of the potential threat they are to face which in term brings higher profit on one hand and reduces the risk and circulating cost on the other hand. Using the mathematical and statistical method in calculating the value at risk through the JP Morgan model to assess the market risk for the circulating portfolio in risk of profit amounts , foreign exchange rates and the risk of property (shares)prices as well as analyzing the portfolio into three areas : fixed income instruments ,foreign exchange and equity risks (shares) beside analysis of portfolio to three fixed paper centers (fixed income ,foreign exchange and shares ,and measure the value that could face a risks for each center that face market risks to reach to single figure value represent total market risks through matrix of JPMorgan model. By using statistic science to analysis risks through show the domain of the distribution of income is natural distribution which is one of the condition to calculate the risk value because it depend on the standard deviation and arithmetic mean and depend on the period of retention is 10 days and trust percent is 95 %. The case study was done on the credit bank of Iraq for six years from 2005 to 2010.the result shows that the risk value for portfolio which represents total market risks increased for the last few years which results from calculating connection matrix showing that var1 for fixed income market papers (treasure bills )that facing changing in interest price maximize for the last few years while var2 for foreign exchange position exposed to the change in the dollar exchange rate and could minimize by time and var3 of the equity position (shares) (shares of trading bank )result from vicissitudes of shares price have miner exposed compare with var1 and var2. after extracting market return as financial index from the market portfolio which consist from eight banks selected for conformation market portfolio and adopt VaR index in Iraqi banks work , to manage their risks result from exposing to market risks , the study based on main assumption that is " market risk measured by VaR with trust percent 95% result from exposed values to interest price risks having greater effect from values exposed to foreign exchange risks and that result from values exposed to shares price". This assumption proved by extracting total VaR values to market risk and proved that it effected by interest price more than risk of foreign exchange and equity risk.

The purpose of this study is, also, to measure the equality in distributing the municipality services, their quality and the relationship between them from the citizen’s (the client) point of view as he is the beneficiary of it. We used the analytic adjective and field studying method. We prepared two enquiry forms for our study; the first enquiry form was made for the officials to measure the municipality service distribution and the facts that impact them and the second one was made for the citizens to measure municipality service distribution and the quality of them from their point of view. The study included the whole research society represented in the officials and some citizens from five districts (Mahala). As a result of the study; weakness in the administrative process in Al - Rasheed Municipality was detected, represented in : the planning, organizing, leading, and control; and the decision makers in that municipality have no adequate and effective data base or information system which affected directly on Municipality service distribution and the quality of the service provided to the districts was medium. The study shows, too, that there is a moral relationship between Municipality service distribution equality and the quality of the Municipality service, because whenever Municipality services distributed equally, the quality of the service increased and vice - versa. Equality in distributing Municipality services has a moral impact relationship on Municipality services quality; and there are moral differences with statistical indications between the Municipality workers’ opinion and the citizens’ opinion about the equality in Municipality service distribution. The recommendations of this study could help in improving the municipal work and the Municipality offices.

Questionnaire is regarded as the main tool to collect data and information, in addition to make structured interviews. The statistical program (SPSS) was used to analyze data. The study has had many conclusions, the most important one is that current Iraqi situation has a negative effect on the Iraqi investment field that has affected all the requirements for establishing hedge funds as economy is the corner stone for other supplemented requirements, a strong investment will not be achieved without an effective economy, accordingly it is useless o to talk about any other requirement. The study has concluded to a basic recommendation represented by the attempt to develop the security and economic reality by the concerned authorities through making changes in the plans and strategies related to these two variables, as the current situation of the country prevents the success of any investment enterprise like the establishment of hedge funds.

The proper planning of capacity is a crucial factor in satisfying the demand on the company's products or services, and in identifying the proper mix of the company's resources needed to satisfy its customers and maintain the company's market share. This research work deals with the problem of capacity planning at Babyl 1 Factory, at the State General Company for Batteries Manufacturing. Through field observations, interviews, and the Factory's records, the searcher realized that the production level of the factory has decreased significantly compared to the production levels achieved in the previous years. In addition, the searcher noticed that capacity levels of the production departments reflect great variations. Therefore the searcher decided to study and analyze this problem to reach practical solutions to help the company better planning capacity. A case study approach was adopted in studying, analyzing, and data presentation in this research. The searcher used a number of tools such as : descriptive statistics in gathering and presenting and analyzing the data which pertains to this problem, Microsoft Excel in designing and running the simulation model designed by the searcher, Visual Basic in designing the Computerized Capacity Options Model ( CCOM ). The results of this research confirmed the existence of a capacity problem at the factory which lead to accumulated effects of capacity variation between the departments at the factory, In addition the simulation results revealed the running the factory for two shifts could increase the production up to 77 units a day. Although this figure is not typical of the factory, however it shows that the capacity could be increased if real action is taken to solve the capacity problem at the factor. The searcher recommends the used of simulation in studying and analyzing the capacity problem at the factory to reduce the capacity gaps between departments and to increase the daily production rate.

Also there are moral affection of organizational commitment in its most affecting dimensions for the individuals( trust in co - worker and trust in organization administration).On National Company For Chemical and Plastic Industries. The research samples targeted by sighting and personal interviews and by using lists of standard test and putting the notes and inquiries with detecting directly on the records to obtaining the data and the required information that the study needs in order to reach to its goal. These interviews were conducted with the heads of the departments that concerns directly to the requirements of green city which is represented by the director of Al - Hillah Municipality and the sections mangers of this department which are represented by the Managers of hard residues section , Environment section , town planning section , planning and follow - up section , parking and gardens section , audit and internal monitoring section in addition to Directors of Physical planning Department and Water and sewage Department , and Electricity Departments by its two branches the production and distribution ,also the Directors of Energy research, Environment Department , State company of passengers and delegations transportations , and the Director of planning department at Babil Province office , Babil Governor assistance for planning affairs and all sections and divisions of these departments that concerns directly to the research. And to measure the gap in applying the legal rules by the administration, concerning the misconducts and felonies upon the state employments made by the state employee and how far they are applied in the studied sample and to show the nature of the rules and their importance and their role when they are applied in scientific and expertise manner. And to encourage the offices of the general supervisors to adhere to them which will lead to the reduction of administrational and financial corruption which is inflicting the state employments, and to achieve distinguished monitoring level to achieve their goals in eliminating the corruption. The point of the research is to identify if there's an application for the legal rules that governs the state employments in an appropriate manner by the administration, and how much did their application had reduced the corruption financially and adminsterationally?. And to reach the goals of the research, three proposals have been made. Then applying the case study at the general supervisor's office of the environment ministry. And gathering the information and the data by : The annual reports issued by the general inspector's office between ( 2010 - 2014 ) Following a checklist made for the purpose of the research. The presumptions of the research was tested by nominal economical tools like ( the mean value, and, the standard deviation )The research came to conclusions, a remarkable one of them is, the application of the legal rules in scientific and studied manner by specialized employees in administration associated with the spread of awareness about legal texts which control the state employment has reduced misconducts and felonies in state jobs. As a result of the research some recommendations were made , most important, the administration of the researched office must emphasize on giving training and developing courses on a continuous basis for the employees on the level of the ministry an the office to explain the rules that governs the state jobs, and the rules of behavior of the jobs. And explaining the rights and duties of the employees to rise the level and quality of the employee performance. And increasing the awareness in the legal education for the employees, with assessment of their performance in the jobs. Which will play a role in reducing management misconducts due to the lack of knowledge and ambiguity in the legal base which controls the job. And emphasizing on the legislators to provide independence in work for general supervisors offices and their disconnection with their subordinates in decision making. To ensure they do their role in eliminating the corruption independently, unbiased and without the effects of external sides.

The research sought to accomplish a number of practical goals : knowledge is considered the main source of organizational success; hence, organizations always seek to develop their skills through reducing the knowledge gap, treating it and standing on the relation of the gap of strategic performance of the organization; it is expected that the strategic gap is effected by the knowledge gap in a wide range manner, over and above the great desire to alter into enlightened organizations to meet the requirements of the 21st century.The main problem to be discussed was : is that analyzing the relation between knowledge gap and the strategic performance gap leads to the fact that organizations necessarily change into learning ones, the fact that those organizations understand this equation and their abilities in finding a kind of convenience between knowledge gap and the strategic performance gap and how to employ this relation to the possibility of transformation the learning organizations.In order to clarify the relationship between the researches variables, five main hypotheses have been formed, the questionnaire method has been adopted as a means of gathering data and acquiring financial data with its analysis. The questionnaire was subject to Validity and reliability tests : distributed to 62 Managers of private Iraqi banks (Baghdad, Al - Kheleej, Ashoor, Al - Itihad & Ilaf) and for analyzing research data the (SPSS) and (Excel) ready - to - use programs were used. The main statistical tools used in analysis were : "percentage, frequency, average, diversion, differential factor, Spearman connection factor, simple linear slant and the route analysis".The statistical methods discharged a number of results, mainly the The existence of a positive relationship between analyzing the knowledge gap and the strategic performance gap, to the possibility of transformation the learning organizations and not to mention the effect of knowledge gap in building learning organizations mediated the gap of strategic performance.In the framework of discussing the results, the research forwarded a number of conclusions, mainly that analyzing the relation between knowledge gap and strategic performance gap has a great impact on diverting it to learning organizations.

Abstract: يمثل التسعير مكانه مهمة من بين عناصر المزيج التسويقي ( 4ps) لكونه يمثل جانب الايرادات فيها التي بدورها تمثل احد الركائز المهمة من الموارد المؤثرة في بقاء المنظمات ونموها وتطورها , وان الاخفاق في تحديد مستويات الاسعار واستراتيجياتها له اثارا خطيرة على واقع | Pricing has an important position among the elements of marketing mixture ( 4ps ) as it represents revenues that in turn represent one of the important pillars' for resources affecting on organizations sustainability and development , and the failure in determining prices and their strategies has a dangerous effect on the organizations reality and future as a whole. from this point , we have chosen the title of this research named.This study is considered important because of pricing importance as it represents the resource that contributing in achieving companies objectives ( under research ) and enhancing their effectiveness , competition and position in the market. a number of industrial sector companies are chosen ; and the test of correlation and effect hypotheses for pricing strategy are adopted in this study. the sample tested is of the managers of industrial sector of ( Al - zawraa General company , Iraqi cement company , modern dyes company , General construction company , and chemical industries company ). data is collected of (102 ) managers of the company’s management , and questionnaire is used as an essential tool for data collection , in addition to that , personal interviews are made in the companies for the study sample. a number of computerized statistical techniques in spss system are used for handling data , and the factors effecting in them and their determinants.The most important conclusions of this study are , the companies lack for marketing departments , their pricing strategies are not clear , there is an effect of lawful and government factors on pricing directions. the study has recommended the necessity of decreasing government constraints on pricing for these companies, and choosing clear strategies suitable for the market and competition.

Abstract: تكمن مشكلة البحث حول تشخيص المعوقات التي تحول دون تطبيق ادارة الجودة الشاملة TQM في عدد من منظمات الخدمة العراقية, وتتضح اهمية البحث في ابراز دورادارة الجودة الشاملة TQM في دعم وتحسين المنظمات التي تعمل ضمن القطاعات الخدمية وزيادة اهتمام الادارة العليا بض | The aim of this research is to statement the main obstacles that prevent the application of total quality management (TQM) in a number of Iraqi service organizations. The research, also, tries to classify the priority of the obstacles depending on the type of surveyed service organizations. And diagnoses the extent to agreement or difference of the research sample member's views on the order of obstacles of TQM, and also proposes a set of solutions to address these obstacles.The research is based on test of two main hypotheses, the first one is (There are a set of obstacles prevent the application of total quality management TQM in a number of Iraqi service organizations), whereas the second main hypothesis is (There are a significant differences between the views of the research sample members about the obstacles to the application of total quality management TQM in a number of Iraqi service organizations). A group of service organizations were selected and by one organization in each of the sectors (health, finance, education, higher education, and tourism), which are, (Al - Yarmouk Teaching Hospital, Rafidain Bank/ Branch of Hay Al - Arabi Al - Jadid, Al - Karkh/1 Directorate of Education, College of administration and Economics/ Baghdad University, and International Palestine Hotel). The research adopted the questionnaire as a tool to analyze the practical side, which was distributed to the leaders by a total of (80) questionnaire.A number of statistical methods, appropriate to the nature of the data and the research hypotheses, have been applied. It has been used : frequencies, percentages, mean, and standard deviation to describe and analyze the sample, and one sample t - test to test the validity of the first major hypothesis, also, F - test (ANOVA) and LSD (SCHEFFE) to test the second main hypothesis and sub - hypotheses derived from it.The research has shown the existence of a set of obstacles that prevent the application of TQM in surveyed service organizations, which are, (administrative obstacles, cultural obstacles, obstacles of human resources, financial obstacles, and environmental obstacles). It also shows that there are significant differences between the views of the research sample members about the "administrative and environmental obstacles" in Iraqi service organizations. And there are no significant differences about the "cultural, human resources and financial obstacles" between surveyed service organizations.The results of the research showed that the administrative obstacles have been at the forefront of the obstacles that prevent the application of TQM in all of Al - Yarmouk Teaching Hospital and College of administration and Economics, while the obstacles of human resources were in the first place for the Rafidain Bank. Also, the financial obstacles had a priority among the other obstacles in Al - Karkh/1 Directorate of Education, whereas the environmental obstacles have topped in the International Palestine Hotel. So the researcher recommends surveyed organizations to start the treatment and removal of TQM obstacles depending on their own priority.

Abstract: تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع العلاقة بين الابداع التنظيمي والتغير التنظيمي وتاثيرهما في فاعلية المنظمات. ولقد اختبرت الدراسة في القطاع الصناعي ممثلا بشركة المنصور العامة وشركة ابن سينا العامة احدى تشكيلات وزارة الصناعة والمعادن. وطبقت الدراسة على عينة مكونة | This study has taken into consideration the subject of the relationship between the organizational innovation and the organizational change and their effects on the organizations effectiveness. The study has been tested in industrial sector represented by two major companies related to Ministry of Industry in Iraq. The first company was State Al - Mansour Company , The second one was State Ibn Sina Company. The study was applied on a sample of (140) managers distributable among many managerial levels members of ( board of directors, general managers or delegated managers, department managers, division managers, and unit and office managers ). The study has used the questionnaire as a main tool for collecting the data, and information in addition to the personal interviews and some annual reports related to companies. The study has tried to test a number of major and minor hypotheses related to the relation and regression among the variables of the study, and the differences among the companies in the main variable of the study for the purpose of answering all the questions related to the problem of the study and reaching the established objectives. For the purpose of processing the data and the information related to the study the researcher has used tested by non - parametric statistical tools as : Mediator, Scope, False limit factor and Regression. The study has reached to several conclusions, such the availability of the main three variables in a high level in the all companies under consideration, the availability of significant correlation among them, and significant effect for each of the organizational innovation and organizational change in the organizational effectiveness. And these results came appropriate with the hypotheses related to this aspect. The researcher has presented a number of recommendations, such as the necessity of encouraging and building organizational innovation by the companies managements and applying that in their different policies and programs related to the human resources. In addition to that, it is necessary to adopt the organizational change culture and training the managers on its skills and traits. Farther more, the necessary of the dependence of companies in executing its operations and the treatments with their customers, market, and on the standards and indicators that a achieve the effectiveness and success in their functions in different means and techniques.

To achieve the aim of the research was planned hypothetical express logical relationships between variables : the independent variable (styles solid waste treatment(,The mediator variable (environmental and financial aspect( and The dependent variable (sustainable development).several hypotheses have been suggested as initial answers to explain the nature of these relationships , this research seeks to verify their validity.Also one of the the objectives of this research is to identify styles Solid waste treatment currently used by Karbala Municipality Directorate and the amount of waste per day, their characteristics and determine the current cost to be borne by Karbala municipality Directorate and revenues from them.Research methodology was an descriptive and analytical approach, based on field research style. a questionnaire has been prepared as a research tool to measure the environmental and financial effects of the treatment of solid waste and its Effect on sustainable development, hypotheses was tested by statistical tools as : the arithmetic mean , standard deviation , coefficient of variation , correlation coefficient and simple linear regression coefficient.The results showed the following : 1. the absence of application of any style for Solid waste treatment officially in the holy city of Karbala.2.
